Generation gap refers to the misunderstanding between the old and young.

第二次月考成绩出来了，给了我最大的感悟：我们总是粗心大意，所以总是如履薄冰。
相比第一次月考，这次月考进步很大。其中最重要的一个原因是，在第一次月考前的'整个8月里，我总是在复读和大学之间想太多的问题，心情有点不稳定。还有就是高考后两个多月没看书，感觉很多东西都丢了，所以第一次月考暴露的问题比较多。但是成绩出来后，我没有完全重复自己的心态，所以第一次月考没有总结。现在，总结第二次月考。
第二次月考语文120分，数学127分，英语101分(不包括口语和听力考试成绩)，文科253分(政治81分，历史78分，地理94分)，总分601分。年级排名：第30，班级排名：第8。
这本语文，选择题全对(24分)，第二本96分。第二卷暴露出的问题有：文言文翻译不能着眼长远，把句子代入原文讨论句子的意思。诗歌鉴赏的表达技巧和术语不能随意使用。(3)必须默写的古诗词内容，不能满分。现代阅读中，一些基础术语不够精通。作文思想不够深刻。
其中有5分左右是不应该丢的，包括听写丢的2分。把这篇文章背下来完全是因为一个人的粗心。我一直不想背这些烦人的古诗词，也不想漫不经心的对待它们，所以回答了“如履薄冰”这句话。
数学成绩127，在班里不算高也不算低。当然和那些145分的同学比起来，真的很差。但我不难过。
我考数学的时候*惯做完选择题和填空题，然后仔细数一数，保证都没问题，让自己安心做大题。花了半个小时完成并检查填空题和选择题(共14题，70分)。接下来的六大题我还有一个半小时。但是第一个大问题是三角函数的复杂简化。第一次简化完之后，计算完第二个问题发现数字太大太奇怪，就在草稿纸上简化了很多遍。最后两次，结果都一样，用来算第二题的题让我觉得很正常。我确信最后两个简化的答案是正确的。这个时候已经四点了，离考试结束还有一个小时。我赶紧给监考老师换了一张答题卡，因为我的答题卡第一次写了简答题，已经写不出正确答案了。于是我在一个小时内匆匆做完了下面的题。好在第二卷考了77分，选择题满分50分，是127分。
虽然我并不难过，也不觉得数字低有什么遗憾，但我还是总结了一下暴露出来的问题：立体几何的练*需要加强，尤其是我的空间思维太差，练*的强度需要加强。你不能在常数题中巧妙地构造一个新函数，通过二次求导计算出最大值和最小值。

一、提高课堂效率，特别重视以下三种课型
课堂是教师教、学生学的最重要的阵地。我认为在高三复*过程中，基础知识复*课，专题复*课和讲评课这三种课型是落实教学内容的关键所在。只有落实好这三种课型，并使之优化，才能真正地落实好高三的复*教学。
（一）基础知识复*课
第一轮的基础知识复*侧重帮助学生全面且系统地掌握高中所学英语基础知识，重点是词汇、语法。一轮复*尽管还是按照高一、高二各单元课编排的顺序进行，但是它不同于同步学*。它是一个对所学知识进行归纳整理，找到它们之间的内在联系和区别的过程，在复*过程中，我们尽量要做到将新课程标准与考纲的要求同课本结合起来，以“纲”为握，注重知识的横向联系，避免单一性，做到以点带面，点面结合，注意不受课本内容限制，挖掘词汇的内涵意义，找出它们的内在联系。比如，通过构词法进行单词复*，还有通过同义词、反义词的内辐射来复*，对词汇围绕某一核心词进行归类复*，通过图表比较复*等等。第一轮复*也是学生进行查漏补缺的最好方式。每复*一单元，我们都要求学生对自己没掌握的单词、词组、句型和语法进行一一摘记，让学生把厚书变为薄本。这样复*起来方便、快捷、高效。
（二）专题复*课
专题复*一般是紧接在第一轮复*之后的有针对性的强化复*，它既不同于以全面复*知识、方法、夯实基础为目的的第一轮复*，也不同于以综合训练为主提高应试能力的第三轮复*，而是就语法知识或某些方法、热点问题为专项的复*。专题复*起着承上启下的作用，具有举足轻重的地位，它既是对单元教学成果的巩固，又是对学科内知识的综合深化，是使知识系统化形成能力的关键环节，同时又为第三轮的综合训练进行了必要的知识和能力储备。我们认为课堂教学设计必须根据学科教材的特点和学生实际情况，充分体现知识的系统性、基础性、发展性，要注意引导学生梳理知识，总结规律，融会贯通，运用知识解决实际问题。主题内容的设计既要具有科学的模块性，又要有鲜明的针对性和有效的适应性。我们在教学中既要充分发挥教师的主导作用，启发并指导学生，又要充分发挥学生的主体地位，多给予学生动脑、动手、动口的机会；既要杜绝教师“包办代替”的教学行为，又要强化理论联系实际，并且注意反馈优化。通过反馈，了解学生掌握知识和技能的程度，检验教师的教学方法和教学效果，达到教师调控教学，学生查缺补漏、巩固提高的目的。
（三）讲评课，重点放在错题、热点重点、典型题、解题方法上
高三复*时，测试和练*特别多，与之相关的讲评课也很多。如何上好讲评课对强化教学效果，进一步提高教学质量具有非常重要的意义。在讲评课的教学中，我们做到“三个认真”和抓住“三条思路”，“三个认真”为：认真科学地分析试卷内容的结构；认真统计和学生的答题情况；在前面的两个基础上认真备好讲评课。比如，对那些大部分学生回答正确，只有少数或者个别学生回答错误的试题，教师不必多讲，将错误面广的问题，按知识点或性质分类，对每个类型的典型问题进行分析讲解。
“三条思路”为：
1、要善于揣摩命题思路，考试时，学生能正确地揣摩出命题人的意图，就不会钻牛角尖，正确把握答题方向；
2、要努力掌握答题思路。讲评时，让学生明白答题的基本思路，使学生逐步掌握答题的基本方法和技巧，同时，也要杜绝学生在答题时可能出现的错误思路，一旦出现问题，及时帮助学生分析产生错误的原因，并从中吸取教训；
3、要善于拓宽知识的思路。为了让学生全面地、系统地掌握每道题的相关内容，讲评时，教师可以以这些题为题根，从试题的深度和广度加以引申，加强知识的纵横联系，归纳总结，加大知识的摄入量。当然，每次检后及时讲评是很重要的，时间长了，学生关心疑惑问题的程度就会减弱。
二、具体教学措施
课堂上坚持精讲多练，做到举一反三、触类旁通。以学生为主体的教学原则。复*课上注意加强学生的.操练活动，让学生多动脑筋思考问题，让他们尽可能多地举些例句，使他们能训练掌握语法的用法。
（一）坚持抓好阅读理解。阅读理解是高考的重头戏，占的比重最大。因此，在*时的教学活动当中我注重抓好这一环节，让学生每天都做两篇左右的阅读理解文章，提高阅读理解能力。
（二）抓好书面表达。*时针对*年高考常见的书面表达题型进行训练，并让学生利用早读时间背诵范文，熟悉常见的表达方式。
（三）听力常抓不懈。让学生每天训练英语听力。让学生适应高考的要求。
（四）抓好测试、评价、反思及鼓励工作。除了每个月的月考，每周还进行一次周练，以此来检查复*效果。根据每次考试所反映出的问题进行适时的调整及改进，并及时找相关的同学进行谈心，与他们了解复*过程中的感受，分析他们在学*中存在的问题，一起探讨解决的办法。从而使学生在学*上更具有针对性，感受到老师对自己的关爱，以更足的信心投入到学*当中。
三、高三教学的一些反思
（一）高考试题选材求新、求异的特点和向语段、语篇的理解与运用能力的考查侧重，这就要求我们教师自身在注重本学科基础知识的系统性的同时，还要注意跨学科知识渗透能力和基本技能的培养。
（二）要真正吃透高考考纲和高考对高三学生的能力考查要求，在复*教学过程中，一定要做到去粗取精，不要花费太多宝贵的课堂教学时间去讲解收效慢的知识内容。
（三）高考英语的总趋势要求高中教师要不断充电，迅速提升自身综合素质。同时要研究如何帮助学生形成适合自己学*需要的英语学*策略，这对于高三备考的学生有很大的帮助。
总之，在这一年里，我收获颇丰，和学生共同成长和进步，我会继续努力。
在这学期我担任七年级一班，二班的英语教学。由于教龄浅，教学经验少，所以我对教学工作不敢怠慢，认真学*，深入研究教法，虚心向老教师学*。经过努力，我学到了很多东西同时在教学过程中对七年级教学也有了一些自己的想法。以下是我在本学期的个人工作情况总结。
一、教学计划
七年级是小学到初中的转型期，教学方式和教学内容都开始发生转变，所以我时刻注意他们对这种转变的适应情况，及时解决出现的问题。我努力把学*内容归类，用尽量简洁却有趣的方式教课，让他们在不知不觉中接受知识，以免他们对英语的学*产生厌烦的情绪。两个班的人数都在760人左右，要想对所有他们进行细致的辅导，这几乎是不可能的，所以我每周都会制定目标针对广泛出现的问题进行有针对性的辅导。经过一年的学*，他们们已经逐渐的适应了初中的教学模式，知识上也有了一定的提高，而且知识的运用也较好。
二、教学成绩
在这一年的学*中大部分的他们都能够掌握初一应该掌握的英语知识，而且能够较为熟练的运用，这对他们今后的学*非常有帮助。另外，除了课本知识的学*我还注意他们良好*惯的培养，希望他们逐渐增强自制力，为他们从老师教的学*模式向自学型学*模式转换打好基础。
三、存在的问题
虽然他们基本上都能把所学的知识掌握，但是在知识的灵活应用方面却仍旧存在困难。另外，部分他们对学*失去了兴趣，注意力投放在其他的地方，这不仅不利于教师的教学而且严重影响他们以后的发展，从而对他们人格的塑造产生很坏的影响。
四、改进的措施
只有掌握了这一学期教学和工作中存在的问题，才能更好的进行改进，所以我常常对自己的工作进行反思，以期有更好的教学方式呈现在他们面前。经过思考，我发现还有以下需要改进的地方：首先，对该年级教学重点不明确，从而导致有时候教学思路不明确，教学内容过多。其次，在掌握课堂方面有欠缺，不能时刻从总体上注意到他们的学*状况。最后，在教学过程中，对知识的延伸拓展做的不是很好。鉴于以上几点，在接下来的工作中我要多从他们的角度想问题真正了解他们学*的困难，帮他们解决学*中遇到的问题并让他们逐渐建立起自信，在轻松快中进一步提高学*成绩。
以上就是我对本学期教学工作的总结，在这一年中我遇到了很多的困难同时也学到了很多，体验了很多的快乐，在以后的教学中我一定多学多思考并且努力提高自己的教学水*和能力。
岁月匆匆，时光荏苒，不觉高考已结束。在学校领导和年级组的正确领导下，我们较为圆满的完成了本届高考任务。本学年，我担任了高三文（1）、文（3）班的英语教学工作。回顾高三这一年，对教师和学生来说都是一次磨砺，是充满了挑战和艰辛的一年。既忙碌，又充实，也有许多值得总结和反思的地方，现将本学年度的英语教学工作总结如下：
一、深入细致地备好每一节课
在备课过程中，我根据教材资料及学生的实际，设计课的类型，拟定采用的教学方法，并对教学过程的程序及时间安排都作了详细的记录，认真写好教案，每一课都做到“有备而来”。每堂课都在课前做好充分的准备，认真钻研教材，力求准确把握重点、难点，把手头的教材吃透并认真消化，同时把以前学过的相关的知识点和新的知识点串联起来，到达“温故而知新”。在课后及时对本节课作出总结，写好教学反思。
二、认真努力地上好每一节课
在充分备课的基础上，每节课都能以饱满的热情，温和、友善的态度应对学生，尽可能的保证每节课的教学质量，提高课堂45分钟的效率。我努力增强自我的上课技能，使讲解清晰化，条理化，准确化，情感化，生动化，做到线索清晰，层次分明，言简意赅，深入浅出。在课堂上异常注意调动学生的进取性，加强师生交流，充分体现学生的主体作用，让学生学得容易，学得简便，学得愉快。
三、完善批改作业
认真批改作业及周练试卷及写作，并及时进行反馈，作出针对性地讲解，力求做到精讲精练。有针对性、有层次性地对各种辅助资料进行筛选，力求每一次练*都起到最大的效果。同时对学生的作业批改及时、认真，分析并记录学生的作业情景，将他们在作业过程出现的问题作出分类总结，进行课堂团体订正，进行透彻的评讲，并针对有关情景及时改善教学方法。
四、实施分层次教学，注重辅差导优，效果良好
针对学生的现状，实施分层次教学，因材施教，对优生和差生分别组织辅导，让优生更尖，让差生跟得上，避免一刀切的弊端。对于基础好的学生，注重他们学*和做题本事的培养。同时加大后进生的辅导力度，对后进生的辅导，并不限于知识性的辅导，更重要的是学***的辅导，让他们意识到学*的重要性和必要性，使之对学*萌发兴趣。
五、备课组的群策群力，精诚合作
在这一年中，在备课组长的带领下，高三英语备课组每一位教师都十分敬业，分工合作，从整个复*计划的制定、复*资料的整理到每周一次的测试，教师们都能够充分发表自我的高见，提出合理的提议，精心选择适合学生们实际水*的各类试题，毫无保留地分享各种资料等。高三英语备课组从暑假补课开始，提前转段，从狠抓学生基础着手，细致扎实复*初中教材。之后，苏主任归纳整理了一套语法专练，我们又扎扎实实过了一遍语法，经过高考英语成绩证明，这种做法是行之有效的，也让我深切地感受到，一个年级的教学是否成功，在很大程度上取决于各个备课组是否能够团结协作，做好计划，调动起每位教师的进取性。如果这项工作做好了，就能够提升整个备课组的活力，从而提高整个年级的学科教学水*。
六、对学生进行心理疏导，树立自信
英语教学质量能否取得突破，最终取决于学生的努力程度和学*潜能的发挥。对于大多数学生来讲，考试制胜的关键就是要做到心理稳定、思路清晰，在心理、思维、体力等方面坚持稳定，从容应对各种题目，最终取得优异成绩，享受成功的喜悦。所以，从进入高三复*时就应注意学生心理健康方面的教育，从生活上、学*上关心学生，多与学生聊天、交流，教给学生自我调节放松的方法，尽量帮忙学生消除不良的心理因素，注重学生良好学**惯的培养和正确学*方法的指导，树立起学好英语的必胜信心。
总之，这一年高三让我收获颇丰，这一年的历练也为我今后的英语教学供给了很多借鉴，高考结束后，我有一点思考，期望能对以后的高三教学有所帮忙。
第一、合理制定复*计划并注重计划的落实与完善
认真分析各个班级学生的学*状况，研读英语高考考试大纲，结合对历年高考中出现的难点、重点及热点等语言现象进行了十分详细而认真的分析，制定出切合学生实际的教学计划，科学合理的教学计划是整个教学顺利进行的行动指南。
第二、立足课本，精选练*，巩固强化基础知识。
对于英语教学，我们要立足教材，夯实基础知识。在进行基础知识的复*上，巩固和加深对基础知识的理解和掌握，提升学生解决问题的本事。教学和复*都应当注重实效，实实在在地为学生服务，做到真正掌握所学知识，灵活解题，从而到达“以不变应万变”。
第三、激励优生，鼓励后进生
进入高三后，部分学生处于亚紧张状态，所以，思想教育也成为*常教育中的重点之一。利用业余时间对这部分同学进行有计划的思想教育和辅导工作，同时注意保护和调动各个层次学生学*的进取性，学生到了复*阶段，学*任务繁重，来自各方面的压力较大，教师的关怀与鼓励会对学生产生重要的影响，总体上还是到达了较好的效果。
本学年的教学工作，有收获，有喜悦，也有教训，有不足。在今后的工作和学*中，我要更加严格要求自我，以优秀教师为榜样，做到勤奋求学，严谨治教，努力提升自身综合素质，不断提高教育教学水*，做一名欢乐而充实的教育工作者。
