experience makes you succeedi still remembered the first time when i becamea technical secondary school teacher of english literature. it seemed that ithappened yesterday.
at that day, i got quite ready and i had the confidence to be a goodteacher. i arrived at the classroom, eager to share my knowledge and experiencewith all the students of my class. having prepared for two days, i had no doubtto hold their attention and to impress on them my admiration for theliterature.

Strong earthquake hits China
A powerful earthquake measuring 7.8 has hit China's southern province of Sichuan, shaking buildings as far away as Beijing, Shanghai and Bangkok.
It was not immediately clear if there were any casualties or damage from the tremor which the the US Geological Survey (UGS) earlier put at 7.8.
The epicentre of the quake was 93 kilometres north of Chengdu.
Wenchuan, which took full force of the quake, has a population of 111,000 people.
It is in an ethnic Tibetan area in Aba county which recently saw violent clashes between Tibetans and Chinese authorities.
According to some reports there was a second earthquake measuring 3.9 which hit the Beijing district of Tongzhou at roughly the same time.
Telephone lines in the affected area are jammed and there are still no reports of casualties.
Reports from Thailand say high buildings in Bangkok continued to shake several minutes after the tremors began.
"We felt continuous shaking for about two or three minutes. All the people in our office are rushing downstairs. We're still feeling slight tremblings," said an office worker in Chengdu.
China's tallest building, the Jinmao Tower, and other highrise buildings in Shanghai's financial district were evacuated after tremors were first felt.
"People were shouting 'get out, get out', so we all ran out of our dorm," said a student surnamed Zhang at a university in nearby Chongqing.
A spokesman for the China Earthquake Administration said it was still checking the epicentre and scale of the tremor.

Every one has his own dream.When I was a little kid ,my dream was even to have a candy shop of my own .But now ,when I am 16 years old ,standing here ,my dreams have already changed a lot.
I have got quite different experience from other girls.While they were playing toys at home,while they were dreaming to be the princesses in the story .I was running in the hard rain,jumping in the heavy snow,pitching in the strong wind.Nothing could stop me ,because of a wonderful call from my heart -- to be an athlete.Yeah ,of course ,I'm an athlete,I'm so proud of that all the time .

Happiness is like a snowflake, each one unique because the perception of a meaningful life varies from person to person. To many people, happiness means a simple life without any ups and downs, but my happiness comes from a life full of challenge and experience.
When I was a child, happiness was the rare taste of independence, a brave leap from the mundane. I remember the first time I tried to to ride a bike by myself without the support wheels. I went back home with a flat tire, skinned knees, and the biggest grin my face could hold. While other toddlers preferred the safe and secure, I was tumbling down hills and swerving off sidewalks. Even now, I can still recall the exhilaration I had felt when I managed to stay atop that bike for those few short moments.
Later on, overcoming challenges that I encountered in life was what brought me happiness. You see, I started learning the violin. It was extremely hard and I sounded like I was flaying a cat every time I picked it up. My fingers were awkward and the bow slipped off the strings more times than it stayed on. I spent three hours everyday, sawing at my violin. My fingers bruised and my neck ached, but gradually the mistakes lessened and I was making music. Three years later, I was First Chair violinist in the school orchestra. I still remember the pride I had felt when I took my very first bow in front of an applauding audience. Happiness had felt so much sweeter after a hard won success.
When I got older and saw more of the world, I wanted to contribute more. So when most people my age chose to spend the three months before college relaxing, I decided to get a part-time job as a TA at a summer school. I woke up at the crack of dawn, took an hour's bus to the school every day and spent most of the summer vacation sitting in the back of classrooms, grading papers and taking notes on the lecture and tutoring students. It definitely wasn't the most glamorous summer, but it was one of the happiest and most memorable moments of my life. It didn’t just make me happy because it had been my first part-time job. I was happy because I had spent my time doing something worthwhile. I had contributed in my own way, and the children were going to do better in school in the coming year.
Over the years, I’ve had my fair share of cuts and bruises, but the scars left behind are the testimony of my own unique experiences and the fulfilling life that I want to pursue. Our time is limited and I want to experience as much as life can offer. My happiness comes from living an exciting and worthy life, true to myself and true to the world.
If personal happiness were a self portrait, then each day would be a stroke of the brush, each experience a splash of vivid paint. And when we are old, we can look back upon our life and the dots will connect, every brush of color will come together and reveal a life worth living and a person worth being.

so we have come to cash this check -- a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.
we have also come to this hallowed spot to remind america of the fierce urgency of now. this is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. now is the time to open the doors of opportunity to all of god's children. now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood.
it would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment and to underestimate the determination of the negro. this sweltering summer of the negro's legitimate discontent will not pass until there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning.
those who hope that the negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to business as usual. there will be neither rest nor tranquility in america until the negro is granted his citizenship rights. the whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.
but there is something that i must say to my people who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice. in the process of gaining our rightful place we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterness and hatred.

Someone said “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. I don’t know who wrote these words, but I’ve always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to be. We are all in the position of the farmers. If we plant a good seed ,we reap a good harvest. If we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.

Just by the looming Oriental Pearl TV Tower behemoth is a newly-installed park complete with artificial waterways and resident geese. If this sounds cheesy, rest assured, it's not.
To complete the other-worldliness of this verdant garden, a few classical European-style villas are being built within the compound. One already-completed building houses the perfect representation of this safe haven within the business district. The Golden Atrium Garden Restaurant is quite unlike anything one has come to expect from the city's freshly-flush property developers. The villa is tasteful, inviting and homely - a far cry from some of the hideous monstrosities that have spawned from the ground below in recent times.
In fact, the building looks like it belongs in a painting, a fact not lost on the establishment's proprietors. "We were looking to find a special peaceful place in Pudong," said Phylia Wang, co-founder of Golden Atrium. "This place, with the Pearl Tower in the background, is quite unique."
The restaurant owners were interested in a few key factors. Firstly, the surroundings had to be pleasant. That they certainly are. Despite the premises being located deep within the park, prominent signs on the main road point diners in the right direction.
Secondly, the interior had to be done to their satisfaction. "We didn't want it to look like it was done for the nouveau riche," the Taiwan resident said. "That meant no gaudy ornaments or glaring chandeliers."
The restaurant is wonderfully understated. The interior, which received the bulk of the US$1 million investment, would not disagree with minor European aristocracy. Simple, elegant furniture and quality finishing prove this to be money well spent, and not squandered on ostentatious ornamentation.
The art theme, which is the third leg of the owners' strategy, is central to the overall strategy. Wang, who is in the IT business, is also a massive art buff. Her refined manner of dress reveals her gentile manner; she is clearly a lady of exquisite taste. As such, her selection of the art work that hangs in the 140-seater continues her theme of simplicity wonderfully.
The top floor of the three-story building is a dedicated event space, with works on display by one-man-shows that rotate every few months. Until December 16, local artist Xu Wenhua's piece de resistance can be appreciated. The floor can hold about 90 people, and is perfect for basic events, business conferences or for wine tastings.
All this is jolly and good, but the basis of any restaurant is its food. Here, the Taiwanese chef delivers fare that is as grand as the building itself.
For 380 yuan (US$48) diners can tuck into a set menu offering braised shark's fin, deep-fried prawns with salt and pepper, and roasted pigeon. The bird is served slightly smoked, crisping the skin and impacting flavor without sacrificing juiciness and succulence. To finish the meal, vegetables and fried rice are served, followed by dessert.
Golden Atrium also offers set lunch menus starting at 98 yuan. Diners can choose a dim sum set or a typical Cantonese lunch of sweet and sour pork, kung pow chicken or beef stew, with vegetables and fried rice.
The restaurant takes itself seriously, but not too much so, which is a refreshing change. Almost as refreshing as the park itself.

what is happiness? it is a feeling of inner peace and satisfaction. it is usually experienced when there are no worries, fears or obsessing thoughts, and this usually happens, when we do something we love to do or when we get, win, gain or achieve something that we value. it seems to be the outcome of positive events, but it actually comes from the inside, triggered by outer events.
for most people happineseems fleeting, because they let changing outer circumstances affect it. one of the best ways to keep it, is by gaining inner peace through daily meditation. as the mind becomes more peaceful, it becomes easier to choose the happinehabit.
here are a few tips for increasing happinein daily life:
1) endeavor to change the way you look at things. always look at the bright side. the mind may drag you to think about negativity and difficulties. don't let it. look at the good and positive side of every situation.
2) think of solutions, not problems.
3) listen to relaxing, uplifting music.
4) watch funny comedies that make you laugh.
5) each day, devote some time to reading a few pages of an inspiring book or article.
6) watch your thoughts. whenever you catch yourself thinking negative thoughts, start thinking of pleasant things.
7) always look at what you have done and not at what you haven't.
sometimes you may begin the day with the desire to accomplish several objectives. at the end of the day you might feel frustrated and unhappy, because you haven't been able to do all of those things.
look at what you have done, not at what you have not been able to do. you may have accomplished a lot during the day, and yet you let yourself become frustrated, because of some small things that you did not accomplish. you have spent all day successfully carrying out many plans, and instead of feeling happy and satisfied, you look at what was not accomplished and feel unhappy. it is unfair toward yourself.
8) each day do something good for yourself. it can be something small, such buying a book, eating something you love, watching you favorite program on tv, going to a movie, or just having a stroll on the beach.
9) each day do at least one act to make others happy. this can be a kind word, helping your colleagues, stopping your car at the crossroad to let people cross, giving your seat in a bus to someone else, or giving a small present to someone you love. the possibilities are infinite. when you make someone happy, you become happy, and then people try to make you happy.
10) always expect happiness.
11) do not envy people who are happy. on the contrary, be happy for their happiness.
12) associate with happy people, and try to learn from them to be happy. remember, happineis contagious.

在第一年从事分监区监管工作时，新民警总是罪犯为达到个人目的“优先”选择，罪犯李某在劳作中出工不出力，故意用言语挑斗于我，以求激怒民警达到制造事端的目的，当我识破其“良苦”用心，采取“不理不睬、静观其变”的办法进行冷处理，该犯并没有因此而放弃，反而卷土重来，大有不达目的不罢休之势，但当我挑破该犯真正意图后并适时进行了处理和教育之后，李犯这才如梦初醒，灰溜溜地收回了他那套惯用的伎俩。
忠诚胜于能力，态度决定高度。正当我用一种毫不畏惧的决心、良好的心态、完美的执行力以及在限定时间内分秒必争地去完成任何一项任务的信心和信念，一步一个脚印地来展现进而实现我的选择时，机遇却与我不期而遇，20xx年3月14日，我被监狱党委任命二监区政工干事，当然业务干事虽不是什么官位，但却意味着要承担更多责任，有责任才有压力，因为我是为追求而来，不想碌碌无为一生。
殊不知，有些工作只有置身其中，才能真正的体会到其中滋味，政治工作岗位业务琐碎、复杂，涉及到方方面面，我感受到了前所未有过的压力，同时更感到了知识面的狭窄，面对工作的挑战，或退缩或前行，也许只在一念之间，机会或许也只有这么一次。怎么办?唯有顶住压力向前看，勇敢地正视差距才能不断前行。为此，我不断给自己打气，不懂就问，不会就学，加班加点便成了家常便饭，午夜2点之前完全属于我的正常工作时间，曾有多个夜晚，困倦、疲惫、眼睛瑟瑟流泪让我实在无法继续工作，我说服自己找“借口”暂时放一放手中的工作去睡觉。然而，躺在床上，满脑子又全是工作，根本无法安然入睡。不顾疲惫，再次穿好衣服用冷水洗把脸，重新坐在电脑前，直至认为工作满意了，才回宿舍睡个囫囵觉。其实，我心里明白：工作的劳累可以让人在休息时感到释然，身体上的劳累可以换得精神上的愉悦和坦然。为此，牺牲了多少休息时间，熬过了多少不眠之夜，我自己也说不清，因为这不是用简单的数学公式能算得清的，这其中的汗水、心血亦不是能用***数字能显示出来的。经过去年一年在政工岗位上历练，自己在服务大局意识、业务台帐建设、思想政治宣传等方面都取得了明显的进步，通过扎实的工作和辛勤的付出，自己引导、保证、服务的作用得到有效的发挥，并在师局年终检查中取得了第二名的好成绩。

今天我演讲的题目是弘扬民族精神，培育爱国情怀。
同学们，你们知道吗？***、教育部决定，从20xx年开始，每年9月定为中小学弘扬和培育民族精神月。

是悲伤还是快乐，这是由自己定义的。有人说情绪是世界各最难控制的。对，没错！但如果我们都以积极乐观的心态去面对所有事，那么每件事都是好事，快乐的事。
当成绩考得不理想的时候，对着镜子里的'我说：“是自己的知识不够扎实。要更加努力的学*，加油吧。下次会考的更好的。”
当别人不小心踩到自己的脚，会意的微笑，然后对他说：“没关系，是我没有注意到你。”
心烦时记住三句话，第一句“算了吧”。生活中有许多事。可能你经过再多的努力都无法达到。因为一个人的能力必定是有限的，要受到各种条件的限制。只要自己努力过，争取过，其实结果已经不重要了。
第二句话是“不要紧”。不管发生什么事都要对自己说：“不要紧。”因为积极乐观的态度是解决和战胜困难的第一步。上天对每个人都是公*的。他在关上一扇门的同时，必定会打开一扇窗。
第三句话是“会过去的”。不管雨的多大，连续下几天，总会有晴天的时候。所以无论遇到什么困难，都要以积极地心态来面对。坚信总会有雨过天晴的时候。

早上好！
今天我演讲的题目是“养文明*惯，做文明学生”。
先让我为大家讲述两个事例：
第一个事例是：新加坡是一个通用英语的国家，这个国家的公共场所的各种标语大多是用英语书写。但其中的一些涉及文明礼貌的标语，如“不准随地吐痰”、“禁止吸烟”、“不准进入草坪”等却用中文书写。为什么呢？人家回答：因为有这些不文明行为的大数是中国大陆的游客。为此，到新加坡考察的一位中学校长语重心长地说：不文明行为也是国耻。
第二个事例是：据中央电视台报道，国庆节后的***广场，随处可见的口香糖残迹，显得格外刺眼，40万*方米的***广场上竟有60万块口香糖残渣，有的地方不到一*方米的地面上竟有9块口香糖污渍，密密麻麻的斑痕与***广场的神圣和庄严形成了强烈的反差。
以上两个事例表明，文明的一切都是由细节构成的，通过这些细节，我们看见了文明离我们国家还有一定距离，因此我们每个学生都应该养成文明*惯，做文明学生。尤其是对于我们施桥中心小学的.学生来说，你们中有不少学生是经过各种途径和努力后，才得以成为了施桥中心小学的一员。然而遗憾的是，在我们身边，在一部分同学身上，还是有着一些不文明行为。例如，我们的校园内、楼梯上总能见到与我们美丽的校园极不和谐的白色垃圾，尤其星期六、星期日教室里、校园内垃圾随处可见，甚至有的同学认为，反正有值日的同学打扫，扔了又何妨；再例如可见在教室走廊上的起哄大闹，走路推推搡搡，随意撞坏门窗，也不觉心疼；再例如校园内部分同学之间相互的讲脏话、粗话，随意攀爬学校墙头、**围栏和车棚围栏，甚至还有个别同学故意损坏学校公共财物。我们很多同学把文化知识的学*放在首位而常常忽略了社会公德、文明*惯的养成，而这恰恰从本质上体现一个人的思想品质。
事实上，良好的行为*惯是保证我们良好学*的前提，也是树立健康人格的基础。在学校没有良好的行为*惯的同学就目无纪律，不讲卫生，扰乱整个学校的学*环境。相反，如果我们养成了文明的行为*惯，学*环境就是良好的、有序的。我们知道：一个学校的学生具有良好的文明行为*惯，才能构建出优良的学*环境，创造出优良的学*成绩。现在，我们正处于人生中最关键的探索时期，在这个时期的所作所为，将潜移默化的影响到我们自身的心理素质，而文明的行为就在帮助我们提高自身的心理素质，同时也完善了自身的道德品质，如果我们不在此时，抓好自身的道德素质建设，那我们纵然拥有了丰富的科学文化知识，于人于己于社会又有何用呢，所以，我们应该先**，后成材，不要做一部单纯掌握一些知识技能的机器，而要成为一个身心和谐发展的人。文明就是我们素质的前沿，拥有文明，那我们就拥有了世界上最为宝贵的精神财富。
无数事例表明，走向事业辉煌，开创成功人生的关键，是品德高尚的情操。代表民族未来的我们，需要学*继承的东西有很多很多，然而最基本的问题是，我们究竟要以什么样的精神风貌，什么样的思想品质，什么样的道德水准，去接过人类文明的接力棒。同学们，我们播下一个动作，使收获一个*惯；播下一个*惯，使收获一个品格；文明已被人们放在心里的一个重要位置，时时刻刻在与文明交谈，千万不要把文明行为*惯看作小事。每个人的举手投足之间都传递着丰富的文明信息，让我们从现在做起，从自己做起，从点点滴滴的小事做起，养成良好的文明*惯，做文明学生，管住我们的口，不随地吐痰；管住我们的手，不乱扔垃圾；管住我们我们的脚，不践踏花草。我相信，我们全体师生经过努力，一定会营造成一个宁静、有序、有着良好学*环境的校园。

有这样一首歌大家听过吗：“阳光总在风雨后，乌云上有晴空，珍惜所有的感动，每一份希望在你手中。”这首歌的名字大家应该很熟悉，叫做《阳光总在风雨后》。生活就是如此，不经历风雨，怎么能见到彩虹？那么我们不经历期末考试，怎能知道我们学*的效果？怎能知道我们的成绩是什么？
期末考试就快临*了，我们都进入了紧张的备考阶段，同学们，你们做好准备了吗？在这里，我想给大家提点建议，有不足之处，请大家批评指正。
第一，与时间赛跑
时间就是生命，时间就是一切，也许一分钟的时候不能给你带来一分的`成绩，但是一分钟的时间，绝对可以给你带来一点一滴的进步。在历史的长河中，时间是最公正的，但也是最短暂的，只有争分夺秒去努力，只有与时间赛跑，我们的成绩才会有更多的进步，期末考试才会变得轻松自在。
第二，与汗水相伴
锲而不舍，金石可镂；锲而舍之，朽木不折；坚持到底，不懈追求，一切皆有可能。美国作家海明威的《老人与海》中的主人公，永不言败的信念让他创造了奇迹。同时坚持也包含了历经磨练的过程。“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来”，可见，成功是与汗水相伴的。期末考试也是如此，只有我们不断努力，不怕辛苦，不畏艰难，汗水会化成雨露，取得期末考试的大捷。
第三，机不可失、时不待我
有的同学以为自己的成绩差，到期末考试了，再怎么努力也赶不上前面的同学了。其实不是这样，原来基础较差的同学更加应充分利用期末复*的时机，狠抓基础，查漏补缺，做到复*到位，消化到位，宁可学少点，也要学好点。哪怕期末考试的时候取得最后一名，但是只要尽力了，也是的一名。
第四，不心急如焚

第五，不投机取巧

记得刚踏入幼儿园工作的第一天，看到一群群天真的孩子，一张张好奇的小脸，我有点不知所措。所幸的是，我遇上了黄老师——我的搭班老师。正是她，给了我帮助和鼓励，让我学到了许多道理，知道了什么是爱，什么是责任心。
“爱孩子，真诚对待每一个孩子”这是教师最基本的职业素质，能否真诚对待每一个幼儿，并不是件简单容易的事。有些幼儿聪明、漂亮、干净，很讨老师的`喜欢;有些幼儿调皮、穿戴不整洁，不讨老师喜欢。
从教半年来，让我懂得了什么才是真正的幼儿教师。著名作家雨果曾说过:“花的事业是尊贵的，果实的事业是甜美的，让我们做叶的事业吧，因为叶的事业是*凡而谦逊的。”
百年大计教育为本，教育大计教师为本，教师大计则师德为本。幼儿教师不仅要具有知识与能力的素质，更应该具有良好的师德修养。作为一个幼儿教师，一个合格的幼儿教师，首先要具备的是什么?可能有人会说：是扎实的基本功，但我觉得更应该具备的是强烈的责任心和对幼儿的“爱”，没有强烈的责任心和“爱”，一切都无从做起。
因为我是幼儿教师，我就要对孩子负责。我就要*等地、真诚地欣赏和对待身边的每一位孩子。我们应用“爱满人间”的胸怀去关爱一切，对幼儿就像对待自己的孩子，像对待鲜花上的露珠一般呵护他们，像对待自己的杰作一般欣赏他们，像对待自己的错误一般宽容他们。仁者无私，让每个孩子在真诚的关爱中健康成长!

今天我演讲的主题是：音乐，让生活更美好。
音乐无处不在。婴儿刚刚降临，音乐就已经进入他们的耳朵里，伴随着柔和动听的摇篮曲，宝宝进入了甜蜜的梦乡。
我真正接触音乐是在四岁，当时生活在镇上，家对面有一家音响店，那里每晚都会在店外摆一个点唱机，一块钱可以唱一首歌，我每晚都会去唱，唱的多数是罗大佑、周华健等的老歌，当时镇上的人听了我唱歌就围绕着我说：“这小孩有点意思。”
长大后，我常一个人静静地听着流行音乐，或者是古典音乐，这些都会让我心情舒畅，轻松无比。

我认为，普通的日常生活有了音乐会有色彩，音乐能够渲染人的情绪。它可以使你走出阴影，获得阳光;它可以使你走出悲哀，获得快乐。记得有一本书上说过：即使你心里的痛是任何语言、任何行动都无法化解的，但是只要音乐响起，你的痛苦就缓解了好多。
音乐让人感同身受，很多人觉得歌词正是在写自己，这就是创作和表达的魅力。
正是因为音乐的这种特性，它具有不分年龄、地域、语言的流通性。流浪汉在街边可能因为偶然听见莫扎特而驻足，拼搏在外的人们也可能因为一曲乡村民谣而感慨万千。

青春是一本仓促而至的书，你教会了我正确的阅读方式。
街上的人少，从巷口一直望得到尽头，路灯上没有扑扇着翅膀逐火的蛾子，隐隐听得到哪家电视里正放着的联欢晚会，不时传出欢呼的人声。本该是一家团聚的日子，我却在街上独自徘徊，不是因为我在异地他乡漂泊，也不是因为我根本无家可归，而是因为我和爸爸赌气，自己从家里跑了出来。偶尔传来的几声犬吠中，夹杂着嘈杂的呼唤声，我想，那可能是找我的吧。月之皓影轻轻流转，灯火落于房檐屋角，像是繁星*白地铺在除夕的夜晚。
我放空思想，以至于有个人来了都不知道。她轻灵的声音在这个阴暗的角落响起：“你爸爸给你们全家以最坚实的温暖包裹，你却一次又一次地跟他吵架，这次还过份地直接从家里跑了出来，你知道你的行为有多让你爸爸伤心么?你的良心必须背负如山的父爱，走过今生。”一种说不出的愧疚，不，应该是喜悦，是终于有人点醒我的喜悦，从心底里漾起。“你是小姨么?”除去爸爸妈妈，也就刚来我们家过年的小姨知道我和爸爸经常吵架。她没有回答，也没有反驳，但想来应该就是了。你让我在年少轻狂时理解父母对我的爱。

今天我演讲的题目是《*凡的青春》。我和在座的许多姐妹们一样，是一名非常*凡的护士。每天身穿护士服，头戴燕尾帽穿梭巡回于病房和走廊之间，重复着打针、发药、量体温、测血压等繁琐的护理工作，不分春夏秋冬，不分白天黑夜。
刚毕业时，身边有许多朋友问我，为什么选择护士这么辛苦又卑微的工作。我也曾经千百次地问自己，是否甘心一辈子做这样*凡的工作，让青春流逝于*凡中。转眼两年过去了，这两年的护理工作生涯却让我的内心起了变化。我发现*凡的工作中处处有着感动。一次在ICU为一个气管切开的病人做护理。不能开口说话的病人忽然吃力得举起手在空中比画着什么，我看不明白他想要什么。
当我把纸和笔递到他手里时，他在纸上歪歪扭扭写下了两个字，朋友你们知道他写的是什么吗?我看清楚了，那两个字是：谢谢。我当时的感动难以用语言来形容。一个生命垂危的病人，仍然不忘向照顾他的护士说一声谢谢，做为护士，就算再辛苦也是值得的。这种感动就像穿透寒冬的`花香，就象穿透黑夜的阳光，伴着那整洁的工作服反射出庄严的光芒，这光芒再次激起了我的责任心与使命感。
我们做的是*凡的事，却能从中体现自己的价值。去年的512护士节，我意外地收到了一张来自协和医院高干病房的贺卡。原来是我在协和实*时认识的一位老病人写来的。在贺卡里他说我是一个很有爱心的孩子，希望我再接再厉成为一名优秀的白衣天使，还说了很多鼓励的话。我不记得曾为这位老人做过什么，也不知道他怎么打听到我的地址，看着写的满满的两页贺卡，我的心里不止是感动，还有深深的思考。
我们是很*凡，就象*凡的小草，而小草虽小不一样也能辽阔无垠的大草原，物欲所有之外，难道有的只是冻土与荒漠?一如葱郁的精神田园还有什么坚实的东西可成为心灵的依托呢?一份春雨，一份秋实，一份汗水，一份收成。当我们辛勤劳作后，一个个病患者褪去满脸的愁苦康复出院之时;当我们在内心充满震撼和激动中迎来一个崭新的生命之时;当我们累积一份份病人康复后工整的病历归档之时;当街头巷尾在似曾相识的笑脸中追忆熟谙声影之时，我们会感到满心的幸福和骄傲。对病人来说，我们象一缕春风，又似一道阳光。
一声亲切的问候，会令病人放下几丝忐忑，一个鼓励的眼神，会令病人增加几分力量，一双轻柔的手，会令病人减去几分病痛我们是微小的水滴，在最需要的地方，默默地奉献着自己。有人说：揭开人生帷幕的是护士，拉上人生帷幕的也是护士。的确，在现代社会中，几乎每个人的一生都和护士分不开。

安全，这是两个熟悉的词！他一直在我们身边，因为安全是最美好的永恒，是生命之花，有了生命，世界才会变得多彩，安全是永恒的前提。
安全确实是一个环节，连接着方方面面，校园安全，交通安全，消防安全等等。因此，我们必须清醒地认识到“安全不是小事”。
可能有的`同学会说“不要紧张，注意安全就好！”事实上，生活的道路上有许多安全隐患，各种威胁伴随着我们：食物中毒、交通事故、触电、溺水、抢劫等。那么，朋友，以上结果的根本原因是什么呢？就是我们青少年缺乏安全意识，自我保护能力差。
应该怎么做才能防止我们脆弱的生命像花朵一样容易枯萎？以下是我对安全和自我保护的建议。
一、饮食：
不要在没有卫生许可证的小摊上买食物，也不要吃发霉的食物。洗完就吃水果蔬菜，不喝生水或不卫生的水，养成良好的卫生*惯，饭前饭后洗手，加强体育锻炼，坚持早餐、午餐、晚餐吃好。
二、溺水预防：
游泳一定要大人陪。你不能未经允许就下水，或者一群学生可以在没有人知道的情况下在河里游泳。我们的大多数青少年死于溺水，所以我们在游泳时必须格外小心（由成年人陪同），如果我们发现腿抽筋或
如果身体不适，立即上岸。当有人掉进河里时，不要冲进水里救人，而是呼救或找一根更长的棍子把他或她拖上来。
三、交通安全：
永远记得在右边开车。夏天，尤其是中午，烈日炎炎。上学的时候自然会觉得很阳光，所以会骑到绿荫路左边，极其危险。放学后，不要和同学并排骑在路上，也不要追着玩，这样可以提高自己的交通安全意识。

充满机遇的20xx年已经悄然离我们而去了，在过去的一年里，我们都曾为了公司，为了家庭，为了自己努力过，奋斗过，不管过程如何，我们都用了一年的光阴去换取最终的成果。显而易见，我们的业绩也是可喜可贺的！
对于这次先进个人奖的评定，我觉得我是幸运的，这是汗水与努力结合的产物，是我对公司尽心尽力的表达，也是领导们对我工作的认可！当然这也不能代表许多同事幕后的努力白费了。公司是大家的，努力也要靠大家努力，只有我们大家携手共进，上下齐心，才能有公司更辉煌的明天！
20xx年的.钟声已经敲响了！在新的一年里，我们又会迎来新的挑战，新的机会，新的人生。庄子说的好：人生天地之间，若白驹过隙，忽然而已！人生短暂，我们不能躺在过去的成绩上，沾沾自喜，而让眼前的大好机遇白白浪费掉。明日复明日，明日何其多。我们应当珍惜眼前，珍惜现在，勤勤恳恳做事，踏踏实实做人，才能在以后的工作中取得更好的成绩！

“朋友不曾孤单过，一声朋友你会懂……”每当周华健的歌声《朋友》在耳畔萦绕时，我的眼前总是浮现出一张可爱的笑脸，不知为什么，她总是让我激动，又让我心动。上学这八年，该是一段不算短暂的旅程吧！其中，我收获过成功与进步，也经历过不少的失败和挫折，而正是她，给予了我信心，给予了我勇气，她就是xx——我的好朋友。
xx是一个比我只小二十八天的小姑娘，我一直认为我比她大，我要担起当姐姐的责任和义务，可谁又想到，她竟当了我的“大姐姐”，论成熟，我惭愧；论学识，我脸红；论懂事，我摆手；论安静，我投降！虽然我们两个性格差异很大，但我就是喜欢和她在一起。
上学时，由于我们两个子矮，都坐在了第一排，成了同桌，可我两的学*成绩却并不在同一排，xx成绩名列前茅，而我总是徘徊在二三十名。我十分的沮丧，正是她总是不断的鼓励我，帮助我，让我在学*上，不要放弃，努力，再努力。终于在期末考试中，我名列全班十二，记得发通知那天，xx看我进步了，她甚至比我还高兴。
蓝天白云悠悠，红蜻蜓游在天地间，两颗年轻火热的心，带着永远燃烧不尽的激情，一起去追逐共同的梦。从此，两个人，一起理解，一起帮助，一起努力！朋友像一股清爽舒心的微风，拂去我忧伤的'烦恼；朋友像一颗璀璨的祖母绿，闪耀在我童年的道路上；他们犹如一首动听的幻想曲，给我心灵的清洗。
是啊！朋友，就是我们伤心时可以依偎的肩膀，又是我们飞翔时那一对有力的翅膀！真正的友情，让我们温暖，让我们坚强。感谢朋友，给予了我好多好多，感谢朋友，让我勇敢的走向远方……

我为大家演讲的题目是《点亮理想》。
理想是一个人想达到的目标。有了目标，行走时不会苦，努力时不会累，委屈时不会抱怨。
已故著名教育家商友敬曾说："没有理想的人生是灰色的人生，没有理想的教育是黑色的教育，没有理想的教师是可怜的"口力劳动者"。"可见做理想的教育和有理想的教师是充实的。教育因为理想更有意义，充满了成就和愉悦。
说到理想，远的看看"杜朗口""新教育""洋思"，*的说说我们自己，90年代提出教学"七认真"，20xx年"两基普实"顺利达标，20xx年全县教育工作会畅想未来华章，骨干教师培训全面启动，这些收获无一不是教育工作者怀揣理想、朝着目标行进的硕果。
目前我县的教育积弊太多：教师整体素质不高，缺乏现代教育理念等等。但是我们有信心，因为有你!有我!有我们三千彭水教育者执着的理想!
心有多高，路就有多远。我是一名*凡而普通的老师，我的理想很简单，就是用我的青春、汗水和激情把学生培养成为有独立的人格，有良好的心态，有健康的体魄的接班人。我会告诉他们：人生有机遇和巧合，不是所有的`努力都会成功，但是不努力绝对不能成功。即使达到理想的田园，努力的过程已经超越了结果本身。理想不能空想，理想不能靠运气，理想需要脚踏实地的耕耘，理想需要坚持不懈的奋斗!理想的实现浸染了勤奋和汗水。点亮理想，即使我们在枯燥孤独的日子亦能苦中做乐，苦中求乐。
没有比脚更长的路，没有比理想更蔚蓝的天空。新东方总裁俞敏洪先生从小就种下穿越地*线的理想，创业10多年来遇到挫折不气馁，碰到困难不低头，凭着坚持和创新的精神，让新东方闻名全国，实现了穿越地*线的理想。在未来的日子里，我会怀揣理想，撑一支篙向理想处前行。
首先立足实际，做好本职工作。以岗位职责要求自己，提高从业道德素质，不断锤炼课堂教学技能，做一名爱学生也受学生爱的老师;在管理上严于律己，身先示范，多渠道传递教改信息，搭建促进教师发展的*台。教导工作是一个示范工作，要想引导老师们围绕自己的教育理想去实践，我得有过硬的业务指导能力，有科研实践、科学评价教师的能力，所以我得不断地充电，不断地更新观念，不断地加强学*。
其次立足角色，谋好家庭教育。一个好的家长必是一个好的老师。如果每个家长都管理好了自己的孩子，那我们的教育当是最完美的教育。我要竭力做一个称职的母亲，引导孩子养成好*惯;积累家庭教育经验，发现家庭教育真谛。还要从家庭这个社会细胞上，研究家庭教育和学校教育的衔接，给学生创造一个良好的教育环境。
我的理想很简单，但我会沿着理想前进，点亮学生的未来，为彭水的教育尽一己之力。我坚信，不论未来是*坦还是泥泞只要热爱教育，一切都在意料中。

迎着朝阳，站在飞扬的***下，代表八x班做**下演讲，我感到无比的激动和自豪，今天我讲话的题目是《飞扬的青春》。
对于我们每个人来说，青春是人生旅途中最为珍贵和难忘的一段历程。我们涌动活力的身体，在激情四溢的思想带领下，可以天马行空，云游四海、体会生活、寻找理想。非常值得庆幸的是：我们的青春梦想从寿春中学起航，美丽的校园、可爱的老师、丰富的学*资源，为我们创设了自由挥洒青春活力的无限舞台。青春不允许浪费、青春的'活力来自不断的汲取；青春一闪而过，需要我们无比的珍惜。从生动的课堂学*，到丰富的社团活动，从校园青年志愿者活动，到科普创新实践的体验；处处让我们张扬青春的美丽，让我们有机会不断的寻找、修正我们的青春梦想。
青春就在当下，别等错过后追悔莫及，时间的长河永不停息，青春的岁月亦会随之流逝，同学们让我们为青春行动起来吧，一起为青春喝彩。
青春飞扬是我们当下的风华，同样也昭示着我们肩上亦无旁待的责任，对家庭的责任，对班级的责任，对母校的责任，对社会的责任，对自我的责任，承担责任需要我们不断用丰富的知识充实自己，让自己变得足够强大。
“花有重开日，人无再少年”，从古至今人们无不感叹：春去春会来，花谢花会开，但是青春年华一去不复回。正如文天祥所说“青春岂不惜，行乐非所欲”。我们只有把握好今天，把握好青春，伴着青春优美旋律，高昂欢唱，在青春的蔚蓝天空中，展翅翱翔，在知识的海洋里扬起青春的风帆，航向理想的彼岸。
同学们，青春亮丽的舞台是属于我们每个人的，让我们用梦想将他点缀一新，让我们用激情将他变成欢乐的海洋。
让我们一起用青春的热情，去放飞梦想，让青春飞扬吧！

宽容是人们生活中至高无上的美德。每个人都有自己的优点和缺点，这并不奇怪。现实中，每个人都会有不如意或失败的时候，当你面对这些困难，努力克服不可逾越的障碍时，你该怎么办？宽容是一片广阔无垠的大海，包容一切，又能化解一切。所以，生活需要包容。
宽容是一种无声的教育。宽容地对待自己，就是心*气和地工作和生活。只有宽容的人才能让自己的信仰更真实。这种心态应该充实到自己的好工作中去。所以，宽容的伟大在于内心，真正的宽容永远是真诚自然的；宽容是一种充满智慧的生活方式。赔钱是福，但却是宽广的胸怀和真诚的态度。它让我们意识到自己被别人理解，别人值得我们包容。处处包容别人不是软弱，而是人对待别人的艺术。对别人好，就是对自己好；如果你不能和别人相处，你就不能和自己相处。只有宽容地看待生活，体谅他人，才能获得轻松舒适的生活，活在欢乐和爱中，心中少一些遗憾和挫折，心中建立一个坚强的我。只要你有真正的包容，你就能学*别人的长处，弥补自己的不足。你会得到一片蓝天，用微笑对待生活。
古语有云，人无完人。我们要知道，人不是孤独的。这个世界上，人虽然在走自己的生活方式，但在喧嚣中难免有碰撞。在生活中，我们不可避免地会与人发生摩擦和矛盾。其实这些都不可怕。可怕的`是，我们往往不愿意解决，反而让摩擦和矛盾升级，让事情失控。要学会以宽容的心去体谅别人，真诚的在脸上写下微笑，多说抱歉。其实这是一种美。当我们用一颗*实、真诚、清心、空虚的心去宽大处理对方的时候，对方当然不会觉得什么，这样才能在心灵之间架起沟通的桥梁。从此我们也得到了宽大和幸福。宽容是一种美，做了就是美的体现。一个人能否以宽容的心对待身边的一切，是一种品质和修养的体现。大多数人都想得到别人的包容和理解，但他们做不到这一点，因为他们总是把别人的缺点和错误视为烦恼和怨恨。
俗话说，世界最宽的地方是海洋，最宽的地方是天空，最宽的地方是人的心灵。如果每个人都有这样宽广的胸怀，人类就会有更多的理解，更多的美好，更多的珍惜，生活中的悲欢离合就会变成五颜六色的乐章。天空包容云，所以有魅力；生活包容遗憾，我们有未来。这一切铸就了幸福、和谐、事业有成，是一个人一生的多彩写照。
