做为小学生，我们应该如何去做呢?
首先，我们要有高度的安全意识，充分认识到安全工作的`重要性和紧迫。

暴力，是指不同的团体或个人之间,如不能用和*方法协调彼此的利益时,用强制手段以达到自己的目的方式。校园暴力主要表现为：欺负弱小的同学，受害者怕事，默默承受而不敢反抗和告发。例如：叫受害者侮辱性的绰号;对受害者拳打脚踢、掌掴拍打、推撞绊倒、拉扯头发;毁坏受害者的个人财产、教科书、衣物;对受害者进行敲诈，强索金钱或物品;恐吓、威迫受害者听从命令等等。
抵制校园暴力，做为中学生的我们应该做到：
1、培养自己良好的心态，增强自我控制能力，用包容的眼光对待人和事。“己所不欲勿施于人”应成为我们生活中的行动准则。

“小打小闹”不再是嬉戏玩耍，而是恶意伤害他人。据新闻报道，大多数校园欺凌事件都是恶意侮辱、殴打，甚至限制个人自由。
学校暴力性质恶劣，但大多数暴力学生以“未成年”、“口头批评教育”为借口，免除刑事、行政和民事责任。
据*青少年犯罪研究会的统计，*年来，青少年的总数已占犯罪总数的70%以上，其中十五六岁少年犯罪案件又占到青少年犯罪案件总数的七成以上，在冰冷的数据背后，是多少父母撕心裂肺的泪水与无助。
制度教育，法律先行。很多网友建议，未成年人犯罪年龄应该适当提前，细化法律条文。更不用说这一建议是否具有现实的操作性，但它也说明了一个问题，完善制度教育迫在眉睫。
一方面，学校应根据实际情况制定一套操作性强的应急预案支持体系。为了建立一个类似校园欺凌事件的纪律教育体系，明确“红线”的范围和触犯成本，让孩子始终保持“红线意识”。
另一方面，校园是社会的缩影，教师是这个缩影中的灯塔。这对教师提出了更高的要求:时刻关注孩子的行为和学*状况，及时沟通和理解可以防止此类问题的发生。

校园霸凌我们都知道，就是一个或多个人欺负或打另一个人。
有的人说，我从来不打人，不欺凌别人。真的吗？那你有没有去刻意的孤立别人呢？又或者是辱骂别人？
以上这些，就是冷暴力。
我们知道鼓励可以让一个人进步，但不知道辱骂可以毁掉一个人。
举个例子。电影《少年的你》讲的就是校园霸凌——一个叫魏莱的霸凌者，一个叫陈念的被欺凌者，还有一个牺牲者叫胡小蝶。如果你看过，你会对魏莱恨到心里，但她也是被欺凌了啊，被家庭冷暴力：魏莱再高考失利后，复读了一年。这一年里，他的父亲虽然没怎么骂她，但选择孤立她，就像电影里她对陈念说的那句：“我爸因为这件事已经一年没跟我说过话了！”。原本高考失利就已经给她的心来了一次创伤，再加上家庭冷暴力，魏莱已经快疯了，她欺凌别人，就是为了发泄。
学校，班级里，也都有冷暴力的身影——你下课如果用脏话骂别人，各种言辞讽刺、讥笑别人，说他这不行那不行，你觉得没什么，但如果他听进去了呢？这将对他的身心造成的一种很严重的伤害。为此，我向全校同学发出杜绝冷暴力的倡议书，让我们从今天起努力做到以下几点：
1、团结友好对待每一位同学。
2、文明用语，杜绝脏话。
3、看到校园语言暴力现象时，要及时劝说并制止。
同学们，我们任何人都有会处于弱势状态的时候，或许将来的`某一刻你就是现在正在被别人嘲笑的人。所以请善待身边的每一个人吧。

If the above three try their best and pay enough attention to them things like this should be avoided.

While there is no way to rid totally the world of such violence,it is more important to takemeasures to avoid those occurrences.

Boy cotting the campus violence is a rough and complicated project which requires the close cooperation of the society, schools and students. For one thing, schools are preferred to pay a leading role in educating students and supervising their behaviors. There are many effective methods available to schools.
