英语，是我最讨厌的一个课外班，每一次过去都提心吊胆的，因为差不多每一次都有考试，不是口试就是笔试，有时候没有时间复*，过去一考试就什么都不会了。考不及格万一要发到学*群，那就丢脸了。
上一次，我又忘记复*了。到了星期二我才知道要复*，星期三就要上课了，这可怎么办？我连课内作业都没有写完，而且这次可是要把整本书都背好！我也没有办法，只好先把课内作业做完，还好星期三只有半天课，我赶紧回家拼命背书，争取全部背下来。
星期三的英语课时，我考试只写出了一些，时间到了就被交上去了，可是英语王老师让我们考到九十分以上呀！如果没有及格，老师也要发到学*群的。试卷发下来了，我果然没有九十分，不过，我虽然没有达到标准，老师也没有说什么。

本节课要学的新单词有5个：car, bus, ball, doll, teddy ing up这个部分老师用了Unit10P11的图，让学生讨论，复*已学知识Where is…？这幅画里刚好有ball这个词，老师根据这个再引入其它的词，如car和bus，从旧知引出新知，很自然，学生也很容易接受，本来这两个词很多孩子在幼儿园学过，很快就能掌握了。在学单词的环节中老师还请了学得较快的小老师教学生，学生们学得比老师教还起劲，既锻炼了学生，又轻松了自己，一举两得。老师在教doll时，和ball相比较来教，这样既能分辨清楚，又能根据已学知识学新知识，学得更高效。
还有，学*单词时，老师采用了各种游戏手段，孩子们学得很开心。比如，学ball，老师让孩子们闭上眼睛，同时口中念ball, ball, I like a ball.这时老师把单词卡片放到一个同学的桌上，然后拍手，同学们停下来，拿到单词卡片的同学到讲台边把刚才同学们念的句子说出来，学生们很开心，都希望自己能拿到那张卡片。轮到其它单词时，老师会变化句子，比如car, car, I have a car等等，让学生在学*单词时，也不断地复*以前学的句子，这样单词和句子就不会脱节，寓教于乐。另一个“猜拳游戏”孩子们也很喜欢，不过就是把中文改成英文罢了。比如全组人一起说doll, doll, I like a doll,输的那个同学就把doll找出来，这个游戏其实就是让孩子多读单词和句子的另一个方法，孩子们不会觉得枯燥无味，反而非常喜欢，从而达到轻轻松松学英语的目的。
最后“小组单词过关”也设计得很好。把学生们学的单词以表格的形式展现出来，每个组员到组长那里读，会的打√，这是检测孩子们是否过关的一个途径。不过没有达到老师想要的效果，一个组长负责五六个人，太多了，孩子小，不懂得怎么协调，没轮到的组员在那里玩，浪费了时间。我觉得可以给第二个组长负责两个组员，这样速度快，效率也高，不会读的那些由这两个组长负责教会，老师轻松了，过关率也会大大提高。
不足之处是，这一课的B部分刚好有What’s this? It’s a …的句型，如果教学单词时能用上这个句型练*的话会更好，同时为后面的学*做好铺垫。
总之，要使学生对英语乐学、善学、会学，老师的课堂教学手段必须不断更新，用灵活多样的教学方法，组织学生进行广泛的语言实践活动，通过多种手段激发学生学*的热情，培养学生学*的兴趣，让学生成为学*的主人。

课后反思就是我们*常写的课后教学小结，即教师在每上完一节课后，通过自己教的过程和学生学*情况的信息反馈，认真进行反思，把本节课的成功之处，教学中的失误、教训，以及学生在课上出现的疑难、错误，独到的见解，教师从中受到的启示和今后教学中应注意的问题，改进的想法等等，一一记录下来。以此作为知识及时补救的依据，今后教学改革的借鉴，从而达到提高自身素质，提高教学效果的目的。
“吾日三省吾身”牭戎晾砻言早已深入人心。“学而不思则罔，思而不学则贻”这句话用在我们的教学工作中有深刻的借鉴意义。有的教师执教多年，却长进不快，有的教师虽然刚涉足教坛，却能后来居上。究其原因，主要在于教者是否善于思考、探索和总结。正如名教授叶澜曾经说过的一句话：“一个教师写一辈子教案不一定成为名师，如果一个教师写三年反思有可能成为名师”。可见，写课后反思不失为一种促进教师改进教学策略，不断提升自己教学水*，提高教学质量的好方法。下面笔者结合教学实践谈谈自己的体会。
一、课后反思的作用
1、自我诊断，完善教学
课后反思是教师在教学过程中自我诊断的一种方式，它可以使教师及时根据教与学的情况，对下一阶段的教学进行适当的调整，以便使教学更具有针对性和实效性。特别是可以随时发现教学中的问题，采取积极措施，弥补疏漏，改进教学。
2、总结经验，提高效益
在教学实践中，成功的经验，失败的教训，对教师来说都是财富。课后将这些宝贵的财富及时进行分析、整理，由感性认识上升至理性认识，再来指导实践：不断总结经验教训，就可以避免教学的盲目性，增强教学的自觉性，不断提高教学效益。
3、促进学*，提高自身
经常进行课后反思，可以提高教师自身的多种能力，促进教师积极主动的学*教育理论，学*专业知识，有利于教师素质的全面提高。
二、课后反思的书写形式
课后反思的书写形式不是一层不变的，它是教师根据实际情况来选择适当的形式的。主要有以下几种：
(1)札记式：
这是教师用的最常见的一种形式。就是用随笔的形式记下教学中的点滴体会，记录新的发现，有感而发，是教师总结教学经验的可贵素材。
(2)图表式：
用统计图表的形式将学生的学*情况和教师的教学效果直观的表示出来。如学生做某道题的正确率和错误率，可以积累数据材料，以便日后分析研究。
(3)评价式：
根据新课程标准的课堂教学评价方案，对教学工作进行全面性的评价。这是一种自我评价的极好的方式，便于教师扬长避短，不断提高。
(4)疑问式：
在教学中发现疑问，解决疑问，反映学生的学*情况，引以借鉴。
(5)探索式：
跳出局限，积累深化，综合分析，探索新法。
三、课后反思的内容
1、记成功之处
就是记在教学过程中达到预期目的、引起教学共振效应的做法，如在教学句型What’s…plus/minus…?It’s…时，我设计了一项小组间的造句比赛，给出一个数字，让学生们根据这个得数说出不同的算式，同学们争先恐后，在竞赛中学*、巩固新知，达到了较好的教学效果。课后，我就把这段反思详细得当地记录下来，供以后教学时参考使用，并在此基础上不断地改进、完善、推陈出新。
2、记失败之处
即使是再完美的课堂教学设计也难免有疏漏和失误之处，如在时间的分配上，游戏的组织方面等，把这些教学中的“败笔”记录下来，进行回顾，并对其作深刻的反思、探究和剖析，及时吸取教训。如在教学Shopping一课时，在巩固练*中我设计了学生分散到各个点去购物这一活动，课前，我自认为这个活动设计的很好，然而在实际操作中，我发现课堂一片混乱，学生们兴奋得以至于忘形，大家都往玩具店去买东西，而冷落了其余购物点,口语操练并没有达到预期的目的。课后我反思，主要原因是我没有考虑到学生们的喜好，也没有强调好活动的秩序。正所谓“吃一堑、长一智”，变教训为经验，相信今后再有这样的活动，我会组织得有条不紊。
3、记学生独特见解
在课堂教学过程中，学生是学*的主体，他们总会有“创新的火花”在闪烁，教师应当充分肯定学生在课堂上提出的一些富有启发性的问题，一些独到的见解以及一些奇思妙想，这样不仅使学生的好思路、好想法得以推广，而且对他们也是一种赞赏和激励。同时，这些难能可贵的见解也是对课堂教学的补充与完善，可拓宽教师的教学思路，提高教学水*。因此，将其记录下来，可以作为以后教学的丰富素材。记得刚教学音标时，我在黑板上写出几个学生没学过的单词的音标，让学生进行拼读练*，当检查到[faind]时，我班的周雯同学不仅准确的读出了这个单词，而且还正确的拼出了这个单词F-I-N-D,我很惊讶，问她是怎么拼出来的，她说我是根据音标才得到这个单词的。
因为字母f发[f],字母i一般发[ai],字母l发[l],字母d发[d],所以我拼出[faind]是F-I-N-D,她的一翻话使我和在座的每一位学生为她鼓掌，对我的感触也很深，课后，我把她单词拼读的方法记录下来，重新修改了我对音标教学的计划即每当教学新单词的读音时，把单词的拼写、读音与相应的音标结合起来教。一学期下来，我把48个音标提前教完，而且基本上每个学生都能掌握。
从事第一线英语教学五年的我，结合日常工作中的点点滴滴，对自己的英语教学做出如下诊断：
一、给予学生持续不断的语言知识，而不是“只玩”来培养学生持久的兴趣
小学英语教学是要重视培养兴趣，但不能单唱歌游戏去学*，因为培养兴趣主要是为了学*英语。目前小学生每周只有100多分钟的英语课，单唱歌游戏不能培养学生持久的兴趣。新鲜劲儿一过，孩子们就会厌倦。所以，唱歌游戏应该作为小学生学*英语语言知识、技能的一些手段，而不是培养兴趣的手段。我们可以采用多种手段帮助小学生在记忆力强的时期多记单词，多学*语言规则，并尽可能多创造模仿的机会，提高学生的语音和语调。在英语学*中，听、说、读、写、译五种能力是可以互补的。真正做到听说先行，读写跟上。光听说不读写，很难收到高效。只模仿不培养学*能力，也难减轻学*负担。所以小学生还是应当认真进行语言学*。
二、小学英语教师应有发展意识
一向以来，人们小学英语教师的语言知识能力要求不高，认为小学英语简单，不需要太好的语言功底，只要有良好的教学技能就可以了。其实时代在进步，社会在发展，同样英语作为人们最广泛的交际用语之一，更是随着高科技的迅猛发展而日新月异地变化着。如果我们的英语教师故步自封，不求进取，那么不但自己的语言知识很快陈旧落伍，误人子弟，而且会被时代所淘汰。
“Changing English in the changing world”。现代英语的变化，特别是口语方面的变化可从以下几个方面体现出来：
1、随着人们生活节奏的不断加快，更因为国际互联网的形成，人们之间的交际变得越来越简捷。说话简单快捷，是现代人生活的一大特征。现代英语在这方面的变化表现为“一字多用”。
2、随着现代科学技术的迅猛发展，现代英语词汇急剧增加，并且我们发现，现代英语词汇有相当一部分是取得新义的旧词，如，“input”（输入电子计算机的数据），“store”（电子计算机的储存器），“drive”（计算机驱动器）等。
3、英国英语和美国 英语之间的距离越来越小。也许是美国对世界政治、经济影响日益强大的原因，美国英语的影响也越来越大，特别是对青少年的影响越来越大，他们以使用美语和发美国音为时髦。
4、口语不断侵入书面语。学过英语的人都知道，英语有正式、非正式、书面语，口语，方言，俚语之分，然而当今它们之间相互渗透的现象越来越普遍。
我们的英语教师不跟上时代的步伐，不坚持不断地学*和接受新事物，不了解现代英语发展的现状和趋势，那么，我们所教出来的学生一旦离开学校走向社会，他们会发现他们所学的英语是多么bookish（书呆子气）。而教师自己则可能甚至连小学生们所津津乐道的一些常用语也可能会出现理解性的错误。
三、小学英语教师应有文化意识
在小学英语的教学中，因为课文的简单易懂，所含的信息量少的缘故，很多小学英语教师忽视了文化对语言的影响，而导致了一些语言情景的不真实，和虚假的语言的产生。词汇是文化信息的主要浓缩。对英语词汇的准确理解，和对语言环境的认识和创设和把握，需要对文化的比较深刻的理解。
通过这次新课标远程培训让我意识到：新课改倡导全人教育，强调课程要促进每个学生身心健康的发展，培养学生良好的品质和终身学*的能力，新课改提倡交流与合作、自主创新学*，课程改革的成败关键在于教师，教师是课程改革的实施者。
通过这几年的教学经验让我意识到，在英语教学中还存在一些不足，有待改善，如下；
一、面向全体学生，为学生全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。
每年开学初，老师都要制定培优辅差计划，我觉得培优辅差固然重要，更重要的是还要看好中等生。中等生不是上进就是落下成为差生，这关系着全体学生的学*状态和效果。比如，每场考试下来，老师总是迫不及待想知道优生的成绩，错在什么地方，面对面评讲。剩下的学生就泛泛评讲。这样导致中等生跟不上节奏，一而再再而三，失去了信心，然后退步。我认为，中等生更需要老师的关注与耐心的指导，老师要多多鼓励他们。只要中等生进步了，既可以带动差生，又可以促进优生，以达到教学面向全体学生的目的。
二、在教学过程中注重学生的听力的能力
以往在训练的过程中都采取先让学生阅读听力材料，理解其大意，再进行听力，结束后直接评讲。其实这样的方法只适用中等以上的学生，更不足的是，这样的训练很机械、导致知识不连贯，没有达到听力能力的培养。这次培训让我们懂得了听力应该注重听前、听中、听后的培养。 听前让学生进行热身活动，熟悉话题；熟悉相关词语和句型；接受背景信息；提出需要解决的问题，明确具体任务。听中让学生听信息，排顺序；听信息，列项目；听信息，补全文字；听并画图；听并制作；听并填空；听写；听并记笔记；听指令，完成系列动作；听并选择；听并匹配。听中的任务设计要由浅入深，层层递进，由一般到具体，任务要以获取信息为主，同时要有对归纳、推断等思维能力的培养。听后让学生口头回答问题；小组讨论；模拟对话；复述或转述所听内容；作出书面回应；总结要点；改变所听内容；表达个人感受和观点。
三、对学生进行有效的评价
以往在教学过程中，我们特别注重教学内容和教学效果，完全忽略了对学生的评价。其实，评价可以使学生认识自我，树立自信，有助于反思及调整自己的学*。对学生回答问题过程中的表现及改进的成绩，给予口头评价、书面评价并鼓励他们大胆的去说。学生考完试后，让学生自我反思，分析自己的成绩和不足，明确今后努力的方向，争取下次不再犯同样的问题。让学生相互之间相互评价，找出优缺点，互相促进学*。
四、英语教学资源的利用与开发
为了提供丰富的课程资源，开拓教和学的渠道，更新教和学的方式，使英语教学更加真实、生动、开放和灵活，英语课程应该充分开发和利用学校资源，如图书馆、语言实验室、音像设备等基本和常规的教学设施。教育行政部门和学校要尽可能创造条件，为英语课程提供电视机、录像机、计算机、VCD、DVD、投影仪等多媒体设备。应尽可能创造条件，设置视听室等，向学生开放，为学生的自主学*创造条件。教师要根据实际教学条件，创造性地利用黑板、白板、卡片、简笔画、教学挂图、模型、实物等传统和常规媒体。计算机和网络技术为学生个性化学*和自主学*创造了有利条件，为学生提供了适应信息时代的新的学*模式。通过计算机和互联网络，学生可以根据自己的需要选择学*内容和学*方式，使学生之间更有效地相互帮助、分享学*资源。因此，各级教育行政部门、学校和教师要积极创造条件，使学生能够充分利用计算机和网络资源，根据自己的需要进行学*。有条件的学校还可以建立自己的英语教学网站，开设网络课程，快速搜索、科学组合、分类整理和加强合作，进一步增加学*的真实性、开放性和实效性。
总之，这次新课标的培训使我受益匪浅。名师的专题学*项目，优秀教师的案例分析，同仁的相互研讨，以及老师在我们的学*过程中对我们的耐心指教，让我们边学*边反思。这使我在今后的教学方面不断的成长起来，更新观念，与时俱进。
摘要：反思教学*年来在国际教育界备受重视，在我国也越来越被广大教师所熟悉。本文从反思教学理论出发，结合教学实践，提出在教学实践中培养教师的反思能力，从而提高教学效能。

人之反思，古今皆有之，它是一种文明程度和个体成熟与理智的标志，古有“扪心自问”“吾日三省吾身”之言，今有“反省”“检讨”和“人贵有自知之明”之说。反思，首先是思想界和知识关于元科学研究的一种理念与方法，后来移植于教育教学，便产生了反思性教学。笔者认为这种移植是教育改革与发展的需要，是教育科学自身发展与进步的一种标志。
对于反思性教学的概念，众说不一。熊川武教授在他的《反思性教学》一书中所下的定义，是“教学主体借助行为研究，不断探究与解决自身和教学目的以及教学工具等方面的问题，将‘学会教学’与‘学会学*’结合起来，努力提升教学实践的合理性，使自己成为学者型教师的过程。”我们认为反思性教学，是指对教学经验进行回顾与重新认识（包括思考、评价、整改等），以至产生新的更趋于合理性的教学方案与行为的活动过程。通俗地说，反思性教学，即“教学的反思”与“反思的教学”二者有机的统一。
教学反思是教师专业化发展内容的重要部分，是促使教师个体乃至群体由教学者向研究型教师转变的催化剂。新课程英语教学中，反思能力是一个高素质的英语教师所必须具备的一项能力，其中包括对教学设计的反思，对教学过程的反思，对自身教学行为的反思，对课堂教学群体行为的反思，对教学评估的反思等。显然，这种教学反思能力并不是一项与生俱来的或是会随时间流逝而自然形成的能力。它需要教师有意识地、有计划地自我培养和自我提升。那么，作为一个英语教师，怎样形成并发展自身的教学反思能力呢？下面谈谈笔者的一些粗浅看法：
一、教师要确定自己需要反思的内容
教学反思绝不是通常所说的**冥想式的反思，它并不是一个人独处放松和回忆、遥想，而是一种具有指向性、针对性的行为，是一种需要认真思索乃至极大努力的过程。英语教师的反思应包括三种重要成分，即：认知成分、批判成分和教师的陈述。
认知成分指教师如何加工信息和做出决策。心理学中的图式理论认为，在人的头脑中，大量的相互关联的有关事实、概念、概括和经验的信息被组织成一定的网络，成为图式，可以有效储存和快速提取，构成了个体解决问题的基础。在英语教学中，表现为教师对教学内容的理解，对教学步骤和教学方法的设计，以及在课堂中的教学策略和教学机智等等。教师的认知水*的差异往往造成了他们在这些教学环节的设计和处理上的差异。专家教师在教学决策过程中体现出深刻的'、具有丰富联系的图式，这些图式使得他们能够准确判断哪些事件是值得关注的，并从记忆中提取出有关的信息，以便选择最恰当的反应策略。
批判成分指驱动思维过程的基础，包括经验、信念、社会政治取向以及教师的目标等，比如，教育目标是否合理，教育策略和材料中所隐含的*等与权力问题等。英语的教学过程中其实时时刻刻离不开批判成分的反思。不迷信、不拘泥于教材内容，在实际教学过程中对教材提出质疑和可商榷之处的反思能力，也是体现一位英语教师个性和素质的地方。
教师的陈述则包括教师所提出的问题，教师在日常工作中写作、交谈的方式，教师用来解释和改进自己课堂教学的解释系统等等。教育学指出，教师的表达能力，包括口头语言表达能力、书面语言表达能力、体态语言表达能力是教师必备的基本功之一。尤其作为一名英语教师，考虑到所任教学科的特点及学生的年龄性格特点，则更有必要对自己的课堂陈述进行反思。如是否口齿清晰、是否富有感染力、体态语言是否亲切自然大方等等。因此，英语教师应尽可能地反思自己的课堂陈述，使用优美的语音语调，形成亲切得体的教姿、教态，提升自己的教学风格和教学魅力。
二、教师应把握教学反思的过程
教师的反思能力就在自身的反思过程中得以形成和提高，反思过程可分为四个环节：具体经验→观察分析→抽象的重新概括→积极的验证。
具体经验阶段。这一阶段，教师在具体教学实践中意识到问题的存在，并明确问题情境。一旦教师意识到问题，就会感到一种不适，并试图改变这种状况，于是进入到反思环节。因此，在此过程中，接触到新的信息是很重要的，他人的教学经验、自己的经验、各种理论原理，以及意想不到的经验等都会帮助教师发现问题。
观察与分析阶段。教师广泛收集并分析有关的经验，对照自己教学活动的信息，以批判的眼光反观自身。在英语教学中，我们可以通过回忆、与学生交谈、与同行探讨等来获得信息并对它们进行分析，看自己的教学思想观点是什么，它是否符合目前所倡导的理论，从而明确问题的根源所在。经过这种分析，教师会对问题情境形成更为明确的认识。
重新概括阶段。在观察分析的基础上，反思旧的教学指导思想，并积极寻找新思想与新策略来解决所面临的问题。
积极的验证阶段。这时要检验上阶段所形成的概括的行动和假设，它可能是实际尝试，也可能是角色扮演。在检验的过程中，教师会遇到新的具体经验，从而又进入具体经验第一阶段，开始新的循环。
本学期自开学以来，我在课堂上尽量使用简单的英语组织教学。无论课上时师生相互打招呼问候、道别，或是教师发指令让学生活动等，都用英语来说。到目前为止，已有多数学生已经接受简单语句的说法，并逐步学会了其说法。这样做有助于创造英语气氛，学生的学*积极性会更高，可以帮助学生通过英语直接理解教学内容的.意思，养成用英语思维的*惯。当然必要时也可适当的利用母语。例如用英语难以理解的，较抽象的词句就可以用英语解释，以节省教学时间。对于特殊的英语表达方式，也可作英语与母语对比，以加深理解，便于记忆。例如Good morning/afternoon/evening等的汉译是“早上/下午/晚上好！”但是英语里必需是Good在前的顺序。
时间过得很快，转眼间，已经实*两个多月了。这期间，不断地向学校经验丰富的老师学*，和岗友相互学*相互进步，让我受益匪浅，也让我意识到，作为一个新老师我欠缺的还太多，需要在实践反思中不断进步。
（一）做一个知彼知己的初中英语老师
所谓“知彼”顾名思义就是了解学生。由于我们才来到初中课堂两个月，多年来一直都是学*高中知识和大学知识，和初中课程严重脱轨，忘了自己初中时尤其是刚刚接触英语时英语学*是如何的艰难。所以如何把握学生的水*是英语教学前必须要做好的一步。所以在英语教学时，务必要做到要学生听懂：这就要求口语简单化。务必要做到重点知识反复提、不断地提，指导学生记住。在我的日常教学活动中，我使用了过长的英语口语，所以造成了部分基础不好的学生在教学活动中难以理解老师的指令要求。所谓“知己”就是老师一定要了解自己，包括自己教学时的特点以及自己的性格特点，如此而来，有助于形成有自己特色的教学。
（二）做一个会偷懒的初中英语老师
此*时的教学活动中，我一般都是导入后设计问题要求学生听力，通过听力大体了解短文回答问题，这个部分是对学生听力的练*。紧接着有对课文重点知识点进行了讲解，讲解后要求学生进行背诵。最后一个部分就是我自己为学生设计的一个fill in an orderform，这一环节通过我与一名基础好的同学事先做示范，让其他同学明白并照此练*，主要是锻炼学生的小组合作以及口语能力。我认为留一些传统在创新中也是有必要的，我们在英语教学中要既有创新又能保留部分传统的有利于英语学*的东西在里面。我这里所说的“做一个会偷懒的初中英语老师”即在教学中要发挥学生的主体地位，充分调动学生的主观能动性，让学生自己动脑，通过自己的脑、嘴、耳学*，而不是老师一味地灌输知识，只有学生亲力亲为了才能对所需的知识记忆深刻。这一点就是我此次教学活动中最为缺少的。
（三）重视对学生激励性的评价
重视对学生激励性的评价，重视激发学生的兴趣和积极性，这是正确的评价向导。在对学生提出表扬时要发自内心，而不是公式化的表扬，要让学生和教师引起共鸣。可以再对学生了解的基础上，通过精湛的教学方法、亲切的教学态度与适当的鼓励性话语和肢体语言来鼓励和表扬学生会，如此这样可以激励学生学*兴趣和自主学*的能力，培养和激发学生学*的积极性和自信心。在此次教学活动中，我犯了一个严重的错误，在学生遗忘了*时教学时反复强调的知识点时，我来了句“学那点东西都就饭吃了”在我看来我是抱着开玩笑的心态，可是也许就会有的学生就会因为我的一句话学*的积极性和信心顿时降低，这的的确确是我该检讨的地方。
（四）做一个充满激情与活力的英语老师
常常听别人说英语老师就必须很open，一般性格外向的人可以教好英语。我的性格就是应该算是比较外向吧，所以我在学生面前还是比较外向的，所谓教学活动中的激情与活力，我想这一点是绝对需要的，如果老师自己在上英语课时都感觉无聊与烦躁，那么一头雾水的学生就对这节英语课更没有兴趣了，这一点在我的教学活动中深有体会。而且我觉得，能够在第一时间展现你的激情与活力的就是讲话的声音要大。
作者认为教师在教学过程中首先要把握重点、难点，语法讲解一定要清楚、透彻；加强学生的对话强度等。
初二是学生初中生涯的关键期，是世界观和人生观的形成期，在这一阶段，学生的身体心理都发生了很大的变化，在学*方面也会有不同的看法，所以在这一时期一定要抓住学生的心理，不能让他们走入歧途。要使每个学生都有所发展，作为英语教师的`我们在施教过程中必须要做到以下几点。
首先， 教师在教学的过程中首先要把握重、难点。我认为这是教学中对教师最起码的要求。如果无法很好的把握重难点，则会对重点知识的讲授蜻蜓点水，导致学生也无法分清重、难点。学生在学*的过程中把大量的时间花费在零散知识上，而忽视了重中之重。教师为了更好的把握重难点就要认真的研读教材，仔细研究教学参考，并且做好教学反思，从同学们的错误中反馈自己的失误，不断地摸索和探索。
其次，语法讲解一定要清楚，透彻。在讲解重点语法的过程中，教师要多举例子，并且要学生造句子，不能光停留在枯燥，抽象的讲解过程中。
再次，应加强学生的对话强度，鼓励不开口说英语的学生开口。有些学生是对自己不自信，是因为曾经对话的过程中，出现失误却被老师尖刻的言语刺伤，所以当学生出现错误的时候应微笑着让他坐下，然后再纠正错误。有些同学的对话可能会脱离现实生活，但只要开口说英语就要鼓励。
然后，在教学过程中应以学生为主体，这也是新课标的精髓所在。整个课堂是学生在开口说而不是老师在干巴巴的讲授，尤其是教材的最后一部分，阅读部分。要使同学们在默读的前提下做课本上要求的练*题，也可以确定几个话题，学生用英语进行讨论，锻炼他们用英文思考的能力，运用所学语言的能力。课文3a部分教材给出了一篇文章然后学生进行阅读，并且每篇文章后面都有若干个问题，在这一部分一定要让学生在默读的前提下独立完成回答问题，锻炼他们的应试能力。还一定要让学生多背课文，让他们在背中去理解。去培养他们的语感。
最后，一定要了解学生，因才施教，只有了解了学生的知识结构，知识水*，学*特点之后，才能很好的教授学生。
一、了解学生，创设情境。
在我们的小学英语课上过多的强调了情景的创设，甚至是为了情景而情景，以至于产生了虚假的情景。很多老师抱着在这样的情景中给孩子们以自然*得英语的期望，原本就是无本之木，无源之水，显然是不切合实际的。在40分钟的英语课上，老师用外语授课的时间到底有多少，学生能开口说外语的时间又有多少?有多少学生的家庭有外语环境，有多少学生父母懂外语，学生在课余时间主动或被动接触外语的机会又有多少?我们尽可以看到一些十分成功的小学英语教学观摩课，在这些观摩课上英语教师和学生配合的天衣无缝，听说读写的操练样俱全，加上朗诵，短剧，多媒体演示，教学者为之兴奋，听课者为之激动。然而，在一年365天的外语教学中，这样的课又有多少呢?这本帐，从事英语教学的一线教师心中应该是很明白的。
二、小学英语教学应较多地采用采用认知法，而不是直接法。
直接法即大量接触真实的语言，进行真实的交流，靠大量重复模仿，强化记忆，养成*惯。视听法、听说法、交际法都属于直接法。以直接法为主进行教学，一定要有语言环境，要有高水*的师资，班额要小，学*和使用英语的机会要多。认知法不排除模仿，但由于缺乏语言环境，学*途径主要是通过理性思维，学*语音、语法、词汇知识，掌握语言规则，指导听说读写，举一反三，形成可持续发展的语言能力。英语在中国是外语，中国学生学英语，不论是小、中、大学，都不能采用二语教学类型，而要以语言知识为拐杖，在运用经验学*的同时，要注意理性认知;对于小学生尤其要培养他们可持续发展的语言学*能力，不能排斥语言知识。 而在我们现实的小学英语教学中，有限的师资力量，教师水*的相对低下，语言环境的缺乏，大规模的班级授课，都告诉我们直接法的教学方法不适合目前的小学英语的教学实际。
三、靠持续不断的语言知识，而不是“玩”来培养学生持久的`兴趣。
小学英语教学是要重视培养兴趣，但不能单靠唱歌游戏去学*，因为培养兴趣主要是为了学*英语。小学生学*英语不是英美的移民学*英语，则只有不断学到语言知识，提高语言能力，满足他们的成就感，才可能培养持久的兴趣。而目前小学生每周只有两节的英语课，单靠唱歌游戏不能培养学生持久的兴趣。新鲜劲儿一过，孩子们就会厌倦。所以，唱歌游戏应该作为小学生学*英语语言知识、技能的一些手段，而不是培养兴趣的手段。我们可以采用多种手段帮助小学生在记忆力强的时期多记单词，多学*语言规则，并尽可能多创造模仿的机会，提高学生的语音和语调。在英语学*中，听、说、读、写、译五种能力是可以互补的。真正做到听说先行，读写跟上。光听说不读写，很难收到高效。只靠模仿不培养学*能力，也难减轻学*负担。所以小学生还是应当认真进行语言学*。不断反思，集体讨论，积极了解讯息是我们现代教师必须作到的功课，我们的不断积累和成长才能帮助孩子们更好的进步。
随着教育部开始在全国各地颁布执行重新修订后的新的英语教学大纲和与之相配套的采用话题、功能结构相结合的“任务型”的新教材，并要求课堂以结构和结构功能为主线，组织和安排听、说、读、写的活动。此套新的教材要求教师教学活动的设计，主要是为了启发学生思考，提倡创新，给学生提供思维和想象的空间。在培养听、说、读、写能力的基础上，着重提高学生用英语获取信息、分析信息、分析问题和解决问题的能力，以培养学生综合运用英语为目标的教学贯穿于整个教学中。为了完成新教材的教学目的，我们不仅要向学生传授系统的英语知识，更要培养学生英语技能。所以，教师有必要对课堂教学效果、教学过程中的每个环节及时进行全面系统的反思和重新认识。
对英语教学的'重新认识
1、学*外语与情意的关系。
外语课堂教学既是一个掌握外语的认知过程，也是一个激励情意的过程。课堂教学中的情意因素包括情意和意志。情意包括动机、兴趣、态度、气质、性格和良好的*惯等。学生在学*、掌握外语的过程中伴随着传递情意的活动，学*外语和交流情意相互间紧密联系，相互促进，组成一个整体。情意的产生受学*外语认知活动的影响，学*外语的认知活动能促进情意由低级向高级发展，由低层次向深层次发展。学生初学外语时，会产生一种好奇心，好奇心不断获得满足，从而又产生了求知欲；求知欲不断获得满足，进而树立了自信心；自信心不断增强，并与崇高远大的理想相联系和强化，可使兴趣发展得更丰富，从而形成认知兴趣。好奇心→求知欲→自信心→兴趣的发展过程是一个从低层次向深层次、低级向高级发展的过程。情意能反作用于学*外语的认知活动。轻松愉快的积极情意因素能促进学*外语的认知过程；紧张悲伤的消极情意因素只能抑制、阻碍学*外语的认知进程。这样的体会我们几乎在每节课上都能感受到。因此，教师在外语课堂教学过程中，既要重视掌握语言知识和运用语言能力目标的完成，又要重视情意目标的实现。但是，当前有些外语课堂教学还未把情意目标提到教学议事日程上来，或者有意无意地把它忽视了。
2、语言知识与交际能力的关系。
语言是重要的交际工具。学*英语的目的，不仅仅是掌握语言知识，更是为了提高运用语言进行交际的能力。英语教学的最终目的是获得为交际运用语言的能力，这种能力只能通过实践训练才能获得。语言知识的传授不能代替听说读写技能训练和为交际运用语言能力的培养，我们应在教学中将掌握语言知识、培养言语技能和为交际运用语言的能力有机地结合起来，达到学以致用的目的。例如，在学*了“天气预报”这一课后，我除了在课堂上让学生用所学句型自由对话外，还找来多期ChinaDaily，让学生参阅天气预报这一版进行对话。
学生在自由交谈中既巩固了所学知识，又扩大吸收了书本外相关的语言知识，更重要的是，在交际活动中还提高了他们的听、说、读、写和语言交际的能力，达到了多元培养目标。
优秀的教师是善于反思的。虽然我不够优秀，但反思使我能做得更好。
都说课堂教学是一门艺术，而且是一门有缺憾的艺术。科学、有效地反思可以帮助我们减少缺憾。当我们用批判、审视的眼光看待自己的思想、观念和行为，并做出理性的判断和选择时，我们就是在反思，在实现自己思想观念、行为的巩固、完善和变革。
一是反思教学设计
为避免自己过分地依赖已有的教学经验，要符合我所授学生实际学*能力水*，在授课前的备课阶段，我经常结合现在学生的实际，反思原有的教学设计，因为我感觉“照本宣科”的教学是教师的“一厢情愿”，学生不会有太多的兴趣。
但通过反思，我觉得如果学生所有的活动都是在根据教师的要求找答案，学生一直在被老师拖着走。学生的主动性还没有得到进一步发挥，得试着对这一教学设计重新策划，重点就是如何用活教材?如 调整了前后内容的顺序，在复*引入的'基础上，直接让学生阅读材料(几封出自不同人物的e-mail邮件)，要求学生能分辨出各封邮件的发件人，让学生在主动阅读中，利用自身辨别收集信息的能力，既能突出围绕这个主题，而且学生兴趣浓厚，这样的效果与前一设计的效果是有很大的不同的。
二是反思教学过程
沿着本人设计的教学步骤，有条不紊的，流畅的进行着，大多数学生都能够完成得非常好。这样的任务，对我的学生简单了一些，学生没有了“跳一跳才摘到果子吃”的感觉，一定不会满足。如尝试让学生来说说今天的教学内容,老师再作补充,这样也是让学生小结今天的所学内容,也让其他孩子知道今天所学的知识：让学生即时选择其中一位回复邮件，限时口头表达出来，这样一调整就把说与写结合在了一起，增加了深度，说得出写不出的同学就体会了还需再努力背记单词，有了进一步学*的需要，能多方面锻炼了学生的写作与表达能力。
把阅读项目研究放入课堂实践，通过阅读邮件这一载体，我让学生用默读、朗读、快读等形式阅读 ，还照顾到一些语言点的点拨，利用替换句子、词义解释等形式让学生掌握一些重点语句和语言、语法点。课里我让学生思考，让他们自己想出一些其余可以补充介绍内容。同时准备好一些关键词汇和语句的讲解。在交流中学*的，形成了较自然的师生互动。
三是反思教学心得
在课后对整个课堂教学过程进行思考性的概括，对自身的教学观念、教学行为和学生的表现，以及教学的成败进行梳理，并以教学后记的形式来完成。我认为这也是很值得坚持去做的。常常在课后， 对教学的整个过程进行反思、分析、总结，并及时地作下记录。我回忆教学过程怎样?是否达到预期的效果?教学计划如何?是否有所改变?改变计划的原因是什么?改变的方法是否有效?有没有更有效的策略?学生已顺利地完成了任务吗?学生是否有所得?是否帮助学生构建了知识体系?是否对培养解题能力有所帮助?教师本身的教学思想可有存在问题?等等。再进入另一课堂再改进，实践，定会有收获。
反思激活了教师的教学智慧，使我能不断探索教材内容的崭新表达方式，体会创造的喜悦。教学反思，反思“英语教学反思”。
面对这一学期英语课的课堂表现情况，巩固练*情况，课后作业完成情况，我认为还有许多教学内容需要精确，教学方法需要改进，课后反思需要完善。在教学过程中，反思是否关注每一个学生的发展，关注学生的经验、增强课程内容与生活的联系，注重学生情感、态度和价值观的形成，满足学生不同的地理学*需要，转变课堂教学模式，注重学*过程和学*结果评价相结合。同时，我也充分考虑到普通高中教育的基础性这一特征，因此在教学过程中我们也注重了学科基础知识的落实，尽量使每一个学生掌握地理学科最基本和最核心的知识，为进一步提升奠定基础。为了在最短的时间内有一个较大的进步，我进行了如下反思：
一、反思学生的基本情况。
一开始我觉得他们能考进高中，说明他们的学*状况还是可以的，我对他们比较放心的。于是我对他们的要求就尝试了侧重自主学*，强调英语的预*和复*，指导他们自己整理《笔记本》和《纠错本》。我将班级同学编成六个学*小组，由六位组长分管，负责检查学生的预*巩固情况。学生积极性还是比较高的。然而经过一段时间的上课，我发现，他们的自觉性和自学能力和我的预想相差太大，很多靠自己自觉完成的整理和巩固均未很好去做。有许多同学一次听写不合格，是需要再次重新听写的。背诵课文自觉的同学就更不多了，大多都要再三催促才会勉强去组长那里背。于是我加强了评分制度，规定有些学生必须来我这边背。但是依然觉得措施力度不够大。即使是上课反复强调过的语言点，练*中一模一样做过的题目，讲评订正过依然错误率极高。这就说明了学生的上课效率和效果极差，课后没有及时复*巩固，没弄明白的题目没有问。
二、了解学生真实的英语学*水*。
我试图尽我自己最大的努力来了解学生。学生的两极分化存在还是比较严重的，但我很有信心能帮助大家将英语成绩再上一个台阶。有同学提出单词不会读，我就从头开始帮他们一点一点地将音标补起来。*时上课时除了讲述新课的内容，还联系了以前初中的知识要点，做到知识的迁移和提升。在教学中我越来越发现学生初中的知识很不理想，所以在第一次月考后，我又增加了一些新的方法。比如课后给基础较弱的学生一些初中的复*资料，让其复*巩固；针对学有余力的同学给他们。然而，学生学*情况人不见好，有些觉得和我当面谈不妥，就采用了《谈心本》的形式。以下是学生反映的情况：1，上课有些同学吃不饱，觉得太简单；而有些根本听不懂，觉得很难。2，上课的笔记是认真记的，但是回去的复*巩固工作就做得很差了。为了要听写，才会去看一看。3，*时单词的听写也都是临时抱佛脚的，趁早上来看的。重听时才再去看一看。

教师需要教会学生自主学*的方法，让学生能够在自主学*中获得知识，体验到自主学*的乐趣，有一定成就感，激发学*的兴趣。学生的本性向善，天生就有一种有所作为、被人赏识的需要，他们需要自我实现，自我尊重；需要得到我们的支持；需要有对其他同学的生活产生影响的机会；需要做有趣并且有挑战性的'事情等等。

在英语教学中培养创新意识，具有独特的优势。涉及英语内容与英美文化等方面的知识，更能激起学生质疑、想象和创造的欲望。因此，只要努力用科学的方法激发学生的创新意识，就不仅能发展学生的地理才能，而且能养成学生勇于创新的品格。在激发学生的创新意识，鼓励学生自信敢为的同时，更要培养学生科学的环境观、资源观、人口观和可持续发展的观念。
七、反思如何对待底子薄的或性格内向的学生。
降低他们的学*标准，当他们取得一点小小的进步，都要鼓励他们，让他们感到有成就感。差生上课时注意往往不够集中，我就将教材化难为易，化多为少，精讲多练，课堂上尽量创造愉快的氛围。差生由于羞怯心理往往怕开口，我尽量将难易适度的问题去问他们；叫他们到黑板上写有把握的句子；朗读事先已读过多遍的课文，当差生回答正确时。我总是面常笑容地说：“very good”，他们往往因得到这两个激动，这样差生开口的*惯慢慢的养成。一学期下来，差生的参与意识大大地加强，消除了畏惧心理，
