许多人自恃学富五车，认为自己总是对的，所以容不下他人质疑。其眼界之高自然也看不到别人的长处。这种看不进别人长处的心态总有一天会出问题，就像教授被青蛙所扳倒看似偶然，但偶然中自有必然的东西，谁让他看不起别人呢？高傲自然不是做学问之人应该有的，是社会的浮躁造就了众多的傲慢。我们还是得多让心静下一点，多谦虚一点，即使井底之蛙也有可学之处。
社会的浮躁使我们看不到别人的长处，而我们传扬几千年的优良传统则是“取人之长，补己之短”孔子就说：“三人行，必有我师焉。”古之圣人们提倡的无疑是要看到别人的长处。而今之众人们却是与其背道而驰，而且却走越远了所以我们要放低心态，才能看到别人的长处，才能不像教授一样被动物们孤立取笑。试想教授如果是乐于解答动物们的'疑惑，谦虚一点，听听青蛙的见解，也不会被所有的动物所取笑啊。
不轻视别人的同时，我们也不能轻视自己，连井底之蛙在面对教授时都能勇敢地提出自己的意见，何况是我们呢？诸葛亮亦能被三个臭皮匠赛过，皮匠虽然智慧不及诸葛亮，但在某一方面上却有自己的见解，是连诸葛亮也比不上的。可见人人都有其所长，是其他人怎么也赶不上的，每个人能提出自己的意见，才会使这个世界更加精彩，这也是我们存在的价值之一，不轻视自己的话，一定会有意想不到的结果。
多看看别人的“独特见解”，别人的长处，才是一个善于做学问之人应有的态度。

记得培根曾经说过说：“欣赏者心中有朝霞、露珠和常年盛开的花朵。”看完这句话后，我感慨万千。的确，欣赏别人，其实就是欣赏自己。
我在《意林》上曾经看到过一篇文章，讲的是台湾著名作家林清玄的人生。文中曾经提到这样一件事，令我深有感触。林清玄在青年时代时当过一家报社的记者，他曾经报导过一个得手上千次的神偷。他只是在当时不经意的说了一小段话，但是，林清玄也许不知道，他的这样一段话改变了这个小偷的一生。他说：“他的是动作这样的灵敏，思维是这样的活跃，我相信，如果它能够改邪归正，一定会做出一件令人震惊的.大事业！”
林清玄也许不知道，他的这样一番话，令小偷重新走上了正道；他的这样一番话，鼓励了那个小偷；他的这样一番话，令小偷知道自己走上正道，也会做出一件大事业。欣赏他人的力量就是这样，是无穷的！后来，那个小偷真的做出了一番大事业，他成为了一家知名酒店的老板。我相信，他一定会从心里感谢林清玄先生。
我们每一个人的身上都会有许许多多的优点与缺点，但我们需要去欣赏别人的优点，不能因为他身上的一个污点，就不去看他的优点，把它想象得一无是处。其实，有的人善于去观察别人的优点，而有的人不善于去观察别人的优点。只要我们有一双善于发现别人优点的眼睛，我们就会越来越完美。正所谓：欣赏别人就等于欣赏自己。
大家都知道大象的身体十分庞大，而蚂蚁的身体十分微小，他们相差十分大。但是我们却很少听过蚂蚁与大象之间发生战争，这是为什么呢？因为它们都知道每一个生物都会有自己的优点和缺点。大象可以很轻易地把小蚂蚁踩扁，但是小蚂蚁也可以反过来爬到大象身上令大象痛苦不堪。因此，它们和*共处。
学会欣赏别人是每一个人所需要的，我相信，只要我们学会去欣赏别人，我们一定会变得更加完美！
