大家好，我是来自综合党支部的。
很多次设想自己站到演讲台上会说些什么，每一次都会想到不同的答案。毕竟我在贸大这个集体已经生活了六年，很难用几分钟的时间形容我的经历与感受。但今天当我终于站到这里，面对着大家的时候，才发现我的经历与在座的很多人很相似，因为我们大家都一直在为这个大集体做着自己该做的事情。也正是因为这样，即使我不用说很多，相信在座的各位也能明白这种难以用言语形容的成长与收获。
回顾过去这一年，我想用“三件事、三点感受”来进行总结。
第一件事情理所当然是立足于支部内部。作为一名组织委员，我主要负责发展党员工作，参与党日活动的策划，为支部大会收集学*资料及反馈意见。相信这也是大家的一些日常工作。
在兼顾支部工作的同时，我也为总支建设和兄弟支部之间的沟通做了点事情。
今年年初，为了及时报道学*实践科学发展观活动的进展情况，研究生部成立了党建信息宣传小组，我有幸成为08级四名成员之一。在接下来的日子里，我和李响在老师的指导下对党总支网站和网上党支部这两个党建宣传*台进行了改版。现在，我们还在做最后的修改和测试，相信用不了多久，新版的党总支网站即将会与大家见面，希望为大家提供切实的帮助。这就是我做的第二件事。
除此之外，我还协助党总支委员做好网上各期党课学员的信息管理和维护工作。网上党课学*是入党的必备环节和前提条件，关乎每一积极分子的发展问题，因此责任重大。除了在思想上高度重视之外，在工作中我虚心请教、耐心答疑，积极与组织部老师沟通，目前这项工作进展顺利。
以上就是我总结的三件事。虽然微不足道，但是正是在这些*凡的工作中，给我带来了很大的触动，让我感受到这个集体的力量强大，给了我三点深刻的感受。
第一点是“感谢”，不难想象，如果没有支部成员的全情投入，如果没有党建信息宣传小组成员的意见和建议，如果没有各支部党课负责人的积极配合，各项工作必将出现纰漏，无法顺利开展。在此，请允许我向曾经给与我支持和帮助的各位党员同志们表示感谢！
第二点是“成长”。我在这里播种了希望，浇注了汗水，在这里我也品尝到了成长的喜悦。这一年我结识了一群朋友，一群并肩作战的伙伴。在交流合作中我们彼此增进了了解，建立起了深厚的友谊，这种友谊也延续到生活的方方面面，是我人生中宝贵的财富。
最后要说的一点感想，是担当。汶川地震让我们看到了的担当、人民子弟兵的担当。我们不仅要在危难时刻呈现出担当的豪气，更要在*日里担负起每个人的责任。经过一年的西部支教和一年的研究生学*生活，对于现在的我而言，勇于挑战自我，乐于承担组织交与的工作，便是我的担当，我的责任。

ＸＸｘｘ社区是具有一定历史的老社区，现有住宅楼66幢，入住居民2400余户，总人口达6千余人。根据这一特点，我要认真做好以下几个方面的工作：
1、筹备开放社区活动室，利用社区内居民学校这一教育阵地，有计划，有组织的开展法律宣传、科普知识、卫生保健、职能培训等各项讲座；
2、多方联系沟通，积极开展社区便民服务和基础设施建设工作。从20xx年底至今，在硬件建设上有了较大的发展，尤其是东一的路面、路灯和下水管网的建设。同时我们也看到，在南村一居和四居的部分路面和下水管网上还需要更多的修补和改造。我们必将继续与物业公司密切联系，加大协调力度，在美化环境、卫生保洁、公共设施维护等方面密切配合。管网堵塞，路面积水等关系到居民群众的切身利益的问题。在接下来的三年里，我社区居干必将积极联系有关部门继续做好社区基础设施的建设。继续向上级**部门反映群众的意见，将以“辛苦我一人，幸福千万人”的精神，为社区居民排忧解难。

我养了一段时间之后，发现它们俩的性格真是天差地别。布丁类的仓鼠大多都是十分懒惰的，而我的这只却恰恰相反。它很喜欢运动，每天都会在跑轮里面跑步，在笼子上面攀爬。三线类的仓鼠基本都是爱运动的.，而我的这只却很懒惰，一天除了吃喝，就是躲在笼子里睡懒觉，很少看见它。它们俩的性格就好像是交换了似的，还真让我有点疑惑不解。
它们俩刚开始在一起有争过食物、有争过跑轮，甚至还扭打在一起过。可是相处一段时间后，他们好像有了感情。有段时间我看他们俩相处挺融洽的。它们在一起只有一个多月时间，崽崽竟然怀孕了。现在他们生下了六只可爱的小松鼠崽崽，它们有了共同的宝宝。难怪人们常常感叹，生命是那么的神奇。
现在他们都各负其责，担起了仓鼠妈妈和仓鼠爸爸的责任。仓鼠妈妈崽崽每天跟它的宝宝们待在一起，生怕宝宝们受欺负。仓鼠爸爸松松就在一旁守护着它们，它要保护仓鼠妈妈跟仓鼠宝宝。其实动物跟人一样，都是有感情的。只是人类可以用语言表达出来，而动物只能用行动表达出来。这让我看了很感动。

On Wednesday, I visited a food bank at Saint Columbanus Parish in Chicago. It is this spirit that binds us together as one American family -- the belief that we rise and fall as one people; that we want that American Dream not just for ourselves, but for each other.
That's the spirit we must summon as we make a new beginning for our nation. Times are tough. There are difficult months ahead. 大家好。在六中工作的五年中，很多老师见证了我成长的整个过程。从一个怎么看不不像老师的大学生，到现在能从容地对待课堂内外。可是我认为仅仅一味的教学是不够的，还应该培养多方面的素质和才干，我希望可以在新的岗位上磨练自己，锻炼自己，所以我来竞选宣传委员一职。下面我就竞选宣传委员的几点理由进行说明：
一、时间比较充裕。
在经历一轮高三后再教高一，教学方面已经比较轻松。而且因为没有出任班主任一职，只是两个班的课任老师，所以时间上比较多。最后，我虽然已经结婚，但还没有孩子，所以时间上也比较自由。
二、有过活动组织与宣传方面的经验积累
大学的时候曾经担任班级团支书，多次组织班级里溜冰爬山省内旅游等活动，受到班上同学的欢迎。大三时参加“电教协会”，当我得知协会一直想要出期刊，但因为资金有限，没有足够的资金支付稿费和印刷费时，我就主动与会长商量，只要有印刷费，我可以帮协会搞定期刊。我成功设计宣传并组建编辑部，没花一分钱却应聘了五十多个记者，在我的宣传工作后，他们自愿投稿工作，并在通力合作后，拿出了第一个期刊。之后，工作进入轨道，在我在职期间，出了四个期刊。
三、兴趣
对宣传方面工作的兴趣才是问题的关键。做老师与学生之间的一个媒介，努力做好宣传政策与问题沟通工作，同时努力拓展同学的.生活空间，让同学们在学*的同时，也可以感受生活之美好。
四、展望
广播工作中要添加呐喊的功能。我们知道很多学生都是三分钟热度的，我觉得可以在周一、周三、周五两到三分钟的“震志”讲话。我们可以延长学生的三分钟热度。广播工作中还可以更深入学生生活，与学生互动。听听学生的心声，他们要听什么。实现晚上六点前半小时点播功能。
黑板报上少些形式，多点实在的。把黑板报作为学生美感教育部分，而且应该是大家的黑板报，不应该是班级几个人的黑板报。
这些仅仅是我现在想到的几点想法。
如果有这样一个机会，让我做宣传委员。我会向前任宣传委员学*，同时也积极与其他学校的宣传委员交流工作，多与学生交流沟通，做一个深得学生喜欢的宣传委员。

1.首先我有乐于助人的性格，这一点是最重要的。这体现在我的校园生活中，当有的同学学*遇到困难，碰到不会的问题，我总能热心帮助，用心的解答。有时候，同学忘记带学*用品，我会马上把自己的学*用品借给这位同学……

The subject of our presentation is “YOUR DREAM & YOUR GOAL”. During the next 10 minutes, we’ll give you a brief explanation of these stuff at the best of our knowledge.
First of all, I’d like to spent 3 or 5 minutes on discussing about the dream. When we were 5, they asked us what we want to be when we grow up. We answered like superman, princess, or in my case, a sailor moon. When we were 10, again they asked and the answer was policemen, doctors and some other high-principled jobs. But unfortunately, we finally found our dreams unrealistic as we entered a not-so-good high school, did not-so-good school works and went to a not-so-good direction in our life. I guess, many of you have thought about changing your dreams, but finally felt at a loss again. Yep! We’re adults and they are waiting for a serious answer. Well, how about this? WHO THE HELL KNOWS! Dream is only a dream. It’s unnecessary for us to think over our dreams all day long. You know, dreams always change, and this is not the time to make difficult decisions. But what do dreams do? Why do we still have an urgent need of dreams?
Think about it: do you have had a time when you were full of happiness just because you have made an achievement that pushes you a bit to your dream? Do you have had a time when you insist on what you were doing even the tears keep falling from your eyes? That is the power from dreams! May I equate the faith and the dream here? As we all know, aims and dreams are far from each other to some extent but close to each other on the other hand. Just like the parabola and the number line in mathematics. But it is the dream that help us to map out our aim and work out plans one after another in our life. Just like what Howard Schultz, the founder of the Starbuck said, Dreams are like the stars----we never reach them, but like mariners, we chart our course by them. And I believe that if you have a dream and make efforts step by step, some of you may extremely finish the quantitative change on the way to success and reach the qualitative change!
I would like to finish my part by a tongue twister: Whether the weather be fine or whether the weather be not. Whether the weather be cold or whether the weather be hot. We'll weather the weather whether we like it or not. Whatever you dreams are and however difficult it is to realize them. Reach your aim step by step and I believe your dreams will extremely come into truth!

It's a great honor for me to stand here to deliver a speech to you. Then today I want to talk something about dreams and reality.
As the famous Russian litterateur Lev Tolstoy said, “Ideal is the beacon. Without ideal, there is no secure direction; without a direction, there is no life.” So there’s no doubt that everyone needs his or her own ideal. Have you ever thought that what is practical and sensible will connect with our most treasured dreams? Maybe, to somebody, reality has little relation to ideal. To others nothing can be done without the sense of reality. So make our dreams a part of our reality. And make our reality a part of our dreams. There is no reason why our dreams must oppose our reality. Improve our dreams and our reality by bringing them together.
As a university student, establishing a dream is one of the most important things we have to do .But everyone must see the reality clearly at first. Your family condition, your personal ability, your social intercourse , your subject and the job you want to do, these things show you the reality and lead you to establish a dream.
Further more, difficult or otherwise, we should put the power of reality into our dreams. Last but not least remember to work hard at the task of chasing our dreams. Do believe that we can achieve our ideal step by step by the passage of time!

My Favorite teacher My favorite teacher is my English teacher. I like to go to his class and talk to him about almost everything, such as my study, my family and my difficulties. He is just like a big brother to me. His class is very interesting. I never feel bored in his class. I remember the first time I took his class. He took some colorful pictures and toys to the class. We played games and watched English cartoons. Everybody was so excited. He is always patient to us. As a second language, English is so different from Chinese. We often forget words. 这次站在班干部竞选演讲台上，说实话，我很紧张，但是我克服了害怕的心里，勇敢的站在了台上，因为当学*委员是我现在的梦想，记得在以前，我多次看到过许多人在台上竞选学*委员，当时我很羡慕他们，也和佩服他们的勇气，我希望有一天我也能站在这个竞选演讲台，同时我也希望自己能当上学*委员。
很小的时候就听过一句话“有梦就要去追求”。我喜欢学*；喜欢在知识的海洋中畅游；喜欢汲取书中的营养，慢慢地也开始喜欢思考问题；喜欢和同学们一起学*、，面对不懂的题目可以一起讨论。我知道学*委员不仅要学*好，还要热情，乐于助人，协助好老师的工作。我具备做学*委员的素质，同时我也知道自己还有些问题，我会和大家一起学*，然后慢慢地改正自己的缺点。
“做事要脚踏实地，一步一个脚印的去做。”这是父母从小就对我说的一句话，我是一个做事十分认真踏实的人，任何事不做则已，要做就要力求做到最好。在学*上，我认真努力，成绩一直位于班级前茅。我一直对自己说，也许我不是最优秀的，但是我要做最认真的一个人，我要用心的对待自己的每一天，我想，我有一天会是是最出色的！
如果你是一滴水，你是否滋润了一寸土地？如果你是一线阳光，你是否照亮了一分黑暗？如果你是一颗粮食，你是否哺育了有用的生命？如果你是一颗最小的螺丝钉，你是否永远坚守着你生活的岗位？今天虽然我的竞争对手都是精英，实力不可小觑，但我更充分相信自己的能力，毕竟以前我有一定的工作经验。

班委是老师指导下的学生团体，我们要充分发挥每位班委成员的主动性来调动广大同学的积极性。我们的目标是创造优良学风，营造浓厚的学*氛围，提供丰富的课外活动，让同学们更好的学*、生活，全面的发展自己，提高自身素质。使同学们更上一层楼。
当然，作为一名合格的中学生，关键的还是学*，这也是对我的一大考验，我的学*时间也许会比别人少，但是只要我合理安排，严格要求自己，在学*上我也不会落后于人，从另一方面来说，这也可以提高自己的综合素质。
今天，我总结了过去的工作经验，满怀信心参加这次竞选。相信自己是我参加这次次竞选的内在动力；进一步提高自己的能力是我的要求；有丰富的经验的我前进的力量；能够更好、更多地为全班同学服务是我的愿望；建立一个充满学*动力、团结向上的班级是我的工作目标。

"About a month," I answered, "How lucky you are!" he said, "If you were living in China, how could you learn such perfect English?" I smiled and told him proudly that all the students in China are able to learn English at school. I saw his surprised eyes and said to myself, "I'm proud of you, China. For you are offering us the best education."
When I came back from the USA, my friends asked me: "How do you feel about your staying there?" "Wonderful" I said. "Then why do you come back?" Hearing this, I told them there were lots of beautiful countries in the world, but none of them can compare with our own country―China. How true the saying is: "There's no place like home!"
