参加工作十二年了，今年是第一次承担毕业班的英语教学这个艰巨的任务，工作起来我可谓是小心翼翼，如履薄冰。
我之前在初一、初二、初三的教学工作中曾担负过多个版本的教学任务，包括最老的人教版，新目标和现在的仁爱版的教学，虽然之前没有教到毕业班，但是我在备课和自学的过程中我都将教材内容完整地、系统地了解和掌握。因此在工作中我积累了大量的经验和教训，这也成为了现在担任初四英语教学的重要组成部分。可以说我之前的工作是“厚积”的话，那在这一学期中我要把我所学到的内容通过我的教学反映在学生的成绩上，达到“薄发”的目的。让我很我感想的就是过去走过的路，会成为我们将来的必要准备。比如，最简单的一点，学生的笔记和单词听写的部分自从我接手，我就每个学期给学生打印出来最精准的笔记内容，在讲完课后发给学生，督促学生自学和背诵，这样的做法最大的限度减少了学生自己记笔记带来的错误和缺少，现在这样的积累显出了效果，我把知识点进行了相关的归纳，更有利于学生在短时间内提高自学。
在教到初四后我统计了一下，我们仁爱课本中所有的单词数量达到了2700个，笔记中知识点的条目在1520个左右。在开学之初，我就和学生算过一笔账，当时距离中考还有300天左右。这样看起来，这些单词和知识点的背诵速度应该达到每天多少，自己要结合自己的能力掌握相关的速度，但是无论如何也不应该在中考前几天还在背这些相关内容，要有提前量。这样的话，学生在我的指导下，自行制订学*计划，调整自己的学*进度。由于某些学生的学*自主性还不够强，需要我及时的监督和检查。
一、备课的准备，备课时我投入的时间较以往更多了，为了一个知识点的准确讲解我有时得上网，看各种参考书，和同事交流，这虽然付出了大量的时间，但是觉得现在这一切的付出是值得的和有必要的。但是，由于参考书的数量有限，有时我发现有时网上和书上的内容会有冲突的现象，我只好以较为准确的书上的知识为准，这其实是对我的教学水*的极大考验。相信中考中不能出这些有争议的题目，但是我们讲解时要尽心尽力。
二、讲课的过程，我主要从中等学生入手，讲的课通俗易懂，同时我注重提示和检查英语学*较为突出的学生要结合自己的能力完成额外的练*，以提高这部分学生的答题能力。对于学困生，我做了这样的工作，学困生们当中的其它科目很好的同学不是头脑不够，而是他们没有掌握对正确的方法或某一时期学*行为上出现了偏差，为此我找到这样的同学，与他们做了耐心的沟通，讲清了英语提高成绩的可能性和要付出相当多的努力的现实，在日常教学中对他们多鼓励，少批评，让他们提验到英语成绩提高对总体名次的影响，进而更加努力地投入到英语学*当中。
三、复*的作法，现在讲课中的内容是复*活动的第一轮，我借鉴了以往的优秀老师的复*经验，以及这届学生我是从初二接手的现实，我把初一的课文复*的速度降到很低，以好在这个过程中贯彻我的教学思想，让学生把学*内容连系起来，就像高博同学所说的，现在的知识渐渐连起来了，系统了。另外，我在讲这部分知识时，并不是只讲这一部分，我已经把中考所能涉及到的语法联系起来，为学生的今后模拟和参加中考打下基础。比如在讲到初一的数词这部分内容时，我觉得我不能只讲基数词的变化，这样做的话只有讲到初三的内容时才能将数词所涉及到的内容全部讲完，因此我把所有的有关数词的内容，如基数词，序数词，分数词，时间的表达，加减法的运算，中考知识点等内容，利用了恰当的课时讲解清楚，练*到位。对于其余的语法项目我也是用这样的方法讲解的。这样做的好处是，学*的知识点不分散，易于背诵和学生自我查找不足之处。今后复*中我的这个思路会一直坚持下来。
四、练*的容量，现在的练*内容是大概在每天一张卷子，各种类型题，学生起初接受不了，现在学生已经适应了，学生每天大概花三十分钟以内的时间就能完成相关的练*卷子。对于选择，情景交际，完形填空，阅读的恰当形式填空和判断题目我们都做了相应的复*准备，较从前的状态有了大幅度的好转，其余的几个大的考试项目我得等到寒假中或下学期再来讲解和引导学生练*提高。另外，我现在比以前做的好的一点在于头一天做完的卷子，第二天一定会讲完或核对完答案，避免核对答案晚了之后的学生遗忘现象，还给了学生必要的思考时间。这样做，学生体验到了学*的压力的同时，也体验到了学*的乐趣。因为练*中的内容是最*讲解的重点知识，学生练*就是巩固的过程和检验哪里学*不到位的过程，学生的学*信心大幅增加，产生了良性的循环。我也对学生们说，做练*遇到不会的不用怕，要从正确的角度去理解，做题不是要总做对的和会的，要从做题中找到自己不会的，把不会的统统变成会的和熟练的，自己就进步了，成长了。
五、学困生培养，初四应当有不同于其它年级的学困生定义，此时的学困生就应当是其它科目很好，而唯独在英语方面不突出的学生，依据这样的思路，我在班级中选定了吴春生，魏成言，安颖三名同学来培养，他们各有不同的特点。
吴春生一直以来就是英语不好，学*不够认真，目标不明确，进入初四后，在理科方面进步很大，但是英语仍有很大不足。现在的讲课的慢速度正好是适应他的状态的，但是他听课的认真程度远远不及他人，我必须要求他认真听讲，扎实记忆，讲清楚对他的单独的要求和他自己能做到的自我提高的方法，否则老师再用功，他不认真听课也是不能在英语方面取得提高和进步的。
魏成言则是初一和初二的基础不错，对于复*相关的初一和初二英语知识很得心应手，但是初三的学*不够认真，导致落后很大。现在主要要做的是提高学*的信心，发挥聪明的头脑，加强对基础知识的提问，让他先把基础知识掌握到手，得到考试中的基础分，针对初三的内容学*不好，到时要加强这部分知识的辅导。
安颖由于初三的第一个关键学期由于生病没有上学，加上之前的基础不是很好，英语方面有所脱节，但是他是这三个人中学*最认真的。只需要将初三的内容细致讲解，并加强提问，只要她能及时补上来，我相信她的成绩一定会有一个较大的突破的。
针对以上三人的分析，我有的放矢地采取措施，多次举过某些学生在初四英语不好失败的例子，但也有原来在初四英语仍不好，但经过一个时期努力而英语提高后考上高中的例子，通过多种办法鼓励学生的学*信心，让他们体验到学*提高带来的快乐，从简单易懂的地方入手，逐步解决他们学*中的疑难之处。
六、体育特长生方面，他们中有些人曾是班级中英语特别不好的学生，但是由于身体素质和考上高中的愿望，选择了考体育特长的这条路，我主要从这样的几个方面做了一些工作，加强和他们的关系，让他们认识到英语老师并没有因为他们考体育特长而瞧不起他们，在进行体育锻炼的那些天的每个周二我上晚课的时候，我第二天早上都按时叫他们起床参加身体锻炼，并积极地陪他们跑步，我在每次陪他们跑步时都体验到他们的辛苦，这也更激发了我对他们更加投入耐心的想法，也增加了他们对我的信任。从单词和笔记方面加强提问，并采用少量多次的办法，让他们体验到背下来的快乐，现在王瑶瑶，韩婷婷的英语大幅提高，很多时候王瑶瑶的英语成绩在所有的同学当中都能占到中上等的水*，这也是她之前的实力的展现，杨洋和田甜的英语单词背诵不成问题，其他同学也都有进步。
七、今后的打算，在最后的这段中考前的日子，我还要不断加强学*，要以更积极和饱满的热情投入到工作中去，反思自己教学中的不足之处，多向他人学*，提高自己的业务能力，然后沟通学生和老师之间的感情，做到让学生亲师信道，最终提高学生的中考英语成绩。
学生的表现还不尽如人意，当中认真学*的有很多，但也有一部分同学学*不是很认真，其中有原来成绩较好的，自以为成绩还可以，基础还行，不努力的，也有看到希望不大的，觉得前途渺茫不学*的。对这样的同学，现阶段我的作法是严格要求，必须要完成相应工作，只能牵着走了，否则现阶段的基础复*结束后，进入到后期的综合复*当中这部分学生就有被别人远远落下的可能。本着对他们负责的态度加强对他们的要求，但我觉得只有自觉主动的学*了，才是他们成功的`关键。所以，在这个过程中我严格要求的同时，也让他们树立起学*的信心。
学生的学*方法在现阶段转变的也不是很理想，有很多人还在用初二，初三的学*方式来学*现在的英语，主要表现是还在等和靠，等老师提问，靠老师施压，老师要是没有提问到，哪怕是再重要，再简单的也不去背诵。这是十分不对的。这样的状态要是延续到高中的学*当中，对他们的学*的影响是特别大的，因为在讲课过程中我常常正反面的例子都举，鼓励他们主动地自主地开展学*。
*时还担负了一些别的工作，比如，为绥棱英语国培担任辅导教师，这个事是由于进修校选中的我，他们当时参加省里国培任务的老师缺*，进修校的领导考虑到我的实际能力，与我沟通利用我的业余时间组织大家参与到国培当中，并承诺在期末时会给学校加分，我在得到校长的认可后，答应了这一份临时工作。校长对我的嘱咐我还记忆犹新，我认真地对待他的叮嘱。现在回顾我这*两个月的工作，我是完全在完成了初四教学的备课，上课，辅导和批改工作后的业余时间做的这份工作。在和其他学校的老师接触过程中体会到了他们的认真学*和积极参与学*的态度，让我体会到许多值得我学*的东西。好在这个培训即将结束，在培训中学到的知识也将成为我未来成功的基石。
今后，要对得起领导的信任，家长的期待，同学的前途，自己的付出，我就要努力的工作，不能误人子弟。借鉴一句老话“台上一分钟，台下十年功”，我觉得“中考虽两天，功夫练十年。”这话其实不仅是对于学生是现实的反映，对我来说我不仅是在期待成功，也在为成功一直做着必要的努力。
一、培养英语学*兴趣
英语作为一门外语，对大多数学生而言，既生疏又困难。
在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。
为此，我采取了一些方法，如尽多使用多媒体设备进行教学;开展形式多样、生动活泼的课堂语言实践活动;介绍英美国家的文化，生活故事;帮助班上的同学改英文名等等。
使他们了解英语、喜欢英语，从而培养了学生学*英语的兴趣。
目前，我们班学生对英语学*的兴趣始终稳定在较高水*。
二、认真备课、上课，改进教学方式、注重辅导学法
在集体备课的基础上，我能自觉钻研教材、研究学生，进行二次备课。
虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。
教态自然、讲课生动、难易适中、照顾全部，课堂就能够吸引住学生。
本人能做到每天都有积极的精神状态，让学生感受到一种积极的学*气氛。
我能遵循听说领先、读写跟上的教学要求，努力加大课堂训练量，加快课堂节奏，切实提高课堂教学效率。
除保证课堂效果之外，还需要让学生课外多读，多讲，多练。
为此，在早读时，我坚持到班辅导，发现问题及时纠正。
课后坚持认真批改学生作业，发现问题及时解决。
对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式，以打好他们的初一基础。
三、做好“培优转差”
按以往经验，学生在英语学*进入一定阶段后，会出现好差分化现象，尤其是7a教材开始启用、学*难度加深以后。
为此，我制定了具体的“培优转差”计划和目标，对这部分同学进行有计划的辅导。
例如我把这批同学分为三个组。
第一组是有一定基础，但*时懒动脑筋不学的同学，对这些同学，我采取集体辅导，给他们分配固定任务，不让他们有偷懒的机会，让他们发挥应有水*;第二组是肯学、但学*能力不强的同学。
对这部分同学进行耐心指导，多加鼓励，慢慢提高他们的成绩;第三组是纪律松散、基础不好、学*又不认真的同学。
对这部分人进行课余时间个别辅导。
由于实施了分类辅导，针对性强，效果比较明显。
一个学期的努力效果如何，期末考试就是一种考验了。
无论成绩高低，都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。
我明白到这并不是最重要的，重要的是这学期本人确实学到很多，重要的是如何总结得失，以期在下学期后做得更好。
因此，无论怎样辛苦，我都会继续努力，多问、多想、多向书本、专家、同行学*，争取更大的进步。
本学期我们坚持以教学工作为中心，以***理论和“xxxx”重要思想为指导，认真学*贯彻党的xx大精神，落实市县教育局、学校教务处、教科处的工作部署，以重实际，抓实事，求实效为教学工作的基本原则。
以培养学生创新精神和实践能力为重点，以新课程改革为契机，加强教学常规管理，深化课堂教学改革，认真落实课程计划，落实教学常规，落实教学改革措施，抓好教学监控，大力推进素质教育，大面积提高教学质量。
一、加强学*，树立新的理念
1、我们紧紧围绕学*新课程，构建新课程，尝试新教法的目标，不断更新教学观念。
注重把学*新课程标准与构件新理念有机的结合起来。
通过学*新的《课程标准》，认识到新课程改革既是挑战，又是机遇。
一学年来，有十四位老师在报刊杂志上发表教育教学论文或在校级以上教育主管部门组织的论文评比中获奖。
2、通过学*新的《课程标准》，教师们逐步领会到教学的终极目标不是让受教育者适应现实，而是改造、创建新的现实，培育出有创造能力的人。
从而形成了“实施新课程的成败在教师，教师的任务在于更新教学观念”的共识。
确立了“一切为了人的发展”的教学理念。
树立“以人为本，育人为本”的思想。
3、加强了教育的开放性，加强了教学与学生生活、现代社会、现代科技的联系。
教师教学中立足课堂而不受课堂局限，立足学科教材而又不受其限制，善于捕捉现代社会，现代科技及其它学科的知识信息和最新成果，丰富教学内容，开阔学生视野，使教学活动始终充满活力。
同时在教学中结合教学内容开展研究性学*等综合实践活动，为学生营造了学*、体验的实际情境，创设了动手实践、创造的现实环境，将传统的课堂教学拓展到教室外、校外，加强了学校教育与社会生活的密切联系。
