在学生心中，考一个好成绩是一种收获；在读完一本书后，理解和感悟是一种收获；在学会一项本领后，成功就是一种收获；在成功后，掌声和赞扬也是一种收获。俗话说一份耕耘，一份收获，没有辛勤的付出，哪能换来甜美的收获呢？这话一点儿也不假，我参加区合唱比赛时就亲身经历过。
刚进入校合唱队时，我心想：合唱是一件很简单的事情，只要大家都张张嘴唱一唱不就行了吗？但是训练一段时间后，我才发现合唱并没有我想象的那么简单，在严苛的练*中，有不少和我一起进入合唱团的同学当了逃兵。
一开始要练声，练声分很多种，每次“碍…”、“哦……”、“咦……”的反复练*，不但非常枯燥，而且练的时间一长嗓子都快冒烟儿了。接着就是学*歌谱，老师边弹琴边演唱，他唱一句我们跟一句，但是合唱是分多声部的，一开始我唱着唱着就会被其他声部的带跑调了，这样就不得不重来一次，而且老师要求不仅要唱准，还要唱得声情并茂，不达到要求也要重来，往往重来十几次都是家常便饭，常常把我们和老师搞得神经衰弱，沮丧和崩溃都*卷而来，真是太痛苦了，但我们并不气馁，还是在努力地一遍遍地练*着。
为了备战区里的合唱比赛，老师把排练安排在每天的早读课，后来又增加了每天下午的安托班时间，这样一来，有些课程我就不能参加了，只能借同学的笔记学*，下午排练结束都快天黑了，每天拖着疲惫的脚步，带着沙哑的嗓音，有时我也会冒出退出的念头，可是很快我又会调整好自己的.状态，第二天继续精神饱满的去练*。
排练了两个多月，终于到了参加区里比赛的时候，我们站在舞台上，随着伴奏带响起，我们的歌声和伴奏衔接的天衣无缝，优美动听的嗓音，婉转流畅的旋律，获得了满堂彩。比赛结果出来了，我们获得了一等奖的第一名！我们欢呼雀跃，为自己长时间努力付出取得的收获感到无比自豪和高兴。
我在合唱比赛中的收获更好地诠释了“功夫不负有心人”的深刻含义，我坚信付出的越多，收获的也就越多。我深深感受到了收获的喜悦，那种无比幸福的感觉真好埃。

暑假里，最有收获的一件事就是学打乒乓球了，我请刘玉坤教练教我打乒乓球一开始我的球技很差，但自从我专心练球后，球技便有了明显的提高，还让我明白了一份耕耘，一份收获的道理。
看了教练的手和球拍，让我明白了，只要工夫下得深，铁杵磨成绣花针，从此，我便努力学球，这不，球技又进步了许多，这就是我暑假里最有收获的一件事。

Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. 在暑假里，我去了很多旅游胜地和好玩的地方。我喜欢郑州的点点梦想城，它让我体验了各种职业的辛苦；我更喜欢马拉湾水上乐园，那里有漂漂河和儿童戏水城堡……名列中国古都之首——西安的悠久历史和特色小吃“biángbiang面”让我十分难忘。
我还在暑假里读了好几本书，读完的有《笨狼的学校生活》、《李大米和他的影子》、《装在口袋里的爸爸——魔药》，《笨狼的故事》和《装在口袋里的爸爸——不会笑的插班生》我只看了一半。我读的科学漫画绘本有《撒哈拉沙漠求生记》、《火山历险记》、《7号梦工厂》、《法布尔昆虫记》等等。开学第一天，我把《撒哈拉沙漠求生记》、《火山历险记》带到学校，和同学芦溪涵、赵子涵一起分享。
妈妈带我去练散打，练了一段时间以后，我觉得很没意思，也很辛苦，就打了退堂鼓，不想再练了。有一天我吃秀逗时，发现什么事都要坚持不懈，不能半途而废，只有这样才能成功。所以我才坚持了下来，每天认真练*散打。我还决心开学后继续练*。
暑假期间我坚持练钢笔字，不但学会了用钢笔写字，而且我的字迹也有很大的进步。
