深圳两女生大二创业，公司估值超三千万元
又是一年毕业季，又是一年绚烂的夏季。22岁的本科应届毕业生李芷璇、严丹阳和创业团队在毕业前将她们赚取的第一桶金——100万元人民币捐给母校香港中文大学(深圳)，用于支持在校大学生的创业创新项目。这是香港中文大学(深圳)接收的第一笔来自毕业生的捐赠，而本科生毕业即捐赠在国内高校中也较为少见。目前，李芷璇被深圳高等金融研究院金融理学硕士项目录取，严丹阳被香港科技大学经济学硕士项目录取。
误打误撞走上了创业之路
李芷璇和严丹阳两人是大学舍友，刚进大学时，宿舍安排在了对面的深圳信息学院。有时候要喝桶装水，几个女孩子都扛不动，学校也没有生活服务的*台能满足她们的需求，再加上当时的香港中文大学(深圳)校园较为偏远，很多学生有考雅思托福以及各种证书的需求。于是，2015年10月，两人一起做了一个名叫"leadygo"的微信公号，早期以服务本校大学生生活为主，开展送水，餐饮家政，闲置物品交易、学*培训、出国留学等服务。
有一次学校周边的一个商户看到她们的公号，给了一笔800元的服务费，帮忙策划了一场"小厨神"的前期营销推广活动，这是她们收获的第一桶金。就这样，李芷璇和严丹阳歪打误撞走上了创业之路。
创业道路压力重重
"刚开始的时候我们出去谈业务，对方还会质疑我们会不会是骗子。"李芷璇说，在创业初期，她们试着去接触了一些公司，想帮公司做一些策划活动，但是因为学生的身份，大部分公司都对她们表示质疑，不愿意给机会。后来依托在学校做的一些活动，比如帮大家拼辅导班等活动，才慢慢让一些公司认可了他们的能力。
对于在校创业的大学生，精力分配永远是个难题。除了要兼顾学业，李芷璇还是学校辩论队的队长，喜欢参加一些辩论赛和其他商赛，严丹阳大二也在考ACCA等考试，每逢到了期中考试和期末考试都感觉时间永远不够用。在累的时候，李芷璇和严丹阳常常会在校园散步，以此来缓解她们的压力。
除了学业和创业上的压力，李芷璇还有来自家庭的压力，父母知道她创业经常忙到凌晨还不睡觉，多次劝她放弃，希望她毕业后继续深造或者找一份稳定的工作。但现在，父母很认同她的选择，并且表示支持。
公司目前业务估值达数千万元
后来业务越来越多元化，也慢慢走向正轨。2016年11月，李芷璇和严丹阳成立了天乐文化传播公司，帮助一些个体工商户、小公司策划营销方案，在经营半年左右时公司实现了盈利。去年底，有公司提出收购方案，她们的业务估值达到3000万~4000万元。
因部分业务重叠，2017年下半年，李芷璇与严丹阳入股了学长王鑫创办的启航国际教育(深圳)有限责任公司，主要还是负责教育*台业务。"芷璇是一个很适合做市场和公关的人，丹阳性格比较沉稳适合做运营。她们能在大二创业并获得成功，已经很了不起了，所以选择她们做合伙人。"王鑫说。
从广告里找到机会
2003年，我从加州大学经济系毕业后，顺利进入世界经济动脉——华尔街做了一名操盘手。工作十分紧张，但由于薪酬可观，所以我对现状还算满意。然而天有不测风云，2008年3月，我由于对经济形势判断失误，手下期货和部分股票在经济风暴的*卷下血本无归，不只客户损失惨重，我的信誉也赔得精光，到处找工作无果。虽然妻子艾佳并不计较，但自尊心严重受损的我还是整日无精打采。
一天早晨，失业在家百无聊赖的我随手打开报纸，我看到了一则旅游广告——“想摆脱都市丛林，体验奇妙大自然吗?欢迎来加州的吉姆城金矿。参加淘金一日游，您可以参加淘金课程，学*各种淘金技巧，了解淘金历史和各种相关小知识……”因为职业的关系，我深知现在和未来黄金的市场价值：金融危机后，在股市重挫、信贷紧缩、房屋被收回、失业率以及燃料费用高涨的同时，金价却不断攀升，目前差不多已经涨到接*每盎司1000美元，这是二十多年最高的价位，而且在目前甚不明朗的经济形势下，黄金价格可能还会进一步上涨!
我当即作出了一个重要决定，去内华达州淘金!艾佳吓了一跳：“你是不是发烧了?这种广告只是骗人，你还真相信了?淘金是赌运气，并不是所有人都可以成功，更多人反倒欠了一屁股债!”看着我一脸的不为所动，艾佳叹了口气。第二天，她找来了朋友罗杰一再苦劝，可仍然不能改变我既定的目标。最终，在2008年10月，我和妻子一起来到位于内华达山麓史坦尼斯劳斯河南支流一带，西南距旧金山200公里左右，这里正是1848年——1855年第一次加州淘金热的主战场。
我们属于小本经营，所以先申请划定一处地权。简单来说，划定地权就是在公有地上用木桩或石块划出一片上地，土地面积约为465乘186米，然后向郡*和土地管理局登记。每块地的首次登记费用为180美元，续期每年只需付10。5美元。
不过合法采金也不一定得划定地权。在去土地管理局登记的时候，我们认识了杰克逊夫妇，由于志同道合，聊得投机，两家很快成了朋友。他们介绍我们参加“失落的荷兰人采矿俱乐部”。这个俱乐部在盛产黄金的加州、奥勒岗州、佐治亚州、密歇根州等，共有10块私人土地，可供会员掘金，终身会费是3600美元。
手工淘金主要用鹤嘴锄、铲子、淘金盘、流槽、金属采测器等一些简单工具，首先用它们搜寻河床和岩石中的泥沙，再接着对泥沙进行淘洗、捞泥和滤洗。
筛选黄金的方式一般有两种，一种是淘洗法，指把泥土筛入塑胶圆盘里，反复用水淘洗，慢慢把较轻的沉积物倒去。黄金的密度比沙石大，重量比水重19倍。因此，其他沉积物会被洗掉，黄金则留在盘底。另外一种是捞泥法，指利用漂浮的真空管，把河床沉积物吸上来，然后用流槽冲洗，留下黄金。其实滤洗法和捞泥法大同小异，淘金的最重要一步还是寻找可能存在黄金的泥土，比如说搜寻缝隙，就要在河床的小缝隙里寻找可能卡住的金粒;有时候还必须戴上护目镜，脸朝下浮潜水中，轻轻把沙石过筛，寻找较大的金块。
刚开始淘金时，我们的心情就如同在拿着彩票对奖，心情紧张又激动。艾佳小心翼翼地用手抓起沙石，一把一把放进我的淘金盘里。我开始淘洗，谨慎得犹如牧师为孩子在河中施洗礼。淘金盘不断出入水中，当沙子几乎全被冲去时，便显露出传说中的“金色”——它们称之为“微粒”(含金砂砾中所发现的黄金微粒)。
第一次淘到黄金的复杂心情很难形容，但是这种感觉一旦经历，就没有人会忘记。虽然金砂数量极微，但是成就感带来的喜悦足以让我们忘掉一切经历的辛苦。那一刻，我与艾佳抱在一起狂喜地跳跃起来，恨不能将这些金粒带到奥斯卡的颁奖晚会去炫耀。
付出不一定有回报
前期淘金的运气还不错，短短一个星期我们就收获了大概2盎司的黄金，可以兑换4000多美元，相当于纽约市普通家庭的一月生活费了，这更坚定了我们淘金的立场与决心。为了能得到更多的收获，我们决定加大投资。为了尽快获取资金，我低价处理了股票，提取了存款，购买了大型淘金机械。
大型挖掘机必不可少，它巨大的臂力能将重石移走，从而能找到更多混有金粒的泥沙，接着我们把泥沙提取到“摇床”上，即一台底部能不停水*震动的水箱，就能在精矿收集槽中得到含金粒比例很高的精矿砂。在通过人工的“洗砂”和挑拣，得到真正的金粒。
在经过初期的兴奋之后，淘金生活对于我和艾佳这种很少做重体力活的人来说，显得越来越艰辛。我们的房子只是一个大帐篷，吃饭喝水都靠一台简易炉，烟火熏得艾佳娇嫩的皮肤一块黑一块白。偶尔需要买生活用品和食品，则需要开两个多小时的车，才能到最*的小镇。从灯红酒绿、繁华时尚的纽约一下子来到这个与世隔绝、信息不通的“穷山恶水”之地，我们开始越来越不适应了。
一段时间后，金子的踪迹越来越难寻觅。我决定加大开采力度，用挖掘机直接挖出河床上的泥沙进行淘洗，可即使这样所得也非常之少，远远不够油钱。其他淘金者口中所说的“拾金”(即用两根手指即可拾起的金粒)，我更是从未碰到过。
屋漏偏逢连夜雨，一天早上，我和艾佳驾车去附*的小镇采购食品，下午回来时却发现挖掘机被贴了封条，挡风玻璃上是一张粉红色的处罚单，金额足有10000美元之巨!理由是淘金对周围环境有破坏作用，挖掘机深入河底会影响水中生物的生存环境，为此州长前不久签署了法案禁止通过机械深入挖掘来淘金的办法，一旦行为过分被举报后，会得到较重的处罚。
不知道是谁告的密，我拿着处罚单半晌说不出话来。我想不到，自己投入血本的“淘金”生涯，居然会有这么多波折，这条“不归路”居然真的没有“回头路”!
真“金”妙然偶得之
内达华州涌入的淘金者越来越多，他们来得快去得也快，往往不到一周便离开了。2009年3月，杰克逊夫妇突然出现在我们的帐篷外，他们是来道别的：“靠淘金为生根本就不可能!”杰克逊脸上满是上当后的愤怒。
为了重拾信心，妻子说服我一起参观周围几户比较成功的淘金者。我发现，他们的工具都大同小异，然而不同的是他们非常享受淘金过程，无论能否淘到金子，都能乐在其中。其中有一对退休夫妇鲍伯·海拉汉和太太碧依最令人印象深刻，尽管他们淘的金不是最多的，但他们却是最开心的。这对70多岁的夫妇2008年离开圣塔莫尼卡市，前来寻找宁静的新生活顺便寻金。他们*时住在一间小拖车里，营地没有水电供应，他们就用太阳能板发电，到附*的兰斯堡取水，付20美元请人每月收一次垃圾。他们每天用四轮传动车载着设备，开一小段路到挖掘地点，花几小时寻金。
“我们厌倦了都市生活。”碧依说，“我在圣塔莫尼卡做了35年的服务生，只是那个地方变了，噪音很厉害，生活花费很高，加上现在经济又这么差，所以来到了这里 。”在圣塔莫尼卡，夫妻俩合起来只领到每月135美元的*津贴，连房租都不够。现在，他们一边淘金一边享受户外生活：“我们至今大约找到2000美元的黄金，每天只工作几小时。2000美元听来不多，但我们不用付房租和水电费，有了这笔钱，就很不错了。我从来没有像今天这么快乐。”鲍伯快乐地朝我们笑着。
在回帐篷的路上，妻子突然要求我下车，她指着如蓝宝石一般闪烁着点点银光的太浩湖：“我们所需要的一切，这里都有。每天听到的是鸟鸣和流水声，山泉是我们的水源……这里的生活天天不一样，我愿意一辈子生活在这里。”在这里，我们能和爱的人天天在一起，不用时时刻刻担心自己出错，根本没人在意你穿得是阿玛尼还是普拉达，有什么不开心的呢?对于这一点，妻子比我要聪明得多。
淘金确实要靠运气，但更多的要靠勤奋与坚持。随着对淘金技术的熟练，我们的成绩也渐趋稳定，最好的一个月，我们淘到了7盎司的金粒。淘金生活不是只有“淘金”而已，我和艾佳常不时地去登山或者钓鱼。虽然物质生活并不富足，但这里的生活的确很快乐。
光阴似箭，转眼我和艾佳在这里呆了两年多。同为操盘手的好友罗杰早就打包票说我不能坚持一个月，我却有声有色，越活越快乐。2011年9月，他好奇地带着儿子乔伊一起过来玩。当我们一起在我围起的篱笆院子里，伴着温暖的夕阳和鸟语用餐时，他忍不住感叹道：“这副场景不正是我为退休后设计的么?你们却天天都在享受!”
2012年8月的一个上午，我与艾佳正在淘金，几个打扮入时的年轻人突然走了过来，他们只是来体验一下淘金生活，并不想通过这个发财。他们看能不能租一些淘金的工具，我想起杰克逊夫妇走时留下了所有工具，反正也是闲置，倒不如物尽其用。几个年轻人在这里淘了两三天坚持不下去了，但是他们都感到非常有趣，建议我开一个淘金俱乐部，专业给业余淘金者提供工具还有住处。
我笑了笑，没有同意他们的建议。因为我知道我现在并不想当一个功利的商人。虽然刚开始来这里是为了脱贫致富，但我们现在是享受生活。世界上大多数人都像我以前一样，忙忙碌碌地为钱奔波，目的仅仅是为了退休后能够晒着太阳捧着一杯咖啡看报纸。也许我和艾佳对以后的生活缺乏规划，也许我们穿着不够豪华，然而我们却正在享受很多人为之奋斗终生才能得到的生活。这才是真正的金子——人生之金，我们无意间淘到了。

创业，对于许多大学生来讲，并不陌生，但也不亲*，苦读十多年，能够考上理想中的学校，几乎所有学生都对自己的前途充满期盼，都希望能实现自己的人生理想和价值。如何实现？创业无疑是其中一种很“光鲜”的方式，但同时，创业伴随的往往是高付出、高风险、知识面有限和技术能力不够等问题，许多大学生因此而望而生畏，也有很多人认为自身能力不足，希望工作一段时间后等待机会再去创业，我也不例外。
很感谢*和学校给我们在校大学生提供了一个学*交流的*台，让我们对创业有了更一步的了解。在这一个多月的模拟创业实训课中，通过老师的教学，我们组建了自己的模拟公司，有了自己的团队，学会了一个公司创建成立的流程，经营方式等等。我们意识到创业并非想象中那么容易，掌握好各方面的能力，吸取多方的经验才有可能让企业更好的发展。当然这也离不开一个好的合作团队。在模拟创业实训的过程中我们知道了很多要注意的问题，还有管理者应具有的一些战略性思维等等，和同学们之间的合作与交流也让我获益良多。为日后的创业的做好铺垫，而且更加懂得了自主创业需要各方面的知识积累，还需要社会经验和处理人际关系的能力，以及良好的心里承受能力和风险意识。自主创业的大学生有成功也有失败，并不是每一个人都适合自主创业。因此，我认为，大学生选择自主创业要多一些理性。创业仅有兴趣和激情是远远不够的。还受到资金、人际关系、政策及所处环境等各方面的制约。
为此，在创业的过程中我们必须考虑以下问题：
1、确立好目标，必须在不耽误学*的情况下锻炼自己。因为大学是进入社会的摇篮，和以前的学*环境相比较，大学有很多锻炼自己的机会。大学不仅是文化的起源地也是自我谋生的聚集地。因此，作为大学生，我们有很多机会接触社会，在大学里我们可以半工半读，做家教和做各种校园代理等兼职，这些都是我们大学生能胜任的简单工作。所以锻炼自己的途径还是很多的。
2、心态问题。拥有良好的心态，尤其是对创业风险具有清醒的认识，并充分拥有应对风险的心理准备，是创业成功的必要条件。但是由于大学生受年龄及阅历等方面的限制，未必对创业风险具有清醒的认识，缺乏对可能遭遇到风险的必要准备。在缺乏良好心态的情况下，创业前景也会受到相应不利影响。
3、经验限制。由于刚步入社会，大学生很难拥有关于创业的直接经验与间接经验，创业知识一般也限于“纸上谈兵”，在这种情况下大学生创业及在公司运营中肯定会遇到各种不可预见的问题，以致创业困难。
4、知识限制。创业需要企业注册、管理、市场营销与资金融通等多方面的丰富知识，在缺乏相应知识储备的情况下，仓促创业不仅难以融到必需的资金，而且在残酷的市场竞争中也将处于劣势。
5、资金困境。由于大学生很难有足够的创业资金，从社会上融资或获取无息及贴息贷款是必然选择。但是大学生创业由于风险较大，较难获得必需的资金。而且一般在获取资金方面也存在两种问题，一是急于获得资金而不惜贱卖技术，二是过于珍惜技术而不肯做出适当的让步。这些问题都决定了在资金方面难以获得相应的资助。
6、技术限制。理工类大学生受学识的限制，拥有可创业的技术的大学生只可能是少数。而对于那些文科类大学生来讲，很难拥有可以创业的技术。技术的缺乏直接限制了大学生创业，在激烈的市场竞争中大学生创业将遭遇较多的困难。
创业并不是一朝一夕的事，必须具备丰富的创业经验和知识，以及对市场的洞察力，并且要有足够的资本、技术，同时必须要有良好的心态，因为做任何事情都会遇到挫折和困难，更何况创业也面临着倒闭的危险，所以我们必须做好面对这些的良好心态。
总之，我们一定要把握好当前的机会，根据自身条件合理地为自己打造一片未来的天空。因为创业的话题是永恒的，但创业的选择须慎重。
在这次的社会实践中，我也认识到自己的不足，大学生普遍存在问题之一，心不够静。实践可以磨练人，让人浮躁的心*静，得到安宁，提高自己的素养。
现代的我们，大多是在书本知识中成长起来的，对我国的国情、民情知之甚少，而社会的复杂程度，远不是仅凭读几本书，听几次讲座，看几条新闻就能了解的，社会实践则为我们打开一扇窗口。大学生走向社会参加实践，亲身体验生活，看到城乡差别，感受贫富差距；在与人民群众的接触、了解、交流中受到真切地感染和体验，从活生生的典型事例中受到深刻的教育和启发，使思想得到升华，社会责任感和使命感得到加强。
在实践期间，我看了不少报刊杂志，了解当前局势；接触了不少大学生，一起讨论大家的问题，互相交流，体会不同的生活；了解不同的人，不同的事，不同的梦想。
在实际的生产生活中，许多问题单靠某一方面的知识是难以解决的，需要考虑诸多因素，运用多方面的知识的技能才能解决得了。社会实践使大学生接*社会和自然，获得大量的感性认识和许多有价值的新知识，同时能够把自己所学的理论知识与接触的实际现象进行对照、比较，把抽象的理论知识逐渐转化为认识和解决实际问题的能力。
当然，也有简单的事，比如装电话机啦。我做了很多从前不曾做过的但看人家做过的。
创业就业依然是社会的热点，但无论你想创业还是就业，你自己，必须有一定的能力。
随着社会的不断发展，对各种人才的要求也随之不断变化，竞争已成为社会的基本特征。因此，专业面窄，社会适应性差，综合能力不强的人才在市场竞争中必然处于劣势，社会实践使我们广泛地接触社会，了解社会，不断地参与社会生活，在实践中不断动手、动脑、动嘴，直接和社会各阶层、各部门的人员打交道，培养和锻炼实际的工作能力，并且在工作中发现不足，及时改进和提高，使之更新知识结构，获取新的知识信息，以适应社会的需要。
为了培养我们的创新能力和实践素质，学院开展了“由教师指导大学生参与创新创业”的活动。在指导老师的带领下，我们开始了对城市轨道交通线网最佳密度理论与站点规划方法的相关问题研究。通过参加这次大学生创新创业计划培训项目，我获益颇多。
从确定项目立意点，到撰写项目申请书；从立项审查的波折，到确定研究方案与寻找创新点；从制定详细的实施计划，到项目的具体研究，一路走来，我开始了解了之前离我们遥远的创业创新工作，我从中学到了严谨的科研态度、坚忍不拔的钻研精神，敢于创新的实践勇气。
历经了*两年时间的查阅资料，数据采集，模型构建和刻苦钻研，使我学到了很多我所感兴趣的、对我学*生活很有用的东西。
1、大学生缺乏创业意识和创业能力的主要表现：
不能正确的认识创业和缺乏自我认知。不少大学生把创业看得很神圣，认为只有高科技、高资本才能完成创业；有的把创业看得一文不值，认为是找不到工作或工作失败后迫不得已而做的一件事；还有的把创业同各种素质锻炼混为一淡，缺乏目的性和计划性。通过对市场的发展和自身缺乏理性的分析和判断，盲目追赶创业的潮流，成为大学生的又一个弊病。
一方面，有的大学生把创业作为炫耀、竞争的手段，而不考虑自己的条件是否符合创业，或是否具备了创业的成熟要件；另一方面，又有一些同学在创业方面的抉择上，缺乏对市场竞争的深入调查分析，一味追求热门行业。
面对如此激烈的就业压力，为了更快的融入社会，增强自己竞争能力，大学生就必须提高自己的创新、创业能力。提高当代大学生的创新、创业能力已成为一种趋势。它定会使我国的就业形势发生巨大的改变，并对我国的长期发展起到举足轻重的作用。另外，从*大学生创新、创业水*现状考虑也是势在必行的重要举措，即培养大学生的创新、创业意识和提高其创新能力极具必要性和可行性。
2、提高当代大学生的创新、创业能力。
有利于缓解当代大学生就业压力。当代高校毕业生的创新创业能力的培养对减轻大学生就业难这一问题很有帮助。培养大学生创新创业的能力是当代大学生在创业实践活动中的自我生存、自我发展必须具备和掌握的能力。具备创新创业能力很强的高校毕业学生不但不会受到社会的就业歧视，进而还可以通过自主创业来增加就业岗位和竞争筹码，以减轻社会的就业压力，为社会做出自己应有的贡献。
有利于大学生自我价值的实现。大学毕业生通过自主创业，可以将自己的兴趣与职业相融合，使自己能够在自己所喜欢的领域大显身手，充分展现自己的才华，并达到自己所预期的目标。这样不仅可以解决当今社会就业难的问题，还可以得到自我价值的实现。还有利于大学生自身素质的提高。目前，我国高校的不断扩招，大学生素质一直呈现降低的趋势，而且这一直是我们国家面临的一个非常棘手的问题。要想改变这一状况，从大学生创业入手无疑是最经济、最有效的办法之一。
通过创新与创业实践，可以消除大学生内心的障碍，增强心理承受能力，并且将不可能变为一种可能。在未来的创业过程中，还可以不断拓展自己的人脉关系，提高自己的综合素质。只有这样，大学生创业才能成功，才能更好地融入社会。更有利于培养大学生的创新精神。创新是一个国家或民族的灵魂，是一个国家发展的重要因素。如果一旦创新元素缺少了，就会导致任何一个团体甚至一个国家就会停滞不前。
目前大学生作为我国最具活力的群体，如果失去了创新的冲动和欲望，那么中华民族最终将失去发展的动力。美国前总统里根曾说：一个国家最珍贵的精神遗产就是创新，这是国家强大与繁荣的根源。中华民族的发展和祖国的建设都要依赖于当代大学生，所以说，一个国家的强盛就在于广大学生旺盛的创造力与对创新能力的追求。在校大学生创业可以鼓励在校大学生创业从总体上有利于大学生的长远发展，缓解就业压力。
3、提高大学生创新意识和能力的途径有：
主动营造活跃的创新氛围。社会环境一直是影响学*和工作效果的重要因素，拥有良好的环境氛围将会起到至关重要的作用。而良好创新环境氛围将为创新行为提供环境支持，积极的创新场景可以使大学生自觉产生创新的意识和灵感。要培养科学的学**惯和思考*惯。朱清时院士在总结创新创造能力提高的技巧的时候称，出色的科学家之所以能源源不断地有新成就，在于他们有从不枯竭的兴趣，并不断地培养自己的知觉，最后聚精会神地去研究它。
由此得出，我们需要培养极其浓厚的兴趣，并在学*和思考的时候能够积极地投入进去。还要持续积累夯实基础知识。知识是一切优秀成果的基础，同时一切创新成果诞生要依赖良好的理论基础知识这才能够创造良好开端。我们要在学*专业课的同时提高自己的动手和实战能力。丰富的实践能力和经验可以完善和补充理论基础，而健全的理论知识可以准确的指导实践应用，准确和快捷的完成项目目标。于是，打下良好的知识根基，对于创新起着至关重要的作用。

大学生是人才强市、科教兴市的宝贵资源。为扶持大学生自主创业，强化大学生职业发展意识，帮助大学生学*、掌握职业发展的理念和基本方法，培养大学生职业能力和素质，给有理想、有抱负、立志创业的大学生搭建起一座施展才华实现创业梦想的舞台，着力形成区域经济发展新亮点，为社会和经济发展做出更大的贡献；同时，也为了服务大学生就业，积极引导和鼓励大学生树立正确的就业观，并为他们提供实实在在的岗位，帮助大学生就业“减压”，经研究，决定联合开展“大学生创业就业”服务公益活动，具体方案如下：
一、组织机构
为了使各项服务工作的顺利开展，设立“大学生创业就业”服务活动领导小组，由主办单位负责人组成，并邀请有关领导担任顾问。领导小组下设办公室，负责服务活动的日常工作，办公室成员由主办单位分管领导和承办单位负责人组成。
为了提高培训和指导水*，邀请部分企业负责人担任指导委员会委员。

三、服务内容
1、政策宣传和咨询
开展大学生创业就业政策宣传活动，为大学生提供创业就业政策咨询，对大学生创业项目和就业意向进行登记与指导。
2、就业指导
主要是通过就业知识讲授、就业技能培训和就业前的心理指导，帮助大学生正确认识自己的气质性格、道德品质、兴趣爱好、能力特长；强化大学生择业的竞争意识，在心理上消除传统的择业观念，树立正确的就业理念，调整就业心态，实现所学的专业知识和技能与就业岗位的对接，促进人力资源结构的优化完善。
3、创业培训
为有意创业的大学生提供ybc扶持项目、syb创业培训及创业实训，通过创业意识教育、创业基本知识培训，帮助大学生明确创业目标，选择创业项目，掌握开办企业的程序、方法和创业必备的专业知识，并由专门的创业服务专家队伍为大学生提供创业指导服务，制订创业计划书，直到大学生顺利开办企业。
4、创业项目推介
建立大学生创业项目库，为有创业需求而没有创业项目的大学生推荐创业项目；为社会投资机构推荐大学生创业项目计划。
5、就业招聘信息发布
捕捉企事业单位用人需求信息，发布人才招聘信息，积极为企事业单位和大学生创造“对接”机会。
6、建设创业就业见*基地
选择实力强的企事业单位，建立创业就业见*基地，为大学生创造勤工俭学*台的同时，提高大学生创业就业的实践能力。
7、开展创业就业文化活动
开设大学生创业就业大讲堂、举办大学生创业项目创意设计大赛、开办大学生创业就业论坛等活动。

前言：为贯彻落实*办公厅《关于深化高等学校创新创业教育改革的实施意见》（*〔20xx〕36号）和*办公厅《关于发展众创空间推进大众创新创业的.指导意见》（国办〔20xx〕9号）精神，进一步推进我校创新创业工作，增强大学生创新精神、创业意识和创新创业能力，营造良好校园创新创业训练氛围，我院定于20xx年3月举办电力学院第三届“电力杯”大学生创新创业大赛。
一、大赛主题
梦想青春，创业无限科技创新，成就未来
二、参赛对象
在校大学生、毕业3年以内的毕业生（包括本专科生、硕士研究生、博士研究生）均可报名参加。

四、大赛形式及评分标准
1.大赛形式
比赛分为创新项目组和创业项目组。大赛由初赛和决赛两个阶段组成。
2.评分标准
大赛评分内容由两部分组成：项目书、执行过程和项目取得的成果及预期前景（占总成绩的50%）；PPT项目展示并回答评委提问（占总成绩的50％）。
五、大赛时间安排
1.宣传动员（2月16日—3月5日）
各年级辅导员老师、各班级学生干部要做好宣传动员工作，通过线上、线下等多种形式对本次大赛进行宣传，动员师生积极参赛；学生在此期间做好报名准备工作，进行市场调研和分析，相关技术知识学*，组合团队，选定项目，认真撰写创新、创业计划书。
2.报名阶段（3月6日—3月15日）
各年级认真组织赛事报名工作。鼓励专业交叉、学科融合，尽可能扩大学生参与面；学院可针对创新创业项目情况，邀请相关创新创业专家对参赛学生和项目进行指导。
3.初赛阶段（3月16日—3月20日）
学院团委负责组织初赛，邀请专家对创新、创业计划书进行审核、答辩，各年级初选时要从创新、创业计划书创新性、项目技术、经营思路、资金情况、商业模式、市场前景、与专业的结合度等方面对项目进行评选。参赛团队于3月15日前报送初赛材料至学院团委，具体报送材料和报送方式见两附件中实施方案。
4.决赛阶段（3月21日—3月27日）
决赛将邀请创新创业经验丰富专家和相关学科专家进行评审，决赛采取现场答辩形式，邀请相关专家对项目答辩情况进行评审和指导，最终评选出优秀的创新、创业项目和团队。创新决赛暂定于4月15日，创业决赛暂定于4月22日举行，如有变化另行通知。
六、奖项设置
创新大赛和创业大赛均设置一等奖2名，二等奖4名，三等奖6名；均设优秀组织奖4名，优秀指导教师若干。获奖团队将获得荣誉证书和资金奖励。
七、获奖项目应用
对于本次大赛获奖项目，优先推进高一级层次的创新创业大赛；优先推荐参加校级“华彩杯”创新创业大赛。
八、有关要求
1.各年级要高度重视，精心组织，深刻认识创新创业教育在高等教育改革中的意义，以创新创业大赛为契机，大力推动我院大学生创新创业工作，帮助学生树立创新创业观念和意识，有效提升广大师生的创新创业精神，从而推动我院创新创业素质教育，营造浓厚的创新创业氛围。
2.各年级要认真做好宣传，广泛动员师生参加比赛，按规定时间完成做好初赛和决赛参赛项目和团队的选拔、报送、培训和指导工作。
3.参赛团队提供的项目需保证是原创，若发现抄袭他人项目将取消比赛资格，若提供的项目涉及知识产权所引起的纠纷，则由参赛人员自负后果。
4.参加过校级以上（含校级）比赛且获奖项目不再参赛。
5.未尽事宜及相关要求见附件。

大学生创业必须制订一个完整的、可执行的创业计划书，即可行性报告，主要回答你所选的项目能否赚钱、赚多少钱、何时赚钱、如何赚钱以及所需条件等。回答这些问题必须建立在现实、有效的市场调查基础上，不能凭空想象，主观判断。根据计划书的分析，我们再要制定出企业目标并将目标分解成各阶段的分目标，同时订出详细的工作步骤。

Should college student be encouraged to start their own businessNowadays,more and more sounds support college students to start their own business. Our government even offers some or conveniences to college students who want to start their own business.
I think there are several reasons can account for why our government to encourage college students to start their own business:First of all, it is a good way to help students adapt to the society. They can know how to make money in advance.What’s more,student will benifit from starting business,such as earning some extra money,accumulating
experience and so on.In addition,these policies can relieve the employment pressure and provide more jobs.Besides the government ask to to take strengthen work in graduates’ employment.

Nowadays many college graduates set up their own companies with the fund from the government, which is part of the plans to help graduates to get employed. There are many reasons responsible for this program. It is intended to stimulate college graduates creativity and relieve their pressure of employment. I'm in my third year now in Environmental Sciences. And what do I want to do with my B.S. once I graduate? Become a librarian. I began thinking about what kind of skills I have and what kind of jobs would complement my natural interests. So I began to do some research and I also talked to a lot of family and friends. It's crazy because everyone I shared with gave me a lot of affirmation and encouragement about pursuing it! If there's anything you can get out of my strange journey I hope it's the comfort and reassurance that you don't always have to know what you want to do in the near future. And it's okay to change majors or even pursue a major that may not necessarily be related to your future career. You should enjoy what you're studying. But also seek after what you really love.
With the competition in the job market becoming increasingly fierce for college graduates， some ambitious students have tried their hands at launching their own businesses.
