我还有一个朋友，叫孙逸琪，他在一件事上给我的印象倒蛮好的。那天我过生日，我请了几个好朋友来为我过生日，他们都说一定会来，所以妈妈买了一个大蛋糕，可到了那天晚上，意想不到的事发生了——下起了倾盆大雨，我以为他们都不会来了，便伤心地哭了起来，但就在我绝望之际，孙逸琪打着伞出现在了我面前，那时，我激动得想哭出来，那天可是我有史以来过得最高兴的一次生日啊。
通过这两件事，我明白了：自己一定要守信用，才能让别人跟你一样守信用。诚信，是我们做人的根本。正所谓：人无信不立。言而无信，不知其可也！

七八岁时，我曾经体验过一次非常有意义的实践一一拼汉字。
拼汉字，顾名思义，就是用附有吸铁石的吸石在田字格上拼字。
一次小区开展社区活动，让我们拼汉字，比谁拼得又快又好，于是我们每人拿了一包磁铁，一张田字格，准备拼“大”这个字。
随着一个工作人员彩旗划过，伴随着一声哨响，我们照着黑板上的“大”字，开始拼起来。我先拿起磁铁，不知怎么的？我的手总是不停地颤抖，额头上还时不时冒出冷汗，就像雨后春笋一样，一个一个往上冒。我这里比比，那里拼拼，深思熟虑，才敢拼下一笔。可一个不留神，我将“大”那笔横拼成了捺，真糟糕！竟拼错了，幸好及时发现，都怪我一时粗心，我急忙用手指轻轻抠下，将捺改成了横。好不容易拼完了，我满意地看了看“大”字，脸上不由地露出了微笑。也许你们会说这不很简单吗？这完全是低级错误，可那时我只有七八岁呀。

遨游了汉字王国我知道了汉字是仓颉发现的，在几千年的历史中，字体发生了很大的变化，由繁到简，由甲骨文到金文到小篆到隶书到楷书到草书再到行书，拥有两千年的历史。我还知道我们不能写错字，如果写错了字可能会带来不良的后果，《一点值万金》这篇文章就是很好的例子：写了乌鲁木齐某挂面厂在生产挂面时，错把“乌鲁木齐”写成了“鸟鲁木齐”，就是这一点这差，使18万元的产品付之东流，成了一堆废品。如果检查人员再细心一点的话，或许后果就不会那么惨重了。通过了这篇文章我受到了一个启示：我们今后在学*中，要非常细心，时刻提醒自己不要将同音字、形*字弄混，每次做好作业、考试都要仔细检查一遍，确保万无一失。在这个单元中我印象深的是《我爱你，中国的汉字》这篇课文。通过认真学*，我知道了汉字其实不是一个个僵硬的小符号，而是一群带着深厚感情的可爱小精灵。

在第五组课文中，我们小组讨论了有关“汉字”的知识。透过调查，我们明白了汉字然而中国的独创文字，也具有悠久的历史。汉字的功能也数最神奇的，一个字能够代替很多种意思或动作，而一种意思或动作也能够用许多个字来表示。而为了能更方便更幽默地表达一种意思，人们通常用“谐音歇后语”。

我和汉字的故事有很多，其中，猜字谜然而让我印象最深刻的。
进入第五单元的学*后，我觉得汉字真然而越来越搞笑了！从“搞笑的汉字”到“我爱你，汉字”，都然而说出了汉字的历史和演变过程……这节课，老师给我们出了很多搞笑的字谜，让我们来猜。我们迫不及待的想明白老师要我们猜的然而什么字谜。
猜字谜游戏开始了！老师说出了一个字谜，“千字头，木字腰，太阳出来往下照。同学们，你们猜这然而什么字？”我们想都不用想就把这个字说了出来了，“然而‘香’字，”我们脱口而出。之后，老师又给了我们三幅图，让我们猜。
“老师，第一幅图然而‘闯’字。”一个同学说。我兴奋地说：“第二幅图然而‘吾’字。”。虽然我们都能把前两幅图的字猜出来，但最后一幅图，我们抓耳挠腮，怎样也想不出来。
第三幅图的左边有一只小虫子，右边有两堆土。我想啊想，绞尽脑汁也想不出来。两分钟后，我突然恍然大悟，原先这然而个“蛙”字。“老师，我明白了！第三幅图然而‘蛙’字，”我说道。老师听了，高兴地说：“我们班的同学真聪明！”

真是不看也糊涂，看了更糊涂，这几个字长得就像孪生兄弟一样。我想：老祖宗呀，仓颉呀，你们怎么能造出这样相似的字，这不是为难子孙吗？唉！我该怎么分辨它们呢？我将“喇”“漱”“懒”“嫩”这四个字认真地抄在纸上。我望着它们，问道：“四兄弟，你们长得那么像，我该用什么方式记住你们不同的模样？”

最后我们进行的是地震桥接力比赛，活动规则是：两队同事往对面的方形靠右侧跑，没对派一人，跑到终点后，再派第二个人，以此类推。同学们在桥上你追我赶，桥面在脚下呀要晃晃，对面不时传来同学们和家长们的呐喊声和加油声，还有的同学在喊：“红对必胜！红对必胜！”最后红队以二比一战胜了蓝队。我们红队的小朋友个个脸上都露出了喜悦。
“苹果蹲，苹果蹲，苹果蹲完西瓜蹲！”在彩虹桥东的河堤游园里，我们二十多名二星小记者正在进行“水果派”项目的拓展训练。现场一片欢声笑语，众多的家长和游人也饶有兴趣地驻足观看，为我们加油喝彩。
这次拓展训练是报社老师为我们二星小记者举办的，还专门从郑州为我们请来了教练。我是第一次参加这样的拓展训练，看着众多的观众和严肃认真的教练，我的心里既激动又害怕，还有些害羞。但随着训练的深入，我恢复了自信，变得活泼、大胆起来。
我们分成两组，先后进行了四场游戏，分别是口号、队歌比赛、双人靠背站立、水果派、过“电网”。一个比一个有趣，一个比一个精彩，每一个游戏都是考验和锻炼，需要我们的团结协作，需要我们的智慧和勇气。
就说过“电网”吧。在事先准备的“电网”上面留有有几个个洞，两队pk看谁先过完，触到电网就被“电死”，全队停止过关还要罚做俯卧撑。由于经验不足，我们两队都吃尽苦头，“电死”好几个，教练罚我们做了好多俯卧撑。好多家长和游人都忍不住为我们出主意、想办法，甚至动手帮我们。靠着大家团结互助、齐心协力，我们历尽艰辛终于过关了。大家禁不住欢呼雀跃，拥抱在一起，沉浸在成功的欢乐之中。
最后，我们还和家长们共同玩起了游戏，大家的兴致都很高。甚至训练结束了，我们还舍不得跟老师和教练说“再见”。我对爸爸说，这次活动真过瘾！真希望这样的活动多举办几次，好让我们经受更多的锻炼，学到更多的知识。
今天，我们到鹿亭香泉湾去玩羡慕已久的拓展运动。
车子一路颠跛到了目的地。爬下车，一看那高吊的天梯，那摇摇欲坠的桅杆，看一眼都让我心悸。游戏开始了指导员先给我们讲解了整个拓展运动的全过程。原来一艘轮船在大海里航行，碰到海啸了，轮船在海里慢慢下沉，人们为了逃生都爬到桅杆上。一架直升飞机赶来营救，因为风很大，桅杆摇摇晃晃，直升机经过巡视，终于发现了被困的人们。于是就放下了软梯，就是那个天梯，于是人们一个个地爬上天梯获救了。同时指导员还对我们说一些安全事项，游戏就开始了。别说爬就是看看也很危险，很害怕。我心里有两种思想在斗争。一种是恐惧，一种是新鲜，最后新鲜感战胜了恐惧。轮到我了，我小心翼翼地爬上了桅杆，一开始，桅杆十分*稳，快到顶端时，桅杆开始左右摇晃了。我的心仿佛提到了嗓子眼，身体也直打颤。我正想打退堂鼓却骑虎难下，最后只好硬着头皮冒险了。桅杆摇晃得更厉害，好像一不小心就会栽倒下来，我大叫了一声，想让心中的惧怕少一分，接着我又大叫了一下，飞跃了过去，握住了天梯，人被安全绳缓缓地降了下来，这时我做了一个飞翔的动作，就像小鸟一样，我感觉真舒服.

五月十二日下午，桔子老师和杨桃老师带我们海马班的全体同学到响水大桥公园玩啦!那是一个美丽又好玩的地方!
刚进大桥公园的门，就见到处都是葱绿的大树和五颜六色的花朵。不时还飘来淡淡的清香。绿化带的旁边有各种各样的玩具器材，有飞机、火车、碰碰车……应有尽有。
我们海马班的同学都怀着急切的心情跟着桔子老师来到了活动场地。杨桃老师将同学们分成四组进行比赛，分别叫神龙队、胜利队、旋风队、战神队。
第一个比赛项目是“只准上不准下”，这个项目我觉得最精彩、最激烈。每个队员都紧张，脸都绷得紧紧的，目光都全神贯注地注视着脚下，小心翼翼地向前走。观战的同学脸上都是红扑扑的，不断地呐喊着“加油”“加油”，有的喊出了汗水，也顾不上擦上一把……
一会儿，该我上阵了，顿时，心里有点忐忑不安，但我还是硬着头皮，小心翼翼地扶着扶手，一步一步向前走，心想一定要为本组争光。正想着，突然，我的脚下一滑，陷到网里去了。费了好大的劲我才把脚弄出来，然后继续前进，但我们组还是落后了，最后得了个倒数第一名。我们大家都很失落，我暗暗下了决心：下一个项目我一定要争口气……一会儿，这个项目结束了，老师又带我们玩了“节节如意”、“蜻蜓点水”……一个比一个刺激!
美丽的响水大桥公园让我难忘，有趣的游乐项目让我兴奋。一句话，下次我还要来。
翻看20xx年的日历，只剩下最后几个小格，走过的小格中记录了好多值得回忆的成长故事。难忘的团体操表演、贵州三亚青岛旅行、课堂展示，还有浓浓的师生情。可现在我的脑海里浮现的是暑假的那次拓展训练，要知道，这可是我第一次独立参加拓展训练。
7月30日的早晨，我和课外班的同学们早早来到了集合地点。我们就像考完试，等待老师发卷似的，心里紧张、兴奋又迫不及待。终于，车开了。
很快，我们到了目的地----藁城生态农业观光园。在教练、老师的带领下，我们排成整齐的队伍走了进去。好奇地看着周围的各种翠绿的植物，跟着教练来到了一片空地上。听着指令，我们放下背包，排好队伍，教练开始训练我们听口令和站军姿。练*中，只要谁没有做好，就让整个队伍再重做一遍。“教练管得太严了！”我们相互之间用眼神交流着，吐一下舌头，但是敢怒不敢言，只能心里嘀咕，“原来拓展训练就是站军姿啊！把它想得太神秘了！”。突然教练变换了训练方式，让我们跟着他的指挥做游戏，这个还比较有趣，我们立刻兴奋起来。我们按照教练的要求，伸出左手食指，右手伸开顶住右边同学的食指。教练开始讲故事，只要在故事中出现“山”字，我们就必须快速去抓右边同学的食指，而自己的左手食指要赶快逃脱。如果被对方抓住，就表演一个小节目。我迅速集中精力，调动身体的每个神经，全神贯注，唯恐被人抓住。你猜我被抓住没有？哈哈，告诉你，一次也没有！反应够快吧！
转眼间，一上午就在我们的认真训练和欢声笑语中悄悄溜走了。下午，我们每个团队必须合作完成5个任务。就说第一个任务吧，同学们两手交叉拉住旁边人的手围成一个圈，再想办法不转身就把手解开。我们先聚在一起思考，这个同学说，一个个从自己的手下钻过去，那个同学说练缩骨法，从小圈里钻出去。结果呢？失败了！我们一筹莫展。大家陷入了思索中。
最后，我们终于摸索出了正确的'方法：让其中的两个人抬起手当一个门，其他人一个一个翻个身从“门”底下钻过去，手就一个个解开了。最后，两个当“门”的人再一翻身，就完成了。兴奋啊！后面几个任务，我们也都一样，一遍遍一起思考，尝试，练*，改进。最终，五个任务都胜利完成！
这次拓展训练，让我明白，在一个团队中，要严守铁的纪律，凡事不仅要多动脑筋，注意力高度集中，还要付出行动去努力，在完成任务的过程中需要和伙伴团结协作，因为众人拾柴火焰高，三个臭皮匠顶个诸葛亮。有苦有乐的拓展训练，让我在训练中得到成长，使我受益匪浅，久久难忘！
我们班的亲子活动很多，一会儿野炊，一会儿游山玩水，瞧！这回又顶着酷暑去福建九鲤溪玩。
早上打了真人“CS”野战，吃个午饭，便进军峡谷运动乐园，开始野外拓展项目。乐园里的项目有几分像电视台娱乐竞技节目“闹热打头冲”，但却比其惊险。
就拿“飞夺泸定桥”来说，桥身摇摆不已，桥下乃万丈悬崖，况且安全绳在该项目中起不了作用，好在桥边有安全护栏，我们得以过去。
“二人走钢丝”这个项目也十分惊险，旁边没有护栏，只有靠两人的*衡方能走过。我和老爸都是惊心动魄走过钢丝。
在乐园的众多项目之中，唯独令我欣赏的是“凌波微步”。在数十米高空之上，工作人员帮我们坐在有安全绳组成的椅子上，便把我们推向前去，随后安全椅在空中漫上几步，好似真的“凌波微步”，如同神仙般逍遥自在，好不快活。
过了“凌空微步”，便往回走。遇上一项目，定晴一看，竟是刚才有许多小孩在那大喊大哭的摇摆走钢丝！我们也先有几分胆怯，但想，若实在过不去，就是水里游过去即可，便放下了心。一开始走钢丝时我们也畅通无堵，可到后来，有几个调皮蛋上来了，故意在钢丝上左摇右摆，让我们无法前进，好在后来他们自作自受，让自己下了水，也让我顺利闯了关。
过了这一关，便是出口，出口那里也留着一个项目，我们可以玩打水、泼水，结束游戏时让人很尽兴！
十月三日，爸爸和我也是有班集体学生们的爸爸妈妈一起去蒋巷生态观光园开展了一场趣味性的扩展活动。
这一天，大家很早地来到校门口结合，8点钟大家就考虑了。到生态园大门口，胡大伯给每一个小孩子发过一面小红旗。进到生态园，大路两侧绿草如茵。踏过一座桥的情况下，看见了桥下一群肥肥的白鹅和鸭子在戏水。大概三十分钟后，大家来到拓展区，领着大家开展拓展训炼的是杨教练。
中午，杨教练具体指导大家进行第二层的拓展训练，有钻竹笼、走钢丝等新项目。历经攀岩，我走上了二层的拓展服务*台。最先，我想钻过三个悬在空中的竹笼。我弯弯腰，跪在竹笼里，双手支撑住两边，顺利地赶到了第一个竹笼和第二个竹笼的结合处，教练员说：熟记，膝盖骨不能成空。我迟疑了一下，才把膝关节抬了出来，跨到第二个竹笼里边，另外，也看到了在下面为我给油的父亲，我全身又增加了能量，一鼓作气根据了第三个竹笼。稍加歇息，我开始了第二关走钢丝。我脚底踩着一根不锈钢丝，两手紧抓上边的导向性绳，并勤奋使身体保持稳定，渐渐地，因为我根据了这一关。立在高高地服务*台上回头看，我真有点儿难以相信自身。
時间过得真快，一眨眼一天就过去。今日，我懂得了一个大道理：世上无难事，只要肯攀登。
“精英队，冲啊……”“噢，我们赢了，我们赢了！”这一阵阵激动人心的呼喊声是怎么回事呢？原来是家委会组织我们四（5）班同学在凤栖拓展训练营的真人CS战斗基地进行“攻坚战”呢！
瞧，同学们一个个换上迷彩服，戴上头盔，拿好装备，化身为一个个“小战士”，随着教官来到营地，由每队的队长开始分配任务进行战斗。只见精英队的四名战士分别躲在战场左右边的土堆后进行掩护，另两个战士从中间进攻。而我负责在营地站岗，保护“司令”，如果有敌人进攻，我就负责歼灭敌人。突然，一个敌人冲上来大声喊：“我已经没有生命了，别打我！”但是，我看到他的衣服没亮灯（表明未牺牲），立刻用枪瞄准他的帽子“砰砰”地打了几下，这时他的枪才显示“你已阵亡！”大家才知道他是假扮的。最后在队长的指挥下，我们经过激烈的战斗，巧妙的围追堵截，把敌军的司令抓了过来，我们队胜利了！大家高兴得一蹦三尺高。
今天的拓展训练中，我们还玩了攀岩、高空拓展、背摔体验、拔河等项目。每个人都是满头大汗，但都高兴得手舞足蹈。无论是我们精英队还是雄鹰队都是一个大团队，大家在每一项PK中都齐心协力，想着为团队争光。在每一项训练中，大家都在心里为自己大喊：“加油！加油！再加油！”我想，在我们的人生路上，也要像今天一样团结协作，不论输赢，只要加油，加油，再加油！
我们班在雅森上林苑举行了今年第一次活动——室内蹦床和户外拓展，我们都非常开心，因为我们的王老师也来了。
当天一早爸爸带我到了活动场地，教练首先讲了活动安全和纪律，然后将所人同学分成两队，我们各自给自己的小队起了名字和画了队旗，我们小队的名字叫飞龙队，我们的口号是，飞龙飞龙，勇往直前。
教练先带着我们先去不蹦床区，我们在那蹦了一个小时呢！那里有表演区，海绵区和投篮区，那里还有蹦床表演的，表演可精彩了，做的动作虽然看着简单，但做起来就不简单了。我们在海绵区玩，海绵都把我们困住了。我们又去了投篮区，在投篮区蹦来蹦去的，每个人只能站一个阁子。一个小时到了我们都不想走。
教练又带我们去户外拓展区，攀爬绳网，穿越花果山，绳网看上去可害怕了，我都不敢上去，我在上面都不敢爬,一爬我就感觉又掉下来了，最后经过自己的努力，爬到了最高处，完成了任务，结果我还稳稳当当的下来了。教练又带我们去爬洞洞，爬洞洞一点也不害怕，我爬着爬着我摔了一跤，我又站起来继续爬。教练又带我们去踏泼逐浪,踏泼逐浪可简单了，我走的可快了，我前面的同学走的可慢了，把我能急死。教练又带我们去最后一个项目，是手扶着栏杆脚踩着木板往前走，就是有点晃，比较危险,我比较慢，赶不上我前面的同学。
这次活动结束了，我和我的同学关系更好了，更团结了，我的胆子更大了。
今天，我们去青少年活动上科技拓展课，其中有风筝制作、摆的探究、海宝制作和创意机器人。其中让我印象最深的是：风筝制作和海宝制作。
做风筝用到的是宣纸、竹签和支架。一切准备就绪后，风筝就开始制作了。
我先把竹签插在支架上，接着就把支架放在宣纸上，沿着支架的末尾做个记号，再把记号连起来，并沿线剪下来。下面就要在宣纸上画出自已喜爱的图案，然后把支架用透明胶粘上去，这样，一个风筝就完成了一半了。然后让老师帮忙用针在支架的中心位置穿一个洞，这个很重要噢！再把绳子穿进去，打个结，最后再把红色的飘带粘在风筝尾部的正反面。这样一个漂亮的风筝就做好了！看着我和许馨文合作做成的风筝，心里好开心呀！
然后是海宝制作，它需要两个工具：锯床、磨床。老师先发下来一块木头，在上面贴上各种各样的大海宝贴纸，然后让我们用锯床割出海宝的轮廓，割出来的很粗糙，不过别担心，接下来用磨床把轮廓磨光、磨*。第一次我失败了，我认真总结了经验教训，第二次我终于做成功了，而且还得到了老师的表扬，看着手里轮廓光滑的海宝心里乐开了花。
通过这次的科技拓展课，让我学会了很多知识，也锻炼了我的动手能力。更让我懂得了做事情要认真仔细，同学之间的互相帮助和团结协作是多么重要。
今天真是快乐的一天，收获很大！

My families plan to visit the interesting place p of Shanghai.We are led to the Oriental Pearl TV Tower ,a famous tourist attraction,which is on every Shanghainese's lips.It is a magnificent building located in Pudong New Area,it is the tallest building,so it's very easy to see this building,even if you are several miles away it.As we get to the high floor of the Oriental Pearl TV Tower,we see the attractive viwswhich includes the Huangpu River through the window.At the moment,l suddenly moved by the builders put their soul and energy to this building and let it be a landmark of this city.
This is the trip l never forget.
Last night， I went to see the movie with my friends. It was a cartoon movie， my friends and I were immerged into the story. It was the first time for me to go out at night， because my parents never let me do that before.
Now they think I have grown up and can protect myself， so they allow me to go out at night. It is such a happy moment for me.
