2、缺乏对课程标准和考试说明的研究。在政治课的课程标准中有对知识掌握程度的明确要求，如“识记”、“理解”和“运用”。在考试说明中有明确的考核目标和要求，并有详细的解读说明。我们的教师对其没有认真的研读和分析，也谈不上有效的依据课标和考试说明去教学。
