二、培养学生合作性学*的能力。在英语课上，学生们有各自新的座位。每节课前学生会很高兴找到自己的搭档坐到一起，而这些搭档们都是优差搭配的，课堂上我们会给出一些任务通过合作来完成。例如编对话，互相检查默写或检查背书。这样即锻炼了大家的口语学生自主学*的能力，也有助于差生的提高增强了他们的成就感。
三、重视笔头训练缺少听力及口语训练。八年级后英语教学任务比较重，有时为了节省时间常常自己阅读课文或听力材料。课后回想一下不但没能节省时间自己嗓子还很累。我们都明白毕竟录音比较纯正学生听着也比较感兴趣，要想学好英语，听、说、读、写这四部分缺一不可。只有培养出综和型的人才才能适应社会发展的需要。
四、学生的单词默写批后没能及时点评。由于自已担任班主任事情多加之在工作中的'懒惰思想，作业批改不及时，导致有时学生默写的效果不好，学生们没有趁着刚写完的劲头去改正，时间略一长，就把东西忘了，导致最后的效果不强。甚至两个班学生，改下来确实也很麻烦，而我改变策略课堂上全班交换批改，五分钟后再发下去订正这样效果很明显。
新的学期已经开始了，在今后的教学工作中，要把理论和实践相结合，不断的提高自身素质，多听有经验老师的课，取其精华，并将其运用到自己的教学当中，不断反思自己教学不足。但作为一个年轻的教师，我想通过自己的努力，学*和不断吸收。成绩会取得更大的进步的。

每一天学生轮流值日，从而获得均等的机会来训练口语，时间2—3分钟，资料由学生根据自己的水*自由选取，可由浅到深、由易到难、能够是每日报告、搞笑的经历、故事讲解、与同学之间的对话等等、在值日生说完之后，务必给下面的同学提两个问题让他们回答，这样就能够到达共同提高的目的，同时也要给该生一个口语分数，并且记录在册、这是巩固知识和构成口语潜力的有效途径，在不知不觉中让学生得到锻炼，既增强学生学*兴趣，又培养了自信心，给每一个学生展示口语的机会和*台，让他们体验成功的乐趣、
（二）以小组为学*单位，互相帮忙，共同提高
每个学*小组4—6人，注意按学生的英语成绩进行合理的组合搭配，课堂上能够小组为单位进行对话训练、课本剧表演、问题讨论等等，这样能够使每个学生都有口语实践的机会，同时优等生能够在小组内起到带动作用，收到一举两得的效果、小组讨论完之后，还要挑选几组当堂表演或对话，并且让学生自己评出优胜者予以鼓励、为了获胜，学生在上新课之前会自觉预*，这样一来学生的预**惯得以养成，真是一举多得！
（三）鼓励学生抬头说英语，大胆展现自己
无论是阅读课还是对话课，教师都就应给学生带给一个表达自己的思想、感情和意见的时间和空间、当学生急于说出内心想法的时候，必须要鼓励学生抬头说英语，目视对话者，以示真诚和专注，然后说出自己要说的资料、学生在不经意的抬头之间，暗合了口语*得的规律、在阅读和模仿之后，有了必须的语言输入，然后抬头，重新理顺结构，排列词组，以期表达自己、学生可能借用课文或对话中的原句，还可能犯一些语法错误，但是这已经不重要了，重要的是已经把书上的语言融为自己的语言、这个内化的过程至关重要，因为它不仅仅考验了学生的记忆，更重要的是，他们开始尝试着创造性地运用语言，组织句子，而非简单地朗读或背诵、抬头说英语，使消极的语言理解转为主动的输出，完成了一个巧妙的过渡、

In 20xx I was in Yushu during that terrible earthquake. I experienced the full horror of buildings falling and people being trapped. I witnessed the quick response from modern technology when people inside yushu called people outside for help with their mobile phones. Very soon the whole world was responding whole heartedly. After only 5 hours, there was another sound- this time it was helicopters bringing doctors, medical supplies, and the facilities to evacuate the wounded to hospital.
Recent advances in earthquake detection and rescue technology have been developed in response to the need to save lives quickly.
Consider advances in green food technology, guided by the need for clean natural food and to protect the environment;

2、兴趣是最好的老师。英语课中多是一些情景对话，我们常常设置一个情境，让学生进入其中，以表演的形式学*新知，乐在其中。如李杰，葛宇，逗号，潘建如，李浪，张朋顺，周扬名，吴家佩，花尉揩，沈培欢等同学，经常表演和惟妙惟肖，让人忍俊不禁的同时，其他同学也加深了对课文的理解。

备课组团结作战，圆满完成教学任务。大家互相学*，取长补短，齐心协力，共同作好教书育人工作。备课组老中青相结合，大家互相帮助。本学期大家严格按学校要求，经常互相听课，评课，每个老师都有不同程度的进步。
我们相信，尽管我们存在很大困难，但是只要有信心，一切都有所改善，我们将继续提高自身素质，以便利于今后的教学。
本学期初二英语备课组四位老师继续秉着以“学生为本”的教育理念，发扬团结合作精神，兢兢业业，贯彻和领会课改精神，积极开展并完成了本学期备课组的各项工作。现将本学期的工作总结如下：
一、抓好教学常规的实施。开学初我们制定了本学期统一的教学计划，统一了教学内容和进度。认真学*并按照“新课程标准”的要求，开展教学工作。在*时的教学中，注意传授知识与及时评价相结合，强化落实。在课堂上力求把每节课的每个知识点，如词汇、语法讲清楚、讲透彻。每单元学*后四位教师分工合作编写单元重点提纲，并对学生进行检测。坚持每周四第六节集体备课，一起发挥集体智慧，集体讨论下周的教学内容，在汇集大家共同思想的基础上，发挥群体优势，弥补个体不足。四位老师轮流主讲各单元教学目标，分析教学重点、难点、教学思路与方法等。每位教师都能在集体备课时吸收、借鉴一些其他教师的好点子，充实在自己的课堂中。作业按时批改，及时对单元考试及期中、期末考试进行质量分析并提出措施和改进意见，努力提高学生成绩。同时组内教师互听互评，不断提升自身业务水*。
二、本学期英语学*“两极分化”现象仍然比较严重，对此，我们采取了如下措施：
1、结合各班实际，仔细研究教材，制定切实可行的教学方法。特别注意面向全体，随时调整教学密度、深度、广度，提出的问题深浅结合、因人而异，加强学生学*英语的信心。
2、热情对待每一位学生，一视同仁，为每位学生的成长负责。对学*困难生耐心辅导，耐心解答他们学*上的疑难问题，使之掌握有效的学*策略。
3、课堂教学方面，在设计课堂教学步骤时，更多地关注一些学困生。设计一些易于他们掌握各单元重点知识的活动，提高他们的学*积极性。同时，一样的背诵、默写作业，也分层次布置，对于学困生，以能默出单元最基础的考纲单词词汇和单元标题、单元目标句型等为基准，并加以鼓励。指导学生预*、复*和完成作业。及时批阅和讲评作业，帮助学生形成良好的学**惯。
4、充分利用课余时间，对于英语学困生进行补差补缺。本组教师根据班级实际情况制定了辅差工作安排，部分学生的英语知识掌握和能力水*有了一定的提高。
三、积极参与市、区教研及校际教研活动。全组老师积极参加了市、区组织的英语教研活动。多次参与区组织的'公开课教学观摩研讨活动，课后积极交流，评课研讨。对任务型教学法的运用更加重视，并坚持贯穿于教学之中。但是，这学期的工作还存在一些不足：辅差工作没有很好地常抓不懈，后进生的进步不明显。但是我们初二英语备课组这个和谐的团体今后一定会更加谦虚谨慎，不断加强业务学*和个人修养；多和兄弟学校加强联系，虚心学*，吸收他们的好的经验，争取更大的进步。
本学期，八年级英语备课组共组织组内活动6次，外出活动5次，教研组活动较为丰富。活动形式包括听评课、座谈交流会、小组讨论等，开展得较为顺利。
1、预*单设计不断深化，备课资料集体化
本学期，我们备课组延续上学期的工作模式，备课资料集体化。考虑到教材难度较大，且单词量比较多，组内老师分模块承担了各个模块单元的预*单设计与印刷任务。同时，我们共同协作，建立了比较丰富的集体备课资源库。任课老师可以根据自己班级的具体情况，再对课件资源进行调整。这样的分工，对后续年级的老师教学也提供了便利。
在预*单设计方面，我们也加强了自我的学*，对预*单的'功能、题型和设计思路进行了深入了解，加大精力投入，提高预*单质量。
2、互相合作，互相研讨，赛课热情高
除了前期的资源共享，组内还积极开出八年级听说课一节，与七年级进行了“赛课”活动。对于这次的公开赛课，组内成员分工明确，从说课，上课到评课，大家都进行了充分准备。磨课阶段，组内召开小会，针对教学活动设计的优缺点提出了各自的建议，氛围较为融洽。这样在研讨中，不断改进，不断修整，也是珍贵的收获和经历。
3、加强专业素养，多读书，多学*
另外，这一学期中，我们备课组积极参加市级、区级组织的各种研训活动，如区“有效备课”培训、市优质课评比旁听、市八年级阅读教研活动等，在研讨课和专家讲座中不断汲取专业知识的养分，更新自己的教学思想。我们也会认真利用课下时间，进行专业理论知识的学*和摘记，提高自我修养。
当然，备课组活动目前也存在一定的不足，如讨论时间不够充裕，个别专题仍停留在日常简短交流等。在以后的工作学*中，我们会继续加强细节构思的捕捉，真正做到教学相长，互相进步！
随着新课程改革的推进，我们初二英语备课组结合我们学校学生的实际情况,不断摸索适合学生特点，促进课堂教学有效性的教学模式。我们许多班级的学生英语出现两极分化的现象，这就要求我们的教学要因人而异，采取易学、好学的途径去激发学生的求知欲，达到教学效果的事半功倍！那么，经过一年多的不懈努力，学生的英语成绩初见成效。总的来说，我们在教学当中做了以下的工作：
一、同伴互助，资源共享
首先，积极参加英语教研组的活动，在全组内通过集体备课互相交流、取长补短，对照自己教学中所存在的问题，查漏补缺、不断提高。另外，听课、评课也是提高自己业务水*的一个*台。京剧艺术大师梅兰芳说过这样一句话：“不看别人的戏，就演不好自己的戏。”演戏如此，教学也如此。不听别人的课，就上不好自己的课。”通过听、评课我们从中学到了很多东西，使自己在教学观念、专业知识和教学技能等方面都得到全面提高。本期有罗敏，余小梅等老师在组内上了公开课。
二、优化课堂教学，向课上45分钟要效率。
1.课上带领学生一块背单词。通过一段时间的观察、了解，我们发现每班有大部分学生能够有课下复*单词、词组的*惯，能按时完成老师交给的背记任务，也有一些学生默写总是不合格，甚至有交白卷的同学。但是，对于学生来说，单词的记忆是一个非常重要的环节。离开了单词的记忆，其它都无从谈起。于是，我们备课组通过讨论之后决定把背诵单词带进课堂。在课堂上背单词有很多好处：首先，我们可以教给学生背单词的方法，把稍微难一点的单词分成几部分，然后让学生按照读音去背。而且，我们把单词按词性归类，讲给学生同一词性的单词常作哪些句子成分，再按照句子成分分类讲解、举例。
2.心理暗示的功效。
在讲解一些难于理解的`新知识的时候，首先给学生一个心理暗示。告诉他们：我们今天要学*一个非常简单，很容易学的知识。这样，学生就会信心倍增，集中精力用心去听。其实，再难的知识只要用心去学就没有学不会的。这就是“世上无难事，只怕有心人”的道理了。3．巧用教材，适当删减过于繁杂的练*题。另外，在教学过程中帮助学生不断梳理知识构建框架。虽然还没有到初三复*阶段，但是，英语知识都是相互关联，融会贯通的。因此，及时梳理知识点是很重要的。
三、注意教学策略的不断创新。
再好的方法，如果没有变化，学生也会生厌；没有变化，也就没有了教学艺术。我们备课组利用每一次备课时间进行经验交流，针对一个教学问题，你的困惑时什么，你的心得是是什么，你有什么成功的经验，你有什么失败的反思等等，大家提出来，互相借鉴、互相学*。把别人好的经验用于自己的教学，教学的方法就会随之而改变，也有利于学生兴趣的增长。
这就是我们英语备课组老师的日常教学方法。有不当之处请大家多多指教！我们也将继续努力，不断探索，继续深入各项英语教学实践活动，努力完成英语教学这项工作。
本学期，初二英语备课组全体老师在学校各级部门的指导下，在教研组长的带领下，团结一致，关注每位学生，努力实现每个学生在原有基础上都能得到发展，现将本学期的工作总结如下:
一、有效利用“集体备课”*台
集体备课是发挥群体优势，提高备课质量的重要途径，也是落实教学常规，提高课堂教学效率的必要措施。本学期：集体备课解决的问题：
1、备学生：通过集体备课，各位老师更进一步了解了初二学生的特点，对英语的学*既有新鲜感，又有挑战难度的心理。了解班级内的学生间的差距、年级中班级间的差距等，有利于有效开展教育教学活动，并挖潜。
2、备教材:通过集体备课、轮流说课及做好讲学稿、其他老师补充等使各位老师更准确地把握教材、灵活运用教材，真正落实“用教材去教，而不是教教材”的教学指导思想。
3、备方法：通过相互间的教学交流，不断地改善教法，努力使自己的教法适合自己的学生，从而使学生获得有效的学*方法，少走弯路。
4、备计划：教学计划、口语操练计划、培优补差计划、活动计划等都是集体智慧的结合。
5、备考试：每次命题都紧紧把握《课标》，考查学生的语言技能、语言知识、跨文化交际意识和跨文化交际能力。
二、抓团队落实，促共同进步
1、落实教学常规：从集体备课、教案的设计、作业的分层、作业的批改、教学反思等都体现了老师们踏踏实实的.工作作风和创新意识。
2、落实目标（*均分、及格率、优秀率）及措施：各科任老师根据各班级的具体情况确立各班的具体目标，再根据各学生英语学科的成绩及英语学科在整体学科中是否弱势学科，确立了培优补差的对象，以及具体措施。
3、夯实双基：各科任教坚持让学生朗读、背诵课文；记忆单词、词组及重点句型（按单元整理了初二的重点词汇，重点句子，句型及语法归类，然后印发给了学生），引导学生积累语言财富，为口语、听力、阅读、写作打下基础。现在，一些原来不动笔写作的学生减少了，很多学生的词汇量增多了，好些不会开口读单词的学生会读句子了）。
4、学法指导：各科任教师根据具体情况分别对学生进行有效的学*方法指导、解题技巧指导，如：如何对不同类型的阅读理解材料进行理解、如何提高英语写作水*、如何提高口语成绩等，老师们都给学生进行了有效的指导，学生受益不小。
5、真正落实《课程标准》提出的语言能力的要求：根据《课程标准》对学生听力技能、口语技能的要求，我们利用课间坚持落实听力、口语训练，培养了学生获取信息的能力、对信息进行判断、归纳、综合的能力，特别是沟通信息的能力在逐步提高。
6、因材施教：对差生：小步走，快反馈；对优生：自主学*为主、老师指导提升。
7、努力改进课堂教学，提高课堂活动的真实性和有效性。本学期，赵容老师，邓润兰老师等都前后上了研究课和我都上了研究课。这些课都从不同的侧面体现了学生的合作学*、探究学*、自主学*，体现了语言的交际功能；培养了学生听说读写能力，归纳推理能力等。
8、从质量分析中找出提升空间：质量分析的目的是总结好的经验，并找出提升的空间.每次考试后，都要进行横向纵向比较，分析考试的得与失，每次都对各题型的得失情况进行详尽的分析，明白教学的差距在哪，教师本身的教学策略是否需要调整、怎么调整、学生的潜力在哪等，从而找到师生提升的空间，实现整体进步.
总之，初二教育教学工作任务重，但是，有学校的正确领导，有那么多有经验的老师的帮助。而且本组人员团结一致，互研合作，谦虚认真，辛勤耕耘，不断探讨科学的教学方法，我们有信心取得好成绩。
20xx年下的初二英语备课工作结束了，三年一个循环重复的工作，如日出日落，花开花落，看似重复，其实微小的细节也在变化着，每一届学生不同，教学过程也丰富多变，即使教材不变，感受也是不样的，备课组的同事也是年年再离开再融入磨合过程。我们教学工作更多的是重复*淡，我们能做到的让重复生动一些，下面谈一谈我们备课组的总结：
一组内状况
我们组有11名成员，张晓光是三月份正式融入我组的，替代了董莲老师的20班教学任务，董莲老师担任19班英语教学。王琪老师怀孕，我们组的工作任务就变得繁重起来了，加上有出去学*的老师，一直在代课中。
二备课情况
本学期，我们在周二下午第二节课是我们的集体备课，我们严格执行教务处的要求，保证时间，保证地点，保证人员等前提下完成备课任务，备课中，我们定教学进度时间，定了我们主备课老师，定预*稿的任务，整合教材，并研究上课的教学过程，备出重点难点，并预测学生的单元学*问题症结，一起讨论完成。我们集了11名教师的智慧完成教学，还是有利于提高教学成绩的。
