Im so glad to stand here today to share my idea about Beijing Olympic Games together with you all.
The title of my speech is: what can we do for Beijing Olympic Games?First of all, let me tell you a story that happened 2 years ago.
At the end of August, 20xx, when I decided to come to Beijing for study, my friends helx x xxrewell Party for me.
They said: after your graduation, you should look for a job in Beijing, and then in 20xx, we shall go to visit you during the Olympic Games.
I laughed and answered: OK, no problem!Time flied and 2 years passed.
Now I am a graduate.
My teachers and classmates always ask me: whats your plan after your graduation? Go back home, stay in Beijing, or go to some other places? And I always answer: I will stay in Beijing.
I make this decision not because of my promise to my friends 2 years ago, but because: Ive fallen in love with Beijing! Im eager to welcome the coming Olympic Games together with my fellow countrymen, and I wish I could do something for the Olympics &; for the city.As we know, Beijing will host the 29th Summer Olympic Games in 20.
As a Chinese, I think many people are thinking: what we can do for Beijing Olympic Games.
Most of us are not athletes, we cannot take part in competitions directly; we are not officials either, we dont need to do the preparatory work.
We are only ordinary people, what we can do!There are still so many things we can do! For example, for me, I am a graduate majoring Business English.
As far as I am concerned, I will keep on learning English hard, and ap*** for being a volunteer.
I will use English to serve the Games together with other volunteers.
And also, as a businessman at that time, I will avail myself of the great commercial opportunities that the Olympics brings to us, make more efforts to offer my contribution to the growth of our national economy.And for all of us, with the goal to host a Green Olympics, we shall plant more trees, grass &; flowers.
Dont waste water.
In order to alleviate the problems of air pollution &; traffic congestions, we shall take buses &; subways more.
With the goal to host a Peoples Olympics, and in order to make our Olympics more attractive and to make our Beijing more beautiful, we shall help everyone we meet who needs help, we shall abide by traffic rules, dont smoke in public and no spitting.
The most important way for our Chinese to support our Beijing Olympic Games, in my opinion, is to work hard on our duties.
Seven centuries ago, Marco Polo, after staying in our country for almost twenty years, brought the secrets of spaghetti and ice-cream with him back to Italy. More than seven hundred years later, with the prevalence of globalization, our people, our food, our products and many other items, have traveled to many other places beyond Italy. No matter where these Chinese people, Chinese food, Chinese products and many other Chinese items are, they carry with them qualities that are unique to our very own Chinese culture - our traditional values.
In the whole process of globalization that the world is integrating politically, economically and culturally, into one, we do witness in our country a great influx of western culture and values - McDonald's, KFCs, soccer players and NBA players. And we are even having this prestigious national speaking competition in a language that does not belong to us. In the midst of western products pouring in China as a result of globalization, sometimes we do wonder, where does our own culture belong? When we see our younger generations going away from traditional values such as contextual and role-based ethics, ideal of community, hierarchy, paternalism and non-litigious nature of society, we may even think our traditional values are challenged and even threatened. But, are we really losing our values?
Ladies and gentlemen, we must remember, the traffic of globalization is two-way. Yes, films from Hollywood, soccer from the United Kingdom and restaurants from America, do have an impact on our values. But, if we see globalization in China a synonymous term with western economic cultural hegemony, we are underestimating the impact of not only globalization but also our values.
Have a look at languages. Yes, it is the desire and dream of every single Chinese to speak fluent English, including every single one of us here. But, have you ever wondered how many non-Chinese are learning Chinese? Let me tell you, by the end of 20xx, nearly 30 million people from 85 countries and regions were learning standard Chinese, Putonghua. And who knows about the number of people learning regional dialects such as Shanghainese and Cantonese. In these two years, I am sure none of us here will be surprised that the number is skyrocketing.
Have a look at Feng Shui, within 0.21 seconds Google brings you 1,270,000 websites about Feng Shui, not in Chinese, not from all over the world, but in English, just within the United States. And I guess some of you still remember, when the previous American president, Bill Clinton, first became president. He actually had the furniture of his office rearranged according to feng shui ideas.
Have a look at traditional Chinese medicine. Four years ago, in 20xx, there were already more than 120 000 traditional Chinese medicine practitioners, researchers and related business trading companies in Europe, just Europe. Our holistic approach of taking care of a person's health has been proven popular in the world.
Our values, language, our Feng Shui, our traditional medicine and also Kung Fu that I have not really talked about, are all parts and messengers of our culture and values. What does their success in the west tell us? Their popularity tells us that, alongside cheap consumer products, we are exporting to the west, Chinese beliefs and, values.
Ladies and gentlemen, globalization, yes it has its impacts on our values. It is sending our values overseas and bringing in new ones. Let's not see the bringing in of new ones a threat to our own culture. As a matter of fact, the bringing in is a very good opportunity and time to rethink and reflect who we are and what we want to be. It is upon us whether globalization has a positive or negative impact on our traditional values. Ladies and gentlemen, I see this positively, I know even if our traditional values are changing or to change, the change is for better, not for worse.

Before western and Chinese civilization came into close contact, Chinese people had always longed for a life depicted in traditional Chinese paintings. Those paintings present a harmonious coexistence of people and other life forms. Regarded as the essence of ancient Chinese philosophies, harmony has been dee***-rooted in the minds of the Chinese people. On the one hand, it has contributed to the unique continuity of Chinese civilization. On the other, Chinese people became too much contented with their achievements to desire any further changes. As globalization deepens, it is bound to affect our ideal of harmony.
First, globalization urges China to speed up its modernization, which threatens our regard for the harmony between Man and Nature. For instance, many dams and hydropower stations are being built for economic benefits at the expense of the well-preserved natural habitats. However, ecological malpractice of such kind goes against the notion of harmonious coexistence in ancient Chinese philosophies. More than 2,000 years ago, long before the concept of environmental protection came into being, DuJiang Weir, a great irrigation project was built in southwestern China's Sichuan province. It succeeded both in controlling floods and in facilitating the agriculture without posing a threat to the environment.
Moreover, globalization has brought with it intense competition. Traditionally, moderation is a golden principle, presiding over inter-personal relations in China. Today, however, motivated to come to the top, some people become so self-centered that they choose to sacrifice love, friendship and even family ties.
Last but not least, diverse cultures have met in China as a consequence of globalization. Therefore, a clash of cultures becomes inevitable. Unfortunately, the past decades have witnessed a huge loss of cultural heritage in China. In cities like Beijing and Xi'an, hundreds of century-old Chinese-style houses are being demolished to make room for skyscrapers, shopping malls and eight-lane expressways.
From these examples, we see the disharmony brought about by globalization. Yet it is not globalization that is to blame. As long as we approach globalization with harmony in mind, its benefit will outweigh its cost. Take my hometown, Hangzhou, for example, thanks to the strenuous efforts made by the municipal government in achieving eco-development, various water birds have returned to the West Lake, calling it home again after years of migration elsewhere. From the lake bank, we see skateboarders and trick cyclists showing off together with people flying kites and kicking shuttlecocks on the plaza nearby. Although they compose a picture quite distinct from traditional Chinese paintings, this picture conveys a modern sense of harmony in this era of globalization.
Ladies and gentlemen, to conclude, I would like to quote from British philosopher Bertrand Russell. In contrasting Chinese and Western civilizations, he observed: "The distinctive merit of western civilization is the scientific method; the distinctive merit of the Chinese is a just conception of the ends of life. It is these two that one must hope to see gradually uniting." As we see the tremendous progress China has been making drawing on experience abroad, we may also expect the Chinese traditional value of harmony to enrich the world. I look forward to the time when Russell's prophecy comes true.

我从英语是全班最差的同学，变成了一个获得过“全国中小学生英语口语大赛”一等奖的英语小天才，我无数次的不想再坚持练下去，我用自己与同学们玩的时间，在练字。我是多么希望像别的同学一样，快活的玩着。我就像一个还没有完全学会走路的小孩，一路走的磕磕绊绊，可是，我用自己的毅力克服了自己，慢慢的我去认真地走好每一步，最终我是成功的，我是快乐的！
此时此刻我捧着手中的奖，心里感慨万千。虽然并不多，但我想这每一个奖的背后都是各位同学日夜苦战，用自己的勤奋努力和老师家长们的`付出换来的。我不想说我们累，更不想说我们苦。因为我们是青春、潇洒的90后，风雨过后我们依然会展露笑容，今日的累是为了我们明日的辉煌，为了我们肩上那不可推卸的历史重任。我相信我们会做的更好。
不过，获得了奖并不意味着就达到了我们的目标而可以停滞不前。在人生旅途中，获奖只是一种助推器，而不是最根本的动力器。我们要如何前进？答案就掌握在我们自己的手中。所以，奖并不是我们最终的目标，而是我们前进路途中的一股动力。我们应正确看待这种奖励和荣誉。不能因为一时取得好的成绩而骄傲，也不能因为成绩一时不理想而气馁。学*就如逆水行舟，不进则退。只有不断地努力，不骄不躁，认真对待学*，不轻言放弃，看淡得失。以一颗*常心，踏实勤奋。才能取得更优异的成绩，才能创造更美好的未来。当然，没有获得奖的同学更不能放弃。要努力起来，哪怕最终没有成功，最起码自己努力了，也无愧于心。

How pathetic! When we grow up, we dream less and become more realistic. Why? Why do we have to change our dreams, so, so in order to let it be "fulfilled"? Why do we have to surrender to the so-called "reality"? What IS the reality actually?
Ladies and gentlemen, the reality is not real. It is a barrier keeping us from all the possible fantasies. Flying, for example, had been a dream to mankind for thousands of years. A hundred years ago, "man could not fly" was still regarded as the "reality". Now if that was really the reality, what did the Wright brothers do? How did some of you get to Macau? Only when we believe that the reality is not real can we soar with our dreams.
People say that our future is a battle between the reality and our dreams. And if, unfortunately, Mr. Reality wins this war, then I see no future of mankind at all. * will never be curable as this IS the reality; People living in the undeveloped countries will suffer from starvation forever as this IS the reality; 4)Dis*s among different countries would never be settled as this misunderstandings and intolerance IS the reality.

自7月17日起，我们有幸参加了博兴县教育局组织的外教英语口语培训。虽然教授英语已经有几年了，但真正与外国人面对面的交流，还是第一次，所以我们非常珍惜这次学*机会。这几天的学*留给了我们太多的感受及感动∶
本来与外教非常的陌生，但一节课下来，外教丰富的面部表情及肢体语言就拉*了我们之间的距离。原来一个微笑、一句笑话、一个动作，就能那么轻易的拉*人们之间的距离，让人们的心更加贴*。同时外教非常尊重学生的不同见解，毫不吝啬他们的赞赏话语。只要学生有一点新思想、新发现，就表扬和鼓励他们，让他们看到自己的'价值，注意在实践中满足学生的"成功欲"。学生答对问题时，外教常说∶"Good job！Ok！That's a good point ,Thank you"。这样，每个学生都可品尝成功的喜悦和成就感。一旦学生出了差错，他们不会纠正错误而说∶"Good try"。这给我们太深的感触，在*时的教学中，我们缺少了这方面的尝试及能力。
最让我们感动的是外教老师们的敬业及认真。这次授课内容他们进行了精心的选择及设计，授课内容丰富多彩，从常用口语（例如认识新朋友，如何介绍、问候，如何谈论家庭、爱好、运动、饮食、居住地址等）到单词及句子的发音、词汇的重音及连读、教学策略及技巧、中西文化的差异等都有涉及。为了上好每节课，他们进行了充分的准备，携带了大量的材料、卡片、胶带、CD、照片等。如果我们的每一节课都经过如此精心的准备，我想我们的教学质量会大大提高。
留给我们较深印象的还有外教们的授课方式及教法。首先他们在上课前就给我们创造了一个学*英语的环境，将单词卡片粘贴在教室四周的墙壁上，形成"word wall"。在上课的过程中，不时穿插游戏及歌曲，让每个学员在轻松快乐中度过每节课，期盼着下一节课。外教们给我们营造一个纯英语的学*环境，培养我们的英文惯性思维能力，我们在课堂上只讲英语，每天都在—个全英文的环境中实践与提高。
最后让我们感动的是参与培训的老师们的学*热情。课堂上每位学员都目不转睛的盯着外教，听他的发音，看他的嘴型，没有一丝的愉怠及漫不经心。活动的时候，学品们或读或写，或过论或思考，没有一位能有空闲。即使下课了，在课余休息时间，学员们也围着外教交流，询问一些美国的资讯，例如教育、家庭、房屋、饮食、文化等。他们顾不上休息，抓住这次难得的机会，多听地道的英语，多了解西方的文化。
关于教研员要能说的能力又怎么体现呢好在我镇英语研讨活动在网上进行，事实上的确如此，我们建立的集体备课网上，有些*时不爱说话的教师也说了很多话。开学后，教委主任有意增加各单位英语老师，调整各单位英语老师任课情况，这样看来，英语教师的培训显得很重要，研讨时如果效果好，对教师的成长很有好处。
一年多没做英语教研员了，一看有好多新面孔，他们个个活力充沛，总有点跟不上的感觉，我想我要从策略入手，重新学*吧，就像尹老师说的关于学*意识上讲的，永远不要嫌自己读的太晚，只要行动，就有收获。
伴着淅沥的雨和清凉的风，为期一周的.暑期英语教师培训结束了，请允许我在这里真诚地表达我的谢意。感谢教育局领导，组织了这次让我终身难忘的特殊的培训经历，给了我这个难得的与名师共同交流，共同学*，共同进步的机会。我是湖北咸丰一名普通的小学英语教师，我虽然很热爱小学英语教育事业，但理论知识与实践操作能力尚处于低水*阶段。在这次培训中，我认真聆听了各位专家和名师的授课，感觉受益匪浅，并把我的心得与体会记录下来，与各位英语教师共勉。
在对英语几乎已经形同陌路的大三，来个商务英语口语实训，像是一个结婚已久的女子突然又有了初恋的感觉，为什么要比喻成女子呢，因为我觉得英语本来应该和女子和恋爱一般美好。两周的商务英语口语实训已经结束了，在这短短的两周时间内真是受益匪浅。通过这两个周的实训，我像是回到了学*英标和英语对白的中学时代。虽然很多东西包括单词看来的感觉是似曾相识，但起码，我曾经拥有过。
本实训旨在使学生更加重视英语口语训练并掌握口语表达的有效技巧，使学生进一步强化英语口语能力以适应职业的需要，从而培养较强的商务英语口语实际交际能力。通过本实训，介绍几种有效提高听力和口语的学*方法，力图克服学生开口难的畏惧心理，最终为学生提高商务英语的应用能力、增强商务环境下的英语口头沟通能力提供具有建设性的语言学*启示，从而建立起具有持续性的语言学*能力。
本次商务英语口语实训主要包括三个部分，下面会详细的说明。通过这三个部分的训练，培养学生用英语朗读各种题材书面材料的能力，培养学生在没有文字凭借的情况下用英语表达自己的观点的能力，清楚而逻辑的论证自己的观点的能力，培养在特定的商务情境下不借助文字辅助资料进行连贯而得体的交谈的能力。实训要求学生认真参与、刻苦训练，在准备阶段能运用各种工具解决所遇到的问题，必要时能进行成功地团结合作，在检查中能自如发挥，独立完成所要求的任务。
第一部分: 快学国际英标
快学国际英标是从基础的音标开始练*的。老师首先讲解了基础音标的读法，通过重新学*语音音标，让我对音标有了新的认识，发现了我以前在读音标时存在许多错误。对于口语中常出现的惯例性的特定读法，老师也给与我们及时的改正。让我们的英语口语更流畅，更标准。
在学*了基本音标的基础上，有根据这些音标列举出常见的单词、短语、例句，让我们能更好的消化这一读音，让我们的发音更标准。
通过音标的学*让我认识到准确的学*音标为我的英语口语发音打下了良好的基础，成为我学*英语的优势。通过英语音标记单词是快速记背单词的最有效的一种方法。如果熟练掌握了英语音标发音的规律，就能很好的背下单词。通过基础语音训练让我确信它确实带给我很大的改变，可以培养我的语感。而英语学*的最高境界就是语感的形成。这不仅让我们的口语变得更流畅、标准，也会在我们的英语笔试考试中起到极其重要的作用。
第二部分:商务英语口语实训实*报告
一：interview
这一节包括的内容主要是能够流利、准确的说出选择一份工作原因，在面试时最重要的是什么，在面试时应做的准备工作，包括：面试前、面试中、面试后。
通过面试的口语对话练*，让我了解到面试时的常用语。通过把学到的英语知识运用到实际中，锻炼了我们的口语能力。同时面试也是我们步入社会的第一步，对我们的将来起着极其重要的作用。
二：reception and visit
这一部分学*的内容主要是如何向外宾致欢迎词，如何与外商进行对话，以及与外商讨论公司合作的有关事宜。
通过学*这一部分的知识，使客人更好地了解我们的公司，相信我们的公司，才能更好的进行交流合作。
三：meeting and organization
明确叙述会议的目的核对并记录与会者。根据议事日程顺序提出每个项目，然后进行讨论，征求有关与会者的意见。给每一个人表述自己意见的机会。控制讨论过程。如果发生与论题无关或深入到不必要的细节上，应及时引导到议题本身。如果讨论变得复杂，出现各种不同的见解时，你要根据自己的理解将各种观点加以概括。坚持预定的时间，不要拖延。在每个项目讨论结束后加以概括，以便决策或达成结论。在会议结束时，对已取得的结果进行概括。如确有必要进一步讨论，可以推迟到下一次会议。确定下次会议的议题和时间。
四：negotiation
协商协议是协商各方需遵守的约束彼此行为的准则。根据协商模式的不同，目前存在以下三种协商：(1)服务商提供支持的协商(服务商仅提供协商服务，但不参与协商);(2)买方或卖方自行协商;(3)第三方参与的协商。
五：marketing and sales
市场销售是对外贸易也是商务活动中重要组成部分，其中包括市场调查、产品介绍、销售产品、售后服务等方面。只有进行良好的市场调查才能更好的销售商品。应正确的介绍产品，并安排正确的销售手段、提供最好的售后服务。只有做好这些，才能销售好商品。
七：business telephone
作为公司的代表,你打电话的举止应该是无可挑剔的。许多在打电话时举止粗鲁的工作人员给自己的行为找理由，说那是可以接受的，甚至理应如此，因为他们正在工作。但这是说不通的.。你实际上是在为公司树立形象,因此应该就像面见对方一样尽可能打好电话。有选择地接电话是可以的,有时甚至是必要的。但是如何做则有正误之分。首先训练你的秘书要有礼貌。最好问我能问是哪位打来的吗?，而不是谁呀?,更不是谁在打电话?。第二,不要教你的秘书在你在的时候说不在。说工作太忙无暇通话是可以接受的以诚相待永远是上策。打电话的人能听出不同,况且,如果你总不在也不太好。不回电话是无礼的不管电话来自何人。你或许会错过一个可能成为客户的人。当今许多人不屑回电话,但如果你身为别人的雇员,如此行为恐怕难以接受。当你能够回电话时,尽量自己做。如果你必须先让你的秘书代劳,那么应尽快接过电话。如果电话是你打的,让对方久等是不礼貌的。
八：business dinner
这一课主要学*的是餐桌上如何点餐以及正确的餐桌礼仪。
良好的餐桌礼仪能够给我们的顾客留下良好的印象，获得更多的青睐。给我们带来无限的商机。
九：：business presentation
在进行产品介绍前要通过三步选好自己的主题。一是确定为什么要选择这件商品，既要容易表达也要有足够的特点。二是要明确听众是什么类型。如果是同行，就要提供更多的信息。如果只是顾客，就要提出吸引他们的地方。三是明确听众知道些什么关于产品的知识，想知道些什么。通过这些过程，一定可以做出吸引人眼球的产品介绍会。
第三部分：考核
考核的方式主要是通过以小组的形式进行一样产品的产品介绍会。除了通过上面的方式进行产品介绍会的设计外，在考核而过程中，我还学到了其他知识。
在产品介绍会的开场白时，可以设计一些悬念，提高整个介绍会的趣味性。在结尾时也可以给顾客一些启发性的话语，提高整个介绍会的层次。也可以是一些煽动性的话语，提高顾客的购买欲望。PPT的制作演示过程也是极其重要的一部分，通过它来吸引住全场观众的眼球。此外，也可以在介绍会进行时提供一些样品、试用装等，带动整个场面。产品介绍会不仅要准备充分的知识，也需要一些技巧手段来渲染氛围。
经过为时两个周的商务英语口语实训，通过主题介绍、情景对话、单词注解、常用句型、阅读材料、听力材料等手段进行训练，让我进一步的掌握了口语表达的有效技巧，提高了商务英语口语实际交际能力。培养了我用英语朗读各种题材书面材料的能力，培养了我在没有文字凭借的情况下用英语表达自己的观点的能力，清楚而用逻辑的论证自己的观点的能力，培养在特定的商务情境下不借助文字辅助资料进行连贯而得体的交谈的能力。使我能够在应聘、接待(访问)、销售、商务电话、商务会餐、产品介绍会等方面熟练地运用学过的知识，提高了商务英语口语实际交际能力。同时语感的培养也极大的提高了我的英语笔试水品，有利于英语成绩的提高。
口语是语言技能中最容易和最基础的部分，比起枯燥的语法和高深的写作技巧，口语最容易掌握。但是，中国传统英语教育只注重笔试，忽视听力和口语，而中国同学比较内向含蓄，口语就成了―个很大的困难。很多同学学了英语却不能和人顺畅交流，这岂不是一件憾事？在此跟大家分享一下这些年英语学*，特别是口语学*的一些心得，希望能大家有所启发。
首先，中国人在所有亚洲人中是比较有优势的。看看邻国日本和韩国就知道了，本国语言造成了他们有些元音、辅音发不清楚，而中国人就没有这方面的障碍。
第二，最重要的是要敢于开口。不严肃地说，口语说得好的人都是"厚脸皮"，因为不怕难堪，不怕犯错。不开口说给别人听，就永远也别想提高口语水*。对学生朋友来说，最好的方法是上英语课踊跃发言，表达自己的意见，上台演讲。对于外向的同学自然比较容易，那么内向腼腆一点的同学就要自己逼迫自己了，比如每节课至少举一次手，回答一个问题。这个并不难，日积月累，胆量大了，口语也有了提高，何乐而不为呢？
开始入门时，学*最简单的用法和表达，学会描述、定义、举例说明的方法。这样你说话才有内容。也可以找一个语言伙伴，天天练*。如果对方的母语是英语，那防就更是锦上添花了（找外教可以去格雷英语）。
需要注意的`是，栗子要现炒现卖，口语也要学了就用。有些同学说也说了，练也练了，但就是进步不大。原因很简单，他们每次总是用同样的句式说同样的东西，水*自然不会提高。任何语言都是用了才会记住，才能变成自己的。把刚学到的、看到的，马上就说出来，用到自己的表达中去，即使错了也没有关系。实践才是检验真理的惟一标准。
时间如白驹过隙，八周的大英口语辅导课程转眼间已经结束了。课程是结束了，可真挚的友谊，宝贵的经验，美好的回忆却不会因此而中断。
13公管2班的小师妹小师弟们。他们活泼，开朗，富有创造力，积极参与我们安排的活动。说实话，大英辅导不应该是辅导，而是互相学*，这也是我第一节课时与他们说的：我们来此是互相学*，共同进步的。我与他们分享学*英语的经验，带给他们学*英语的乐趣，共同提高英语口语表达能力。他们留给我的是对于英语课堂的反思，如何在如此庞大的课堂上提高学生学*英语的积极性，如何尽可能的关注到每个学生，如何让学生在课堂上真正的学到知识。大英口语辅导确实是一个互惠互利的项目活动，它不仅能让学生可以练*口语，增强同学们的凝聚力;而且也提高了我们师范生的教学水*。这是真正意义上的教学，真实的情景，真实的课堂。可是，也存在一些不足。现在将我在大英口语辅导的情况做一个总结：
问题1：在第一周上课时，我们鼓励同学们用英语介绍自己以及自己全新的大学生活主要是为了在认识他们的同时了解他们的口语表达情况，方便我们有针对性地进行备课。同学们刚开始积极性不高，觉得不好意思，又怕说错觉得丢面子，所以大部分学生很不自信，怯场，声音很小。
措施：面对这个情况，我和我的partners尽量针对他们各自的自我介绍提出问题和该同学一级其余的同学进行互动。这样下来，他们不再那么拘谨，渐入佳境了。
问题2：不过存在很大的一个问题是：我们都是在室外进行教学，而这个班共有65个学生，是一个大班级，哪怕围在一起也很难听清楚老师或学生说的话，所以不利用于教学活动的`进行。
措施：我们把全班分成3个小组，由我们三个小老师各自带着上课，且没个小组都由学生选出小组长，负责课前的一些资料的分发以及配合我们组织一些活动任务。当然，虽然我们是把大集体分开教学，却每节课前我们三个小老师都会一起商量上课的有关内容，然后把要上的内容一邮件方式发给公管班的同学。
问题3：一开始有些同学来上口语辅导课的积极性不是很高，总有那么一两个同学不来。措施：实行评分制，小组成员的表现影响整个小组的得分，此得分也影响最后的成绩。通过这个办法，同学们的互动性加强了，出勤情况也改善了。
问题4：有时候，同学们也会出现精神不集中的情况，昏昏欲睡。
措施：我设计了几个游戏，例如who is spider? Guess what /it is?I say, you guess！等等，这些游戏都是需要用英语表达的。同学们在这个过程中不仅将英语运用到实践中，而且玩完游戏后精神加倍，学*起来也更有效率了。
学*情况：在接下来的七周里，前两周用于学*国际音标发音，音标的学*从单个音标的发音到单词，短语，句子，这样一个循序渐进的方式进行的。并要求同学们在短时间内将重要的短语，句子记住，在闭上眼睛的情况下也能复述出来。发音也逐渐标准了，同学们学*英语的兴致也大大提高了。后面几周时间都是让学生自己开口训练口语。我们把每周的100分钟分为两个环节，第一个环节是根据所提供材料的有关情景话题，自有组成小组，进行Free talk。在这个环节里，他们带给我的惊喜与感动特别多，他们很有激情，勇于表现自己，他们设计的对话很真实又很有创意。此外，我深受感动的是他们班那种团结凝聚的力量。每组同学在大家围着的圈子里头展示成果时，围着的其余同学都会给予最真挚、最热烈的掌声。那种掌声也感染了我，仿佛真的可以传递力量，完全不同于那种零零落落、敷衍式的掌声。第二个环节是每周一Topic的论述，大多是大学英语四级作文里头的话题论述，比如因特网的利弊，考试的利弊。在同学们的讨论时，我们会走到每组同学身边给予一定的帮助，并时刻提醒他们用英语表达自己的观点。很欣慰在Free discussion里同学们都努力参与讨论，都尽量把自己的观点用英语陈述出来。如果有不懂的，还虚心向我们请教，这种热爱学*的态度深深地感动了我。我想，如果他们这中热爱学*的劲头如若能坚持下去，必有很大的进步。
虽然只有短短的8次课的时间，但我和公管2班的同学们一起欢笑，一起进步，我很珍惜这段时间的相处，如果以后还有这样的活动，我依然会积极的参加。相处的时间虽短暂，却我也学到了很多，如如何备好一堂课，怎样处理课堂上的一些紧急事件，和同班同学交流上课的经验和分享一些教学方法，从新生中重获那份学*的激情等。同时，我也认识到自己无论从专业知识还是从教师技能方面还存在许多不足之处，今后会更加努力学*和提高各方面的技能。
这次，怀着一颗天天向上的心，我参加了100人的武汉市小学英语口语培训。培训地点是湖北大字，培训时间从7月18日到7月25日，前后为期八天。回想八天的学*，让我们收获了不少英语教学知识，更新了思维方法，尤其是英语听力、口语得到了提高。
培训期间，我们认识了两位外教：一位是男士Trevor，活泼开朗，一位是女士Linda，风趣幽默。他们是一对夫妻，来自澳大利亚。这几天给我们上课的是Linda女士。她把我们分成CLASSA、B、C、D四个小班上课，每次两个小班同时进行，课间她一直用英语与我们沟通，即即使当我们都听不懂的时候，她仍耐心地用各种肢体语言促使我们明白，也真难为她了。
在这次英语教师培训中，我们初步接触并学*了Linda为我们精心设计的教学内容话题训练：

通过Linda的专题讲授让我感受到创设良好的语言学*环境，扩展英语教学的时空，是我今后课堂教学中要不断提高的地方，我打算从以下两个方面着手。
1、灵活安排教学组织和课堂，以学生为主体，充分调动学生的积极性，开展两人小组、多人小组、多种形式的活动。这是小学英语教学的重要特点之一。只有开展这些活动才能使每一个学生充分地参与课堂实践，才能体现出语言的交际性，才能实现师生之间和学生之间的互动性。目的是为了更好地开展各种教学活动。这样做可以促进师生之间的情感交流，而且可以帮助学生培养起互相关心，合作的团队精神。
2、采用多种媒体的现代化教学手段，创设良好的语言环境和充分的语言实践机会，优化教学过程。利用英语教学音像资源图画、图表、投影、录音、录像、DVD等多媒体软件，不仅能为学生提供规范的'语音、语调，还可以提供真实自然的语言使用的示范，即语言使用的场合、时间、对象等，而且还有体态语手势、动作、表情等的示范。多种媒体的运用使教学变得生动、形象、活泼，感染力强，容易激发学生兴趣，引起有意注意，加深印象，帮助学生持久记忆。充分利用现代化教学手段，可以超越时间和空间的限制，使学生置身于以英语为母语的环境中，体验英语的实际运用。多媒体课件的使用可以使教学过程程序化，大大提高教学的效率，这一点对我们农村学校课时少的小学英语课尤为重要。
以上就是我这次学*的一些心得体会。
自7月17日起，我们有幸参加了博兴县教育局组织的外教英语口语培训。虽然教授英语已经有几年了，但真正与外国人面对面的交流，还是第一次，所以我们非常珍惜这次学*机会。这几天的学*留给了我们太多的感受及感动∶
本来与外教非常的陌生，但一节课下来，外教丰富的面部表情及肢体语言就拉*了我们之间的距离。原来一个微笑、一句笑话、一个动作，就能那么轻易的拉*人们之间的距离，让人们的.心更加贴*。同时外教非常尊重学生的不同见解，毫不吝啬他们的赞赏话语。只要学生有一点新思想、新发现，就表扬和鼓励他们，让他们看到自己的价值，注意在实践中满足学生的"成功欲"。学生答对问题时，外教常说∶"Good job！Ok！That's a good point 。Thank you"。这样，每个学生都可品尝成功的喜悦和成就感。一旦学生出了差错，他们不会纠正错误而说∶"Good try"。这给我们太深的感触，在*时的教学中，我们缺少了这方面的尝试及能力。
最让我们感动的是外教老师们的敬业及认真。这次授课内容他们进行了精心的选择及设计，授课内容丰富多彩，从常用口语（例如认识新朋友，如何介绍、问候，如何谈论家庭、爱好、运动、饮食、居住地址等）到单词及句子的发音、词汇的'重音及连读、教学策略及技巧、中西文化的差异等都有涉及。为了上好每节课，他们进行了充分的准备，携带了大量的材料、卡片、胶带、CD、照片等。如果我们的每一节课都经过如此精心的准备，我想我们的教学质量会大大提高。
留给我们较深印象的还有外教们的授课方式及教法。首先他们在上课前就给我们创造了一个学*英语的环境，将单词卡片粘贴在教室四周的墙壁上，形成"word wall"。在上课的过程中，不时穿插游戏及歌曲，让每个学员在轻松快乐中度过每节课，期盼着下一节课。外教们给我们营造一个纯英语的学*环境，培养我们的英文惯性思维能力，我们在课堂上只讲英语，每天都在―个全英文的环境中实践与提高。
最后让我们感动的是参与培训的老师们的学*热情。课堂上每位学员都目不转睛的盯着外教，听他的发音，看他的嘴型，没有一丝的愉怠及漫不经心。活动的时候，学品们或读或写，或过论或思考，没有一位能有空闲。即使下课了，在课余休息时间，学员们也围着外教交流，询问一些美国的资讯，例如教育、家庭、房屋、饮食、文化等。他们顾不上休息，抓住这次难得的机会，多听地道的英语，多了解西方的文化。

口语就是语言技能中最容易和最基础的部分，比起枯燥的语法和高深的写作技巧，口语最容易掌握。但是，中国传统英语教育只注重笔试，忽视听力和口语，而中国同学比较内向含蓄，口语就成了一个很大的困难。很多同学学了英语却不能和人顺畅交流，这岂不是一件憾事?在此跟大家分享一下我这些年英语学*，特别就是口语学*的一些心得，希望能对大家有所启发。
一 心态篇
这是学*口语的第一个阶段，这就是心态要好，要有自信。
首先，中国人在所有亚洲人中是比较有优势的。看看邻国日本和韩国就知道了，本国语言造成了他们有些元音、辅音发不清楚，而中国人就没有这方面的障碍。
第二，最重要的就是要敢于开口。不严肃地说，口语说得好的人都是“厚脸皮”，因为不怕难堪，不怕犯错。不开口说给别人听，就永远也别想提高口语水*。对学生朋友来说，最好的方法就是上英语课踊跃发言，表达自己的意见，上台演讲。对于外向的同学自然比较容易，那么内向腼腆一点的同学就要自己逼迫自己了，比如每节课至少举一次手，回答一个问题。这个并不难，日积月累，胆量大了，口语也有了提高，何乐而不为呢?
开始入门时，学*最简单的`用法和表达，学会描述、定义、举例说明的方法。这样你说话才有内容。也可以找一个语言伙伴，天天练*。如果对方的母语是英语，那就更是锦上添花了。
需要注意的是，栗子要现炒现卖，口语也要学了就用。有些同学说也说了，练也练了，但就是进步不大。原因很简单，他们每次总是用同样的句式说同样的东西，水*自然不会提高。任何语言都是用了才会记住，才能变成自己的。把刚学到的、看到的，马上就说出来，用到自己的表达中去，即使错了也没有关系。实践才是检验真理的惟一标准。
二 语音篇
这个可能是大家最关心的，我也没有什么技巧，主要是模仿练*。听磁带跟读固然很好，但是很多人不能分辨自己与录音的差距，听完、读完也就算完了，结果自己的发音依旧没有改进。反复听磁带，录下自己的声音，先放自己的，再对比磁带，很容易就找到差别了。然后再对照录音反复模仿，不断练*。
在模仿的时候要注意最基本的三点：语调、发音、音色。
语调很重要。英语抑扬顿挫，讲求音律感。模仿时，对照磁带用箭头给文章里的语句标注出语气的升降。这看似很傻，但却有助于记忆。在自己朗读时，还可以根据记号，寻找其中的规律。
另外一个是发音。我们的缺陷主要是双元音。发双元音时，需要将第一个单元音发得饱满，然后迅速滑动到第二个单元音，并结束。认真练*双元音，这是一种很好的锻炼口腔肌肉的方式。此外建议大家多听听欧美歌手的抒情歌曲。
至于音色，这就是先天的，恐怕不是练*可以改变的了。
三 背诵篇
这就是口语学*的第二个阶段，目的是为了精准。
背诵的作用大家不能小看，这就是英语学*最笨但是最有用的方法。背诵的功力高，口语、听力、写作都会大大提高。许多同学一天读一篇，我的建议就是一天背一段。不用背很长，没有时间，几句话也行。时间长了，自然会成为“大牛”。
背诵的方法，我简单总结为“四走”：首先还是要反复听磁带，跟着磁带走，否则就失去学*纯正英语的意义。先跟磁带读，每个意群一顿，或者每句一顿。然后慢慢一段一顿，让自己把长句完整说出来。这样听个五六遍，文章基本就背下来了。很多外国语学校的同学都是这样练*的。从初中开始这就是他们雷打不动的家庭作业，有的学校还极端地要求家长签字，每个同学每天到老师面前背课文，最后计入考试成绩。虽然当时怨声载道，但事实证明这样确实有效。

回顾这两个星期的英语口语练*，我们不禁发现这是课外知识的一个很好的延伸，从中受益匪浅。虽然我们*时口语课时少，训练时间稍微短一点，但是因为时间不够所以很宝贵。
在练*过程中，我出现了易怒、紧张等不良情绪，反映出我综合素质不足、心理承受能力弱的缺点。在模拟表演和口语测试中，仍然存在表达不清、头脑混乱等问题，这也让我思考自己未来的英语学*计划。我决定在以后的学*中提高。
实*，最大的收获就是把自己融入到一种英语思维中，用英语思考问题，包括真正的问题或者想法。这些都是在现实生活中运用知识能力的提高。通过实*，培养了我独立分析和解决问题的能力，增强了我们的集体观念。实*期间，大部分对话都是和别人合作布置的。这也是未来工作的趋势。当你加入工作时，很少有工作是由一个人独自完成的。
但是说英语是一项艰巨的工程。想要得到奖励，就得付出更多，不能停下来日积月累。熟能生巧。这是事实。
总之，我认为口语课是非常必要的，口语练*是一个训练和提高我们的机会。在这段时间里，我觉得自己进步很大。所以我觉得不管是高中还是大学，开设英语口语课，练*一定时间和程度的英语口语是很有用的。虽然时间不长，但是就是在这短短的一段时间里，你会发现自己获得了学*英语的`勇气、自信和浓厚的兴趣，甚至在短暂的交流中获得了意想不到的友谊和交心默契。
对于我们英语专业的学生来说，流利的英语口语是必不可少的。现在不仅是书面交流，还有口头交流。只有说得流利，我们才能更容易地展示自己的优秀，这样我们就有更多的机会找到理想的工作，实现梦想。所以，我们需要有这样的技巧，有这样的自信，在公共场合，我们可以用英语表达自己的观点，不用害怕，冷静，流利。不过我一直相信口语课的开设和口语训练起到了很大的作用。每个人都要牢牢把握课堂上的每一分钟，为自己良好的英语水*打好基础，为自己美好的未来打好基础。

首先，一名好老师应该拥有渊博的知识,更重要的是将课讲活﹑讲精、讲好。一名语文老师，应该诗词历史，写作阅读，无所不通，无所不知。一名数学老师，应该将奥数几何，各种运算，运用自如。一名英语老师，应该说一口纯正英语，与外国人轻松交谈。现在的许多老师讲课都有些枯燥古板，甚至学生会因为老师的严厉呆板而失去了一个孩子应有的活泼与想象力，也变得呆板起来，或失去学*的兴趣。那么，一个好老师就应该和学生之间拉*距离，*易*人，成为学生的良师益友：在课堂上激情澎湃、充满感情﹑身临其境地
给学生讲课：激动时手舞足蹈,感动时泪流满面；好笑时忍俊不禁,感慨时长篇大论；和学生一起在课文的浪起浪落中随波遨游,品味课文的苦辣酸甜,感受文章的真谛与乐趣将课讲活﹑讲精、讲好；尽量和学生互动学*，让学生带有感情地上课，身临其境地去学*，在学中玩，玩中学；当学生对上课产生兴趣时，往往能产生事半功倍的效果。而这，就是一个好老师应该做到的第一点。
一个好老师不仅要拥有渊博的知识,将课讲活﹑讲精、讲好，还要有高尚的师德。的确，一个老师的师德将会影响一个学生的思想。一位好老师，就应该抓住生活课文中的一点一滴的小事，借机把好的思想传输给学生，将会使学生终生受益。当看见受伤的小动物时，就应该教育学生：要爱护动物；当看到有人破坏花草树木时,就应该教育学生:要爱户花草树木；当看到有人乱扔垃圾时,应当教育学生；要保护我们赖以生存的地球的环境。在学课文的时候,譬如讲到《自己的花是让别人看的》一课时,应不失时机地教育学子：要学会“人人为我,我为人人”的品质；讲到《金钱的魔力》一文,老师又应及时地告诫学生:千万不要像托德与老板那样有着见钱眼开的丑态,不要为金钱所动……当然,不仅要教育学生,老师自己也要做出榜样。例如:当大家在班级大扫除中都干得有气无力时，老师带头大干起来，挥如汗雨---用自己的实际行动来打动我们、鼓励我们；再如：当大家在街上看

现在，不少教师经常体罚或破口大骂一些犯错误及成绩不太好的同学。看到身边发生的一个个典型事例，我十分痛心，并坚决反对这种做法。我认为，真正的教育不是对学生体罚或破口大骂，这是一种能深深刺痛孩童们的心的做法。遭受了这样“待遇”的同学们，不仅会心情愈来愈低落，对学*的兴趣也会越来越低……这种状况发展到最后，就会对这些莘莘学子们---甚至是祖国的未来---产生不良的影响。所以，我认为，一个好老师在学生成绩不好或犯错的时候，应该亲切地去鼓励他，指出他的错误在哪，接着，以足够的耐心，帮助他改正错误---而不是以体罚或破口大骂的方式。长此以来，学生不仅提高了自信心，还提高了成绩---真是一举两得啊！

My topic is “Is It Necessary to Buy a House before Getting Married”.
When we are preparing to get wed, one thing we should decide is where we will live after the wedding. Ideally, this should be taken care of before we get married so that we can settle down and start our married life more smoothly.
Should we rent a house with our companion or buy a new one? There’s really no right answer. There are no clear cut formulas to establish whether it is better to own a house during our marriage life. A lot of it depends on finance preparedness, the quality of our relationship with each other, and other things.
Today, getting married in China is not an easy thing. “No house, no marriage” has been very popular in the society.
According to the "Survey Report Chinese Marriage Status of 20xx" released on Dec 15, 20xx, about 70 percent of women said that housing, stable income and some savings were the main requirements for marriage. From the report, we can see that housing is on the top among the factors.

首先，一名好老师应该拥有渊博的`知识,更重要的是将课讲活﹑讲精、讲好。一名语文老师，应该诗词历史，写作阅读，无所不通，无所不知。一名数学老师，应该将奥数几何，各种运算，运用自如。一名英语老师，应该说一口纯正英语，与外国人轻松交谈。现在的许多老师讲课都有些枯燥古板，甚至学生会因为老师的严厉呆板而失去了一个孩子应有的活泼与想象力，也变得呆板起来，或失去学*的兴趣。那么，一个好老师就应该和学生之间拉*距离，*易*人，成为学生的良师益友：在课堂上激情澎湃、充满感情﹑身临其境地
给学生讲课：激动时手舞足蹈,感动时泪流满面；好笑时忍俊不禁,感慨时长篇大论；和学生一起在课文的浪起浪落中随波遨游,品味课文的苦辣酸甜,感受文章的真谛与乐趣将课讲活﹑讲精、讲好；尽量和学生互动学*，让学生带有感情地上课，身临其境地去学*，在学中玩，玩中学；当学生对上课产生兴趣时，往往能产生事半功倍的效果。而这，就是一个好老师应该做到的第一点。

now, i’d like to discuss the second point, the company’s product. we use traditional production methods to produce an imperial stout. it’s described as dark, immense, rich with a depth of burnt fruitiness, this beer is an ideal nightcap. imperial stout is 50% stronger than any of the other beers in the export premium range. we also have horses. like this. do you remember that them delivering the beer to the local pubs at the last century? yes. we

ok. let’s begin with the last point, the markets. we have make a larger which is european, a european type beer and sales have increased a lot over the last year. but, the production has actually dropped a little over the last few years, although profits have actually held up.
so, we need to change the corporate image. in the eyes of the public, a clearly defined company image is the identity of the company. it reflects the quality of their product or service. so, a good company image enhances public recognition and increased popularity will translate into great trading volume and profits.
we need to consider these items when changing our company image. marketing communications, pricing strategy, sales strategy, customer service, publicity and promotions.
so, if we consider that and do it very well, i believe our corporate image will be most perfect.

Actually , when I stepped to the 3-foot platform to be an English teacher , I tried my best to make my students practice the patterns time after time , I hoped that they would get high marks in test .However , my students didn't care about it , they showed less attention to my class.
Until one day, a student had a talk with me. He said : ”I’m learning many things that are boring, useless and not valuable. So I’m tired of studying. Miss Ma , can you understand me? ”At that time, I felt my class was lack of active and interactive patterns.
Then I gradually found that make class active and interactive is from active learning to interactive teaching.
First , we should be energetic and encouraging .Because our passion can make class want to learn English, they will act with nature and show more potential abilities. Also,we should praise in various ways. In our class we often say “good, very good”, the simple word not only make them active in class, but also foster their sense of achievement in future learing..
Secondly, we should make class meaningful and creative. In class, we can use the short and simple sentence, use the body language to communicate with students .We should give students clear purpose and offer them opportunities to try, to create and allow them to fail. Make sure the class relaxing and interactive, be familiar to the feeling of English language.
Coming up next is organizing games and activities .You know, activity is the key part of class. Including paired work, competitions, role play, guessing game, TPR activities, and so on. Whatever I use , I should often change the way. From students and I; student and student ;to students and students. Make all class.
The last but not the least is helping the class feel comfortable with asking me questions and answering my questions. everyone has dreams about life, different dreams at different life stage,and we need dreams to support us. dreams are like the stars we never reach in the sky,but like most mariners(水手),we can chart our course by them. with the dream,we have a direction,with a direction, we were no longer confused.with the dream, there is hope,with hope, we have the strength to fight.
i have a dream: to be a doctor.，because doctor may relieve the pain of patients. may let the human change the health. at the same time, i believed that, those who help others may be able to obtain joyfully. therefore, i hoped in the near future ,i might be a doctor.

good morning, ladies and gentlemen. i’d like to share my teaching dream with you. but before that, i want to say something about the beginning of this dream. in march this year, three teachers from australia came to our school. during the meeting, we exchanged a lot about education. i found that though we have almost the same teaching philosophy, we have different routines. what impressed me most was that their schools end at 3:00 in the afternoon and have no night classes. i can’t tell which kind of routine is better, but the sharp contrast made me think about a better education. the following is a dreamy school in my mind, in which there is no pressure but pleasure.
in this school, the buildings are well designed, close to nature. in the morning, children can read while enjoying the beautiful sunrise. in the evening, they can exercise by the lake reflecting the amazing sunset. in the spring, they can go to the wild, lie on the lawn, and watch the kite flying in the blue sky. in the summer, they can go to the forest, live in a cabin, and listen to the rhythm of the rain. …
students are free but polite and they respect each other. they can leave at 4:00 every afternoon, or perhaps earlier. they have the freedom to organize time. they can go to the library, go to the lab, the computer rooms or the playground. they’re self-motivated and have a strong thirst for knowledge. and there are no frequent exams and rankings. students won’t be forced to wear uniforms everyday, and there is no required hair style. everyday is so colorful that they are looking forward to the next day when going to bed at night,
every teacher in this school can give a course as they like. there is no tedious rating, no scraps of quantitative management and no rigid standard. teachers can fully display their personality in class, and they feel very happy and content to teach. every morning, on thoughts of giving lessons, they are excited. after class, they are delighted , with smiles on their faces. some experts, scholars and masters are also visiting teachers in this school.yang zhenning can give physics classes for a day. yi zhongtian opens lectures on chinese culture for a week. speaking of music, we can ask wang lihong to give music lectures, just as he did in oxford university. if necessary, we can also invite david beckham to speak something about the world cup …
the principal of the school focuses on education rather than waste time in endless meetings and social activities. teachers’ wages are not high but enough to live comfortably. there are no other things to do except to teach. there are no paper requirements, no titles and no ranks because they don’t need to be judged by those things. almost every teacher is a well-known scholar and master in a particular field. a language teacher may be a writer at the same time. a math teacher may try to overcome a world-class guess. a physics teacher can win invention awards and a music teacher may return from an international music competition again.
in short, in this school, the principal is satisfied, the teachers are happy and the students are joyful. that’s my dream.
