二、重视初、高中英语教学衔接工作的开展，帮助学生尽快顺利适应高中英语的学*。
高一是高中的起始年段，是中学生英语学*的转折点，是一个承上启下关系到学生在高中阶段能否学好并取得更大进步的关键的一学年。在学生中，对初中英语知识的掌握存在着缺陷与断层的现象普遍存在，这给我的教学工作增加了不少难度。同时，学生在两个月的暑假期间，由于没有继续学*巩固而造成的知识遗忘、回生，也使刚开始的教学步履维艰。针对这种现象，为了使高一的新生在较短的时间内适应高中的英语教学，我认真分析研究初高中的学生、初高中的教材、教学目的要求、教学方法的异同点，积极地寻求良好衔接的途径和方法。
1、根据学生掌握英语知识和技能的实际，做好教材、教学目的和要求的衔接。
北师大版教材典型的特点是语言输入量大，设计的教学环节活动多。如果我按照教材一步一步地走，势必课时不足，而且有些活动并不适合自己的学生。因而我在了解初中英语教材、初中英语语言知识体系和教学班学生的知识和技能实际的基础上灵活地把教材中的内容作弹性处理，或增加，或删改，或浓缩，或简化，突出重点，巧破难点，做到化繁为简，化难为易。同时，在每一模块教学的开始上好“learningtolearn”这一课，让学生清楚地了解本模块的教学要求和课堂教学活动的各项任务，使每节课的教学目的和要求更符合学生的实际，更能有效地指导教学。
2、搞好初、高中英语语言知识的教学衔接工作。
在新课的教学时注重初、高中英语语言知识的相互联系和相互渗透，使学生的由基础知识向语言能力迁移的能力得到提高。如结合新词汇的教学加强对学生的语音训练，使那些还不能正确运用读音规则独立拼读单词和流利地朗读课文的学生摆脱处处依赖教师的被动局面，为培养学生自学能力打下基础，同时也培养了学生学*词汇和记忆词汇的能力。
3、注意初、高中学生的心理转变，做好英语教学形式的衔接。
高中的学生心理发育已接*成熟，思维具有较高概括性和抽象性，更渴望通过积极主动的思考来获取知识，通过自己的创造性思维来获得学*上的成功感和满足感。所以在课堂上我尽可能多地设计一些交际性和创造性都比较强的教学活动，活跃学生的思维，锻炼学生的能力。

四、存在的教学困惑：
经过认真分析总结，本学期主要在以下几个方面存在困惑：
1、学生个体的英语知识基础和技能差异很大，在教学的整个过程中，尤其是每一节课的教学中如何同时兼顾到各个层次的学生，尤其是优生和学困生?
2、教材内容多，课时紧张，教学任务繁重，如何在有限的时间内去完成繁重的教学任务?
3、学生知识和能力的缺陷大，教材全部采用英文编写，需要的词汇量太大，很多学生，特别是基础较差的学生学起来很吃力，如何在传授新知识和“查缺补漏”上协调?
4.教参简单，课文和对话涉及的背景多，制作课件及备课时查找图文和音频、视频资料费时多，教学上需要自主发挥的创新空间大，如何应对这种压力?
5、在语言学*材料多而广和学生活动大大增加的情况下，如何讲求效率，充分利用有限的学时?
五、今后的努力方向：
教育工作，是一项常做常新、永无止境的工作。社会在发展，时代在前进，学生的特点和问题也在发生着不断的变化。面临教书育人的巨大压力、理论与实践之间的冲突，我将坚持在思想上、工作上、学*上不断地探索学*，正确引领并促进自己教育教学技能的专业成长，不断突破旧的思维方式和个人时间管理方式，逐步树立正确的教学观、质量观等素质教育新观念，加强日常工作的归纳、总结与反思，加强自身基本功的训练，以便今后更好地进行教育教学实践。
这个学期的期末考试已经过去了，学生们的考试成绩也出来了。在这个期末，我决定结合这次学生们的考试成绩，对我这一个学期的工作进行总结，看看我的教学工作有没有需要改进的地方。
一、英语教学计划
英语一向是很多同学的弱项，其中也有很多成绩较好的同学。因为被英语这一门科目的成绩拖了后腿，导致总体成绩一直得不到提高。针对这一比较普遍的现象，我制定了一个教学计划。
这些同学英语成绩提不上去的原因就是基础没有打好，所以我利用下课之后的时间，整理了一些初中阶段经常用到的单词、语法和词组，按照上课的日期每天安排一些单词、语法和词组，让同学们背诵。每天都把当天的背诵任务打印出来，在上早自*之前交给课代表在班上发放。在第二天的英语课上课的前五分钟，进行听写。这样既可以让同学们多记住几个词组，又可以锻炼他们的听力。
我还利用了课余时间找了很多的听力材料，打印出来，同学们每人一份。我会挑选一周中的一个英语早自*，让同学们听听力。这样能够提高同学们听英语的能力。因为很大一部分同学英语成绩不理想的原因就是英语听力成绩比较差，所以提高同学们听英语的能力也是很重要的一个部分。
二、英语课堂教学
英语在同学们眼里是最难学的课程了，这个学期初，我问了班里的很多同学一个同样的问题，为什么他们觉得英语难？他们觉得英语难在哪里？我总结了每个同学的答案，发现有两个英语，一是他们*惯了说中文，但英语的一些句子的语法顺序跟中文的完全不一样，所以掌握不好；二是上课听不懂，听懂了也不会自己造句。
在了解了这个情况之后，在课堂上，我尽量让我的语言变得更加的通俗易懂，在讲解完一个知识点之后，我会随机抽取一位同学，再讲述一遍这个知识点，看他们到底有没有学懂。因为同学们往往是没学懂也会说懂了，但实际上又没懂。在讲完知识点之后，我也会出几个题，让同学们实际操作一下，加深他们的理解和印象。在下课的时候，我每天都会布置五个句子，让他们中译英，把这个当成每天的一个题目交上来。在第二天上课的时候，再进行讲解。
虽然这样我的工作量加大了，教学进度也减慢了，但期末考试同学们的成绩告诉我，我这样做的效果很好，同学们的英语成绩都有所提高，下个学期我要再接再厉，让同学们的成绩更好。

6年中学英语教学的探索和实践，砥砺出本人这把教学的宝剑，也酿制出一杯杯甘醇的美酒。中教二级履职5年多来，教学成绩斐然，深得学校领导的信任，连年安排本人承担毕业班英语教育教学任务，本人是本人校的毕业班英语教育教学的把关教师，历年中考、统考成绩都名列前茅。
任现职以来本人的教育教学，取得了一些成绩，但这只是个开始，今后的路还很慢长。在今后的教育教学工作中本人将一如既往地扎实工作，埋头苦干，努力争取做一名具有学者型的老师。
俗话说“铁打的学校，流水的学生”，我对这句话的认识是这样的：老师传授的知识体系可能没有根本性的变化，但是学生是一届一届有自己的特点的。因此，要在教育教学过程中，不能用一套方式对待不同的学生，要保持教学的新鲜感，老师的教学要为学生的学*服好务，引好路。
在新的学期里感谢领导为我的考虑，同时根据学校工作需要，我服从了领导的安排，我又新接手了一个初二年级两个班级的英语教学工作。
虽然最*几年来，我一直在教初二和初三的英语课，对于课本有一定程度上的熟悉，对学生心理特点有一定的掌握，但我觉得“岁岁年年花相似，年年岁岁人不同”。因此我在教育教学过程中依然认真学*，研究教法。正因为有了以上的认识，对本期的教学我有了如下的作法，可归纳为三个分析与三个提高：
1.分析教材，提高课堂效益。
虽然几年来我校一直采用仁爱教材，在教学中积累了一定的经验，但是每年该教材中也有相当的一部分会做出调整和变化。这种调整往好了说是适应新形势，往不好了说是没有个稳定性。
因此，在拿到新教材之后，我就着手对比新教材与前两年我教初二时教材的不同之处。我认真地分析与思考对待新教材的教学方法上的改变，在对具体的课文操作上，哪个部分必须详讲，哪个部分可以略讲，哪些部分可以整合，哪些部分可以调整教学顺序，对这些内容我作到了心中有数，并在教学中得以体现与实施，并不断根据学生的特点予以改进。下面我谈一下我对于这些学生特点的认识。
2.分析学生，提高学生能力。
根据以往的经验，我认为初二这个年级对于学生来说是一个比较重要的阶段，由于身心的急聚发展变化，带来了种种发展的可能性，既是发展的危险期，也是英语学*的低谷期，同时也不可避免的成为教育的关键期。面临着学**惯的进一步养成，而学*难度进一步加大，但是还没有初三的物理与化学的压力，同时，逆反心理也渐渐变强的阶段。
因此，我们所看到的初二学生常常是学*状态不好，而把老师的批评与教育当成了对他们的不尊重，容易受到不良风气影响等，但同时，他们的身上又有很多优点值得我们去发现与激励。过去种种的经验与教训反复在告诫我们，初二的是学生的成长发展的转折点。因此，我不断的分析学生的特点，改变我的教学方式与方法，吸引学生的课堂注意力、激励学生的进步。
刚刚得知接手这个班级的消息时，学生还没有上学，我到班主任的那里借来了两个班级的同学上学期期末成绩单。通过对比成绩单，我就发现了，并在本学期的教学过程中，和两个班的同学接触中逐渐清晰地认识到了两个班的差异和特点。这届初二的学生由于在初一的时候由两个老师来教，不同的.老师，塑造了不同的对于英语的学*方式，但是在新学期里，对于新的老师，新的学*方式调整接受的还不到位。同时，我还有一点的体会，学生的对于学*的方式和学**惯在第一时间已经养成，如果想要对其有所调整，真的是很难的。
二年一班的学生整体不错，中等生差距不大，可塑性很大，有提高的可能性。学生比较活跃，学*积极性比较高，认真听讲的过程中，经常问一些问题，这样老师的教学思路也很流畅，在解决问题中，师生都得到了提高。
二年二班的学生两极分化明显，成绩好的学生表现特别突出，成绩不好的学生在学*目标、课堂纪律、完成作业方面也不是很好，另外，经常有几个学生有自己的听课思路，经常不恰当的提出几个问题，影响教学。整体上来看，不善于提出问题。但是，好的学生有吃不饱的现象。
综合了两个班的不同特点，我作了这样的调整，将一班的讲课进度排在二班之前，这样，在一班学生提出了知识上的问题，我们共同解决了问题之后，到二班我就可以避免在教学中出现一些不必要的问题，讲得更深入，更好提高课堂教学效果。
在对待每一个学生的问题上，我开学初试着帮他们拟定学*上的目标，并在教学中经常介绍学*上的方法，介绍初二与初一不同的学*方式与做题技巧，同时，也举例说明学*上成功的例子与失败的教训。这样学生对英语学*有了认识了，对老师有了认可。
在教学过程中，我充分认识到了“独木难成林”的意义，在教学过程中，我得到了两位班主任，各位科任和家长的信任与支持，也使我的教学工作取得了一定的成绩，减轻了一部分压力。例如，在对高雪的教育过程就体现了这一点，高雪的成绩处于中游，讲课过程中我也特别的给这部分学生机会，在课上关注的也多一点，由于她的学**惯不好，虽然我可能没有对她进行提问，但是对她的小动作关注的较多，这样一来，给别人的印象就是老师总批评高雪，而批评了两次之后，高雪就有不同意见了，说老师没有给她留面子。我觉得她的学生会**的身份没有让她变得更优秀，而是更顾及她在大家眼中的形象。
为此，我没有在课上再当面批评她了。而是，课后找她谈了几次，讲明白了“形象不是靠别人给的'，而是自己得来的，靠学*，靠表现得来的”，但效果不明显。
后来，在班主任的协助下，我又找她谈了一次。后来，她稳定了一些日子，但在这些日子里，也是老毛病不断，总是借故和他人说话，上课不认真，总爱趴在桌子上，以她为中心，影响了一批人，为此，我当机立断，找到高雪家长的电话，请他到学校来，协助教育。我和班主任袁刚向家长通报了高雪的表现及我的想法，得到了家长的支持与帮助，高雪上课的状态进一步好转。期望她有更大的进步。但是，回想此事，我也有别的想法，像高雪家长这样负责的还好，像高雪还能听家长的话的还好，我所教的初二学生中有一部分学生家长根本不在身边，有的由爷爷奶奶等岁数很大的长辈管理，有的在人家住宿，这样的学生的管理成为了我们所面对的一大难题。还有学生不服从管教之后，我们有什么相应的措施吗?我们都应该积极的寻求突破和教育的新方式。
虽然教学上，根据不同的班级用了不同的教学方式与方法，但也有许多的相似之处，我总觉得，班级中的中等生是最值得老师投入精力的。因为，他们提高了，优生能够更加的提高，而也能给比他们差一点的学生以鼓舞，带动全班的学生提高。在中等学生的培优方面我做了大量的工作，准备课时的重点在他们，讲课的重点在他们，提问最多的是他们，找谈话最多的是他们。
3.分析自我，提高教学水*
只有清楚的认识了自我，才能进一步的寻求突破和成功。我教了多年的初二、初三教材，研究过中考的试题，对于考试的方向，讲课的方式形成了一定的套路，但是有些该成形的没有成形，不需要墨守成规的没有变化。因此，我在教学过程中注意了调整和改变。这些也因此成为了我教学中的亮点与应当发扬的地方。
在英语的课堂上知识信息量大，能力要求高，英语课堂光凭耳朵听和眼睛看是远远不够的。作为英语老师，应当科学地指导学生做好英语笔记，培养学生成为能够自主学*的学*者，增强持之以恒、终身学*的能力与意识。那么，如何指导学生做好英语笔记，高效地学*英语呢?
我在英语教学实践中做出了一些有益的尝试，认识在提高，经验在逐渐的积累，开始教学的几年里，我也要求学生记笔记，记录老师讲课的重点，学生记得零散，不系统，同时并没有加强检查，最后有一部分学生根本没有记笔记。
为此，我接下来的学期中就要求每位学生要有笔记本，同时，加强了检查，这样，人人教有了笔记本，可是，检查后发现学生的学*能力不同，有时笔记的准确性都受到影响。学生笔记记的不准确，那么记忆起来会有负作用的。对此，我又进一步的调整了要求与作法，学生必须与我的板书一致。这样做的好处是加强了知识的准确性，学生的注意力也集中了，但有一点问题，就是效率太低。
在本学期中，我继续的在探索英语笔记的好记法。结合以前对于此事的思考，我尝试了一个新的操作方法。我将笔记当中的知识点进行了排序，选出了必须要记住的知识点，我发挥了自己打字比较快的长处，将第一课的重点知识点打印出了一份，减少了学生在课堂中背诵笔记过程中出现的错误之处。这样，每一课的笔记都延续前一课的知识点的次序，提问起来很有效率。学生也可以结合我的统一笔记整理自己的个性化的笔记。
这是因为每个人的英语基础、学*环境、学**惯、学*经历都不一样，对英语学*的认识也不一样，学生的笔记也不可能在形式上千人一面，内容上千篇一律，我对学生的要求是在记笔记时也应充分体现个性，将英语学*所具有的个人意义融进课堂笔记，记录在补充笔记当中。通过自主的学*、整理和丰富课堂笔记，让英语课堂笔记成为他们自己英语知识的百科全书，这样课堂笔记才能实用、有效。打印笔记的准备工作及打印的过程，虽费时费力，但是为了学生的进步，付出也是值得的。
岁月如梭，一学年的教育教学工作已经结束，本期担任初XX班和XX英语教学任务，留给我的将是新的思考和更大的努力。在这一学年的教学工作中，我注重自己思想水*的提高，努力把自己塑造好，提高自己的理性认知能力。我在教育教学的各个方面取得了一定的成绩，但也有许多不足之处，现对一学年以来在教育教学工作中的各个方面作一个全面的总结。
1、本人较注意抓常规教学，注意培养学生的听说读写的能力，充分利用早读时间，要求学生大声朗读课文并带读
2、抓词汇和句型学*，经常进行听写训练，提高学生对记忆单词和句型的能力;
3、课堂内外多听多说英语。老师上课时尽量用英语讲课，这样能使学生更多地接触英语。每堂课要用一定的时间让学生用所学过的日常用语和课堂用语进行不同的形式进行对话。也可以结合实物、图片等用英语进行简单的描术，培养学生的语感;
4、抓小测验、单元测试过关;
充分发挥学生的主体作用。上课时千方百计令学生投入，不让其分心，充分发挥他们的主体作用，使他们能在轻松、愉快、合作、交流中学到知识。
教学方面的经验、存在问题及今后的做法：
1、教的方面：
深入了解和分析学生情况，有针对地教学，由于对每单元的单词和词组进行了多次强化训练，所以第二卷的得分率比第一卷高。虽然我们也进行了英语阅读训练，但学生阅读能力的提高不大。单选、完成句子的得分率还过得去，但综合知识未来得及操练其他项目得分率就较低。今后，应该加强完型填空、阅读理解和综合填空的训练。
2、学的方面
只要学生对英语学*有兴趣，坚持常年不断地、自觉得、随时随地接触英语、运用英语知识，英语成绩就会不断提高。
如果只是为了应付考试，临时抱佛脚地补*，即使可以应付一时，但掌握的知识都是不牢固的。新旧知识就会顾此失彼。
总之，在这一学年的教学工作中，我爱岗敬业，尽职尽责地完成了自己的本职工作，在教学工作中取得了一定的成绩。但由于经验不足，教学工作还有待于改进，在以后的教学工作，我将不断总结，虚心学*，努力提高自己的思想道德素质和教育教学水*。
本学期我担任八年级一班和二班的英语老师。这两个班都是*行班，一班47人，二班42人。整体上男生数目较多，女生只有三分之一。由于两个班都是男生比较多，较偏爱理科，英语基础较差，没有什么兴趣，*惯也不好，上课纪律差，课后作业经常不能及时上交。
针对上面的问题，我主要从以下几个方面做了努力：
1、激发学生学*英语的兴趣。兴趣是最好的老师，课堂上可以通过英文歌曲，视频等调动学生上课的积极性；课后可以安排学生表演课本剧，多方面培养他们的兴趣。
2、培养自信心。*行班的孩子普遍缺乏学*上的自信心。在教学过程中多鼓励少批评，尽量进行正面教育。在考试测试时，适当降低难度，让学生拥有成功体验的机会，从而树立自信。
3、培养良好的学**惯。从开学起变要求学生准备正规的笔记本，更正用的红笔等。另外，对作业也要进行严格要求。对不交作业的学生采取一些集体监督的措施等。
4、试行小组竞赛制度。利用学生的竞争意识和团队意识实现对课堂纪律，作业情况的监督，刺激学生参与课堂的积极性。但是，在整个教学的过程当中，我也发现了自身存在的很多不足之处，主要有一下几点：
1、我在初中英语教学方面的经验有限。
虽然以前在公立学校教过四年的英语，但当时的高中英语教学模式和初中比起来其实是有很大不同的。
首先，高中英语侧重培养学生使用英语进行阅读写作和听力的能力，这属于高层次的能力培养；而初中英语则更重视基础词汇句型的积累，这便要求老师格外重视教学细节，包括课堂安排，作业布置和检查等。而*惯了大枝大叶的我显然对这种细枝末节的教学不是很在行。
其次，以前面对的学生基础较好，学**惯也不错，而现在的学生不光是基础薄弱，学**惯和主动性也非常差，部分主动学*的又缺乏足够的学*能力，学到的知识不能融会贯通。这就要求老师在培养学生的学**惯和兴趣方面下很大的功夫，这也是我今后要努力的方向。
2、缺乏足够的控制课堂的经验和方法。
*行班的学生纪律性很差，一些无心向学的同学常常在课堂上制造麻烦，这让一些爱学*的学生非常反感，也让我很头疼。上课的过程当中经常会因为纪律问题而中断上课，甚至大发脾气。这样其实不仅影响了自己的情绪，也会影响课程进度，到最后，我还是因为缺乏经验而对这些扰乱课堂的学生无计可施不了了之。
