做人得现实，不能总是夸自己，下面我说说我的不足吧，和我的外号一样，我做事并不是很细心，还有点小冲动，有时候说话有点快，大家都听不懂，都当笑料了。倒是可以缓解缓解气氛。在高中，紧张的学*氛围中，总有开班会的时候，做心理调整，做这个工作的不是我们班主任，而是我，我经常说的很快，之后大家笑过之后，注意力集中到我这里，我才和大家说正题。开的轻松而又幽默。帮助大家缓解压力，这是我最得意的，也是我最怀念的。
大家可以看出来，我长得也不像班长。大家心目中的班长都是又高又大的，我心中的班长也是这样，可是，没办法，先天的不足，不是我可以改变的。还好，咱有后天的努力和汗水。我记得一次去领东西，都是班长去，我们班是最后一个班，念到我班号，听到我说话，却看不见我人，没办法，谁让前面的同僚太高了呢？但是，到后来领东西，你们猜怎么着了？我让前面的班长背着我，我就不信他看不见我！
在班里，我肯定不是最帅的，可我是最幽默的。
我不是篮球打的最好的，可是我敢说，篮球赛上，我是喊的最凶的。
我不是CF，联盟打的最神的，可是我是最会配合的。
我不是炫舞跳的最好的，可是我的水*也可以让女生玩的起劲的。
我可能不是最善解人意的，可是在你伤心的时候也是可以安慰你的。
我可能不是打架最厉害的，可是真的打起来了，我还是不会跑的。
我可能不是口才最好的，可是，我是最脚踏实地的。

上个星期，是我们班竞选班级班长的日子，我非常激动，因为我也要参加竞选，真想马上当上班级班长。
终于等到班队活动课，竞选班级班长活动开始了，一听到姚老师说：”谁先上来演讲。“一开始我不够自信，真怕走到讲台上。等到第五位，我才走上讲台，讲台下有60多位同学的眼睛和姚老师期待的目光。我心里怦怦直跳，我想我不能当逃兵，所以我拿起竞选稿子，大声演讲，我说完后下面响起了热烈的掌声，我想我一定是成功了，因为爸爸妈妈说过：”只要你站在讲台上，你就成功了。“我的'心好象放下了一块大石头，非常轻松。
一个星期过去了，班队活动课是给我们竞选人投票的日子。当时我的心别提有多紧张，就像有一面大鼓在”咚咚咚“的敲着。后来一看是我的票数最高，我兴奋极了，差点一蹦三尺高，真想大喊几声！
老师和同学们，我一定不会辜负你们对我的期望，请你们相信我的能力！
通过演讲“竞选班长”，这可是班主任王老师出的又一高招。别说，这一招可真灵，同学们都在好好表现，暗暗较劲。
在同学们急切的期盼中，上周星期五下午第二节课“竞选班长”终于拉下了帷幕。教室里静得出奇，连一根针掉在地上都能听见。同学们都静静地坐着，目光齐刷刷地盯住王老师，只等老师一声令下。
演讲开始了，蒋雨潼第一个登上讲台。她未站定，不知是在谁的带动下，骤然间想起了一阵掌声。蒋雨潼向大家深深地鞠了一躬，然后开始了她的演讲:“如果我当上了班长，我一定全力协助老师做好班级工作，为同学们服务。”她的演讲赢得了雷鸣般的掌声。

一个酷暑难熬、骄阳似火的下午，同学们个个垂头丧气、无精打采的。这时，老师说：“马克。吐温有《竞选州长》，那我们也来搞个竞选班长吧！”同学们异口同声地说：“好”，顿时，同学们精神为之一振。
“哎呀！”我心里暗暗叫惨，“老师交代我写演讲稿还没写呢！这下遭了！”我望望竞争对手陈依欢，见她信心十足，看来早有准备，难道这回我又要丢尽颜面吗？只听老师宣布：陈鸣和陈依欢必须经过三个回合的竞争，最终选出最佳班长。
第一回合——唇枪舌战
陈依欢自信地走上讲台，她使出女孩的伶牙俐齿，口若悬河，滔滔不绝……掌声阵阵响起，陈依欢得意地瞟了我一眼，仿佛在告诉我：“班长非我莫属。”我一听这掌声心里更加忐忑不安，担心自己下不了台，由此紧张得要命。该我上场了，由于我事先没练*，再加上心里像小袋鼠一样跳个不停，我结结巴巴地乱说一通，结果大家可想而知，陈依欢旗开得胜。
第二回合——锦囊妙计
这一关将考考谁的管理方法好。经过一次挫折后，我并不灰心，更不想半途而废，反而点燃了我心中的战斗之火：“我堂堂一个男子汉、大丈夫，怎能输给一个女流之辈，何况有志者事竞成，我能行。”男同学们也投来了鼓励的目光“天生我才必有用，陈鸣加油！”轮到我了，我急中生智，想出了一条妙计？？夺红旗，拿奖品。利用同学们的好胜心理，加上奖品的诱惑，使一些*时横行霸道的同学也能静静地坐在椅子上……这次我的方法比对手好，老师、同学们一致同意，第二回合，我胜出，挽回了面子，我终于舒了口气。
第三回合——拉票演讲
“同学们，我的命运就掌握在你们手中，为了我们班多一点阳刚之气，请投我一票，谢谢！”结果，我仅仅以一票之差，我输了。
没关系，天底下没有常胜将军，下一次，我一定可以反败为胜。
我是四年级学生了，我们迎来了新的同学、新的教室、新的老师，连班主任也换了，温柔幽默、童心未泯的娄老师成了我们的班主任。开学第一天，娄老师宣布：“几天后的中队课竞选班干部，有意向的同学请做好准备上台发言，参加竞选。”
回家以后，我把这件事告诉了爸爸，爸爸鼓励我说：“你去参加班长竞选吧。”
我犹犹豫豫，心里没底，我说：“虽然我当过班干部，但从来没有当过班长，而且这么多同学看着，选不上多丢人。”爸爸拍拍我肩膀说：“没关系，锻炼锻炼，选不选得上不重要。”我点点头。回到房间，我精心准备我的发言稿，然后天天对着墙壁勤奋练*。
竞选的那一天终于来到了。教室里鸦雀无声。而我的心里就像钱塘江大潮一样波涛汹涌，不能*静。娄老师宣布首先竞选的是班长，有谁愿意参加。我本来以为，上届班长王晋琦，还有我的好朋友乐雯莉是我的最大竞争对手，可是万万没想到，班里只有我高高举起了手。娄老师亲切地说：“没有其他人参加吗？那好，我们有请徐秋蝉上台演讲。”这时掌声响起，全班几十双眼睛齐刷刷地望向我，顿时，我的脸火辣辣的。我忐忑不安地走上讲台，面对同学，我尽量不去看他们，大声地朗读演讲稿，可我的腿发软，声音都是颤抖的，似乎飘出了一条条波浪线。 “今天，我要竞选班长，此时此刻，我心情很激动。”读完演讲稿，教室里响起雷鸣般的掌声，我不好意思的匆匆回到了座位。
之后，又进行了其他班干部的竞选，看着大家都自信满满的样子，我对自己的表现不太满意。
由于没有竞争对手，我很顺利地当上了班长。虽然这么轻松地当上了班长，但是今后的工作却不会这么轻松的。我会努力工作，感谢同学们的信任。
今天我能荣幸地站在演讲台上发表讲话，感到非常的自豪，当然，这也少不了同学们的支持与教师的关心和鼓励！
班长是一个许多同学们都向往的职位，需要一个有能力、有爱心的人来担当，我不敢说我是最合适的，但我敢说我将会是最努力的！工作锻炼了我，生活造就了我。戴尔卡耐基说过“不要怕推销自己，只要你认为自己有才华，你就应该认为自己有才华，你就应该认为自己有资格提任这个职务”。
所以我相信我有能力担任这一职务。
首先，我有信心当好班长，我的学*成绩不算差，在集体中有一定威信和影响力。其次，我有管理班级的能力，敢于负责，如果我能够当上班长，那么我一定会任劳任怨，严于律己，管理好班级，提高同学们的学*成绩，让我们的班级成为全年级的佼佼者。而且，我拥有一个不会轻易发脾气的好性格，绝对可以满足班长*易*人的要求。我热情开朗、热爱集体、团结同学、拥有爱心。
