随着科技的进步，网络的迅速发展，几乎大部分家庭里都安装上了电脑。电脑虽然方便，但是也总会有它的坏处。
在我印象中我家一共换了三台电脑，前两台是台式的电脑，最后一台是笔记本电脑。妈妈说，笔记本电脑辐射小，网速又快，选它最合适不过。
说实话，我认为辐射再小的电脑也对我们没有益处。现在我们不会只把电脑当作查资料的工具了，现在的网络世界丰富的不得了，什么“相亲”呀，“腾讯QQ”呀，“网络游戏”呀……只要你打开电脑，这些精彩的东西尽收眼底。
不光只有那些，比如说我们这些“90后”(特别是女孩子)，我们非常的愿意将时间浪费在：上网聊天，逛QQ空间，发说说。甚至还会花一天时间在网页上找头像。男孩子呢则喜欢晚一些关于什么“练级”，“买号”之类的游戏。比如《穿越火线》、《地下城与勇士》和《CF》等这些大型游戏。这些打打杀杀的游戏对于我这个女孩子来说可真没意思!
*段网络上又开始流行两种游戏：《愤怒的小鸟》和《植物大战僵尸》，这让我们在学校中话题里不禁又多了游戏的内容。我玩过《愤怒的小鸟》，感觉还不错呢，至少比那些打打杀杀的游戏健康多了。这个游戏其实是可以有来减压的，压力大的时候可以用这个游戏来疏导自己，给自己排解压力。不过总的来说也不能老是用电脑来解压，心事放松了，可眼睛却有压力了。这也是为什么现在大多数人都患有*视眼的原因了。
当然，上网也不都是坏处连连的，懂得珍惜时间的同学当然会利用上网来查阅更多的资料，获取更多的课外知识，丰富自己的业余生活。网络还能帮助我们与距离远的朋友保持着紧密的联系。
总之，我们要善于使用网络，要正确使用网络。
网络如同一个浩荡宽广的海洋，在这个海洋里，有善有恶，关键的看你自己如何对待。下面请听我诉说网络对我自己的利与弊。

上网，可以开阔我们的视野，增长我们的见识，使我们的生活更加丰富多彩，也为我们提供了一个展示自身能力的大舞台。上网可以万事不出门，在家上网看新闻。上网看新闻，可以及时了解国家大事，了解国际形势，了解祖国日新月异的发展变化。上网浏览节目可以了解许多名人的业绩及其成功之路，受到激励，树立远大理想。上网还可以帮助我们学*，让我们了解作者的写作背景，学*不会的英语音标、搜索资料来帮助我们更好更快地掌握今天学*的内容。上网还可以购物，喜欢哪件买哪件，既不用出门又省钱，又方便，何乐而不为呢？
网络的弊
上网，可以影响我们的学*，侵害我们的生活，使我们的生活更加忧患多端。上网会影响我们的学*，占去大量的时间，影响作业的完成，使我们的学*成绩下降。多上网会对眼睛有害，使到我们的视力下降必然会影响我们的学*和生活。上网中浏览的很多节目会有很多的凶杀、暴力场面，有一些坏人作案的情节，青少年爱模仿，容易学坏。上网玩游戏，一不小心容易上瘾，会沉迷于网络而无法自拔，就会走上犯罪道路，误入歧途。
这就是上网的利与弊，是我的一些见解。所以说：“网络是一把双刃剑，美丽却拥有着毒性。”

通过参加本次教育局组织的小学英语骨干教师赴约培训，使我受益匪浅。培训期间，授课老师渊博的知识，精彩的讲课，使我从中学到了不少知识。我觉得作为一名小学英语教师要从以下几方面着手:
一、不断充实自己，扫除自己在英语知识方面的盲区
尤其要扎实课堂用语。教师除了要熟悉书本上的单词，词汇、短语、最简单的句子外，还应结合生活实际，熟悉一些生活常用语，常用句子、短语，尤其是在课堂中要使用的句子，教师要达到熟练使用。俗话说： “打铁先要自身硬”，只有教师达到在课堂上能无所顾忌地使用英语的情况下，才能去谈教师课堂教学水*的提高。
二、英语教师必须培养学生良好的学**惯
作为一个小学英语教师,为了培养学生良好的学**惯,我们首先应规范学生的书写*惯,从学字母开始,就要让学生认识什么是书写体,什么是印刷体。在书写的时候,胸要离桌子一拳头等；其次,要有准确模仿的*惯,大胆开口的*惯,把英语作为一种交际工具,还要有及时复*的*惯；最后还要养成勤于积累,实践的*惯。只有这样,学生良好的学**惯养成了,才能对英语学科感兴趣,才能愿学、乐学、善学。
三、赏识学生，增强学生的自信心
记得， 刚开始教英语的时候，我让一名学生做单词练*，这名生几乎没 有声音，我没有批评他，而是鼓励他，但他大胆的说出的时候，我又及时的表扬了他，在后来的学*中，我发现他对英语学*越来越有兴趣。在私下的.交谈中，他说：“我不是不会，我有点害怕说错了。”在今后的英语学活动中，我尽量善于抓住学生的闪光点，赏识学生，帮助学生树立自信心，促进其主动学*英语知识，提高英语学*兴趣。
四、合理使用直观教具，充分发挥教具作用
激发学生学*积极性，提高教学效率。提到直观教具，我们首先想到的将会是多媒体，但通过参加培训以及和老师们的交流，我觉得，多媒体设备的确有其先进的一面，但如何用好它，在什么时候用，是值得我们去研究的一个课题。老师们在培训中告诉我们，他们使用图片、简笔画、实物进行教学，同样取得了成功，由此可以说明，不管是什么教具只要用得合理，就会有它的效果，因而，在教学中，我们要深入地研究如何去用好各种直观教具。
五、营造学*英语的氛围
使英语学*成为教师和学生的共同爱好。对于一门新语言的学*，有的学者抱怨学校里没有良好的英语学*氛围。既然没有氛围，那我们就应该去营造氛围，就应该从自身做起，首先，教师要做好榜样，在*时教学中或和学生的交流中要尽量使用英语，至少在自己教学的班级是可以实现的，虽然这做起来的确有些难，就像普通话的推广一样，这么多年了，依然还存在一些不尽人意的地方，但我们要知难而上，我们还是应该努力去尝试，只要你做了，就总会有收获的，当你通过努力使一部分学生喜欢使用英语说话、交流，喜欢学*英语的时候，你会觉得你没有白付出。
六、增强自身的责任感不断提升自我素质
我们是孩子的第一任英语教师，对于他们学*英语的积极性来说，我们负有重大的责任。我们应该努力培养学生学*英语的兴趣和良好的学**惯，以满腔的热情来开展教育教学活动，像斯霞老师那样为了孩子的无怨无悔地从事小学教育。为了一切孩子，为了孩子的一切，一切为了孩子，让教师崇高的责任心为我们的教育教学护航。教材在不断变化，更新，而我们的教学也要不断适应社会的进步和发展。在这个瞬息万变的社会中，教师需要不断地提高自身的素质，以便更好地为教学服务。在语音方面不断训练，保持良好的语音语调。提高个人的技能，通过简笔画、游戏组织能力辅助英语教学。关注生活，联系实际，提高综合运用英语的能力。学科专业方面要加强让学生了解最新的相关信息。
本次培训的补差措施解决了我的一大头疼问题，我今年所带的一二年级学生，没接触过英语。由于全县实行英语硬接轨，全体学生都是跳级，学生层次不齐，学生的补差工作使我压力很大。通过本次培训，使我对学生的补差工作有了一些应对办法。本次培训的教案辅导也很得力，解决了我工作中的重大问题。由于我并非专职英语教师，担任英语教学在教案的书写上很难到位，有时想用英语，又担心写错了，而不去使用。本次教案的书写培训，使我的英语教案规范了许多。
总之，本次培训对我来说的确是受益匪浅，从中不但开阔了我的知识视野，同时也吸取了不少新的教育方法和理论，主要让我明确了小学英语该去怎样教，为提高我的课堂教学效率打下了坚实的基础。

三、通过培训，促使我要不断提高自我

通过这次省级初中英语网络培训使我的思想有了一个新的转变，作为一位英语教师，必须具有渊博的英语知识，熟练的操作技能，良好的思维品质，特别是骨干教师，更应当掌握现代教育教学理论、掌握现代教育教学技术。
通过学*，我体会到认识到要上好英语课，我们教师非下苦工夫不可。虽然，在繁忙的工作期间进行这次培训，有时有点忙不过来，但作为一个年轻的英语老师，我每天都坚持不懈的学*，每个视频我都全部认真的看过，认真学*里面每位老师精心准备的培训内容，因为在这样难得的培训中，我学到了很多在教学中非常实用的知识。
这次培训所提供的课程资源非常丰富，包括了大量的我们在教学过程中感觉很重要的课型的讲解。如语音词汇的教学，语*能的教学，听说教学，阅读写作的教学等。
这每一个板块对我们来说就如同及时雨，解决了许多我们在教学中所遇到的问题，感觉获益良多，受益匪浅。
如第一板块的语音词汇的教学视频，详细讲解了如何处理生词，如何教学语音，这些都是我们在教学中感到棘手的问题。
我在看了视频之后，就学到了好些解决方法：
1、音标教学法。初一阶段要重视音标的教学，这有助于学生以后的自学及发音。
2、音乐输入教学法。从英文歌曲中能够学到一些重要的词汇或短语，让学生在学*过程中享受到快乐。
3、利用浅显的英文解释生词。这有助于学生对生词的理解及运用。
4、利用头脑风暴导出生词。这有助于学生对单词的融会贯通。
5、在情景中导出生词。学生有身临其境的感觉，并帮助学生更好的理解生词的各种形式。
6、游戏法。寓教于乐，让学生在快乐中学*，让学生更有学*英语的兴趣。
7、联想教学法。能帮助学生训练扩散性思维的能力，能够举一反三，解决问题的方法不再单一，思路不再局限，也有助于对同类问题的归纳。
第二板块是讲解语法教学，这同样是令我们老师头疼的一个板块。可是看了视频之后，顿时感到茅塞顿开。我对语法教学有了全新的认知。掌握语法并不等于掌握语言运用能力，但语法知识的欠缺会对学生准确运用英语产生一定的影响。学生从表面看听说能力提高了，但在读写的准确性上却存在相当多的问题。因此，正确解读牛津英语，优化英语语法教学方法，避免语法教学走极端，是英语语法教学中值得我们重视的问题。
在英语语法教学中，我觉得有这几点体会：
1.语法教学要在语境中进行。在语法教学中用孤立的句子去解释和说明语法规则，有时是不严密的。因此在讲授语法时要尽量结合语篇和语境来进行。
2.语法教学可以在完成任务的过程中进行。牛津教材中设计了许多的任务型的游戏，我们在教学过程中可以采用书中的活动，让学生在完成任务的过程中来更好的理解语法。
3.在教学语法时，要大量举例。通过大量的举例来达到让学生更好的理解的目的。
4.在对比归纳中来教学语法。特别是一些类似的、容易混淆的问题，我们更应该通过对比和归纳来让学生加深印象。
5.在培养学生语感的过程中来教学语法。其实我们自己也有很多这样的经历，有些时候我们也不是很确定，也说不出什么理由，但是凭感觉我们知道就该这么说，就该选择这个答案，只是因为语感，读起来顺口。所以要让学生多读，多看，加强自己的语感。
如何让我们的语法教学更精彩更有效，大家集思广益，应该不是难事。
第三板块是关于如何进行听说教学。听说教学如何有效进行时大都数英语老师常常一起切磋的话题，特别是对于我们年轻英语老师来说，更是难题。在看了视频之后，我学会了提高学生听力水*的一些办法。
第四板块是提供大家一些进行有效课堂教学的案例，我可以结合本班的实际情况，选择那些对我们有用的经验和方法。
这次培训还请了好多名师大家来给我们谈英语学科的教学研究，以及英语教师的专业发展。看了之后，我对自己的这份职业更有了责任感，对自己的未来也更充满了信心。
