互联网和通信技术的高速发展，使电子商务迅速普及。凭借互联网无地域限制的优势，消除了产品、服务供应商和需求者之间地点与距离相关的障碍，我国经济正逐渐成为以互联网、 通信技术为基础的新经济。现在越来越多的人为了方便节约时间，网上购物越来越贴*人们的生活 b2c、c2c模式在降低运营成本、方便快捷等方面的优势，大大降低了企业和个人的行业进入门槛， 一时间网商如雨后春笋般纷纷涌现。网络购物的兴起，正悄然改变着社会的商业结构和生活方式。，由 于大 学 生 接触网 络比 较多，所以 我 们大 学生 网上 购 物进行调查。
我在很久以前就听说了“网购”这个词，淘宝网更是家喻户晓的知名网站。人们对于网购这种购物形式众说纷纭，在我身边的大多数人都觉得网购存在很大的风险，也很少人真正尝试过。我一直都对网购很感兴趣，很好奇，在今年春天我开始了我的“网购生涯”。从那以后，身边的同学也纷纷开始了网购。后来网购成了我生活中的一部分，什么东西都喜欢从网上买。像我这样喜欢网购的大学生有多少呢?因此我选了这个主题.
优点
对于消费者来说:
第一、可以在家“逛商店”，订货不受时间、地点的限制;
第二、获得较大量的商品信息，可以买到当地没有的商品;
第三、网上支付较传统拿现金支付更加安全可避免现金丢失或遭到抢劫;
第四、从订货、买货到货物上门无需亲临现场既省时,又省力;
第五、由于网上商品省去租店面、招雇员及储存保管等一系列费用，总的来说其价格较一般商场的同类商品更物美价廉。
第六、可以保护个人隐私，很多人喜欢在网上购买**用品，去实体店购买显得尴尬难堪。
对于商家来说:
由于网上销售库存压力较小、经营成本低、经营规模不受场地限制等。在将来会有更多的企业选择网上销售，通过互联网对市场信息的及时反馈适时调整经营战略，以此提高企业的经济效益和参与国际竞争的能力。再次，对于整个市场经济来说：这种新型的购物模式可在更大的范围内、更广的层面上以更高的效率实现资源配置。综上可以看出，网上购物突破了传统商务的障碍，无论对消费者、企业还是市场都有着巨大的吸引力和影响力，在新经济时期无疑是达到“多赢”效果的理想模式

调查过程 本次调查共历时十天，调查范围涉及山东大学，山东师范大学，济南大学，山东财经大学，山东建筑大学，具体行程如下：
7月15号，在山东大学兴隆山校区，我们全组集合举行了第一次会议，确立了本次活动的议题，具体计划及分工。
7月16号，在山东大学兴隆山校区今天我们一行人为了制作好问卷，问卷涉及的问题有1、你会选择网上购物吗;2、你的上网频率;3你网上购物选用的网站;4、选择的邮购方式;5选择网购的原因;6、选择的付款方式;7、对网购商品的满意度;8、网购最多的商品的种类;9、网购存在的风险;10、有过网购被骗的经历吗;11、网购的发展前景;12、每个月*均网购金额。我们这些问题以*易*人的方式对大学生进行调查，相信会得到令人满意的.结果。
7月17号，今天我们来到了山东师范大学长青校区进行调查，调查的主要形式是问卷调查以及随机采访。由于路程较远，活动大约持续了一天的时间，同时由于放假，在校生的数量也不多，调查的效果也并非我们想象中的完美。
7月18号，我队一行人来到位于济南市的山东省财经大学，进行关于大学生网购现状一些基本情况的调查。我们采取的调查方式为问卷调查，为了保证调查数据的普遍性，使调
查结果更加真实可信，我们分别来到图书馆，餐厅，自*室以及运动场进行了数据的采集。调查的对象为在校的不同年级的本科生。下午我们又分成小队，通过走访询问的方式，与在校学生进行交流，了解他们对网购的看法，以及他们的网购物品种类，购物方式等。
7月19号，今天，我们一起来到了山东建筑大学。我们来到学校的教学楼、图书馆、食堂、宿舍等地进行了调查。
7月 20号 ，上午我们来到了山东大学中心校区。续进行关于大学生网购情况的调查。在这里，为了采集更多的信息，我们同样采取了以调查问卷为主的形式。我们首先来到了学校的图书馆，对正在自*的同学分别发放了300份调查问卷，为了保证样本的均衡，我们尽量基本保证男女同学数量相等，虽然有些同学并不太配合我们的调查，但大部分同学还是乐意接受并填写我们的问卷。中午时我们又在取快递处挑取了部分正在取快递的同学进行口头调查，并作好记录。下午我们在教室进行了问卷及记录的分析。做好了统计，与其他调查结果结合分析。
7月21号是进行调查问卷的最后一天，在做好了前期准备工作之后，我们来到了济南大学发放调查问卷进行本次关于大学生网购问题的问卷调查活动。
7月23号，昨天通过一天紧张的工作，今天的任务就是把所有的调查问卷集中在一起，做更加细致的整理。首先我们有把所有调查问卷的信息仔细的核对了一遍，其次,我们调整参加调查同学的男女比例,使其比例基本相同.然后,挑选出有明显错误的调查问卷,以及明显存在的调查人选择错误的调查问卷,进行删除,以及清除残次调查问卷的数据.把其他的数据进行重新的整理.更正完数据之后，把所得到的数据用图形绘制出来。
7月24号，我们进行了调查结果的总结。
本次调查共有10人参加并且完成了问卷，均来自湖北工业大学商贸学院10物流本科二班，有效回收率为100%，并且参加调查的同学具有很高的随机性，性别构成上男生较少女生偏多，其中男性占30%，女性比例是70%。
通过本次调查发现，使用淘宝网购物经历的大学生达到80%;而没有用淘宝网购物的大学生，只占所调查人群的20%，而且是100%的同学知道淘宝网购物。保证了本次大学生淘宝网购物业务调研具有一定普遍意义。我们主要针对大学生淘宝网购物需求状况、学生使用淘宝网购物要求分析、学生淘宝网购物族的消费动力分析、学生淘宝网购物族的目标确立分析5个方面进行数据统计和分析。
1、大学使用淘宝网购物和需求状况
调查数据显示，在被访者中有80%的学生使用过淘宝网购物，同时16%的学生将会在*期或有意向使用淘宝网购物。从这些数据可看出：随着人们生活水*的提高，用淘宝网购物在大学里已不再是新鲜事物了，已开始普及化了。大学生已经成为淘宝网购物市场中一个不容忽视的消费群体。
2、大学生淘宝网购物使用要求分析
(1)最注重质量
选择淘宝网购物时，消费者考虑的主要因素为：产品质量(占29%)，产品多样性(占12%)，产品价格(占21%)，产品功能(占10%)，产品品牌(占15%)，产品售后服务(占9%)，广告宣传(占2%)，其它方面(占2%)。其中，消费者对质量的要求最高，用淘宝购物是网络服务，如果质量不好，将会给消费者带来极大的不便。
另外，部分消费者对淘宝网的信誉要求也较高，淘宝网服务商也不断提高服务水*和企业信誉，很大程度上是迎合他们的口味。由于大学生都是年轻人，随着人们生活水*的提高，以及使用淘宝网购物年龄的下降，消费者对产品价格特别的敏感，因为大学生一般没有收入，都在用父母的钱，财力有限所以对价格也特别敏感。
(2)中低档产品和电子产品较受
在使用淘宝网购物的调查中，我们发现消费者比较倾向于100元至500元的价位，其比例高达56%。另外，有29%的消费者表示会选择500元以上的商品。当然，也有部分消费者购买高价位商品，其中，选800元以上的消费者占15%，1000元以上的占12%。电子产品和日常生活用品的购买比率也高达50%。
(3)网购使用的网站较集中
对消费者使用网购网站的调查发现，消费者网上购物的网站较为集中，大体上分布在淘宝网、当当网、拍拍网、卓越网，其比例分别为56%、28%和10%，其它的只占6%。网上购物是高科技产品，普通消费者难以了解其功能是否完善、质量是否可靠，他们只好以社会舆论和专业知识作为判断标准，而淘宝网在社会舆论中有口碑和较好的信誉，并且淘宝网的产品质量和售后服务也较好，因而容易赢得消费者的信任。此外淘宝网上购物的价格优势也是学生朋友们考虑的重要因素。
(4)使用淘宝网所购的商品的种类比较复杂
在此项调查中我们发现，大学生在淘宝网购买的商品或服务的排名依次是：服装类(占36%)、图书音像(占18%)、小饰品(占15%)、生活用品(占13%)、数码产品(占9%)、其他(占9%)。
从这些数据可以看出服装类、书籍音像类所占比例较大;其次小饰品、生活用品、数码产品也占到一定的比例。这体现了大学生在淘宝网购物类型中以服装类为主，而且图书音像的商品也占较大的比例。
3、学生淘宝网购物族的消费动机分析
经过学*过程对其消费需求的明确，消费动力的强化，学生淘宝网购物族逐渐形成了具体的购买动机。学生淘宝网购物族的消费动机可分为以下四种：
第一，求实购买动机。
据调查显示，学生消费者在使用淘宝网购物时，最注重的还是质量与实用功能：40%的被调查者表示，好用与耐用是最重要的;此外，还有10%的人认为淘宝网的售后服务质量是关键。形成这一购买动机的原因，除了受他们最基本的消费需求——生活和学*的影响外，还受到他们依赖性消费、自身缺乏经验及购买能力弱等因素的影响。
第二，求新购买动机。
学生消费者在实行淘宝网购物时，大部分被调查者认为在质量保证的前提下，首先考虑所购商品价格的高低，其他因素如商品的多样性、商品的功能、技术含量等。同时，有61%的学生希望拥有为"大学生量身定做的网上购物网站"和"网上购物的商品"。其次考虑所购的商品是否物美价廉。且多数被调查者均明确表示，选购时会优先考虑在质量可靠、价格低廉、设计轻巧、款式新颖、功能多样、品种齐全的网站上购买自己所需要商品。学生淘宝网购物族这一购买动机的产生，与学生消费者特殊的消费心理是分不开的。由于学生消费群的成员大多处于18-23岁，这是人生中思想最活跃、最善变的黄金青春期。现代社会生活条件的极大改善，科学技术的高速发展，各种观念、思潮的风起云涌，赋予了他们强烈的冒险精神与实践精神，对于新事物、新观念的关注与学*，逐渐形成了他们求新、求异的消费心理，而这种消费心理直接影响到了他们求新购买动机的产生。
第三，求便购买动机。
根据前面对学生淘宝网购物族的分析，得知大多数学生消费者在淘宝网购物真正目的在于图方便、便宜、时尚。对于使用淘宝网购物来丰富自己生活和节约购物成本这一目的。据调查显示，多数使用淘宝网购物的学生的父母均持肯定态度，而这种态度对学生在淘宝网购买动机的产生具有直接的推动作用。另外，还有部分女生追求时尚和漂亮的衣服，也推动了此种购买动机的产生。
第四，求廉购买动机。
大多数学生淘宝网购物族所能承受的产品价格在500元以下。也就是说，他们需要的是中低档的商品。总的来说，此动机的产生与我国综合国力不强，人均消费水*偏低有着密切联系。这种经济现状直接制约了仍处于依赖性消费阶段的学生淘宝网购物族的消费能力，从而导致了他们在选择淘宝网购物时通常会把眼光放在中低价格的商品上。另外，为了达到经济实用的目的，他们通常还会选择返利网上购物来使用。但值得注意的是，此种求廉的购买动机并非只是一味的追求低价，以省钱为目的，更多时候只要价格达到了学生淘宝网购物族心中"合理"的低价时，动机就产生了。
一般情况下，学生淘宝网购物族的这四种消费动机不是独立存在的，而是相互交织，共同推动他们的消费行为进一步的发生。实际上，对于消费者来说，消费动机的产生才意味着消费手段、消费目标等一系列消费心理和消费行为的发生，这对于学生淘宝网购物族来说也不例外。因此，学生淘宝网购物族四种相互交织的消费动机在得到发展以后，就会出现一系列满足消费动机的目标，从而最终做出购买决定。
随着高等教育的普及，高等教育市场化运作日趋明显。*年来高校大规模的扩招，使越来越多的学生走进了高等教育的殿堂。到20xx年初高校的在校人数达1800多人，再加上电大及网络教育等其他形式教育的学生的人数，总共有2100万之多。从而形成了一个拥有人数众多的高等教育市场。大学生消费市场作为其中重要的组成部分也越来越多地成为人们关注的焦点，“再穷也不能穷孩子”，父母用这样一种观念对教育进行投资，也让大学生的消费能力高出了一般水*。如何正确面对这一消费市场，如何了解大学生的消费情况及对社会经济的影响呢?为此，我分别对驻烟的三所高校——烟台大学，鲁东大学，山东工商学院的部分大学生的消费状况进行了调查，从而对当今大学生的消费情况有了一个全面细致的了解。以下是这次调查的具体内容及我对此情况的分析：
1调查目的
随着经济社会的纵深发展，大学生作为一特殊的消费群体，在消费上呈现出许多自身所独有的特点，与大学生自身存在的消费观念密不可分。我们的消费观念的塑造和培养更为突出而直接地影响我们世界观的形成与发展，进而对我们一生的品德行为产生重要的影响。
因此，关注大学生消费状况，把握大学生生活消费的心理特征和行为导向，培养和提高我们对经济的敏感度，成为了我们当代大学生共同关注的话题。通过本文的分析，我们希望能给广大的大学生消费者提供有意义的帮助和指导。
2调查过程
我们此次调查的方向主要分为以下五个:生活开支及来源，生活费的剩余状况，消费结构，网上消费，消费观念。
生活开支及来源
调研结果显示，每月生活费在800—1100的同学占受调查人数的31.31%，在1100—1400的同学占30.3%，大多数同学每月的开支在800——1400之间;也有一部分同学，生活相对节俭，开支在800元以下，这些同学占9.6%;然而也有些同学，每月生活开支在1400以上，有28.79%，其中每月开支在1700以上的同学占据12.88%。每月生活费开支的多与少和是否浪费不知节约是没有必然联系的，我们大学期间要学会把每一分钱发挥最大的价值。
对于生活费的来源，绝大多数同学都是父母给予的，占据总人数的97.98%，毕竟大家还都只是学生，还没有完全独立的能力;11.36%的同学是靠获得奖学金来充当一部分生活费;有13.13%的同学参加了勤工助学;除此之外，有1.01%的同学踏上了创业的道路，即使艰辛但一定是快乐的。无论自己的生活费从哪里得到，我们都不应肆意挥霍，培养出一种正确的消费观。
生活费的剩余
社会上有有着一群人，被尊称做“月光族”，那大学中呢?
通过本次调研，我们发现，仅32.58%的同学每月生活费会有剩余;有1***1%的同学表示每月都恰好用完;15.91%的同学说自己经常超支，这些同学应该注意下自己的消费;也有35.1%的同学表示不确定，有活动就会超支，没什么事就会有剩余，没有绝对。
而就是这样的不确定性，会使我们陷入资金短缺的困境，那我们这些大学生们又该怎么去应对呢?*乎一半的同学采用的方法都比较简单粗暴，直接向父母要。的确，这也是最有效的方法;也有3.28%的同学选择先向同学借;当然，部分同学独立感较强，选择打工来为自己补充资金，这些人占了6.57%;34.6%同学选择了省吃俭用，勉强熬过去，在此我想说，省吃俭用不要伤害到自己的身体，不然就得不偿失了。
消费结构
根据结果显示，我们同学的生活开支主要侧重于饮食方面，毕竟民以食为天。而网购、衣着和娱乐消费几乎并驾齐驱，也是同学们*时花费比较多的地方。同学们支出比例最少的是学*用品和其它用品。但是我觉得，在学*用品方面大家应该多投入一点，买一些深刻的书，使自己的学*生活变得更加有趣。
另外我们注意到只有38.38%的同学认为自己的消费结构是合理的，有34.34%的同学对此没有感觉，剩下27.27%的同学则认为不合理。对自己的消费结构没感觉的同学大概是因为没有准确的概念，或没有刻意去注意;而那些已经注意到合理的同学就需要地调整自己的消费结构，让自己的消费有其价值。
网上消费
根据调查问卷结果显示，只有22.6%的同学基本不网购，网购购买方便，价格较低，种类齐全和奉贤校区位置偏僻等原因，使网上购物受到了大部分同学的青睐。
在对结果的分析中我们还发现，调查的女生中只有13.82%的同学基本不网购，而男生则占到了31.43%，明显高于女生，不网购的原因可能是不信赖网上商品质量或没有网银。同时一半左右的同学*时每个月大概网购1—3次，而有18.43%的女生每月有6次以上的网购经历，不得不说，女人就是有购物的天性。
消费金额主要由生活水*决定，而大学生绝大多数没有实际收入，生活费由父母供给，所以大家也能很好地把握网购的限度，这从此次的双十一消费情况可见一斑：68.54%的调查对象都只消费了300元以下，虽说双十一大打折扣，同学们还是很理智的面对这场购物狂潮。
统计结果中，网购物品排在第一的是服饰，其次为生活用品，第三为食品，然后是学*用品和电子产品。这其中，男女差异也相当大，女生主要买服饰和食品远多于男生，而男生有26.29%会在网上购买电子产品，女性仅有11.52%。这种情况可以说是意料之中的。
消费观念
根据我们的调研显示，男生中只有18.64%的同学有记账等理财规划的*惯，而女生则比较多，占到了40.09%。
这充分显示了男生的理财意识较之女生更为淡薄。而总体来看，这两个数据都是远远不够的，作为一名走向成熟的大学生，至少要做到对自己的经济有清楚的认识和记录。如果一个人连钱花在哪里都不知道，他又如何去规划自己的未来呢。
最后我们统计了同学们对于提前消费的看法，58.23%的同学都认为没意见，27.09%的同学持支持态度，剩下有14.68%的.表示了反对。提前消费作为一种新型消费方式，也在大学生中开始流行，有人觉得寅吃卯粮是一种极其不合理的理财行为，也有人认为只是灵活的生活态度，这两种看法没有什么对与错，只是站的角度不同罢了。我们不难看出，一半以上的大学生对此并没有清晰的认识和判断。
3结论与建议
生活开支及来源
步入大学的我们，变得更加自由，对金钱的掌握能力也更强了，可是这不能成为我们铺张浪费的理由。现在的我们仍旧没有独自生活的能力。我们应该学会体谅我们的父母，我们所花费的每一分钱都凝聚着父母的汗水。或许现在的我们没有能力为父母遮风挡雨，但至少我们可以替父母分担一些重量。在此提出以下几点建议：
(1)对自己的需求有个准确的了解。保持自己的消费理性，尽量避免在一些没有必要的地方乱花钱;
(2)适度的控制自己的消费水*。作为一名大学生，我们的主要任务依旧是学*，我们正处于一个掌握知识、提升能力的黄金时期，不要让这段光阴白白浪费在吃喝玩乐上。
(3)尝试通过自己的双手挣钱。当然，这是在学有余力的前提下，我们有很多方法可以赚钱，做兼职、创业等等，在给自己赚取些外快的同时，更提高了自己的能力，也可以用自己挣来的钱给父母买件衣服让他们也好好得感动一番。
(4)用合理的心态对待金钱。不吝啬，不挥霍，让每一分钱都有它自身的意义与价值。
消费结构
现在的吃货也是越来越多，当然这也是无可厚非的。在此给大家以下建议：
(1)健康饮食，注意卫生，尽量选择有安全保障的食物;
(2)注音营养搭配，不要为了追求美味而一直吃一些垃圾食品。
另外网购是现在的一大热潮，买衣服或者娱乐活动也的确需要，但我们更应善于理财。以下有一些建议：
(1)不能因为盲目网购，买衣服或者是出去玩而一下子花费很多，不然以后的日子就难过喽。
(2)消费结构的不合理性，可以通过记录自己消费方向和比例来督促改良。
网上购物
从报告问卷结果得出，网上购物已经越来越频繁了，但它仍然存在一些实质性的问题，比如商品质量不过关，物流慢，售后差，容易被骗等影响网购信心的问题。所以建议同学们
(1)提高警惕和防范意识，网购时看清双方交易条款，不要轻易将钱打到对方支付宝或银行卡上。
(2)自己学会选择最佳的购物方式，比如看看买家秀，货比三家，注意售后服务保障等;
(3)注意权衡自己的消费水*，合理消费，作为大学生，我们没有过高的消费能力，挥霍不是好*惯。
(4)在此特意提醒一下女生，注意适度网购，因为调查结果显示，不管是网购金额还是次数，女生明显高于男生，而且将过多的精力投入逛淘宝也是不利于健康生活和学*的。
消费观念
无论是男生女生，拥有好的一个理财*惯是妥善安排自己独立生活的前提。既然迟早要离开父母的怀抱自立，何不早一点先自己锻炼起来呢?以下是一些财务管理小技巧：
(1)对自己每天的支出有一个简要的记录，现在有很多相关的APP，也有记账的小本子，同学们可以选择自己喜欢的方式进行记录。
(2)对自己每个月的支出有一个大致的规划，做到留有一定余地。
(3)超支每个人都无法避免，然而我们要学会从上一次的超支中了解到自己的不合理消费以避免下一次的窘境。
针对提前消费的调查，调研过程中不少同学表示对“提前消费”这个概念不甚了解，消费与每个人都息息相关，浑浑噩噩地对待自己的钱包很容易就入不敷出了。因此希望同学们能更加关注相关知识，树立自己的消费观和价值观。

在此次调查过程中，共发放问卷200份，收回150份，并走访50人。调查的结果如下所示：
（1）69%的同学*时上网主要从事看新闻、查资料等学*性活动，21%的同学主要从事聊天、看电影等娱乐性活动，只有10%的同学主要从事网上购物;
（2）36%的同学经常在网上购物，62%的同学偶尔在网上购物，2%的同学没有网上购物的经历：
（3）79%的同学主要是购买饰品、衣服等生活性用品，20%的同学主要是购买书籍、杂志等学*性用品，只有1%的同学购买数码家电等科技产品；
（4）在没有网上购物经历的同学中，68%的同学表示在*一周内准备网上购物，13%的同学持不确定的态度，19%的同学在未来一个月内准备网上购物；
（5）35%的同学认为网上购物利大于弊，51%的`同学认为网上购物弊大于利，14%的同学认为网上购物利弊均衡；
由此可以看来，虽然网上购物在同学们的日常生活中并不占很大的比例，但是在大学校园里有很大的发展潜力。
对于网上购物的利弊，同学们各执一词。51%的同学认为，网上购物存在很大的风险，弊大于利，特别是商品质量难以保证。很多同学都有过上当受骗的经历。所谓“一朝被蛇咬，十年怕井绳”。虽然这种说法有点过于严重，但多多少少影响了同学们对网上购物的热情。比如，外语学院09级英语本科的郭同学就曾经有过类似的经历，她是在寒假期间在网上订购了一双手套，在当时订购的时候电脑上显示的图片很漂亮，很让她满意，但是当实物寄到她手中的时候，她说当时都有一种欲哭无泪的感觉。因为那双手套小的只能让小朋友来带，而那时又不知怎么向商家索赔或是要求退款，就只好“哑巴吃黄连了”。
但是在网上购物中收益的同学却对网上购物乐此不疲，认为利大于弊。对她们而言，网上购物不仅可选商品的范围多了，价格也很优惠，更重要的是不必再舟车劳顿，辛苦奔波，而且还能淘到本地所没有的稀奇商品。这种消费方式对于追求新奇、时尚的学生族说，这不失为一种时尚的消费方式。总而言之，大部分学生对网上购物的前景是很看好的。
毋庸置疑，网上购物为当代处在快节奏生活中的人们提供了一种方便快捷时尚的消费方式。网上购物最大的特点是方便快捷，因为网络商店中基本都具有店内商品的分类、搜索功能，通过搜索，我们就可以很方便地找到需要的商品。而且网上商品的价格比较便宜。因为网上的商店不用承担传统商场无法省去的相关费用，像房租、电费、店员工资，所以商品的附加费用很低，商品的价格也就低了。网上商店商品种类多，没有时间限制，所以只要我们登录网站，想什么时候购物就什么时候购物，给我们的日常生活增添了几分恣意。

然后，是商品信息问题。尽管商品信息发布很快，但商品不能及时到位。很多商品信息上网后，购买者能够看到，却无法立刻购买到，这主要是因为信息在网上发布，但是供货商仍然是传统企业。传统企业的商品配送无法和互联网信息同步，所以会产生信息快于商品的现象。
再者，是商品的配送问题。传统购物一般是在选好商品后，就可以直接付费拿走，而网络购物就需要一个订货后的等待过程。所以目前社会上出现了很多物流公司，他们在为网络购物者送货上起到了很大的作用。在目前的商品配送上，就同城配送而言，最快的一般需要一个小时，最长的则需要两天时间。如果购买者需要的东西很急，网络购物一般就不适合。

所以，网上购物时，我们一般要选择选择信誉度高，好评度高的卖家，商店、商品质量有保障的，并且学会利用各种手段措施来保障自己的合法权益，避免欺诈行为的出现，一旦发现上当受骗要立即采取手段措施维护自己的权益。积极和卖家沟通，收到货后立即验货，选购时货比三家等等，都是避免上当受骗很好的做法。在网上购物也要拥有一个*和的心态。不要斤斤计较，也不要觉得网上没好货，或者把网上的商品期待的太过完美，要用一颗*常心去面对性价比。毕竟商品的买卖交易是一个互惠互利，相互协作的过程，买卖双方都要遵循自己的责任与义务。

互联网和通信技术的高速发展，使电子商务迅速普及。凭借互联网无地域限制的优势，消除了产品、服务供应商和需求者之间地点与距离相关的障碍，我国经济正逐渐成为以互联网、通信技术为基础的新经济。
现在越来越多的人为了方便节约时间，网上购物越来越贴*人们的生活。b2c、c2c模式在降低运营成本、方便快捷等方面的优势，大大降低了企业和个人的行业进入门槛，一时间网商如雨后春笋般纷纷涌现。网络购物的兴起，正悄然改变着社会的商业结构和生活方式。网上购物已经从当时雾里看花遥不可及的状态，变成了当今最火爆，最适合上班族、年轻族群购物口味的一种购物方式。网上购物已经慢慢地从一个新鲜的事物逐渐变**们日常生活的一部分，冲击着人们的传统消费*惯和思维、生活方式，以其特殊的优势而逐渐深入人心。大学生作为对网络最敏感的人群，他们对网上购物行为接受很快，是未来购物市场上的潜在用户。
二、调查目的
这次大学生网上购物调查研究目的是研究大学生网上购物行为并对其进行分析，了解当代大学生对网络购物的消费态度，正确指导大学生网上购物消费行为，以及未来对网购发展潜力的期望。
三、调查对象和方法
1、调查对象:***学院学生。
2、资料收集方法:采用问卷调查方法调查。发放《大学生网上购物调查问卷》，了解了大学生关于上网购物的基本情况。
本次调查实际发放问卷200份，回收问卷200份，有效问卷176份，有效率88%。
四、调查结果及其分析
1、大学生网上购物潜力巨大。
通过本次调查显示，有网上购物经历的大学生占68%。而没有网上购物经历的大学生，其中只有7.8%的人没有浏览过购物网站。不难看出大学生在网上购物的市场潜力是巨大的!说明大学生对网上购物这一行为能够接受，并且接受的比较快。
2、大学生网购群体特征:性别特征。
调查结果显示，有68%的大学生有网购经验，而其中女生网购群高于男生。女生对于购物的欲望更为强烈，对美更为追求，女生对服饰等较为热衷，而男生则相对倾向于电子产品。
3、网购原因分析
(1)、 网络中的商品比较丰富。相比现实社区活动区域的局限性, 网络作为虚拟的社区,有“无限”的空间和领域,在这个“无限”的空间中人们可以通过网络商店来寻找自己想要购买的商品和服务。网络虚拟社区空间的无地域、无国界的特点,导致网络购物也突破了地域、国界的界限,使消费者可以通过网络购买到自己生活的社区难以买到的商品。 (2)、 网络中商品价格相对低廉。
在网络中出售的商品通常要比传统商场的商品价格低一些,调查数据显示,学生比较关注的几种商品,服饰是折扣最大的,能达到50%以上;其次是电子产品,*均折扣在40%;折扣最小的是书籍,一般只便宜20% - 30%。网上中的商品低价的原因就在于网络可以省去传统商场无法省去的一些费用,例如场地租金、员工的工资等。因此网络商品的附加费用比较低,商品的价格也就低了。低廉的价格正是吸引大学生这个“纯消费”群体乐意参与网络购物的重要原因。
(3)网络购物的快捷便利。
快递公司的迅速发展,促使了网络购物的繁荣。现在的快递公司不仅仅局限于传统的邮局,新出现了很多快递机构,例如宅急送、申通快递、圆通快递、中通快递、天天快递等等。这些快递公司的出现加速了网络购物的发展,使网络消费变得更加便利和快捷。一个方面减轻了商店的促销和分销的压力,另一方面也方便了消费者购物。消费者只需在网上挑选商品,剩下的事情就由商家和快递公司来完成,无需消费者亲自到商店中购买。而且网络商店24小时的开放,更大程度上方便了顾客,不会受到营业时间的限制,大学生更适应这种新式的购物方式。
(4) 网络购物的群体认同感。
网络购物作为一种新兴的购物方式,从它的兴起到慢慢成熟, 网络购物人数在不断的增加。但由于网络购物的限定性, 网络购物的消费者相对而言还是少数,人们对网络消费还是感觉很新奇, 网络购物者也会把自己同其他群体分离开来,形成一个特殊的群体。特别是大学生,个性使他们更喜欢“标榜”自己,从而更加注重网络购物(低碳生活绿色环保调查报告)所带来的特殊群体的认同感。
五、网购过程中存在的问题

六、大学生网络购物存在问题的解决对策
1、加强对商家的管理。
(1)加强网络商品的管理。调查发现,很多大学生喜欢购买一些品牌商品,之所以在网上购买,就是看中了网络商品的价格低,但是虚假商品的掺入使大学生受到欺骗,从而失去了对网络购物的兴趣。因此必须加强对网络商品的质量的管理与鉴定,确保商品的真实性。
(2)加强商家信誉度的管理。根据调查,很多购物网站都设立了信誉度的测评。比如淘宝会员在淘宝网每使用支付宝成功交易一次,就可以对交易对象作一次信用评价。在交易中作为卖家的信用度分为20个级别,级别越高,信誉度越高,大学生在网上购物的过程中就可以通过信誉度来确定购买哪个商家的产品。
(3)加强法律法规的建设。伴随着网络购物的迅速发展,有关于这方面的法律法规建设的步伐却显稍慢, 中国涉及到网络购物方面的纠纷主要依靠《合同法》、《消费者权益保护法》、产品质量保护法等法律调整,而没有一部全国性的专门规范电子商务的法律法规。因此,建立和完善网络购物方面的相关法律法规,就赔偿责任承担主体、合同模式、权利与义务、纠纷处理机制、赔付途径等做出规定,具有十分重要的意义。
2、倡导大学生网络理性消费。
(1)选择良好的购物网站。大学生在网络购物的时候尽量选择一些自己熟知的,信用度较高的网站,尽可能的不要选择新网站。
(2)选择良好的商家。大学生在购物的时候首先查看商家的信用等级,开店的时间长短,以及差评情况。
(3)选择优质的商品。网络中的商品的价格很不统一,同一种商品价格有很多种,因此,大学生在网络购物的过程中一定要学会货比三家,寻找质量最好的、价格最低的商品。
(4)选择合适的支付方式。在购买商品时,一定要采用保险的支付方式,比如利用支付宝、安付通等这些经过第三方支付的方法,这样可以充分的保证大学生消费者的权益。
(5)加强自我保护意识。大学生在网络购物时,一定要学会鉴别商家的真实性和信誉度,与卖方多进行沟通,充分的了解了商家和商品的基础上才进行商品的购买,学会用法律的武器来保护自己的利益。
七、报告结论
1、大学生网上购物前景广阔
大学生虽然受经济条件的约束，在校期间无法开展更多的网上购物活动，但其参加工作之后将会在很大程度上成为社会中中高收入的群体。所以，大学生的价值也绝不仅仅局限于他们目前的实际购买量，而在其终身价值，一旦有了固定的收入，他们参与电子商务活动的潜力是巨大的。此次问卷调查也支持这一结果，37.8%的被调查学生有过网上购物经历;83.7%的大学生网络购物者明确表示在未来的一年还会继续进行网络购物;69%没有尝试过网络购物的大学生也表示今后会进行网络购物。
2.大学生网上购物市场已经形成
由调研我们可以看出，大学生上网已经普及，大学生每天上网的*均时间普遍为1小时~5小时，这些人群对网络可谓相当依赖，同时，在曾经有过网上购物经验的人群里86%的购物者对其进行的网上购物是基本满意的，说明至少有86%的人对网上购物是能够接受。以上数字告诉我们,面对大学生的网上市场已经形成，正等待商家去开发。
3.购物首选网站比较集中
调查结果显示，大学生购物首选网站集中在几个网站。在每一类网站中，大学生的选择都集中在某几个知名度非常高的网站。这种现象在拍卖网站中表现得更为明显，150位选择拍卖网站的学生中有129位选择了淘宝，只有21位学生选择了其他网站。另外，目前中国B2C购物网站数量己超过12016个，但调查结果却显示大学生们网上购物的首选网站主要集中在卓越、当当等几个网站中。门户类网站的得票也基本上被网易、新浪二大门户网站瓜分。
4、网购和传统购物的对比
虽然说网上购物有很多的优势，在此将不一一例举了，而传统的购物形式还是不可替代的。比如去买衣服、鞋子，以及自己没有用过的化妆品之类的东西，需要自己本人亲自去试了才确定要买，这样的商品，人们一般情况下还是会选择传统购物。
电子商务的快速发展给网购带来新的革命，新的生机，也是将来购物发展的趋势。
