（2）、中午十一点四十在务川县客车站门口集合，交代相关事宜，一点到达敬老院。

（4）、大家有序的到达敬老院，保持积极、安静的作风。
（5）、与敬老院当班工作人员取得联系，并说明来意及活动流程大致安排。
（6）、到达敬老院后向老人们问好，并送上礼物。然后帮老人们打扫屋子。（预计两点半左右完成）
（7）、陪老人们聊天，向老人们讲解常用的医疗保健常识。为老人们表演节目，关心并记下老人们在生活中遇见的问题。（预计四点半完成）
（8）、与老人们合影。
（八）、后续工作：
（1）、志愿者点名，清理人数。
（2）、感谢敬老院工作人员，清扫活动场地。
（3）、就在敬老院老人们所反映的相关问题进行汇总，具体分配人员撰写汇总资料及建议，与联合会负责人商议，把问题汇总及解决建议上报到相关部门。
（九）、注意事项：
（1）、进入敬老院要主动与老人打招呼，微笑与老人交流。在交流的过程中，遇见听力不好或反映迟缓的老人要有耐心，要注意老人的脸部表情。
（2）、要保持安静，不能打笑嬉戏。
（3）、打扫完卫生后要物归原处，不能改变物品原来的格局。
（4）、说话时要注意语气、语速，在搀扶老人上下楼梯时要注意地面滑、老人腿脚不灵活等问题。
