上午好！我是今年新进教师，柴xx，来自高一化学组。非常荣幸，在开学典礼的今天，作为新教师代表在这里发言。
首先，请允许我代表新老师向给我们提供实现人生抱负机会的校领导表示衷心的感谢。
能够成为一名教师，我们是幸福的；能够成为二中的教师，我们更是深感自豪。从我们踏上三尺讲台的那一刻起，我们就肩负了教书育人的圣神职责。我们深感责任重大，我们必须努力进取。在此，请允许我代表全体新教师郑重承诺，在今后的工作中努力做到以下四点：
一、做一名合格的教师
我们将以老教师为榜样，虚心请教、刻苦专研、努力探索本学科的教学方法，做到因材施教，争取在最短的时间内让自己的教学步入正轨。
二、做一名品德高尚的教师
古人云：“学高为师，身正为范”。一名优秀的教师不仅要有广博的知识，更要有高尚的道德情怀。我们要以自己的人格去塑造学生的人格，用自己的道德情感去唤醒学生的道德情感。“言传不如身教”我们将铭记于心。
三、做一名有责任感的教师
“师者，所以传道授业解惑也”。我们需要有高度的责任感，严谨务实的工作作风，精心备课、细心讲解、耐心答疑，以*等的心态、欣赏的目光、发展的眼光去对待每一位学生，成为学生学*上、生活中的好朋友。
四、做一名真正的凤冈二中人
凤冈二中的发展需要我们一代又一代人坚持不懈的努力。我们将继承和发扬二中的优良传统，在校领导的带领下，努力奋斗，对学校的发展做出应有的贡献。在这个舞台上实现自己的人生价值。
作为一名老师我想对同学们说：没有永远的最后，只有暂时的落后，每天进步一点点，坚持，就会成功。无论昨天的你怎样都已经过去。

上午好！我叫***，现任二年级英语教师及英语教研组组长。我今天来竞聘英语教师的岗位。非常感谢学校领导给了我向大家介绍自己，接受检验和挑战的机会。我将客观地说明我自己所具备的应聘能力，全面地论述我对于做好英语教学工作的总体思路和具体措施，并且，将心悦诚服地接受各位领导和老师的评判。
我是19**年参加工作的，“弹指一挥间”，蓦然回首走过的足迹，有太多值得回味的东西一直在心头涌动，七年来一直从事小学英语教学工作。我的工作得到了在座的许多领导、老师的亲切关怀和悉心帮助。我不敢辜负领导们的殷切期望，勤勤恳恳，不断进取，在思想上和工作能力上都有了不少的进步。因此我今天充满信心走上这竞聘讲台。
站在大家面前有点单瘦的我，稳重而不死板，激进而不张扬，温和而不懦弱，愚钝而不懒惰，正直而不固执。
我觉得，我竞聘英语教师有如下几个优势和条件：
1、有良好的师德
我为人处事的原则是：老老实实做人，认认真真工作，开开心心生活。自己一贯注重个人品德素质的培养，努力做到尊重领导，团结同志，工作负责，办事公道，不计较个人得失，对工作对同志有公心，爱心，*常心和宽容心。自从参加工作以来，我首先在师德上严格要求自己，要做一个合格的人民教师！与时俱进，爱岗敬业，为人师表，热爱学生，尊重学生，争取让每个学生都能享受到的教育，都能有不同程度的发展。
2、有较高的专业水*
我从昌潍师专英语系毕业后曾到山东师范大学进修取得本科学历，系统而又牢固地掌握了英语教学的专业知识。多年来始终在教学第一线致力于小学英语教学及研究，使自己的专业知识得到进一步充实、更新和扩展。被聘为教育部小学英语教学评价实验教师，系山东省双语教育研究会会员，参编了《学*与创新》，《阳光英语》等，有多篇论文发表和获奖。
3、有较强的教学能力
从选择教师这门职业的第一天起，我的心愿就是做一名受学生欢迎的好老师，为了这个心愿，我一直在不懈努力着。要求自己做到牢固掌握本学科的基本理论知识，熟悉相关学科的文化知识，不断更新知识结构，精通业务，精心施教，把握好教学的难点重点，认真探索教学规律，钻研教学艺术，努力形成自己的教学特色。我的教学风格和教学效果普遍受到学生的认可和欢迎。我提出的教学模式在市区研讨会上做了交流并发表在《课改通讯》上。
4、有突出的工作业绩
我从20xx年8月学校成立后被选取调到学校担任英语教师及教研组长。在这段时间里，我工作的很幸福，生活的很愉快。任职期间我被评为山东省英语教学能手，奎文区英语学科带头人，奎文区教育教学先进个人，奎文区现代技术教学能手，奎文区优秀团员等荣誉称号。所教学生成绩优异，在5月份的全国小学生英语竞赛中，奎文区二年级被选入决赛的19名学生中其中16名来自于我和张琳老师辅导的我校学生，最后一举取得了决赛第一名的好成绩。
以上所述情况，是我竞聘英语教师的'优势条件，假如我有幸竞聘上岗，这些优势条件将有助于我更好的开展英语教学工作。

I could remember English has been my favorite since my junior high school. At that time I had a dream that one day my job must be something that connects with English.
After graduating from University, I started my career in teaching English. Only then did I realize the true creed of being an English teacher. Besides teaching a foreign language, an English teacher can also help students learn and understand more about a very different culture. In addition, if knowledge is a bridge to success, then an English teacher must be a bridge for students to learn a foreign language, a bridge to aid students' communication with foreigners, a bridge to share our Chinese culture with others.
Learning English should be fun and exciting and must not be boring or with a sense of failure r becoming an English teacher, I do whatever I can to make my class lively and instructive. I think, to be a good English teacher, he should know his subject well. His personality is as important as his knowledge. A good English teacher must be enthusiastic. He must love his students and respect them. In addition, he must also respect himself and take pride in his work. A good English teacher should be kind, encouraging, and helpful and he should motivate his students to seek knowledge.
I am very content for being an English teacher. I am so grateful to have a life that is filled with teenagers' love and trust. When my students answer my questions correctly, when they discuss passionately and when they communicate with foreigners fluently, I know I have done a great job. Nothing can replace my pleasure. It's English that makes my life wonderful. It is English that makes me feel confident. It is English that makes me feel different about myself.
Lastly, my honored judges and English teachers, I would like to share my dream with you. It is a dream dee* rooted in all Chinese's hearts. I have this dream that one day, when our country becomes the world largest economy, all citizens from other nations would come to China to learn Chinese to get into our latest science and technology we, now English teachers, will, then, be able to teach them Chinese in English dream must and will come true.

Good afternoon ladies and gentleman,It is a great honor to be chosen to speak here. I value this chance of sharing teaching experience with distinguished teachers very much. To be honest I felt rather nostalgic when somebody told me I would make a speech before all of you fine people. I can still remember when I made my first speech in college. My heart would have jumped out of my chest if I hadn’t tried my best to control my breath. The reason lies in the fact that I really didn’t know what to say at that time!Well today, being a teacher of English for some years in Shenzhen, I have a strong sense of responsibility, which always fills me with strength and confidence. I am from Xinzhou Middle School located in the west part of Shenzhen. There are two extremes in my school. About 38% are from local resident families, whose parents are rich and some even rich enough to own several buildings. But some of the children in such families turned out to be slow in their lessons.
They seem to have everything but the motivation of learning. However, About 60% of the students are from working class families in the villages near by, whose parents hold temporary residence identities. Sometimes when we visit these students at home we noticed that a large proportion of their living standards are very critical. Some don’t even have desks good enough to finish their homework on. No wonder they appear quite reluctant to pay enough attention to the teachers in classes, and always find excuses not to finish their homework. And according to assessment criteria there are 40% students struggling to get a pass in the English learning. Some even can not make a proper sentence before they are going to take the matriculation examinations.
I still remember once I saw my student coming to school with one arm hanging on her neck. When asked she just said she was careless when she run across a pond, fell down and broke her arm. But later I got to know that she fell from the place she sleeps on the temporary second floor at home, where half of it is a small shop in the village, while she was climbing down the ladder. At that time she was in a hurry to go to school. Not until then did I realized how hard it is for some of our students to manage to survive in Shenzhen, let along concentrate in learning their lessons at school. I believe if children live in poverty, they learn to fight for their future, if children live in comfort they learn to enjoy themselves. Then come the question, “How could I help them?”
“What do they need most?” After some years of practicing I got to know three golden rules in English teaching in such kind of schools. Rule No.1 Getting to know what exactly problems in our students’ learning English have and trying best to give them individual instructions;Rule No.2 Try best to build up their confidence, let them have a taste of success. Make them believe that English is not that difficult as they thought to be;Rule No.3 Never trying to teach them the knowledge of English until they really mastered their own way of studying. For the most valuable knowledge is not the knowledge itself; it is the learning strategy.Rule No. 4 The most important aspect in teaching here is love we cherish during teaching. If we don’t love our students whole-heartedly we will never succeed in secondary education in Shenzhen.So from what my experience, “love” is the key to motivate our students!

People often say: Teacher is the engineer of human spirit. Last September, I became a teacher. How to become a real teacher? This is the first difficulty that I come across in my career. At first, I felt so good and fun to stay with so many lovely students, then I integrated with them, and soon, the problem came out. If a teacher can’t set up her dignity in front of the students, it will make the class teaching more difficult. In my lessons, the students often kept on talking, acting, and asking questions. What should I do? I can’t get along with them like this any more. I must be strict with them. Pay more attention to what should be praised, what should be criticized. Any carelessness is not permitted. At last, the class discipline became better.
Nowadays, the importance of learning English is obvious. The world becomes globalization and unify. The association of each country is closer and closer. People call the earth as a global village. English is the first current language in the international world. The communication of politics, economy and culture is upon English. As we know, we will take a beating if we lay behind. How to catch up with the world? That is, study English well to gain the first hand data. The entrance of WTO, the Olympic Games which will be held in 2008, shows that we must learn English well as quickly as possible. Forcing study won’t stay in the heart, feeding knowledge into the brain won’t get a good result, and high mark isn’t our teaching goal. To get a satisfied effect, we should make the students learn on their own initiative. How to make them feel interested in studying English? I think the key point is the teaching design. As the step of history is advancing, the demand of English teaching is changeable. The junior students are not what we know as before. Many of them started learning English in their primary school. 大家下午好！古希腊哲学家苏格拉底曾经说过：“世界上最快乐的事，莫过于为理想而奋斗。”今天我正是为了我的理想而来。我叫xx，原来在xx小学工作，*几年来一直从事小学英语的教学，今年因工作调动，调整到我们xx小学工作，我感到非常的高兴，同时，也非常感谢我们学校领导能给我这样一次展示自我、成就自我的机会。我今天我竞聘的岗位是三、四年级的英语教学。
20xx年我毕业于北华大学外语学院师范英语专业，四年的大学学*让我掌握了扎实的语言功底。作为年轻教师，我从不敢懈怠，坚持利用业余时间学*，提高自身业务水*。通过一年的教学工作，我的教学业务水*得到了很大的提升。今天，我竞聘的是高二年级理科英语教师，之所以竞聘这个岗位，基于以下三点原因：
一、了解并热爱我的学生。
这一届高一学生从入学开始就担任一二班的英语教学工作。在一年的教学实践中，我揣摩着，尝试着，与他们真诚沟通交流着，已经非常熟悉每个学生的性格特点和学*现状，这为教学工作的进一步开展，奠定了坚实的基础。

三、我有较好的年龄优势。
我正当青春年华，精力旺盛，敬业精神高，能够全身心地投入到自己热爱的教学工作中去。这一点也深受学生喜爱。

四、做一个富有爱心的老师“不爱学生就班主任竞聘报告教不好学生”、“爱学生就要爱每一个学生”。
作为一名教师，要无私地奉献爱，处处播洒爱，使我的学生在爱的激励下，增强自信，勇于创新，不断进取，成长为撑起祖国一片蓝天的栋梁。用质朴的心爱护学生，用诚挚的情感染学生，用精湛的教学艺术熏陶学生，用忘我的工作态度影响学生。

各位家长下午好：
很高兴能有这样一个机会，能和大家进行面对面的交流。我是二年1、6、7、8、10班的英语任课教师，我姓赵。下面我就我们英语学*方面说我一些真实的感言：
在英语课堂上，大部分学生都能很活跃的回答老师提出的问题，积极跟着老师拼读单词，朗读课文。其实这也制造了一种假象，学生认为自己常常被老师提问，认为自己能够回答老师的问题，于是认为自己的英语学得很不错，自我感觉特别好。于是下课后在英语上花的时间就少了。其实要学好英语，课上占40%，其余的60%还需要学生在课后不断的巩固，加深记忆。在课上老师更多的是教授新知识，当然课上也会有少量的时间巩固新学的知识。但是这些时间是公共的时间，而不是每个学生私有的时间，所以不可能照顾到每个学生，不可能让所有学生都达到相同的程度。况且每个学生对新知识得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能当堂就已经有很深的印象，很难忘记，但这肯定是很少的。大部分学生都只能是初步接触了新知识，要真正接受新知识还要学生在课后多下功夫，不然肯定会和别的同学拉下差距。
那么在课后学生到底该怎么做才能把其余的60%补回来呢？英语毕竟不是我们自己的语言，大多数学生除了英语课其余时间根本就不会想到要说英语，所以，在课后一定要主动抽时间为自己补*英语。学好英语，不外乎就是在听，说，读，写这些方面下功夫。
首先说一下听，每个学生都有和书相配套的磁带，可是请各位家长检查一下自己的子女的英语磁带，有多少学生的磁带还是和刚发的时候一样的，根本就没有听过。不要说另外买什么英语听力磁带或者英语学*的碟片了，连自己手头的磁带都不去听，光靠上课听一点点的磁带，学生的听力根本就不能有什么发展。不会听就不能说，而说白了，学了英语就是要说，那不是白学了么？我每天叫学生回家要跟录音机读二十分钟的英语，可是有多少学生真地做到了呢？听录音机跟读，不是鹦鹉学舌，听见什么就跟着说什么。所读的知识已经学过了，跟录音机读应该是提高自己的听力和口语表达能力，要学生尽力地去模仿录音机里的发音，从而使自己的听力和口语都提高一个层次。
接下来是说，英语是一门语言，学了就是要说，要和别人交流。我们学的英语不应该是哑巴英语，要让每个学生学会勇敢地说出来。在课上我会用各种方法来刺激学生，激发他们说英语的积极性，大多数学生也确实做得很好。可是班级里人多，对每个人来说，说的机会就少。所以下课也要说；放学回家也要说。在学校，我鼓励学生把所学的英语对话运用到生活中去，这样有更真实的情景，更能让学生有发挥的余地。在家里，希望家长也能鼓励学生说英语，也许你会说你自己也听不懂，请不要这样想，其实学生需要是你的鼓励，你听了他们说的只要简单表扬一句，他们就会很满足了。有时候你们也可以不懂装懂，或者还可以让学生反过来教你，他们会觉得很自豪，因为自己所学得派上了用场。
接下来是读。有句话：“读书破万卷，下笔如有神。”学英语也是这样，很多家长也明白，学英语要培养语感，也就是语言的感觉，如果有很好的语感，那么不管是说话，做题目，还是写文章，都很轻松，很简单了。那么语感怎么来呢？就是靠读出来的。一定要让学生养成每天读英语的*惯，这是学英语的最基本的学**惯了。我刚开始学英语的时候就是这样的，每天早上一定要读20分钟左右的英语，哪怕有时候时间来不及了，即使是迟到也要读，并且每天都坚持，绝不因任何原因间断。无论什么事情都贵在坚持嘛。如果你的子女还没有养成这样的学**惯，请你一定要督促他，刚开始也许会比较难，时间久了，就会*惯成自然。就像早上起来要刷牙洗脸一样，要让他们把读英语当作每天必做的一件事。
最后是写。二年级英语已经对学生有一定的书写要求。首先是单词，单词是句子，段落，课文的最基本组成单位。背单词是学英语的必经之路。单词往往背过就容易会忘记，所以要不断的背，不断的翻新，这是没有办法的。我要求学生在背单词的时候要边拼边写，嘴巴和手都要动起来，嘴上十遍不如手上一遍。还有句型，二年级所接触的巨型都是很简单的日常用语。学生应该在课上领会句型的意思和运用方法。可后还需要通过多读课文，多练*才能巩固所学的句型。所以请各位家长不光要注重孩子背单词的情况，还要让他重视句子的重要性。

so we have come to cash this check -- a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.
we have also come to this hallowed spot to remind america of the fierce urgency of now. this is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. now is the time to open the doors of opportunity to all of gods children. now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood.
it would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment and to underestimate the determination of the negro. this sweltering summer of the negros legitimate discontent will not pass until there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning.

通过一个多学期的'观察，我发觉有些孩子在英语课堂上学得很好，老师教的一般都会读，但第二天的反馈却比较差。一年级学生的学*能力、接受新知识的能力比较强，但遗忘能力也十分强，如果当天晚上不进行复*的话，第二天往往会把前一天学*的内容忘记。所以为了让您的孩子英语学*有连续性，在课外，我希望家长能够多关心孩子的英语学*状况，并提以下几点建议：
1．帮助孩子养成听英语*惯。
⑴每天安排一个固定的时间（10分钟左右）督促孩子听英语。如每天固定在晚上7：00听英语，则每天一到这个时间就帮助孩子准备好，让孩子养成*惯。听英语时，能听一句跟着说一句，并对比自己的发音，尽量模仿，自己纠正。
⑵帮助孩子完成听说英语作业。因为我们是从口语开始训练，所以一年级的英语作业大多是听和说。让孩子看着英语单词卡片说一说，或边做动作边说等等。并建议家长让孩子看着英语书第一页的英语汇总表让孩子读一读上面的句子和单词。
2．帮助孩子养成用英语的*惯。
我们的英语教学不从a b c字母开始，而从英语口语开始，一方面是遵从学*规律；另一方面是为了孩子应用的需要。我希望您能多问问
孩子“今天英语学到了什么”，孩子学到的儿歌，歌曲等可以鼓励他表演给别人看。有条件的还可以用学到的与孩子对话。总之，鼓励孩子把学到的在家里用起来。

When we are happy , people want to be around us and enjoy loving relationship . When we are happy , wo more naturally take better care of our bodies and enjoy good health . Happiness is not a response ----rather , it is a stimults .
Happiness is a conscious choice we make everyday of our lives . We usually get things we want after we choose to be happy . I think you can make only one simple rule for your own happiness . Every day above ground is a good day . Therefore , I tend to have a lot of good days in successsion!

What she saw was her dog’s annoying barking while not how much loyalty it had shown.What she saw was always so depressing that it finally turned her into an unpleasant person. Think about how our life would be if we stand in her shoe.

今天，我很荣幸地坐在这里，作为你们孩子的英语老师，和你们共同探讨一下“怎样帮助孩子学好英语”，由于水*有限，在各位家长面前班门弄斧，不当之处，敬请批评指正。
这一届的学生在英语方面是我从三年级起一手带起来的，每个学生、每个班级的学*情况我都了如指掌，其实在座的家长对自己子女的情况比我更加清楚。学生们都是在三年级时同一起跑线上起跑的，经过三年来的学*，学生与学生之间已经拉开了差距。一些好的学生学*兴趣浓，学*劲头足，课堂上积极思维，踊跃发言，课后及时巩固，形成了良性循环的好势头。他们的学**惯好，在听、说、读、写方面都能齐头并进，他们有时已经不满足于老师所教的东西，经常跟我探讨一些书本以外的知识，我为他们感到欣慰。可也有一些学生，*时学*马虎，基础不扎实，功亏一篑，导致他们现在课上听讲出现困难，用他们自己的话说：“老师上课，我听不懂。”听不懂，还不努力，书面作业拖拉不交，口头作业根本不完成，如此一来，学*自然成了件头痛事，麻烦事。其实，大部分的学生还是处于中间层次，老师所教的，所布置的作业能够基本完成，但学*的效率又因人而异，存在着个体差别。尽管他们*时不需要老师操太多的心，费太大的力，但是说起各方面的表现，又总有一丝遗憾，我们总希望他们能够再上一个台阶。
怎样帮助孩子学好英语呢?我们老师自然是最直接的知识传授者，有着不可推卸的责任。在此，我们只是真诚地呼吁我们的家长配合学校，配合老师，靠我们共同的努力来帮助孩子学好英语。用一句时髦的话说：我们要和孩子共同成长。
一、重视孩子非智力因素的培养
心理学家研究表明，在人们的学*和事业成功的道路上，非智力因素往往起着更大的作用。因此，我们要让孩子具有良好的心理素质和个性品质，来促进孩子的学*。经常有这样的现象：有的学生智力**，但是他靠自己的勤奋和毅力取得了优异的成绩;也有的学生头脑灵活，思维敏捷，但是学*上缺乏应有的*惯，三天打鱼，两天晒网，最终收获甚微。可见，兴趣、情感和毅力等非智力因素在学生的学*中起着更为重要的作用。我们家长要认识到这一点，就没有必要去埋怨孩子笨，也没有必要为自己孩子的智商高而沾沾自喜。你要了解自己孩子的*性，在日常生活中多关心一下他的学*情况，特别是他学*上困难和烦恼，多鼓励他，多督促他，多帮助他，让他感觉到学*英语是很重要的，有那么多人在关注着他，从而增强他的学*责任感，并把这种意识转化为学*的兴趣和动力，促使他一步一步的向前，等他有了进步，尝到了成功的喜悦，那时他的学*自觉性就会大大提高了。一句话，不管是哪一类的学生，说到学*，就离不开一个“勤”字。
二、重视良好的学**惯的培养
*惯的力量是一种巨大而持久的力量，许多重要的事情正是靠*惯的力量去完成的。联合国教科文组织在“学会生存”一书中指出：在未来社会里，文盲将不是不识字的人，而是那些不懂得学*方法、不会自行更新知识的人，家长希望自己的子女在未来的社会中长大成才，不可不注意对他们进行学*方法的指导，和学**惯的养成。
(1)让孩子多听录音
在少儿英语教学中，首先是加强听力训练和说话训练，然后才是读写能力的培养。听说能力差，用英语进行交际的能力差，是以往英语教学中的问题所在，是现代儿童英语教学中要全力改进的。为此，家长一定要配合学校来要求孩子，要创造条件让孩子多听，多听纯正的录音，*惯听原声带，注意听正确的语音、语调和语气，听几遍、听清楚了以后，跟着说，这样做，可以弥补一些因我们英语老师语音不够纯正的不足。多听、多说可以让孩子尽快达到“脱口而出”、“出口成句”，哪怕是一两个词代表的句子，因为句子是语言的最小单位。再有，如汉语中有“四声”的特点一样，英语中有长音、短音和双元音等不同于汉语的发音要求，要注意学和正确发好，否则谈不上学到地道的英语。
(2)让孩子大声说英语
家长要每天留出15分钟左右时间让孩子读读英语，不管当天有无英语课。我们要鼓励孩子大声地朗读、对话、问答，大声说，不害羞，这样有利于清楚地表达自己，也有利于他人纠正自己的错误，还有利于培养大胆、开朗、自信的良好个性。
(3)让孩子熟练背诵课文和单词背诵是一项基本功，可以积累一些日常用语，等到用的时候就可以脱口而出。但是在背诵过程中要讲究方法，不可操之过急，要注意分散和集中相结合。我们一般一单元要花两个星期时间来教，第一个星期重点背诵单词，按教学进度熟读所教课文;第二个星期重点背诵课文，可以分段背诵，等快教完的时候，再把课文串起来背，这样可以降低一点难度，让学生背得轻松些。但是在检查过程中，我们发现有一部分学生背得相当熟练，可问他课文中的某个词组或句子的'意思时，他却一问三不知。所以，我们在背诵过程中要注意上下文的理解，在理解的基础上达到背诵的要求，课文中涉及到的相关词组和句型，要让学生熟记，并能用它们来造句、说话。
单词亦是如此，分散记忆、根据读音记忆单词都是可取的方法。有时，我们回家作业布置抄写单词，其目的不在于抄，而在于提醒学生记忆这些单词。一般，每次的单词量为5个左右，方便学生记忆。但是在日常学*中，学生不重视这项作业，认为只是抄抄而已，不做也没什么关系，其实他连抄写都不做，根本别说是去背了，结果几次下来，他负债累累，应付不过来，学*处于被动状态，从而影响了以后的学*，出现退步现象。因此，请大家在家里督促孩子保质保量地完成英语作业，该读的读、该说的说、该写的写、该记的记，及时巩固，养成良好的*惯。
三、创造良好的家庭环境
(1)良好的物质条件
这一点是不难做到的。即：让还孩子有自己的学*场所，没有单独房间的，要给他隔出一个“学*角”，放有书架、录音机等用具。
(2)营造良好的学*气氛
这比良好的物质条件还要重要，直接影响孩子的情感智商的发展。主要包括这几个方面：首先，营造融洽的家庭关系，让孩子有安全感，能安心学*。其次，鼓励孩子勤学好问，提倡大家互相学*。遇到不懂的、不会的问题，亲子一道查字典、翻阅资料，这样做，不仅会提高家长的威信，提高孩子学*的积极性，还会增加家庭中的许多乐趣。再次，父母亲的良好榜样。孩子一般还没有明确的学*目的，这时，父母亲对学*的态度，特别是行为，会极大地影响孩子。

英语是当今世界广泛使用的语言，是国际交流与合作的重要沟通工具，是思想与文化的重要载体。学*和使用英语对吸取人类优秀文明成果、借鉴外国先进科学技术、传播中华文化、增进中国与其他国家的相互理解具有重要的意义和作用。为了促进英语的高效教学，新课程标准提出英语核心素养的先进理念。
英语学科核心素养是学生在接受相应学段英语课程教育的过程中，逐步形成和提升的适应个人终身发展和社会发展需要的必备品格和关键能力，综合表现为四大素养，由语言能力、文化品格、思维品质和学*能力组成。就其关系而言，语言能力是基础要素，文化品格是价值取向，思维品质是心智表征，学*能力是发展条件。英语学科核心素养涵盖了知识、能力和态度，四大核心素养相互渗透，融合互动，协调发展，是所有学生应具有的、学以致用的基础性综合素养。
为了更好提高落实新课标，提高学生的核心素养，我结合核心素养的四个方面谈一下自己的体会和建议。
一、探究课程内容，提升语言能力
语言能力是指在社会情境中，以听、说、读、看、写等方式理解和表达意义、意图和情感态度的能力。英语语言能力构成英语学科核心素养的基础，是学生发展文化品格、思维品质和学*能力的依托。英语语言能力的提高有助于学生拓宽文化视野，丰富思维方式，在全球化背景下开展跨文化交流。
教师要深入研读语篇，把握教学核心内容。研读语篇就是读者对语篇的主题、内容、文体结构、语言特点、作者观点等做深入的解读。教师要积极研究如何在教学中落实培养学生学科核心素养的目标，探索有效的教与学的方式，努力实践以主题意义为引领的英语学*活动观，实施深度教学。教师必须深入研究课程内容，提炼重点，设计有效的教学活动，通过听说读写训练，提高学生的语言能力。
二、发掘优秀文化思想，培养文化品格
文化品格是指对中外文化的理解和对优秀文化的认同，是学生在全球化背景下表现出的文化意识、人文修养和行为取向。文化品格体现英语学科核心素养的价值取向。文化品格的培育有助于学生树立世界眼光，增强国家认同感和家国情怀，学会做人做事，成长为有文化修养和社会责任感的人。
落实立德树人根本任务，培养学生英语学科核心素养。教师应当充分把握教材的编写理念、设计思路应突出英语学科的育人价值，有机融入社会主义核心价值观，将立德树人的根本任务落到实处。要紧密围绕、依据学科核心素养来确立教材内容，无论是语篇和主题的选择还是相应的教学活动设计，都要体现对学科核心素养的培养价值，有利于学生发展语言能力，形成良好的文化品格和思维品质，学会学*，树立正确的价值观和审美观，提高学生的文化品格。
三、创设丰富多彩活动，促进思维品质升华
思维品质指人的思维个性特征，反映其在思维的逻辑性、批判性、创造性等方面所表现的能力和水*。思维品质体现英语学科核心素养的心智发展。思维品质的发展有助于提升学生分析问题和解决问题的能力，从跨文化的视角观察和认识世界，对事物作出正确的价值判断，促进学生的深度学*。
具体而言，学*理解类活动主要指基于语篇的学*活动。以解决问题为目的，鼓励学生从语篇中获得新知，通过梳理、概括、整合信息，建立信息间的关联，形成新的知识结构，感知并理解语言所表达的意义和语篇所承载的文化价值取向。迁移创新类活动主要指超越语篇的学*活动。通过自主、合作、探究的学*方式，综合运用语言技能，进行多元思维，创造性地解决陌生情境中的问题。英语学*活动的设计应注意.情境创设要尽量真实，注意与学生已有的知识和经验建立紧密联系，力求直接、简洁、有效。教师要善于利用多种工具和手段，思维导图或信息结构图，引导学生通过自主与合作相结合的方式，完成对信息的获取与梳理、概括与整合、内化与运用，教会学生在零散的信息和新旧知识之间建立关联，归纳和提炼基于主题的新知识结构。
四、分组合作教学，培养学*能力
学*能力指学生积极运用和主动调适英语学*策略、拓宽英语学*渠道、努力提升英语学*效率的意识和能力。学*能力构成英语学科核心素养发展的必要条件。学*能力的形成有助于学生做好英语学*的自我管理，养成良好的学**惯，拓宽学*渠道，提高学*效率。
我校的课改：问题引领，学案导学，其实在学*能力的培养方面已经具有了相对成熟的经验。为培养学生自主、合作、探究的学*能力，教师要为学生创设支持和激励的学*环境。在教学中，教师要有意识地给予指导；课中组织小组合作学*与探究活动；课后布置适量的拓展性作业。此外，教师要在教学中帮助学生学会选择适合自己的学*方法和策略，主动参与学*活动并尝试自我评价和同伴互评，养成自我反思的*惯，在体验自主学*、合作学*和探究式学*的过程中学会学*。教师要在教学过程中帮助学生形成适合自己的学*方法和策略。教师也可以引导学生交流学*方法和策略，互帮互学。教师要引导学生养成自我反思的*惯，反思自己的学*兴趣和动机、学*方法和策略、语言能力现状和发展进程，帮助学生不断发展自主学*能力，成为有责任担当的学*者。

大家好！今天我说课标说教材的内容是外研版小学英语（三起）六年级上册，主要从说课标、说教材、说建议三方面展开。说课标，包括说学段目标，课程总目标。说教材，包括说教材的编排特点，编写体例，内容结构，知识与技能间的立体式整合。说建议，包括说教学建议、评价建议，课程资源的开发和利用。
一、说课标
（一）课程总目标
基础教育阶段英语课程的总体目标是培养学生的综合语言运用能力。综合语言运用能力的形成建立在学生语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学*策略和文化意识等素养整体发展的基础上。语言知识和语言技能是综合语言运用能力的基础，文化意识是得体运用语言的保证。情感态度是影响学生学*和发展的重要因素，学*策略是提高学*效率、发展自主学*能力的保证。这五个方面共同促进综合语言运用能力的形成。
综合语言运用能力:
情感态度：动机兴趣，自信意志，合作精神，祖国意识，国际视野。
学*策略：谁知策略，调控策略，交际策略，资源策略。
语言技能：听说读写。
语言知识：语音，词汇，语法，动能，话题。
文化意识：文化知识，文化理解，跨文化交际，意识和能力。
