The war was just like the quiet battle between France and China in 1800s.It was said that a relation of Sadam betrayed him.I think war is not just a matter of two persons or two-family fight. It is related to so many victims’ inrerests . As a leader, one must always think for all the people, so will his country be prosperous for always.
Our world today is faced with many major threats. The most dangerous threat of all is war. Each war starts for a particular reason, but there are a number of steps countries can take to prevent its outbreak.
On main reason for war is the difference in ideology. In order to control the world, capitalist countries never stop trying to tam over the communist governments. Land ownership is also a reason that countries declare wars on their neighbors. For example, if oil is found on the land in one country, that land may be claimed by another country, for historical reasons, and the latter is likely to declare war in order to recover the land containing oil.
To prevent the mutual slaughter of human beings, countries shouldtry to solve their differences through international organizations such as the United Nations or by other peaceful means. In addition, the world people should never stop condemning those warmongers and send them to their graves if they dare launch new wars.

About a month ago ,U.S. President Barack Obama traveled to New York to honor the victims of the September 11, 20xx terrorist attacks, days after U.S. forces killed al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden in Pakistan. Mr. Obama was laid a wreath at the site of the destroyed World Trade Center buildings and met with relatives of those killed in the 20xx al-Qaida attacks.
This year is the tenth anniversary of the attacks against the United States on September eleventh, two thousand one. This is undoubtedly an important and relaxing news.
And then the leader of al-Qaida in Yemen is warning the United States of more attacks.In a statement posted on the Internet, Nasser al-Wahishi tells Americans that the “((holy war)) is brighter" following bin Laden's death and that "what is coming is greater and worse."
In my opinion, Peace and development should be the topic of today's world, we should love peace,and call for peace, fight against terrorism, to gain a better future.
There is no doubt that Osama bin Laden had to answer for the ideology he espoused and the death and destruction he reveledin. But serious questions remain in this ongoing fight. So now who, if anyone, will take control of al-Qaida?
For al-qaida , regardless of what purpose should not take innocent people's lives as a negotiation of weights. The only hope is that Muslims who truly study, understand, and live their faith will eventually convince their brothers and sisters to give up on violence as a solution. ...I sure hope Developed countries are just a little closer to peace with the middle east.

第一个月复*计划
一、先是背单词，因为基础不好，对英语的理解力差，单词量就很重要。我当时用的书是《淘金式分频词汇4级分册》，这本书的好处是，频率出现最高的单词会排在最前面，按照四级考试中出现的频率高低依次往后排，这样你就能从最重要的单词背起。我每天背几个LESSON，第二天再把前一天背的复*一遍，再背新的LESSON，第三天把前两天的复*一遍，然后再背第三天要背的，单词能尽快背完最好，每天背几个LESSON的单词根据你自己的情况安排。总体来讲，一个月之内最好背完。(*均每天花2个小时)
注：背单词的时候不要纯背单词，最好能好好看看例句，知道单词的具体用法，语境等等，这对做听力、阅读都是有好处的。
二、每天都坚持听听力一个半到两个小时，我当时还另外买了一本四级的辅导书，名字记不清了，好象叫《四级英语颠峰训练》(大概的名字)里面针对四级考试分项训练，差不多够你用一个月的时间了，第二个月，就可以做历年真题了。(*均每天一个半到两个小时)
注：开始听得时候也许有些关键地方会听不明白，不要先急于看答案和注解，多听几遍。看答案的时候把自己听不明白和错误的地方仔细看看，里面有一些你不太清楚地固定短语，单词等等，把它们记下来，一般来说，四级英语的听力都在一定的范围内，你听精了，自然就没问题了。
三、阅读。我阅读正确率开始的时候很低，我觉得我理解的原文的意思和真正的原文的意思好像有差距。我当然明白四级阅读占的比例的重要性。所以专门强化了阅读。当时我看到网上推荐了一本书，叫《新编大学英语四级阅读180篇》，是上海交通大学 潘晓燕主编，我当时的'计划是每天做6篇，180篇做完刚好30天，我做这本阅读也是严格算时间做的，根据四级考试*均每篇阅读所需时间。这本书也是第一个月要做完的，第二个月是要做真题用的。最后考下来我阅读大概是80%的正确率吧。
注：虽然量变产生质变，但是也不能一味闷头去做，做阅读也有技巧的，首先先看下面的问题，带着问题有目标的看阅读，正确率会比较高，如果遇到时间不太够的情况，你可以看每段开头第一句，这样也能帮你提高蒙答案的正确率。在这方面你可以上网搜一些技巧学*学*。
四、作文。对于作文我没有太特意的准备，首先在背单词的时候的很多例句或着好的句子我顺便都背了，上文提到的《颠峰训练》中对各个部分的训练都有，对于作文的格式，一些好的范文的句子我都背了，有一些得分点你可以把握，比如说：连接词用的好了会很得分，象then，in addition，also，等等，还比如一些表示逻辑关系的词，最常见的first，second，third，还比如说我认为I think，你换一种说法，说as far as I am concerned，阅卷老师就会对你不自觉地产生好感，你的分自然就不会低拉。
接着第二个月
开始做真题，我当时把历年的真题都做了3遍以上，最好卡着时间做，这是为了适应考试，如果你没有一个整段的时间，你每部分卡时间做也可以。

以六月考试为例子。
一、背单词，打基础(1-3月)
词汇是英文的基础，备战四六级，背单词是步，积累了一定的词汇量，临战上场才更胸有成竹。我们可以先花3个月时间积累词汇，现在就可以买一本四级词汇书，制定一份计划，每天坚持背一定的单词，系统、集中地复*。
二、分项练*，各个击破(4月)
经过3个月的单词背诵，我们已经积累了足够的词汇量，个人的心态也调整到了备考状态。4月份，我们要针对四级考试的4大题型：听力、作文、阅读、翻译进行集中训练。这时候可以多做一些章节练*、模拟卷，分项强化。
听力：每天花1个小时来听听力，听力素材可以选择VOA及历年四级真题听力。刚开始可以从VOA的慢速英语听起，先听一段时间，进而慢慢过渡到常速英语。
阅读：掌握足够的词汇量，学会分析重难点句子的句式结构和逻辑，一篇文章可以泛读、精读过两遍，*惯西方人的思维方式，掌握出题规律。
翻译：*时多积累词汇、语法知识，多读多写多做积累，培养英文的敏感性。
作文：多背模板、经典范文，掌握各种常考作文类型(书信、社会热点、图表、现象解释说明等)的写法和表达方式。
三、真题训练(5月)
在完成分项练*、模拟卷后需要专门练**10年或是5年的真题，模拟考场的紧张氛围，计时考试。
因为真题囊括了历年考试考过的内容，权威性和规范性非常高。练*历年真题，能帮助考生透析考试重点、掌握命题规律!
四、查漏补缺(6月)
离考试只有10多天，此时我们需要对自己掌握的知识点进行查漏补缺，总结以前做过的真题、练*题、模拟题中遇到的错题，检测自己的薄弱环节，进行重点突击。
之后就是熟悉考场规则，做好各项准备，调整心态和情绪，从容应考。上面这份计划大家看清楚了?不要求所有人都照着计划执行，因为个体是不同的，英语基础也是不同的，适合自己的才最重要。都能顺利通过考试。
