很多人都认为七年级英语应该很简单，课程浅显，学生好管理，所以老师当然要轻松一些。其实不然。七年级正是打基础的阶段，培养学生良好的听、说、读、写的能力对以后初中英语学*很重要。因此，教师自己肩上的任务重大，教学上也不能有一丝的懈怠。现将我对七年级英语教学的一些认识总结如下：
一、关于音标
不同的英语老师对音标的出现时机看法不同。我想只要适合班级学生特点和自己教学风格的，都是可行的。尽管如此，我个人认为在七年级下学期再逐步渗透音标教学，可能更为合理。因为经过七年级上学期的英语学*之后，每个学生各自都会自觉不自觉的形成一套适合自己的英语学*方法与方式，随后我们增加音标的教学，以促进他们进一步自学英语的效果，可以说是水到渠成，一气呵成了。
二、关于单词教学
很多时候我们不得不承认，学生的英语考试成绩是和学生的单词量完全成正比的。新目标英语这套教材的单词量大是众所周知的。为了让学生从识记单词拼写这个繁重的负担中解脱出来，我想我们应该在第一时间向全班学生讲述正确的识记单词拼写的方法，同时帮助其摒弃他们在小学阶段可能业已形成的死记硬背的方法。在教学过程中，我坚决要求学生依据单词发音来识记单词的拼写。所以在单词教学方面，我一般遵循三步走的顺序。
1、跟读。让学生先学会读单词，做到看到单词，读音能够脱口而出。
2、记住汉语意思。可以由老师报中文解释，学生读出英文单词；在课堂句型操练中，进一步巩固单词的读音和中文意思的联合掌握和运用。
3、最后才要求学生开始识记单词的拼写。事实上，此时由于学生对很多单词的过目率非常的高，他们可能已经在不知不觉中掌握了本单元里为数不少的新单词的拼写了。
三、关于朗读
英语作为一门语言，让学生在基础学*阶段养成大声朗读，敢于开口是非常必要的。在日常教学中，我最害怕不开口的学生。我认为只要他（她）开口读、说英语了，那么他（她）这一生学*英语都将不会存在任何的障碍了。所以在开学最初的几个星期阶段，我特别提醒我的学生们，一定要开口出声且大声的朗读英语。针对个别性格内向、羞于开口的学生，则要将其列为重点关注对象，致力于先张口，再出声，最后大声朗读。一天之计在于晨，这句名言对于英语学*来说，更是如此。早自*上，我想尽办法让学生们去读，以不同的形式，朗读不同的内容，充分挖掘学生们读的潜能，让学生们都能开口说英语。
四、关于课堂活动模式
英语课堂上的同桌对话模式，我想应该一直被提倡。因此，在七在教学过程编排上，也尽量多的编排对话操练，以争取让学生有尽量多的机会展示，尤其是每个单元的SectionA（包括SectionB的前半部分）句型，更是有必要以两人或四人一组等模式充分操练。而此时，教材后面的听力材料则完全可以作为早自修朗读内容，其中个别超纲单词，不妨也加以解释，以作为扩展学生单词量的一个辅助手段。
五、关于课件制作
如今利用网络资源共享，我们可以获得丰富的教案设计、课件素材、课本录音、教材图片甚至完整的flash或video等教学资料。即使如此，我认为依然不应该全部照搬挪用，而应该利用所获得的教学资源进行二次整理与加工，使之更适合自己的教学风格与班级学生学*特点。同时，针对自己的课堂模式及教学程序，我们还可以专门为自己制作一个课件模板，这将为我们日常烦琐的课件制作带来很大的便利。
六、关于后进生控制与转化
众所周知，英语学*的两极分化现象，是令我们英语老师最头痛的。我们甚至可以发现，即使在小学毕业生中，就已经存在一定程度上的两极分化了。为此，在七年级开学阶段，根据初步的观察、调查与测试，尽快掌握班级中英语学*后进生的情况，并且在教学过程中给予更多的关注与关心，持续地给予他们精神上的鼓励，积极帮助他们重树学好英语的信心，在课堂设计上更多的倾向后进生。
综上所述，七年级阶段只要我们英语老师用心去教，只要我们学生用心去学，相信我们就能圆满的完成初中三年的英语教学工作，为学生之后的更高层次的英语学*奠定扎实的基础。
一、激发兴趣
学生要学好英语，兴趣最重要。培养兴趣就成了教学教育的首要工作。开学初，我通过多种方式试着让学生爱上英语，试着引起他们的好奇心。我教授了他们如何巧妙记单词。例如：December如何记住是12月呢？“D”相当于“底”一年都到底了，那当然是12月了；Capacity相当于一个cap能装下一个city可见它的容量之大。再如，我让他们大约了解了中外文化的差别。“龙”在中国寓意为王者，权力和力量。而在国外则是撒旦的化身，怪兽的代言词。通过一些课外知识让学生先了解英语，充满对英语的好奇心。
二、融洽的师生关系。
初一的学生大多数是刚刚离开父母，依赖性较强。于是老师还充当了妈妈的角色，通过学*上和生活上的关爱，会让他们感受到老师的重要性。而且初中生比小学生独立性强，自尊心也逐渐增强，渴望得到尊重。师生之间只有互相尊重，互相信任，才能建立起友好关系，从而促进学生学*的兴趣。所以我必须树立正确的学生观，正确认识学生的主体地位。我用自己满腔的爱去关心、尊重学生，耐心细致地指导学生，沟通和学生的思想感情，使自己成为学生欢迎和爱戴的人。上课时我是学生的老师，循循善诱和激发学生学*的积极性，大胆求异创新；课后我却成为他们的好朋友，生活上，我是他们的父母，关怀备至。
三、抓单词，抓句子。
在教育教学工作方面，初一一学年我都在抓单词，我坚持单词把好关，基础稳扎实的方法。始终坚持狠抓单词，把好单词质量关，每天进行英语小测，但数量把握好，通常是8—10个。我认为初一的基础就是让学生会读，会写，能看懂句子，而这一切的前提就是——单词。我要求人人能将每个单词读得准，默写得出，这一点已基本实现，并取得初步成绩。前半学期，学生积极性较高，可时间一久小测效果明显降低。于是，我争取了班主任配合，到后半学期，采取了分层次，根据*时分数给每个学生制定了一个小测分数，达到分数的同学则实行德育分的奖励，加强了学生学*单词的积极性。
在一定单词的基础上，要先把句子读熟了。有些同学很不熟悉语法，于是了解句子变的很重要。我主要是抓GrammarFocus的句子并默写。3A的文段要求中层和中上层的背诵默写，中下层的同学则挑出重点句子让其背诵。在句子中逐步熟悉句子结构和语法。从单词中理解句子，并在句子中巩固单词。
四、教学模式的转变
一成不变的教学方式只会消磨学生的积极性和新鲜感。于是我尝试了多种的教学方式，以下是我对几种教学方式的体会。传统的教学模式能让学生掌握更多的知识，知识体系比较完整，但学生积极性教弱，课堂较枯燥；多媒体教学优势是课堂气氛活跃，学生操练机会较多，缺点是比较难掌握时间和控制学生，重点比较不到位；学生交由课堂讲解，能锻炼学生的口语能力和逻辑思维，并能让学生与学生之间讨论的机会增加，但会遗漏重点，且有时会在一个问题上争执，时间浪费上较多。虽然各个教学模式多有其缺陷和不足，但通过多种方式的教学，能激发学生的积极性，并能在不同模式下互补各自的不足。
五、教学反思
在本学年的教学中，深刻的感受到，在新课程的改革中，教学中教师首先必须转变思想观念，提高认识，深刻理解新课程标准的内涵，树立新的课程观。在教学过程中实现以学生为主，教师为辅的教学方式。创设各种情景，鼓励学生大胆地使用英语，运用英语。尊重每个学生，积极鼓励他们在学*中的尝试，保护他们的自尊心和积极性。尽量在课堂中营造良好的学*氛围。当然在这一年的教学生涯中，仍存在许多不足之处，在课堂上我总怕学生吃不饱，不知不觉地讲多了，没有给学生思考的空间，有时太过要求语法而忽略了实际操作。其次，作业完成得不令人满意，还时有抄袭作业的现象，一错皆错，一对皆对的现象时有发生。另外，两极分化现象仍然严重，有个别学生对英语学*兴趣不大。还有部分学生写作能力上不去，课文、句型虽然会背诵会默写，但实际运用能力差，需要*时注意训练写作能力的培养。今后我将继续做到备书本，备学生，积极加强自身的课程改革理论学*，转变教育理念，建立以学生为本的教育观念，树立活动教学观，争取做一名具有现代素养的人民教师！
随着时代的发展和社会的进步，英语已从一种工具变成了一种思想，一种知识库。我认为，英语教学的目的主要是培养学生掌握并运用英语的能力，英语教学应该为学生创设他们喜闻乐见的合适的情境，给予他们充分的时间和空间，让他们成为学*的主人。作为一名英语教师，首先应该激发学生学*英语的兴趣和积极性，增强学生的记忆效率，以达到最终的教学目的。如果一味地采用传统的英语教学方法讲授语言规则，让学生脱离语言环境去做大量机械、枯燥乏味的知识训练，学生学*兴趣当然不高。因而，在本堂课的中，我设计了两个活动，让学生在情景中练*间接引语，增强学*的兴趣，锻炼了口语表达能力。
在活动的开展过程中，我发现活动的效能远不如自己所期望的那样。例如，在活动伊始，我过高的估计学生的听的能力。大多数学生无法在头脑中对直接引语进行转变，有的甚至对原话复述都存在困难。因此，活动的设计以及活动中出现的意外状况都需要设计者在之前进行周密思考及在课堂上的变通。现对如何发挥活动的效能作如下反思：
（一） 设计与学生实际英语水*相当的活动。
由于地域、师资和学*起始时间等因素的影响，各校各班的学生的差异相当大。因此在备课过程中，教师一定要认清学生的英语实际水*。笔者在本活动的开始时，高估了学生听得能力。在及时认识这一不足后，调整了呈现与听的顺序，让学生看了再听，再想，再反应。虽然活动也延续了下去，但听的作用似乎不大。笔者在课后与学生的交流中了解，学生只是对听到的句子时态不太明确，基本还是听得清楚的。在了解学生听的能力这一真实水*，笔者认为在布置写句子时，事先圈定每组所选用的时态，并让读句子的同学读的同时，写出句中出现的动词形式。这样保证所有学生能准确地获取信息，听也发挥了它应有的效能;同时这也保证了五种时态都能练到。
（二） 重视活动中微任务的设计
在任务型教学活动中，任务是无处不在的，即大任务中包含小任务，小任务中包含微任务。教师不能单纯的设计大任务，而忽视小任务，微任务的设计。正是由于它们的链接和点缀，任务才更易操作，活动的效能才能更好的发挥。本堂课中出现的一些学生在别人练*时，思想不集中，开小差的情况，正是教师忽略微任务布置的结果，让这些学生感到无事可做。笔者在课后想到，在让个别学生进行练*前，可先把全班学生分组;学生回答时，本组的学生可以补充;其他组的成员可以找错。通过小组竞赛的方式，激起每一位学生的关注。这样就保证了所有的学生都积极参与到活动中;同时也让学生感受集体荣誉感，增强他们的集体主义精神。
（三） 加强活动中的即时评价
评价是英语课程的重要组成部分;科学的评价体系是实现课程目标的重要保障。活动中的即时评价，不仅能够活跃课堂气氛，还能激发学生自我完善的积极性，发展学生的各项能力。在课堂教学中，当一些学*存在困难的学生无法完成学*任务时，教师更应慎重对待。
总之，在教学中活动能否真正的发挥好效能，是能否达到预定教学目标的重要条件。本人在今后备课过程中，应反复斟酌学生的生活环境，生活经验，学*兴趣和英语水*，努力调整教学方式，大胆取舍教学内容，力求满足不同类型和不同层次的学生的需求，让每个学生在学*英语的过程中都能感受成功，从而形成积极的学*态度。
本学期在校领导的关心支持下，认真学*和贯彻新课程改革的理念，积极进行指导自主学*的教改实践。真正体会并面临着机遇与挑战，促使我们多思多学，多想多问。教改的实践中提高自己，成长起来。反思一个月的教学工作，总结如下：
一、落实先学。要求学生在学*新课之前，先拼读单词，听录音跟读课文。上课时，要求学生听，并重复。重点的对话要求学生熟读背诵。培养语感，落实单词和部分句子的听写。
二、激励机制，对学生的预*，复*测验，作业情况都进行评比。针对新班级的课堂气氛情况，（普遍学生回答问题不主动，有一部分基础较好的`学生也干脆坐在那儿，表示不屑一顾。），积极鼓励发言，动脑运用英语。采取听写单词竞赛，单词接龙，分组，男女朗读，提高他的兴趣。
三、不足之处。如，两极分化现象严重，几乎有一半的学生上课走神，不专心，或者坐着不动。难以落实单词和词汇的巩固。学生课堂回答与举手面还小，优生率低；部分差生拼读单词有难度；学生的学**惯的养成还需加强。
总之，教改让我感受到很大的压力。但我坚信，一分耕耘，一分收获，不求每个学生都成才，只求努力让他们快乐的说英语，听英语，用英语。这是我的一点思考。
语言训练是英语教学的重要环节。语言能力和语感的培养有着密切的关系。在教学中，教师对英语训练应抓两个方面：一是发音训练，另一方面是节奏训练。
(1)发音训练。
我认为，语音教学不能只是把音标作为主要内容，而是通过句子把音素、节奏、语调统一起来进行教学。从语言学的角度看，许多语音现象往往要随语流而定，如重音的转移，元音长短的变化、连续、不完全爆破以及语调的变化等，都只有在语流中才能反映出来。把发音训练放在语流中进行，学生不仅可以学会单词、句子，同时也能学会自然优美的语音语调，英语语感也在潜移默化中逐步获得。
(2)节奏训练。
英语是以重读音节计时的语言，其节奏是以重读音节为基础，重读音节和弱读音节交替出现，并且重读音节之间总是保持大致相等的时间距离。根据英语节奏的特点，教师在句型教学时，可以边示范边均匀地打着拍子，让学生模仿着吟诵。学生的诵读速度由教师掌握，拍子打得快，学生读得快，拍子打得慢，学生读得慢。训练时，教师要特别注意学生的.拍子是否落在重读音节上。对于重读音节，要让学生发得清晰、响亮。而非重读音节，要让学生采用连续、弱读、同化等手段。非重读音节较多的地方应注意不要一个音节一个音节地读，否则会破坏正常节奏、影响节奏训练。只要坚持不懈地进行节奏训练，就能不断地培养学生的英语语感。
本单元的主题是方位，所以很多地点的名词是学生单词突破的重点，与学生的生活相结合，要扩充一些词汇，如学校的教学楼、操场，社区里的饭店、医院等，让学生学到的句子能够用的灵活。介词表示的方位应该讲解清楚，这样学生才能更加明确的表述各个建筑所处的位置。这些知识不能死板的传授，一定要在任务中完成，让学生不知不觉地学*目标语言。图片的展示能给学生更立体的感受，更加明确空间位置关系。运用画图的`辅助形式，激发学生的兴趣，能够达到更好的效果。

英文的书写规范是初学阶段必须要抓好的教学环节。尽管现在的学生在小学里至少已学过四年英语，但因为在小学里英语学生不重视，家长不重视，教师所教授的班级多，指导学生力不从心。因此从新生入学在英语四线三格上落笔写英文字母开始时,教师就应要求每一位学生都必须书写规范。同时,对书写端正的学生给予鼓励。
二、关于英语朗读*惯。

评价：本课设计合理，层次清晰；形式活泼多样，课件运用恰当；开始由chant导入新课，最后在歌声中结束，使整节课首尾呼应、气氛活跃，达到了学生掌握并灵活运用目标语言的教学目的。不足之处：在任务的设计和衔接上还不够精炼和流畅，有待在今后的教学中作进一步研究和探讨。
新的学期已然开始*一个月，我接的是20ｘｘ级七年级二班的英语教学工作。七年级的学生在小学时学了一些英语，但对英语学*所操持的态度与方法不同，故而导致班上学生的英语基础程度不同，这给我的英语教学造成了一定的困难——基础好的同学对英语学*有方法，有信心，只需稍加点拨或引导，即能掌握相关知识点；而基础较差的同学，对英语存畏难心理，缺乏自信，在英语学科上落后其他同学的现象也*以为常，坦然处之，缺乏方法与信心，讲过的知识点理解吸收得较慢。在初中英语开头阶段即出现这种朝两级发展的趋势，是我最不愿意看到的状况。而我们长怡实验学校倡导全人教育，强调课程要促进每个学生身心健康的发展，培养学生良好的品质及终身自主学*的能力；新课程改革也关注体验性学*，提倡交流与合作、自主创新学*。七年级阶段，正是知识汲取、人格塑造、行为*惯培养的关键时期。作为教师，帮助学生探索追求以上目标有着至关重要而义不容辞的责任。为更好的今后的工作中明确目标，找到适合班情的方法，我简单的回顾一下开学以来我做的一些教育教学工作并进行反思。
一、关注学生情感，创造和谐、民主的教学气氛
学生只有对自己、对英语乃至整个学*有积极的情感态度，才能保持或重塑学*的动力并取得成绩。刻板消极的情感态度，不仅会影响英语学*进程，还不利于个人身心的健康发展。因此我努力做到了以下几点：
1、尊重每个学生，积极鼓励他们在学校中的尝试，保护他们的自尊心与积极性。
2、把英语学*与情感态度塑造结合起来，在课堂上组织结对练*，小组讨论，组内带读等合作学*的活动，促进学生互相学*，互相帮助，发展团结协作精神。
3、关注学*有困难或性格内向的学生，在保证先进生已理解或掌握知识点的情况下，注重给学*展示落后的学生回答问题，开口说英语的机会。以此敦促他们认真学*，集中注意力，跟进班级教学进度。
二、加强对学生学*策略的指导，明确学*动机
1、引导学生结合语境，联系身边世纪，采用推测、查阅及头脑风暴等方法进行自主学*。
2、引导学生在学*过程中，学会自我检测与评价，确保先进生学*兴趣的维持与提高，逐步找到并完善适合自己的学*方法。
3、对学生稍有懈怠的中等生，加强谈话与个别辅导。
4、对后进生积极课外辅导与个别讲解。落实课本要求得基础知识，并鼓励其不要对学*失去信心。在确保要掌握目标知识点的前提下，为他们安排少量而必要的学*任务。恪守并实践“勤能补拙”这个道理。
三、存在的问题
朝两级发展的趋势任然存在，学*态度不够端正，良好的学**惯没养成，班级学*气氛仍不算浓厚。个别学生虽然貌似听话乖巧，但是其实没有专心，或没有在课后落实作业或其他布置的任务，记忆不够牢固，知识点容易混浠。接下来的教学工作，要一方面稳住先进生，落实知识，进行相对的拓展补充。另一方面仍需跟进部分落后学生的学*情况与思想动态。
七年级的英语教学看似课程浅显，简单轻松，其实不然。七年级正是打基础，塑品格的阶段，培养学生良好的学**惯与适当的方法，对以后的学*很重要。因此，我深知自己的任务，在教书育人上不敢有一丝懈怠。相信只要用心去教，正确引导，一定能帮助学生为以后更高层次的英语学*奠定扎实的基础。
复*课是英语课教学中的一个基本环节，是学生所学知识的归纳和总结，培养学生综合运用语言的能力。本节课是一节复*课，通过这节课的学*能让学生综合运用所学知识点来作简单的自我介绍。
本节课我通过学生对话复*所学句型，阅读示例，根据示例作自我介绍，学生能说并写出简短的文章。
本节课第一环节学生对话，我感觉设计的不是很合理，一一对话浪费了不少时间，效果不是很好，以至于写作不能在课堂上完成。第二环节阅读示例，未能给学生示范，也未给学生更多的时间去读。第三环节学生自我介绍展示较少，没有达到预期目标，整体衔接不是很紧凑。
反思后，我对本节课进行了修改，我认为第一环节可给学生一定的时间去练*，然后两两对话进行展示，这样就不会使学生感到无从下手。第二环节的阅读可让学生领读，小组读等多种形式来强化。第三环节可让学生先写后读，这样可适当降低难度。
通过这节课我觉得不论是复*课，还是新授课，教师都应注重学生的基本功，而且教学设计是应：
一、教学目标的设计要更加注重学生能力目标和情感目标，而不仅仅是认知目标，要把学生看成是全面发展的整体。

A Volunteer Labour
On April 28th, my classmates and I went to the park near my school where we took part in a volunteer labor.
We got there at nine o'clock. After divided into three groups, we began to work.
