在这一年的学*中大部分的学生都能够掌握初一应该掌握的英语知识，而且能够较为熟练的运用，这对他们今后的`学*非常有帮助。另外，除了课本知识的学*我还注意学生良好*惯的培养，希望他们逐渐增强自制力，为学生从老师教的学*模式向自学型学*模式转换打好基础。
三、存在的问题
虽然学生基本上都能把所学的知识掌握，但是在知识的灵活应用方面却仍旧存在困难。另外，部分学生对学*失去了兴趣，注意力投放在其他的地方，这不仅不利于教师的教学而且严重影响学生以后的发展，从而对学生人格的塑造产生很坏的影响。
四、改进的措施
只有掌握了这一学期教学和工作中存在的问题，才能更好的进行改进，所以我常常对自己的工作进行反思，以期有更好的教学方式呈现在学生面前。经过思考，我发现还有以下需要改进的地方：首先，对该年级教学重点不明确，从而导致有时候教学思路不明确，教学内容过多。其次，在掌握课堂方面有欠缺，不能时刻从总体上注意到学生的学*状况。最后，在教学过程中，对知识的延伸拓展做的不是很好。鉴于以上几点，在接下来的工作中我要多从学生的角度想问题真正了解学生学*的困难，帮学生解决学*中遇到的问题并让学生逐渐建立起自信，在轻松快中进一步提高学*成绩。

我这学期担任的是七年级三班、四班两个班的英语教学工作。在教学方面，本人能够认真的备课，仔细的批改作业，热情的上好每一节课，争取在四十五分钟里照顾到每个学生，最大程度的提高学生的英语水*。现在就把这学期的教学工作详细总结如下：
首先，仔细的备好每一节课。
针对七年级三班、四班两个班英语基础上的不同，每节课在准备的时候都要有所侧重，对于三班学生不仅要强调基础更要加强灵活运用的训练，而对于四班的学生则把重点都集中在基础知识上，把短语句型以及语法点讲清楚，让学生都弄明白。在备课过程中的有所差别，保证了英语课更强的针对性和教学目标的完成。
第二，认真上好每一节课。
每节课上通过练*，讲解，提问，小组合作等方式，使学生们在作题的过程中掌握新知识，并能巩固原来学过的语法点，循序渐进的把英语知识，西方文化传播开来，增加学生门对英语学*的兴趣，从而不同程度的提高其英语水*。
第三，细心批改作业，通过小测试等不断促使学生总结学*中的经验。
及时的批改每天的作业，并立即将学生掌握的情况反馈到第二节的教学中去，这样有利于学生迅速的纠正自己新知识上的错误，巩固教学效果。而且，坚持每日的听写训练，抓好学生基础知识的掌握。
第四，经常虚心的去听其他老师的英语课，不断学*好的方法和经验。
并把所学的'新东西及时运用于下一节课里，不断提高自己的教学水*。
第五，对于一些基础差，学*新知识有困难的需要帮助的同学进行辅导。
利用课下以及自己的闲暇时间，给一些英语基础差，学*新知识有困难的同学补*英语语法知识等，帮助他们更好的学*英语课程。
第六，经常向同学们介绍一些好的英文电影，英文书籍，英文音乐等，扩大学生们的视野，增强的英语的兴趣，此外还经常在课堂中介绍中考的趋势和动向，使学生树立良好的学*方向。
除此以外，本人还经常查阅英语资料和教学参考书等，并找了很多适合于我们班级学生难度水*的题让学生做，有效的提高了教学效率。
通过一学期的努力，同学们在英语这门科目上都取得了或大或小的进步，掌握了一些基本的英美文化常识，口语交际，以及固定短语等用法，从听、说、读、写、译等许多方面与上学期相比有了很大的提高。
时间过得真快，转眼间，在和学生互相学*，共同生活中又临*年末，我比较圆满地完成了本年度的工作。回顾这学期的工作，使我感到既繁忙又充实。我的教学思想和教学水*都得到了很大的提高，并取得了一些成绩。下面我将本年度的个人工作总结如下：
(一)思想政治方面

1、开好主题班会。充分利用班会这块阵地，开设各种主题班会，让学生有发言讨论的空间，发挥了学生的主体地位，并能及时了解到学生的思想动向，帮助学生树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观，又增强了班级凝聚力，同时也拉*师生间的距离，促进师生间的交流，融洽了师生感情。在20xx年张店区中小学主题班会评选活动中，本次班会荣获二等奖
2、抓好晨读的励志工作
每天晨读，学生齐声诵读《弟子规》。诵读完《弟子规》之后，每天有一位同学登上讲台，进行以励志为主题的“五分钟演讲”，进行自我教育。每天有励志格言，写在黑板的一侧。之后，就是学生们大声朗读英语的时间。在大家朗读的同时，我始终陪伴在他们的身边。随时纠正他们的发音，解答他们的.问题。关注到每一个孩子。希望每一个孩子都不要掉队!
3、营造浓郁的书香氛围
班里开辟了图书角。我要求学生闲暇时间大量阅读。“读名人书，看名人传。”每位同学从家里带来书籍，充实我们的书橱。班里制定了严格的借阅制度，有专人负责图书借阅，资源共享，并定期更换。不定期地开展读书交流会，让学生把他们读书过程中的感悟及时地与同学交流，分享，使每位同学在这浓郁的书香氛围中激励着自己，提升着自己，完善着自己。
4.抓好班委的建设工作，抓好班干部的培训工作，使他们真正起到“领头羊”的作用。
作为班主任，我以身作则，率先垂范。要求学生做到的，我首先做到;要求学生不做的，我坚决不做。认真备课、上课，关心、爱护每一位学生。注重*日里与学生的沟通和交流，经常与学生谈心，出现问题及时解决。我还利用中午和晚上的时间去学生家家访，使学校教育和家庭教育形成一股合力。鼓励学生立大志，勤学*，爱班级，守纪律，做一个正直、向上、努力、勤勉的人!

20xx年的这个冬季，当一丝寒风吹过我的发际，我知道冬的开始，春天也要来了，其实不管你愿不愿意，生命中又一个四季轮回就这样完成，只有当述职时我才想起总结自己这一年我到底到了什么?
海南中学，我的初中母校，我曾经在这里学*，用少女的执着在村人和父母的骄傲里离开这里，走出大山而读书，而今，工作了*二十年的我依是无法走出这个天地，感叹自己为家乡做了多少自己能做的呢?
本学年上学期我的工作是初三英语教学工作，下学期是全校音乐课，全年度任教导干事工作。
初三英语教学工作压力大，精神紧张，工作中我早来晚走，春天，我家安在了海林，给初三的同学上晚课，到家时已9点多了，儿子自己在家等妈妈，害怕就用默镜开着灯睡了，我打了出租车从拉古到海林回家时，一进屋看到这，我的泪就流出来，真的，对不起儿子，对不起家，其实认真学*，努力发展专业技能，中考取得可佳的成绩成为海林级，牡丹江级教学能手。本应继续下一轮的英语教学，但学校生源太少，又因学校没有音乐教师，我主动要求音乐教学，所以下学期的工作岗位是音乐。其实我很愿意这一行，但本人的音乐功底太差，记得开学初，董校长病在家没来上班，牡丹江周边地区送教下乡公开课及教研，我去听了一天课，6节，那是一个让我得到学*的一个好日子，我在每个教师动人的课上感动了，感觉到了做一名音乐教师的乐趣和伟大，我是多么想自己也能那个，我热爱这一行，我知道音乐对我来说是什么，有时我甚至感觉自己真的是一个音乐人，其实我知道学校的音乐教学是如何的没有做好，那次听课回来，我热血了好久，我认真的备课，上网查找资料做课件，因为本学期的教学参考用书全是对不上版本的，所以我没有教参，对我这样的教师，教参是多么重要啊，我没有办法，只能用录音机，但录音机也坏了，我只能用多媒体教室上课。我知道学生们很喜欢音乐课，让学生热爱音乐就是课标之一，我在网上下了两份课标，家里一份，单位一份，我在业务笔记上记下重点，在读书笔记上学好难点。记得那次海林听完课，评课叫到我，我拿着课标，起来照本说的，教师们笑了，但我没笑，我说我不是专业的。但大家还是给我鼓掌，因为我很热情。因着这股子喜欢和热爱，音乐课堂成为学生们最喜欢的课堂。我又自己主动办了口琴班和葫芦丝班，学生进步很大。使学校的艺术工作出现新的生机。
半个学期，教导处的工作，我认真细致的工作，管理主任不在时的日常教学工作，档案工作，课间纪律，教师的材料收发。我做到认真为教师服务，哪个教师借档案总是认真服务。对于校长安排的工作也是认真完成，每个周一我就把教导处对的到档案室的门口全扫拖。两个办公室的卫生做完要一个多小时，有时感到累，但很充实。也踏实。
我的工作让领导放心，同事满意，是我的心愿，但相信自己的工作能让自己满意，这才是最大的收获。我会在今后的工作中再进一步。

以上就是我在本学年的教学工作总结。由于经验比较浅薄，很多地方存在不足，希望在未来的日子里，能在各位领导老师的指导下，取得更加好的成绩。
这学期又接*了尾声，这学期我担任初一年级（3）和初一（4）班的英语教学。为了进一步提高自己的教育教学能力，总结教学经验，我把这学期的这学期的教育教学工作走下总结，以便于日后取得更好的教学效果。
一、了解学生备好课是上好课的基础
教学就是教与学，两者是相互联系，不可分割的，有教者就必然有学者。学生是被教的主体。因此，了解和分析学生情况，有针对地教对教学成功与否至关重要。不懂得了解学生对教学的重要性，只是专心研究书本，教材，想方设法令课堂生动，学生易接受，这是很容易碰钉子的。在上课前要了解清楚学生的实际情况：
一方面，从小学升上初一的学生英语听，说的能力相对较弱，授课采用较深的全英教学，同学们较难适应。另一方面，（4）班的同学比较活跃，上课气氛积极，但中等生占较大多数，尖子生相对较少。因此，讲得太深，就照顾不到整体，而（3）班的同学比较沉静，虽然优生有一定的比例，但中下层面而也有不小部分，我备课时也注意到这点，因此教学效果比较理想。从此可以看出，了解及分析学生实际情况，实事求是，具体问题具体分析，做到因材施教，对授课效果有直接影响。这就是教育学中提到的“备教法的同时要备学生”。这一理论在我的教学实践中得到了验证。
二、用功备课和用心上课
教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。
一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和我都获益不浅。我认真研究了课文，找出了重点，难点，准备有针对性地讲。为使教学生动，不沉闷，我还为此准备了大量的教具，授课时就胸有成竹了。相反，我没有认真备课的时候，课堂气氛沉闷，教学效果不好，与此相比可见，认真备课对教学十分重要。特别是对英语这门学生不甚熟悉并感到困难的外语来说至关重要。备课充分，能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。但同时又要有驾驭课堂的能力，因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。因此上课一定要设法令学生投入，不让其分心，这就很讲究方法了。上课内容丰富，现实。教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。所以，老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。这样，授课就事半功倍。要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学，也无法学下去。为此，我采取了一些方法，就是尽量多讲一些关于英美国家的文化，生活故事，让他们更了解英语，更喜欢学*英语。因为英语的特殊情况，学生在不断学*中，会出现好差分化现象，差生面扩大，会严重影响班内的学*风气。因此，绝对不能忽视。为此，我制定了具体的计划和目标。对这部分同学进行有计划的辅导。经过这学期的努力，收到了很好的效果。
三、注重听、说、读、写全面发展
根据现行大纲的要求，采取科学的教学方式，要求学生眼耳手齐动，提高记忆的速度和持续记忆的时间，以便更好地锻炼学生读的能力，听的能力以及写的能力，以便于形成良好的学**惯，使不同类型的学生都得到良好的发展。英语是语言。因此，除了课堂效果之外，还需要让学生多读，多讲，多练。为此，在早读时，我坚持下班了解早读情况，发现问题及时纠正。课后发现学生作业问题也及时解决，及时讲清楚，让学生即时消化。另外，对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式，提高他们的能力。
四、付出和回报的体会
学生的思想工作，是教师面临的一个巨大的挑战。我觉得着学期最令人头疼的事纪律问题。有些学生"油盐不进"，而且自己不学，还极具带动性，其中有优生也被拖下水的情况，实在令人很痛心。我常感叹：人要学坏，是那么容易；要学好，却是那么艰难。正如一棵树，至少十年才可以"树"一棵，可是要砍倒，十几分钟足够。
课堂纪律太糟糕，影响的不仅是教师的情绪，跟重要的事影响了整体的学*效果。教师情绪这方面，我认为没有什么大不了的`，因为教师只要练成"充耳不闻、视而不见"的功夫就成。但是，正因为大多数学生好学上进，教师不得不控制自己的情绪，花费宝贵的课堂时间做大量的思想教育工作。我也有不止一次气得无法继续讲课的经历。但是，走出教室，深吸一口气，*息心情，继续完成安排好的教学任务。所以，往往40分钟的课，最多只能计划35分钟，否则就会因做思想工作而完不成计划。对于"双差生"的转化，本人实在没有太多的经验可谈，失败的教训倒不少。我把观察到的现象，写成了一些文字，与同事交流，我曾做过一个课堂调查，了解学生的思想动向。遗憾的是对这件事情的善后工作没有做到圆满，头脑里多少有些懒惰的成分。不过，短短一年，和大多数学生培养起了深厚的师生情谊，离不了课堂上正面引导，在课堂教学过程中穿插思想、情感教育的内容，更重要的事在课后、在空闲时间与学生多做沟通和交流。这也是今后的工作中需要重点加强的方面。
经过一个学期的努力，期末考试就是一种考验。无论成绩高低，都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的，重要的是在本学期后如何自我提高，如何提高学生的英语水*。我会在工作中进一步提高自己的各方面能力，争取让学生有更大的进步。在本学期的教学工作过程当中，既有值得骄傲的成绩，也有令人扼腕的憾事。为了在今后的工作中更少地出现失误、更大地提高成绩，我将认真反思，总结经验，争取做的更好！

一、要针对不同的班级进行课堂教学
每一个班级就像每一个人，性格、脾气、禀性各有不同。所以我针对我教的两个班级进行教学设计：210班的同学思维比较活跃，回答问题积极，但中等生占较大多数，尖子生相对较少。因此，上课时我弱化难点，强化重点，照顾到了大部分同学;而211班的同学偏向沉稳，积极性有些欠缺。虽然有尖子生，但由于后进生比例较大，不足于带动整个班级。所以，对于尖子生我鼓励他们要有“超前”意识，人家没看到的，没做到的我已经完成了，而对于差生则鼓励他们把最基本的，最常用的单词，句子弄懂。经过一段时间的实践，证明教学效果比上个学期有了进步。
了解及分析学生实际情况，实事求是，具体问题具体分析，做到因材施教，对授课效果有直接影响。这就是教育学中提到的“备教法的同时要备学生”。这一理论在我的教学实践中得到了验证。
二、备课充分，事半功倍
古人说过，“不打无准备之仗”，上课也是一样，不上无准备之课。我根据教材内容及学生的实际，并且针对七年级教学目标：“旨在培养学生兴趣”的基础上训练认读单词的能力，设计课的类型，拟定采用的教学方法，并对教学过程的程序及时间安排都作了详细的记录，认真写好教案。对每一课都做到“有备而来”，每堂课都在课前做好充分的准备，并制作各种利于吸引学生注意力的有趣教具，课后及时对该课做出总结，写好教学后记，并认真按搜集每课书的知识要点，归纳成集。
三、增强上课技能，提高教学质量。
上课时使讲解清晰化，条理化，准确化，条理化，准确化，情感化，生动化，做到线索清晰，层次分明，言简意赅，深入浅出。在课堂上特别注意调动学生的积极性，加强师生交流，充分体现学生的主作用，基本做到了让学生学得容易，学得轻松，学得愉快;注意精讲精练，在课堂上我讲得尽量少，让学生有更多动口动手动脑的机会;同时在每一堂课上都充分考虑每一个层次的学生学*需求和学*能力，让各个层次的学生都得到提高。
四、贯彻教学大纲的听、说、读、写进行教学。
在教学过程中，将英语分成听、说、读、写几方面进行教学。
听：*时放录音，让学生跟录音读，训练学生的听力，并且利用撑握英语进行训练，还找一些专题训练，提高学生的听力。
说：充分利用早读，鼓励学生大胆读书，*时让学生在日常生活中，多说英语，课堂上多让学生进行workinpairs训练，提高学生的口语能力，激发学生的学*兴趣。
读：读方面主要是提高学生的阅读能力，先教识学生怎样做这些题目，*时让学生多做一些阅读理解的短文，专门训练，提高学生的阅读能力。
写：贯彻新题型和新课标的要求，作文教学主要传授写作方法，进行一些针对性的短文写作，强调字数和书写这些硬件的东西，*时提倡学生利用时间用英语写一些简短的文章，从中提高学生的写作能力。
五、认真批改作业
布置作业做到精练。有针对性，有层次性。对学生的作业批改及时、认真，分析并记录学生的作业情况，将他们在作业过程出现的问题做出分类总结，进行透彻的'评讲，并针对有关情况及时改进教学方法，做到有的放矢。培养小组长帮助我检查其他学生朗读、背诵课文。
六、加强自学，不断积累知识。
由于本人在英语教学方面经验不足，自己的知识又有限，在教学的同时，时时虚心向资历深的教师请教，和我们英语组的同事一起学*有关英语方面的教学教法，加强自身的业务学*、扩大视野;不断总结和反思自己的教学实例，不断领悟新课标精神的实质，力争为成为一名优秀的英语教师做出不懈的努力。
总之，这一学期经过自己的努力，取得了一定的成绩。我会在以后努力填补自己在教学中的不足，不断改进教学方法，积极开发和有效利用课程资源。多问，多想，多向老教师和同事学*，更好的为英语教学服务，力争在今后的英语教学工作中取得更大的进步。
本学期我担任七年一班的英语教学工作。截止目前我已经从事中学英语教学工作19年，我深深感觉到教中学英语之难之累，真是苦在身，乐在心！为使今后的教学工作取得更大进步，现对本学期的教学工作作一总结。
一、个人常态定位
参加至今一直从事本学科的教育教学工作，积累了一定的教学经验和理论知识；能够积极参加各类教研活动和教师继续教育学*；工作踏实，具有强烈的事业心和责任心，热爱教育事业，热爱学生，在工作上能够积极完成学校领导布置的各项任务；与同事关系融洽，能和同事和睦相处，乐于助人；善于接受别人的的意见，虚心向他人的学*。
二、日常工作
第一，加强业务理论的学*，以身作则，为人师表，争取做到用人格培养人格，以灵魂塑造灵魂。深刻理解教育教学的意义，能根据教育改革和发展需要，与其他教师共同解决教学中存在的问题，主动进行课堂教学改革，有效提高课堂教学质量。
第二，不断地学*相关的教学理论知识，积极参加各级各类各种形式的岗位培训，珍惜每一次学*机会，让个人素质有更快和进一步的提升，并做好相关的业务学*笔记，坚持不断地学*，尽快提高专业化水*，不断更新知识、追逐学术前沿的意识，努力适应今天新时代对老师的更高的要求。
第三，切实实践20xx版新课标理念，努力让学生成为课堂的主体，实施自主、合作、探究式学*，充分调动学生学*英语的积极性，激发他们的兴趣并发挥初中学生的好奇心，带领他们一起去探究英语学*的奥妙，引导学生学会自主学*，进一步开发学生的想象与创造能力。
第四，认真钻研教材上好每一节课，并坚持经常写课后反思，从反思中努力提高自己，养成教学后反思的*惯，针对课堂上的问题和不足进行反思，从而提高教学质量。在课堂教学中基本形成鲜明的个人教学风格，能根据学生的需求、个体差异及认知规律，对学生进行个性化教育。
第五，在课堂教学中做到：一是上课准备充分，教学设计合理。二是课堂活跃有序，积极创设有利于学生学*的情景。三是师生*等，师生相互尊重、沟通、理解。四是教学民主，积极调动学生广泛、主动参与，合理运用自主合作和探究等学*方式，多种教学方法优化组合。五是教学实效明显，教学活动目标明确，并能达到目标；学*过程和结果统一，不同学生在原有的基础上得到提高。能在不确定的教学环境中，及时发现新的问题，能把握问题的'本质，采用最优解决方法，及时、灵活、有效地解决问题。
第六，积极参加各种听、评课活动，进行高质量的教研活动，积极听其他教师的课，学*其他教师的优秀的教学方法，认真对待每一节教研组和学校的汇报课并主动积极听取其他教师的意见，以此来不断提升自己的业务能力。
第七，树立终身学***，在学*过程中，与其他教师共同学*，研究，分享经验，促进自身开发教学潜能和提高教学研究水*。在专业发展过程中，努力促进自身专业发展。
最后，积极进行教科研研究与创新，充分利用市、县、校各种网络和实体资源，使之发挥应有的作用。
三、存在不足
对教育科研有一定的认识，但课题研究和论文写作能力有待进一步提高；缺乏对学生心理状态、情绪特征的认识和研究；教育科研方面，往往停留在感性经验的层面，缺乏进一步挖掘与创新。
总而言之，一学期的教学工作自己付出了很多，收到的回报也不少：领导的信任，使我精力充沛；得到同事的帮助，使**劲十足；学生的渴求，使我信心倍增。我会努力填补自己在教学中所存在的不足，不断改进教学方法，在教学中设计一些学生喜爱的活动，游戏来辅助课堂教学，激活课堂。积极开发和有效利用课程资源，更好的为英语教学服务，力争在今后的英语教学工作中取得更好的成绩。我相信有耕耘就一定会有收获。并且进一步做好校本课程的编写与研发，争取将校本课程做到更符合我校学情，使之为全校师生服务。
今年，我任教七年级(3)、(4)班的英语。共有62人，学生学*态度认真， 课堂气氛比较活跃，但基础知识较薄弱。经过一年的学*，基本上会说简单的对话，看懂简单的英文读物，英语是中学生的一门主课，无论是学校、家长还是学生都很重视它，但是不少学生觉得这门功课单调枯燥，学起来吃力，甚至有不少学生放弃了它。
究其原因，是学生对英语学*的接触面小，听、说、练的机会少，以及他与中文的部分反差的诸多因素，使得学生对英语学*常常存在“厌、怕，弃”的不健康的心理。这使我不得不改进教学方法。现特将本学期教学工作总结如下：
