（三）学生工作处。及时发布学校相关防控要求和信息，通过微信工作群、QQ工作群、家长群、学生群等渠道及时发布假期生活提示和学校开学工作安排，开展健康教育，引导学生和家长居家、外出或返校时主动做好防控工作，发现疫情及时报告。
（四）离退休工作处。及时发布学校相关防控要求和信息。对离退休教职工要指派专人对开展宣传教育，做好防控工作。要通微信工作群、QQ工作群等网络渠道及时发布假期生活提示，开展健康教育。引导其居家、外出时主动做好防控工作。执行零报告和日报告制度，发现疫情及时报告。
（五）附属医院。要积极配合驻地卫生健康部门严格落实防控措施，做好疫情防控有关条件和应急药械的必要准备。要做好校园疫情防控，及时有效处置疫情。要积极落实学校相关防控措施，通过多种形式开展新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎等传染病防控宣传教育，帮助师生提高防范意识、掌握防治知识，引导师生养成良好卫生*惯和健康生活方式。
（六）总务处。春季学期开学前，要以防控新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎等传染病为重点，进一步改善学校环境卫生条件，切实抓好教学楼、宿舍、食堂、公共场馆、实验室、洗手间、水房等重点区域和场所环境卫生，做到日常通风换气，保持室内空气流通，为广大师生创造卫生、整洁、健康、文明的校园环境。
（七）安全保卫处。加强校园安全管理、禁止外来车辆、人员入内，联防联控，做好安全保卫工作，确保学校和谐稳定。
（八）各部门及时对本部门教职工发布学校相关防控要求和信息，要指派专人开展宣传教育，做好防控工作。要通微信工作群、QQ工作群等网络渠道及时发布假期生活提示、开展健康教育，掌握教职工寒假外出及身体健康情况，执行零报告和日报告制度，发现疫情及时报告。
工作领导小组各成员部门要进入应急状态，全面落实好各项管控措施；要强化责任意识，加强组织领导，以极端负责的态度高度重视，迅速开展疫情防控工作。对涉及疫情方面的信息迟报、不报、瞒报、谎报的，将严肃问责。
为切实做好开学前后疫情防控工作，有效防止疫情向校园扩散，结合学校的实际，特制定本方案。
一、总体要求
全面落实*、*及区、市党委、*应对疫情工作的决策部署，以“坚决阻断疫情进校园、确保师生不被感染”为目标，科学制定学校开学前后疫情防控措施，确保学校顺利开学，确保广大师生生命安全和身体健康。
二、防控任务
（一）开学防控准备做到“四个到位”
1、摸底排查到位
一要摸清滞留区外师生情况，实行信息化远端管理。全覆盖、无遗漏精准摸排当前滞留区外的师生人数，按教职工和学生分类登记，建立电子台帐。建立“日报告”制度，每日逐级上报人员流动信息。
二要摸清全体师生健康状况，建立健康档案。对全校师生及其家庭成员健康状况进行一次大排查、大起底。重点做到“四个摸清”：摸清是否来自或滞留疫情较重地区；摸清是否与确诊病例和疑似病例有密切接触；摸清是否有不适症状；摸清假期活动行踪。建立师生健康卡管理制度，每位师生每日填报健康状况和行踪，在此基础上，逐级汇总形成全市师生健康档案，实行动态监测。（工会负责）
2、分类隔离到位
一要设置独立集中隔离点。二要严格落实分类隔离。
3、物资储备到位
要提早储备学校疫情防控所需防护物资，对紧缺的口罩，采取由属地*供应、教育主管部门和学校购买、学生家长自筹、向社会募捐相结合的办法解决；要为所属学校提供必需测温仪、消毒液，学校要统筹安排好学校安保、保洁等人员。
4、重点场所消毒到位
开学前对校园进行一次全面彻底的环境卫生大整治、大扫除，确保不留盲区、不留死角，做好校舍室内空气、地面和物体表面等的消毒工作。
（二）开学后防疫做到“四个周密”
1、周密安排师生上课作息，实行“三错时”
一、进校错时，分年级按间隔10-15分进校。
二、要实行错时上下学（课），分年级按间隔10-15分钟依次错时上下学（课）。
三、要实行错峰就餐。
2、周密守护师生健康，落实“五项制度”
一要落实校园封闭管理制度。学校要严格出入管理制度，在封闭管理期间，师生不得随意出入校门，上学、放学统一刷卡进出校门。如有学生患病等突**况的，履行相关手续后，方可出校门。
二要落实晨午检制度。对全体师生员工每日最少进行两次体温检测（进校门进宿舍、时必须测体温）。
三要落实疫情报告及应急处置制度。各学校要随时掌握师生健康状况，一旦发现有疑似新冠肺炎早期症状（如发热、咳嗽等）的，要立即启动应急预案，并第一时间向所在地疾控中心和教育主管部门报告，进行健康检查，并视情况及时安排到指定医院就诊。
四要落实因病缺勤（课）登记和追踪报告制度。学校每日要统计师生的出勤（到校）情况，并做好记录。对因病缺勤（课）师生要及时登记报告，指定专人负责，实行病因追踪。病愈后由学校领导和医生根据医院返校证明共同研究认可后方可返校。不允许师生带病上班（课）。
五要落实健康教育制度。学校要充分发挥课堂教育主阵地作用，开好健康教育课。同时，要通过新媒介宣传手段，向广大师生和家长宣传疫情防控健康知识，确保师生知晓率达100%。要做好心理辅导和人文关怀，为师生提供心理干预和咨询。
3、周密管控集体活动，做到“四个严禁”
一要严禁聚集性活动。学校不得召开学生晨会、家长会，不得举办活动、讲座等聚集性活动，取消早操、课间操、眼保健操。
二要严禁师生串岗串班。教师上班期间实行签到坐班制，不得相互串岗串门；学生以班为单位管理，严禁串宿串班，不得扎堆聊天，不得成群结队、追逐打闹，出入教室、餐厅、宿舍门口时，不得拥挤推搡、聚集就餐。
三要严禁校门口人员聚集。学生上下学出入校门口时，保持1米距离，有序出入。保安人员要维持上下学时校门口秩序。不允许任何人员在校门口逗留聚集。
四严禁外来人员进入校园，确因工作需要来访人员须进行严格登记、测量体温，禁止未佩戴口罩或体温异常人员进入校园。疫情防控期间，校园场地一律暂停对外开放，与教育教学无关的聚集性活动一律暂停。
4、周密管控重点场所，做到“三个严格”
一要严格食堂管理。各学校要规范食堂管理，实行“明厨亮灶”，严把材料进口关、食品加工操作关、从业人员体检关，落实食堂操作人员、采购人员、配送人员、检验人员佩戴口罩、每日两次体温检测制度。
二要严格住宿管理。实行宿舍封闭管理，建立出入人员体温监测登记制度，住宿生一旦入住，不得接受外来食品。实行24小时值班值守和学生就寝后“零报告”制度，做到日常通风换气，保持室内空气流通，并每日消毒两次。
三要严格教学场所管理。学校要指定专人负责对教室、办公场所、图书馆计算机室等重点区域和场所做到日常通风换气，保持室内空气流通，并每日消毒两次。对学生经常触摸的门把手、桌面、计算机（鼠标、键盘）等重点物品、部位要定期用酒精擦拭消毒，并建好消毒擦拭记录。
三、保障服务
1、建立组织领导体系。学校开学疫情防控工作作为一项重要的政治任务，充分发挥战斗堡垒作用，主动担当尽责，广大党员干部要充分发挥先锋模范作用，走在前，干在先，做表率。要层层压实工作责任，学校*、校长为第一责任人，分管校领导为直接责任人，学校各部门负责人为具体责任人，要切实扛起政治责任，层层传导压力，建立教育部门、学校、年级、班级、家长五级联动、协同高效的防控工作网络。
2、建立医教协同体系。切实加强学校与属地医疗机构结对、校医与医务人员结对，医疗机构定期到学校指导防疫工作，协同开展疫情期间学生健康防护和学校公共卫生突发事件的救治工作，共同落实防疫责任。
3、建立家校联动体系。学校要通过家委会、班级微信群、学校微信公众号、空中课堂等方式，协调家长做好学生健康卡填写、自我防护、心理干预疏导、在校突发事件处置等工作。网信部门要加强涉校涉生疫情舆情监测，协调相关部门做好核查处置和回应引导。
4、建立经费物资保障体系。开学前为学校储备疫情防护物资，并保障开学后所需物资供应到位。
为了保证师生的健康，牢固树立“健康第一，安全至上”的思想，在预防全校师生新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎传染病的发生，维护教育教学秩序稳定方面，学校做了大量的工作，采取了得力措施。为了打好这场抗击疫情的攻坚战，我校领导亲自挂帅，积极部署疫情防控方案。在广大师生们齐心协力，万众一心的努力下，学校疫情防控工作目前没有没感染人员，使我校防控新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎传染性疾病工作取得阶段性胜利。
一、提高认识，制定切实可行的工作目标
当前，新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情仍在蔓延，吉林省已启动重大突发公共卫生事件I级响应。学校领导非常重视新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎防控工作，通过办公群组织教师认真学*上级文件精神，贯彻落实上级的决策部署，按照高度重视、全员参与、积极应对、联防联控、依法科学处置的总体要求，按照预防为主，防治结合;依法防控，科学应对;分级负责，属地管理的原则，充分准备，严阵以待，认真做好各项防控工作，最大程度地减少新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎流行对师生健康和学校安全稳定造成的危害，维护社会稳定。
二、精心组织，建立健全组织领导机构
成立了防控新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎工作领导小组，由校长负总责，按照XX市新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情联防联控工作领导小组《关于加强新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控工作的通告》和教育局《新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎防控工作方案》等相关文件要求，把学校疫情防控工作作为当前最重要工作来抓，将新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎防控工作落实到学校具体部门、落实到每个班级，认真开展学校防病防疫工作的筛查活动。
三、合理安排，采取有效的防控工作措施
1、制定方案，精心准备。认真学*上级有关文件精神，制订应对新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情的工作方案并认真落实。
2、加强宣传，及时预防。积极开展多种形式的健康宣教，普及新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎防治知识，倡导环境卫生、科学洗手等卫生行为，提高广大学生、教职员工对疫情防控的正确认识和自我防护能力。学校定期对教室、图书馆（阅览室）、教研室、宿舍等学生和教职员工学*、工作、生活场所卫生进行消毒，注意通风，保持空气流通。
3、建立制度，完善措施。
开学后，每日对在校学生和教职工开展晨检，仔细询问是否有发热、咳嗽、咽痛等症状。一旦发现异常症状的学生或教职工，要立即按有关规定，上报、隔离。要求其进行进一步诊治，其间不得返校参加正常教学等活动。指定专人每日负责学生和教职员工因病缺勤登记和随访工作。一旦出现学生、教职工因病缺勤，应及时了解缺勤原因，发现异常现象要在第一时间（2小时内）报告当地疾病预防控制机构和教育行政部门。
4、畅通渠道，上报及时。
一是建立“零报告”制度。建立健全校内有关部门和人员、学校与家长、学校与教育行政部门“零报告”联系机制，完善信息收集报送渠道，保证信息畅通。二是实行24小时值班制度。加强校内值班，实行24小时值班制度。建立与教育部门、*门信息联动机制，发现疫情及时上报并收集本地区新型冠状病毒感染的`肺炎发生信息，及时准确地进行预警。
四、开学后，搞好消毒、卫生工作，营造学生健康成长的环境
1、各班除召开“预防新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎”专题班会外，还经常利用晨会、午会等时间，发动学生从了解病状、预防措施到宣传。
2、学校教职工一旦有感冒发热立即报告学校，并由校长了解状况，根据病情决定是否上报上级部门。
3、家长一旦发现孩子发烧，第一时间通知学校，先送医院（不要任其返校或要求学校送医院而造成不必要的学生间互动）
4、每日对学生个人卫生进行检查。
5、每周进行门把手、楼梯扶手、桌面等物体表面用消毒剂进行擦拭消毒;
6、进行清扫或消毒时，工作人员应戴手套，清洗结束后要立即洗手。
7、养成良好的个人卫生*惯和饮食*惯，饭前便后洗手、勤洗澡。
8、告戒家长尽量少带孩子去拥挤的公共场所，特别是尽量避免与其他有发热、出疹性疾病的儿童接触，减少被感染的机会。*时要多注意观察孩子身体状况的变化，一旦发现孩子有发热、出疹等表现，应尽早带孩子到医院就诊，并积极配合医生的治疗。
9、每天进行零报告制度。学校有专人负责每天向教育局体卫办报告学校的情况,做到信息畅通。
10、积极开展体育活动，加强体育锻炼，保证一天的一小时锻炼时间，从而增强体质，提高机体抵抗力。
11、全校班级分别举行了以“防止肺炎”的主题班会，内容丰富，深入浅出，形式多样，收效显著。
目前乃至今后一段时间，防控新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎的任务还十分艰巨，我们将在上级的正确领导下，创造条件，千方百计做好防控工作，为全面防控疫情作出贡献!
五、存在问题
口罩和消毒液等必备物资目前采购困难。
六、下阶段工作
1、继续做好师生疫情防控宣传教育工作，进一步引起全体学生及家长的高度重视。
2、上级有关部门应该加强对社会进行知识宣传，提高群众防控意识。
面对新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎蔓延的严峻形势，加强对新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎的防控，是学校应尽的义务，确保全校师生*安度过流行疾病蔓延的严峻时期，是学校的责任。我校认识到位，部署及时，措施得力，新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎防控工作有条不紊。
下一步，我校将进一步加大工作力度，将新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎放控工作逐步引向深入，为创建*安和谐校园作出应有的贡献。
为坚决贯彻落实国家、省、市关于新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控工作要求，有效应对疫情，做好20xx年春季教职工开学返校工作，切实保障教职工*安返校，维护校园稳定和教学秩序，按照《xx市教育系统新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控工作方案》要求，特制定本预案。
一、总体目标
全面做好开学前后校园的疫情防控工作，及时有效地采取各项预防措施，保障教职工*安返校，教育教学*稳运行，防止不必要的恐慌情绪，维护学校正常秩序和校园稳定。
二、组织机构
（一）在学校新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控工作领导小组领导下，成立教职工返校工作小组，全面指导20xx年春季学期学校教职工返校工作有序开展。

领导小组下设办公室，组织人事处处长兼任办公室主任，XXX、XXX、XXX为成员，负责统筹协**职工开学返校工作，保障教职工*安返校。具体事宜由XXX负责。
三、主要工作和措施
（一）假期中全面排查
1.寒假期间，按照省、市疫情防控有关要求，各部门应与本部门教职工保持密切联系，摸清掌握教职工行程情况和身体健康情况，进行人员排查，收集教职工有无从疫区返回、与疫区人员接触和有无发烧、干咳、乏力等症状的相关信息，第一时间报学校疫情防控工作领导小组办公室，不得漏报、瞒报、误报，准确掌握人员动态信息。
2.全体教职工需于20xx年2月7日前返XX，返XX途中乘坐公共交通工具时，全程佩戴医用外科口罩或N95口罩;
返XX后妥善保存旅行票据信息，以配合可能的相关密切接触者调查。各部门要开展以防控新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎的预防与应急知识为重点的健康宣传教育，引导教职工减少外出，不参加聚会活动，增强公共卫生意识和自我保护能力。从外地返XX者需按照疫情防控要求进行自我隔离、登记并上报。从疫区返回、与疫区人员接触、有发烧、干咳、乏力等症状的教职工，需在家自主隔离14日无症状后方可到校上班。
3.各教学部门应及时掌握教师的健康状况，若因身体状或在疫区、隔离等不能按时到岗，部门按应急预案妥善安排好教学工作。
（二）开学时全面检测
1.教职工开学返校时间为20xx年2月XX日（如有变动另行通知）。在正式开学前，部门做好留校和返校教职工的健康筛查和监测工作，全面了解返校教职工假期与相关人员接触情况（尤其是对到过湖北和接触过湖北来XX人员的教职工到属地卫生服务中心登记报备的落实情况）。
2.教职工不要私自提前返校上班，确因特殊情况需提前返校的，须通过所在部门报学校同意，并服从学校统一安排，方可返校。
3.返校当天，组织人事处负责组织做好教职工开学到岗情统计。对体温超过摄氏度或有干咳、乏力等症状的教职工，部门需安排其到校医务室进一步观察，或安排送医进一步检查，同时将患者情况及时报教职工返校工作小组办公室。
（三）上班时全程防控
1.做好每日日常体温监测工作，若发现疑似症状人员要及时报告学校新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控工作领导小组办公室。
2.各部门应加强考勤，关注本部门教职工健康情况，了解身体异常教职工密切接触人员、行踪等信息。教职工一旦出现新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疑似症状，应及时就医并请假，不得带病上班;经医院诊断排除后方可回校上班。
3.教职工上下班需佩戴口罩（教师上课期间除外）。
4.教职工在校内突发感染症状，应立即向当日学校总值班汇报，并逐级上报，总值班立即通知其家属护送去医院。学校启动应急处置，对密切接触人员进行隔离观察。为避免病毒传播，可临时性关闭校门，在校门关闭期间，教职工不得擅自离开学校。
5.对被隔离治疗或在疫区等不能按时到岗的教职工，组织人事处和教务处应根据工作需要做好人力资源配置工作，对教职工进行合理调配。
四、工作要求
（一）各部门要对本部门教职工做好宣传和引导工作，及时将中央、省、市和学校的疫情宣传信息传递给教职工，确保教职工疫情防控知识应知应会，引导教职工树立信心，克服恐惧心理。
（二）疫情防控期间，各部门不得组织教师参加各类大型集体活动，不安排教职工外出参加教研、培训和学术活动。
（三）依照《中华人民共和国传染病防治法实施办法》，每位教职工为法定疫情报告人，任何人发现传染病人或者疑似传染病病人时，均有报告的责任和义务，可迅速用口头、电话等方式向学校报告。
（四）全体教职工要提高政治站位，严格执行中央、省、市和学校有关疫情防控工作的统一安排部署，确保通讯畅通，加强日常防范，做好科学自我防护，如多锻炼、少熬夜、不参加聚会聚餐等，积极配合做好疫情防控工作，全力打好疫情攻战。
为坚决落实德阳市重大突发公共卫生事件Ⅰ级响应要求，指导全市校外培训机构做好应对新冠肺炎疫情防控工作，根据《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》《四川省教育系统防控新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情确保开学安全的工作预案》《四川省教育厅关于进一步做好疫情防控期间校外培训机构管理工作的通知》和《德阳市各级各类学校防控新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情确保开学安全的工作预案》，特制定本指南。
一、健全严谨的防控工作体系
（一）加强组织领导
成立防控新冠肺炎疫情工作领导小组，法定代表人为防控工作第一责任人并担任领导小组组长，全面负责本机构疫情防控组织领导和督察督办，全面保障防控人力、物力、财力的配备。有多个教学点的校外培训机构，每个教学点须指定防控工作主要负责人和具体责任人。
（二）健全工作机构
成立防控新冠肺炎专门工作机构，设立健康监测、卫生保洁消毒等专责工作小组，建立学校、学部、班级、家长四级防控工作联系网络，明确职责分工，做到责任到岗、任务到人。
（三）完善防控机制
制定和完善防控工作的“两案七制”：开学准备工作方案、学校突发公共卫生事件应急预案;传染病疫情及突发公共卫生事件的报告制度，师生健康状态监测制度，因病缺勤登记、病因追踪报告制度，复课证明查验制度，环境卫生检查通报制度，健康教育制度，通风换气、消毒制度。
（四）强化联防联控
建立健全校外培训机构与医疗等卫生健康机构、与教育行政部门、与社区、与家长之间的联系机制，积极获取专业指导，及时准确掌握信息，有效开展联防联控工作。
（五）加强信息报送
完善内部报告制度，落实学校信息报送专员，畅通信息收集报送渠道。严格疫情防控工作“日报告”和“零报告”制度，按时、精准向属地教育行政主管部门报送信息，不得漏报、迟报、瞒报。
二、落实严密的防控工作措施
（一）线下复课前准备措施
1.严禁提前线下复课
在全市中小学开学前，一律不得开展任何形式的线下培训和聚集性活动，对确有需求的学生，可通过微信、电话、QQ等渠道，帮助学生在线学*、答疑辅导。
2.做好宣传解释工作

2020年的春节，一场突如其来的疫情，像是蓄谋已久的战争，对我们发起了猝不及防的闪电战!当大家还沉浸在迎接春节的喜悦中时，它已经开始大张声势地恐吓着每一个人!一夜之间，各大新闻媒体满屏的都是疫情进展的情况，周围的人们不断地寻找着抵抗疫情的.各种办法。药店人满为患，口罩、酒精成了一价难求的精贵物;商场、马路人可罗雀，人人戴着大口罩，用戒备的眼神互相扫视着对方，冠状病毒给大家的生活蒙上厚厚的阴影。
面对严峻的疫情防控，医务人员义无反顾，挺身而出。他们成了逆向而行的孤胆英雄。在生死时速的生命通道上，毅然担起了治病救人，救死扶伤的社会重任。84岁的钟南山院士，本该退休颐养天年，享受天伦之乐的时候，却在国家最需要他的时候，人民最需要他的时候，再次“挂帅出征”，抗击新型冠状病毒。看着他疲惫的身影，心中除了感动还是感动。全国各地的医护人员夜以继日，不眠不休，他们拼尽全力，与病毒较量，为生命站岗。他们逆行的背影，是庚子年最美的风景!
寒风瑟瑟，路上人烟稀少，只剩下星星点点的“小黄人”“小蓝人”，他们穿梭在大街小巷，留给我们的只是一个个逆风骑行的背影。他们默默无闻，只为给不能出门的人，送去一份温暖!
还有一群背影，我看不到他们真实的面目，只知道他们是新闻报道的书写者，他们是图片影像的记录者。他们为民生福祉急急奔走，为城市建设悉心戮力，为国家发展鼓劲呐喊。重大疫情面前，总会有他们的背影，他们不是不惧危险，只为传播最真实的声音!
还有许多背影，警察、城管、清洁工、出租车司机……不同的职业，共同守护着这座城，属于我们的城!不同的身份，共同温暖着城里的人，有情有义有担当的*人!

对于苏佳来说，2020年的春节显得有点特殊，因为他要和自己的400多名疾控同仁一起，坚守工作岗位，与肆虐的疫情打一场硬仗。
相比临床医护人员的冲锋陷阵，疾控人的付出可能有些“不显眼”，在全省86万医疗卫生健康从业者中间，疾控人仅占1万左右，然而他们所做的工作却丝毫不亚于一线医者。从疾病预防控制和卫生监督执法的技术支撑，到突发公共卫生事件的监测预警和应急队伍培训；从开展健康危害因素监测与干预，到健康教育和健康促进，普及卫生防病知识，他们用实实在在的行动诠释着“幕后英雄”的责任担当。
作为一名曾在传染病所奋战10年的“老兵”，苏佳对一线工作深有体会，“疾控人员随时都有职业暴露的风险。实验室检测人员要直接接触送检标本，其中很多都呈阳性、浓度高、危险性大。而且，不管白天黑夜，标本何时送来，实验室人员都要检测、出结果。而在现场调查处置时，面对陌生环境和陌生人群，疾控人员需要付出的更多。”
在做好新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎防控工作期间，一定要注意工作安全、消防安全、家人安全、自我安全。
一次猝不及防的病毒来袭，让今年春节的我过得很不安生。每天起床第一件事，就是看新闻。在一条条新闻中，我慢慢懂得了中华民族之所以能够绵延至今的原因，因为我们有*的脊梁和*精神。

但我还想说，在目前这样危急的情况中，还有一些无良商家，将急用的口罩卖到了天价，甚至几百块钱一个，我这这里深深谴责他们，疫情面前，我们都要众志成城。当然也还有很多商家也很暖心，将口罩免费送给更多需要的人，得到了大家的一致点赞，让大家感受到爱与温暖。
我在这里，还想为白衣天使们点个赞！他们为了救助患病，不惜每天穿又厚又重的防护服，甚至女护士为此节省时间、方便穿戴防护服还剪短了头发，还有些医生因为救人自己也被传染上，生命危在旦夕……最美的守护者，你们就是我的榜样，我要好好学*，长大后成为你们的一份子，守护更多人的健康。
打赢这场疫情战役，要靠我们每个人的努力。请所有人和我一起，不信谣、不传谣，听从医生建议，守护自己健康，同时一旦发现有身边人疑似感染，我们一定要及时向***门报告，生命最宝贵！

今年是鼠年，本来是一个美好而又充满活力四射的年，可是今年呢，却爆发了一种可怕的病毒，也就是新型冠状病毒，这一点我们都知道。心形冠状病毒感染上的人呢？虽然大部分都出院了，但还是有一些人没有出院，可能他们，也在积极的接受治疗，毕竟心态好一些，比什么事都好。
在这期间出门都要戴口罩，不论你是做什么事情，而且要与人保持一段距离。一任里护士医生都在紧张又有序的忙碌着，他们努力的维护着病人，而且有的甚至付出了自己的生命，他们也有家，他们也是人，但是他们有不一样的使命。他们甚至可以为了大家摄去一个自己珍贵的小家。有的家中有年老的父母，有的家中有还不到满月的孩子，还有家中苦苦等待的家人。他们都在苦苦等待着自己的家人。
而在一线上的医务人员们，他们不仅仅只是医务人员，他们是英雄保家护国的英雄，他们是家里亲人们的思念，哪一个家庭不期待着自己在一线上保护病人们的医护人员，*安归来，哪个不是呢？都是。他们都明白着这个重大的使命。
虽然他们努力地维护着我们的*安，可是有些人却不珍惜，还在损坏自己的身体，比如有些人，不但不戴口罩，还到自己的小区门口大声的骂着公务人员，如果你是这公务人员，是不是觉得太冤了？不过是不让出去，可以，谁出去？那不是白白送死吗？又危害了大家的安全，如果想自己出去，可以在规定的时间内出去，也在规定的时间内回来，虽然不想戴口罩，但也是为了自己和他人的安全，你虽然不喜欢自己吧，但是我觉得你也不喜欢自己，但也别危害人呐！
在这非常的期间，我们要为他们点赞，为医护人员点赞，为奋战在一线的医生们点赞。最后我还要为所有奋战在一线的公务人员们和医护人员们都点一个大大的赞。
春节期间，拜年团聚、走亲访友是我们的传统。然而，这种人群集聚正是传染性病毒“喜欢”的，也是控制疫情的大敌。控制传染源、切断传播途径、保护易感人群是传染病防控的三原则，为了更好地“切断传播途径”，遏制住新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情蔓延势头，我们有必要在特殊时期暂时放下老传统，形成一些“新年俗”。
减少串门不聚会。传统年俗中“温情脉脉”的聚会聚餐，在当前这个特殊时刻，有可能暗藏凶险。截至24日24时，广东已累计发现聚集性疫情14起，其中13起为家庭聚集，1起为工作同事聚集。各地为更好地防控疫情，纷纷取消庙会、电影放映等聚集性活动。个人也不妨委屈一下“传统”，减少拜年、聚会、聚餐，多用短信等非接触方式拜年。来日方长，非常时段，不必计较这朝朝夕夕。
出门记得戴口罩。新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎，最长潜伏期达14天。携带病毒的人脸上没有写字，在不得不与人接触的场合，一个小口罩将起到阻挡病毒入侵的大作用。中科院院士、国家卫健委高级别专家组成员高福在接受央视采访时，10分钟内至少8次提到“口罩”一词，他强烈呼吁*期出门戴口罩，要形成“口罩文化”。为安全着想，不要怕麻烦和累赘，请把口罩戴起来，也请劝家人把口罩戴起来。
见面不必行“握手礼”。“菌从手来，病从口入。”北京市卫生健康委主任建议大家见面拱手不握手，保持1.5米以上距离。也许有人觉得这么做有点草木皆兵，但在病毒仍在“暗处”加快蔓延的非常时期，谨慎一些没什么坏处。另外，要做好消毒，特别是出门回家后要勤洗手。当然，我们在战术上重视“敌人”，也要在战略上藐视“敌人”，适当放松心态，不要过度焦虑、恐惧，保持好心情，有利于提高免疫力。
互相理解，彼此包容。突如其来的疫情打乱了很多人的春节计划，多少影响了过节心情。在这个非常时刻，为阻断病毒传播，需要大家保持*和的心态，互相理解，彼此包容，共克时艰。当我们采取一些“非常举措”时，比如不上亲戚朋友家拜年、戴口罩、见面不握手，不妨技巧性地做一些解释;而当我们看到别人“如临大敌”采取一些“非常举措”、甚至“特殊防护举措”的时候，也不妨抱以支持、理解、包容的态度。
非常时期，不聚会不聚餐，不是人情淡薄，而是生命至上。暂时的“委屈”，都是为了温情长存。新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情形势严峻，除**之外内地30个省份都已有疫情;24日全天，全国新增病例多达444例，累计死亡患者已达41例。如今，30个省份都启动了“一级响应”，我们也应有所“响应”，行动起来，形成“新年俗”，让病毒无机可乘。转变观念，更换方式，照样能过个好年。
