2养成吃早餐的良好*惯，特别要注意的是要吃好早餐。上午紧张的学*和活动，要求早餐必须含有充足的热量。有些同学早晨匆匆忙忙凑合着吃一点就赶紧上学，上了两节课，肚子就空了。等到第三、四节课有些同学就出现精神不振、注意力不集中等现象，影响正常的学*。因此早餐要特别予以重视，只有不吴“天时”，才能生长发育完好、体质健壮、思维敏捷健康成长。
3、在吃饭时要细嚼慢咽，吃饭时千万不要太快，尤其是年龄小的孩子，更应该把食物嚼得细一些，因为多嚼有利于提高食物的消化率和保护肠胃。学校里，有些同学4、5分钟就结束进餐。这样的*惯是非常不好的！这样，长久时间下来，会非常容易引起胃病！
4、营养饮食还有一个重点烛不吃不洁食品。
在每天上学、放学的时候，很多同学都会到学校外面的露天小摊贩那儿或商店买吃的。我们要知道，很多食品成分都十分复杂，经过日晒，光化，发热分解，会引起内部变化而变质。特别是到了夏天，食用露天销售的仪器同学们就更容易吃到一些变质腐坏的食品了。
同学们，关注食品安全，学*营养搭配，*衡膳食，应该和我们学*基础知识一样重要，让我们选择科学的生活方式，养成良好的饮食*惯，在健康、营养、快乐的生活下茁壮成长！
“如果你不漂亮，就要使自己有才华；如果你既不漂亮，又没有才华，你就要学会微笑。”记不清这是谁说的话了，但细细想来，这句话确实非常独到。
一项关于“和谐社会”的调查显示，我国八成以上的民众认为“微笑”最能展示一个地方的和谐程度。每年5月8日的“世界微笑日”让每一位地球成员放慢脚步，静观周遭美好的事物，凝神谛听大自然的天籁，让紧绷的脸庞苏醒，皱紧的眉头展开，让微笑在脸上绽放，溶解人们彼此之间的严霜和冰寒。
可以说微笑是***用的语言，它同阳光、空气和水一样重要。到了一个陌生的国家，你可以不懂他们的语言，但你不可以不会微笑，因为微笑是人与人之间沟通的桥梁，所谓“回眸一笑百媚生”，世界上再没有一种比微笑更具魅力的语言，会让人怦然心动。
蒙娜丽莎的微笑倾倒了无数人，那是一种胜过任何语言的微笑，具有一种摄人魂魄的力量。
公共汽车上，你无意中踩了别人的脚，你只需轻轻一笑，一句微笑中的“对不起”，便会让愤怒全消。
马路上，你的花纸伞刮了别人的衣服，你淡然一笑，对方便会毫不介意。
看演出的时候，你的一个微笑，可以让演员感到无比的快乐；谈判的时候，你的一个微笑，可以和对方化干戈为玉帛。
微笑是人类最美的语言，具有无穷无尽的魅力。
微笑，是一种心境，是宠辱不惊，花开花落的豁达；微笑，是一种风度，是气吞山河，海纳百川的大气；微笑，是一种真诚，是以诚相待、心底无私的坦荡。
对着朋友微笑，那是一种热情；对着亲人微笑，那是一种挚爱；对着陌生人微笑，那是一种善良；对着仇人微笑，那是一种大度。
微笑，是强者对人生最完美的诠释；微笑，是从从容容的人生态度。微笑是人类最好的名片，谁不希望跟一个乐观向上的人交朋友呢？一个懂得微笑的人，生活中总是获得比别人更多的机会，更容易获得成功。
“只要心是晴朗的，人生就没有雨天”，生命，有时只需要一个甜美的微笑。
我们哭着来到这个世界，但应该微笑着面对人生，尘世喧嚣，受约束的是生命，不受约束的是心情。尽管生活中有沟壑、风雨，但人生没有过不去的坎，风风雨雨过后，依旧是晴天。哭也是过，笑也是过，我们何不给生命一个灿烂的笑脸？

今天我演讲的题目是《健康饮食》。
大家可曾注意过，每天放学后，路边的那一些小摊子前就挤满了同学，都是为了买他们认为最“好吃”价格又便宜的食物——辣条。要知道，那些辣条都是三无食品,是垃圾食品。而这些同学像得了一件无价之宝一样开心。同学们，吃辣条的时候，你一定没有想过它给你带来的危害吧？
首先，想想那些做食品的材料，都很可怕。据工商部门调查，那些路边三无产品的原料根本不合格。有的是用地沟油来做这个这材料；有的是用死猪肉来做，上面竟然还有死苍蝇！你觉得人的胃是铁做的吗？
再看看，很多三无食品里，都含有“***”，这是一种有毒的物质，可以致癌，严禁用来做食品。那些食品的包装上常常没有厂家的地址。为了保证他们出产的不合格食品不会坏掉，大量的添加防腐剂或人工色素，甚至加入工业盐，吃进去后大量的细菌进入人体，引起吐泻，这些东西一生产出来，它里面所含的味精就严重超标，非常不适合食用。
医学专家说，这一些垃圾食品会引起人的记忆力衰退，对青少年的身体很不利，长期吃还会对肝的代谢有很大影响。有些同学因长期吃路边的三无产品而得了白血病，有的脸上会长痘痘，长色斑。
了解了这些，你还敢吃三无食品吗？
为了不吃到三无食品，同学们除了要有坚定的意志，抵制垃圾食品，还要掌握一些认识三无食品的技巧：无厂名、无厂址、无生产日期，一般都是用劣质材料制作的，没有保质期，质量就不可靠。
“良药苦口利于病，忠言逆耳利于行。”同学们，为了自己的健康，希望大家能拒绝三无食品，能管住自己的嘴。只要能管住自己，就是给自己的未来一片蔚蓝的星空！

健康饮食的重要性，大家多少应该是知道的吧，我们一天三餐都要吃，但是一定要吃的健康，不能随随便便的吃，要注重整体的一个健康。现在我们都是小学生，正处于长身体的阶段，更要去注意这个问题。同时，处于这个年龄吗，也正是贪吃的年纪，在这很希 望大家听完我这次的演讲后，能够认真看待自己的饮食，注意自己*时的饮食。
当前，我们的生活水*日益的提高，我们吃的东西也是越来越丰富，但是也面临一个问题，就是饮食的健康得不到保障，大家又是喜欢吃一些垃圾食品，健康的生鲜蔬菜，就不大喜欢吃了，味道越来越重。虽然这是生活水*得到提高的表现，可是对于我们的健康却是一种危害的。日常生活中，我经常看到有同学不按时吃饭，总是喜欢吃一些高热量的垃圾食品，像薯条、辣条、薯片等，吃饭不吃健康的食物，这真的是很危害身体健康的。我相信大家应该是有体会的，这不是在说笑，饮食健康对于我们的生长很重要，尤其是我们处于这个年龄，最需要补充的就是营养。
我相信大家都有看过一些关于饮食不健康的造成身体不好的新闻，都是因为吃的东西不健康、不卫生，没有足够的营养补给，所以到最后整个身体机制都被破坏了，那真的是特别糟糕的。那么大家一定不愿意自己在这样的一个阶段里让健康受到危害吧。所以很希 望大家从现在起，就要格外注意个人的饮食，尽量少吃零食。当然不吃零食，显然是不可能的，那就要少吃，到饭点了，先吃以饭菜为主的正餐，在适当吃点零食，但是一定要注意不要把零食当主食，要明白零食是没有什么营养的，零食大多都添加了防腐剂、添加剂等东西，对健康是有危害的。
生活在当前的时代，我们更应该要去注重健康吧，让饮食变得规律又健康起来。抓住小学这个阶段努力吃健康的饭菜，把营养补上来，让身体得到良好的保护，把健康放第一位。同学们，从现在起，我们要少吃垃圾食品，少吃零食，每天按时吃饭，一日三餐不缺少任何一餐，让自己的健康得到保障。健康饮食能够保障我们的良好成长，所以要重视起来，未来我们一起去把饮食变得健康起来吧，维护自己的健康。

许多同学喜欢吃薯片、辣条、果冻等零食。他们里面添加了太多丙烯酰胺这样对人体有害的`添加剂和人工色素了。它们会使我们营养不良，身体变得十分虚弱。可怎么吃才能吃得健康有营养呢？
1、少吃一些垃圾食品，多吃一些对身体有益的水果蔬菜。
2、少吃一些含色素多、糖分多的食品和饮料。
3、不要吃已经过期或腐烂的食品和水果蔬菜。
4、不要不吃早餐，早餐是一天中最重要的一餐。如果不吃早餐，学*效率也会下降。
5、要合理饮食，不要暴饮暴食。多多运动，身体才会更好。
同学们，我们是祖国的未来，为了祖国的明天，请大家合理饮食，健康饮食吧！

*期，我在放学的时候，经常发现很多同学一出校门便奔向门口的小卖部，不一会儿，一个个手中便出现了一袋袋的“战利品”，一边迫不及待的往嘴里塞一边愉快的聊着天，感觉“美味极了”！再说说我们的午托部，一些同学仗着爸妈不在身边，经常挑食、不吃饭。然后趁着午托老师不注意跑去街边小店买一些所谓的“极好吃食品”，什么“米线”呀，“肉饼”呀，“辣条”呀等等。更嚣张的是他们不仅睡前吃，躺在床上还偷吃，午托老师拦都拦不住。我好奇的问他们这些东西什么味道的，真有那么好吃么？他们的神情告诉我，这个东西确实十分的“美味”。
妈妈总是告诉我，那些“无良”的产品，里边放了很多的“香精”，就像“毒品”一样，会使人痴迷。
如果你真的想吃，还请你选择到正规的卖场或超市购买，但记得不能多吃哟！

每个家庭的健康都与食物密切相关。随着经济和社会的不断进步，人们的饮食文化日益多样化，食品卫生与安全成为人们非常关注的话题。
最*注意到一个情况，就是每天我们学校附*的小店和街边小贩都在卖一些三不食品和垃圾食品，而我们的一些同学却乐此不疲的买着吃着。但有多少人知道吃了它们不仅会导致肥胖，还会使大量细菌侵入人体，引起胃肠道炎症。因此，为了自己的健康，请提醒我们的朋友少吃这种食物。
为了健康饮食，我们必须做到以下几点：
1.不要在街边小店买街边小吃或者垃圾食品，去一些正规超市买吃的。
2.购买所需食品时，请注意生产日期、保质期、QS生产许可证标记等。
3.找品牌买，尽量买一些品牌食品。
4.少吃油炸食品和零食，多吃蔬菜和水果等营养食品。
5.不要买价格明显过低的食物，也不要贪小失大。
注意以上几点，就可以放心吃了。俗话说“民以食为天”。说白了，人每天都要吃喝，食物是人类赖以生存的物质。食物的质量决定了人类的生活质量。所以，食物一定要安全健康。
同时也呼吁食品安全，这和你我有关。希望生产者不要再为食品安全脸红，中国人不要再为食品安全担忧，国家不要再为食品安全丢脸。现在，让我们一起行动起来，消除有害食品，倡导绿色食品！希望同学们听完我的演讲，能健康饮食，健康成长。
