听说“希腊”（403班）的“点蜡烛”好玩又简单，我便和好朋友金宇虹手拉手一起去碰碰运气。一到那儿，一条“长龙”即映入眼帘，看来这个项目很受同学们的欢迎。我们随着人流走进了龙尾行列。慢慢地，我们进入了龙头的行列。我伸头前望，只见一个瘦小的女孩一下子就点燃了三根蜡烛而顺利通关了。“这个游戏的确挺简单的嘛！通关对于我来说应该不成问题。”于是，我信心十足地站在队中，不时向前移动着脚步。就在快轮到我时，一种莫名的担忧涌上心头：万一我动作慢了烧到手怎么办？同学们会不会笑话我呀？“快，轮到你了。”金宇虹对我说。我猛地回过神来，接过火柴，闪亮登场。“哧——”火柴擦着了，我急忙将火柴移向蜡烛。可是这火苗像故意跟我作对似的，东躲*，就是不和烛芯亲热。无奈，最后以失败而告终。我定了定神，又擦燃了第二根。这次我吸取教训，放慢了速度。谁知，这“熊熊大火”还没等到我移向蜡烛已经亲吻了我的手指，我只好大叫着将它扔到了地上。此刻，我狼狈极了，但为了尊严故作镇定。我又擦燃了第三根、第四根……时间到了，最终我只点燃了一支蜡烛！看来，不论何时都不能轻信别人的话，只有亲身下河才能知深浅，只有亲口尝梨才能之酸甜呐！
离开那伤心地，我来到了“西班牙斗牛场”（自己班教室），争取在这里找回点自信。瞧，赛场上那些瘦骨嶙峋的“牛”一下子就被那些膘肥体壮的“牛”撞出圈外，直接淘汰出局。此时，我暗下决心：只能成功，不许失败！

初一时，我的英语成绩总不能考出高分，老是在90分之上95分之下，就去问李老师怎么办，李老师把她的教学参考书拿给我看，我如梦初醒班，但还是没有提高多少。
我们的英语基础很牢固，虽然只有三年的英语学*时间。23年过去了，很多单词和句型结构至今记忆犹新。
很难忘怀的，是业务精良，态度和蔼，待人真诚的老师，无论何时回想起来，学生们都感到很是幸福。

这种心里压力无疑是极大，就像知道自己死亡期限了，只能眼睁睁地看着时间慢慢流逝，却无能为力改变这一切。所以整个人看起来有些消沉，就这样时间一直流到了下午第四节课，这时的我不知该复*什么好，却又感觉什么地方都要去看去背，这种纠结的心理只会让时间流逝得更快，于是我做了一个决定，那就是做作业，暂时不复*了，这个决定在我以前甚至当时看来是很荒唐的，分明要考试了，居然不去复*，还在这儿做作业！但这个看似荒唐的决定也是仔细地、深思熟虑过的，第一，现在这种情况无疑是浪费时间，与其干坐着还不如做作业呢；第二，曾经也遇到过类似的情况，第四节课背书因为感觉背得不熟，害怕被“打”下来，于是排到了后面，到自己时又不敢去，结果打铃了，课也没背到作业也没做。
于是我就这样去做了，不知不觉心好象静下来了，这种感觉玄之又玄，分明没有复*，却对考试有了信心，紧张感消失了大半。
吃完饭，到口度时不免还是紧张，说的过程有些音自己认为都没准，但却不再着急，不紧不慢地说下去，老师也是一脸微笑看着我，更让我信心大增。考完了后心态与以前考试相比又不同了，要是以前的话，肯定是感到有块大大的石头从心中落下来，但这次却比之前的轻小许多，这是好事，说明我对考试已不再那么紧张，不过，*时还要更专心地、认真地学*，毕竟强大的自信来自于坚实的基础！
几天来，因为下定决心要更好地学*英语，我重新拿起了几个月之前学过，但是因为时间紧等等原因而扔掉了的《巧用歌诀学英语》。
以前学*很轻松，完成老师布置的各项作业后，每天都有大量的时间留给我自己，但是我却用它们来玩游戏，导致很多宝贵的时间都被我浪费了。但是，现在我上了更高的年级，课程多了起来，学*内容的难度也在上升，所以我感觉时间更紧了，负担也重了。因此我就必须提高学*效率，每天在很短的时间内完成很多课程的学*，而且不是走马观花地看个大概就行，必须要认真地学*，这样才能做到在完成老师布置的课堂学*任务的前提下，挤出一部分时间来复*以前学过的旧知识，与此同时，我还应该学*一些课外的新知识。

今天是一个异常紧张的一天，因为今天下午要英语口试考试。

轮到第一组的时候，只有两位同学是最后站起来的，那就是董锐宇和蔡俊辉，他们俩一听见要表演节目，都“啊……”地叫了起来，那个表情真是哭笑不得。他表演的是搞笑段子，董锐宇表演的'是他当的是一名交警，他的长官被他活活气死，他做起事来那个叫笨的，逗得我们哈哈大笑。蔡俊辉表演的内容是他自己被一只蚊子弄得团团转，有的同学面无表情，有的同学已被他逗得前俯后仰了。一节英语课就这样过去了一大半。
