二、教材分析：
本学期六年级英语课所使用教材是： 河北教育出版社的《Learning English》第八册，本套教材 充分吸收了世界上最先进的外语教学理论和实践经验，注重学生英语听说读写能力的培养和训练，努力为学*者营造语境，精心设计内容，在教学中安排了大量的有趣的教学活动，引导学生在轻松，积极向上的气氛中学*英语，使英语变的既容易又有趣。它以学生为中心，以主要人物的活动为主线，围绕最常用的，最基本的英语词汇、句型、交际会话等，逐步开展教学内容，符合小学生的年龄、心理特点和语言教学规律，具有很强的科学性。
全书共四个单元，每单元包括8课，共 32课。全书包括单词 100多，句型50个。
三、教学目标：
1、坚持快乐英语教学法，调动学生学*英语的积极性。
2、 巧用英文儿歌、歌谣、绕口令、谚语等训练学生的语音、语调。
3、引导学生运用观察、发现、归纳、实践等方法学*语言知识，感悟语言功能。
4、 在训练学生听说能力的同时，加强读写训练。
5、结合学生实际，适当讲解语法知识，做一些练*题和试卷，做好小学升中学的准备工作
四、针对情况采取的措施：
1、注重情景教学，创设英语环境，营造学*气氛，使学生有更多的机会接触英语，感触英语，应用英语。
2、结合学生的年龄特点，结合教学内容，设计适合六年级学生的课堂教学活动，调动学生的学*积极性。
3、针对学生记，背单词难这一问题，向学生介绍优秀学生的学*方法，大家互相交流，共同进步。老师向学生介绍一些好方法，如：分类记忆法，滚雪球记忆法，想象记忆法等。
4、对学生进行语音知识训练，教授国际音标，让学生从简单机械地模仿式学*，过渡到有正确的语音知识知指导英语学*的阶段，也为自学铺路。
5、加强阅读训练和语法知识的渗透学*。
6、渗透英语背景知识的学*，使学生扩大视野，了解国外的风土人情，异国文化，*俗等，进一步了解英语，运用英语 。
7、进一步加强毕业班学生的思想工作，做好小学毕业与中学的衔接工作。

一、本学期指导思想
以“英语课程标准”为宗旨，适应新课程改革的需要，面向全体学生，提高学生的人文素养，增强实践能力和创新精神。正确把握英语学科特点，积极倡导合作探究的学*方式。培养学生积极地情感态度和正确的人生价值观，提高学生综合素质为学生全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。在本学期的英语教学中，我将坚持以下理念的应用：
1、面向全体学生，关注每个学生的情感，激发他们学*英语的兴趣，帮助他们建立学*的成就感和自信心，培养创新精神；
2、整体设计目标，体现灵活开放，目标设计以学生技能，语言知识，情感态度，学*策略和文化意识的发展为基础；

二、学情简析：
共有二个教学班，学生人数146人，其中男生86人，女生60人。通过一年半的英语学*，大多数学生已能听懂有关熟悉话题的语段和简短的故事。能与教师或同学就熟悉的话题交换信息。能读懂短篇故事，能写便条和简单的书信。但由于各种因素的影响，学生发展参差不齐。有少数学生因为基础不够好，学*很吃力而，有的因此扰乱课堂次序，这给教学带来不少困难。
另外，所教班的学生在情感态度，学*策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如：很多学生不能明确学*英语的目的，没有真正认识到学*英语的目的在于交流；有些同学在学*中缺乏小组合作意识；大多数同学没有养成良好的学**惯，不能做好课前预*课后复*，学*没有计划性和策略性；不善于发现和总结语言规律，不注意知识的巩固和积累。
三、教材简析：
全书共有（）个单元。本教材各单元话题灵活，贴*生活实际。本册书将学*的一些语法知识点有：（一般将来时、过去进行时、现在完成时、间接引语、时间状语从句、条件状语从句、反意疑问句）等。同时每个单元后都提供了一篇阅读文章，用以训练学生的阅读能力，扩大学生的阅读量。
四、教学总体目标
1、学生应有较明确的英语学*动机和积极主动的学*态度。
2、能听懂教师对有关熟悉话题的陈述并能参与讨论。
3、能读供七至八年级学生阅读的简单读物和报纸杂志，克服生词障碍，理解大意。
4、能根据阅读目的运用适当的阅读策略。
5、能与他人合作，解决问题并报告结果，共同完成学*任务。能在学*中互相帮助，克服困难。
6、能合理计划和安排学*任务，积极探索适合自己的学*方法。在学*和日常交际中能注意到中外文化的差异。
五、教学具体措施
1、每天背诵课文中的对话。要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。
2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或*语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。
3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督保证晨读效果。
4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学*实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的'学*氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。
5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步，小转变中体味学*的快乐，树立学*的自信，尽快成长起来。
6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

六、教研专题及作法
（1）教研专题：关于学困生的评价倾斜模式
据研究表明，人类学*语言的能力因人而异，差别是正常的。要教好每一个学生，但不能要求每一个学生都一样，都按同一个模式去发展，而是要开发学生不同的潜能，发展学生各方面的能力。我们长期以来的评价用的是同一把尺子，导致了部分学生止步不前，存在两极分化的现象。甚至有的学生产生了消极的心理，课堂上学*的兴趣不浓。针对这种情况，我准备从以下几个方面来关注学困生的学*情况，帮助他们重新树立起自信心，以倾斜式评价促进他们的发展。
（2）具体做法
1、让胆小的学生参加小组活动，让他们在与同学的交流中放松心情，学会与他人的沟通，加强与他人的合作。教师根据他们参与的认真态度，设立参与奖。

又是一个精彩而又短暂的寒假过去了。２月１９日一大清早，我兴冲冲地跑到学校和好朋友们好好团聚团聚．果然，一见面大家就七嘴八舌地说开了．还真有点＂一日不见，如隔三秋＂的味道呢！
谈论最多的还是放鞭炮了．虽说我们个个都是＂遵纪守法＂的好少年，可是谁又能抵挡得了鞭炮烟火的诱惑呢？瞧，吴梦颖清了清嗓子首先开口了：＂你们都不知道，寒假里，我玩了鞭炮．我把一根长长的鞭炮点燃了，可它怎么也不炸．但我一走*，它就｀噼里啪啦＇地炸开了花．＂她得意扬扬地说着．＂这有什么稀奇？＂坐在一旁的田宇神气地说，＂我放假时把五个擦炮倒扣在一个易拉罐下面．５秒以后，这个易拉罐就像一架小火箭似的＂嘭＂地一声被炸了三四层楼房那么高呢！易拉罐下来的时候都扁了！＂＂哇噻，好厉害呀！＂我大声呼．

快乐的事情无处不在。在不知不觉一个漫长的寒假已从我眼前飘过。这个寒假记载着我在寒假里发生的一点一滴。下面我就给大家介绍一下我的寒假生活吧：
记得在寒假里的一天，我写完作业，便拿起一本杂志津津有味地读了起来，一篇文章吸引了我。它写的是我国人工饲养的青蛙，为了使它们快速长大，采用了割破四肢薄膜的最新技术，这样，蝌蚪就可以在半小时之内长出四肢。我想：我不是之前买了一些小蝌蚪吗?拿两只给它们做手术，让它们快些长大也不是挺有意思的吗?我决心尝试一下这种新技术。
我按书上说的准备了一个剃须乃片，分成两片，当手术用的刀，用酒精当消毒剂，用一个纸盒当手术台，再在旁边放一小杯清水。
手术开始了，我捞起一条小蝌蚪，放上手术台上。我正要动手，却感到有些发怵，因为这是我第一次给活物下刀，手有些发抖。不过，为了证实这个实验，我只好用左手轻轻按住小蝌蚪的身子，右手开始动手术。我先用手术刀轻轻刮去它前肢部位上的薄膜，小蝌蚪拼命挣扎，我只好又按住它，继续开刀，给前肢做完了手术，又开始给后肢做手术。经过10分钟的手术，我的心*静下来。把做完的小蝌蚪放入水中坐在一旁看，一分钟、二分钟、三分钟、四分钟……30分钟，半个小时过去了。啊!我看到了，看到了小蝌蚪的四肢全长出来了。顿时，我欣喜若狂。
过了几天后，我在同学前又成功地做了一次手术。从此，我每天都去看它们几次，一天，二天……五天，我突然发现第一次做手术的小蝌蚪成了青蛙，第二次做手术的青蛙死了。我查阅了一下电脑后只道：生出十天以内的小蝌蚪，做提前变成青蛙的成功率高
开学了，同学们像多年没见的朋友一样，现在又聚在了一起，所以他们三个一伙，五个一群地在一起，互相倾诉自己的趣事和伤心事。
瞧，王振东说的那劲，五头牛也拉不动，而他说的话题我们已经听他说过很多遍了，我看他们讲得很起劲，也去凑热闹。听着听着我的舌头也开始蠢蠢欲动了，就加入了他们的队伍，讲我自己在寒假中的趣事：
大年三十的那天晚上，我们全家聚在一起看春节联欢晚会，我看了千手观音这个节目，在想：为什么她们都不说话呢？观众为她们鼓掌，她们为什么也不微笑呢？我带着这些疑问继续看，原来，她们是聋哑人，她们的动作都是一位教师在旁边指挥的，我看完之后，打心眼里佩服她们。
忽然，妈妈说：我们也来办一个晚会吧！我们听了都举手赞成。

新学期一开学，同学们相聚在一起，有好多说不完的话，讲不完的事，就让我们敞开记忆的大门，去交谈，去倾诉一下美好的寒假生活吧!

2、没有好的英语学*氛围。想要学好英语，就要一个很好的学*氛围。去国外这个条件看我是很难达到了，那我就只能自己营造出氛围：听歌听英文歌、看电视看国外的、反正是一切能够接触到英语的都应该多多去了解。
3、害怕把英语说出口。总觉得自己说出来的英语发音不准确，语法错误，怕闹笑话。看了李阳的疯狂学英语后，发现这个是大多数人的通病，要克服这种心理问题，看样子只能一步一步来了，尽量让自己多用英语去交流。
4、单词总是死记硬背，但又总是记了又忘。听老师说这是最蠢的单词记忆法。单词不能一个一个的去记，要放到一个句子里面去读，这样的记忆才能深刻。
5、语法太差是我的一个重要缺点，只能多去阅读英文文章，慢慢的提升语法水*。
通过对自己在英语水*上的了解，在时间的合理安排下，制定了一个相对于轻松的学*计划，计划内容是：
1、上课做到认真听课，把老师布置的作业按时的完成。
2、做到课前预*，在学*是才能跟得上老师的讲课速度。
3、每天坚持记忆一个生词，务必要做到记忆深刻。
4、看电影坚持看欧美电影，中英双译的字幕，遇到有趣的口语，可以停下来熟记。
5、坚持一个星期听一首英文歌，反复的听，做到可以熟记歌词，能够边听边译。
6、看欧美电影时，可以跟读电影人物的对话，大声的说出来，克服说英文时的胆小心理。
7、在闲暇时间，可以多多去浏览英文网页，如果在网上能够交到国外朋友是最好不过的了。
以上就是我的学*计划，可能很多人都会说太简单了点，但是我不想给自己太大的压力，希望自己能在兴趣的学*中，一点一点的提高自己的英语水*。
