  Not only is the scenery beautiful there, but the people there are very friendly. We also bought many things, such as necklaces, shells and a lot of sea food.

  To our disappointment, we had to leave the island. But we’ll always remember this trip and the people there.

  下面该男生了,因为我们班的一个主力今天不舒服,所以打的不怎么好。五班已经进了好几个球了,而我们还一分未得,我们班的男生看起来有些着急,所以很不在状态。最后比分是14比4,我们班输了,可是郭老师对我们说:“我们输的只是技术,如果我们可以,把我们为什么输的原因找出来,那我们就赢了,所以我们虽败犹荣。”

  我们不能对自己没有信心,因为下午我们还有一场比赛要打呢!我们也整理好了心情,也做了充分的准备。比赛开始了,第一场是女生,今天我们女生的状态都格外的好,所以我们女生进了一球,第一场结束了,比分是1比0,我们领先了一分。

Good  morning, ladies and gentlemen. My topic is Women of Achievement, that is, unit 1, in module 4. The reading passage “A Student of African Wildlife” is talked later and my talk consists of 4 parts. Part 1, my understanding of the material. Part 2, teaching approaches. Part 3, preparations before class. Part 4, teaching procedure.

Part  1 my understanding of the material

First,  let me introduce the reading passage. It is the center of this unit’s teaching and learning. It is made up of 4 paragraphs, that is, one day’s observing chimps with Jane in the forest; how Jane did her research and her achievements; Jane’s love towards animals and her contributions to animal protection; and a short summary to her. By learning this lesson, the students can not only understand women’s status in society and everyday life, their values and contributions, their difficulties and achievements, but also learn how to use some words, phrases and sentence patterns. Of course, the students can practise their reading skills, such as skimming, scanning and careful reading.

This  paragraph is a description of what Jane and her partners did in the forest. The video can turn the description in words into images. So it seems as if the students themselves went into the forest. Then a diagram will be shown to the students. It contains the main actions of the chimps. They have to complete it. By these two changes, the students can master the important words, phrases and sentences better.

For  paragraphs 2-3: Retelling job

These  two paragraphs are relatively long, so the students may have difficulties in classifying the content. Therefore I divided all the sentences into 3 aspects, that is, Jane’s difficulties, her discoveries and her contributions. According to the key words, they have to retell it.

  自2月10日“停课不停学”网上学*活动开展以来,线上教学已经有一个多月的时间了。根据*期疫情原因,学校停课,影响了教学进度,按照“停课不停学”的原则,我们利用互联网思维,通过网络途径与和学生保持联系,建设网络课堂,开展网络教学,合理调整教学方式,灵活安排学*内容,保证教学效果有效、优质。

  一、具体做法和收获

  (一)线下精心备课,线上确保质量每次线上上课前,都制定线上教学计划,备写详实的教案,充分利用东区教研室给我们准备的微课资源,保证了教学质量。

  (二)辅导方式多样,学生学*更加灵活线上教学中,我一般会上通过连麦、对话框等形式与学生进行互动,通过家校本批改学生作业。

  (三)及时批改作业,以便掌握学生的学*情况作业的好坏在一定程度上反映了学生对所学知识的巩固与掌握的程度,它是教师对所教知识、学生所学知识的信息反馈。

  二、存在问题

  1部分学生自律性较差,个别同学不能坚持听完线上辅导活动,线上学*效果不好。

  2因网络问题,有时会出现直播卡顿等情况,影响了辅导效果。

  3线上辅导的形式限制了师生互动、生生互动,教师不能及时看到学生的学*状态、学*效果和细节,无法及时了解学生,难以做到关注每一位学生。

  三、改进措施

  1、制定计划、因材施教自律性强的孩子,能自觉完成学*任务,而学困生自律性较差,个别同学不能坚持听完线上辅导活动,线上学*效果不好,差距越大,后进生学*肯定更吃力。因此,要了解每一位孩子的知识掌握情况,尤其要关注后进生制定教学计划,因材施教。

  2、巩固知识、温故而知新线上辅导的形式限制了师生互动,生生互动,教师不能及时看到学生的学*状态,有的孩子在学*中没有思考,所以我会从第一课开始,对学生进行阅读训练,对知识重点进行梳理,温故而知新。突如其来的“线上教学”给我和学生带来的不仅仅是新型的教学方式和学*方式,它更是一块“试金石”,让*时在教学中隐藏的问题明晃晃的暴露出来,我必须重新审视自己,努力学*、反思,在实践中不断改进完善自己,适应线上教学,切实提高线上教学实效性。

  本节课是小学英语五年级第四单元的内容的一个复*,要求学生能讲述自己可以做的文娱活动以及学会询问朋友能做什么。是一堂以话题为主的情景对话课。它以听说训练为主线,通过看、听、说、演练、等一系列教学活动,使学生获得最基本的英语听说能力,并在教学中充分激发学生强烈的学*愿望。这节课达到了预期的教学目的。

  1、设计较新颖。为了使内容更充实,通过创设情景,示范教学内容,*得语言知识点。并在掌握课本知识之后,启发学生的思维,组织学生实践,通过调查自己的朋友等形式,培养了学生的语言交际能力。并以一首小诗达到巩固的目的,也陶冶了情操。教学环节环环相扣,遵循从易到难,由简到繁的认知规律多媒体课件简洁明了,恰到好处。

  2、体现了学生的主体地位。纵观这节课,我设计的环节都是让学生自主的根据情境说,学生参与面较广,充分调动了学生学*英语的积极性。整节课充分体现了以生为本的教育理念,安排了多样的学生活动,其中有个人、两人、小组的,有教师指导性的,也有需学生独立或合作完成的。让他们通过小组合作,pair work学会与他人交流,从而使学生的思维和想像力、审美情趣和艺术感受,协作和创新精神等综合素质得到发展。并以“小组比赛”的方式,充分调动了全体学生的参与积极性。

  3、模拟情境,实现了学以致用的教学目标。我通过创设圣诞节party的情境,将学*内容与学生的实际生活相结合,使学生身临其境,让学生自由练说,根据自己的实际情况组织新对话,充分把学生的现实生活与教学内容相结合,达到学以致用的目的。

  4、存在的不足,本节课我利用了活动式的教学方法,倡导了任务型教学,但在整个的教学过程中,还对学生这头放手得不够“松”,还没达到真正去体现了放手,由学生自主学*的效果。特别是在最后一环节中,教师如果再花多一点时间让学生去交际,面向全体,使每个学生都机会去表演,那也许会更好些。还有,就是有些环节教师输入的较多,可以适当的让学生也输出一些,那样,就更体现学生的主体地位了。

  在*日的教学中,我深刻的感受到,在新课程的改革中,教学中教师首先必须转变思想观念,提高认识,树立新的课程观。如果观念没有更新,新教材、新课程都只能是空谈,无非是“穿新鞋,走老路”,新课程的实施简单地被视为换一个大纲、换一套教材、调整一些课程内容。对生动活泼的课程内容进行肢解,使其成为不胜其烦的“知识点”的堆砌,把“Reading”当成讲解知识点的例子。教师的教育思想是在长期受应试教育的影响下形成的,很多人崇尚“苦读”、“勤教”,不以人为本,“应试第一,分数至上”,把学生基本上看成是挣分的机器,对学生“乐学”的潜能几乎没有开发,英语教学过程过分重视语法和词汇知识的讲解与传授,忽视对学生实际语言运用能力的培养。这种教学观念与新课程的要求极不相适应

  1、学生刚学英语时,学生对英语这门课充满好奇,喜欢学*、模仿,但随着学*难度的增加,学生产生了消极情感,没有兴趣,甚至厌学。

  2、学过的单词,老师要求背出,学生总是借口作业太多,没时间背。

  3、上过的新课,相应的配套练*,不自觉去独立完成,总希望老师和他们一起做。

  4、教师面对一些整体学生进教学的态度误区,教师对学生学*英语要求过于严格,不能注意到学生的差异性。

  针对以上情况,我体会到,学生学*语言是因人而异的,有差别是正常的,不能以相同的模式来要求学生,另外,我认为关键还要从激发学生学*兴趣入手。

  还要培养学生良好的学**惯,课前预*,向课堂45分钟要效率。

  总之,要让学生明白,学英语并不是什么很难的事,但也不是一天两天的事,要*时的积累。

  一、充分体现学生在课堂中的主体作用

  课堂上,学生善于提出问题或发现问题,是自主学*与主动探究知识的生动表现,是教师导学的重要依据。然而不少教师在课堂上采用简单的问答式。一问一答,课堂气氛很热闹,表面看上是师生互动,实际上是教师以提问的方式“灌”,学生很少提出自己的见解,思维仍在同一水*上反复。在教师指导下,学生通过运用语言完成学*任务,通过感知,体验,实践与合作等方式实现任务目标,这在客观上保证了学生主体作用的发挥,塑造和构建了学生主体,那么如何充分发挥学生在教学中的主体作用,我认为应从以下几点入手:

  1.激发学生学*兴趣,树立学生主体意识。

  兴趣是学好语言的关键,兴趣的培养能使学生有高昂的情绪,饱满的精神和旺盛的学*积极性。学生的兴趣不仅能转化为学*动机,而且能促进学生智能的发展。所以兴趣是激发学生进步,开拓学生智力,提高学生能力不可缺少的源泉。教师应对学生倾注爱心,注重在*时的教学中全面关心,爱护学生,多给学生以鼓励和帮助,发挥教师的主导作用,调动学生的积极性,培养学*兴趣。

  我在英语教学实践中,特别强调营造一个轻松、愉快的学*环境;充分调动全班学生的学*积极性和主动性,激发学生学*英语的兴趣和求知欲。有时课前3分钟用美妙的英文歌曲作前奏来迎接课的开始;有时用一些英语笑话、国外趣闻来拓展他们的眼界,也培养了师生间的情感。每节课中都进行全班pairwork和groupwork,让每个学生有开口练的机会和人人参与的机会。课后小结三、四分钟,仍让全班学生参与学*讨论。通过你一言,我一语的生生活动和师生活动,总结出本课的要点。从而使学生体会到他们才是课堂的主人。

  2.教师担当主导作用

  英语教师是否完成了教学任务,不看其是否讲授知识,而更应看是否培养了学生运用英语的能力,教师的任务就如道格拉斯布朗所说的“guideandfa-cilitatinglearning,enablingthelearnertolearn,settingtheconditionforlearning.”要做到这一点,教师要当好教学活动的设计者,组织者,参与者,学生学*的指导者。根据新课程标准要求,从学生的实际学*水*出发,研究教学内容,精心设计教学活动、教学步骤、教学方法,在课堂上引入,呈现、巩固等不同阶段中组织好学生活动。

  3.在课堂教学中体现学生的主体地位。创设语境,教学内容交际化。优化课堂,教学方法多样化。

  二、语法在课堂教学中的地位

  随着交际教学法的兴起,语法教学在外语教学中的地位有所削弱。事实上是,正因为英语教学在中国是属于foreignlanguage的范畴,大多数学生在离开课堂之后并没有多少听说英语的机会,他们十分缺少环境英语的反复刺激,所以大多数教师在课堂上仍然非常注重语法教学,这一现象越到高年级越普遍,越是毕业班越普遍。英语课改的重点是改变英语课堂过分重视语法和词汇知识讲解,倡导体会参与,合作与交流的学*方式和任务型教学途径,综合发展学生的语言与用能力。但由于语言知识是培养学生语言运用能力的基础,它直接影响学生对外语的了解,因此我们要避免从“语法”的极端走向“听说”的另一极端。

  三、英语学*要重视句子和文章的朗读背诵,以培养语感。

  学英语记单词很重要,但机械记忆的单词量再大,也不会真正提高英语水*。要做到词不离句,句不离文,句子比单词重要,记句子比记单词划算,要养成背句子的好*惯,因为句子中既包含了发音规则,又有语法内容,还有词的具体用法。学过的课文要高声朗读,精彩段落和文章要读透背熟。朗读也是提高口语的办法。学英语语感很重要,而朗读、背诵,多听多说有助于培养语感。通过大量的朗读背诵,我们的语感形成了,这时候我们的语音语调就更标准,常用句子就能脱口而出,说英语就更自信;在阅读文章时就能轻易地找到上下文关联的感觉,体会到英语文字的美。

  四、英语学*要重视复*。

  英语知识点多,需要大量记忆。很多同学抱怨,说自己的记性差,记了又忘了。最好的办法是反复地听,反复地读,课文中的语言点、词汇在录音带中不断被重复。这跟我们提倡朗读是一个道理,声音对大脑的刺激有助于记忆。英语首先是一门声音,我们要多运用耳朵和嘴巴,要大量进行声音的输入与输出。其次要经常复*,要合理地安排复*时间。首先要及时复*。遗忘的规律是:前快后慢,先多后少,记忆后最初遗忘得较快,以后逐渐减慢。针对这一规律,学*新知识后应及早加以复*。其次在复*中要多尝试回忆,背诵。尝试着回忆与识记交替进行,印象会更深刻一些,同时也知道了教材的重点和难点在哪里,复*更有目的性和针对性。

  五、多媒体在课堂中的使用

  多媒体技术作为一种现代化教学辅助手段其优点是显而易见的,它可以把大量的图文信息,音像信息集中在一起并在有限的时间里呈现出来,从而极大的增加了学生的信息获取量。其次,趣味性强。可动态,抽象变为具体,化枯燥为生动,使学生置身于一个真实的语言环境中。全方位的感受语言的刺激,是外语教学情景化,语言交际化,学生在轻松愉快的氛围中掌握语言知识和培养能力,因此多媒体在教学中被广泛地采用。

  1.不但要实现教学设备的现代化,更重要的是要实现教学方法的现代化。

  以前教师的满堂灌是通过教师的将来实现的,现在有的课则换成了电脑多媒体来实现。使人有一种新瓶装旧酒的感觉,实际上对教学质量没有什么帮助。

  2.重视教学的实际效用,并不是用得越多越好。

  多媒体的运用要有利于突破重点突破难点,比如,在英语教学中,Revision阶段和Presentation阶段,电脑多媒体有信息量大,节约时间的优势,还能吸引学生注意力,激发学生兴趣,但在Practice阶段,其灵活性,交互性不足,如果一味强调多媒体技术全程使用,反而会影响学生主体性的发挥。形式视为内容服务的。多媒体也一样并不是用得越多越好。

  这学期本人担任高二(7)、(8)两个班的英语教学工作。本学期初我便针对我班学生普遍英语底子差基础薄的实际,制定了一份教学计划。本学期我也在全力实施这份教学计划。在学期尾声,我就对照这份教学计划来总结下本学期的教学成果:

  二、积极参加集体备课活动,力争发挥集体的聪明才智,做到取长补短,共同提高。本学期,在师父陈芬萍老师的带领下,我们高二组进行了几次集体备课,共同探讨教学过程中的疑难问题,并且共同商讨确定最佳的教学设计方案。集体备课不仅使集体的智慧得到了发挥,而我们个人也得到了提高。这对我一个新老师是有很积极的促进作用的!

  通过对高二下学期的教学,我发现高二是学生整个高中外语学*的关键时期,于是我决定在教学上继续拓宽学生的知识面,全面培养听、说、读、写四会能力,继续培养理解、分析和阅读的能力让学生在高中系统的学*中牢固地掌握基础知识,并具备一定的自学能力。

  一、教育教学指导思想

  树立新观念,继续钻研新大纲,探索教材教法。进一步明确任务性教学和其他教学理论相结合,探索培养学生全面语言能力。

  二、教学工作

  1.强备课组建设。全组成员以新大纲为本,认真钻研新教材。

  1).教研组的安排,加强备课组的集体备课,保证备课的时间和质量,每周至少保证半天的时间。备课时重点考虑教法和课外读本的处理,特别是对新教材的教法,要认真把握。中心发言人要有明确的重难点,对疑难点要有自己的看法,提出来供大家讨论,以取得相对统一的见解。本期还要注意和高考逐渐接轨。

  2).展组内“转转课”,并展开讨论,认真分析长短,相互促进。特别是加强本教学组教师之间的交流,以形成一个具有强烈的责任心,较强教学能力的集体。

  2.修课:本期教学知识覆盖面和词汇量仍然大,所以,首先要加强基础知识的训练,在上好教本的'同时,要特别考虑拓展学科的课外知识,人文知识,加强课外阅读的补充和指导,具体方法

  1).好单元教学,突出单元教学重点。认真学*任务性教学理论,贯穿于教学实践中。把握好各个环节并注意和其他教学理论相结合,让学生不仅学*知识,而且得到能力的培养。

  2).强教改意识。要整体提高学生的思想认识和文化品味。要将“教法指导”转为“学法指导”,重视指导学生思维方法的学*,要引导并鼓励学生的创新意识。相对淡化知识系统,强调运用语言的能力和语感能力的培养,重视积累,感悟和熏陶。新教材中的“口语交际”要让学生充分活动,还要采用多种形式拓展学生的英语实践活动,努力提高学生学*英语的兴趣。

  3).内课外阅读

  a.教师指导阅读,教师除了课文中阅读材料,还要指导学生的课外阅读,备课时要对其内容,重难点,方式方法等都要作通盘考虑。另外还要注意“教本”和“课外阅读”的相关延伸,即“课外阅读”和“教本”具体课文的相关衔接。同时,教师还要对学生进行阅读策略方面的指导。

  b.学生单元小结:

  1.积累词语,对课文涉及的重要词语,要总结、解释重点记忆。

  d.英语学*小组活动,每个小组每学期都有机会在课堂展示对一篇文章或一个专题的理解,质疑,评析,欣赏.这是学生自主学*和“研究性阅读”的尝试。

  4)写作:

  a.根据教材的编写体例,把教本上的写作内容与学生练笔结合。

  b.本期拟作作文每单元1次。

  c.作文批改要讲实效,要调动学生参与,可先由学生自评或互评,再由老师点评,对其得失进行分析总结,并提倡学生写后记或重作,以期不断提高写作能力。

  d.对优秀的作文可进行交流。

  3.充分利用电脑,投影仪,磁带,录像等电教手段,适当的时候使用多媒体教室,使英语课堂更加形象,生动活泼。搞好我校的网校工作,制作各单元的电子文本。

  4.认真准备本期晚自*的教学工作安排。

  三、具体安排

  课时进度--全期新课授课16周,每周7课时计,共110课时。每单元授课8-9课时,本期共有10单元,预计需90课时。测验和考试5-6次。
