3、课堂形式设计多样，充满知识性、趣味性、探索性、挑战性以及表演性。限度的调动学生的积极性。
为了更有效地提升高中政治教师的学科教学水*，搞好思想政治高三的复*，提高政治课的教学质量，特制定扬中市高中思想政治教学计划：
一、指导思想
以课程标准、考试说明为指导，以课本为依据，充分研究高考。不断进行课堂教学改革，探索高三教学模式，增强政治课的针对性和实效性，培养学生分析问题、解决问题和应试的能力，从而提高政治课的教学质量。
二、工作目标
1、以课本和课程标准为基本，充分研读考纲，从整体上把握复*的要求。让学生详读教材，记忆和理解基本概念、基本原理。
2、改变教学观念，大胆进行课堂教学改革，发挥学生的主动性，培养学生的思维能力。教师给予学生以思考和消化的时间和空间。
3、加强教研，研究高考和高考试题，把热点与教材知识的有效结合，注重知识的迁移与运用，精选*题，避免陷入题海中。
4、进行有效的知识落实。把课堂的知识落实做为主渠道，及时进行“章结”、“单元过关”和“月清”。
5、学生的学科成绩在优生率、*均成绩和及格率上有明显提升。
三、高三政治课教学中存在的问题
1、缺乏对高三教学、复*的整体把握和详细计划及实施措施。对高三只是有大致的阶段安排与复*进度，对每一阶段的教学和复*目标、复*策略和学生学*任务的完成没有细致的考虑，这种计划的盲目性，必然导致教学的盲目性，教学质量的提高也必然是盲目的。
2、缺乏对课程标准和考试说明的研究。在政治课的课程标准中有对知识掌握程度的明确要求，如“识记”、“理解”和“运用”。在考试说明中有明确的考核目标和要求，并有详细的解读说明。我们的教师对其没有认真的研读和分析，也谈不上有效的依据课标和考试说明去教学。
3、忽视课本，依赖资料。课本知识是依据课程标准编写的，有完整的体系和逻辑。我们的教师在高三教学和复*中总是抛弃课本而按照资料来进行，舍本求末，学生对于知识没有系统性的把握和理解。目前，学生对于课本知识的记忆和熟练程度是相当差的。例如，在__年的高考试题中“怎样做到一切从实际出发的”几乎就是课本中的原话。
4、课堂教学缺乏针对性，效率低，效果差。表现在：仍然按高一和高二的教学方式进行，不进行充分的研究高三的特点，课堂效率低；在复*中，就知识讲知识，缺乏对知识的深层次分析，只是知识的简单罗列，对于主干知识的把握不到位；学生对于知识的理解仍然停留在表面上，因而也就谈不上知识的迁移和运用。教师独占课堂，学生被动在听，没有自己的感悟和落实的时间。
5、缺乏对学生的基础知识理解和思维能力的培养。*几年的高考命题思路是非常明确的，就是注重学生对基础知识的理解和运用，注重学生的学科思维及分析问题、解决问题的能力，注重问题的情境性。这就要求教师必须注重基础、以大纲、考纲为指导，以课本为本，注重基础知识和对知识的迁移与应用，以培养学生的思维能力为主线来统领知识。靠做大量的题来使学生掌握知识和培养能力只能是事倍功半。
6、缺乏对学生学*和复*策略的指导。我们的教学仍停留在我讲你听，我说什么你就做什么上，没有对学生进行学*和复*的指导，如何做，应该怎样做。导致学生的学*没有主动性和方向性，教师辛苦，学生辛苦而没有太大的成效。
7、缺乏对*题的筛选和对高考试题的研究。很多学校给学生发了很多资料，教师讲资料，学生做资料，教师对于资料中的*题不进行选择和预做，学生陷入题海中而无法自拔，没有对知识的消化时间和空间。由于教师对于高考考试题缺乏研究和深入分析，自己觉得这个题好就让学生做，不去考虑是否与高考的要求一致，是否与高考的命题思想相一致，也很少去考虑这些题目考察学生什么、训练学生什么。尤其在综合复*阶段，教师给学生布置大量的难题、偏题和滥题而脱离了基础知识和基本技能的掌握，无效劳动太多。教师也很少去反思自己的教学行为。
8、试题的设计缺乏整体性和针对性。表现在：教师给学生命题只是东拼西凑，没有命题思想，我要考察学生什么，要了解学生对于知识的掌握程度，是否符合高考命题要求；没有自己对高考的感悟，没有自己的创新试题。
9、课本知识与热点、重点问题的联系空泛。表现在理论联系热点、重点问题时只是点到为止，泛泛而谈，没有把理论与实际的结合上从一个切口入手进行细致的分析。所谓讲题也只是就题讲题，就答案讲答案，所谓学生掌握就是记住，面对新的问题仍然无从下手。
四、采取措施
1、从整体上考虑和制定教学、复*计划，按照计划有条不紊的进行实施。学科组应该在集体教研的基础上制定详细的计划和措施。在计划的制定中要有总目标和阶段目标以及具体措施、评价、时间安排、内容安排等内容。
2、在每轮复*中应注意的问题：针对*几年高考的命题特点和政治学科实际，一般可用三轮复*法。
第一轮复*主要是抓课本基础知识的落实，让学生细读教材，让学生在自己理解的基础上围绕主干整理知识，形成知识内在立体结构和网络。在课堂上落实基本概念、基本观点和基本原理。*题应注意基础性和基本知识的迁移。强化对主观题练*，主观题的'题目不宜过大。
第二轮复*主要侧重于课本知识与实际问题的结合，提升对课本知识的综合运用能力。*几年的高考政治试题，往往以时政、社会生活中的热点问题作为背景材料，考查学生对课本知识的综合运用能力和分析解决问题的能力，检测理论联系实际的效果，同时也突出了试题的时代性和现实性。因此，在第二轮复*中，要着重关注本年度的热点问题。遵循“宏观把握、微观切入”的原则，要了解每个热点的背景材料，围绕热点寻找切入点，教师要结合题目给学生以详细的示范，如怎样分析归纳材料要点，怎样寻找材料和知识的结合点，怎样以知识去统领材料，怎样组织答案等。学生进行针对性的练*，逐一突破。
第三轮复*是重新梳理课本知识，回顾热点，对照考试说明上的知识点，查缺补漏。教师少讲，让学生自己进行，并进行适当的练*。练*的题目要精，针对自己学生的实际问题，注意答题的规范性。
3、研读课标、考纲和考试说明，充分利用好高考试题。教研组的教学研究，应具体到课标、考纲、考试说明要求是什么，教学中怎样体现和实施，怎样依据要求去选择*题，学生怎样落实。研究各种高考试题、组合和有效的使用高考试题。
4、提高课堂效率，做好知识落实。对于政治课来讲，教师在课堂上不要每一个概念都讲，面面俱到，而应该通过问题来引领学生读书，理解知识，教师对于重要的概念、观点和原理进行讲解，帮助学生理清基本思路，发挥学生的主体作用。给予学生理解和消化的时间、空间。
知识的落实要坚持“三清”或“四清”，注意把知识的系统和记忆放在重要位置，注重基本知识和基本技能以及知识的迁移能力。“堂堂清”清基本概念、基本原理，“天天清”清基本的练*题，建议每天做6—8道客观题，2道主观题，教师主要检查学生主观题，“周周清”让学生自己整理本周的内容，“章清”是对于本章中的没有掌握的知识进行落实，不必面面俱到。
5、精选不同等级和要求的练*。根据每一轮的复*目标，精选不同等级、不同要求的*题进行练*，避免毫无目标的题海战。对在练*中发现的新问题，要多思、多问及时解决。重点解决学生在主观题上的问题，针对性的训练。在专题复*中的热点问题要一题多问、一题多解，举一反三，触类旁通。
本学期是孩子们在幼儿园的最后一学期，也是最关键的一学期。再过几个月，他们将离开幼儿园这片让他们开心、难忘的地方，在小学的天空里自由飞翔。如何使他们永远记住幼儿园的快乐时光、如何使他们顺利过渡并尽快适应、如何使他们充满自信地走进小学等课题，将是本学期的工作重点，我们针对本班班况及本学期的工作重点拟订了以下学期工作计划。
一、幼儿情况分析
我班现有幼儿39名，通过一学期的培养、学*，幼儿在各方面都有较大进步。具体表现在：
身体发展方面：
在家长的配合下，幼儿能遵守幼儿园的常规，个别常迟到的幼儿已能按时入园；大部分幼儿能按自己的冷热感觉、气温变化主动增减衣服、个别幼儿较为被动；极少数幼儿还不能积极参加体育活动；其他孩子很积极并敢于挑战自己；幼儿的身体素质明显增强。
认知发展方面：

社会性发展方面：
随着年龄增长，部分孩子已懂得谦让、分享、轮流，能控制自己的情绪和行为，能主动为班级体服务。有上小学的强烈愿望。开始关注身边、国家的大事。少数内向的孩子能逐步融入集体，逐步学会与同伴交流。但收拾物品、整理书包的*惯还要不断培养，自律、自控力还有待加强。如何让每一位幼儿在学*和生活*惯的养成方面得到发展，做好幼小衔接工作是这学期的工作重点。
二、教育教学及班务工作重点
（一）本学期工作目标
1、认真领会《幼儿园教育指导纲要》的精神，以《园务计划》为指导思想，更新教育观念，把素质教育落实到幼儿一日活动中，根据本班幼儿的实际情况，因地制宜，合理安排幼儿一日活动时间、内容，组织开展教学活动。
2、教育教学中面向全体，积极为幼儿创设良好的生活，学*环境，引导幼儿主动参与活动，加强幼儿阅读能力的培养，注重对幼儿进行艺术的欣赏与表现能力的训练。为幼儿提供真实体验的机会，尽量创造条件让幼儿实际参加探索活动，获取更多的信息，体验学*的快乐。
3、帮助幼儿树立最简单的安全防卫常识，加强幼儿的自我保护意识，把安全、卫生、保健贯穿于一日活动中。
4、力求各项工作扎实、优异，建立有特色的良好班级。
5、强调培养幼儿的环保意识。
6、增进家园交流，使家园同步发展。
（二）工作内容与措施
1、生活方面
（1）开学初，提供机会让幼儿自领保洁任务，如：擦椅子、学具柜、黑板等，学*做好清洁工作，体会为班级做好事的乐趣。
（2）积极开展并指导幼儿的区域游戏和科研活动等，不断丰富他们的生活经验，培养他们的创新能力；在游戏中相互照顾；会协助老师做好活动前的准备工作；能安静、认真、有始有终地进行自主游戏活动。
（3）定期清洁、消毒幼儿生活用品和玩具、教具，保护室内外环境的清洁。
（4）在老师的指导下，能将衣服叠放整齐；会耐心、独立地将衣裤穿戴整齐，保持服装整洁。
（5）开展丰富多彩的晨间体育锻炼活动，保证户外活动的时间，促进幼儿机体正常发育，增强体质，减少疾病。
（6）根据幼儿需要完善科学的生活常规，鼓励幼儿多吃、细嚼慢咽。
2、学*方面
（1）开展各项竞赛活动，激发幼儿积极向上的良好情感。良好的学**惯对一个小学生来说是至关重要的，也是终身受益的。本学期我们将围绕幼小衔接这一重点来开展工作，通过开展比一比，谁坐得端正、我的作业最整洁、最爱动脑的孩子等竞赛活动，培养幼儿良好的学**惯，通过开展跳绳、拍球比赛、讲故事比赛等多种活动，激发幼儿积极向上的良好情感。
（2）贯穿一些入学前的教育，增加幼儿的知识量与识字量，注重对幼儿注意力及自控能力的培养，为入学打下良好的基础。
（3）在幼小衔接方面，我们重点培养幼儿的社会性，活动之中加强幼儿的规则意识。
（4）结合教学和日常生活中渗透环境与人类关系的教育内容，培养幼儿从小树立环保意识，引导他们在力所能及的活动中掌握保护和改善环境的初浅知识和简单技能，初步确立保护环境的责任感和光荣感。
（5）墙饰布置做到教育化、艺术化、个性化，注意幼儿的参与，把主题墙饰作为特色教育和主题活动的外显窗口，通过教师的启发和引导，将墙饰变为展示幼儿自己意愿的园地。
（6）多观察、了解幼儿学*情况，经常进行分析与反思。
3、科研方面
（1）不断增强科研意识和水*，注重学*、注重思考、注重探索、注重反思，真正做到学以致用。
（2）积极探索，有计划有目的的开展主题活动和区域活动相结合，主题活动和操作活动相结合，主题活动和亲子活动相结合等教育内容。
4、社会性方面
（1）结合幼儿普遍存在的情况，培养幼儿的合作意识。
首先，多给幼儿讲一些互相帮助、互相合作的故事，用潜移默化的方法渗透到幼儿的内心当中。其次，多开展合作性的活动，比如合作画、合作表演等，让幼儿体验合作的愉快性。
（2）学*制定班集体规则，知道自己是大班小朋友，应该遵守自己制定的规则。
（3）在活动中，能基本独立完成交给的任务；会正确评价自己，了解自己主要的缺点和优点；学*恰当地评价别人，愿意学*别人的优点，不计较别人的缺点和缺陷。
（4）教幼儿做力所能及的事情，培养幼儿劳动*惯和为集体服务的社会责任感。
三、家长工作
幼儿是在家庭、幼儿园、社会三大环境影响下成长的。其中，家庭和幼儿园对孩子的影响力最大。如果家园携手合作，就能形成1+1>2的强大合力。本学期，我们将采取以下措施做好家长工作：
1、做好家园联系栏的定期更换工作，每周五下午公布下周的教学内容。通过家长园地、成长手册校信通等多种途径，促使家园教育协调一致。
2、及时与家长沟通、交流幼教新理念，推广成功的教育案例，同时针对家长教育的误区提出善意的建议。使家长与教师一起转变一些教育看法，达成幼儿教育观念上的共识。
3、组织好家长开放活动，增进家长对幼儿园和本班工作的了解，取得家长对我班工作的支持。
