新课改强调课程要促进每个学生身心健康的发展，培养学生良好的品质和终身学*的能力，提倡交流与合作、自主创新学*。课程改革的成败关键在于教师，教师是课程改革的实施者。身为教师，不仅要有过硬的专业知识，而且要有爱心和耐心，更主要的是管理学生的能力。并不是每个人都能胜任教师这个神圣而又伟大的职业。人们都说教师是人类灵魂的工程师，但现在当一位教师难，成为一位称职的教师更难，成为一为称职而又优秀的教师更是难上加难。这就要求教师积极进取，不断的提高自身素质，多听其他老师的课，取其精华，并将其运用到自己的教学当中。我们的姜校长说过：“现在没有年轻的老教师了”，我却认为，年老的老教师也没有了。因为现在的教材几乎年年改，学生也和以前不同。人人都是新教师，必须不断反思自己教学中的不足，更新观念，才能跟上新课程改革的步伐。
本学期即将结束。下面简单回顾一下这学期的英语教学工作。
一、面向全体学生，为学生全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。
1、创设各种情景，鼓励学生大胆地说英语。根据教材中的情境，真实再现于课堂并创造新的怀境，如教“Hello,My name is Li Ming .What’s your name? How old are you?What's your favorite color?”等句型时，情境有“自我介绍”“结识新朋友”、“英语讲演比赛现场”、等等一些语境，使学生积极参与，到讲台上锻炼英语表达能力和胆量。发展学生运用英语的交际能力，培养他们灵活运用英语的*惯，对他们在说英语的过程中所犯的错误采取宽容的态度。注意多表扬，少批评。
2、在教学过程中注重学生的听、说、读、写综合能力，并运用到实际中去。
每课的对话让学生先听后读，然后表演，每小组不宜超过四人。表演前让各小级操练准备，鼓励其拓展创新对话内容。表演过程中，除要求学生语音语调正确外，还应让学生注意到交流手段如表情、手势、姿态等。还可以利用插图来创设情景，培养学生的创新精神，让学生根据图画的内容编一段对话。学生会运用所学过的知识，编成各种对话。
3、创造条件让学生能够自主解决问题。
我把学生分成四个大组，十六个小组。每个大组选一个辅导员，每小组选一个小组长，负责每天检查朗读、背诵、作业和练*。让学生自己找出课文中的知识点，不明白的问题先让学生小组讨论。小组解决不了交辅导员，辅导员解决不了交给我。我的任务就是督促并帮助学生学*，解决学生学*中遇到的问题。
二、创造宽松、和谐的气氛
在教学过程中，注重与学生沟通，让学生消除对英语学*的恐惧感，只有对英语感兴趣，才能保持英语学*的动力并取得好成绩。刻板的学*，不仅会影响英语学*的效果，适得其反让他们厌恶学*英语。因此创造宽松、和谐的学*氛围有利于英语学*。
1、尊重每个学生，积极鼓励他们大胆的尝试。
要培养学生的创造性，仅停留在创设教学情境上是不够的。教师首先要具有创新的精神，注重创设宽松、和谐的教学氛围，尊重学生个体，注重抓住一切时机激发学生创新的欲望，注意对学生的学*行为和学*结果、反应等做出客观、公正、热情、诚恳的评价。
2、鼓励学生大声的朗读课文并背诵，使自己听的见自己的声音，渐渐做到流利，顺畅。促进学生互相学*，互相帮助，体验成就感。
3、成绩差的学生底子薄，上课时注意力往往不够集中，我就将教材化难为易，降低他们的学*标准，当他们取得一点小小的进步，都要鼓励他们，让他们也有成就感。课堂上尽量创造愉快的氛围。他们由于羞怯心理往往怕开口，我尽量将难易适度的问题去问他们，叫他们到黑板上写有把握的单词或句子，朗读事先已读过多遍的课文，当他们回答正确时，我总是面带笑容地伸出大拇指说：“Very good”。他们往往因得到这个而激动，慢慢地消除了畏惧心理，养成开口说英语的*惯，参与意识大大地加强。
4、建立良好的师生关系，经常和学生一起反思学*过程中的不足，并加以改正。
如何使师生关系和谐、融洽，对完成教学任务至关重要。如果他们对某个老师有好感，他们就对老师的这门课感兴趣并分外重视，肯下大气力学这门课。如果他们不喜欢某一位老师，由于逆反心理，他们也就不愿学或不学这位老师的课。所以，教师要深入学生，和学生打成一片，了解学生的兴趣，爱好，喜怒哀乐情绪的变化，时时处处关心学生，爱护学生，尊重学生，帮助学生。这样，师生才能关系和谐，感情融洽，兴趣盎然地进行学*。
三、教会学生学*英语的方法
学*语言就是要开口多说，多记，多背，再加上正确的方法。只要功夫到家了，学*英语的困难就迎刃而解了。英语琐碎的知识点太多，这就需要学生多用心、多读、多练、多写。初一英语，主要让学生先过记忆单词关。因此一开始，我就告诉学生注意读音规则。英语的音标大多与汉语拼音相似，只有个别发音不同。英语有辅音和元音，汉语拼音有声母和韵母。英语的辅音就相当于汉语拼音的声母，比如英语28个辅音中，只有几个与汉语声母发音完全不同，其余的只是让学生注意不要拉秧就行了。而英语的元音就相当于汉语的韵母。英语的元音分单元音和双元音，汉语的声母分单韵母和复韵母，大同小异。只要过了单词关，英语句型也就不在话下了。
四、对学生进行有效的评价与奖励。
评价可以使学生认识自我，树立自信，有助于反思及调整自己的学*。对学生回答问题过程中的表现及改进的成绩，给予口头评价、书面评价。学生考完后，让他们自我反思，分析自己错题的原因、成绩和不足，明确今后努力的方向，争取下次不再犯同样的错误。为激发学生学*英语的兴趣，给予他们适当的奖励。我为学生设了三项奖：1）成绩奖；2）帮助同学奖；3）进步奖。让学生不仅自己努力学*，而且还要互相帮助，互相促进学*。
有句名言说得好：“成功属于不断思考的人”。无论你是新教师还是老教师，都要通过不断反思，总结经验，吸取教训，取人之长，不己之短，才能不断进步。
考试时时间总是过得太快,阅读又经常是花时间最多的题型。在我自己上学过程中不管是*时的测验,还是中考,高考,交卷时总有同学还在忙着从阅读没做完的遗憾中醒来,匆忙地把答案写在答题卡上。要是问起原因,得到的答案大多数都是,阅读花了太多时间。提高阅读速度大致有这样几条小建议:
第一,*时多读,多读好处有很多,如
(1)考试时能够不紧张,以*和的心态,正常的速度完成。
(2)总结做题技巧,如定位法,上下文联系法,排除法等。
(3)提高反应速度,我们看到一个生词需要花一定的时间去反应,当一个人经常见到某个词时,他对这个词的反应速度必定会很快。
假如一个词的反应时间能通过多读缩短0.1秒,一篇文章会节省多少时间,一份试卷,有能节约多少时间呢?
第二,考试时少读。考试时的阅读如果归类于*时练*的题型,它更侧重泛读。考试考察的是同学们在规定时间内找到要求的信息的能力,不是复述文章细节的能力。那考试时读什么呢?大致有一下几类:
(1)中心句,中心段(首尾)。
(2)转折句。
(3)问题中出现的词,尤其是一些很有特点的词,如专有名词。
在文段中快速找到相应词语所在位置。问题的答案往往就在附*。也许这也像是一句老话那样,毒蛇出没的地方,七步之内必有解药。
第三,*时多去积累不同题型的解决方法。如细节题定位法,观点题中心句法。在考试中遇到题目,能够对症下药。
新课标、新体验、新思考是本次英语课堂教学展评活动的特色。作为一名年轻的英语教师，能有机会在这样大型的比赛中展示自己，与全省各地优秀选手同台竞技交流学*，又得到专家的点评与指导，实属幸运。所谓学而不思则罔，现将本次展评课反思如下：
成功之处：
1 。课堂设计新颖独特，环环相扣，层层递*，创意不断，给观摩老师留下深刻印象。导入部分的 word hunt 直击关键词，简明扼要； T or F questions 引入课外知识，调动了学生参与的积极性； Personal information card 贯穿整篇文章，使文章理解条理清晰；感动中国与论坛环节使整堂课上升到情感高度，让学生获得知识与心灵的双重收获。
2 。指令明确充分，活动组织有效，以学生为主体，培养了学生的团队合作意识。 group work 和 team work 分工明确并考虑到学生思维活动的层次，都能有效地展开并且有较好产出， 着实体现了“以学生为本”和“课堂有效性”。
3 。亲和力赢得学生信任，课堂气氛活跃，师生互动默契。整堂课完整有序，充分调动了学生的参与热情，使学生愿意积极配合完成各个环节，气氛相当热烈，感染了学生同时也感染了在场的听课老师，让人有意犹未尽之感。
不足之处：
1 。阅读部分处理不当，不能突出阅读课的课型。 reading for details 环节第一段设计了听力，第二段的“疯狂英语”效果不错，但留下了“后遗症”，导致学生在阅读第三、第四段时也读出了声。这些设计的缺陷是整堂课的软肋，模糊了阅读课的课型特点。
2 。阅读部分停留在 reading for information 较多，而缺少 reading for thinking ，深度不够。如在找出袁隆*的 hobbies 之后应引发学生思考 why ，再可引出他的个性特征，而不是简单的找出文中提到的信息。
3 。对学生的回答应有客观的评价而不是一味的表扬。最后论坛环节，一位女生发言说解决饥饿问题的一个措施是让夫妻多生小孩并让小孩长大后从事农业，显然这一建议并不科学，但由于时间关系没有加以纠正，而是给予了表扬。
4 。课件制作精美，但动画过多，容易分散学生的注意力。
比赛提供了锻炼能力，考验心理素质的*台，既让我们有机会展示自己的才智与教学风格，又使我们在激烈的竞争中不断提高自己，完善自己。尽管荣获了一等奖，打破了桐乡高中英语优质课省级一等奖的零记录，但我仍清醒地意识到自己的差距，我更愿意把它当作我教师生涯的宝贵财富，当作我不断进步的一级阶梯。
新《标准》强调，教师要把有利于学生全面发展和终身发展为出发点，使自己的课堂教学设计符合学生生理和心理特点，面向全体学生，力求满足不同类型和不同层次学生的需要。通过这次公开课的尝试，我发现自己离新课标尚有一段距离。
课后我对本次公开课做了如下反思：
第一，应面向全体学生，抓好落实。课堂上是面向了全体学生还是少数学生？所讲内容是否进行了反馈，对大多数学生搞不懂的问题是否采取了补救措施？学生参与课堂活动的积极性是否高涨，学生的思维是否被激活？这些问题都应该被考虑，在本次的教学过程中，我较少关注到学生学*能力的差异，以部分学生的掌握为依据，断定学生对知识的掌握程度。在今后的教学过程中一定要改正这个问题。
第二，努力营造活跃、积极的课堂气氛。活跃的课堂气氛需要教师大胆的将主动权教给学生，也就是说，学生能说的就让学生去说；学生能做的教师就不要代替学生去做；学生回答问题无论对还是错，教师不要急于评判，让学生自已去评判与总结；对发言积极的学生要及时鼓励，决不能因为他们的答案与教师的标准答案不一样就否定并伤害学生的自尊心。学生一旦养成了参与意识，课堂气氛就会活跃，教师的劳累感就会减轻，学生的学*热情和积极性也会高起来。教师要鼓励学生大胆设想，自主探究学*，敢于挑战教师、教材和权威。每一节课如果学生都能对所学的知识多问几个为什么，甚至能对一些题提出独特的看法，才会产生更好的学*效果。这也是本次公开课我的课堂教学中出现的问题，由于本人讲的较多，要学生练的较少，才会出现课堂教学氛围不够活跃的状况。
教师要以情感培养学生的兴趣
第三，教师应该寓情感于课堂教学之中。课堂教学中教师的情绪具有强烈的感染力，教师授课中的情感投入和学生听课的情感投入是成正比。教师亲切的面容、期待的.目光、适当的手势等教态，一经学生的情感体验，学生就会产生相应的情感共鸣。为此，教师在实现知识、能力目标的同时，也注意要将情感目标渗透其中，让学生们在学到知识的同时，道德情操也得到提高。
总之，在今后的教学过程中，我一定要遵循新课程的教育理念，多向经验丰富的老教师学*，同时对中学英语课堂教学的组织形式、教学方式等经常进行反思，进而改革和创新，能使英语课堂教学充满活力，使课堂成为学生求知的乐园。也才能使学生通过自主学*、探究学*、合作学*，培养学生的创新精神和实践能力，以适应时代的要求。

只有学生对自己、对英语及其文化有进取心，他们才能坚持英语学*的动机并取得成果。僵化的情态不仅会影响英语学*的效果，还会影响其他方面的发展。情态是学好英语的一个重要因素，所以我努力创造一个宽松、民主、和谐的教学空间，Do:
1、尊重每一位学生，鼓励他们在学*中尝试，保护他们的自尊；和进取精神。
2. 将英语教学与情态教学有机结合，开展多种形式的合作学*活动，促进学生学*情态
目前正在进行的基础教育改革的一个重要方面是关注学生的情感态度的发展.把学生的情感态度渗透到学科教育和教学之中.基础教育阶段的英语不仅要发展学生的语言知识和技能.更重要的是培养学生积极向上的生动活拨的学*态度.情感态度不仅与语言有着千丝万缕的联系.情感态度还在很多方面明显的影响着语言的学*.好的情感态度可以促进学生积极的参加语言学*活动,有强烈的学*动机.从而获得更多的学*机会.情感态度---英语课程标准提出的最重要的目标之一.
李亚波老师讲的Canyoucometomyparty就充分利用了情感态度教学.首先她让全体同学起立共同唱“Ifyouarehappyandyouknowitclapyourhand”作为热身.然后采用多媒体动画来展示“Havingaparty”学生在观看精美动画的同时学会了邀请参加宴会的句子“Canyoucometomyparty,”“Sorry,Ican’t”“Sure,I’dloveto”.李老师利用这个导入很快的把学生的精力转移到课堂上.同时调动了学生的积极性.学生有了学*的动机和渴望.这一做法适合了情感态度中调动学生的兴趣和动机这一项
在对课文学*完成了之后的巩固操练部分.李老师采用了游戏的形式.把全班分成几个小组.给每个小组发一张请柬,然后让以小组为单位向外送请柬,送请柬和接受请柬的同学都是用英语进行的.最后由老师来评出获得请柬最多的小组,给予祝贺.整个过程围绕着情感态度来教学的(一)培养学生对英语的兴趣,鼓励学生积极的参与到英语教学之中.增强学生的自信心和克服困难的意志(二)培养学生的合作精神和合作能力.很多种情况下外语学*需要学生相互合作.而合作有为学生提供了更多的学*机会和学*资源.
李亚波老师这节课最成功之处是设计和实践了情感教育目标.在教学过程中实现了兴趣.动机.自信.意志和合作精神.帮助了学生及时克服学*方面的困难.使语言学*上的成功体验与情感态度的发展相互促进,学*上的成功能够促进情感态度的积极发展.而积极的情感态度又有利于促进学生学*上取得更大成功.
新课改倡导全人教育，强调课改要促进每个学生的身心发展，培养学生良好的品质和终身学*的能力。我反思了自己在以往的设计中存在一些与基础教育改革不适应之处，具体有以下几点；
一、教学设计没能真正做到面向全体学生。其原因是班级一少部分学生基础太差，听说读写哪个环节都不行，课堂上没法与之交流与沟通。为了赶进度与及时完成教学任务，所以只与其他大多数能听懂的学生沟通交流与合作，而忽略了那一少部分学生。改进措施；
1、学生刚上初一时教师先弄清楚每个学生的英语基础如何，然后放慢教学进度给差生补补基础知识，为后来的学*打好基础。然后创立各种情景，鼓励学生大胆地说英语，对他们学*中犯的错误采取宽容的态度，以调动全体学生学*的积极性。例如初一（1）班的林凯杰几乎不会一句英语，很早就放弃了。
2、在学*中注重学生听说读写的综合能力的培养，鼓励他们大胆地说并运用到实际中去。
二、对与学生记忆英语的方法指导不够到位。
以前指导学生根据读音也可以说根据音标记忆单词，认为随着句型接触的增多学生会自然而然的记住对话，而且认为学生会根据自己的记忆特点去记忆，无需千篇一律的指导训练。通过此次培训学*。觉得应该在今后的教学中作以下改进；指导学生多开口说，多记多背，只要功夫到家了学*英语的困难就迎刃而解了。英语琐碎的知识点较多，每天都有新知识增加，指导学生多记多背。初中以及以单词为主，然后才是句型。在今后的教学中，指导学生按如下方法记忆；
1、指导学生根据发音脱口而出单词，多朗读，重复多次。督促他们将背会的东西隔三差五再巩固一遍。
2、指导学生背诵小对话，背会后用自己的话把它复述出来，并及时鼓励，以增强学生的信心。
3、让学生把记不住的单词写在纸上，随时随地看看，长期坚持定会有效果的。
通过此次学*，使我更深刻的认识到教师不仅要有过硬的专业知识，而且更要有爱心和耐心，更主要的是管理学生的能力。为了做一名合格的教师，要不断的学*基础教育改革的知识，积极进取，不断提高自身素质，多挺有经验老师的课，取其精华，并不断运用到自己的教学当中，不断反思自己教学中的不足，更新观念，愿与新课程改革共成长。
本课是一节任务型教学研究课，着重以不同的方式向学生传授目标语言。用学生日常熟悉的事物来教授新课：
1、导入：用关于学校科目的chant来引入新课，有利于活跃课堂气氛，把学生带入课程的场景当中。
2、把各科教师的照片、学生们喜爱的画片和目标语言结合起来，能够加深学生对目标语言的理解。
3、使用Pairwork的形式讨论学生的课程表使目标语言具有很强的实用性。
4、听力部分的Report有利于学生掌握英语口试的形式，是一种很好的练*方式。
5、自制课表的任务能够激发学生们参与教学的积极性，使他们成为学*的主动者。
评价：本课设计合理，层次清晰；形式活泼多样，课件运用恰当；开始由chant导入新课，最后在歌声中结束，使整节课首尾呼应、气氛活跃，达到了学生掌握并灵活运用目标语言的教学目的。不足之处：在任务的设计和衔接上还不够精炼和流畅，有待在今后的教学中作进一步研究和探讨。
很多人都认为七年级英语应该很简单，课程浅显，学生好管理，所以老师当然要轻松一些。其实不然。七年级正是打基础的阶段，培养学生良好的听、说、读、写的能力对以后初中英语学*很重要。因此，教师自己肩上的任务重大，教学上也不能有一丝的懈怠。现将我对七年级英语教学的一些认识总结如下：
一、关于音标
不同的英语老师对音标的出现时机看法不同。我想只要适合班级学生特点和自己教学风格的，都是可行的。尽管如此，我个人认为在七年级下学期再逐步渗透音标教学，可能更为合理。因为经过七年级上学期的英语学*之后，每个学生各自都会自觉不自觉的形成一套适合自己的英语学*方法与方式，随后我们增加音标的教学，以促进他们进一步自学英语的效果，可以说是水到渠成，一气呵成了。
二、关于单词教学
很多时候我们不得不承认，学生的英语考试成绩是和学生的单词量完全成正比的。新目标英语这套教材的单词量大是众所周知的。为了让学生从识记单词拼写这个繁重的负担中解脱出来，我想我们应该在第一时间向全班学生讲述正确的识记单词拼写的方法，同时帮助其摒弃他们在小学阶段可能业已形成的死记硬背的方法。在教学过程中，我坚决要求学生依据单词发音来识记单词的拼写。所以在单词教学方面，我一般遵循三步走的顺序。
1、跟读。让学生先学会读单词，做到看到单词，读音能够脱口而出。
2、记住汉语意思。可以由老师报中文解释，学生读出英文单词；在课堂句型操练中，进一步巩固单词的读音和中文意思的联合掌握和运用。
3、最后才要求学生开始识记单词的拼写。事实上，此时由于学生对很多单词的过目率非常的高，他们可能已经在不知不觉中掌握了本单元里为数不少的新单词的拼写了。
