  20xx年暑假妈妈给我报了一个英语辅导班,爱学*的我当然是欣然接受!想想在英语辅导班学*的日子,发生的和在学校上课不一样的几件事,我可是一直记忆犹新的`!

  特殊的学生

  在我们这个英语辅导班里,包括我妈妈在内有五位妈妈一直和我们一起学*,这几位妈妈上课认认真真听讲,仔仔细细做笔记,就连我们复*单词用手比划着写,这几位妈妈也举起大手和我们一起比划,教我们英语的李老师经常让我们以妈妈们为榜样!并把这五位妈妈称之为“特殊的学生”!

  只要是周六日我们上课,在教室的最后边总是坐着几个我们前一个辅导班的学生,你不知道怎么回事吧?有的是上课听写错的多,有的是家庭作业完成的不好,李老师对这样的学生是当天的错一定要当天纠正!一般都是趁着我们朗读或同坐之间口语对话时,去给他们一对一辅导,直到他们都会了才算过关。

  一模一样的错误答案

  有一天周六,我们辅导班考了AB两张卷子,有两位同坐的同学有两道题错的地方一样,而且是一模一样的错误答案,聪明的李老师下课把他们俩都留下,给他们讲了很多道理,并告诉他们“学*不能自己糊弄自己,爸爸妈妈为了让你们对英语知识掌握的更牢固些,才额外花钱让你们来学*,如果你们不想学,还不如就别花这个冤枉钱,你们若不改这个恶*,我把学费退给你们,以后不要来了。”李老师的话像敲响的警钟,以后的很多次考试,这样的事情再也没发生过。

  不举手的回答问题

  和我们在学校上课一样,李老师在课堂上提问题,都是要求我们举手回答,不一样的是李老师搞突然袭击,有时竟然偏偏叫不举手的同学回答,李老师自然是有她自己独到的教学方法,“我就是想看看这些不举手的学生究竟哪些地方不会?是不敢说英语口语不行?还是知识掌握的不全面?”就是李老师不定时的突然袭击,我们都自觉地上课认真听讲,老师提的问题我们都认真对待,有时老师竟然找不到不举手的同学。

  这次期末英语考试,我们英语辅导班二十多名学生,都取得了优异的成绩,李老师谦虚的说,这么好的成绩,是我们自己努力的结果!

  五年的班容量大,每班学生数均在65以上。学生已学过两年多的英语,具备了一定的听、说、读、写英语的能力。通过两年半的.英语学*,大多数学生已能听懂有关熟悉话题的语段和简短的故事。能与教师或同学就熟悉的话题交换信息。能读懂短篇故事,但由于各种因素的影响,学生发展参差不齐。有少数学生因为基础不够好,学*很吃力而自暴自弃,有的因此扰乱课堂秩序,这给教学带来不少困难。总的来说,大部分学生对于英语还是保持着比较

  高的热情。因此,本学期应加大后进生转化的力度,因材施教,分层教学,激发学生的学*兴趣,向课堂40分钟要效率,努力构建高效课堂。

  六.教学措施

  整体措施:

  1、以活动为课堂教学的主要形式,设计丰富多彩的教学活动,让学生在乐中学、学中用,从而保证学生英语学*的可持续性发展。
