How i have changed!
My life at weekends has changed a l ot since last year. In the past i had to get up at six at weekends. After breakfast i hurried to school. it was always busy my lessonsfour lessons inthe morning and four in tne afternoon. But now i dont have to go to school, of cuorse i neend get up so early. I can do what i like. For example, i can go out for a picnic with my friends, or play baketball. In the evening, i used to do my homework or go over my lessons, but now i can watch TV, surf the internet or do some reading, and so on. In the past, i didnt go to bed until half past ten, but now at half past nine. I have more free time than before!

一、组织熏陶，提高自身觉悟
在今年历时7个多月的党的群众路线教育活动中，虽然不是活动开展的主要对象，但作为一名办公室工作人员，可以说是全程参与了“大讨论”、“走基层”、“院坝大讲堂”、“止懒治庸”、“正风肃纪”等一系列氛围浓厚的专项整治活动，深受教育，对党和国家政策方针以及为人民服务的宗旨有了更为深刻的认识。在工作之余，通过新闻、报纸、网络等渠道及时了解党和国家的各项政策法规，通过加强自身学*知识水*提升和在工作之余通过学*，在充分领会党和国家各项政策法规的重要意义的同时，使自己的政治水*得到了提高。
二、认真学*，提升业务水*
作为一名办公室工作人员，工作涉及面广，为满足工作需要，认真学*研读《党政机关公文处理工作条例》、《<党政机关公文格式>国家标准GB/T9704-20xx解读》、《关于规范向县委县**报送文件工作的相关要求》等材料，通过不断学*实践，提升业务水*。
（一）办文工作。
公文代表着机关的形象，其质量高低，直接反映办公室工作的水*。在办文上，一是做好公文起草工作，力求文稿思路清晰、表达准确、特色明显；二是做好核稿工作，在保证格式规范、内容可行、程序合理、发文及时。全年，全年共印发各类请示、报告224份，通知、通报、批复262份，便签142份，常务会、财经会议题11份。
（二）提案办理。
配合做建议和提案的分办、催办、督办工作，尽量让代表委员满意。与各职能科室协调，按时按质按量完成答复意见，所有提案均办理完毕、正式回复和上报，得到解决或基本解决的（a类）13件，得到部分或已列入规划准备解决的（b类）1件，所提问题因客观条件限制或需其它原因需以后解决的（c类）2件，回复满意率100%。
（三）信息报送与公开。
及时、准确、全面地为领导和上级机关报送信息，始终是办公室工作人员的重要职责。随着对信息要求的拓宽、速度加快、要求提高，在信息工作中努力做到“收集信息第一时间、报送信息第一时刻、处理信息第一时段”，确保信息快速报送。20xx年共编制信息27条，被上级部门采用12条。公开政策、信息172条，圆满上次信息工作目标。
（四）OA系统使用维护。
根据局机关人事变动及使用情况反馈，及时调整OA系统用户账户，优化办文流程、提高办文效率。经统计，20xx年全年通过OA系统共登记办理网络来文4464份，按每份文件5页计算，约节约纸张2万余张。
三、正视短板，不断完善提高
一年来，在各级领导和同事的关心帮助下，学*工作取得一定成果，但我深知自己离一个优秀的办公室人员还有很大差距，主要表现在以下几个方面：一是办事不够及时，部分工作存在未到交办时限不上报情况；二是语言表达能力还比较差，部分工作不能言简意赅的向领导进行汇报，影响了工作效率。
在今后的工作和学*中，需要更进一步严格要求自己，虚心向同事们学*，努力克服自身的缺点和不足，争取在思想、工作、学*上有更大的进步。
