自从我懂事以来，我就接触到很多爱帮助别人的人，他们的那种无私奉献、为了别人幸福而放弃自己幸福的精神深深地打动着我，其中我最了解的是丛飞爸爸，因为我也是他资助的178名学生中的其中一位，我很幸运，也很感激上天让我遇到了丛飞爸爸。因为我是一名失去父亲的孤儿，自小跟叔叔一起生活，而叔叔家也有两个孩子，这给生活本来就不富裕的叔叔带来了更重的负担。在我上高一的时候，由于学费很贵，叔叔再也供不起我上学了，而就在我面临辍学的时候，丛飞爸爸走进了我的生活，他了解我的情况后对我说，你以后可以继续去上学，不会因为学费的问题而辍学，你也不要因此而放弃你的学业，你的学费问题我来替你解决。听了丛爸爸的话之后，我的眼泪不由自主地流了出来，当时我真的很激动，也很感激丛爸爸，是他让我又回到了学校，让我的梦想又有实现的机会了。但是让我到现在也想不通的是像丛飞爸爸这样好的人，为什么会被那可恶的病魔夺去了他可贵的生命，在听到丛飞爸爸去世的消息后，我的心如刀绞一般疼痛，我不敢相信，也不愿相信这是真的，因为在我心中只有他那动听而响亮的歌声和那一副善良、温柔的面孔
在丛飞爸爸的影响和熏陶下，我暗下决心，一定要把丛飞爸爸无私奉献的精神延续下去，我要向丛飞爸爸学*，我也要学会帮助别人，像丛飞爸爸一样把帮助别人当作自己人生的一件大幸事，因为我是丛爸爸的女儿，我要让世人都知道，发扬丛飞爸爸无私奉献的精神后继有人，我要让丛飞爸爸无私奉献的精神永远发扬光大，让人间每一个角落都充满爱、充满温暖。
今天老师布置了一项作业：要求同学们写一篇帮助他人或他人帮助你的文章。这项作业已布置下来，我立马想起三年级发生的一件事。
那天晴空万里，春风拂面。我手里拿着一张崭新的试卷，迈着轻盈的脚步来到学校。刚踏进我们班教室，就听到一阵哭声。寻声望去，只见胡瑞杰那张每天都是笑嘻嘻的小脸上挂满了泪珠。周围还有几位同学好像在劝慰她，她嘴里不知再说些什么，衣袖不停地擦拭着泪水，可泪水就像断了线的珠子吧嗒、吧嗒地往下掉，眼睛都快哭肿了，他的同桌好像也在训斥和埋怨着她。
见此状，我三步并作两步，急忙赶到她的身旁，一边帮她擦泪一边问她发生什么事？胡瑞杰用那充满哭腔的声音说：我........刚才喝水......一......不小心把.....我和同桌的卷子都.....喷上了好多水，卷子湿得.....不像样了，怎么办.......一会就该做卷子了，老师一定.....会批评我。”“就是还有我的卷子，你赔吧。”他的同桌愤怒地说。这下胡瑞杰哭得更厉害了，呜呜.....哦，为这事呀。我脑子一转，计上心来有了，我摸摸口袋里那一枚闪闪发光的一元硬币，可转念一想那可是我好不容易从劳动中挣来的，是妈妈给我的奖励啊。我今天还想买....呜呜....哭声入耳，看她哭得多伤心！我不再犹豫，决定把这枚硬币送给比我更需要的人。我掏出硬币拉着胡瑞杰的手说：“别哭了，有办法了。”我俩跑到学校门口复印店，让复印里的阿姨为我们又复印了两份。当我把一元钱递到复印店阿姨手中时，我又看看那一元硬币，它是那么耀眼，那么的光亮。我把试卷递给胡瑞杰时，她连忙向我道谢，我说：“没关系，大家都是好朋友！”她那挂满泪珠的脸上露出了开心的笑容。
虽然我为别人做了一件小事，但是我从中体会到了：帮助他人，快乐自己。赠人玫瑰，手留余香。"高兴、高兴今个我真高兴......"我情不自禁的唱起了歌。
帮助他人本身就是一件高兴的事，帮助的我们会高兴，被我们帮助的人也会心存感激。帮助他人，让我们来传递社会中的正能量！
在我的成长过程中，我看到过很多帮助他人的案例，当然也有过被别人帮助的时候。不管是帮助他人还是被他人帮助，我的心里都是开心的，因为我感受到了这个社会的美好，感受到了属于人世间的温暖。
不过在我成长上的这些有关帮助的事件中，我最难忘的是在一次是在我帮助了他人那一件事。那是在一次假期，我独自在马路上玩耍，结果不多久就从我的身边跑过去了一个人。那个人跑的很快，当我瞧见从他衣服的口袋里掉出来了一张卡片的时候，他已经在马路前面的拐角处跑得不见了踪影。
见状，我拿起卡片，接着就朝着那个路口跑了去，好在当我跑到拐角的地方时，我在马路的一边看到了那个人还在奔跑中的身影。我立马朝着他跑了过去，一边跑，还一边喊着：“等一下！等一下！你的东西掉了！”我费力的喊着，只不过前面的人离我离得远了些，我不得不加快了速度，我奔跑着，一门心思的想着要去追上前面的那个人。
终于，在我渐渐的接*后，也在我的呼喊声中，我瞧见前面的那个人停下了脚步。我拿着一张卡片朝着他挥舞，等到我跑到了他的身前时，我将卡片递到他的眼前道：“这是你刚刚掉的。”
我瞧见，当那个人看到卡片的时候，依旧伸出手往自己的口袋里摸了摸，之后又看向我道：“谢谢谢谢！”他的神情很是激动，语气里也带上了十足的感激之情。之前我不知道这张卡片于他而言到底代表着什么，但是见到他如此激动的样子，便也知道了这张卡片于他而言很重要。
这件事一直被我记在心里，帮助他人本身就是一件快乐的事情。
今天是国际三八妇女节，是妈妈的节日，在这一天里，何老师对我们说：“三八妇女节到了，我们应该帮助妈妈做一件家务事或者做一张贺卡等等。”
我们听到了这个消息后，纷纷行动起来，有的做了一张贺卡送给妈妈；有的做了一件家务事，让妈妈好好地休息一下；还有的写了一封信，放在妈妈的床头……大家行动各不相同，五花八门，但是，都表达了对妈妈的孝敬。何老师还让我们把过程写成了一篇周记，并在班上展示。
通过这次孝母的活动，我们知道了妈妈*时非常辛苦，我们应该帮助妈妈做一些力所能及的事情，减轻妈妈的一些负担，孝敬妈妈。
妈妈告诉我说今天下午会下雨，所以我出门上学带了雨伞。
下午果然下起了瓢泼大雨。下午最后一节课上完，班主任樊老师走进教室，严肃的说：“现在外面正下着大雨，有伞的同学可以先走，没有带伞的同学等爸爸妈妈来接。”因为我带了伞可以先回家，我连忙问同学们谁没有带伞又和我走同一方向的。我问到了：刘潇逸和我是同一方向又没带伞。我决定送他回家，一路上雨点打在伞上发出的声音，就像好多子弹发射出去一样。我感觉伞怎么一下子就变小了，雨淋在我们的书包上，举伞时我右手举不动我就换左手，就这样我左一次右一次的换手。我怕雨淋到刘潇逸，就算我打不着，我也要举往他那边，大风来临时，伞好像要带着我们飞向天空。终于到刘潇逸家了，当他对我说谢谢时，我心里别提多高兴了有一种自豪感！虽然我的鞋子、裤子、衣服都湿了，但我觉得助人为乐是一件快乐的事！
俗话说的好“帮助别人，是不求回报的!”帮助别人，不是因为别人回报你多好的东西，而是帮助别人，不求自己的收获。

我看过一个故事， 是在说一个女孩掉了绿铅笔向同桌再三借了都不借。再一次借，同桌提出了种种条件：“你不能把铅笔弄断，大面积的不能涂……女孩碍于条件，只好用蓝铅笔涂大树和小草。假如，我是那个女孩，那我可能已经因为受到太大打击而不敢借笔了!所以，有的时候，真的有人很需要你的帮助，你却拒绝他，他不需要帮忙时，你却一直要帮她，那才是多余的帮助，适时的帮助别人才是对的事。

看完《青春雷锋》后，我感到雷锋在帮助别人时，自己是十分快乐的。我想起了一年前的那一天，我刚拿出地理书来，我的好朋友小静走过来焦急地说：“我的地理书借给以前的同学了，他在3班，但我不知道3班在哪里，你能陪我去找找吗？”谁没有过焦急的时候，我是一个很马虎的人，知道着急的滋味不好受。看了看表，踌躇了一会儿，我还是和她去了。我们到了3班后，她半天也没找到那个同学，可能是上厕所了吧，真不巧。我很想对她说：“真不走运，3班离我们的教室挺远，快上课了，我们走吧！”但看到她的眼神，我只好说：“我们先回去吧！放学后再来。”其实，我再也不想来了。接着，我带头飞奔*室。在教室门口，她上气不接下气地说：“真谢谢你，陪我走这一趟，还差点迟到了……”一股暖流涌上我的心头。
这点小事，对我们来说也许用不了多少精力，但被帮助的那个人会深深地记得。“赠人玫瑰，手有余香”，当你帮助别人时，你心里一定也很快乐。不信，你也试试看？
当你主动帮助了别人，那时是最快乐的；当你帮助了别人，千万不要想到别人要为你付出什么。

每次带着女儿放学回家，都要经过月河路一个菜市场，有一个大约70多岁的老奶奶，天天都在卖菜。她卖的什么菜，又黄又瘦的小油菜，干瘪的小葫芦，非细的小韭菜……没人愿买她的。可是，只要我买菜，女儿嘟囔着非让我买老奶奶的菜。起初，我很不情愿，买回家怎么吃呢？后来一想，即便是不能吃，就算是帮助老人吧！有时，也会多给老人一点钱。这时，女儿特别高兴，她会说：“老奶奶可以买点好吃的了。”我的心里也非常的欣慰，教育孩子，不一定给她讲一些大道理，通过一些小事情，也会起到很大的作用。

书籍是人类进步的阶梯。这是高尔基说过的名言。暑假不仅是让我们放松的时候，也是用来追赶先进的好时机。在老师的倡导下，我每天坚持阅读一个小时，然后在微信群里打卡。在读过的书中，我最喜欢的是《广东第二课堂》这份期刊。一月一本，虽然不是很厚，但内容丰富，紧贴时代的节奏，所以，每一本我都读得很仔细。
翻开今年4月份的那一期，看见目录中一个有趣的题目，那就是《拉乌德的做在大胡子里的鸟窝》。
那天，大胡子睡在空地上火辣辣的太阳将他唤醒，低下头，发现小灰鸟妈妈在他的胡子里孵蛋。大胡子只好纹丝不动。要是饿了，就顺手拔了些草茎嚼着，就只要等到了小灰鸟的出生。鸟妈妈心里说不出有多高兴，同样高兴的还有大胡子。
看完这个故事我想到了，去帮邻居家叔叔搬家的时候。他们要搬到5楼去住，我呢就前去帮忙。叔叔叫我帮忙把烤箱搬上去。我自信满满地告诉叔叔我一定不会让它磕的。说完，我就搬起烤箱，前往5楼。我把烤箱放在我的右边，眼睛看着楼梯，一步一步地走上去，刚走到三楼，我就累得气喘吁吁了。把烤箱放在一旁，坐下来休息一会，就继续抱起烤箱，爬上楼去，爬没一会，就汗流浃背。上气不接下气的。又停了下来，就继续上楼去。终于到了5楼。我一下子摊倒在地上，腿脚发软。过了一会，叔叔也上来了，夸奖了我一番。

在我们的生活中，有各种各样的爱，但是，让我最难忘的一件事是为来人捐钱。
有一次，我去早市吃早饭，这是，我看见人群围成了一圈，我非常好奇，不知发生了什么事，便随着人流挤了进去，仔细一看，是一个失去双腿的老人，只见，他升穿一件破旧的衣服，一旁还放着一个铁杠子，和一个音乐机，音乐机放出忧伤的音乐，他的身体趴在一个木板上，木板下面有几个轮子，只有双手向前用力一推，这个木板才可以走动。
这是，我看见一些人都在为他捐钱，看他这么可怜，我也想为他捐钱，这是，我攥着早上爸爸给我仅有的三元钱，犹豫了，心想:“要是把那三把元钱捐给了老人，我姐吃不了早饭了，就会非常饿，”我看了一眼老人心想：“如果他没有了钱，就活不成了。我决定，要给这位老人捐钱，随着人流我挤了进去，把手伸进兜里，掏出了那微不足道的三元钱，慢慢的蹲了下身体，把手伸到了铁杠子上面，轻轻的把那三元钱放进了铁杠子里，老人轻轻地对我道谢，我抬头看看了设为老人，他默默地冲我点点头，我感到非常快乐。
在回家的路上，阳光照在了我的脸上，微风抚摸着我的小手，树叶向我点点头。今天，我把那三元钱捐给了老人，没有吃上早饭，也许这位老人不会记住我，但我永远也不会忘记这位老人，因为它唤醒了我的爱心。
帮助别人只是一举手，一投足之间，也许丢自己是一件轻易的事，然而，许多人伸出手，被帮助的人就能解决一时的困难。
