作为一名新课程下的老师，我们应该：
1、更新教学理念。教师不应只是教知识，而是让学生去感悟知识，教会学生如何去获得知识。
2、把准教学目标，突破重、难点。我们的目标是我们这堂课解决什么问题，用什么教法？如何才能让学生理解、识记和运用知识。比如听说课型：要先让学生对语篇的理解，创设环境，培养听说能力，让学生模仿着说，并联系实际学会表达，重点不应放在知识点的教学上，应注重基本能力的培养，要因人、因校、因内容而异。
3、课件要为我们的教学所用。要好用、用好；实用、有效；创设的情景要为我们的生词、句型做好铺垫。
4、注意新旧知识的衔接。初中教师了解小学的'词汇，尤其是在小学里已作为四会的词就不应作为生词来教，炒冷饭会让学生失去新鲜感。
5、注重学过知识的运用。新课程强调语篇学*，在语篇中先把key words和key sentences学会然后再运用.有些活动在课堂操练效果更好。
在新课程的改革中，教学中教师首先必须转变思想观念，提高认识，深刻理解新课程标准的内涵，树立新的课程观。在第一学期的教学中，我认识到以下几个问题：
一、认真学*英语课程标准。
课程标准是英语教学的总指挥，《标准》明确指出，英语课程要面向全体中、小学生，注重素质教育。课程特别强调要关注每个学生的情感，激发他们的学*兴趣，帮助他们建立自信。在英语学*的过程中，发展有效的学*策略，强化祖国意识，开拓国际视野，形成一定的综合语言运用能力。
从课程标准中我个人认识到，英语教学的最终目的是提升学生素质，使学生能够形成一定的综合语言运用能力，这体现在听、说、读、写等方面，在促进学生打成目标的过程中，我们教师要注意教学方法的变革，改变以往以教师为中心的“教”，而形成以学生“学”为中心的学法。现代社会环境、家庭环境、教学环境的转变，使教师不再是知识的垄断者，而成为学生学*活动的组织者、指导者和参与者，建立*等、民主、教学相长的师生关系。
二、明确课堂教学的目的性，强化教学环节的可操作性。
以往，一节课的教学环节基本是固定的，是不可更改的，学生往往在教师的指挥下，依次进入下一个教学环节，在这个过程中，一方面教师是主动的，学生是被动的;另一方面，教学环节的设定往往并不是真正的以学生为中心，而是按照教学进度、教学时间的安排，如果实时间不够用了就强行进入下一个教学环节，忽略学生的认知和感受，并不能真正做到以生为本。
因此，在制定教学目标的过程中，我以三个维度为基础，认真制定切实有效的教学目标，提升教学环节的可操作性，在课堂教学中，提升教材利用的有效性，提高学生的参与度，切实做到以学生为中心，提高课堂的有效性，如果学生没有达到这个教学目的，那么这个教学环节可以重来几遍，确认学生达到目标以后，再进入下一个教学环节，确保学生把知识真正掌握。
三、提高学生参与度，提高学生的兴趣。
回顾自己以往的教学，往往一节课教师说的太多，学生说的太少，虽然心里面认识到，良好的课堂应该是教师引导学生探索、掌握知识，学生在课堂上应该是主体地位，但下课以后扪心自问，往往还是自己占据了绝大部分时间，生怕自己讲得太少，学生听不进去。
认识到这个问题以后，在教学环节的设计中，首先我注重教学情境的创设，让学生带着兴趣去学英语，让学生进入到生活实际情境中，在生活实际中学*英语;其次，我在英语教学中，注重设计师生共同参与，学生对话，学生角色扮演，游戏教学等环节，真正的让学生来占据课堂，提高学生的参与度，提高了学生学*英语的兴趣和信心。
当然，构建高效课堂教学模式，注重学生自主能力的培养，落实素质教育，是一项长期的系统工程，需要广大英语教师积极探索，大胆实践，发挥英语学科素质教育的优势，努力培养出大批的适应新形势要求的高质量的英语人才。
一、激发兴趣
学生要学好英语，兴趣最重要。培养兴趣就成了教学教育的首要工作。开学初，我通过多种方式试着让学生爱上英语，试着引起他们的好奇心。我教授了他们如何巧妙记单词。例如：December如何记住是12月呢？“D”相当于“底”一年都到底了，那当然是12月了；Capacity相当于一个cap能装下一个city可见它的容量之大。再如，我让他们大约了解了中外文化的差别。“龙”在中国寓意为王者，权力和力量。而在国外则是撒旦的化身，怪兽的代言词。通过一些课外知识让学生先了解英语，充满对英语的好奇心。
二、融洽的师生关系。
初一的学生大多数是刚刚离开父母，依赖性较强。于是老师还充当了妈妈的角色，通过学*上和生活上的关爱，会让他们感受到老师的重要性。而且初中生比小学生独立性强，自尊心也逐渐增强，渴望得到尊重。师生之间只有互相尊重，互相信任，才能建立起友好关系，从而促进学生学*的兴趣。所以我必须树立正确的学生观，正确认识学生的主体地位。我用自己满腔的爱去关心、尊重学生，耐心细致地指导学生，沟通和学生的思想感情，使自己成为学生欢迎和爱戴的人。上课时我是学生的老师，循循善诱和激发学生学*的积极性，大胆求异创新；课后我却成为他们的好朋友，生活上，我是他们的父母，关怀备至。
三、抓单词，抓句子。
在教育教学工作方面，初一一学年我都在抓单词，我坚持单词把好关，基础稳扎实的方法。始终坚持狠抓单词，把好单词质量关，每天进行英语小测，但数量把握好，通常是8-10个。我认为初一的基础就是让学生会读，会写，能看懂句子，而这一切的前提就是——单词。我要求人人能将每个单词读得准，默写得出，这一点已基本实现，并取得初步成绩。前半学期，学生积极性较高，可时间一久小测效果明显降低。于是，我争取了班主任配合，到后半学期，采取了分层次，根据*时分数给每个学生制定了一个小测分数，达到分数的同学则实行德育分的奖励，加强了学生学*单词的积极性。
在一定单词的基础上，要先把句子读熟了。有些同学很不熟悉语法，于是了解句子变的很重要。我主要是抓Grammar Focus的句子并默写。3A的文段要求中层和中上层的背诵默写，中下层的同学则挑出重点句子让其背诵。在句子中逐步熟悉句子结构和语法。从单词中理解句子，并在句子中巩固单词。
四、教学模式的转变
一成不变的教学方式只会消磨学生的积极性和新鲜感。于是我尝试了多种的教学方式，以下是我对几种教学方式的体会。传统的教学模式能让学生掌握更多的知识，知识体系比较完整，但学生积极性教弱，课堂较枯燥；多媒体教学优势是课堂气氛活跃，学生操练机会较多，缺点是比较难掌握时间和控制学生，重点比较不到位；学生交由课堂讲解，能锻炼学生的口语能力和逻辑思维，并能让学生与学生之间讨论的机会增加，但会遗漏重点，且有时会在一个问题上争执，时间浪费上较多。虽然各个教学模式多有其缺陷和不足，但通过多种方式的教学，能激发学生的积极性，并能在不同模式下互补各自的不足。
五、教学反思
在本学年的教学中，深刻的感受到，在新课程的改革中，教学中教师首先必须转变思想观念，提高认识，深刻理解新课程标准的内涵，树立新的课程观。在教学过程中实现以学生为主，教师为辅的教学方式。创设各种情景，鼓励学生大胆地使用英语，运用英语。尊重每个学生，积极鼓励他们在学*中的尝试，保护他们的自尊心和积极性。尽量在课堂中营造良好的学*氛围。当然在这一年的教学生涯中，仍存在许多不足之处，在课堂上我总怕学生吃不饱，不知不觉地讲多了，没有给学生思考的空间，有时太过要求语法而忽略了实际操作。其次，作业完成得不令人满意，还时有抄袭作业的现象，一错皆错，一对皆对的现象时有发生。另外，两极分化现象仍然严重，有个别学生对英语学*兴趣不大。还有部分学生写作能力上不去，课文、句型虽然会背诵会默写，但实际运用能力差，需要*时注意训练写作能力的培养。今后我将继续做到备书本，备学生，积极加强自身的课程改革理论学*，转变教育理念，建立以学生为本的教育观念，树立活动教学观，争取做一名具有现代素养的`人民教师！
新课改强调课程要促进每个学生身心健康的发展，培养学生良好的品质和终身学*的能力，提倡交流与合作、自主创新学*。课程改革的成败关键在于教师，教师是课程改革的实施者。身为教师，不仅要有过硬的专业知识，而且要有爱心和耐心，更主要的是管理学生的能力。并不是每个人都能胜任教师这个神圣而又伟大的职业。人们都说教师是人类灵魂的工程师，但现在当一位教师难，成为一位称职的教师更难，成为一为称职而又优秀的教师更是难上加难。这就要求教师积极进取，不断的提高自身素质，多听其他老师的课，取其精华，并将其运用到自己的教学当中。我们的姜校长说过：“现在没有年轻的老教师了”，我却认为，年老的老教师也没有了。因为现在的教材几乎年年改，学生也和以前不同。人人都是新教师，必须不断反思自己教学中的不足，更新观念，才能跟上新课程改革的步伐。
本学期即将结束。下面简单回顾一下这学期的英语教学工作。
一、面向全体学生，为学生全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。
1、创设各种情景，鼓励学生大胆地说英语。根据教材中的情境，真实再现于课堂并创造新的怀境，如教“Hello,MynameisLiMing.What’syourname?Howoldareyou?What’syourfavoritecolor?”等句型时，情境有“自我介绍”“结识新朋友”、“英语讲演比赛现场”、等等一些语境，使学生积极参与，到讲台上锻炼英语表达能力和胆量。发展学生运用英语的交际能力，培养他们灵活运用英语的*惯，对他们在说英语的过程中所犯的错误采取宽容的态度。注意多表扬，少批评。
2、在教学过程中注重学生的听、说、读、写综合能力，并运用到实际中去。
每课的对话让学生先听后读，然后表演，每小组不宜超过四人。表演前让各小级操练准备，鼓励其拓展创新对话内容。表演过程中，除要求学生语音语调正确外，还应让学生注意到交流手段如表情、手势、姿态等。还可以利用插图来创设情景，培养学生的创新精神，让学生根据图画的内容编一段对话。学生会运用所学过的知识，编成各种对话。
3、创造条件让学生能够自主解决问题。
我把学生分成四个大组，十六个小组。每个大组选一个辅导员，每小组选一个小组长，负责每天检查朗读、背诵、作业和练*。让学生自己找出课文中的知识点，不明白的问题先让学生小组讨论。小组解决不了交辅导员，辅导员解决不了交给我。我的任务就是督促并帮助学生学*，解决学生学*中遇到的问题。
二、创造宽松、和谐的气氛
在教学过程中，注重与学生沟通，让学生消除对英语学*的恐惧感，只有对英语感兴趣，才能保持英语学*的动力并取得好成绩。刻板的学*，不仅会影响英语学*的效果，适得其反让他们厌恶学*英语。因此创造宽松、和谐的学*氛围有利于英语学*。
1、尊重每个学生，积极鼓励他们大胆的尝试。
要培养学生的创造性，仅停留在创设教学情境上是不够的。教师首先要具有创新的精神，注重创设宽松、和谐的教学氛围，尊重学生个体，注重抓住一切时机激发学生创新的欲望，注意对学生的学*行为和学*结果、反应等做出客观、公正、热情、诚恳的评价。
2、鼓励学生大声的朗读课文并背诵，使自己听的见自己的声音，渐渐做到流利，顺畅。促进学生互相学*，互相帮助，体验成就感。
3、成绩差的学生底子薄，上课时注意力往往不够集中，我就将教材化难为易，降低他们的学*标准，当他们取得一点小小的进步，都要鼓励他们，让他们也有成就感。课堂上尽量创造愉快的氛围。他们由于羞怯心理往往怕开口，我尽量将难易适度的问题去问他们，叫他们到黑板上写有把握的单词或句子，朗读事先已读过多遍的课文，当他们回答正确时，我总是面带笑容地伸出大拇指说：“Verygood”。他们往往因得到这个而激动，慢慢地消除了畏惧心理，养成开口说英语的*惯，参与意识大大地加强。
4、建立良好的师生关系，经常和学生一起反思学*过程中的不足，并加以改正。
如何使师生关系和谐、融洽，对完成教学任务至关重要。如果他们对某个老师有好感，他们就对老师的这门课感兴趣并分外重视，肯下大气力学这门课。如果他们不喜欢某一位老师，由于逆反心理，他们也就不愿学或不学这位老师的课。所以，教师要深入学生，和学生打成一片，了解学生的兴趣，爱好，喜怒哀乐情绪的变化，时时处处关心学生，爱护学生，尊重学生，帮助学生。这样，师生才能关系和谐，感情融洽，兴趣盎然地进行学*。
三、教会学生学*英语的方法
学*语言就是要开口多说，多记，多背，再加上正确的方法。只要功夫到家了，学*英语的困难就迎刃而解了。英语琐碎的知识点太多，这就需要学生多用心、多读、多练、多写。初一英语，主要让学生先过记忆单词关。因此一开始，我就告诉学生注意读音规则。英语的音标大多与汉语拼音相似，只有个别发音不同。英语有辅音和元音，汉语拼音有声母和韵母。英语的辅音就相当于汉语拼音的声母，比如英语28个辅音中，只有几个与汉语声母发音完全不同，其余的只是让学生注意不要拉秧就行了。而英语的元音就相当于汉语的韵母。英语的元音分单元音和双元音，汉语的声母分单韵母和复韵母，大同小异。只要过了单词关，英语句型也就不在话下了。
四、对学生进行有效的评价与奖励。
评价可以使学生认识自我，树立自信，有助于反思及调整自己的学*。对学生回答问题过程中的表现及改进的成绩，给予口头评价、书面评价。学生考完后，让他们自我反思，分析自己错题的原因、成绩和不足，明确今后努力的方向，争取下次不再犯同样的错误。为激发学生学*英语的兴趣，给予他们适当的奖励。我为学生设了三项奖：1）成绩奖；2）帮助同学奖；3）进步奖。让学生不仅自己努力学*，而且还要互相帮助，互相促进学*。
有句名言说得好：“成功属于不断思考的人”。无论你是新教师还是老教师，都要通过不断反思，总结经验，吸取教训，取人之长，不己之短，才能不断进步。
本单元的中心话题是谈论能力。通过本单元的学*，要求让学生能够运用can来谈论个人或他人的能力，语法方面能正确使用情态动词can，能正确使用包含can的一般疑问句并作简略回答，以及能正确使用what引导的特殊疑问句询问某人的能力及加入俱乐部的倾向。文化知识方面，使学生了解中外课外活动和社团活动的差异，了解招聘海报的特点。在教学中，首先要教好单词发音和拼写，使学生会读会拼，才能为继续学*其他方面奠定基础，所以教师必须确保准确地、清晰地呈现这些单词的发音和拼写。
在呈现词汇时，利用图示法，尽量用多媒体课件呈现一些单词图片，如本课学*的象棋、俱乐部、讲故事以及运动类、乐器类词汇等等，也可以适当拓展一些学生感兴趣的相关词汇。把学*者从机械重复、死记硬背的枷锁里解脱出来，增加词汇学*的趣味性，提高词汇学*效率。在教学这些词汇的读音时，也使学生在形象记忆中记住这些词汇的意思，同时也把培养学生自主学*能力渗透在词汇教学中。
其次，对单词进行分类、归纳学*。如本单元学*的词汇，包括乐器类、运动类等，同时又有可数和不可数名词之分。通过图片展示各种类型的俱乐部等让学生进行归纳，学生很快就能对这些词汇进行分类，一目了然，学生看的清楚，记的牢固，自然对单词记忆产生了浓厚兴趣，同时也培养了学生观察、记忆、思维、想象、创造和自主学*的能力。
再次，通过句型替代词汇练*进行记忆词汇，提高词汇的复现率。如本课学*运用句型Canyoudance?Yes，Ican./No，Ican’t.Whatcanyoudo?Icandance.Whatclubdoyouwanttojoin?Iwanttojoinasportsclub.通过学*运用这些句型使学生既记忆了词汇也学*了句型。
学生在操练句型时，可将他们分成小组。通过小组练*句型，并给表现出色的小组加分，或是画小红花等，促进小组合作意识，增强小组的体意识，培养学生的小组合作能力和学*探究能力。通过听力练*和小组调查进一步使学生把已学的知识运用到实际生活中，使学生得到进一步巩固和提高。创设各种情景，鼓励学生大胆地使用英语，对他们在学*过程中的失误和错误采取宽容的态度。在教学过程中，每个需要掌握的知识点，我都从差生入手，使他们掌握最基本的知识的同时，注意拓宽知识面，关注优生的情况，给他们自主学*和直接交流的机会。学生只有对自己、对英语及其文化有积极的情态，才能保持英语学*的动力并取得成绩，刻板的情态，不仅会影响英语学*的效果，还会影响其它发展，情态是学好英语的重要因素，因此我努力创造宽松民主、和谐的教学空间。
存在的问题就是教学时间把握不够准确，上课时间应再紧凑一些。并且学生调查时间稍显不足，调查所用的句型学生还不够熟练，因此影响了学生的调查效果。在今后的教学中要更加注重这些方面的提高与改善。
教学活动的安排，一定要紧扣教学的目标，还要紧扣学生的学情。也就是说，一定要明确所设计的活动，是为了达到什么样的效果，在活动中学生能得到什么。要根据学生已有的语言基础，学生的个体差异和整个班级的班风来设计教学活动。课堂上活动的设计一定要贴*学生的生活，要创设学生感兴趣的话题，学*热情来源于浓厚的兴趣，学*语言的兴趣来源于*得语言技能的'成功感。对于U6 Topic 1 Section C的教学，我将从课堂教学导入（lead—in）、新知识的呈现（presetion），以及操练部分（practice）来说明教学过程的不足之处和值得继续发扬的地方。
1、导入部分贴*学生生活，生动有趣。通过自我介绍和试着跟学生打招呼的方式，创设情景，让学生初步感知在新的场合如何用英语介绍自己和与他人打招呼并结交朋友。学生的热情一下子就被调动起来，大家都积极的参与课堂教学活动。
2、新知识的呈现部分主要是通过教师边跟学生用英语打招呼和介绍自己的方式，告诉学生结交朋友和自我介绍所用的重点句型，同时，告诉句型的结构和用法。在这部分，我对于新单词的教授所花的时间过长，并且没有及时让学生自己在练*本上拼写新单词。除此之外，在字母教学中，我更多注重字母发音，给学生在课堂上动手书写的时间太短，学生还是没有掌握字母规范书写笔顺。
3、在句型的操练部分，比较注重全班学生操练，小组活动和同桌对话活动较少，学生自主学*和操练对话时间不够。要给学生足够时间去大声朗读和练*对话，理解课文语法点和句子结构。但是在句子操练部分，教师先示范，再引导学生模仿句子结构来编新句型，最后总结语法点，这种归纳式教学法用得恰到好处。总之，教师在操练部分一定要充分发挥学*主动性，引导学生自主学*和合作学*。把时间和舞台交给学生，让学生去感知和理解新知识，这也体现新课改所提倡的教学思想。
总之，我们教师要注重创设情境，引导学生通过操作实践、合作探究，主动获取知识。同时，要根据学生已有的知识经验和基础水*来设计教学活动，积极调动学生学*语言的兴趣，有效的提高课堂教学效率。
初中是学生养成良好的英语学**惯和学*兴趣的重要阶段。因此,我们有必要从初一开始就帮助学生养成良好的学**惯,培养学*兴趣。
一、关于英文书写*惯。
英文的书写规范是初学阶段必须要抓好的教学环节。尽管现在的学生在小学里至少已学过四年英语，但因为在小学里英语学生不重视，家长不重视，教师所教授的班级多，指导学生力不从心。因此从新生入学在英语四线三格上落笔写英文字母开始时,教师就应要求每一位学生都必须书写规范。同时,对书写端正的学生给予鼓励。
二、关于英语朗读*惯。
教师要让学生在基础学*阶段就养成大声朗读的*惯。在日常教学中,教师最害怕那些不开口的学生。因此,在开学最初的几周,要特别提醒学生一定要开口大声地朗读英语。对于个别性格内向、羞于开口的学生,要将其列为重点关注对象,设法引导他们先开口,再出声,最后大声朗读。
三、关于课堂发言*惯。
学生进入初中阶段，由于个性差异和小学基础的不同，有的.学生在课堂上属于旁观派，从不主动举手发言，如果被点名，也会怯懦，说不出话来。对于这样的学生，一定要及时加以鼓励，即使是丁点的优点，也要加以表扬，毕竟谁不愿意喜欢听好听的呢？
科学、有效地反思能够帮忙我们减少缺憾，不断提高我们的教学质量。当我们用批判、审视的眼光看待自我的思想、观念和行为，并做出理性的决定和选取时，我们就是在反思，变革。本学期是本人实施初一高效课堂的第二个学期，经过上学期的努力，我基本能够运用高效课堂教学模式——先学后教，当堂达标，自主学*，展示交流。在本期的英语教学中，经常从以下方面入手进行反思：
一是反思教学设计。为避免自我过分地依靠已有的教学经验，或照搬现成的教案，在授课前的备课阶段，我经常结合此刻学生的实际，反思原有的教学设计，因为我感觉“照本宣科”的教学是教师的“一厢情愿”，学生不会有太多的兴趣。在教学用英语“表达提推荐的方式”时，我有这样的设计：问学生假如出去旅行要带什么？要学生用推荐的方式组织答句。开始学生很兴奋，几句之后，学生便冷落下来，似乎眼高手低，无法表达。我反思？？活动虽有交际性，但必须要尊重学生已有的知识与经验、任务设计必须要真实，要能够完成。于是再教设计时，我不是直接要学生回答所带物品，而是给学生列出了许多可供选取的物品的英文名称，其中有学生熟练的，也有学生不会说的，要学生选取，并说明这样选取的理由。结果交流起来学生兴趣更浓，教学目标也完成得很好。
二是反思教学过程。即在教学过程中，常有不可预料状况发生，这时教师要进行及时的反思：根据学生的学*效果反馈，对教学计划进行适当的调整。虽然在备课时，教师已预设了种种教学方案，但在实际教学中还是会遇到一些意想不到的问题，如学生不能按计划的时光回答问题，学生的回答没有办法切中教师预设答题的关键，或者师生互动交往开展不顺，学生对教师预期的解释有歧义等。这时需要教师根据学生的反馈信息，抓住有利于教学计划实施的因素，因势利导，对计划快速、灵活地作适当修改与调整。不断地总结和调整教学过程，发扬有效的教学过程。如在复*教学七年级下册，谈论过去经历时，要学生介绍自我的周末活动。我先给学生一个表格，透过小组合作完成，列出一些动词及动词短语如：read，write，skate，singsongs，playbasketball，playthepiano…等等，能做的打（√），不能做的打（×），然后根据合作学*后的状况用英语口头表述：Myfriendis…。When…wasten，…could…and…，but…couldn’t…or…。一路下来大部分学生都能够完成得十分好，我先给学生一个表格，透过小组合作完成。我立刻想到这样的任务，对学生太简单了，学生没有了“跳一跳才摘到果子吃”的感觉，必须不会满足。我立刻要学生回忆儿童时的一次难忘经历，用３－５句话表达出来，5分钟。这样一调整就把说与写结合在了一齐，增加了深度，说得出写不出的同学就体会了还需再努力背记单词，有了进一步学*的需要，而且锻炼了学生的写作表达潜力。
三是反思教学心得。在课后对整个课堂教学过程进行思考性的概括，对教师自身的教学观念、教学行为和学生的表现，以及教学的成败进行梳理，并以教学后记的形式来完成。我认为这也是最值得我坚持做的。常常在课后，我会对教学的整个过程进行反思、分析、总结，并及时地作下记录。我回忆教学过程怎样？是否到达预期的效果？教学计划如何？是否有所改变？改变计划的.原因是什么？改变的方法是否有效？有没有更有效的策略？学生已顺利地完成了任务吗？学生是否有所得？是否帮忙学生构建了知识体系？是否对培养解题潜力有所帮忙？教师本身的教学思想可有存在问题？等等。
我记下成功之举，总结可取之处，也记下自我的失误与疏漏，作深刻的剖析，我记下课堂中师生智慧灵感的不期而遇，独创的见解值得回味，能帮我拓宽教学思路。我最想记的就是再教设计，怎样在下一次教学中扬长避短，精益求精。我有阅读课教学的反思，有对话课的处理，有词汇教学方法的反思，有任务设计的注意事项，有关于课堂控制的，有关于信息技术的，有关于教材的使用的，有关于英语的记忆背诵的点点滴滴，一有所得，及时记下，不断反思，不断困惑，不断超越，不断完善自我的课堂，提高教学质量。
学期初，我接手了初中一、二班的英语教学工作。经过一段时间的教学，我有了一些困惑：首先，小学六年级的学生在不同程度上学*了一些英语，这给我的教学带来了很大的困难。有良好基础的学生不需要说话和实践一些知识，基础差的学生没有兴趣，也不会练*，我很担心。我不知道哪些学生好。新课程改革是一场深刻的改革。新课程改革倡导全人教育，强调课程应促进每个学生身心健康的发展，培养学生高质量的终身学*能力。新课程改革倡导建构性学*，注重科学探究性学*，注重体验性学*，倡导交流与合作。课程改革成败的关键在于教师。教师是课程改革的实施者。作为教师，我必须充分准备学*新课程改革的理论，更新教学观念，迎接新课程改革的挑战。让我们简要回顾一下我们从开学以来所做的一些英语教学工作。〔1002〕〔1000〕面向全体学生，为学生的全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。
1、创造各种情境，鼓励学生大胆使用英语，并对学*过程中的错误采取宽容的态度。在教学过程中，我从贫困学生开始，针对每个需要掌握的知识点，让他们掌握最基本的知识，拓宽知识面，关注优秀学生的情况，给他们自主学*和直接交流的机会。
2、为学生提供独立学*和直接交流的机会，以及充分发挥和自我发展的空间。
3、鼓励学生通过体验、实践、合作和探索，培养听、说、读、写的综合技能。
4、创造条件，使学生能够探索自己的一些问题并独立解决问题。
5、关注学生情绪，营造民主和谐的教学氛围。
只有学生对自己、对英语及其文化有进取心，他们才能坚持英语学*的动机并取得成果。僵化的情态不仅会影响英语学*的效果，还会影响其他方面的发展。情态是学好英语的一个重要因素，所以我努力创造一个宽松、民主、和谐的教学空间:
1、尊重每一位学生，鼓励他们在学*中尝试，保护他们的自尊；和进取精神。
2、将英语教学与情态教学有机结合，开展多种形式的合作学*活动，促进学生学*情态。
一、激发兴趣
学生要学好英语，兴趣最重要。培养兴趣就成了教学教育的首要工作。开学初，我通过多种方式试着让学生爱上英语，试着引起他们的好奇心。我教授了他们如何巧妙记单词。例如：December如何记住是12月呢？“D”相当于“底”一年都到底了，那当然是12月了；Capacity相当于一个cap能装下一个city可见它的容量之大。再如，我让他们大约了解了中外文化的差别。“龙”在中国寓意为王者，权力和力量。而在国外则是撒旦的化身，怪兽的代言词。通过一些课外知识让学生先了解英语，充满对英语的好奇心。
二、融洽的师生关系。
初一的学生大多数是刚刚离开父母，依赖性较强。于是老师还充当了妈妈的角色，通过学*上和生活上的关爱，会让他们感受到老师的重要性。而且初中生比小学生独立性强，自尊心也逐渐增强，渴望得到尊重。师生之间只有互相尊重，互相信任，才能建立起友好关系，从而促进学生学*的兴趣。所以我必须树立正确的学生观，正确认识学生的主体地位。我用自己满腔的爱去关心、尊重学生，耐心细致地指导学生，沟通和学生的思想感情，使自己成为学生欢迎和爱戴的人。上课时我是学生的老师，循循善诱和激发学生学*的积极性，大胆求异创新；课后我却成为他们的好朋友，生活上，我是他们的父母，关怀备至。
三、抓单词，抓句子。
在教育教学工作方面，初一一学年我都在抓单词，我坚持单词把好关，基础稳扎实的方法。始终坚持狠抓单词，把好单词质量关，每天进行英语小测，但数量把握好，通常是8-10个。我认为初一的基础就是让学生会读，会写，能看懂句子，而这一切的前提就是――单词。我要求人人能将每个单词读得准，默写得出，这一点已基本实现，并取得初步成绩。前半学期，学生积极性较高，可时间一久小测效果明显降低。于是，我争取了班主任配合，到后半学期，采取了分层次，根据*时分数给每个学生制定了一个小测分数，达到分数的同学则实行德育分的奖励，加强了学生学*单词的积极性。
在一定单词的基础上，要先把句子读熟了。有些同学很不熟悉语法，于是了解句子变的很重要。我主要是抓Grammar Focus的句子并默写。3A的文段要求中层和中上层的背诵默写，中下层的同学则挑出重点句子让其背诵。在句子中逐步熟悉句子结构和语法。从单词中理解句子，并在句子中巩固单词。
四、教学模式的转变
一成不变的教学方式只会消磨学生的积极性和新鲜感。于是我尝试了多种的教学方式，以下是我对几种教学方式的`体会。传统的教学模式能让学生掌握更多的知识，知识体系比较完整，但学生积极性教弱，课堂较枯燥；多媒体教学优势是课堂气氛活跃，学生操练机会较多，缺点是比较难掌握时间和控制学生，重点比较不到位；学生交由课堂讲解，能锻炼学生的口语能力和逻辑思维，并能让学生与学生之间讨论的机会增加，但会遗漏重点，且有时会在一个问题上争执，时间浪费上较多。虽然各个教学模式多有其缺陷和不足，但通过多种方式的教学，能激发学生的积极性，并能在不同模式下互补各自的不足。
五、教学反思
在本学年的教学中，深刻的感受到，在新课程的改革中，教学中教师首先必须转变思想观念，提高认识，深刻理解新课程标准的内涵，树立新的课程观。在教学过程中实现以学生为主，教师为辅的教学方式。创设各种情景，鼓励学生大胆地使用英语，运用英语。尊重每个学生，积极鼓励他们在学*中的尝试，保护他们的自尊心和积极性。尽量在课堂中营造良好的学*氛围。当然在这一年的教学生涯中，仍存在许多不足之处，在课堂上我总怕学生吃不饱，不知不觉地讲多了，没有给学生思考的空间，有时太过要求语法而忽略了实际操作。其次，作业完成得不令人满意，还时有抄袭作业的现象，一错皆错，一对皆对的现象时有发生。另外，两极分化现象仍然严重，有个别学生对英语学*兴趣不大。还有部分学生写作能力上不去，课文、句型虽然会背诵会默写，但实际运用能力差，需要*时注意训练写作能力的培养。今后我将继续做到备书本，备学生，积极加强自身的课程改革理论学*，转变教育理念，建立以学生为本的教育观念，树立活动教学观，争取做一名具有现代素养的人民教师！
新《标准》强调，教师要把有利于学生全面发展和终身发展为出发点，使自己的课堂教学设计符合学生生理和心理特点，面向全体学生，力求满足不同类型和不同层次学生的需要。通过这次公开课的尝试，我发现自己离新课标尚有一段距离。
课后我对本次公开课做了如下反思：
第一，应面向全体学生，抓好落实。课堂上是面向了全体学生还是少数学生？所讲内容是否进行了反馈，对大多数学生搞不懂的问题是否采取了补救措施？学生参与课堂活动的积极性是否高涨，学生的思维是否被激活？这些问题都应该被考虑，在本次的教学过程中，我较少关注到学生学*能力的差异，以部分学生的掌握为依据，断定学生对知识的掌握程度。在今后的教学过程中一定要改正这个问题。
第二，努力营造活跃、积极的课堂气氛。活跃的课堂气氛需要教师大胆的将主动权教给学生，也就是说，学生能说的`就让学生去说；学生能做的教师就不要代替学生去做；学生回答问题无论对还是错，教师不要急于评判，让学生自已去评判与总结；对发言积极的学生要及时鼓励，决不能因为他们的答案与教师的标准答案不一样就否定并伤害学生的自尊心。学生一旦养成了参与意识，课堂气氛就会活跃，教师的劳累感就会减轻，学生的学*热情和积极性也会高起来。教师要鼓励学生大胆设想，自主探究学*，敢于挑战教师、教材和权威。每一节课如果学生都能对所学的知识多问几个为什么，甚至能对一些题提出独特的看法，才会产生更好的学*效果。这也是本次公开课我的课堂教学中出现的问题，由于本人讲的较多，要学生练的较少，才会出现课堂教学氛围不够活跃的状况。
教师要以情感培养学生的兴趣
第三，教师应该寓情感于课堂教学之中。课堂教学中教师的情绪具有强烈的感染力，教师授课中的情感投入和学生听课的情感投入是成正比。教师亲切的面容、期待的目光、适当的手势等教态，一经学生的情感体验，学生就会产生相应的情感共鸣。为此，教师在实现知识、能力目标的同时，也注意要将情感目标渗透其中，让学生们在学到知识的同时，道德情操也得到提高。
总之，在今后的教学过程中，我一定要遵循新课程的教育理念，多向经验丰富的老教师学*，同时对中学英语课堂教学的组织形式、教学方式等经常进行反思，进而改革和创新，能使英语课堂教学充满活力，使课堂成为学生求知的乐园。也才能使学生通过自主学*、探究学*、合作学*，培养学生的创新精神和实践能力，以适应时代的要求。
今年我担任七年级三班的英语老师，在这将*两个月的教学工作中，我认真钻研课本，认真备课，努力做到最好；积极参加各项教研活动，外出听课也让我学到很多，课后我常反思，剖析自已．以下是我*两个月来的感悟：
首先
在音标部分，教材并没有突出音标教学，但为了帮助学生掌握单词，改变学生从一开始学英语就处于被动的学*的现状，在开学初，我花了两周的课时进行音标教学。根据课本内容，先复*26个字母，在复*字母的同时要求学生掌握字母的发音，即音标的读写，这样学生有熟悉的字母做参照，记忆音标就容易多了．同时，结合教材生词表上的单词练*拼读，掌握用音、形、义相结合的正确方法识记单词，从而使学生初步形成独立拼读的能力，使学生的英语学*从一开始就进入积极主动的学*状态。掌握了音标之后，对于学生的词汇教学就相对比较容易了。很多学生反映英语单词很 难记，他们花了很多时间记忆单词，可是学了新的就忘了旧的，导致词汇量少，看不懂课文，听不懂录音，上课很吃力，从而丧失了学*英语的兴趣和信心。尤其在当前中、小学英语脱节．
其次
在教单词时，要求自己示范到位，发音清晰，讲解发音要点。同时培养学生认真听，专心看，积极模仿的好*惯。直观的单词配以图片、体态语帮助学生理解。顺利完成音----形----义的逐步过度。单词是构成语言的三大要素之一。人类思维活动是借助词汇进行的。人类思想的交流也是通过由词构成的句子来实现的。没有词汇任 何语言都是不可想象的。因此单词具有语言的意义，应在特定的语境中引出，这样既便于学生理 ．词汇量大，教学任务重的形势下，我们更应注重培养学生综合使用语言的能力．

课堂教学时，以学生为主体，尊重学生的个性，把教材的思想性，科学性，情感性与自己的设计和情感融为一体，激发学生的兴趣，求知欲．活动安排要紧扣教学目标，还要紧扣学生的'学情，也就是说，一定要明确我们所设计的活动，是为了达到什么．要根据学生已有的语言基础，学生的个体差异和整个班级的班风来设计教学活动．课堂上活动的设计一定要贴*学生的生活，要创设学生感兴趣的话题，学生的热情来源于浓厚的兴趣，学*语言的兴趣来源于*得语言技能的成功感．
初一英语课程目的是激发生学*英语的兴趣，培养他们英语学*的积极态度，使他们建立初步的学*英语的自信心；培养学生一定的语感和良好的语音、语调基础；使他们形成初步用英语进行简单交流的能力，为进一步学*打下基础。从小学英语课堂教学的实践中，我们发现，教师们非常重视学生兴趣的培养，但未能处理好兴趣培养与其他能力培养的关系，把兴趣目标盲目扩大化，在无意中将兴趣目标看成唯一目标和最终目标，似乎学生开不开心，对课堂教学感不感兴趣成了评价一堂课的第一要素。这样一来，英语教学就很容易忽视基础知识和技能的落实，随着年级的增长和教材难度的提高，学生在缺乏基础知识和技能积累的情况下，就无法适应进一步的英语学*了。没有了成就感，兴趣也开始逐步减退或消失。到最后，除了一部分基础知识较好的学生还保持着学*兴趣外，大部分学生对英语已不感兴趣了。
事实上，学*兴趣的培养和保持是一个发展的过程，即：有趣、乐趣、志趣三个阶段。在英语教学的起始阶段，教学方法和手段要有趣、有新意、有创意，以吸引学生参与课堂的积极性和主动性；然后逐步过度到通过提高学生英语基础知识和基本技能，让学生看到自己的英语能力的发展，获得成就感，提高自我发展的意识，激发内在动机，这样才能使兴趣真正持久，而不是停留在仅仅取乐于学生而不能发展能力的肤浅的兴趣培养上。否则，我们的教学，就只有entertainment，没有study。
教学活动的安排，一定要紧扣教学的目标，还要紧扣学生的学情。也就是说，一定要明确所设计的活动，是为了达到什么样的效果，在活动中学生能得到什么。要根据学生已有的语言基础，学生的个体差异和整个班级的班风来设计教学活动。课堂上活动的设计一定要贴*学生的'生活，要创设学生感兴趣的话题，学*热情来源于浓厚的兴趣，学*语言的兴趣来源于*得语言技能的成功感。对于U6 Topic 1 Section C的教学，我将从课堂教学导入（lead—in）、新知识的呈现（presetion），以及操练部分（practice）来说明教学过程的不足之处和值得继续发扬的地方。
1、导入部分贴*学生生活，生动有趣。通过自我介绍和试着跟学生打招呼的方式，创设情景，让学生初步感知在新的场合如何用英语介绍自己和与他人打招呼并结交朋友。学生的热情一下子就被调动起来，大家都积极的参与课堂教学活动。
2、新知识的呈现部分主要是通过教师边跟学生用英语打招呼和介绍自己的方式，告诉学生结交朋友和自我介绍所用的重点句型，同时，告诉句型的结构和用法。在这部分，我对于新单词的教授所花的时间过长，并且没有及时让学生自己在练*本上拼写新单词。除此之外，在字母教学中，我更多注重字母发音，给学生在课堂上动手书写的时间太短，学生还是没有掌握字母规范书写笔顺。
3、在句型的操练部分，比较注重全班学生操练，小组活动和同桌对话活动较少，学生自主学*和操练对话时间不够。要给学生足够时间去大声朗读和练*对话，理解课文语法点和句子结构。但是在句子操练部分，教师先示范，再引导学生模仿句子结构来编新句型，最后总结语法点，这种归纳式教学法用得恰到好处。总之，教师在操练部分一定要充分发挥学*主动性，引导学生自主学*和合作学*。把时间和舞台交给学生，让学生去感知和理解新知识，这也体现新课改所提倡的教学思想。
总之，我们教师要注重创设情境，引导学生通过操作实践、合作探究，主动获取知识。同时，要根据学生已有的知识经验和基础水*来设计教学活动，积极调动学生学*语言的兴趣，有效的提高课堂教学效率。

由小学进入初中，是人生旅途的一个重要转折点。初一学生刚进入初中，有一定的好奇心，一般是一种较短暂的直接兴趣，随着时间的推移，课程内容增多，难度加大，就会有一些学生把这门课当成负担，到初二出现分化，部分学生厌学。
作为英语课任课教师，如果对此没有清醒的认识，并采取有效的教学措施，解决好中小学衔接问题，就会陷入一种盲目的境地，以致影响教学效果，影响学*质量和跨世纪人才的培养。经过实践和努力，我认为要大面积提高中学生的学*质量，必须在解决中小学衔接问题中抓好学*英语的“六项起始工程”。
一、从明确学*目的入手，初步构建学好英语的“目标工程”
人的各种活动都是有目的的行为，同时也是由一定的动机引起的。
英语这门课对刚跨入中学的学生来说，是新鲜而神秘的。一开始，学生往往是带着好奇的心情来学这门课的，也有些学生是带着好玩的想法来学的。总之，相当一部分学生学*英语的目的性不明确，对它的重要性认识不足，只处于肤浅的了解，缺乏正确的强有力的学*动机。
基于这种状况，我注意在第一节课开始就重视讲解为什么要学英语的问题。在以后的讲课中，同样处处进行为祖国建设，为未来的工作进行英语学*的目的教育。通过课内外的多种形式引导和灵活多样的思想教育，使学生初步认识到了这门课程的重要性，懂得了它与祖国现代化建设的关系，明白了祖国建设对他们提出的要求，懂得了世界发展对他们提出的挑战。这样，从初一开始学生就基本有了比较明确的学*目的，从而为以后的学*奠定了良好的基础。
二、从基础知识入手，初步构建学好英语的.“起步工程”
学时学*汉语拼音的影响，有很大一部分在起步阶段都很艰难，不是写错格式，就是读成汉语拼音。为此，从学第一个字母开始，就应当给他们加强国际音标的学*。首先让他们懂得每个英文字母发音是怎么来的，它的舌位如何。特别是舌齿音，学生很难把握，总是出错，但经过努力，总能摆脱汉语拼音的束缚，为下一步学*，为今后学单语、记单词打下了记忆和查阅的基础。
其次，在字母格式上，学生总分不清上、中、下，不是出格，就不够格。为此，我曾自编了几句格式口诀，让学生掌握，从而避免了格式上的困难。为了使学生及时巩固，我在班上搞字母书法竞赛，既进一步熟练了字母的读音，又提高了学生的英语书法水*。
三、从培养兴趣入手，初步构建学好英语的“心理工程”
“兴趣是最好的老师”，只有对学*发生了兴趣，才会享受学*的欢乐，从而更加热受学*。所以是否喜欢英语，是影响学生英语学*的重要的非智力因素，它在很大程度上制约着英语教学质量的提高。
据此，在英语教学开始阶段，我着重从培养学生学*兴趣入手，因势利导，采取多种方法激发学生学*英语的兴趣，把他们领进英语这扇大门。在课堂教学中，我注意采取了以下方法培养学生的兴趣：
①“以美引趣”，即尽量注意用美的语言、表情、动作、板书等去激发学生的兴趣。
②“以奇诱趣”，即注意用新奇的内容和方法，诱发学生的兴趣。
③“设疑激趣”，以注意抓住知识的关键处设疑引思，使学生产生强烈的求知欲望。
④“以动唤趣”，即注意在课堂上通过动脑、动手、动口等多种活动形式，唤起学生兴趣。
在教学活动中，我把各种各样的实物、自制的教具、挂图、简笔画、人物、情景和实地表演等结合起来，身体力行，与他们交朋友，一起游戏、一起听说，使他们在有趣而轻松的气氛中感到学*英语并不是件苦差事，这样潜移默化，使得课堂气氛非常活跃，学*的积极性很高，兴趣也随之越加浓烈。随着学生学*英语兴趣的增加，教学效果也有了较明显的好转。*时少言寡语的学生也产生了浓厚的兴趣，主动参与进来一块做学*英语的游戏了。这就为大面积提高英语教学质量奠定了可靠的基础。
四、从记单词入手，初步构建学好英语的“词汇量工程”
要能够熟练地使用英语这一工具，就必须拥有较高的词汇量，这是学*英语的一个重要特点，而要拥有一定的词汇量，就必须从记单词着手。记单词，这是大部分中国人都特别头痛的事，对于中学生来说，也同样如此。虽然他们正处于记忆的旺季，但如何去记才能取得佳、最快、最牢固的效果，是学生在这条刚刚连起的大桥上是否继续踏实迈步的关键，如果一步跨错，也许会有许多同学在此停步，把刚刚建起的“兴趣之桥”拆掉，而放弃对这门课的学*。为了避免这一切的发生，从开始起我就加固这已经建起的兴趣之桥，利用一切可以利用的机会教他们如何再更进一步。
根据不同学生的不同要求，教他们一些便于记忆、巩固的方法。如音标记忆法、归纳记忆法、情景记忆法、构词记忆法、日常生活记忆法等等，这给有些有畏难情绪的同学提供了继续迈步的动力，使一些决定放弃英语学*的同学也想回头再试试看。为了使这项工作更扎实地继续下去，为了使大部分学生不落伍，我又趁热打铁，搞记忆单词竞赛，这也为记单词找到了机会，丰富了学生的词汇量，在英语教学中产生了良好效果。
五、从会话速写入手，初步构建学好英语的“表达能力工程”
英语是门用于交际的工具课。学*英语的目的之一在于将来能够在工作中熟练地运用这个工具，以口语或书面形式进行表述或表达。这就要求英语教学一开始就重视口语或书面表达能力的培养，为了在起始课中注意培养学生说、写能力，我采用了多种培养表达能力的方法。例如我要求学生进行课前两分钟会话值日、或讲故事、或谈家庭、谈父母兄妹、谈同学等活动，调动了学生的积极性，锻炼了学生的口语会话能力，提高了学生的口语表达能力。除此之外，在一些课堂上让几组学生上台表演短剧或表演游戏。
为了提高学生的会话能力，在初一阶段，我组织学生进行英语会话竞赛。同学们热情很高，自编自演丰富多彩的节目，并取得了很好的成绩。通过这一系列的活动，开阔了同学们的视野，提高了会话能力，也巩固了所学知识，对记忆单词也起到了促进作用，为初二防止分化打好了基础在全校举行的英语会话比赛中，我所带的二班的同学以生动活泼、有趣的内容、吐字清晰和标准的发音获得了竞赛第一名，我所带的一班也获得第二名的好成绩。

一、关注学生情感，创造和谐、民主的教学气氛
学生只有对自己、对英语乃至整个学*有积极的情感态度，才能保持或重塑学*的动力并取得成绩。刻板消极的情感态度，不仅会影响英语学*进程，还不利于个人身心的健康发展。因此我努力做到了以下几点：
1、尊重每个学生，积极鼓励他们在学校中的尝试，保护他们的自尊心与积极性。
2、把英语学*与情感态度塑造结合起来，在课堂上组织结对练*，小组讨论，组内带读等合作学*的活动，促进学生互相学*，互相帮助，发展团结协作精神。
3、关注学*有困难或性格内向的学生，在保证先进生已理解或掌握知识点的情况下，注重给学*展示落后的学生回答问题，开口说英语的机会。以此敦促他们认真学*，集中注意力，跟进班级教学进度。
二、加强对学生学*策略的指导，明确学*动机
1、引导学生结合语境，联系身边世纪，采用推测、查阅及头脑风暴等方法进行自主学*。
2、引导学生在学*过程中，学会自我检测与评价，确保先进生学*兴趣的维持与提高，逐步找到并完善适合自己的学*方法。
3、对学生稍有懈怠的中等生，加强谈话与个别辅导。
4、对后进生积极课外辅导与个别讲解。落实课本要求得基础知识，并鼓励其不要对学*失去信心。在确保要掌握目标知识点的前提下，为他们安排少量而必要的学*任务。恪守并实践“勤能补拙”这个道理。
三、存在的问题
朝两级发展的趋势任然存在，学*态度不够端正，良好的学**惯没养成，班级学*气氛仍不算浓厚。个别学生虽然貌似听话乖巧，但是其实没有专心，或没有在课后落实作业或其他布置的任务，记忆不够牢固，知识点容易混浠。接下来的教学工作，要一方面稳住先进生，落实知识，进行相对的拓展补充。另一方面仍需跟进部分落后学生的学*情况与思想动态。
七年级的英语教学看似课程浅显，简单轻松，其实不然。七年级正是打基础，塑品格的阶段，培养学生良好的学**惯与适当的方法，对以后的学*很重要。因此，我深知自己的任务，在教书育人上不敢有一丝懈怠。相信只要用心去教，正确引导，一定能帮助学生为以后更高层次的英语学*奠定扎实的基础。
初中英语的教学重点是基础知识和基本技能，因此教学应面向全体同学，争取做到人人基本达标。在教学过程中学生学*出现差距是不可避免的。一旦出现，就应及时找学生谈，分析他们掉队的原因，动之以情，晓之以理，使学生从思想上认识到学*外语的重要性。同时给予学*方法的指导，耐心帮忙他们补*功课。对于一些有可能掉队的学生，及早指出，说明掉队的严重后果，做到防患于未然。

1、音标教学。我认为可采用先集中后分散的教学原则。那里所说的集中，即首先运用3个左右的学时集中识记26个字母，这期间穿插一些日常英语用语和简短易学的英语歌曲，资料基本上跟教材相符；其次，用2－3周的时光进行字母、音素和音标的教学，教学的重点放在了解字母、音素、音标三者之间的内在联系，明确各自在拼读单词中的作用，完成48个音素、音标及其相应字母、字母组合的教学，使学生初步过发音、拼读开口关。同时，结合教材生词表上的单词练*拼读，掌握用音、形、义相结合的正确方法识记单词（能够是生词表上部分单词，个性是一些有读音规律的单词），从而使学生初步构成独立拼读的潜力，使学生的英语学*从一开始就进入用心主动的学*状态。然后是分散教学，即按照教材所编的教学任务施教，以到达在教学中进一步分散巩固前面所学的字母、音素和音标，确实构成熟练的拼读潜力，并进一步学*和掌握单音部分的其它学*资料。
2、词汇教学。实践证明，传统教学中靠讲解和机械操练掌握词汇的方法是不行的。尤其在当前中、小学英语脱节，词汇量大，教学任务重的形势下，我们更应注重培养学生的自学潜力。我认为，我们应做好下列几点。
（1）重示范。在教单词时，要求教师自我示范到位，发音清晰，讲解发音要点，同时培养学生认真听、专心看、用心模仿的好*惯。听清后再跟着说。在确定学生大都听清、模仿正确后，再出示单词卡片，以免分散学生的注意力。对直观的单词配以图片、体态语帮忙学生理解，顺利完成音——形——义的逐步过渡。
（2）重情景。单词是构成语言的三大要素之一。人类思维活动是借助词汇进行的，人类思想的交流也是透过由词构成的句子来实现的。没有词汇，任何语言都是不可想象的。因此单词具有语言的好处，应在特定的语境中引出，这样既便于学生理解，印象也深刻。
（3）重迁移。在教学中我们应提倡“新旧贯通”或叫“相互迁移”。其实这也是一个很好的学*方法。
（4）重趣味。英国著名语言家c。e埃克斯利说：“教英语的最好方法就是能引起学生学*英语兴趣的那种方法。”我们在单词教学中不能一味让学生死记硬背，而应尝试运用多种形式巧记，如采用儿歌、猜谜语、简笔画等形式。
（5）重运用。学*单词的目的是为了运用词汇，并能正确运用到笔头表达之中。在英语教学中创设必须的语言情景，使学生宛如置于一种真实的语言环境中，就能使学生自然而然使用所学*词汇来表达他们的思想感情，从而到达学以致用的效果。如七年级上册Unit 3的教学，能够让学生带全家照来学校，让学生相互介绍自我的家人，让学生在运用中掌握单词与句型。
3、阅读教学。实践证明，传统教学中靠讲解和机械操练掌握词汇的方法是不行的。此刻流行这样一种说法：一节课老师最多讲15分钟，剩下的要么开展活动，要么就让学生自学。每单元至少有两篇阅读材料，我们此刻一般都采用阅读教学法，透过发现问题、分析问题、解决问题来获得知识，强调自学与合作学*。

英语听，说的能力相对较弱，授课采用较深的全英教学，同学们还不能适应。另一方面，同学虽然比较活跃，上课气氛积极，但个体与个体差别比较大。因此，讲得太深，没有照顾到整体。由此可以看出，了解及分析学生实际情况，实事求是，具体问题具体分析，做到因材施教，对授课效果有直接影响。这就是教育学中提到的“备教法的同时要备学生”。这一理论在我的教学实践中得到了验证。
