在今年1月份的某一天,三名同学一起在蒸谷米厂旁溜冰,其中一名男孩在溜冰时扶停在一旁的大卡车,这时车子正好开动,男孩一时还没反应过来,不小心滑到了车底,不幸被当场轧死。
在8月份的某个下午,鹿寨县城文化广场发生了一起惨案：一名骑着电动车的男子,因为超车,被一辆大卡车压的脑浆四溅,当场死亡。
还是在8月份的一天下午,在鹿寨县城南新区教师公寓旁的大马路上,一骑摩托车的男子试图超一辆大货车,后与大货车相撞,不幸当场死亡。
……
翻开报纸,打开电视,几乎每天都有交通事故的新闻报道,那些忽视安全的人们,因交通事故或受伤、或惨死车轮下,一件件血的惨案给人们敲了一次安全出行的警钟。
然而,一次次血的教训仍没能引起人们对交通安全的足够重视,忽视交通安全的人还大有人在。仔细看看车水马龙的大街,你就会发现,有开摩托车不戴头盔的,有撞红灯的,有超速超载的,有酒后驾车的等等违规行为。还有的行人不走人行道,不看红绿灯,在大街上左避右闪,大摇大摆地穿行。人们都怀着侥幸的心里,挑战着交通规则。
生命属于我们只有一次,而生命并不只属于我们,还属于我们的家人和朋友。一件件一桩桩血腥的交通事故,让多少家庭承受失去亲人的痛苦,又有多少家庭从此蒙上阴影。

张海迪不但如此珍惜生命，她更懂得感恩，她尽自己所能回报乡亲们对她的帮助，为乡亲们治病，她曾经义务治好了一万多人的病，啊！张海迪真是好伟大呀！所以，我们也记住了这一个闪亮的名字。
可是，我们周围还有许多不良现象：沉溺于网络、整天酗酒、打架、等，他们不知道珍惜自己的美丽青春，忘记了家长的殷切希望和老师的谆谆教诲，肆意的糟蹋自己的美好年华。“少壮不努力，老大徒伤悲”，多么希望这样的人能够迷途知返，珍惜自己啊。

讲座刚开始，老师就为我们做了一个实验。在一个瓶子里放一块大石头，瓶子没有满，再放了块小石头，也没有满，老师又继续往瓶子里放沙子，还是没有全满，最后放了水，才真正地满瓶了。这个实验告诉我们，应该先把大石头放在瓶里，否则到后来大石头就放不下了。同时，也让我们明白了一个道理：无论我们的时间安排得有多紧凑，总能有时间被抽取出来做其他事。也就是说，在我们有限的生命中，应该先做重要的大事，要不然时间会在不知不觉中磨蹭掉了，最后一事无成。
其实生命很短暂，我们要珍爱生命。有人说，健康是“1”，而生命中其他事物都是“0”。只有前面有了“1”，再加上后面的“0”，生命才会有意义。青春期是人生第二生长高峰，是从儿童期过渡到成年期的时段，是从幼稚走向成熟的阶段。我们六年级的同学都处在青春发育期。这个时期要注意营养，不能挑食偏食节食，否则会有损健康，影响智力。青春期在心理上也有很多变化，比如有独立意识，有逆反心理，情绪不稳定，有敏锐的批判性和相对的封闭性。处于青春期的我们，还有注意：自重自爱，发挥自己的潜能，养成良好的生活*惯，培养自己的人际交往能力。
听完此次讲座，我受益匪浅。我更了解了青春期，更懂得了如何珍惜自己的宝贵生命。让我们一起呵护青春，珍爱生命！

相信大家都知道2003年的春天，一场突如其来的传染病蔓延开来——非典。顿时一场没有硝烟的战斗打响了。这是生命与疾病的抗争。在充满生命危险的病区里，那些可亲可敬的白衣战士，面对病魔，前赴后继，用自己的生命换来了千百个病人的康复，谱写了一曲曲生命之歌。你们知但桑兰和张海迪吗？ 桑兰，*著名体操运动员，在1998年的美国第四届有好运动会上，颈椎不慎被摔成粉碎性骨折，双手和胸以下失去知觉，桑兰以她灿烂的微笑回报关爱她的人们，她将社会各界捐赠给她的残疾人生活用品转增给北京博爱医院，他以残疾之躯点燃了*第五届残疾人运动会的火炬。
张海迪5岁时高位截瘫，胸部以下完全失去知觉，在这样的情况下她自学了英语，日语，德语和世界语，翻译了许多外文著作和资料。张海迪十分酷爱读书，在他的日记中有这样一段话: 我发现如果我离开了书，离开知识，我就会垮下去，就会很快死亡。
珍爱生命吧朋友！
记得在不久前的上课前，老师给我们讲了一个惊人的消息——*日，一位东莞的五年级学生请示生命，用红领巾上吊自杀。哇，这也太惊人了吧，才读五年级就有轻生的意识，可真不知她是怎样想的。据老师说，这位小学生是个没有母亲的，她在七岁的时候就母亲离异。可能受到心理刺激的她，选择了死亡的路径，与世长辞。仅仅母亲不在世，也不可能成为轻生的原因；如果真的是，那我就只有说她太不坚强了，太不乐观了。比起马鹏飞，她就差远了。因为马鹏飞是五岁就丧失了父母，但在极其艰难的情况下，他依然乐观、坚强地生活着。马鹏飞珍爱生命，是因为他虽然没有了父母，但是他还有奶奶，他爱着他的奶奶，不屈不挠地生存。
这个东莞的小女孩呀，为什么她也不为自己的亲人想一想，他们会不会很伤心，就算不为自己的亲人着想，也要为自己着想，五年级，正值年少，应努力学*，前面还有无比宽广的道路等着你来走啊！各位同学，我们要珍爱生命，不要对生活么自信，面对生活我们应要乐观，不要浪费一条可贵的生命！

最*中央电视台播出了这样一则公益广告：有一个水龙头正艰难地往外滴着水，滴水的速度越来越慢，最后水便枯竭了。后来画面出现了一双眼睛，从眼里流出了流出了一滴眼泪。随之出现了这样的一句话：如果人类不珍惜水，那么我们能看到的最后一滴水将是我们自己的眼泪。
水是生命之源。假如地球上没有了水，那么地球上或许就难见生命的存在。人类的生存和发展更离不开水。水是大自然的空调器，炎热的夏天，正当人们感到酷暑难耐的时候，来一场雨该多快乐呀！走到海边，海风**，一扫酷热烦躁的情绪。当寒冷的冬季来临时，海水把它储存的热量源源不断地送给周围的陆地……
这都是水的作用。
我国水资源虽然丰富，但可以用淡水资源却很少。与此同时，随着工业化的发展，水污染成了一个严重的问题。很多工业废水严重污染了现有的'水资源。
此外水浪费现象也十分严重。据统计，一个中等城市每年浪费的水相当于一个洞庭湖的水量。
3月22日，是世界水日。每年这一天，世界各国都会宣传：大家要珍惜水资源，保护生命之水。
其实，不光在这一天，在我们生命的每一天，都应该珍惜每一滴水，用实际行动来珍爱生命之水。
世界上什么是最珍贵的东西？有不同的解释方式，有人说是名誉，有人说是金钱，也有人说是爱情，但是我的认为不一样，我认为世界上最宝贵的是我们的生命。
人有生命，动物有生命，植物也有生命，大自然中的世界万物也有生命。因为生命只有一次，它是我们生活中，宇宙间最宝贵的，最值得珍惜的。
我们每个人都有各己的生活，包括各自的人生环境，一路走来，暮然回首，我想我们都是经过酸甜苦辣才拥有现在幸福生活，经过多少挫折才懂得珍爱自己的生命。
生命是脆弱的，是坚强的，是短暂的，也是永恒的。我记得在我们老家。也是我们邻家，她才二十岁左右，因为她得了白血病，病魔夺走了她的视力和听力，造成了她的精神上的痛苦，家里没钱看病，到最后还是因病而失命，所以我们以后要对自己好一点包括家人，要懂得珍惜自己的生命。
因为地球上有生命，因此才有爱，我们才能幸福的生活。我们要对自己负责，珍爱生命，关爱生命，健康的生活，快乐的生活。
昨天，我一个同学不幸因白血病而永久地离开了我们，如此一条鲜活的生命在如花般的季节过早地凋谢，真是痛心。
同学是前年10月得病的，去年庆幸的是她哥哥与她配对成功，移植手术也成功地完成，本以为她可以从此远离白血病的困扰，谁知出现明显的排斥反应，到最后不得不香消玉殒。老天怎么这么不会成全人，她曾经是多么开朗的一个人，要求上进不服输，这样的人老天怎么也舍得让她这么早就离开这个让她为之不断奋斗的世界，太残忍了。
如今这个世界有太多的不确定性，作为还活在这个世界的我们，大家都要爱惜生命、开心快乐过好每一天。对待工作认真、对待生活要热情、对待朋友要热诚、对待家人要有爱心，让自己每天都生活在阳光下、淋浴在春风里。职位、金钱都是身外之物，来之不拒，但不能过于奢求，儿女只要健康快乐*安成长便可，能出人头地当然是件好事，一辈子能*安幸福度过也算圆满。
