  以往的英语阅读课堂,是按照学生阅读文本,然后做文段后面题目的程序进行的。这种单一的阅读模式难以使学生的阅读兴趣保持长久。建立互动课堂模式,能够使学生保持充沛的精力投入阅读,在阅读中掌握技巧、提升能力。例如,笔者在*日阅读教学课堂上引入竞争机制,以小组为单位展开阅读竞赛。包括阅读以后问题的设置,都是由学生来完成。问题完成后,由小组建间相互提问,看哪个组能够在规定时间内设置问题最多,哪个组能够圆满完成其它组提出的问题。教师在阅读课堂上只是引导者、组织者、点拨者,通过阅读,使学生掌握略读、精读、跳读、视读等阅读技巧。此外,还可以让学生将阅读文本创编成对话、英语课本剧、解说词等形式进行表演练*,教师要给予及时指导、评价,使学生达到能够熟练运用的程度,才能确保阅读教学的有效和高效。

  The rate of the traffic accidents has dropped considerably on bridge road in recent years. According to the statistic we have in hand, only six accidents took place in 2000.   五、个人发展

  1)用心读书,不断学*.书是人类的精神食粮,更是教师专业成长的能量,我深深体会到读书能给我增添乐趣,能扩大我的视野,能充实我的生活,能指引我的从教之路,因此,我在研修期间也用心品读着一些教学专著,其中精读的书有《爱的教育》,日本作家黑柳彻子的《窗边的小豆豆》,刘良华的《教育自传》,并写了读后感.

  2)在研修的过程中,我们接受别人的建议,反思自己的做法,积累了一点经验,虽然浅薄,虽然不成熟,但能用一点笔墨把自己的观点记录下来也算是一项成果,我结合自己在校本研修实践中的经验,融合在培训院学得的理论知识和跟班学得的综合知识,写了两篇研修论文,分别是《情景创设与有效教学》和《以校本研修为*台,实现提升教师专业成长的点滴思考》.

  3)为了记录自己的成长过程,我在研修过程中也认真把自己的学*心得写成博文上传到博客上去,还用心去浏览别人的博客,对自己感兴趣的话题和作品.

  初中英语个人研修总结:初中英语口语研修总结

  如何提高英语口语,是我们普遍关注的问题,现在我们就来好好探讨下这个问题。

  一、存在问题分析

  1、教学方面

  *几年来,较发达城市的小学都开设了英语课程,在游戏中学、在活动中学,在以听说为主的教学模式下,培养了一大批"英语小天才",他们纯正流利的口语,惟妙惟肖的英语表演,都为日后的英语学*打下了很好的基础。

  可由于没有明确的语音教学要求,学生只能靠教师的课堂教学或教材录音来强硬地记忆单词发音。

  大多时候英语教师的水*决定了学生的英语水*,教师自觉提高本身的英语口语水*是关键。

  学生没有掌握语言学*所应具备的基本工具--英语国际音标,有的也多为个别教师的实践操作而已。

  上了初中以后,升学任务重,语法讲授和知识点的讲解成为主干,拼命赶课时、埋在题海的情况是众所周知的。

  师生放在口语训练的时间确实少之又少。

  个别学校形同虚设的早读也因没有具体的朗读任务和朗读要求导致学生应付式为多,语调*淡拖拉、唱读情况十分普遍。

  2、学生方面

  应试教育也直接影响到学生对英语口语的认识,长期以来的"老师讲,学生听"导致的"哑巴英语"现象使学生口语水*分化十分严重。

  下面就以05年佛山口语考试的某一篇短文为例,谈谈目前学生英语口语方面存在的问题:

  (1)短文开篇出现了一个让英语教师比较尴尬的情况:United States在学生口里变成了Unit Satellite, Unit Star等等,在所评的170份录音答卷中,朗读正确的学生人数竟不到10%。

  回想原因,也不能会是学生的责任。

  在初中教材中the United States通常以the USA形式出现,television也以TV形式出现,还有一些词是学生比较薄弱的。

  因此学生朗读起来出现断句、反复的现象,整体感觉不理想,扣分严重。

  (2)大多数考生朗读时语音、语调、意群等方面把握不好,也反映了我们在教学过程中对学生口语训练方面的缺乏与不重视。

  学生词汇不过关,基础薄弱,学生凭印象记单词,知道中文意思却读不准,语调*淡,唱读等情况较为严重。

  他们到了9年级,要口语考试了,才来恶补什么是语音语调和重音。

  怎样分好意群,造成恶性循环,最后以无力回天、失败而告终。

  (3)考生心理素质还需要进一步的辅导。

  由于考试临场紧张,主要表现在优秀学生朗读时太快或太慢。

  有的太小声,murmur的感觉多一点。

  遇到不熟悉的材料时紧张,出现朗读不完整、反复、读错单词等现象。

  二、解决策略

  1、各年级阶段性落实各项语言实践目标:把口语的训练重点放在初一、初二,分阶段完成

  七年级:在国家标准课程的规定下增加口语训练课,落实语音基础与单词拼写之间的相互联系,落实学生对语音、语调、意群划分等基本技能。

  以国际音标过关为主,教会学生利用拼读规则记忆单词,能准确地拼读出单词,能划分意群,有感情地朗读和表演对话、小短文,逐步养成良好的朗读*惯和敢于表达的交际技能。

  八年级:强化语音语调在英语中的作用,走入情景,体会内涵,把握篇章的重点,以篇章的朗读为主配以上机的实践操作,增加阅读训练课,重点训练回答问题部分的信息点收集专练。

  九年级:查漏补缺,布置录音,做好个别辅导,让学生在把握朗读技巧的前提下,抓朗读整体效果,增加写作训练课,注重口语表达,减轻口语考试压力。
