But I know，life is tough,and there are always ups and downs, maybe we fail in the way to our aims,and we may feel depressed ,whenever at this time, the dream in our heart can always comfort us, encourage us ,and support us to move ahead .
Young!Fortunately, I am young now. Just due to it, I know that nothing is impossible.I firmly believe that nothing can stand in my way. If
I can't realize my dream,it result from that I haven't work harder enough and I won't find other excuses. If no people believe you, you can make it to prove that you are right. If you think the god haven't blessed you and there is no truth here, you can become the god and create the truth.
"My breath swallows the sky and make the yellow river overflow, my sword is famous in Kyushu and it can collapse the five sacred mountains." At some time in the past I also had am bitious words and I had some achievements. Each achievement results from my hard work. I could still remember very clearly that one afternoon when we fin-ished our class, we went to some other classes to sing songs for them, just like what people do in the states on Christmas Eve. It was so interesting and unforgettable. Justin was an excellent teacher, because he taught us not only how to study English well, but also the way to find out the beauty of the world and the way to be angels to others lives. I know there was friendship and pure love in our hearts. Facing this valuable emotion neither nationality nor age was important, the real importance lay in faith,under-standing, and care. Justin is the best friend I have ever had, and I know I will cherish those days of staying together with him as the best part of my memory.
Friendship is a kind of treasure in our lives. It is actually like a bottle of wine, the longer it is kept, the sweeter it will be. It is also like a cup of tea. When we are thirsty, it will be our best choice, but when we have enough time to enjoy ourselves, it is also the most fragrant drink.

二、拥有无比坚定的信念
我无数次的听到有人问，高考成功有没有秘诀？要我说高考成功的秘诀在于你有没有无比坚定的信念！那么何为信念？在一个久旱无雨的小山村里，村长带着村民去寺庙里求雨，希望老天爷发一下慈悲，下点雨。他们每天都去求雨，求了整整一个星期，老天爷终于动怒了：“你们这帮无赖之徒，为什么一点儿诚意都没有？”村民们很惊讶的说：“我们每天求雨怎么还没有诚意？我们都求了整整一个星期了！”老天爷说：“你们真的相信会下雨吗？”
“相信！”老天爷愤怒的说：“既然相信，那出门之前为什么不带雨伞呢？既然你们相信今天会下暴雨，那么出门就应该带雨伞嘛！你们出门不带雨伞，是因为你们潜意识里根本不相信今天会下雨！”有位同学斗志昂扬的说：我要高考成功！然后接着有人问他，你真的会成功么？
那位同学马上答道：我也不知道哎……各位同学，你们认为这叫信念吗？所谓真正的信念，只有你们自己才能定义。因此你们应该自己想明白，你们到底是想成功还是一定要成功！下定决心成功的人内心里一定要有无比坚定的信念，因为信念可以激发你无限的潜能。
三、确立自己的目标
古人云：人贵有志，当志存高远。这不是一句简单的口号，请大家想一下，当高考结束，面对高考志愿表时，有多少人能斩钉截铁的说：我就要报这个专业，我一直在为着这个目标而奋斗！恐怕有相当数量的同学面对众多的专业选择思前想后，犹豫不决。出现这种情况的原因就是大多数学生的目光只是盯在高考本身上，而没有想过高考背后深层的东西。作为年轻人，一辈子的目标一定要定得高远，正所谓你想要什么，你才会成为什么。年轻人一定要相信梦想，正如相信在黑暗中仍然能看见北极星一样。我们在拥有高远目标的同时也应该有阶段性的目标，但每个阶段的目标要现实，就要永远比周围人做得好一点。目标与能力成正比，目标要一点点积累，每一天、每一阶段的目标实现了，最后成就的就是远大的目标。
四、学会自我激励
高三的生活枯燥乏味，产生烦躁情绪在所难免，每位同学或多或少都会遇到这种情况，那么我希望能够通过马云故事告诉你们遇到这种情况时应该怎样做：在马云创办阿里巴巴之初，许多人都说，如果阿里巴巴能够成功，无疑把一艘万吨轮抬到喜马拉雅山上面，而马云却对自己的同事说，我们的任务是把这艘万吨轮从山顶上抬到山脚下，别人怎么说是没办法的事儿，而你自己要明白，你想要的是什么，你能为社会创造什么样的价值。高三这一年，谁都不会过得轻松，但是你们要明白：流泪、抱怨统统没有用，对于一个拥有梦想的人来说，的失败就是放弃，要相信你每坚持一分钟都有可能淘汰一名竞争者。

五、要脚踏实地
我们应该学会“蜗牛精神”：蜗牛的壳是自己加上的，既靠天，也靠地，又靠自己，要心*气和的接受失败，做人要大方、大气、不放弃！世界上没有绝对的公*，心中*，世界才会*。要学着给别人一个机会，尤其是给那辆奔驰车一个帮你的机会。要想成功，就要做到蜗牛的三点：第一是永远向前、向上；第二是要有足够的耐力和耐心；第三是给自己足够的时间。
许多东西是从量变到质变的，当你的努力，你的付出足够多时，就会获得自己想要的。俞敏洪两次高考失败，第三次高考，他走进了北京大学；出国三次失败，他创办了，帮助别人实现出国的梦想。俞敏洪的生活经历并不复杂，农村18年艰苦的生活，磨练了吃苦耐劳的精神；北京大学11年学*、教书的历程，是一个从极度自卑中寻找自尊的过程；创办的12年，是一个艰苦奋斗的立业过程。因此说不要害怕失败，即使是被踩到泥土中，我们也不能甘心变成泥土，而要成为破土而出的鲜花。世界上少有天才，如果你能做一个“地才”，你就已经成功了，所谓“地才”，就是脚踏实地，把一件事做到顶尖的人。当你脚踏实地，把学*这件事做到极致的时候，高考在你眼中就不那么重要了。
在最后我想告诉大家是：不管你现在的成绩怎么样，不管你现在的基础怎么样，只要坚定信念，超越自我，你就有了努力的方向，你就有了奋斗的目标，你就有了生活的动力，你就有了成功的希望！

大家好！今天我演讲的题目是《最初的梦想》。
最初的梦想就握在自己手上，最想要去的地方就别在半路返航。
假如梦想不曾坠落悬崖，千钧一发，又怎么会懂得，执着的人，有双梦的翅膀。不顾一切疯狂追寻过，失落过，也妥协过，但都不能湮灭梦想兑现时的片刻欢喜。在梦想与现实交锋的那一瞬间，我看到了它们的差距。而这只是一个梦想的差距，需要太多的勇气，太多的才气，太多的热情，才能点燃青春的高潮。
是成为笑傲天穹的精灵，还是成为陆地上*庸的小丑，这一切都由你自己决定。当奥运健儿站在最高领奖台上，当**奏响、*缓缓升起的那个瞬间，我们看到是自豪、骄傲。可这自豪的背后又有多少不为人知的艰辛与汗水，要实现梦想就必须为之奋斗。战国时期的政治家苏秦。年轻时，学问不深，曾到好多地方做事，都不受重视。家人也瞧不起他。这对他的刺激很大。所以，他下决心发奋读书。常常读书到深夜，很疲倦，他便想出了一个方法，一打瞌睡，就用锥子往自己的大腿上刺一下。这样，猛然间感到疼痛，使自己清醒起来，再坚持读书。才有了“苏秦刺骨”的佳话。几千年前年轻的苏秦都懂得克制，更何况现在的我们呢？青春的日子请好好把握，不要等到梦里都麻木的一天，才懂得懊悔，更不要等到青春散尽的一天，才懂得珍惜。
让我们去回想我们最初的梦想，燃起我们的激情，洒一路汗水，饮一路风尘，咀嚼一路艰辛。让青春在红旗下继续燃烧，我们是搏击长空的鹰，是辽阔无垠的'海，我们是有梦想，有作为的少年，我们乘风破浪，披荆砍棘，只为最初的梦，只为最炫目的光！

大家好！
青春：她经得起磨练却经不起消磨，经得起开发却经不起挥霍。保尔·柯察金曾经说过：“人最宝贵的是生命，生命对于每过忍耐只有一次，人的一生应当这样度过”，当他回首往事的时候，他不会因为虚度年华的悔恨，也不会因为碌碌无为而羞愧，当他临死的时候，他能够说：：“我的整个生命和全部精力，都已经献给了世界上的最伟大的事业—人类的**而斗争”。所以我们应该珍惜青春，乘着自己还年轻，尽自己所能，在青春的舞台上展现自己亮丽而独特的风采，让青春飞扬！就像无数的星星在生活的星空中发出自己耀眼的光芒。
我国一代文学巨匠郭沫若先生曾对青春的有这精辟论述。“人世间，比青春还宝贵的东西实在没有。然而，青春也是最容易消逝的，最宝贵的东西不甚为人们所爱惜，最易消逝的东西却在促使它的'消逝。谁能保证永远的青春，便是伟大的人。”
轻轻的迈入青春之门，带着憧憬，来到青春之殿，四周响起欢快的《青春舞曲》。著名女作家冰心曾说：“爱在左，情在右，走在生命的道旁，一边播撒一边收藏，将这一径长途点缀的香花烂漫，使踏荆棘的人不觉得痛苦，有泪可落，却不是悲凉。”这也许是冰心女士对青春的最好诠释了。然而，21世纪的太阳——我们的青春又是什么呢？
在我认为，青春是没有规则的。因为，你不必在意剪个头走在人群里，被人议论你是男是女；不必在意捧着言情小说，学做一回林妹妹；也不必在意学尼采自诩为太阳，会引来多少人的非议……
如果，你梦想嫦娥，那你去追月吧！你梦想夸父，那你去逐日吧！你梦想闰土，那你去刺猹吧！拥有青春的我，将以夸父逐日的信念追求我的理想，感悟背负太阳和腰系月亮的沉重与悲壮，体会执过羊鞭的苏武的辛劳，感悟李时珍跋山涉水写下《本草纲目》的艰辛，感悟千辛万苦写成《史记》的司马迁的困难。然后，我会如保尔一样大喊：“我的全部青春和热血都献给了我最爱的事业上，我无怨无悔！”
时光老人的脚步在悄悄前进，光阴似箭、日月如梭的感觉时刻伴随着我们？陶渊明曾有过这样的感叹：“盛年不重来，一日难再晨，及时当勉励，岁月不待人”。青春对我们每个人仅有一次，愿我们把握住自己的青春。朋友，让我们把青春聚合成美丽的冰雕，让我们将年轻抒写成美丽的诗行，让我们把信念挂在桅杆上，让成功之船启航！

在印度的一个贫民窟里，有一对很不幸的小兄弟。他们的母亲在他们很小的时候就去世了，而他们的父亲整日不是吸毒，就是喝得烂醉如泥，根本不管兄弟俩的死活。后来，为了筹集毒资，父亲因偷盗进了监狱。
父亲进监狱后，兄弟俩为了生存，就去捡垃圾。开始，他们只是捡一些别人吃剩的东西来填饱肚子，后来才学着捡一些废品，拿去回收。
每当卖垃圾得到一点儿钱后，哥哥不是跑去餐馆吃喝一顿，就是跑到地下*赌一把。弟弟则十分珍惜这来之不易的钱，把能省的每一分钱都存起来做学费。由于哥哥长期在*厮混，喝酒、斗殴、吸毒，天天跟着一帮小混混偷摸扒抢，干尽坏事。弟弟则发奋读书，他白天去学校听课，晚上就到餐馆、酒店打工，并且还学着写文章。十多年后，哥哥因抢劫、吸毒等多项罪名进了监狱。而弟弟却成了当地知名的作家。
有一家报社的记者到监狱去采访哥哥。记者看着神情沮丧的他，问道：“你觉得是什么原因使你沦落到今天这个地步？”
哥哥十分肯定地说：“苦难！儿时的苦难就像一块沉重的石头，重重地压在我的心上，让我抬不起头。”采访完哥哥，记者又去采访弟弟。记者问道：“你哥哥说是因为生活中的苦难才进了监狱，你觉得是什么原因让你取得了今天这样的成就？”
弟弟十分肯定地说道：“儿时的苦难。”
记者不解地问道：“你们从小一起长大，儿时的苦难都是一样的，为什么你哥哥成了罪犯，而你却成了令人敬仰的作家？”
弟弟说：“儿时的苦难，就像一块沉重的石头压在我们心上。不同的是，哥哥始终把这块石头压在自己的心上，所以他就觉得看不到蓝天。而我却一直把这块石头踩在脚下，苦难则成了我人生向上的一个个台阶。”

没有梦想，人生就荒漠，没有生气；没有梦想，人生就如黑夜，没有光明；没有梦想，人生就如迷宫，没有方向。因为梦想是荒漠中的一片绿洲，是黑暗中的一盏明灯，是迷宫中的一座路标，指引我们勇敢地走向前方。
进入初中以来，我对物理产生了浓厚的兴趣，它像一块磁石，吸引了我所有的注意力。每到物理课，我就格外兴奋，因为在这之前，我已经把书翻了好几遍。从此，一粒幼小的种子便在我的心中发芽——我一定要成为物理学家。
然而，接踵而来的风雨对幼嫩的胚芽给予了沉重的打击。一次，一位同学向我问题，我不屑一顾地接过书，开始“研究”，然而，随着时间的流逝，我的额头渗出了豆大的汗珠。看似十分简单，可我硬是绞尽脑汁也说不出个道理来。后来老师讲这道题时，简直是张飞吃豆芽——小菜一碟，当时我别提有多尴尬了。到了物理考试时，我满怀信心地拿到试卷，却是垂头丧气地交了上去。看来，我并没有什么“物理天赋”，而且仅仅把书本看透也是远远不够的，连续的失利像一盆冷水浇灭了我梦想的火苗。
我黯然失色地漫步在校园里，忽然，一棵树苗映入眼帘，它在砖缝之间毅然挺立着，将身旁的砖头顶得向两边翘。多么顽强的生命、多么坚强的性格！难以想象，它是经过了怎么的风霜雪雨才冲破黑暗、迎来光明！
我豁然开朗：实现梦想也是一个du注，就好比一个深渊，从跳下的那一刻起，就注定再无回路。要么，大鹏展翅，扶摇直而上；要么，石沉渊底，再无声响。相信梦想的力量，循着微弱的光芒去追求那份积存已久的渴望，定能迎来美好无限的春光！
从此，我开始为梦想而奋斗，每遇到难题，我都会整理在本上，时常看看。我听课不再只是听结论，而是注重思维。每当我与老师的想法发生了分歧，便第一时间去请教老师。每当发现做题的新方法，我就像哥伦布发现了新大陆。终于，梦想的幼苗茁壮成长，结出果实，最*几次物理考试和竞赛中，我都名列前茅。
有人说：“穷人并不是身无分文的人，而是没有梦想的'人。”但我要说：“穷人并不是没有梦想的人，而是不敢为梦想而奋斗的人。”有了梦想，便有了努力的方向，怀揣梦想，才能走向远方……

古往今来，多少仁人志士为了自己的理想而奋斗不止，哪怕冒着牺牲的危险，他们也在所不惜。西汉史学家司马迁因在朝堂上为李陵辩解了几句，惹怒了皇帝，便面临着一个困难的选择，死还是腐刑。在这个文人心中把名节看的很重的时代，没有人愿意被天下人耻笑，司马迁当然也不例外，但是想到父亲生前和他说的话，父亲深陷的眼睛里流出的'两行泪也让他下定决心去完成父亲的嘱托，但是要完成的话，那只有那一条路了……太史公站了起来，“我想好了”……十几年后，太史公面对着眼前的史书，不知是该哭还是该笑，喃喃地说道“父亲，我对得起您”…
*滚滚而过，又定格在南宋。这一天是金榜公布的日子，新晋进士张孝祥在知道自己考中了之后便写了一封奏章，要求昭雪岳飞。家人的哀求他不听，朋友的劝告他也不接受。当不知道第几个人来劝他时，他再也忍不住了，三问“我举进士为何”让他人无言以对。明知秦桧当政而不畏惧，这样的豪气并不是每个人都有，这样的锋芒也不是每个人都敢显露。他为了心中的那个正义勇敢向前，哪怕风吹雨打，依旧不动摇。
这种信念并不是*人独有的，高尔基曾塑造过一个名叫丹柯的英雄，他在人们畏惧不前的时候，掏出自己的燃烧的心脏，驱散光芒，人们在他的带领下穿过了黑暗的森林，到达了那片自由的土地。此刻，勇士丹柯倒下了，他没有死，他化作了星星在天空中指引着人们继续前行。
多少次的失败后我们才能收获成功，我不知道，但我们能做的，只有努力向前。停在原地，那是等死，困难并不可怕，可怕的是我们自己的信念已经动摇。理想的幼苗需要努力来浇灌，或许成长的过程会很慢，但总有一天，它会绽放出最美丽的花朵。如果它没有开花，那请不要气馁，因为它是一株参天大树，他需要更多的营养来成长。总有一天，它会证明自己的非凡。
请相信，梦想总会开花，非凡的梦想只有用加倍的努力才能成就，上天不会辜负任何一个努力的人。

一只小青蛙厌倦了常年生活的小水沟——水沟的水越来越少，它已经没有什么食物了。小青蛙每天都不停地蹦，想要逃离这个地方。而它的同伴整日懒洋洋地蹲在浑浊的水洼里，说：“现在不是还饿不死吗?你着什么急?”终于有一天，小青蛙纵身一跃，跳进了旁边的一个大河塘，那里面有很多好吃的，它可以自由游弋。
小青蛙呱呱地呼唤自己的伙伴：“你快过来吧，这边简直是天堂!”但是它的同伴说：“我在这里已经*惯了，我从小就生活在这里，懒得动了!”
不久，水沟里的水干了，小青蛙的同伴活活饿死了。
只有敢于打破自己固有的圈子，才可能改变自己的命运，才可能拥有更加广阔的`发展空间。那些死守*惯、不愿脱离惯有轨迹的人永远都不会有所突破。

大家好！人的生命是短暂的，让短暂的'生命放出宝贵的光彩，这是生命的需要，也是社会的需要，更是自我价值得到体现的需要。
人是不断进化的，社会是不断发展的，整个人类文化遗产和物质财富可以代代相传，但生命却无法永恒。任何一个新生命的诞生，也是一个新生命零的开始。一个人不仅要积累科学知识、积累工作技能。财富固然要积累，但经验、朋友、友谊的积累更重要。因此，每个人都要努力塑造自我，使自己的思维、智慧、知识技能结构日益丰满，综合素质日益完善，思想更趋成熟化，行为更趋理性化，不断否定自我并超越自我。人生活在社会大环境中，既要获得维持生命延续的物质资源，又要获得对个人价值承认的精神鼓励。每个独立的人组成一个团队、组成了社会、大家都需要得到，这就注定大家都必须付出！如果每个人都想得到而不付出，得到就会成为自私和贪婪，就成了无源之，无本之本。因此，朋友们，不能以自我为中心而忽略他人的存在，要善待他人，尊重他人的存在，承认他人的利益实现。
每个人都在纷繁复杂的大家庭中扮演着不同的角色，发挥着不同的作用，有的是泰山，有的是尘埃；有的是大树，有的是小草；有的是太阳，有的是星星……。每个人都有自己的思想，自己的追求，自己的价值观念和行为规范，但社会有它的完整性、社会性和利益性，因此，明确认识自己的社会角色，规范履行自己的行为，合理确定奋斗目标，才能实现自身的价值。每一个人都要给自己定好位，把握好自己的角色，生活与社会合拍，思想与社会合拍，行为与社会合拍，少走一些弯路，少一些挫折，与社会多一份和谐与默契，充分发挥自己所在团队的作用。
你看校园里：操场上干干净净无纸屑，四周围绿树草皮话烂漫，楼房整齐一排排，同学们穿红着绿好漂亮，外面还有绿水青山来拥抱，谁敢说我们的校园不美吗啊？可是今天，老师要实话实说：我们的校园里还有美中的不足，还存在着"丑"的东西。
那么这个"丑"到底藏在哪里呢？
我说这个"丑"就藏在一些同学的嘴巴里。前些天，我路过教室门口，竟听到有同学在相互传唱这样的一首打油诗：（什么）读书苦啊，读书累，读书还要缴学费，不如参加社会，有吃有喝有地位
下面还有更难听的，我也不好意思给大家再背下去了。当时，我心情沉重地回到了办公室，跟老师聊起这样的事情。老师们在生气之余告诉我，前些时候还流传过这样一个顺口溜：（什么）一年级是小偷二年级是贼，三年级的美女没人追，四年级的帅哥排成对，五年级的情书满天飞，六年级的鸳鸯成双对。
这是什么话？是怎样的人编造的？其编造的目的又在哪里呢？同学们对这样的一些问题思考过吗？昨天，老师对这些问题，思考了一个晚上，现在我的回答是很肯定的，对于第一个问题--这是些什么话？我说是瞎话瞎讲，以为根本没有这个事实，纯属胡编乱造。第二个问题--是些怎样的人胡编乱造的？我的回答是：是一些胸无大志，不愿学*，只贪图眼前舒服与享受的，又别有用心的人编造的。他们的别有用心又再哪里呢？--他们学坏了，还想让更多的人也跟着学坏。打个比方，他们已经落水了，快要淹死了，还想多找几个人下水陪他们一起淹死，这就是他们的目的。所以，同学们一定要小心啊!
古人说："言为心声"，就是说，一个人的语言直接反映了他的思想。有人说，眼睛是心灵的窗户，我说，语言是心灵的一面镜子，什么样的语言就是一个什么样的人，如果想做一个文明的学生，首先应该从学会说文明的语言开始。
校园是教育人，培养人，塑造人的地方，校园应该是一个美丽而纯洁的地方，所以我们绝不允许此类不文明语言来玷污我们美丽纯洁的校园，毒害小朋友们纯洁美丽的心灵，大家说，对吗？
让我们行动起来，自觉地抵制这些不文明语言的传播。 让我们行动起来，人人都来自觉地使用文明礼貌语言。
让我们人人都来用美丽的语言，给我们的校园再添一份美吧！

我和你们紧张和忙碌了两个月，想必你们也和我一样有了几丝的劳累，几丝的辛苦，想必随着中考日期的一天天临*，你们也有了更多的焦虑或者自信，孩子们，不要惧怕什么，只要努力就好，因为!
看着大家从开学初的第一天开始就认真地听从我的调遣练起了长跑，我从心里感到欣慰。最开始的时候，一些学生跑步会上气不接下气，会坚持不下来，可是现在，绝大多数的`孩子都能坚持下来不说，而且都觉得跑上的四圈或者五圈已经感觉轻松多了，相信五月份大家在体育考试中一定会很轻松地过关的!
看着大家在学*上你不服我，我不服你的认真劲，一次模拟考试成绩下降了，下次一定要卧薪尝胆地将成绩赶上去。成绩好的也不会骄傲，而是争取攀登更高的山峰，作为老师的我，心里更是觉得自豪和荣耀，知道吗?你们只要有一丝一毫的进步，对于我来说都会兴奋好一阵子。每一天和你们一起学*、一起欢乐、一起锻炼，我的心中早已经把你们当做了我最亲*的朋友!你们的进步是我最大的欣慰，你们的优秀就是我最开心的事情!你们将来越来越棒是我最大的心愿!
我们有值得骄傲的地方，可是我们仍然有那么多的不足。不是吗?个别孩子在自己的学*时间分配上还是不能做得很好，还会贪玩。一些学生上课的时候还在溜号开小差，，回家之后，还有学生会利用手机聊qq或者玩游戏。面对着一些学生的考试焦虑和一些学生的对考试满不在乎，截然相反的态度下又会映射出一位孩子对待中考，对待自己前途命运的关键环节能不能保持最佳的状态，最好的心理优势去应对呀!)这个时候，作为你们的班主任，多么希望您们能理解老师为什么会和你们生气，多么希望你们能够理解老师为什么会那么的愁眉不展,多么希望你们能够顺着老师指引的正确方向一路快速冲刺呀!
想想：两个月来，也许我也是太进入中考前的战备状态了。以至于我自己都活着那么劳累，不仅是身体累，心里也很累。其实我做得也不够科学。我不该这么忧心忡忡，前三年我们都一路认真和踏实地走过了，现在我们大可不必过于紧张，中考的号角已然敲响，该来的早晚要来，需要我们坦然面对，不要去慌乱阵脚，不要去彷徨不定，努力就好，我看到大家的尽力就是最好的!就像前几天我对大家说的：努力做最好的自己吧!
人生也是如此，没有人会轻易那么成功的。人生中又有多少事情总是那么顺利没有波折呢?太阳每天都是新的，不会因为某一个人而失去它耀眼的光芒。当我们心中暗淡时，想想心中最美好的太阳吧，太阳就会在明天升起，就像中午时还是风吹雨打，雷雨倾盆，可是现在一样阳光四射，普照大地!
想开些，放松些，同学们，和老师一起轻松应对前方的困难和挑战吧!无论我们遇到多大的艰难险阻，我们都要从容去面对!冲刺了，就让我们全力以赴吧!不放松、不消极、不焦虑、不彷徨，相信我们二班永远可以创造一个又一个的奇迹的!
太阳每天都是新的，同学们，最后的五十多天，让我们一起快乐应对吧，好吗?
我们怎么寻求有价值的企业？在我过去的研究里，一直在关注*企业的成长模式，在改革开放40年的过程中，很多企业发展得很好，也有大量的企业无法存活下来。这中间有很多环境的问题、很多外部政策的问题、很多对手的问题、很多技术的问题，但其中有一个重要的问题，就是企业自身的价值，我们朝什么方向去追寻，去确定，去寻求？
一、今天经济大环境的调整
我们该如何理解今天所处的环境？这是我最*一直在关注的问题，也是大家问我最多的`问题。大家会从各个角度去看，无论是中美关系，还是我们看到今天大的经济环境的调整。
1、所有东西都在不断升级
在今天的整个经营环境中，所有的东西都在迭代升级，没有东西可以停留在原来的框架之下。这种不断迭代的要求，是对每个企业根本的要求。在我们回看自己时，第一个对环境的认识，就是必须不断地迭代。
比如微信，它已经是一个我们非常熟悉的产品，但它依然在不断地迭代。我们看到的所有的行业，今天都在重新定义。更重要的是，你的产品和服务的融合，必须是一个跟随顾客不断成长的过程。
2、一切都正在转换为数据
所有的东西都在数据化。数据决定了我们在市场中的机会到底在哪里。所以我们在讨论整个企业的价值方向时，我们要理解两个最重要的东西，一个是效率，一个是价值创新。很多人说商业模式创新是很困难的，特别是传统的企业，我就告诉他，不用紧张，如果你的效率比别人高，机会还是有的。因为数据的转换过程中，两个维度都有机会。
3、大多数的创新都是现有事物的重组
在今天，大部分的事物都是现有事物的重组。并不是说很多东西是没办法想象的，我们今天看到的非常多的东西，就是我们现在已知的东西，怎么样重组？最典型的例子就是苹果。苹果并不是第一个做手机的，但是它改变了这个行业。它也并不是第一个出电脑的，但是iPad出现，我们发现整个应用变得完全可能。我们很多人很怕新，但是它并没有那么困难，你只要对现有的事物更好地去做重组和组合时，就会发现大多数的创新，都是由这个地方发生的。
4、深度互动与深度学*
因为创新的要求，使我们需要很多的学*，我们讲的人工智能，或者未来更多的深度智能化，很重要的一个部分，不在于机器能不能像人，而在于人能不能保持自己的创造力。所以我之前说过一句话，其实我并不担心机器像人一样思考，我比较担心人像机器一样思考。我们一定要饱有自己深度学*和深度互动的能力，这种深度学*和深度的互动使得人更具创造力和更有创造的价值。包括我自己也在做在线课程的尝试，就是希望有一个新的技术手段让我与企业家之间的深度互动和深度学*可以更加推进。
5、核心不是分享，而是协同
在今天，核心并不是分享，更重要的是协同。我写文章不断地和大家交流，更重要的不是陈老师要分享什么，而是我们之间通过不断地协同、互动，做这样一个知识分享，这种协同的效率，是更容易产生价值的。
所以大部分的情况下，很多人会说，我一定要去做分享，分享很重要，但我们还要再加一样东西，就是你愿不愿意协同创造价值？如果我们没有能力协同创造价值，我们就没办法创造更大的系统价值。
6、联接比拥有更重要
联接比拥有更重要。这是今天对于很多人的挑战，如果我们对自己拥有的东西更在意，我们可能会有更大的局限性。我们不断地边界打开，因为你可以跟更多的人、更多的组织、更多的机构去做链接。我在最*发布的新书《共生》中有一个观点，一个面对未来的组织要重新调整两个认知：
（1）你能不能够把员工边界和顾客边界打开？
（2）你能不能让自己不可替代？
如果从这个角度去讨论，你会发现动态是一个根本的特征，我们所有人都必须接受，没有哪些东西是固定不变的。所以边界一定要调整，不断迭代和优化，集合智慧形成解决方案。
7、*不是从内部出现的
很多人怕被*，但*一定是个事实，因为*从来都不从内部产生。在你不经意的时候，有可能就被*了。我们要从外部看被*时，内部怎么调整自己？怎么开放学*？怎么和这些将要*我们的人产生共同协同的价值和共生的价值？这一次我们比较在意「创」、「赢」和「生」，但我更在意前面的「共」字，如果没有共就没有创，没有共就不会有生，没有共就没有赢。实际上「共」的概念变得重要，如果你不这样了解，外部就会把你*掉。*相机行业的是手机，*银行的也可能是支付宝。
这种*是外部带来的挑战，怎么给自己选择一个解决方式，我们今天的「共」，就是一个很好的解决方式。
8、可量化、可衡量、可程序化的工作都会被机器智能取代
我在参观海尔智能工厂时，我没有想到的是大生产线上任何一个产品的型号都是不一样的。当大规模制造都可以个性化定制时，大家可以想像，未来的变化将会非常巨大。那些可衡量的、可程序的、可量化的工作，机器是可以替代的。如果这些可以替代，我们怎么办？
我认为这八点对大家来讲非常重要，我们如果从这个角度去看，会寻找到更多新的机会。
二、三个大变化
基于这样的理解和研究，我认为我们要有三个的变化：
1、关于战略，从「竞争逻辑」到「共生逻辑」
第一个变化，战略上我们要调整。这是我和廖建文教授的一个持续研究中的一个结论：我们要从竞争逻辑转向共生逻辑。如果我们按照工业逻辑去讲，我们要赢，我们肯定就是一个竞争关系。但如果我们按照数字逻辑去看，我们就必须寻求生长空间。因为我们很多行业被重新定义时，边界被打破时，游戏规则被改变时，你并不知道新的游戏规则是什么。所以我们所谈的赢的所有条件的基础已经改变，我们更重要的是要寻求生长空间。如果要寻求生长空间，我们战略的空间定义就要被调整。
我们讨论战略只说三个最重要的东西：
（1）我想做什么？
（2）我能做什么？
（3）我可以做什么？
所以我们在战略上基本上是回答这三个问题的总合。
想做什么就是我们初心，能做什么就是我们的资源和能力，可以做什么就是我们跟产业条件和外部市场做对接。但今天的战略逻辑如果我们继续回答这三个问题，你会发现变了：你想做什么？是要重新赋予定义；你能做什么？最重要跟别人连接；你可做什么？要跟别人跨界。
所以当它变了之后，我们看到一个非常有意思的现象，我们在战略上出现四种新的形态：
（1）连接器；
（2）重构者；
（3）*者；
（4）新物种。
这四样战略空间就被拉了出来。所以我和很多人讲不是今天市场变小，其实是机会变大，问题就在于你在这4个中能不能出现其中一个与你相关的东西？
当这些优秀的创新企业出现，整个市场的格局确实被它们重新构建出来了。所以我对很多人讲，不是今天机会变小了，真的是变多了，最重要的是你要把你的经验扔掉，才能做得到。
所以我们在可持续的数字战略中，要成为一个赋新者、跨界者和连接者。这样才能找到我们全新的机会，这是从战略上我们要做的改变。
2、关于商业，探索未知、穿行时光、呼应人类感性的行为
我们一定要讨论商业价值是什么。大家也很清楚，我最*经常讲，人在这个世界上并不是一个消费者，他应该是一个生活者。有人和我说，这个不一定完全对，我们还应该是一个造物者，我觉得那是企业家的逻辑。对于任何的商业逻辑来讲，我们必须回到人是一个生活者，如果人是一个生活者，商业在完成什么？商业在完成认知与呼吁人类行为的部分，我们要注意这件事。
我一直在研究大企业，这些大企业真正有影响的不是因为它大，不是因为它有野心、有远见、有能力，而是因为它们对于追求美好生活所带来的价值，以及帮助人类*距离、远距离分享价值的能力。当它有这个能力时，它就去满足了个体，也同时给了过程体验。这时，他们的产品实际上就是一个交心的过程，是爱、惊喜和可靠的传递。
如果我们的产品不能给这三样东西，这个产品就无法得到大家对它的追随。所以我非常希望大家的产品是一个心与心的交换，心与心的托付。
3、关于企业，成为全新价值的创造者
我认为企业就应该成为全新价值的塑造。当你成为全新价值的塑造者，就像华为走到终端，海尔的「人单合一」，大童的中介保险服务，它帮助我理解了我们怎么用保险爱护人、推动人，我们要理解什么是全新价值的塑造，这也是我对很多企业的愿望。
因此，我们的核心就是要做这三件事：
（1）以价值成长激励成员。
（2）以伙伴关系促进创新。
（3）以个性服务赢得顾客。

高三的天空是碧空万里，霞光绚丽，没有乌云，没有雷霆，没有暴风雨；高三的道路是一马*川，金光大道，没有崎岖，没有泥泞，甚至没有尘土飞扬；高三的河流是波澜不惊，水*如镜，没有巨浪，没有惊涛，没有漩涡――这只能是幻想。
面对高考有这样两种极端的人：一种人总是说，唉，*什么时候能打仗。我问他说为什么希望*打仗，他说一打仗就不用再高考了；另一种人总是在说，唉，为什么明天不高考？虽然大多数人面对高考时不至于这样极端，但是我们不可否认的是，我们对待高考的态度已经进入一种误区。
怎么闯过险象环生的高三？重要的是要有好心情。给心灵以春光，我们就会拥有好心情。自然界的冷暖，我们没有办法改变；而心情的优劣，我们可以调控。心灵中布满明媚的春光，外界的天寒地冻也会退避三舍。我认为在这个关键的高考时刻，在这个背着所有人寄托的时刻，在这个永远都难以忘怀的时刻，我们应该从以下几点着手，才能帮着我们走向更广阔的天地。
一、学会享受过程
我希望你们能够记住：我们的奋斗决不仅仅是为了高考，高考只不过是一种手段，我们可以借助高考这个跳板来实现我们的理想。也许有人会问，不重视高考又怎么能在高考中取得好成绩？我没有不让你重视高考，我只是想让你们知道：固然高考很重要，但是你们应该学会享受这个过程，而不应该将其视为洪水猛兽。我现在来问大家，如果去布达拉宫，你是选择步行还是坐飞机？
或许你们觉得这个问题太好笑，那么我来讲一个鹰和蜗牛的故事：鹰和蜗牛站在金字塔顶，他们达到了同样的高度，但鹰是一下子飞上去的，很快很容易，它觉得*常。而蜗牛是一步步爬上去的，很艰难，但它很快乐，很珍惜顶部的风景和感觉。学会享受高考这个过程，会给你的高三生活增添很多乐趣；学会享受人生这个过程，你会找到生命的广度和深度。
二、拥有无比坚定的信念
我无数次的听到有人问，高考成功有没有秘诀？要我说高考成功的秘诀在于你有没有无比坚定的信念！那么何为信念？在一个久旱无雨的小山村里，村长带着村民去寺庙里求雨，希望老天爷发一下慈悲，下点雨。他们每天都去求雨，求了整整一个星期，老天爷终于动怒了：“你们这帮无赖之徒，为什么一点儿诚意都没有？”村民们很惊讶的说：“我们每天求雨怎么还没有诚意？我们都求了整整一个星期了！”老天爷说：“你们真的相信会下雨吗？”
“相信！”老天爷愤怒的说：“既然相信，那出门之前为什么不带雨伞呢？既然你们相信今天会下暴雨，那么出门就应该带雨伞嘛！你们出门不带雨伞，是因为你们潜意识里根本不相信今天会下雨！”有位同学斗志昂扬的说：我要高考成功！然后接着有人问他，你真的会成功么？
那位同学马上答道：我也不知道哎……各位同学，你们认为这叫信念吗？所谓真正的信念，只有你们自己才能定义。因此你们应该自己想明白，你们到底是想成功还是一定要成功！下定决心成功的人内心里一定要有无比坚定的信念，因为信念可以激发你无限的潜能。
三、确立自己的目标
古人云：人贵有志，当志存高远。这不是一句简单的口号，请大家想一下，当高考结束，面对高考志愿表时，有多少人能斩钉截铁的说：我就要报这个专业，我一直在为着这个目标而奋斗！恐怕有相当数量的.同学面对众多的专业选择思前想后，犹豫不决。出现这种情况的原因就是大多数学生的目光只是盯在高考本身上，而没有想过高考背后深层的东西。作为年轻人，一辈子的目标一定要定得高远，正所谓你想要什么，你才会成为什么。年轻人一定要相信梦想，正如相信在黑暗中仍然能看见北极星一样。我们在拥有高远目标的同时也应该有阶段性的目标，但每个阶段的目标要现实，就要永远比周围人做得好一点。目标与能力成正比，目标要一点点积累，每一天、每一阶段的目标实现了，最后成就的就是远大的目标。
四、学会自我激励
高三的生活枯燥乏味，产生烦躁情绪在所难免，每位同学或多或少都会遇到这种情况，那么我希望能够通过马云故事告诉你们遇到这种情况时应该怎样做：在马云创办阿里巴巴之初，许多人都说，如果阿里巴巴能够成功，无疑把一艘万吨轮抬到喜马拉雅山上面，而马云却对自己的同事说，我们的任务是把这艘万吨轮从山顶上抬到山脚下，别人怎么说是没办法的事儿，而你自己要明白，你想要的是什么，你能为社会创造什么样的价值。高三这一年，谁都不会过得轻松，但是你们要明白：流泪、抱怨统统没有用，对于一个拥有梦想的人来说，的失败就是放弃，要相信你每坚持一分钟都有可能淘汰一名竞争者。
作为高三的学生，应该学会用左手温暖右手，把学*当做快乐并且享受这个过程，去欣赏自己，去体味属于自己的高三。最重要的是，不要因为高考而让你忘记了自己最终的目标。生命就是一片广袤的沙漠，如果努力在自己的沙漠上打一眼深井，使水源源不断地流出，你就可以把沙漠变成绿洲。自强者有健康的心理素质，坚定的品格意志和自强不息的进取精神，他们坚信“天生我材必有用”、“前途是自己创造出来的”他们藐视困难，追求高远目标，面对人生激流中的暗礁与险滩，奋勇搏击，不懈努力。
五、要脚踏实地
我们应该学会“蜗牛精神”：蜗牛的壳是自己加上的，既靠天，也靠地，又靠自己，要心*气和的接受失败，做人要大方、大气、不放弃！世界上没有绝对的公*，心中*，世界才会*。要学着给别人一个机会，尤其是给那辆奔驰车一个帮你的机会。要想成功，就要做到蜗牛的三点：第一是永远向前、向上；第二是要有足够的耐力和耐心；第三是给自己足够的时间。
许多东西是从量变到质变的，当你的努力，你的付出足够多时，就会获得自己想要的。俞敏洪两次高考失败，第三次高考，他走进了北京大学；出国三次失败，他创办了，帮助别人实现出国的梦想。俞敏洪的生活经历并不复杂，农村18年艰苦的生活，磨练了吃苦耐劳的精神；北京大学11年学*、教书的历程，是一个从极度自卑中寻找自尊的过程；创办的12年，是一个艰苦奋斗的立业过程。因此说不要害怕失败，即使是被踩到泥土中，我们也不能甘心变成泥土，而要成为破土而出的鲜花。世界上少有天才，如果你能做一个“地才”，你就已经成功了，所谓“地才”，就是脚踏实地，把一件事做到顶尖的人。当你脚踏实地，把学*这件事做到极致的时候，高考在你眼中就不那么重要了。
在最后我想告诉大家是：不管你现在的成绩怎么样，不管你现在的基础怎么样，只要坚定信念，超越自我，你就有了努力的方向，你就有了奋斗的目标，你就有了生活的动力，你就有了成功的希望！

大家好！
今天我演讲的题目是《坚定信念，超越自我》。
海伦·凯勒有这样一句非常形象而生动的话：“当一个人感觉到有高飞的冲动时，他将再也不会满足于在地上爬。”正是有了远大的理想，正是有一种信念，她接受了生命的挑战，创造了生命的奇迹。
她，盲聋哑集于一身的弱女子竟然毕业于哈佛大学，并用生命的全部力量奔走呼告，建起了一家家慈善机构，为残疾人造福，被评选为20世纪美国十大英雄偶像。理想和信念像熊熊燃烧的烈火使她才走出黑暗，走出死寂，理想和信念像巨大的羽翼，帮助她飞上云天。
从某种意义上说，人不是活在物质世界里，而是活在精神世界里，活在理想与信念之中。对于人的生命而言，要存活，只要一碗饭，一杯水就可以了；但是要想活得精彩，就要有精神，就要有远大的理想和坚定的信念。
理想信念使贫困的人变成富翁，使黑暗中的人看见光明，使绝境中的人看到希望，使梦想变成现实。
下面我给大家讲一个故事：
浩瀚的'沙漠中，一支探险队在艰难地跋涉。头顶骄阳似火，烤得探险队员们口干舌燥，挥汗如雨。最糟糕的是，他们没有水了。水就是他们赖以生存的信念，信念破灭了，一个个像塌了架，丢了魂，不约而同地将目光投向队长。这可怎么办？
队长从腰间取出一个水壶，两手举起来，用力晃了晃，惊喜地喊道：“哦，我这里还有一壶水！但穿越沙漠前，谁也不能喝。”沉甸甸的水壶从队员们的手中依次传递，原来那种濒临绝望的脸上又显露出坚定的神色，一定要走出沙漠的信念支撑他们踉跄着，一步一步地向前挪动。看着那水壶，他们抿抿干裂的嘴唇，陡然增添了力量。
终于，他们死里逃生，走出茫茫无垠的沙漠，大家喜极而泣之时，久久凝视着那个给了他们信念支撑的水壶。队长小心翼翼地拧开水壶盖，缓缓流出的却是一缕缕沙子。他诚挚地说：“只要心里有坚定的信念，干枯的沙子有时也可以变成清冽的泉水。”黑人领袖马丁·路德金有句名言：“这个世界上，没有人能够使你倒下。如果你自己的信念还站立着的话。”是的，即使在最困难的时候，也不要熄灭心中信念的火把。
同学们，不管你现在的成绩怎么样，不管你现在的基础怎么样，只要坚定信念，超越自我，你就有了努力的方向，你就有了奋斗的目标，你就有了生活的动力，你就有了成功的希望！
谁要是游戏人生，他就一事无成；谁不能主宰自己，永远是一个奴隶。
尊敬的领导、教师、亲爱的同学们：
大家好！
青春，一个多么美好而又令人向往的字眼。它是热情的，张狂的。
而责任，它并不是一个甜美的字眼，它有的仅是岩石般的冷峻。正如英国王子查尔斯曾经说过：“这个世界上有许多你不得不去做的事，这就是责任。”没错，责任是冰冷的，约束的。
人们总难以将青春与责任联系到一起，一个神采飞扬，一个却是约束劳累。但是，*说过：“青春之于社会，犹新鲜活泼细胞之于身。”于是，为社会奉献青春成为了我们的责任。
青春是一笔弥足珍贵的财富，但是，有的人却对自己的青春毫不负责，多少风华正茂的年轻人，挥霍时间，浪费生命，将人生的花样年华虚度在网吧中，舞厅内。多少新闻报道过不少处于花季雨季的少年少女，由于沉迷网络，而荒废学业，最后有的甚至走上犯罪的道路。他们是否知道：浪费别人的时间是谋财害命，浪费自己的时间则是慢性自杀。他们不担当起青春的责任，白白蹉跎了岁月，葬送了自己的前途！
青春的脚步如行云流水，生活的道路靠我们探求。莫叹息，莫停留，要思考，要奋斗，趁风华正茂，莫让年华付水流。
是否记得1919年的5月4日？在民族危亡的关头，一群青春挺身而出，用嬴弱的肩膀担起了民族救亡的重任，他们用青春，扛起了救国家于水火的重任。往今来，多少仁人志士为了“责任”二字，用青春，用热血，用生命去履行，去扞卫。同样青春的我们，如今的任务便是好好学*，如今的责任便是把国家建设得更加繁荣富强。
青春不是游戏人生，它是积极进取，不屈不挠。它是那句“为中华崛起而读书”的回音。
青春不是粉面桃腮，它是迎难而上，吃苦耐劳。它是那一句“有国才有家”的气魄。
同学们，青春是一道美丽的风景线！虽然美丽的青春难常存，但只要我们有常驻青春的豪情，有为国为民的责任，让我们的青春年华承担责任，我相信我们将永远拥有这份美丽。

我骄傲，因为我是农民的儿子！家境的贫寒塑造了一个刚强的我;山村的闭塞，惊醒了我，唯有知识才能扫除愚昧，读书读书，读出书来才是出路，二十多年的风雨历程，造就了那份执着的信念：活在当下，做字当头，除了奋斗，我别无选择！
几多欢笑几多忧愁，几多风雨几多春秋。不为包子馒头，只图活着争口气！农家娃特有的豪爽、质朴，以及生生不息的强大精神力量，时刻鼓舞着我，鞭策着我。除了奋斗，我别无选择！
困难是挺拔的大山，那我就是勤劳的愚公，挖山不止;困难是坚硬的磐石，那我就是那晶莹的水滴，水滴石穿;困难是那汹涌的大海，那我就是那高扬的云帆，直达彼岸。
除了奋斗，我别无选择！
贫穷，可以锻炼人的性格，磨练人的意志。我是土生土长的农家娃，父母用他们的血汗供我读书，用美德教育我做人。我不指望什么出人头地，使得自己取得多大的成绩，有多大的作为，只想尽自己最大的努力，对得起生我养我的那--天地间最善良、最真诚、最无私的父母心！
生而贫穷并无过，死而贫穷才遗憾！不能做有钱人的子孙，但是我们可以做有钱人的祖先。穷是我奋发向上的动力，乐是我精神食粮的宝藏，值是我今生拼博的汗水。穷则变，变则通，通则达！唯其行动，方能结出硕果;唯有奋斗，才会变得富有。除了奋斗，我别无选择！
奋斗是实现崇高理想的坚实阶梯;奋斗，是实现自身价值的唯一出路！出路出路，走出来才是路！除了奋斗，我别无选择！
山的高大，是因为有广阔的草原;弄潮儿的无畏，是因为脚下有滚滚的波涛。骆驼的坚韧是因为有浩翰的沙漠，雄鹰的矫健是因为有无际的蓝天，瀑布的美丽是因为有碧绿的水潭。既然选择了远方就要风雨兼程，既然选择了太阳，留给地面的就是阴影;既然承诺了颠峰，就要勇敢攀登;既然承诺了天空就要振翅翱翔;既然承诺了彼岸，就要力挽狂澜;既然选择了人生，就要付出赤诚！
路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索。乘风破浪会有时，直挂云帆济沧海！相信自己，选择永远大于努力！人生曲折起伏，必须真诚面对，从容解决，走好人生每一步！没有理由更不须借口。想拥有先付出，想成功先目标，低着头，一直往前冲靠实力赢得自尊！
除了奋斗，我别无选择！
各位评委、亲爱的同学们：

拥有梦想的青春是简简单单的，怀抱梦想的青春是奋发向前的，拥有梦想的青春是无所畏惧的，怀抱梦想的青春是所向无敌的！坚定的相信拥有梦想的我们终有一天会让整个世界因为我们而骄傲，远大的抱负，激情的.呐喊，不管不顾的想要潇洒来去。在极速发展的社会中，在时过境迁的现实里，青春是我们拼搏的资历；在忙碌无常的生活中，在钢筋水泥的建筑屋里，梦想是我们奋斗的动力！青春的心蠢蠢欲动，让梦想带我们去旅行。

大学生活是多姿多彩的，但也需要我们去把握和深人体会。有人说：“*凡的大学生有着相同的*凡，而不*凡的大学却有着各自的辉煌。”但，你可以选择*凡，但却不可以选择*庸；可以的话，相信谁都想不*凡。好了，我今天的演讲也到此为止了。最后，只上一句话：“路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索。”是的，送给我自己，也与大家共勉！也许，青春的我们会迷茫，但梦想一如既往！也许，梦想最后不会成真，但青春的心无怨无悔。让我们一起追逐青春，放飞梦想吧！

俗话说：“台上一分钟，台下十年功。”假如一个人很有成就，不是别人给予的，更不是从天上掉下来的。是靠自己的努力、勤奋争取的。才能主要来自勤奋学*是不可猜疑的。
每一个人的才能不是天生就有的，而是靠自己的勤奋努力而来的。比如说德国数学家、物理学家和天文学家高斯。他从小就酷爱学*，一生为科学事业做出了巨大贡献，但是假如他没有从小的勤奋努力学*，他也不可能成为著名的科学巨人。没有勤奋努力的学*是不可能有成就的。这样的例子有很多很多，可以说每一位有成就的人都曾努力学*、努力探索过。

到现在我也才弄明白所谓的 代沟 ，这些次要的东西就不必仔细的说了。每个人都只想要一个充满幸福的家庭而已，要求不高，代沟也许只是青春期综合症的表现之一，为了证明，我们正在慢慢成熟。

我演讲的题目是《励志成功，始于信念》。我先给大家讲个故事。
在非洲的一片茂密丛林中，走着四个皮包骨头的男子，他们扛着一只沉重的箱子，在密林里踉踉跄跄地向前走。他们跟随队长进入丛林探险，课时，队长却在任务即将完成时患疾病二不幸长眠于丛林中了。
临终前队长把亲手制作的箱子托付给他们，并十分诚恳地说：“如果你们能把这个箱子送到我的.朋友手里，你们将得到比金子还宝贵的东西。”
埋葬了队长之后，他们便扛着箱子上路了，道路越来越难走，他们的力气也越来越小了，但他们仍然鼓起劲往前走着。终于有一天，绿色的屏障突然拉开了，他们历经千辛万苦之后终于走出了丛林，找到了队长的朋友，可是那个朋友却说：“我一无所有啊!”
于是，打开箱子一看，竟是一堆无用的木头!就这么个故事，看起来队长给了他们一箱无用的木头，其实，他却给了他们行动的目的，使他们获得了比金子还贵重的东西——生命。这个故事启示着我们学*、做任何事情必须要有明确的目的和奋斗目标。
聋哑人跳起了美丽的千手观音，盲人登上了珠穆朗玛峰，双腿下肢被截去而重新驾驶飞机返回蓝天……许多正常人都难以做到的事情，这些残疾人却把它们变成了现实，这不能不让人感到惊讶，也更被它们坚韧的毅力、永不放弃的精神所感动，他们成功的主要原因就是有着必胜的信念，朝着目标，永不放弃。
“凡事预则立，不预则废”，确定了奋斗目标，如何才能坚持不懈，如何才能永不放弃，那就必须要有行动的计划、成功的信念，这是你行动的向导，是你挖掘和运用体内潜能的催化剂。
如果你认为自己十分突出，你就真的会很优秀;如果你想象渺小，你就会落后于人;如果你想象勇敢，你就会真的无所惧怕;如果你想象辉煌，你就会变得很伟大。
因为当你行动之前进行头脑热身，构想要做之事的每一个细节，梳理心路，然后把他们深深铭记在脑海中，当你行动的时候，你就会得心应手，应付自如。
同学们，励志要有明确的目标，目标的实现要有成功的信念，从现在开始，让他们在你的想象中成为现实——去感受它们、经历它们、相信它们。相信，不久的将来你就会看到它们最终变成现实。

大家下午好！
同学，做一个勤奋的人不难，端看自己是否愿意坚持。我知道学*这条路是有很多的困难，但是我们都还没有去往前走的很深，你怎么知道自己就不能勤奋？怎么就知道自己不能坚持呢？
在我读书的'日子里，其实我也有过懒惰的时候，面对自己学不好的科目是很难勤奋的起来的，也很难去坚持，可是我现在觉得这并不是我们选择懒惰的理由。勤奋是需要不断坚持的，你不能说三天打个鱼，三天织个网吧。如果是这样的话，真的就是完不成任务的。我们要做的就是去找准自己的目标，朝着这个目标一直前进。尤其是学*，不勤奋真的不行，不坚持学*也不行。学*没有想象中的那么难，之所以觉得难，就是因为不够勤奋，我们的大脑总是处于挂机的状态，不去思考，你怎么能够打开思维呢？对于学*来说，我觉得最忌讳的就是不勤奋，因为一直懒惰着，是没有办法前进的。
我以前也是个不勤奋的人，所以过去我的成绩是很差的，在班上是倒数的。可是我现在已经懂得勤奋的重要性了。以前就是因为遇见困难，就选择了退缩，不去动手动脑，导致自己很多难题都无法解决，进而造成自己在学*上是个笨蛋。听过这样一句话“爱学出勤奋，勤奋出天才。”这句话真的说的很对，在我身上就得到了体现。你看以前我不爱学，也就不勤奋，因为自己没有目标，对学*没有很大的兴趣，所以变得很懒，只要是自己不会的直接就避开，连思考的余地都没有，所以那时我是很笨的。可是你看现在的我，我很喜欢学，要是遇到一道难题，我不会在逃避了，而是选择向上，并且勤学苦思，不断的去思考，然后我就发现自己思维扩大了，思想也提高了，我学*上在遇到问题，我可以自己去解决，面对一些很难的题目，我甚至可以举一反三。天才也是要努力和勤奋的，不是什么都不做就能成为的。
所以同学们，做人一定要勤奋，要努力坚持，不要随随便便的放弃，不然就是前功尽弃。只有当你肯学*肯勤奋，肯坚持，你才可以离终点越来越*，取得胜利的几率也大。一动不动怎么可能到达终点呢？只会停留在原地。我们必须勤奋，才会有成功的机会。

We Are The World ,We Are The Future Someone said “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. I don’t know who wrote these words, but I’ve always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to be. We are all in the position of the farmers. If we plant a good seed ,we reap a good harvest. If we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all. We are young. “How to spend the youth？” It is a meaningful question. To answer it, first I have to ask “what do you understand by the word youth？” Youth is not a time of life, it’s a state of mind. It’s not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips or supple knees. It’s the matter of the will. It’s the freshness of the deep spring of life.
A poet said “To see a world in a grain of sand, and a heaven in a wild flower, hold infinity in the palm of your hand, and eternity in an hour. Several days ago, I had a chance to listen to a lecture. I learnt a lot there. I’d like to share it with all of you. Let’s show our right palms. Strong earthquake hits China
A powerful earthquake measuring 7.8 has hit China's southern province of Sichuan, shaking buildings as far away as Beijing, Shanghai and Bangkok.
It was not immediately clear if there were any casualties or damage from the tremor which the the US Geological Survey (UGS) earlier put at 7.8.
The epicentre of the quake was 93 kilometres north of Chengdu.
Wenchuan, which took full force of the quake, has a population of 111,000 people.
It is in an ethnic Tibetan area in Aba county which recently saw violent clashes between Tibetans and Chinese authorities.
According to some reports there was a second earthquake measuring 3.9 which hit the Beijing district of Tongzhou at roughly the same time.
Telephone lines in the affected area are jammed and there are still no reports of casualties.
Reports from Thailand say high buildings in Bangkok continued to shake several minutes after the tremors began.
"We felt continuous shaking for about two or three minutes. All the people in our office are rushing downstairs. We're still feeling slight tremblings," said an office worker in Chengdu.
China's tallest building, the Jinmao Tower, and other highrise buildings in Shanghai's financial district were evacuated after tremors were first felt.
"People were shouting 'get out, get out', so we all ran out of our dorm," said a student surnamed Zhang at a university in nearby Chongqing.
A spokesman for the China Earthquake Administration said it was still checking the epicentre and scale of the tremor.
