Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen; when I was in the primary school, I had a dream， I want to invent a device which could bring you from one place to another in no time at all. When I was in the secondary school, my dream was to study in my ideal university. And when eventually I got into the university, my dream was to graduate. How pathetic! When we grow up, we dream less and become more realistic. Why? Why do we have to change our dreams, so, so in order to let it be “fulfilled”? Why do we have to surrender to the so-called “reality”? What is the reality actually?
Ladies and gentlemen, the reality is not real. It is barrier keeping us from all possible fantasies. Flying, for example, had been a dream to mankind for thousands of years. A hundred years ago, “man could not fly” was still regarded as the “reality”. Now if that was really the reality, what did the Wright brothers do? How did some of you get to Macao? Only when we believe that the reality is not real can we soar with our dreams. People say that our future is a battle between the reality and our dreams. And if, unfortunately, Mr.Reality wins this war, then I see no future of mankind at all. * will never be curable as this is the reality; People living in the undeveloped countries will suffer from starvation forever as this is the reality; Dis*s among different countries would never be settled as this misunderstandings and intolerance is the reality.
Ladies and gentlemen, how many of you have a dream of being able to make a lot of money? Please raise your hands. Oh, quite a number of you! Actually, ladies and gentlemen, this is not a dream, but a task. Every one of us has to make a living, right? Anyway I hope your task will be accomplished. How many of you think hat you have already fulfilled your dream and that you don’t dream anymore? Dear adjudicators, what do you think? C.S.Lewis once said, “You are never too old to dream a new dream. “So for our future, please dream and be unrealistic. Now that I am university student, my goal is to graduate with excellences. But at the same time, I have dream dee* rooted in our future. One day, people living in the areas now sweltering with the horror of wars will be able to sit with their families and enjoy their every moment. One day, from the rich countries are willing to share what they have with those from the poor countries and those from the countries will eventually be able to make their own happy living themselves. One day , different cultures in this age of globalization will coexist with tolerance and the unfriendly confrontations among them will be eliminated. One day, the globe will share the dream with me and we will all contribute to making our dream come true. One day, our dream will defeat the reality!
It's a great honor for me to stand here to deliver a speech to you. Then today I want to talk something about dreams and reality.
As the famous Russian litterateur Lev Tolstoy said, “Ideal is the beacon. Without ideal, there is no secure direction; without a direction, there is no life.” So there’s no doubt that everyone needs his or her own ideal. Have you ever thought that what is practical and sensible will connect with our most treasured dreams? Maybe, to somebody, reality has little relation to ideal. To others nothing can be done without the sense of reality. So make our dreams a part of our reality. And make our reality a part of our dreams. There is no reason why our dreams must oppose our reality. Improve our dreams and our reality by bringing them together.
As a university student, establishing a dream is one of the most important things we have to do .But everyone must see the reality clearly at first. Your family condition, your personal ability, your social intercourse, your subject and the job you want to do, these things show you the reality and lead you to establish a dream.
Further more, difficult or otherwise, we should put the power of reality into our dreams. Last but not least remember to work hard at the task of chasing our dreams. Do believe that we can achieve our ideal step by step by the passage of time!

一、活动前言：
又到了一年毕业季，转眼间，XX级的莘莘学子即将带着他们满腔的热情与不舍离开学校，踏入新的'旅程。为了丰富他们在校时的记忆，同时也为了促进我系各班级之间的交流，增强大学生的团结协作精神，我们举办了“欢送杯”篮球赛活动。
二、活动概述：
1、比赛时间：XX年4月到5月
2、比赛地点：西区篮球场
3、比赛对象：化学化工系各个班级
三、主办单位：
化学化工系
四、承办单位：
化学化工系文体生活部
五、活动准备：
1、做好宣传工作，通知各个班级负责人。
2、安排记分员、计时员、裁判，后勤保障人员，通知记者站。
3、联系好当天比赛的场地，不要与其他系部产生冲突。
4、需提前一天通知好第二天要比赛的球队。
六、比赛流程策划：
1、第一轮循环赛：各个班级抽签进行分组，一共分为六个组，每组获胜场次最多者队晋级第二轮。如果产生相同胜场球队，就看两队比赛所获总分，多者晋级第二轮。
2、第二轮淘汰赛：采取淘汰赛制，直接按照各场比赛的总分评出前三名。
七、比赛规定：
1、比赛均按照新国际篮球规则执行。
2、各组运动员必须服装统一，要求穿正规篮球服，颜色一致，号码清晰。
3、比赛前，各参赛队报名，运动员6至12人，要求队长一名，每队报名人员不得超过十二人。
4、每支球队不能请外援，未经报名的球员，不得出场比赛，球队若有不符规定球员出赛时，一经发现或经检举属实者，取消参赛资格。
5、各场比赛要求参赛队提前10分钟到场签到，并组织队员做好准备活动，开赛5分钟未到做弃权处理。比赛时间统一规定为12点整。
6、负责人会提前一天通知到第二天将要比赛的球队，如果遇到下雨天，比赛将延迟进行，具体情况由当天文体部负责人通知到位。
7、如果对比赛结果存在异议，可在赛后咨询有关负责人。如果在比赛中不服从裁判员的判罚视情节而定。轻则当场比赛取消资格，重则本次所有比赛全部取消。

说起瞎子阿炳，我相信大家会立刻想起他的著名的作品《二泉映月》。他出生在江苏无锡。对民间音乐有着强烈的兴趣，从小就开始学*击鼓，吹笛，拉二胡，弹琵琶。十五六岁时，已成为当地一名出色的乐师。但是在他三十四岁的时候，疾病使他双目失明了。生活的逼迫使他走上了乞讨为生的道路。贫病交加的他，流落在街头，生活极为艰苦。在命运一次又一次将他推入苦难的深渊之际，他始终没有放弃自己耳朵里的世界，耳朵里的信仰。现实如此残酷，命运这样虐待他，可是他从来没有想过放弃，一直坚定自己的理想。无论身在何处，他都在演奏，演奏。阿炳把自己的生命锤炼成了东方的树阴下或广袤的荒漠中的一潭深水。

So,It’s necessary for us to prepare ourselves well for the future to come. having a view on those great men in the history of hunman being, they all made full use of their youth time to do things that are useful to society, to the whole mankind, and as a consequence ,they are remembered by later generations, admired by everyone. so do something in the time of young, although you may not get achievements as these greatmen did ,though not for the whole world, just for youeself, for those around! So, what should we do when we are young? Here,I’ll point out some tips to help equip ourselves.
First of all,think of what you’d like to be some day. A teacher ? A doctor ? A writer? Don’t afraid of dreaming of big and great .Since you are young , you can dream of doing anything and becoming anyone in the future. What’s more , never ignore the power of knowledge. Read more books and travel around. For one thing, it can increase your knowledge, for another, it’ll broaden your horizon.
Last but not the least , stick to your dream. It easier said than done. After all, future is not all roses. young is just like blooming flowers, they are so beautiful when blooming, which make people feel happy, but with time passing by, after they withers ,most people think they are ugly. and so it is the same with young, we are enthusiastic when we are young, then we may lose our passion when getting older and older. So we should have enough courage and determination to overcome all the difficulties in struggling on the road.

Youth need to dream, the dream need responsibility.
Youth is a great fortune, who the more efficient use of it, the greater the value of life. Do not think that youth is a very easy topic, thought that you have everything for granted, and you can follow one’s inclinations of life.
You have youth, it means you shoulder the responsibility of a motherland in the future in need of you, your family in the future in need of you. Responsibility, of course, and the dream, only to establish on the basis of action does not become a talk. Though barriers may sometimes stand in the way of your dreams, remember that your destiny is hiding behind them. Accept the fect that not everyone is goimg to approve of the choices you've made, have faith in your judgement, catch the star that twinkles in your heart, and it will lead you to your destiny's path. Follow that pathway and uncover the sweet sunrises that await you.
Take pride in your accomplishments, as they are stepping stones to your dreams. Understand that you may make mistakes, but don't let them discourage you. Value your capabilities and talents for they are what make you truly unique. The greatest gifts in life are not purchased, but acquired through hard work and determination. My understanding of dreams
Good morning, its my honor to stand here and give you this speech about dreams. There I want to start my speech with two short stories.
The first story happened when I was in primary school, I wrote in my composition that my dream was to be a teacher when I grew up. Meanwhile, what my classmates wrote about their dreams was that he or she wanted to be a doctor, a scientist or an astronaut. ?
The second story happened at my first year in university. At the careers planning class, when the teacher asked about our dreams, one of my classmates stood up and said, “I want to be a farmer, because I grow up in a farmers family and I love to be engaged in agriculture.” When he sat down, everyone clapped.?
These two stories happened during my growth process, from which I got my understanding of dreams. When I was a child I believed that a dream must be a big dream, but when I grow up I find this big dream is so far away from me, I know little about it, and I have done nothing to achieve it, so its not my dream. My classmates answer let me know a real dream is not just about being a great man, or doing a great job, its about what you really want to be, and are willing to try every effort to pursue it.

Good morning, it's my honor to stand here and give you this speech about dreams. There I want to start my speech with two short stories.
The first story happened when I was in primary school, I wrote in my composition that my dream was to be a teacher when I grew up. Meanwhile, what my classmates wrote about their dreams was that he or she wanted to be a doctor, a scientist or an astronaut.
The second story happened at my first year in university. At the careers planning class, when the teacher asked about our dreams, one of my classmates stood up and said, “I want to be a farmer, because I grow up in a farmer's family and I love to be engaged in agriculture.” When he sat down, everyone clapped.

five score years ago, a great american, in whose symbolic shadow we stand today, signed the emancipation proclamation. this momentous decree came as a great beacon light of hope to millions of negro slaves who had been seared in the flames of withering injustice. it came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of their captivity.
but one hundred years later, the negro still is not free. one hundred years later, the life of the negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. one hundred years later, the negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. one hundred years later, the negro is still languished in the corners of american society and finds himself an exile in his own land. and so we've come here today to dramatize a shameful condition.
in a sense we've come to our nation's capital to cash a check. when the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the constitution and the declaration of independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every american was to fall heir. this note was a promise that all men, yes, black men as well as white men, would be guaranteed the "unalienable rights" of "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." it is obvious today that america has defaulted on this promissory note, insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. instead of honoring this sacred obligation, america has given the negro people a bad check, a check which has come back marked "insufficient funds."
