环境是我们人类的好朋友,跟我们的生活息息相关.
但是我们因为一时的私利,大量砍伐树木,造成水土流失和大量动物惨遭灭绝.
环境对人类来说既是天堂,又是地狱,人们睁大那贪梦的双眼,恨不得将所有的财富占为己有.人类破坏环境,就是在破坏自己,自己的生存环境,人类应该用眼睛证实一下,这奇特现象存在的事实,进而能不能改善我们的生态环境.
环境向我们呼吁,必须尽快采取一切措施,拯救日趋频危的野生动物,拯救我们的生存环境.生物学家发出了震撼全球的警告:"全世界将有5000种动物在不长的时期灭绝".但同时几乎发出同一声音:"本世纪上半期,每隔5年就有一种哺乳动物灭绝,本世纪下半期,已加速到每隔两年就在灭绝一种."
警告就在空中回荡,悲剧仍在脚下发展.
进入高文明社会的人类,正在野蛮愚昧的破坏生态环境.
地球上指可数的野生动物资源大国,在想方设法保护他们的同时,也无可奈何地看着他们惨遭扑杀,践踏,掠夺,人类在破坏环境时,也在破坏国家的保护动物,大熊猫.素有"国宝"之称等等命运同样不佳,如果再破坏生态环境,这些世代赖以繁衍的家园也遭到疯狂的扫荡,株连九族的下场并不鲜见,是我们人类残酷无情的破坏他们.
我国的长江,黄河目前也遭到同样的破坏,导致水污染严重,人们将垃圾扔到里面.使黄河,长江的水,不再是以前那样的清澈见底了.导致长江,黄河被污染的诸多因素中,人为因素是重要的因素之一.只要这个因素不彻底消除,那么"天敌"的罪名依然是人类难逃的梦魇!·保护野生动物就是保护人类自己.
保护环境不仅有利于我们的身体健康,同时也在为我们的子孙后代造福,保护环境的主要目的是改善环境质量,保障人体健康和促进社会经济的可持续发展,保护环境不仅要从小事做起,更要从自己做起,积极的和破坏环境的人做斗争.让环境和以前一样没有任何污染,

我们知道,在千百年前,人类以征服自然,运用自然万物作为人类文明的标志,千百年后的今天,人类又是否以尊重自然,释放自然,在与自然和谐相处中把延续生存作为现代觉悟的象征呢
记得有这样一句话:"两个黄鹂鸣翠柳,一行白鹭上青天."有人戏谑这样的意境只存在于都市人的梦中了.看着我们的周围,摩天大楼高耸入云,遮掩了本应辽阔的天空,股票厅里,模竖交织的荧屏上,鲜活的数字跳跃着工厂繁忙的机械声和路人匆匆的脚步声交织在一起,这就是所谓的"都市节奏"吗在这畅欲横流的年代里,许多人为着眼前的利益忙碌着,甚至因此不惜牺牲子孙后代赖以生存的家园.我们的家园被污浊的河流包围了,树木成片倒下,鸟兽也被捕杀……,人类创造了巨大的物质财富,物质生活也因此得到了惊人的改善,可我不禁要问:这就是人类千百年来夸父般追逐的那个梦想吗
我又想起了以前看过的一个故事,在淮河流域某村,50多岁的村民由于长期饮用被污染的`河水,死于食道癌.在他的新坟上,一瓶雪碧是人们给水污染受害者的唯一祭品.也许你跟我一样,也难以置信,但它的的确确发生在我们周围,在中国,是啊,就在中国!心里又不禁涌起一阵心酸.在这个发展中国家里,经济固然重要,但环保更是关系国际民生子孙后代的大事啊!
为了我们的后代能够有一个良好的生存环境,为了人类能够在这个蔚蓝的星球上繁衍生息下去,我们中学生不能只顾在书海中沉浮.伸出你的手,伸出我的手,让我们共同努力,将我们的家园恢复到原有的面貌,让我们尽情享受那份失落已久的鸟语花香,那份清新与宁谧吧!让我们每一个人都弯弯腰,撒一粒绿色的种子,让绿色覆盖在每一片土地上,让我们每一个人都挑一担绿色的希望,置放在中华大地的每一个空间.

As the song goes " My future isn’t a dream ." I love the song which brings me confidence when singing it every time . I believe that all our dreams can come true if we have courage to pursue them I was young my father always asked me what I would be in the future . Sometimes I found it very hard to give a certain re*** . " I want to be a doctor ." " I want to be a teacher ." and " I ’d like to be a scientist !" Many of these answers are perhaps very childish and ridiculous . But I never think they are far away .

As a student , I should have a reasonable aim , and study hard . My goal is to enter the best university for further study after middle school . Here is the first one.More and more people used to be using air condition,but how many people ever thought whether this new ?hobby? will bring side-effects or not? Maybe just few people.In fact,the side-effect is apparent.The emissions of gases exhausted from air conditioning contain a lot of methane which could cause global warming.By the way,air conditioning will waste a lot of electricity .
The second one is about the increasing amount of cars.According to the statistics,in 21st century,there are 7 millions cars in the world,a large amount of exhaust gases has seriously influenced us,such as: cough,throat inflammation.
This two phenomenons are just few part of reason which change our environment badly.There are many other reasons.
In nearly 100 years,the average global temperature experienced twice fluctuations which is “cold-warm-cold-warm”.Generally,it is the trend that global climate is becoming warmer and warmer .In 1980s,global temperature rised apparently.According to Chinese scientists,the average temperature in China has risen by 1.1 degrees centigrade in the last 5 decades.It is higher than the reported global average.We are seeing more frequent bouts of extreme weather in many parts of the country.For example,last spring,the most severe drought in 50 years hit northern China affecting the livelihood of 4 million people.Environmental damage and climate change is a reality for us.Out of the world?s most polluted 20 cities,half are in China,70% of Chinese rivers are polluted .China has become the largest carbon emitter of the world.

in our current society, we can’t be more familiar with the phrase ----the low carbon economy. we all take it for granted due to the fact the concept of low carbon economy enjoys a higher and higher popularity in our daily life, especially after today’s speech contestj .but how can we achieve the goal of low carbon economy?
so what’s low carbon life style?
let’s look back on our daily life. every morning as soon as you open your eyes, are you used to turn on the lights immediately when the room is bright enough as long as you draw the window curtains apart? is that your habit that when you are brushing your teeth you leave the water tap running on? are you accustomed to setting the temperature of the air conditioner in your office below 26 degrees celsius? in general, a low-carbon lifestyle covers many aspects of our modern life, such as cooking, transportation, home heating, and holiday travel, which can be conducted in a way that gives the maximum reduction of personal carbon emissions. it is a life with low energy, low consumption, low expenses.
As time goes by, man is making the earth sick. People cut down too manytrees and leave rubbish everywhere. Factories let out their waste without doinganying to it . This has cause some serious problems. Such as the land is sandy,the river is dirty, the air is less clean, even the temperature of the earth isrising. What should we do to save the earth ? My suggestion is that we shouldplant more trees, put rubbish into dusbins and stop factories pouring wastedirectly into the air or rivers. In all, we have only one earth, we should doour best to protect it, or we will regret.
As we all know，the environmemt around us is getting worse andworse .In some places，we can't see fish swimming in the river or trees on thehills. Some people even have no clean water to drink.
So I think we must do something to protect the environment. But what can wedo?How to protect our environmemt ?For example，we can go to school on foot or bybike .
we can use shopping baskets not plastic bags when we go shopping，and we canuse both sides of the paper when we write .In a word，if everyone pays moreattention to our environment ，there will be less pollution and our life will bebetter.

To the nature, overpopulation is a big problem. More people, more pollution. And the big population is threatening the nature every second.
The rapid rise in world population is not creating problems only for the developing countries. The whole world faces the problem that raw materials are being used up at an increasing rate and food production can not keep up with the population increase. People in rich countries make the heaviest demands on the world's resources, its food, fuel and land, and cause the most pollution. A baby born in the United States will use in his lifetime 30 times more of the world's resources than a baby born in India. Unless all the countries of the world take united action to deal with the population explosion there will be more and more people fighting for a share of less and less land, food and fuel, and the future will bring poverty, misery and war to us all.
For most of the developing countries, it is a good idea to control the population growth. For example, China has carried out birth control for years. And this plan has a great effect on the world population.
If the population continues to increase, if the air and water continue to be polluted, if we don't do something to protect wild-plant and wildlife species will be declining. Species and biological communities have difficulty adapting to change. Economic opportunities and the quality of life of future generations are also put at risk. DEMAND for graduates in the UK with skills related to sustainability is booming. Academia is waking up to the need to train specialists in green architecture, chemistry and engineering.
Dean Millar founded the world’s first ever BSc course in Renewable Energy at Exeter University after working as an industry consultant.
He said：“A lot of companies were complaining that there was a lack of bright young people suitably trained to work in the renewables business.”
Now his course has around 90 students learning the ins and outs of biomass, tidal, solar and offshore wind power.
Their career prospects are incredibly bright. Employment opportunities are not just limited to the energy sector, but segue into the regulatory and, increasingly, investment sectors as well.
“The big boys are moving in. The returns to be had are significant, especially in terms of wind development,” said Millar. “Financial firms need expertise across the board so they can make sensible investment decisions.”
Students on York University’s Master’s course in Green Chemistry are ideally placed to take advantage of the growing demand in industry for graduates with waste minimization skills.
Professor James Clark is founder of York’s Green Chemistry Centre for Excellence and the world’s leading green chemistry journal, Green Chemistry. He said：“We are now talking to producers of automobiles, electronics, furniture and pharmaceuticals, people who need to use chemistry but don’t think of themselves as chemists.”
As waste production legislation becomes increasingly strict, the traditional emphasis on making as much of a chemical as possible is shifting towards minimizing the waste that process creates. “A lot of chemicals are made from petroleum, but we are developing sustainable ways to make carbon, typically from biomass such as dead plants and trees,” said professor Clark.

At the beginning, I’d like to ask you a question. Has your hometown’s environment been polluted, if it has, raise your hands please? (Thank you) Let me give you an impression of my hometown. That is a small village of Yunnan province. There are many mountains, forests and rivers. If you go there, I promise you will be amazed by its beautiful landscape. Because you just can touch the nature with your fingers and feelings. You can enjoy the blue sky, flying birds, waterfall, amazing sunset and many other sceneries. When I was a teenager, I often climbed these mountains and jumped into clear and clean river for a swim with my peers. However, after my graduation from high school, I came to Beijing for college. I found something different. Because when I raised my head, the sky’s color was not blue, but yellow. When I looked down, dirty and poisonous rivers are full of unrecyclable rubbish and giving out unpleasant smells. When I looked forward, so many people wore their mouth masks. Everyone here complains weather and environment. It seems so inharmonious between man and nature. Why?
As we know, in the past few centuries, human have made countless remarkable achievements in science and technology to explore the mysterious world better. But, fortunately, the majority throughout the world are aware of the significance of environmental protection. We have only one earth,- the blue planet. There are everything that adults and children are suitable to live. That is the same meaning of human’s home. Therefore, our children’s future depended on our action. However, we are facing many problems nowadays. For example, environment pollution, climate change and reduction of resources. It’s significant to know how to protect our world.
To begin with, we should understand the problem of environment pollution is more and more serious all around the world. With the development of industry and agriculture, cars make great noises and give off poisonous gas. Waste water is being poured continuously by some industries. What‘s worse, people are cutting down increasing number of trees which is used to make oil. What we can do first is to enhance our consciousness with strengthens.
Second, in order to save our resources, such as trees, electricity and water. We can see saving the resources as our duty. In our daily life, we could use cloth bags rather than plastic bags. Also, reducing the frequency of using the disposable products even rejecting. When it comes to save water, we can turn off the tap whenever we see. To governments or sections of organizations, we should create some policies and implement them when we faced with a global threat. Let’s do an experiment, if you carry out my suggestion a week or a month, you will become more enjoyable and meaningful. And the company will become one of the sustainable enterprises.
Last but not the least, the epidemic of covid-19 was outbreak unconsciously, we have no choice, but to unite, and do it fast. Under the circumstances, some countries choosed not to cooperation. I must say, it was an incredibly shortsighted approach. Though covid-19 is exposed first in China, it didn’t mean we are the only one origin of this disease. As the disease found, China governments at all levels have taken the protecting work priority. By sharing the vaccines and medicines in time, the condition of covid-19 turned well among our country. On one hand, our government carried the pleasure from the world. On the other hand, our people were facing the fear. It’s unfair to criticize China. In my view, we should transform the world in one generation to a conscious, listening world- a world of connection, a world of understanding and a world of peace.
Just like the Martin Luther King “I have a dream”, I hope our world can create better environment and biodiversity within my lifetime. Wishing hear the voice of youngers and refugees and see their smile because there were no wars in the near future. To think beyond national borders and nationalities. not just cat, i like all kinds of animals. some are beautiful, some are peculiar. some are powerful, some are cute…… but somebody not. animals have been killed for their fur and
feathers, for food, for sport, and sim*** because they are in the way. these animals are turning into souvenirs, trinkets and ingredients, for ancient medicine and delicacy. attacks on tigers and elephants are multi***ing at an alarming rate. species around the globe such as dolphins are endangered. i cannot conceive the moment that our children look at the animals on video only and see the animals’ specimens in museum only, even to touch the animals, frozen body only.
while someone do not care that! i don’t know, and i can’t believe. why they are so greedy? why they are so cruel? why there are so many sly old devils? they are cold-blooded, they don’t understand my heart is wrung out after noticing my lovely cat is missing and may well be killed.
i’m a student yet i know we are all part of a family, six billion strong, in fact, 30 million species strong and we all share the same air, water and soil, people and governments will never change that. our world will be a less beautiful place without them.
