  “凭什么?”妈妈一脸严肃地说:“就凭减肥!”我没词了,乖乖地去吃我的“减肥午餐”。

  下午,我开始偷工减料了。等妈妈有事出去时,我就把一下数成三下,有时还干脆不跳了。吃晚饭前,我先溜进厨房,提前乘了碗鸡汤,大口大口地喝起来。妈妈似乎知道了我的秘密行动,于是,她又拿来呼啦圈,命令我转。还叫我洗衣服。并把厨房的门锁得严严实实的,就连香味也飘不出来。

  这样痛苦的日子坚持了三天,第四天,我再忍不住了,一把抢过鸡腿,大口大口地啃了起来。妈妈问我:“难道你不减肥了吗?”我含糊不清地答道:“自然美才是真正的美,要胖就让它胖吧!”嗯,好吃好吃。“最后减肥计划失败!

  说实话,以前的我还蛮苗条的。可后来我爱上了吃,又不大运动,体重就象芝麻开花节节高了,这不,我才刚满9岁,体重已直逼70斤大关,气得我差点把家里的电子秤给砸了,为了早日扔掉我肥嘟嘟的大肥肉,我决定开始减肥。

  小女子是“一言既出,驷马难追”,说干就干,!首先么,要控制饮食。早起一杯牛奶,几块饼干,好容易捱到午饭,却只能吃一碗饭,外加点青菜。看着一桌子香喷喷的大鱼大肉,我真恨不得一口全吞了。爸爸妈妈一边吃,一边笑着看我,我小心的咽了咽口水,用迅雷不及掩耳的速度拿起块猪脚肉大口大口地吃起来。

  哎,中午没管住自已的嘴巴,减肥计划失败,晚上可要好好减肥。

  吃过晚饭,要实行运动减肥了。我在小区里慢跑,刚开始,还跑的很开心,可过了一小会儿,我就感觉上气不接下气的,四肢发软,腿也很重,再坚持了会,更是累得汗流浃背,手心冒汗,我只好停了下来,大口大口地喘气。减肥真辛苦啊。让我休息,休息,再休息一会儿吧。

  为了减肥,我付出这么多,可几天后一秤体重,我反倒重了一斤.看来,减肥之路是漫漫其修远,吾将上下而求索。

  最*,老妈去体检了。体检单一出来,老妈看了看,差点叫起来。什么肥胖导致高血压啊,脂肪肝啊,五花八门。真是不看不知道,一看吓一跳啊!

  于是,老妈决定减肥了。星期五晚上,老妈设置好手机计步器,开始“执行”第一项“任务”:下班走回家。老妈抵住了公交车的诱惑,毅然决然地走回了家。可回家时已经六点整了,我的肚子都响了三十遍了。

  星期六早上五点,老妈穿上运动服飞也似的奔向了体育馆,在体育馆里跑了五圈,才肯回家。老妈早餐和晚餐都只喝稀粥,就午餐吃一点菜和饭。

  中午,老妈做起了仰卧起坐。“一个……两个……三个……”我在旁边计数。老妈做到二十个的时候,快不行了。我急忙给她加油、助威,终于勉强做完了四十个仰卧起坐。

  下午,老妈去公园跳绳。“预备,开始!”我按下了秒表,老妈也飞快地跳了起来。一分钟很快就到了,老妈可厉害了,跳了两百三十五个。

  星期天上午,老妈开始练*坐位体前屈。我帮忙压了好几次,老妈终于可以伸出整个手掌了。

  苍天不负有心人,十天后:老妈瘦了五斤。我要为老妈的健康加油!

  今天又到开饭的时候啦!我迫不及待的冲到饭桌前坐下,拿起饭碗狼吞虎咽,风卷残云,不一会儿就吃完了。这时,老妈发现了我最*胖了不少,便让我称了一**重。啊?!我一百斤了。为此,老妈给我制定了两套减肥瘦身的.运动计划:一、每天做五十个仰卧起坐;二、便是从第五楼开始上下楼梯四个来回。我想了一想,毫不犹豫的选择了一方案,因为我一分钟可以做二十多个仰卧起坐,五十个最多三分钟就行了。然而,我做到了三十个就没劲了因此只好选择二方案:

  开始爬楼梯,第一来回时还好,下楼梯快,上楼梯也还好,到第二来回的时候还可以勉强支撑,第三来回时就体力不支了,想打退堂鼓,妈妈这时走过来鼓励我说:“男子汉当大丈夫,不要当大豆腐。来,跑起来,男人要顶天立地,就只有一丁点累就放弃了,羞不羞啊!”我听了,打消了放弃的念头,一鼓作气跑完了。

  上来后,我满头大汗,一下子坐在了椅子上面,不停的喝水,气喘吁吁,让老妈帮我把汗擦了。虽然我很累,但我很高兴,因为我还是坚持了,还是成功了,我以后还要继续我的减肥计划。

  看着镜子,我好想变瘦,也好希望能长高,因为有很多人都笑是个又矮又肥的“矮冬瓜”,听了很受伤。我决心要努力减重、长高才可以,才不要继续背负这个我一点也不喜欢的绰号呢!

  可是要做什么运动才可以有减重又可以长高呢?班级里的“运动小天使”为我拟定的一个量身订做的拯救身材大计划,就是天天打篮球、天天找时间跳绳,一定可以完美的达成我的愿望。

  每天的作息正常便是最重要的条件,三餐吃的食物也是重要关键,但是如果不“动”,那身上的热量就会变脂肪,所以多运动消耗热量也是很好的。但太过度消耗也可是会让身体吃不消的。

  有时减肥错误也会造成身体上水不根治的后遗症。严重的话可能会得到可怕的厌食症,最后瘦成竹竿然后saybyebye。

  网络上的减肥方法五花八门,并让很多人不知是真是假,有人还因为误解因此食物中毒,使自己的肾脏再也无法运作,一生只能在洗肾之中度过,真是太得不偿失了。

  这些计划,不是说说就算了,要有全面坚持的决心和毅力,天天都要做,才会看到成果。为了跟矮冬瓜告别,我一定要拿出魄力和自尊,严格的完成这个计划,就从这一秒开始,拼了!
