Happiness is like a snowflake, each one unique because the perception of a meaningful life varies from person to person. To many people, happiness means a simple life without any ups and downs, but my happiness comes from a life full of challenge and experience.
When I was a child, happiness was the rare taste of independence, a brave leap from the mundane. I remember the first time I tried to to ride a bike by myself without the support wheels. I went back home with a flat tire, skinned knees, and the biggest grin my face could hold. While other toddlers preferred the safe and secure, I was tumbling down hills and swerving off sidewalks. Even now, I can still recall the exhilaration I had felt when I managed to stay atop that bike for those few short moments.
Later on, overcoming challenges that I encountered in life was what brought me happiness. You see, I started learning the violin. It was extremely hard and I sounded like I was flaying a cat every time I picked it up. My fingers were awkward and the bow slipped off the strings more times than it stayed on. I spent three hours everyday, sawing at my violin. My fingers bruised and my neck ached, but gradually the mistakes lessened and I was making music. Three years later, I was First Chair violinist in the school orchestra. I still remember the pride I had felt when I took my very first bow in front of an applauding audience. Happiness had felt so much sweeter after a hard won success.
When I got older and saw more of the world, I wanted to contribute more. So when most people my age chose to spend the three months before college relaxing, I decided to get a part-time job as a TA at a summer school. I woke up at the crack of dawn, took an hour's bus to the school every day and spent most of the summer vacation sitting in the back of classrooms, grading papers and taking notes on the lecture and tutoring students. It definitely wasn't the most glamorous summer, but it was one of the happiest and most memorable moments of my life. It didn’t just make me happy because it had been my first part-time job. I was happy because I had spent my time doing something worthwhile. I had contributed in my own way, and the children were going to do better in school in the coming year.
Over the years, I’ve had my fair share of cuts and bruises, but the scars left behind are the testimony of my own unique experiences and the fulfilling life that I want to pursue. Our time is limited and I want to experience as much as life can offer. My happiness comes from living an exciting and worthy life, true to myself and true to the world.
If personal happiness were a self portrait, then each day would be a stroke of the brush, each experience a splash of vivid paint. And when we are old, we can look back upon our life and the dots will connect, every brush of color will come together and reveal a life worth living and a person worth being.
today i am very glad to be here to share with you my ideas of success. what is success? it is what everyone is longing for.sometimes success would be rather simple. winning a game is success; getting a high grade in the exam is success; making a new friend is success; even now i am standing here giving my speech is somehow also success.

it is obvious today that america has defaulted on this promissory note insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. instead of honoring this sacred obligation, america has given the negro people a bad check which has come back marked "insufficient funds." but we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. we refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation.
so we have come to cash this check -- a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.
we have also come to this hallowed spot to remind america of the fierce urgency of now. this is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. now is the time to open the doors of opportunity to all of god's children. now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood.
it would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment and to underestimate the determination of the negro. this sweltering summer of the negro's legitimate discontent will not pass until there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning.
those who hope that the negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to business as usual. there will be neither rest nor tranquility in america until the negro is granted his citizenship rights. the whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.
but there is something that i must say to my people who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice. in the process of gaining our rightful place we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterness and hatred.

Someone said “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. I don’t know who wrote these words, but I’ve always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to be. We are all in the position of the farmers. Just by the looming Oriental Pearl TV Tower behemoth is a newly-installed park complete with artificial waterways and resident geese. If this sounds cheesy, rest assured, it's not.
To complete the other-worldliness of this verdant garden, a few classical European-style villas are being built within the compound. One already-completed building houses the perfect representation of this safe haven within the business district. The Golden Atrium Garden Restaurant is quite unlike anything one has come to expect from the city's freshly-flush property developers. The villa is tasteful, inviting and homely - a far cry from some of the hideous monstrosities that have spawned from the ground below in recent times.
In fact, the building looks like it belongs in a painting, a fact not lost on the establishment's proprietors. "We were looking to find a special peaceful place in Pudong," said Phylia Wang, co-founder of Golden Atrium. "This place, with the Pearl Tower in the background, is quite unique."
The restaurant owners were interested in a few key factors. Firstly, the surroundings had to be pleasant. That they certainly are. Despite the premises being located deep within the park, prominent signs on the main road point diners in the right direction.
Secondly, the interior had to be done to their satisfaction. "We didn't want it to look like it was done for the nouveau riche," the Taiwan resident said. "That meant no gaudy ornaments or glaring chandeliers."
The restaurant is wonderfully understated. The interior, which received the bulk of the US$1 million investment, would not disagree with minor European aristocracy. Simple, elegant furniture and quality finishing prove this to be money well spent, and not squandered on ostentatious ornamentation.
The art theme, which is the third leg of the owners' strategy, is central to the overall strategy. Wang, who is in the IT business, is also a massive art buff. Her refined manner of dress reveals her gentile manner; she is clearly a lady of exquisite taste. As such, her selection of the art work that hangs in the 140-seater continues her theme of simplicity wonderfully.
The top floor of the three-story building is a dedicated event space, with works on display by one-man-shows that rotate every few months. Until December 16, local artist Xu Wenhua's piece de resistance can be appreciated. The floor can hold about 90 people, and is perfect for basic events, business conferences or for wine tastings.
All this is jolly and good, but the basis of any restaurant is its food. Here, the Taiwanese chef delivers fare that is as grand as the building itself.
For 380 yuan (US$48) diners can tuck into a set menu offering braised shark's fin, deep-fried prawns with salt and pepper, and roasted pigeon. The bird is served slightly smoked, crisping the skin and impacting flavor without sacrificing juiciness and succulence. To finish the meal, vegetables and fried rice are served, followed by dessert.
Golden Atrium also offers set lunch menus starting at 98 yuan. Diners can choose a dim sum set or a typical Cantonese lunch of sweet and sour pork, kung pow chicken or beef stew, with vegetables and fried rice.
The restaurant takes itself seriously, but not too much so, which is a refreshing change. Almost as refreshing as the park itself.

sometimes you may begin the day with the desire to accomplish several objectives. at the end of the day you might feel frustrated and unhappy, because you haven't been able to do all of those things.
look at what you have done, not at what you have not been able to do. you may have accomplished a lot during the day, and yet you let yourself become frustrated, because of some small things that you did not accomplish. you have spent all day successfully carrying out many plans, and instead of feeling happy and satisfied, you look at what was not accomplished and feel unhappy. it is unfair toward yourself.
8) each day do something good for yourself. it can be something small, such buying a book, eating something you love, watching you favorite program on tv, going to a movie, or just having a stroll on the beach.
9) each day do at least one act to make others happy. this can be a kind word, helping your colleagues, stopping your car at the crossroad to let people cross, giving your seat in a bus to someone else, or giving a small present to someone you love. the possibilities are infinite. when you make someone happy, you become happy, and then people try to make you happy.
10) always expect happiness.
11) do not envy people who are happy. on the contrary, be happy for their happiness.

Strong earthquake hits China
A powerful earthquake measuring 7.8 has hit China's southern province of Sichuan, shaking buildings as far away as Beijing, Shanghai and Bangkok.
It was not immediately clear if there were any casualties or damage from the tremor which the the US Geological Survey (UGS) earlier put at 7.8.
The epicentre of the quake was 93 kilometres north of Chengdu.
Wenchuan, which took full force of the quake, has a population of 111,000 people.
It is in an ethnic Tibetan area in Aba county which recently saw violent clashes between Tibetans and Chinese authorities.
According to some reports there was a second earthquake measuring 3.9 which hit the Beijing district of Tongzhou at roughly the same time.
Telephone lines in the affected area are jammed and there are still no reports of casualties.
Reports from Thailand say high buildings in Bangkok continued to shake several minutes after the tremors began.
"We felt continuous shaking for about two or three minutes. All the people in our office are rushing downstairs. We're still feeling slight tremblings," said an office worker in Chengdu.
China's tallest building, the Jinmao Tower, and other highrise buildings in Shanghai's financial district were evacuated after tremors were first felt.
"People were shouting 'get out, get out', so we all ran out of our dorm," said a student surnamed Zhang at a university in nearby Chongqing.
A spokesman for the China Earthquake Administration said it was still checking the epicentre and scale of the tremor.

一是增强计划性。“凡事预则立，不预则废”。我们的同学也要针对所剩的100天认真制定“百日冲刺计划书”，在这一百天，我该怎么学？如何学？对于自由支配的时间该怎样合理利用？哪段时间写语数外，哪段时间做物理化学，哪段时间看政治历史等，要做到心中有数，确保在规定时间内完成规定任务，以提高效率，保正实效。
二是加强反思和总结。这一点对于复*来说尤为重要。一轮，二轮复*的一个重要特点是要求同学们及时整理、总结所学的每一章、每一课或每一单元的知识，形成面，连成线，织成网，把握知识间的内在联系。对于单元练*和综合练*上的题目，特别是做错的题目，最好摘录到错题集上，予以认真的反思，领悟，并注意把它们与以前做过的题目加以比较，对照，以求举一反三，触类旁通。
三是把握每一个细节。细节决定成败，过程决定结果。我们要立足做好眼前的小事，用好每一个早读，上好每一节课，弄懂每一个题目，不放过每一个疑点，通过点点滴滴的积累，去登上中考成功的阶梯。

现在，我们告别了忙碌的高中生活，踏进多姿多彩的大学生活，在这个缤纷的环境中，如果遇见对你好的朋友，你一定要懂得珍惜。另外，要切记一点，“己所不欲，勿施于人”。其实很简单，对待朋友多一点了解、信任、交流与关心！

激昂的青春，闪耀着光彩。我是芳草湖监狱民警曹坤鹏，很荣幸能有这样一个机会与大家进行交流和学*。今天，我演讲的题目是《激情成就梦想，奋斗点亮未来》。
20xx年7月，我作为一名大学生志愿者踏上了西行的列车，来到了占祖国六分之一领土的新疆，用年少的心灵和人生诺言追逐着梦想，诠释了一个重大的人生抉择，更演绎了生命意义的所在。一个志愿者就是一把泥土，我们存在的意义不是被淹没，而是与无数泥土聚集在一起，成就一座山峰，一条山脉，这样的山峰，可以改变风的方向，可以决定水的流速，这风就是社会风气，这水就是文明进程。在志愿服务期间，鲜艳的志愿者旗帜和那洋溢青春气息的志愿者标志，也总是让当地群众驻足并发出啧啧称赞。在这里，我不仅亲切感受到了新疆人民的勤劳与善良，热情与朴实，更成就了我步入社会的第一步，教会了我生活的真谛，也正因如此，更加坚定了我要扎根边疆的想法。
成功青睐于有准备的人，20xx年12月，我通过层层选拔，最终成为了一名光荣的监狱人民警察，并接受了为期两个月的最为圣洁的洗礼和知识技能的补给。面对不朽的兵团精神和融入军魂的血脉。在一种无形之魂的推涌下，我更加坚定了我的选择。通过对政治理论、法律基础、行为养成、警务技能及体能、警队建设、监管业务等全方位、多层次的培训，使我增进了对兵团及兵团监狱性质的认识，掌握了从事监狱工作所具备的业务技能，实现了由一名普通公民向具备一定专业素质的见***的转变。起初，一身威严的警服，让我有了使不完的劲，用不完的力，但真正认识了周围的环境，真正被这茫茫的戈壁滩所包围，被单一单调的工作内容所左右，被这严格严明的工作纪律所束缚时，失落、彷徨、埋怨不止一次的向我袭来，结果烟是越抽越多，话是越说越少。心想：上了十几年学，就是为了能从农村出来，如今毕业了，参加工作了，却又进地了。渐渐的，工作积极性开始有所跌落，思想意识有所滑坡，自我严格要求的心灵底线开始变化，放任自流的思想有逐渐上升趋势。后来在工作中，通过参加监狱系统开展的社会主义法治理念教育、岗位练兵月和“以老带新”等一系列活动，使我对兵团监狱事业有了新的认识和理解，领导的关怀，同事的帮扶，伴我一路成长，我今天的'点滴进步都闪烁着他们激情与智慧的光芒，都镌刻着他们不懈追求与辛勤奋斗的印记，从他们身上我懂得了什么叫责任，什么是奉献，什么叫几十年如一日。这时内心的失落、彷徨、埋怨一扫而光，取而代之是以一种更加积极健康的心态投入到工作中。
兢兢业业从警路，化作胡杨三千年。在监狱*三年的历练中，通过多看、多听、多想、多问、多做，不断提高自我工作的主动性，不怕多做事，不怕做小事，不断向实践学*、向老民警学*、向书本学*，并将我对监管事业永远不变的铮铮誓言化为立时行动，在忠实履行屯垦戍边的历史使命和维护监管安全的神圣职责的长期实践中，得以完善提高自己，增强了自身监管安全的首位意识、直接管理的责任意识和听从命令的大局意识。同时，也使我学会了思考与实践的升华;学会了组织与协作的艺术;学会了在困难中求发展、在拼搏中求进步的信念。感谢警察这个称谓，他让我明白了什么是职业的神圣，感谢这一职业的特殊，他教会了我怀一颗感恩的心，以恒久崇高的心态矢志不渝的忠贞气节在这一没有喧哗和硝烟的大漠深海践行着自己无悔的选择。
在第一年从事分监区监管工作时，新民警总是罪犯为达到个人目的“优先”选择，罪犯李某在劳作中出工不出力，故意用言语挑斗于我，以求激怒民警达到制造事端的目的，当我识破其“良苦”用心，采取“不理不睬、静观其变”的办法进行冷处理，该犯并没有因此而放弃，反而卷土重来，大有不达目的不罢休之势，但当我挑破该犯真正意图后并适时进行了处理和教育之后，李犯这才如梦初醒，灰溜溜地收回了他那套惯用的伎俩。
忠诚胜于能力，态度决定高度。正当我用一种毫不畏惧的决心、良好的心态、完美的执行力以及在限定时间内分秒必争地去完成任何一项任务的信心和信念，一步一个脚印地来展现进而实现我的选择时，机遇却与我不期而遇，20xx年3月14日，我被监狱党委任命二监区政工干事，当然业务干事虽不是什么官位，但却意味着要承担更多责任，有责任才有压力，因为我是为追求而来，不想碌碌无为一生。
殊不知，有些工作只有置身其中，才能真正的体会到其中滋味，政治工作岗位业务琐碎、复杂，涉及到方方面面，我感受到了前所未有过的压力，同时更感到了知识面的狭窄，面对工作的挑战，或退缩或前行，也许只在一念之间，机会或许也只有这么一次。怎么办?唯有顶住压力向前看，勇敢地正视差距才能不断前行。为此，我不断给自己打气，不懂就问，不会就学，加班加点便成了家常便饭，午夜2点之前完全属于我的正常工作时间，曾有多个夜晚，困倦、疲惫、眼睛瑟瑟流泪让我实在无法继续工作，我说服自己找“借口”暂时放一放手中的工作去睡觉。然而，躺在床上，满脑子又全是工作，根本无法安然入睡。不顾疲惫，再次穿好衣服用冷水洗把脸，重新坐在电脑前，直至认为工作满意了，才回宿舍睡个囫囵觉。其实，我心里明白：工作的劳累可以让人在休息时感到释然，身体上的劳累可以换得精神上的愉悦和坦然。为此，牺牲了多少休息时间，熬过了多少不眠之夜，我自己也说不清，因为这不是用简单的数学公式能算得清的，这其中的汗水、心血亦不是能用***数字能显示出来的。经过去年一年在政工岗位上历练，自己在服务大局意识、业务台帐建设、思想政治宣传等方面都取得了明显的进步，通过扎实的工作和辛勤的付出，自己引导、保证、服务的作用得到有效的发挥，并在师局年终检查中取得了第二名的好成绩。
喜欢由于选择而被定格，生命源于选择而显璀璨。在监狱事业的发展进程中，无论在哪一岗位，干什么工作，只要充满热情，用执着的信念和感恩的心态善待生命中的每一天，必有所得，终有所学，定有所会。激情成就梦想，奋斗点亮未来，在这里，我的人生已与监狱事业息息相关，我的青春将与监狱事业共续辉煌。

秋天不知什么时候早已来到身边，无声无息。 这时，一片枯黄的落叶盘旋在空中，轻轻地飘落。哦，又是落叶飘零时。你看，它飘得是那么缓慢，是那么地有韵味!也许，在这曼舞的空中，一定有着对春天生命开始的美好回忆，还有对繁茂浓荫的盛夏的留恋。 那是一个料峭的春寒日，你不顾及冷风凉雨，凭借着对生命的追求，把满腔热血激情地融入到破芽而出的一瞬，你把生命的全部力量变成奋力一搏，成就了全新的生命。从此，你的世界不再黑暗，你的生命已被光明和五彩缤纷填充着。你，没有辜负生命的所赐和大自然的恩惠，努力地吸收雨露和日精月华，克服了那些不尽如意的风暴和沙尘，用繁茂的枝叶，迎来了夏的酷热。滚滚热浪袭向你，狂风暴雨更是无情地摧残你.
这时，你虽身有摇动，心却没有动摇;你虽有起伏，却没有退缩。你以独特的方式，宣示着生命的高歌。在这个过程中，你真正懂得了，怎样才能实现自己的价值;在这个过程中，你始终把奉献作为自己的使命，无私无欲。所以，当一切灾难袭击你时，你才会无畏无惧，潇潇洒洒。 但秋来了，真正考验你的时刻到来了。你如果心中没有畏惧，为何在空中盘旋呢?
人们都说，人非草木，孰能无情。可是，你是草木，我知你更有情。我看见你时时回头仰望着母枝，她生你养你，一起与你奋斗，一起与你奉献，在你即将远去的时候，怎能不留恋?怎能不告别?那样无情不是你。可是，你没有“风萧萧易水寒，壮士一去不复返”的悲壮，没有“留取丹心照汗青”的豪情，更没有“廉颇老矣，尚能饭否”的哀歌，有的`只是“落叶归根”的夙愿，有的只是“化作春泥更护花”的情怀。因此，你飘落，但不悲哀;你飘落，但依然凯歌前行! 又是落叶飘零时……眼前不禁再现了“古藤老树昏鸦”的萧瑟景象，心中更有“自古逢秋悲寂寥”的无限感慨。时间又走过一个春秋，生命又缩短了一程。虽然我们坚信“盈缩之期，不但在天。养怡之福，可得永年”，但也无法阻挡生命的历程。难道就在悲秋、伤秋中，慢慢地把生命消耗掉吗?不，别忘了，秋是一个收获的季节，只要我们像落叶一样，用自己曾经拥有的生命，去努力打造多彩的光环，你会有硕果累累的意外收获，品味出“生命宽度”的意蕴!
又是落叶飘零时，让我多了分对生命的理解，也多了分对人生的感悟!

今天我要讲的是《为梦想而奋斗》。
高尔基说过；“当大自然剥夺了人类用四肢爬行的能力时，又给了他一根拐杖，这就是梦想！“梦想是人生的太阳”德莱特的这句话至今仍是很多人的座右铭。
梦想，不仅是一个美好的名词，更是人活一世奋斗努力的目标，倘若没有了这个目标，人生也会随之黯然失色。奥运史上第一个独得三枚田径金牌的女子是美国的威尔玛·鲁道夫，她辉煌的成绩足以令世人感叹，可她曾经被医生判定为终生残疾，曾经有六年不会走路。年幼的威尔玛立志要成为最优秀的田径运动员，这个可望而不可即的梦想激励着她不顾别人的嘲讽，日复一日年复一年的努力，终于赢得了鲜花和掌声，创造了辉煌的奇迹。
梦想，这一盏不灭的灯趋走了威尔玛心灵的阴影，照亮了她前进的方向。人生之路不是一马*川，也不是鲜花碧草铺就，困苦挫折在所难免。但只要有梦想这盏不灭的灯相伴，就能冲破迷惘，步入灿烂的'里程。歌德说过：“人人心中有盏灯，强者经风不熄，弱者遇风即灭。这盏灯，就是梦想。”梦想之灯虽然美好，但也是虚无缥缈的。若想让梦想之灯放出光芒，需要付出艰辛的劳动甚至是一生的努力。
前人说得好：有志之人立长志，无志之人常立志。据于梦想而不去奋斗的人是*庸的，他们像阿q一样整天处在幻想之中，把未来的生活打扮得五光十色，然而却只能是雾里看花，海市蜃楼罢了。因此，单单手执梦想之灯是不够的，更需要你汗水凝成的灯油与奋斗汇成的火焰。
没有梦想的人，就像一艘无舵的孤舟，终将被大海吞没；不肯为梦想奋斗的人，就像一颗黑夜的流星，不知会陨落何方。寻找你的梦想之灯并将它点亮！

每个人都有自己的生活，每个人的生活都不一样。他们的生活可能是幸福的，也可能是痛苦的，但他们都是幸福的！我们都应该珍惜自己最快乐的时光。
小学六年，我一直是高姿态的活着。在学*方面，我相信学*是无关紧要的，学不学没什么大不了的。但是，每次考试，我都幻想自己能顺利通过。然而，幻想终究抵挡不住空洞的无知。所以我害怕考试，更害怕面对试卷上的低分。鲜艳的颜色会伤害我空虚而浅薄的心。转眼间，六年就这样悄悄地过去了。毕业的那一刻，突然发现这六年的学*积累几乎是空白，什么都没学到，白白浪费了六年。一寸光阴一寸金，一寸光阴难买！现在我深有感触！
进入初中后，我遇到了很多困难。每次遇到困难，总想懦弱的放弃。这个时候，妈妈总是不厌其烦地一遍又一遍地开导我，让我克服困难，不被困难打败。之后我会在心里形成一个信念：哪里跌倒，哪里就爬起来！初中三年，我也有很多好同学。一旦我有什么困难，他们总是积极帮我解决。现在回想起来，还是很怀念四班的日子，很想让时间停留在6月10日！让我们永远在一起。
现在我要当高中生了。虽然这个机会是用钱买来的，但我会尽我所能，确保这笔钱在未来的高中生活中不会被错误地花掉。因为这是父母辛辛苦苦挣来的钱，我才明白过去的艰辛。直到后来看到父母衰老的样子和越来越多的白发，才知道父母每天都在为这个家努力，风雨无阻。很多次，我的.父母都因为我调皮捣蛋，无理取闹的行为伤透了脑筋。小时候妈妈教我要好好学*。那时候我总是对妈妈的话充耳不闻。甚至我中考的时候也没考。当时我妈对我说：高考和高考是你人生的两个重要转折点，无论有多难，都要勇敢面对！不然别人问你中考和高考怎么样，你会说不知道。多一个文凭，多一个知识，多一条路！直到那时，我才意识到学*的重要性和父母对我深深的爱。

在舞台下的他，幽默搞怪，爱讲冷笑话。记得在陈翔被淘汰时，多少人都在喊不公，可是事实就是如此，第二天，各大网站头条几乎都是“陈翔PK武艺，人气王陈翔爆冷出局。”想想，这多么难堪呀，可是陈翔却很高兴的接受记者采访时，说：“我被淘汰了，没关系呀，那样我的香橙就可以好好的睡觉了，不用整天熬夜替我投票了。”听听，多心酸呀，这个傻傻的男孩，怎么让我们不喜欢他呢?
就算陈翔失去了20_年这个快男屋头，但也没关系，这只是意味着他将走向更大的舞台，就像我们的人生一样，跌倒了大不了再站起来，拍拍灰尘，继续向前走，前途依旧美好。

生活，就是生下来，活下去。在生活中，每个人每天每分每秒，都在发生着不同的事，而每件事都有着不同意义！
是悲伤还是快乐，这是由自己定义的。有人说情绪是世界各最难控制的。对，没错！但如果我们都以积极乐观的心态去面对所有事，那么每件事都是好事，快乐的事。
当成绩考得不理想的时候，对着镜子里的'我说：“是自己的知识不够扎实。要更加努力的学*，加油吧。下次会考的更好的。”
当别人不小心踩到自己的脚，会意的微笑，然后对他说：“没关系，是我没有注意到你。”
心烦时记住三句话，第一句“算了吧”。生活中有许多事。可能你经过再多的努力都无法达到。因为一个人的能力必定是有限的，要受到各种条件的限制。只要自己努力过，争取过，其实结果已经不重要了。
第二句话是“不要紧”。不管发生什么事都要对自己说：“不要紧。”因为积极乐观的态度是解决和战胜困难的第一步。上天对每个人都是公*的。他在关上一扇门的同时，必定会打开一扇窗。
第三句话是“会过去的”。不管雨的多大，连续下几天，总会有晴天的时候。所以无论遇到什么困难，都要以积极地心态来面对。坚信总会有雨过天晴的时候。
贝多芬在耳朵完全失聪之后，仍以乐观的心态面对生活，仍继续坚持乐曲的创作。
霍金，是一位残疾人且行动不便，但也拥有非凡的才华，成为一名影响整个世界的伟大的物理学家。他的身残志坚。乐观的心态，是他成功的第一步。
保持积极乐观的心态。确定奋斗目标，是自己更有责任感。在形成过程中，你会体会更多的生活乐趣。并长远的保持积极乐观的心态。

早上好！
今天我演讲的题目是“养文明*惯，做文明学生”。
先让我为大家讲述两个事例：
第一个事例是：新加坡是一个通用英语的国家，这个国家的公共场所的各种标语大多是用英语书写。但其中的一些涉及文明礼貌的标语，如“不准随地吐痰”、“禁止吸烟”、“不准进入草坪”等却用中文书写。为什么呢？人家回答：因为有这些不文明行为的大数是中国大陆的游客。为此，到新加坡考察的一位中学校长语重心长地说：不文明行为也是国耻。
第二个事例是：据中央电视台报道，国庆节后的***广场，随处可见的口香糖残迹，显得格外刺眼，40万*方米的***广场上竟有60万块口香糖残渣，有的地方不到一*方米的地面上竟有9块口香糖污渍，密密麻麻的斑痕与***广场的神圣和庄严形成了强烈的反差。
以上两个事例表明，文明的一切都是由细节构成的，通过这些细节，我们看见了文明离我们国家还有一定距离，因此我们每个学生都应该养成文明*惯，做文明学生。尤其是对于我们施桥中心小学的.学生来说，你们中有不少学生是经过各种途径和努力后，才得以成为了施桥中心小学的一员。然而遗憾的是，在我们身边，在一部分同学身上，还是有着一些不文明行为。例如，我们的校园内、楼梯上总能见到与我们美丽的校园极不和谐的白色垃圾，尤其星期六、星期日教室里、校园内垃圾随处可见，甚至有的同学认为，反正有值日的同学打扫，扔了又何妨；再例如可见在教室走廊上的起哄大闹，走路推推搡搡，随意撞坏门窗，也不觉心疼；再例如校园内部分同学之间相互的讲脏话、粗话，随意攀爬学校墙头、**围栏和车棚围栏，甚至还有个别同学故意损坏学校公共财物。我们很多同学把文化知识的学*放在首位而常常忽略了社会公德、文明*惯的养成，而这恰恰从本质上体现一个人的思想品质。
事实上，良好的行为*惯是保证我们良好学*的前提，也是树立健康人格的基础。在学校没有良好的行为*惯的同学就目无纪律，不讲卫生，扰乱整个学校的学*环境。相反，如果我们养成了文明的行为*惯，学*环境就是良好的、有序的。我们知道：一个学校的学生具有良好的文明行为*惯，才能构建出优良的学*环境，创造出优良的学*成绩。现在，我们正处于人生中最关键的探索时期，在这个时期的所作所为，将潜移默化的影响到我们自身的心理素质，而文明的行为就在帮助我们提高自身的心理素质，同时也完善了自身的道德品质，如果我们不在此时，抓好自身的道德素质建设，那我们纵然拥有了丰富的科学文化知识，于人于己于社会又有何用呢，所以，我们应该先**，后成材，不要做一部单纯掌握一些知识技能的机器，而要成为一个身心和谐发展的人。文明就是我们素质的前沿，拥有文明，那我们就拥有了世界上最为宝贵的精神财富。

今天很高兴，能有这样的机会，和大家欢聚，向大家学*。我是陈翠玉，演讲的题目是《真诚关爱每一位幼儿》。
记得读初中的时候，放学回家还喜欢跟邻居的几个五六岁的孩子一起跳牛皮筋。就这样，我怀着牛皮筋弹起的梦想，入读职专幼师班。
临*毕业了，我在海滨幼儿园实*，有时为了第二天能上好课，带好一天的活动，前一天晚上要“开夜车”准备教具、备教案，。眼皮打架了，头也痛了，还要反复检查教案、教具是否都准备好，天天如此，天天给自己加油鼓劲：我绝不能上一堂失败的课。当我看到孩子们脸上的微笑，当我的实*成绩得到指导老师的充分肯定时，我感到一种从未有过的喜悦和自豪：我可以当老师了!
记得刚踏入幼儿园工作的第一天，看到一群群天真的孩子，一张张好奇的小脸，我有点不知所措。所幸的是，我遇上了黄老师——我的搭班老师。正是她，给了我帮助和鼓励，让我学到了许多道理，知道了什么是爱，什么是责任心。
“爱孩子，真诚对待每一个孩子”这是教师最基本的职业素质，能否真诚对待每一个幼儿，并不是件简单容易的事。有些幼儿聪明、漂亮、干净，很讨老师的喜欢;有些幼儿调皮、穿戴不整洁，不讨老师喜欢。
从教半年来，让我懂得了什么才是真正的幼儿教师。著名作家雨果曾说过:“花的事业是尊贵的，果实的事业是甜美的，让我们做叶的事业吧，因为叶的事业是*凡而谦逊的。”
百年大计教育为本，教育大计教师为本，教师大计则师德为本。幼儿教师不仅要具有知识与能力的素质，更应该具有良好的师德修养。作为一个幼儿教师，一个合格的幼儿教师，首先要具备的是什么?可能有人会说：是扎实的基本功，但我觉得更应该具备的是强烈的责任心和对幼儿的'“爱”，没有强烈的责任心和“爱”，一切都无从做起。

我要做一个孝顺的孩子，因为我已经上四年级了，所以我应该懂得体贴。孝顺父母了。
有一天妈妈下班回来她一回到家，便直接躺在了床上，我跑到床前小心地帮妈妈盖好被子。大概是因为太累了，妈妈很快进入梦乡，我本想出去玩一会，但是我想到自己曾经说过做一个孝顺贴心的孩子时，我放弃了出去玩耍的念头。我先去厨房把碗和盘子洗干净，然后用电磁炉为妈妈做了四个麻油水煮蛋，我心想，妈妈这几天累坏，得多吃几个鸡蛋补补。
我又倒了一杯牛奶，左后拿出切面面包，再抹上果酱加上两片火腿，这样给妈妈做的晚饭就算做好了，我端着晚饭拿到房间，又轻轻地叫醒妈妈，他看见我给她准备了食物，妈妈十分开心直夸我说：“儿子，你真棒。”听了妈妈的夸奖我不好意思地摸摸头笑了。
晚上，爸爸回来喊着腰疼，我立马跑过去帮爸爸捶背，可能我的手法比较娴熟，爸爸十分享受的'闭上眼睛，最后竟然睡着了。爸爸睡了一觉起来伸了个大队的懒腰，很高兴的对我说：“儿子你可真孝顺！”我大声地回答爸爸说：“这是我应该做的！”

水是工业的血液。制造一吨钢，约用25吨水。制造一吨纸，约用450吨水。
食品加工离不了水，酱油、醋、啤酒等，都是水的化身。
然而，我国的水资源并不丰富。在云南、甘肃等一些缺水地区，能让孩子喝上一口干净的水，洗个澡，都是众多母亲的奢望。一个老农用一根粗绳把一个七八岁的孩子滑到井底，为的是一瓢一瓢舀上半桶略带泥沙的饮用水。而看看我们身边的一些人呢，哗哗的流水，为的是洗一块毛巾；炎热的夏天，当你舒舒服服冲着凉水澡时，你所用的水是缺水地区的人半个月的用水量；当你粗心，没有把水龙头拧紧时，它一个晚上流失的`水，相当于非洲缺水地区一个居民一星期的饮水量。

有时候，一件很小的事情，却能给我们一件受益终身的启示。
那天清晨，我早早起床，穿好衣服，洗漱完之后，一家人高高兴兴地去爬岳麓山了。
很快地我们们来到了岳麓山脚下，我不禁赞叹道：“真高啊！”的确高耸入云！这是我对岳麓山的第一印象。
开始爬山了，我们很兴奋，有说有笑，可是，才爬了十几分钟，原来的兴奋劲就被卷得一干二净，我气喘吁吁，大汗淋漓，旁边一辆接一辆的游艺车，从我们身边经过，看着车上神气十足，精神焕发的人们，我是多么想租一辆车爬上去，缓解一下旅途的劳顿啊！可爸妈一再鼓励我说：“一座高山，只有靠自己努力，徒步登上去，才有意义！”我嘴巴上答应，可心中还是有点不舒服，一个不经意间，我突然发现爸妈额头上布满了汗珠，便咬咬牙，继续往山顶爬去。
离山顶只有几米远了，我喘着粗气，艰难地挪动着脚步，终于，我们登上了山顶！
站在巍峨的山顶上，我深深深地体会到了“一览众山小”的`感觉，那山脚下的汽车，在我的眼中，就像一只只小甲虫，密密麻麻的人群，在我眼中，就如一群群小蚂蚁，在缓缓地移动……

啊!理想是勤奋者织就的一幅画，智慧者开拓的一片天空，劳动者用血汗养育的一朵花，执着者用丹心炼就的一片情!每个人都有理想，它是人人所向往的。没有理想的人的人生将是空虚的，人生没有理想就如飞机失去航标，船只失去灯塔，终将被社会所淘汰。但理想总是随着思想的前进而改变的。碌碌无为是庸人所为，奋发图强是智者之举。

大家好，今天我要演讲的题目是《靠天靠地不如靠自己》。
相信很多朋友都经历过绝望吧，那种绝望感是身边的人都靠不住，必须要靠自己才能成功。举个简单的例子吧，我们拿最热门的手游王者荣耀来说，有时候太相信队友反而死得更彻底，靠天靠地不如靠自己。
但我们也没必要去指责他人，因为他人不帮你或者帮不到你是他们的事，对于他们来说可能只是一次交往加深的错过，但对你的影响就很大，所以，我们要养成自立的精神，不要想着去依靠他人成就某事，想要成功，不如先让自己变得强大，变得不需要任何人的帮助，不需要去祈求别人的施舍。这是自立者最基本的素养。
在这个社会，不管是男人还是女人，强大自身才是立足之本，团队合作那只存在于合作上，在生活上，你还是得靠你自己，那种所谓的团队合作吗，需要一定时间的磨合，才能化零为整，把大伙的`力量都用在同一点。别去奢望别人会倾囊相助，除了自己的父母，没有人有这么大义。即使是所谓的哥们义气，挡刀精神，到了生死存亡的时候，人总是自私的。
最后，自立的人不一定成功，但成功的人一定是自立的。

生命是宝贵的，要比金钱宝贵千万倍，更何况每个人的生命只有一次，我们不更应该要珍惜生命吗？生命之花易开也易凋谢。
最*因特大地震而发生了海啸，使得一些人无家可归，丧失性命，还有许多人下落不明，生死未卜。还有战争也让许多无辜的'*民百姓因此而丧生，这些事例不都说明了生命容易逝去吗？
难道世界上没有许多人都在珍惜着生命吗？难道他们珍惜生命的品质不值得我们去学*吗？
有时不是人们不是不珍爱生命，而是一些自然灾害来得太突然了，让我们防不胜防，所以我们应该对各种自然灾害有所防备，减少灾害带来的损失。
在此，我真心呼吁大家，一定要珍爱生命，让生命活得更有价值。
