到了那天，我和妈妈会很忙，因为我们要包粽子。首先，妈妈拿出了所需要的材料。把绿豆洗干净，糯米调好味，把它切成一块块。妈妈做好以上工作，便对我说：儿子，咱们一起包粽子吧！我看着这一片片绿色的棕叶，在想粽子那金字塔的外表，像三角形而又有一点不像三角形，一下子发起呆来，问妈妈怎样包啊？妈妈见我如此疑惑，便做起示范来，首先把两快粽子叶叠成一类似圆锥的物体，然后把糯米绿豆和五花肉放进去，再用一块粽子叶封好底面，用草绳把它扎紧，不把它绑紧煮熟了就不好吃。妈妈是示范后，我就尝试着包了起来。一开始不太顺利，不是漏了东西没放进去，就是没捆扎紧。经过一次次失败，终于成功了。
包好后，就要开始煮了，看着这些刚下锅的粽子，我以为十几分钟后便可以吃了，但妈妈似乎看透了我的心思，对我说：这些粽子起码也要四五多个小时后才能吃。听了妈妈的话，我似乎有些失望。等呀等，突然妈妈到厨房翻动一下粽子。我连忙跑了上去，看着这又大又饱满的粽子，闻闻那香味就够咽几口以上的唾沫了，何况是大口大口的朝嘴里塞灌呢！

每年藏历七月初一到七月初五，是*历史悠久的传统节日。在藏语中，“雪”是酸奶的意思，“顿”是“宴”的意思。“雪顿节”也就是吃酸的节日。后来由于这个节日的活动内容多以藏戏会演为主，所以也叫“藏戏节”。建国前，每逢雪顿节，*12个最有名气的藏戏剧团，从四面八方赶到*罗布林卡，向*和*地方*，进行交差演出。参加演出的有扎西雪巴，宾顿巴第六个古老的白面具剧团；有均巴、觉木隆等四个新派蓝面具剧团；还有野牦牛舞、工布鼓舞等。
17世纪以前，“雪顿节”的活动是一种纯宗教活动。那时按照佛教的法律戒规，夏天有好几十天禁止出家门。到了开禁的日子，允许他们出寺下山，按风俗老百姓要准备酸施舍。*们除了吃一顿酸外，还尽情地欢乐玩耍。
17世纪中，清朝*正式册封五世和四世*，加强了*“政教合一”的制度。这时“雪顿节”的活动，更加丰富多姿，开始正规演出藏戏节目，约定成俗，形成了固定的雪顿节日。这个时候宗教活动和文娱活动相结合，范围仍局限在寺庙内外。先是以哲蚌寺为活动中心，称为“哲蚌雪顿节”。五世从哲蚌寺移居达拉宫后，定每年六月十三为“雪顿节”，并在哲蚌寺进行藏戏会演。第二天便到布拉宫演出。18世纪初罗布林卡建成以后，成为夏宫，雪顿节的活动又从布达拉宫移到罗布林卡，这时允许市民入园看藏戏。从此以后，“雪顿节”的活动更加完整，形成了一套固定的节日仪式。在雪顿节期间，*广大市民和郊区农民，都穿上节日服装带上吃喝用品，纷纷前往罗布林卡，观看藏戏演出。
1959年*地区政治改革以后，百万农奴才真正获得翻身**。从此，雪顿节才真正成为广大人民传统的节日，除具有传统的赛马、射箭和各种马术表演外，还增加了举重、拔河等项目，并组织文艺演出、放电影、录像等活动。各地来的商业货客，有农业、工业、牧业和各种物资产品，前来摆摊设点，进行贸易。变成了人民生活中不可缺少的物资交流大会。
