雾霾是雾中悬浮着大量的烟、灰尘等微粒而形成的混浊现象。据环保部遥感卫星监测：1月29日中国范围内有130万*方公里的地区被雾霾笼罩，空气质量严重污染。
那雾霾天气是怎样来的呢?很多家庭都拥有小汽车，我们的出行更便捷了，但汽车的尾气排放污染空气;电厂、炼油厂、化工厂在我们的城市里“大显身手”，但夜以继日地不断排放出煤烟和灰尘;绚丽的烟花爆竹让人目不暇接，但空气中烟雾腾腾，变得非常混浊，空气质量急剧下降，PM2.5、PM10指数直线上升，这些都是造成雾霾的主要原因，它们在带给我们快捷方便、赏心悦目的同时，也悄悄给我们带来了意想不到的后果。

一、积累和掌握大量词汇和语法规则
关于这一点，我认为与语文写作的培养有相同之处，俗话说：“巧妇难为无米之炊。”而英语词汇和语法规则就是所谓的“米”，只有掌握了大量的词汇以及相关的语法规则才能让学生在写作过程中游刃有余，大显身手，这就需要教师在教学过程中注重培养学生勤记词汇，勤动手、勤思考的*惯，督促学生在掌握课本词汇及语法的同时，多注意课外知识的积累，以增加词汇量，在写作时才不会搜索枯肠。“观千剑而后识器，操千典而后知音”就是强调积累的重要性。
二、逐层训练，加强句式表达
教师要打破传统守旧模式，即写作指导+例文+点评。采用新的教学方法让学生占主体地位，不能老师口若悬河，学生昏昏欲睡。在高中英语的教学过程中，由于学生基础不同，学生成绩分层明显，这就需要我们从最基础入手。这一环节的写作训练中，我们应从简单句着手。例如，主语+动词(谓语)+宾语的表达，I go toschool.例如这样逐层训练，逐次提升一定的难度，要让每个学生从中体会到英语写作的乐趣与成就感。
三、培养学生归纳课文大意的能力
在高中英语的教学过程中，每一章节课文篇幅都比较长，在让学生掌握课文词汇及语法规则的'同时，应该让学生用自己的话总结课文大意，这相当于是对课文内容的浓缩。我觉得这种方法既能提高学生的理解能力、表达能力，又能提高学生的写作水*，让学生在实践中慢慢揣摩英语写作的奥妙，这对学生写作水*的提高有很大帮助。
四、学生多练笔，在作文批改中成长
通过以上几点的积累，学生已经具备了写作功底，这时要多加练笔。我认为须做到以下几点：
(1)每次英语课后都会留一小作文给学生，文体不限，随意记录身边的人或事，用英语表达出来。
(2)增加阅读量，让学生摘抄一些满分作文、出色语段。让学生模仿写作，久而久之，增加学生对写作的敏感度。其实多练笔也是提高写作能力的根本。

俗话说：“抄一遍胜过读十遍。”读诗词或短文时先看一句抄一句;再看几句抄几句;最后看一段抄一段，直到看一篇抄一篇，也就是先读再抄，抄完再读。
2.时空法。
记住要背内容中表示时间方位顺序的词语。
3.人物法。
记住文章中依次(或分类)出现的几个人物，这样忆人思情，忆人思言，就有助于理解与背诵。
4.情境法。
创设具体情境，根据情境熟读容易理解和记忆。尤其是优美的诗歌与散文，运用此法效果更佳。
5.情节法。
掌握故事的起因、经过、发展、高潮、结果等具体情节，据情而背就容易的多了。
6.延伸法。
背短文或诗歌，可从开头逐句延伸背诵，即背会第一句，背第二句时把的一句带上，背会第一二句，背第三句时再把第一二句带上，如此延伸，直到全篇。
7.对比法。
把课文中具有对比的部分找出来，记住这个对比的性质、特点、作用，就容易背诵了。
8.问题法。
提出几个具有连贯性、系统性的问题，根据问题答案的顺序，记取背诵内容。
9.提纲法。
列出一个简单的提纲，然后根据提纲练*背诵。
10.列表法记忆时先将需要背诵的内容进行列表归纳，使繁杂的内容简单化、特征化、条理化，一目了然，便于举一反三，加深印象。
11.间隔法记忆课文的词语不能怕重复，第二、三天还要再读第一天读的词，温故知新，常读常新。
12.歌诀法。
将要背诵的内容，编为歌诀，读来顺口，记忆深刻。
13.点线法抓住文章的脉络，提炼出各层次的关键词语、句子作为记忆的点，如表现人物形象的动词等，根据先后次序排列起来，再连点成线，连线成面，展开快速记忆，背诵课文，也就是按照文章写作的.线索顺序，把全文的主要内容联系起来记忆。
14.分合法
先分句背，在句中背关键词，这样逐句背，而后合背，由词连句，由句连段，再由段连篇。或先抓要背内容的主要部分，再带动次要部分，再合背。

In everybody’s eyes, I am a good girl, because I make the good marks in the exams and help my parents to do things. 英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，而本学期更换教材又使的更多的学生产生畏难的情绪。在这样一种情形下，我们要教好英语，就要让学生克服对这门学科产生畏难情绪，消除不愿学，也无法学下去的想法。为此，我采取了一些方法，比如：学生英语听的潜力相对较弱，在上听力课的时候，我将听力资料分解成一些句、段，把关键部分以填空的形式呈现出来，这样既降低了听力的难度又能吸引学生的注意力。

二、教学方面：
本学期我担任五年级的英语教学工作。今年的五年级面临着全市统一的检测考试，面队这群成绩参差不齐，连读完整句子都有问题的学生，要提高教学质量，关键是上好课，备好课。课前，我认真钻研教材，阅读大量相关材料进行备课;课堂上组织好教学，关注全体学生，注意信息回馈，调动学生学*的积极性，激发学生的学*兴趣，创造良好的课堂气氛，课堂提问面向全体学生，课堂上讲练结合，布置好家庭作业，减轻学生的负担。
要提高教学质量，还要做好课后辅导工作。用*常心对待后进生，在课堂上对他们的点滴进步给予大力的表扬，课后多找他们谈心、交朋友，让他们知道：只要想学，认真学，老师也就帮助你。帮助他们树立信心，激发他们学*英语的兴趣。同时，开展小组帮教的形式，让优生帮后进生，大家一起进步。
三、 学*方面：
要给学生一滴水，老师就要长流水。因此，我不断学*新的知识，掌握现代教学工具的使用方法，还要通过各种媒体获取信息，更好的关注、引导学生成材。我相信只有永远持有一颗上进心，我们的教学技巧才会不断翻新，我们的英语知识水*才会更加牢实深博。
在今后的工作中，我将更严格要求自己，努力工作，发扬优点，改正缺点，有耕耘总会有收获!祝福明天!
本学期我继续担任高一7，8两个理科班的英语教学。一学期来，我服从学校的安排，认真地做好了自己的本职工作，紧密地将提高教学水*与思想理论水*结合起来，在努力完善自己的同时顺利地完成了7，8两个选修模块的教学任务。当然，在获取了一些教育教学经验的同时，也认识到了自己在工作中仍有许多须提高和改进的地方。为今后能更有成效地完成教书育人的己任，特将本学期的工作总结如下：
一、制定计划，认真完成。
理科班的多数学生讨厌背单词，他们最大的难关就是单词关，词汇量少，严重影响了他们对英语的学*兴趣。针对这一点，我在日常的教学中特别重视学生对词汇的学*与积累，要求单词每课过关，并且每课都进行单词听写，不断督促学生多背单词，短语及一些好的句子。为了提高他们的积极性，这学期我还要求班上每个学生，每天轮流上台带读英语单词。
从上学期开始我们选用英语周报作为教辅材料，充分发挥了它的作用。每周进行一到两次听力训练，选用部分随堂练*作为课堂巩固练*。周报上的单选题，完形填空及阅读理解，要求学生认真完成并及时讲评。
这学期我更加注重将学生分情况辅导。与其他几位教师一起，在班上选出十几位学生，每周一，周四晚自修时进行培优扶差的补*。进一步提高他们的学*水*。我将继续做好培优扶中和辅差工作，进一步提高及格率。
二、优化教学工作的各环节，努力提高教学效率。
对每课的教材处理，都会与教研组其他同事先进行认真的讨论，认真钻研教材，了解教材的结构，重点与难点，掌握教材的知识的体系，认真研究考试说明与教学大纲，了解学生原有的知识技能的水*，他们的兴趣，需要，方法，*惯以及可能遇到的学*障碍，仔细思考相应的教学方法和手段;组织好课堂教学，关注全体学生，善于根据从作业和考试反馈出来的信息，调整教学环节;注重调动学生学*的主动性，并使其保持相对的稳定性;注重学生英语基础知识的教学及听，说，读，写等基本技能的培养，努力使教学目标落到"实处";注重学生实际，从学生的`学*，生活实际出发，从学生的学*兴趣，生活乐趣着手，为学生营造一个轻松愉快的学*气氛，寓乐于教，激发学生的情感，帮学生树立学*的信心，并做好对学生学*的辅导和帮助工作。课前精心地备课并认真写好教案，课后能及时进行反思小结，不断提高自己的业务水*。
三、经常性地反思和重新审视自身的教师角色，努力提升自身的综合素质。
