The first step is to mix the flour with water. when the dough is ready we can begin to make dumpling wrappers. we use a rolling pole to roll the dough into small thin and round pieces so that they will be easy to cook. when the wrappers are done it' s time to prepare the filling. Usually we use meat such as beef or mutton and some vegetables such as cabbage or carrots for filling.You may actually choose whatever you like to put into it. we must chop those things into small pieces.Then put some salt oil and other condiments into it and stir it evenly. When all these preparations are done we can start making dumplings. First put a spoonful of filling in the center of the wrapper. Then stick the two opposite sides together and then the rest. Today I am going to tell you a true story about a life-altering event that happened to an old hunter from Tibet’s northern lands.
Early in the morning, the hunter saw a group of Tibetan antelopes on grass hill near his tent. He rushed out of his tent and mounted his horse with his rifle. The antelopes all quickly ran away except one. A strong, fat one ran only a few steps and came back. It looked imploringly at him, stepped up towards him and then knelt on its knees with tears streaming down from its eyes. 我今天来参加竞聘，是因为我认为自己初步具备了作为一名学生会副**所应该具备的素质和能力。在进入大学的这一年来，我一直积极参加各种活动来锻炼和提高自己。在上一届学生会中，我担任社会实践部干事一职。虽然在工作当中遇到过各种困难，但是也丝毫减少不了我对自己工作的热爱。同时也担任文传院话剧团编导部副部长一职。还积极参加了我院的元旦晚会等各种活动。在一年的工作中，无论是自己的组织领导能力还是自己的与人的沟通沟通交流能力都有了显著的提高,自己还学会了怎样为人处世、怎样学会忍耐，怎样解决一些矛盾，怎样协调好同学之间的关系，怎样动员一切可以团结的力量，怎样处理好学*与工作之间的矛盾….这些经验都使我自信能担任好学生会副**一职。

同学们，我们即将走过高三，在这最后30天里，你打算留下什么呢？我想，留下的应该是人生道路上第一次全力以赴的拼搏身影，应该明白：拼搏人生，无怨无悔。人生拼搏，无怨无悔。只有搏过，才能无怨无悔。人生能有几回搏，此时不搏待何时。

我是来自高三(1)班的陆梦真，非常荣幸可以作为高三的学生代表在此讲话。首先，请允许我代表全体高三学生向辛勤工作在高考第一线的校领导和老师们表示崇高的敬意和衷心的感谢。
三年的时光飞逝，我们现在已经站在了离高考仅剩80天的冲刺线上，此时此刻，我们面对的，将是我们12年来学*生活中最重要的抉择，将是对我们十二年的寒窗苦读作一次最终的评价。
从小学到高中，12年的时间，让我们从当初的那个懵懂无知的一年级新生成长为现如今脚步坚定的高三学子。回想这12年的历程，我们首先要反思，在这12年里，我们到底错过了多少机遇，到底荒废了多少梦想，到底有多少时间在我们的犹犹豫豫和无所事事中白白放走，有多少曾经的梦想、曾经的学*计划，在一日日的推脱中，蒙上灰尘，在角落里黯然失色。仔细想想，我们似乎总在一次次地说服自己：明天，明天我一定刻苦学*!高中三年，多少时光就在我们一次次的“明天再努力”中匆匆流去，明日复明日，万事成蹉跎。

米兰・昆德拉曾经说过：我们常常痛感生活的艰辛与沉重，无数次目睹了生命在各种高压下的扭曲和变形，*凡一时间成了人们最真切的渴望，但是，我们却在不经意间遗漏了另外一种恐惧――没有期待、无需付出的*静，其实是在消耗生命的活力与精神。
所以，亲爱的同学们，奋斗吧!再没有哪一个80天，会如这个80天一样充满青春肆意张扬的笑脸，再没有哪一个80天，会让你如这个80天一样目光坚定，心中只有一个方向!
在坐的同学中，有不少同学的父母在外地，自己一人在此求学。我们不妨问问自己，这么多日子以来，离开父母独自求学，究竟是为了什么?这么多年以来，父母在外奔波劳累，风餐露宿究竟是为了谁?而父母在身边的同学，我们也问问自己，他们一日三餐无微不至的照顾自己，难道不应该用努力学*去回报他们吗?所以，累的时候，就想一想，12年的苦读就停在这高考前80多天，甘心吗?想一想父母日益苍老的脸庞，想一想他们逐渐斑白的两鬃，想一想睡觉之前关心的电话和深夜只为我们而留的灯……我们还有什么理由松懈?
看看你身边，三年前我们从不相识的陌生人到如今怀着同一个目标并肩作战的朋友，看看你的身后，班主任陪着我们一路走到现在，风雨无阻，想想远方正在为你奔波的父母――你的身边有伙伴的陪伴，有老师辛勤的付出，你的身后有父母无声的支持和期待的眼神，我们还有什么可畏惧的，我们还有什么可犹豫的!别再等待明天，就是现在!用努力与汗水填补这80天，用奋斗与拼搏浇灌这80天!
三月的春风吹拂在脸上，隐隐带着希望的味道。同学们，让我们一起努力，一起书写一个无怨无悔的高三!让我们在日后回想起这充实紧张的岁月时，骄傲地说一声我已经全力以赴，我的青春没有遗憾!

大家好！今天我演讲的题目是“磨难也是一种财富”。
在高考中有位考生写过这样一段话：我以前埋怨过，脚底发黄的布鞋，踏不出青春的活力，直到我发觉霍金转动的轮椅，嵌出深深的历史痕迹；我曾咒骂过，脸边黝黑的胎记，映不出美丽的脸庞，直到我看见全身黝黑的黑人，露出甜甜的美丽微笑……
也许你曾抱怨过上帝是捉弄人的，他对你吝啬幸福，却让痛苦折磨着你，日日夜夜，疲惫不堪，换来的只是滚烫的泪珠。但苦尽甘来后，当你揭开那沉重的幕纱，你会看清，上帝其实是公*的，磨难也是一种财富。
以前有人做了这样一个试验。他点清了一座山林中的红羊后，把山中的狼全部捕捉起来，让红羊没有敌人。照理说，红羊就应是悠闲自得、快乐地生活了，但事与愿违，红羊为了争夺一小片土地、甚至一棵青草而搏斗，由原先一支整齐的队伍变为一盘散沙。
经过搏斗的红羊一只只疲惫不堪，过去那种矫健、奔跑如飞的红羊在这座山林中再未曾出现过，而且，红羊的.数量也在逐渐减少。是什么原因呢因为人们捕获了狼，红羊没有了给它们造成生命威胁的动物，而自相残杀直至消亡，失去了危机。同时也失去了生机。可见，在生态环境中，没有磨难就不会有生态*衡的系统。
张海迪胸部以下失去知觉，但这些困难没有*她，反而使她有了更为远大的目标，学*掌握了德语、日语、英语。她为什么能取得常人都不容易取得的成就呢因为她在承受巨大挫折的同时，也将挫折化为了动力，让挫折成为自己的奴隶，再一次战胜了磨难。
人生如一块璞玉，这是上帝赐予你的财富，这块璞玉中有着酸甜苦辣，也许痛苦过后便是幸福，这是上帝给予你的机遇。只有自己努力来雕琢这块璞玉，才能使它成为完美无瑕的艺术品。
同学们，当你遇到挫折、困难时，不妨想想，上帝是公*的，有时磨难也是一种财富。

自强不息是多么令人敬重的品质呀！
自强不息点燃了民族的希望；自强不息造就了每一位学者的成功之路；自强不息更是人与自然的坚强后盾！
面对自然的惩罚是残忍的；面对命运的折磨是痛苦的。然而，人的自强不息是伟大的。张海迪五岁时因患脊髓血管榴，高位截瘫。她因此没有进过校园，靠着自己的毅力，自学了小学、中学到大学的课程，17岁随母亲到一个贫穷的村子了教书用自强不息的生命创造出一幕幕精彩。
还记得20xx年的四川大地震吗？那场突如其来的大地震夺走了多少人的生命，破坏了多少家庭的幸福。但，四川人民还是坚强的站了起来，携手共度难关。如今的四川家园还在重建，历经灾难的人民更加坚强。自强不息，谁说不伟大呢？
那位伟大的女作家，海伦·凯勒。他两耳失聪，双目失明。七岁时，安妮。莎利文来当他的老师，从此成了她的良师益友，相打五十年。用自己不懈的努力，进入大学学*，并且成绩优秀，在大学期间，她写了一本《我生命的故事》，讲述了她如何战胜命残，给后人带来鼓舞。
每一名成功人士背后都有一段不懈的努力。
如果说，放弃是乌云，那么自强不息就是迟来的太阳。
如果说，放弃是一把难开的锁，那么自强不息就是成功的钥匙。
如果说，放弃是伤痕，那么自强不息就是安慰心灵的药水。
自强不息是彩虹，让自强不息伴随我们走向成功。

大家好！
今天我演讲的题目是《坚定信念，超越自我》。
海伦·凯勒有这样一句非常形象而生动的话：“当一个人感觉到有高飞的冲动时，他将再也不会满足于在地上爬。”正是有了远大的理想，正是有一种信念，她接受了生命的挑战，创造了生命的奇迹。
她，盲聋哑集于一身的弱女子竟然毕业于哈佛大学，并用生命的全部力量奔走呼告，建起了一家家慈善机构，为残疾人造福，被评选为20世纪美国十大英雄偶像。理想和信念像熊熊燃烧的烈火使她才走出黑暗，走出死寂，理想和信念像巨大的羽翼，帮助她飞上云天。
从某种意义上说，人不是活在物质世界里，而是活在精神世界里，活在理想与信念之中。对于人的生命而言，要存活，只要一碗饭，一杯水就可以了；但是要想活得精彩，就要有精神，就要有远大的理想和坚定的信念。
理想信念使贫困的人变成富翁，使黑暗中的人看见光明，使绝境中的人看到希望，使梦想变成现实。
下面我给大家讲一个故事：
浩瀚的沙漠中，一支探险队在艰难地跋涉。头顶骄阳似火，烤得探险队员们口干舌燥，挥汗如雨。最糟糕的是，他们没有水了。水就是他们赖以生存的信念，信念破灭了，一个个像塌了架，丢了魂，不约而同地将目光投向队长。这可怎么办？
队长从腰间取出一个水壶，两手举起来，用力晃了晃，惊喜地喊道：“哦，我这里还有一壶水！但穿越沙漠前，谁也不能喝。”
沉甸甸的水壶从队员们的手中依次传递，原来那种濒临绝望的脸上又显露出坚定的神色，一定要走出沙漠的信念支撑他们踉跄着，一步一步地向前挪动。看着那水壶，他们抿抿干裂的嘴唇，陡然增添了力量。
终于，他们死里逃生，走出茫茫无垠的沙漠，大家喜极而泣之时，久久凝视着那个给了他们信念支撑的水壶。
队长小心翼翼地拧开水壶盖，缓缓流出的却是一缕缕沙子。他诚挚地说：“只要心里有坚定的信念，干枯的.沙子有时也可以变成清冽的泉水。”
黑人领袖马丁·路德金有句名言：“这个世界上，没有人能够使你倒下。如果你自己的信念还站立着的话。”是的，即使在最困难的时候，也不要熄灭心中信念的火把。

今春四月和金秋十月我园两位保教园长分别被送去xx参加全国幼儿教师的省级培训和国家级培训，暑假部分老师和保育员进行了市级培训。她们给幼儿园带回了新的理念和创新方法，孩子们获益匪浅：可爱的孩子们在老师的精心培育下越来越聪明、健康、快乐、自信和全面发展，幼儿园的特色教育活动开展得有声有色，优质的保教质量，赢得了家长的满意、信任和社会各界的认可。
今年我园被评为婴幼儿早期发展省级示范基地。我园xx老师和xx老师是xx区唯一拥有高级育婴师资格证的老师。六一儿童节，我园的舞蹈好中国在全区幼儿舞蹈大赛中荣获一等奖。就在前几天年底目标验收中，各项指标全部达标。我园被教育局验收评审为区示范性民办幼儿园，我园的园本教科书，拼玩识字和儿歌大全被评为全区学*的典范。这在xx区是为数不多的殊荣，借此我们表示热烈的祝贺！

一学期的学*就像一场马拉松比赛一样，我们又迎来了最后的冲刺。在这次长跑过程中，你可能有欢笑、有泪水、有开心、也有失落，但你最终需要跑完这场比赛。至于你是要给这场比赛画省略号还是句号或是感叹号，都由你这最后的冲刺来决定。同学们，时光老人的脚步在悄悄挪移，我们不是都有光阴似箭、日月如梭的感觉吗?东晋诗人陶渊明曾有过这样的感叹："盛年不重来，一日难再晨，及时当勉励，岁月不待人"。我们也不乏这种紧迫感。我们正值青春年少，正是生命中的春天，我们将成为时代洪流中搏击风浪的新一代。生逢此时，荣幸又艰巨。读书，是一切成大事者的必由之路，是一切创造的基础。认真读书是时代的要求。我们要用勤奋和汗水夯实学业大厦的地基，用拼搏向时光索取价值，用双手为鲜艳的***添彩。
亲爱的同学们，当你沉浸于欢乐之中时，请不要忘记即将到来的期末考试，更不要忘了新的一年应该有新的目标，新的人生起点。20__年的那张白纸正等着你的绘画，不要让画纸上留有你悔恨的一笔。

又逢元旦节，新的一年在人们的期待中开始了。这个周我们将依依不舍的送走难忘的xx年，欢天喜地的迎来崭新的XX年。
元旦节已经是一个古老的话题了，那么，元旦节从何而来？它又象征着一种什么意义，我们一起来看看。随着xx年第一屡阳光照亮大地，新年开始了她翩翩的脚步。难得的一次节假日让*时忙碌的人们有一次休闲的机会，陪同爱人，牵着孩子，走进广阔的城市空间，呼吸新鲜的空气，感受新年的阳光。一张张明媚的笑脸充满着对新年到来的希望和祝福。
在这辞旧迎新的日子里，世界各国的人们都以其别出心裁、各具特色的方式迎接新年的到来。阿根廷人认为水是最圣洁的。每年元旦，各家老少成群结队到江河中洗“新年浴”，以洗去身上的一切污秽。德国人在元旦期间，家家户户都要摆上一棵枞树和横树，树叶间系满绢花，表示繁花似锦，春满人间。瑞士人有元旦健身的*惯，他们有的成群结队去爬山，站在山顶面对冰天雪地，大声歌唱美好的生活。美国的加利福尼亚洲在新年来临之际，大街小巷到处都摆着玫瑰花，几十辆鲜花装点的彩车载着身着礼服的妙龄少女徐徐而过。人们会在节日期间选出当年的玫瑰皇后和玫瑰公主，在对美的赞赏中迎来新年。
同学们，期末考试就好像是老师和家长对我们进行的大阅兵，我们要精神抖擞，意气风发的接受来自师长们的大检阅。新年有新气象。我们更要加倍努力，刻苦学*，奋发图强，在老师的指导下，认真复*好各门功课，争取在期末考试中取得好成绩。

新年的钟声还萦绕在我们的耳畔，新春的脚步随着我们又走进了新的一年。迎着美丽的朝霞，伴着一声声亲切的问候，今天同学们又回到快乐的校园。看到大家抖擞的精神和张张笑脸，我相信大家都度过了一个温馨、祥和、愉快的新年。
老师们，同学们，元旦标志着华夏神州又增添了一道年轮，标志着时代的航船乘风破浪，我们学校和伟大祖国一样又迎来了充满希望的一年。元旦的“元”是开始，第一之意;“旦”是早晨，一天之意。“元旦”就是一年的开始，一年的第一天。从字面上看，“旦”字下面的一横代表着波涛澎湃的海面，一轮红日正从海上喷薄而出放射着灿烂辉煌的光芒，这个象形字生动地反映了旭日东升的形象。把“元旦”合在一起，就是要人们以蓬勃的朝气和奋发的斗志来迎接崭新的一年。
在过去的一学期里，同学们在老师的悉心教导下，努力学*，刻苦钻研，认真锻炼，在德、智、体、美、劳几方面都得到了发展。在我们学校，很多老师，很多同学在各个方面都取得了优异的成绩，不管是升级统考，还是红歌会表演，为学校争得了荣誉。
新的一年开始了，同学们又长了一岁，我相信我们的同学比以前更成熟、更懂事、更自信。随着时代的发展，社会的不断进步，新的观念，新的信息，新的变化，新的要求将扑面而来，同学们一定要抓住机遇，乘势而上。小学阶段是人生中生命力最旺盛的阶段，面对今天鲜艳的***，雄壮的**，我向学校同学们提几点希望：
1.希望同学们严以律已，养成良好的人格素质和道德规范，严格遵守社会公德，在社会上做一个合格小公民。遵守学校各项规章制度，做一个合格的小学生。尊敬师长，团结同学，互助友爱，在师生中、同学中建立起良好的友谊。让师生情谊、学友情谊受益终身。
2.希望同学们发奋学*。任何成果都是凝结着辛勤的汗水，我们要敢于迎难而上，不要怕苦，不要分心，再过二十天就面临期末考试，将对我们这一学期的学校来一次全面的检验，你准备好了吗?
3.要积极地参加班级和学校组织的社会实践和文体活动，使自己德智体美劳全面发展。年前我们学校要求各班开展了各项活动，以后我们还要继续搞好这些活动，以此来促进我们的个性发展。
