一、教育教学：用更大的决心坚持做我们认为对的教育
20xx年9月，长沙县教育局中考总结出台，我校总*均分、总合格率、总升学率均为全县第一，英语教学更是展现出绝对优势。同时，各项学科和才艺竞赛中，我校学生展现出的自信与风采，更是唱响湖湘，乃至全国。在教学质量保持整体优秀的基础上，我们进一步坚定了践行素质教育、品质培养和个性发展的信念。在对的路上，本学期我们重点做了几件工作：
（一）以素质教育为基础：
1、课堂改革，追求真谛：“生命课堂”，将课堂敲打出快乐的节拍
“生命课堂”是我校多年课堂教学改革的经验结晶，它的根本追求是：让学*成为生命成长的内在需要，让学生学会独立思考、自主学*、合作探究，在交流、辩论、展示中获得学*的深刻体验。从而实现在兴趣、思维、情感、生态层面的革新与建构。通过改变课堂教学结构，进而从根本上改变学生的学*方式。
“生命课堂”教学改革自上学年发起以来，在我校各级领导和教师的不懈推进和探索中，无论在课堂面貌还是教育理念上都有了喜人的提升。本学期以来更是通过三步走迈出了课堂结构转变的决定性步伐：
一、名优教师示范，观摩学*消化。各个教研组推选一堂优质课进行校级展示，集体观摩评议后在组内形成经验和心得，进而基于学科特点和个人特色，每人准备一堂公开课，这便是一个消化吸收和探索的过程了；
二、典型课例分享，跨组讨论借鉴。利用星期天教师例会的时间，推出典型课例，全校教师一起点评讨论，以升华对“生命课堂”的理解，推广成功的做法。
三、“生命课堂”现场赛课。经过教研组推荐和老师自荐，共19位老师贡献了19堂精彩纷呈的好课。参赛教师*均只有五小时的备课时间，上课前不跟学生有任何接触，确保呈现出来的是原生态的课堂。而整个19堂课，老师所提供给学生的绝对“安全”的自由表达空间、营造的合作探究的氛围、学生所展示出来的自信、积极和过硬的学科素养，让我们看到了学校“生命课堂”推进已经取得了十分喜人的成果。以许强等老师为代表的一大批优秀教师在课堂探索中总结出了自己成功的经验，为学校课改作出了积极的贡献。各个教研组更在这一过程中结合学科特点、学情状况开启了适应本学科、本学段的“生命课堂”探究之路。
中小学教育在“生命课堂”的路途上不断前进的同时，我校幼儿园更在长沙市教育局主持的省级重点资助课题《长沙市学前教育发展机制创新的研究》中担当重要角色，开启教研新局面。在长沙县教育局承担了的子课题《长沙市基于园本教研提升保教质量的实践研究》中，我园成为该子课题的全权负责人，并迅速成立了子课题小组。经过前期课题小组成员肖旭、陈历红两位老师加班加点的资料准备，在20xx年12月19日的长沙市课题开题论证中，我园代表长沙县教育局提交了子课题的申请并宣读了课题设计论证，顺利通过了评审，在接下来的两年中，将进行具体的课题实施与实践研究。这为我园提升教学教研水*、跻身于长沙市幼教龙头队伍迈进了一大步。

英语特色已是碧桂园威尼斯中英文学校的一块金子招牌，我们的英语教育不仅起点高，底子厚，更在不断刷新着自己的成绩：中考英语成绩一骑绝尘，达A率7***0%，是县*均水*的三倍；第四届全国青少年英语能力大赛，斩获六项团体赛中的五个第一名，名列全国单项前三；第四届全国青少年英语读写大赛全国总决赛现场口语赛，小学组包揽全国前7名，获“全国综合素质十佳”称号，初中组1人获“全国综合素质十佳”。幼儿园则在湖南省第六届中国青少年文化艺术盛典英语口语竞赛活动中，大获丰收26人荣获金、43人荣获银奖、10荣获铜奖。14位英语老师荣获“优秀辅导员称号”。
但是，炫目的成绩背后却是每一位老师的勤恳敬业，是整个团队的群策群力。从长沙县首届小学英语教师口语技能大赛，到“第四届英语美文背诵比赛”和“学科基本功竞赛”，从“天玺杯”英语风采大赛到国际课程翻译工作，英语组老师每每能够出色的完成任务，靠的.是不推诿、不抱怨的作风，靠的是齐动员、公患难的精神。从英语组身上折射出的更是我碧桂园人的工作态度、办学精神。
3、国际教育，为我所用：超学科主题探究活动，激发探索未知的无穷乐趣
国际教育超学科主题探究活动旨在保护学生的求知欲望和探索热情，帮助学生建立相互联系的知识体系，引导学生用所学知识解决现实生活中的问题。上学期起学校有意识的吸纳IB国际教育的先进做法，在小学活动课程上进行了积极的尝试。本学期在此前尝试的基础上进一步实现全校范围内的推广，于第六至八周，深入开展了超学科主题探究活动，覆盖全学段、全学科。这一过程中我校师生体现出了高度的学*热情和主动性，也体现出了对新的学*方式的高认同度和高接纳度。各活动小组在选择探究主题、制定探究计划、小组任务分配、完成学*手册、形成探究成果、进行活动总结等过程中，体现出了很好的自主性和良好的组织策划能力，形成了丰富而厚实的学*成果。
6—8年级更首次尝试性进行了“领域周”活动：该小组以“安化黑茶文化探究”为主题，结合山区英语支教活动和扶贫活动，用了三天的时间，深入安化贫困山区，从地理、人文、历史、经济、制作工艺等多角度对驰名中外的安化黑茶进行了深度探究，并形成了主题报告。这些探究活动，不仅冲击了孩子们的学*方式，提升了他们的综合实践能力，更从情感教育、品质培养方面给孩子们上了生动的一课。深入贫困学生家庭体验农村生活中，引导学生思考自己在家庭、学校、社会生活中所扮演的角色，以及在不同的角色中所应该担当的责任。让学生明白担当责任不能流于形式、不能流于口号，要从社会的需要出发，从对方的需要出发，从身边的点点滴滴做起，从自己的一言一行做起，真正落到实处。
国际教育超学科主题探究活动之所以能够两年之间便在中小学顺利地生根发芽，和我校一贯坚持的教育理念分不开，更和幼儿园阶段实施的国际教育课程有着深刻的联系。本学期，碧桂园幼儿园在园长的带领与指导下，根据教材内容、学情特点制定了每月不同的探究活动，活动形式丰富，探究成果丰硕，主题展示更是精彩，其中中班组表现尤其突出。此外，11月至12月期间幼儿园开展的“书香润童心，阅读伴成长”阅读节更是反响良好。此次活动不仅让孩子们变被动倾听为主动阅读，更得到了家长的大力支持和高度参与。活动通过故事大王比赛、故事爸爸（奶奶、外婆）、班级书籍漂流、小喇叭故事广播、离园亲子阅读、亲子自制绘本、藏书之家评比、班级阅读环境评比、教师优秀阅读教学展示以及元旦亲子童话剧展演活动，将阅读深深地渗入了家长、老师、孩子的心田。为孩子们开启了阅读探究的大门。
（二）以品质教育为核心：
1、 “印象爸爸”：传承血统中的优秀品质
下半年的“印象爸爸”品质教育系列活动与上半年的“天下第一爱？讲述妈妈的故事”品质教育系列活动遥相呼应，以“感恩、传承”为主题，旨在让孩子深入了解自己的父母、爱戴自己的父母、并传承父辈身上的优秀品质。
本届活动从9月底铺开，到12月底完美收官，历时3个月。主要环节涵盖学生采访调查形成书面材料、班内演讲、年段复赛、学校汇报，最后以文集形式出版优秀作品。期间，学生参与的广度、调查交流的深度、学生作品的厚度较去年相比，均有所提升。
12月13日的汇报活动和颁奖典礼上，结合视频、颁奖词、孩子的演讲、现场对爸爸的采访、爸爸代表的现场报告以及“榜样爸爸”的颁奖，全面生动而深刻地将展现了父辈的优秀品质和动人亲情，打造了一个润物无声的教育盛会。颁奖典礼上学生家长、国防科大教授孙广福先生作了《北斗巡天览乾坤》的主题报告，讲述了北斗卫星团队在攻克科学难关的动人故事，给学生们带来了深深的震撼和激励，我们相信，这样的教育远比课堂的说教更能深入学生的心灵世界，提升他们的性格品质。
2、品质培养：春风化雨，润物无声
品质教育一直是我校常抓不懈的基础工作，因为我们坚持品质成就未来。本学期的品质教育在多年积淀的基础上，日趋细致深入，结合不同学段、不同学情通过丰富多彩的活动，收到了良好的实效。
一年级以“自律、自信，做最棒的自己”为主题，开展“自律我能行”活动，并结合UOI探究活动，开展了“认识自我”和“乐于分享、我最自信”主题活动。二年级以“积极创新、快乐自信”作为品质主题。通过“Happy服装秀”和“个人才艺秀”向学生传递低碳环保理念并引导学生展示缤纷才艺，秀出自我风采；三年级品质同心圆的主题是“责任在我心中”。通过活动引导学生明白责任和担当的含义，知行合一，对家庭负责，对自己负责，对他人负责，对学*负责，对班级负责，对校园负责。四年级活动主题是“团结合作”。通过拔河比赛、跳绳接龙比赛、智力大比拼报数比赛、拼图比赛等丰富多彩、寓教于乐的活动，让学生体会到团结合作的重要性。五年级以“仁爱”作为品质同心圆的主题。充分调动师生和家长资源，在周末作业栏目渗透“爱父母”等环节，并通过开展“爱父母，我们在行动”、观看感恩视频等活动不断渗透、深化这一主题。六年级品质同心圆围绕“感恩、责任”这一主题，开展了一系列活动。比如跳绳比赛、拔河比赛、给生活老师制作温馨卡、观看“让生命充满爱”感恩视频、负重准孕妈妈体验式活动、知识抢答赛、幸福团团坐等。

3、劳动实践：播种汗水，收获甘甜
本学期校内劳动实践从9月16日拉开序幕。较之于以往每个学期的劳动实践，本学期实践活动有两个方面的突破：一、参加劳动实践的学生群体拓宽了，三年级小朋友们第一次加入了劳动团队中来；二、劳动实践的前期铺垫和后续跟进工作更加细致扎实，使得劳动前的技能、情感储备——劳动中的意志品质锻炼——劳动后的深化感悟都得到较好的历练和提升。以三年级组的劳动实践为例，各班提前把劳动岗位分配到人，同学们便结合自己的劳动岗位，*时在校观察学*，周末回家请教锻炼，实现了劳动技能的预先培训和劳动情感态度的预先准备。更加可喜的是，这一过程中家长的亲身参与，使得亲子关系得到了很大提升。劳动过后，年级组老师趁热打铁，在班内以各种形式组织学生深化和升华对于劳动的感悟。
一位家长看了孩子在家预先进行的劳动技能准备，非常高兴地说：“有什么样的培养目标，就有什么样的培养过程。我希望女儿Daisy将来成为一个热爱生活、情感丰富、人格健全、自食其力的人。在这个目标之下，参加社会劳动实践活动应该一直贯穿她的成长过程。感谢学校给予孩子的这一次宝贵机会，感谢学校提供了这样丰富孩子生活色彩、情感世界、社会认知和自我认知的活动。”
（三）以个性发展为特色：
1、红毯激励：让学生、家长、老师共同见证成长之美
本学期，学校师生在许多领域都取得了十分突出的成绩，这与学校鼓励学生体验成功的策略是分不开的——用更隆重的方式让更多的学生、老师甚至家长在学校感受到成功的荣耀、体验到成功的快乐，以此来激发他们上进的、正面的能量。
开学典礼上的红毯走秀，三百多名学生在隆重的鼓乐声中，在全校师生和观礼家长的掌声与欢呼声中，走上了象征荣誉的红地毯，并在荣誉牌上签上了自己的名字。相信这对学生一生的发展，将是巨大的激励和鼓舞。在“印象爸爸”的汇报会上，十名优秀的父亲被评为“榜样爸爸”，同样被请上了红地毯，并颁发了奖杯，由孩子为他们献上了鲜花，这让所有的爸爸们都深刻体会到了作为父亲的荣耀与责任，对爸爸们也是一种深刻的鼓励。
2、文艺汇演：高水准节目展现个性教育的非凡魅力
12月26日和29日，学校分别针对学生和家长举办了两场迎新文艺汇演。整台文艺节目以展现碧桂园威尼斯学子风采为主题，分为“做文明人”、“做现代人”、“做中国人”、“做世界人”四大章节，汇聚了歌、舞、话剧、健美操、朗诵、戏曲、器乐、合唱、英语同步配音等多种艺术形式，主题突出、形式丰富、节奏明快、节目精彩，展现了我校舞台策划与导演的一流水*，更展示了学生个性发展的一流水*。其中《美丽威尼斯》合唱是原创的作品，《爸爸去哪儿》主题曲联唱更是请到了湖南卫视该节目制作人宋点和他的儿子等四对制作团队人员父子登台献唱。节目现场还有“村长”李锐亲子助阵，林志颖父子、张亮父子为碧桂园威尼斯学校和学生送上视频祝福，为学生和家长带来阵阵惊喜。家长们对学生们的表演赞不绝口，也深刻感受到了学校个性发展、快乐成长教育理念的魅力。
值得一提的还有此次汇演中，我校六（3）班同学奉上的器乐合奏盛宴《金蛇狂舞》，该节目在长沙市中小学班级演奏比赛中获得一等奖。20xx年，我校临危受命，在缺少准备时间的情况下，被长沙县教育局指派参加长沙市五区四县中小学教学班合唱比赛，经师生共同努力，最后勇夺一等奖，为长沙县挣得了荣誉。今年县教育局又点名要求我校参加长沙市教学班合奏比赛，我校六（3）班主动报名，以自然班的状态参加比赛，艺术组老师齐心协力，认真创编，日夜排练，最终再次折桂。我校是这项比赛中获得一等奖的唯一一所民办学校，也是所有学校中唯一连续两次获得一等奖的学校。
3、社团活动：让每个学生闪闪发光

为配合公司“天玺湾”超高层楼盘的推出，学校与公司共同策划了“天玺杯”系列活动，包括：现场作文大赛、现场写生大赛、幼儿园亲子创意大赛和英语风采大赛，学校精心策划，积极筹备，利用11月四个周末的时间，向社会展示了碧桂园教育的精彩，既拉升了楼盘的人气，又展示了学生的风采，取得了很好的宣传效果。

二、大教育思路：让更多的人一起来尊重教育、理解教育、思考教育、践行教育
因为碧桂园威尼斯，很多人的教育观念正在悄悄地发生改变，在分数至上的长沙，我们素质教育和国际教育的理念正得到越来越高的认同。学校教育不仅要坚持做对的事，而且要让更多的人来理解我们、参与我们。本学期为了吸引更多的家长一起思考教育，学校在理念推广上做了几件很有影响力的事情，也让更多的人看到了我们的优势与不同。
（一）家长会教育主题报告：立足世界变化看育人，获得家长的高度认同
11月15日，全校家长会上题为《教育如何主动适应变化中的世界》校长主题报告，立足时代发展和职场变化，深入剖析了未来社会孩子最需要的能力和品质，深刻反思了我们现在的教育应该怎么做才是真正对孩子一生有益的。报告从先进理念、学校教育和家庭教育几个方面展开，援引了大量典型而生动的教育故事和案例，提出：世界在变化，教育也需要变化；人生幸福，教育是关键，引发家长强烈反响与深刻反思。同时更从教育真爱和教育智慧两个层面对家庭教育提出建议，加以引领。一千三百人的会场、两个小时的报告，家长的专注、投入说明报告是成功的，更说明我校一贯坚持的教育理念是被认可的。在之后的班级展示上，超学科探究活动汇报、同心圆品质教育活动展示、学生个性才华展示等等环节，又让家长直观体验了学校的理念，看到了孩子的可喜成长。
（二）谢源晖博士国际教育讲座：从职场反观教育，引发教育反思
12月8日，学校邀请了国际教育专家、英国伍斯特大学国际部官员、《孩子怎么学，毕业才会赢》一书的作者谢源晖博士来校做国际教育专题讲座，全校教师和部分家长代表有幸参加。谢博士经历多年职场打拼后再做教育，他对教育的思考是从职场需求反观教育现实，认为教育应该不能只做学*的事，更应该培养孩子未来适应职场和社会的能力，读书不是为了继续读书，而是为了进入社会。报告会的主题为“从中外教育对比，看如何让孩子赢在终点”，谢博士讲述了大量生动的职场故事，让我们认识到了教育更为长远的责任，逆向视角，也引发了听众对教育的深度反思。同时，我们也看到，谢博士15年国际教育实践经验得出的结论，与我们学校“用更多的精力做对学生一生有益的事”的基本理念是完全一致的，这让我们对自己的教育实践有了更坚定的信心。
（三）、县教育局两项年终检查：充分肯定了碧桂园教育对长沙的影响
在年终的教育局素质教育常规检查和民办教育年度检查中，我校均获得上级领导的高度好评，同时也利用检查，充分展示了碧桂园教育的与众不同。教育局领导高度赞扬我校——生命课堂有特色，创新理念有特点，英语教育有特长。表示碧桂园是长沙县教育的标杆，而且正在改变着长沙的教育。越多的人了解我们的教育、越多的人思考我们的教育，就会有越多的人理解和支持我们的教育。
在过去的一学期中，宁乡碧桂园外国语学校的筹建工作进展也十分顺利，学校的办学定位和办学思考已经成熟，各项建筑的主体工程都已完成，装修已经全面铺开，学校的宣传推广工作也已经启动。宁乡碧桂园外国语学校拥有国际高中，将成为碧桂园教育在湖南的旗舰，也必将为我威尼斯学校的发展赢得更大的空间和高度，碧桂园教育也必将在湖南开拓出一片更为广阔的天地。
