一、了解学生的实际是实施教学的前提

孔子曰：“知之者不如好之者，好之者不如乐之者。”兴趣是最好的老师。在教学中有不少基础差的学生对英语并不感兴趣，这一现象在理科班更为常见。因此激活学生学*动机，增强他们的学*积极性，变被动应付为主动探求知识，使之成为乐之者。在教学中，我一方面想尽办法，尽量上好每一堂课，借助于实物、图片，尽量用贴*生活的例子，使单调、乏味的反复练*变得轻松生动。学生产生了兴趣，有了兴趣，积极性才能提升，教学也就轻松多了。
三、增强学生学*自主性
伴随着电视、电脑、手机等长大的这些学生，他们接受信息的手段相当广泛，知识面丰富，多数学生有自己独特的见解。但自控能力较差，学*主动性和积极性不强，出现了一定程度的两极分化。通常不能充分利用早读、晚自修和周末的时间，部分学生只是应付所布置的作业，而有些优生也只是完成而已，他们不会利用课后时间进行及时复*，补缺补漏。因此，在学*上，我积极调动班级小组长，一起加强对学生学*的监督作用，引导学生正确的学*方法。让学生能充分利用课后时间进行巩固，尤其是周末给各种层次的学生布置不同学*任务，每周一必进行检测。同时，让优生讲述自己的学*方法，进行经验交流，充分发挥优生的表率作用来影响差生，改变差生，在学生中形成“赶、帮、超”的学*氛围。对差生进行多鼓励、少批评、多谈心，进行心理沟通，提高他们的自我判断与控制能力。当然，要真正培养学生学*的自觉性还需要不断努力。

1．建立“课前五分钟会话”，培养课堂交际氛围。如一进课堂老师说：“It’s nice to see you again./It’s fine today, isn’t?/How are you today?”星期一上课问：“Did you have a good time in the weekend?”学生会作出不同的回答，引出更多的对话，从而达到交际的目的。
2．适当让学生表演对话或课文内容。针对*期所学内容，布置学生课后进行讨论排练，然后在课堂表演。
3．多鼓励，少批评。为了使学生更爱开口，在练*中，要重视运用鼓励性语言，不断强化学生参加交际的信心。
三、培养学生的自学能力
只有通过辅导学生掌握一套科学的学*方法，并培养学生的自学能力，才能使学生的学*积极性和主动性得以发挥。具体包括：培养学生的预*能力、各种方法掌握英语基本知识的能力、学生自己整理所学知识的能力。另外，自学能力的提高还得益于大量的独立的阅读，于是新学期开始就要要求学生人人必备一本英汉词典作为工具书，让学生勤查字典。
四、激发学生学*英语的兴趣
在教学中培养学生的学*兴趣，增强教学效果，才能避免在以后的学*中产生两极分化。具体做法是把语言教学与日常生活联系起来，上课可以结合时事、热点，给学生讲有关政治、历史、社会等各方面的新闻、幽默等。还可以通过开辟第二课堂，如举办讲故事、各类竞赛等。老师课后应当多和学生交流接触，了解学生的需要，适当和学生一起参加活动、体育运动。课后还可以布置学生听英语广播、看英语新闻，然后再到学校进行交流。
五、巩固教学效果发展学生智能
教学的一个根本目的，是要求学生学会独立思考、独立自学，最终成为一个能独立工作的合格人才。课内教学的双边活动是至关重要的，但由于学生多，时间少，而学生主动活动机会则不多。所以，课外作业便是学生个体完成作业的独立活动的基本形式。学生在完成作业过程中，需要独立思考、独立钻研，这对学生有充分的实际锻炼机会。课外作业，有助于学生发展智能和创造性才能，有助于培养学生灵活地应用知识解决问题，有助于培养学生的能力，并能培养学生按时完成任务的*惯和责任心，以及克服困难的精神。因此，教师要在作业的布置和批改上下工夫，不仅要重视答案的公*性、客观性和唯一性，还要重视学生的选择性和创造性以及答案的开放性和多样性。
六、备课，既备学生，又要备教法
备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性。我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。备课充分，能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。但同时又要有驾驭课堂的能力，因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。因此上课一定要设法令学生投入，不让其分心，这就很讲究方法了。上课内容丰富，现实。教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。所以，老师每天都要有充足的.精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。这样，授课就事半功倍。回看自己的授课，我感到有点愧疚，因为有时我并不能很好地做到这点。当学生在课堂上无心向学，违反纪律时，我的情绪就受到影响，并且把这带到教学中，让原本正常的讲课受到冲击，发挥不到应有的水*，以致影响教学效果。我以后必须努力克服，研究方法，采取有利方法解决当中困难。

高一新课程对于我来说，似乎又是一个新的起点和挑战，热情的激发和时间的投入，一定程度上缓解了我对于教学周期循环往复的不知所措。高一一年，感触最深的有两点：新课程教学既要备好师，更要备好生；新课程教学注重过程，过程就是实效。由于教学经验颇浅，我对教学工作从未怠慢。以下是我在这一学年教学工作中的一些尝试及浅见。
1.对症下药
尽管新课程一直在倡导以学生为主体，但是这句话对于我的意义，一直和楼顶的条幅一样高高在上，望得见却使不着。在教学过程中我常常会误以为，只要我自己做好了，我的方法得当了内容精彩了，我的目标就已达成。因此最初接触教学的时候，我还不懂得了解掌握学生情况对教学的重要性，只是专心研究书本，教材，想方设法令课堂生动，学生易接受。但一开始我就碰了钉子。我按照自己的教学设计，上了一堂自认为明白易懂而又不死板的课，认为教学效果如期理想，怎知小测出来才知道不如人意。后来听同学们反应，才知道很多同学甚至没有听懂我用英语问的问题。从而可知，我在上课前没有很好地了解清楚学生的实际情况。尽管自己以为万事俱备，却仍然乘不上学生的东风。
本校的学生英语基础较差听，说的能力相对较弱，授课采用较深的全英教学，同学们还不能适应。另一方面，三班的同学比较活跃，上课气氛积极，但中等生占较大多数，尖子生相对较少。因此，讲得太深，没有照顾到整体，而四班的同学比较沉静，学*欠积极性，虽然有突出的尖子生，但中下层面却很广，我备课时也没有注意到这点，因此教学效果不甚理想。从此可以看出，了解及分析学生实际情况，做到因材施教，对授课效果有直接影响。这就是教育学中提到的“备教法的同时要备学生”。这一理论在我的教学实践中得到了验证。
2.有的放矢
注重学生自主学*能力的培养。授人以鱼的传统教授方法应被授人以渔的任务型和发现型教学所取代。所以，在备课过程中，备学生，又要备教法。备课充分的课堂，不仅学生收益，对于教师本身来说也是非常愉悦的过程，或者胸有成竹，挥洒自如，或者激情澎湃，游刃有余。备课不充分或者备得不好，则会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，上起来都觉得心虚和底气不足，于己于人都是一种折磨，这一点相信老师们都会有相通的体会。许多人说教书教到第二轮了，应该很轻松的。但是对我来说并非如此，即使是上过的课文都值得再费一番功夫思索，推敲或者优化。
3.享受教学
我常常觉得学生对老师的最高评价就是“我以后也要成为你这样的人”。所谓言传不如身教，让学生可以感受到教师自身坦率的人格，渊博的学识，蓬勃的热情，收放自如的能力，将是对学生最大的引导和激励。只有自身素质高，专业素养高，才能有效的教学，才能让学生心生敬意，尽可能激发他们的兴趣。此外，要有驾驭课堂的能力，因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。努力使上课内容丰富，现实。教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。保证课堂效率还需要有充足的精神，所以再体虚乏力没有吃早餐，我也会在课前憋足三分真气，让学生感受到热情的气氛。
本学期我担任的是高一807和808班的英语教学工作。一学期以来，在学校领导的关心、支持下，尽职尽责做好各项工作。顺利地完成教育教学任务。下面是本人对一学期教学工作的一个总结：
第一，在思想政治上，本人始终坚决拥护党和国家的路线、方针和政策，自觉遵守国家的法律、法规及各项规章制度，在政治上与***保持一致，忠诚于党的教育事业，恪守教师职业道德，爱岗敬业，为人师表；有强烈的敬业和奉献精神，有强烈的进取意识。

教师的教风直接影响学生的学风。驾驶的一言一行，无时无刻不在影响着学生。所以我提高自己的思想认识，做到爱岗敬业，学而不厌，诲人不倦，为人师表，治学严谨，还要保持良好的教态。老师的教学语言和教态对学生的学*有直接的影响。老师的教态好，学生就喜欢，他们听课的兴趣就高，接受知识也快。反之，学生就不喜欢，甚至讨厌。
第四、积极创造语言情景。
目前教材注重对学生综合语言能力的培养和训练，强调以学生为主体的有意义的语言实践活动，为教学营造了轻松愉快、积极向上的学*氛围。教材图文并茂，安排了大量生动有趣的活动内容，使英语学*变得容易而有趣。
第五、努力建立融洽的师生关系。
相对来说，高中生自尊心也逐渐增强，渴望得到尊重。师生之间只有互相尊重，互相信任，才能建立起友好关系，从而促进学生学*的兴趣。意识到了这一点，我努力去改善和学生的关系，为建立融洽的师生关系，进而提高学生成绩而努力。
