9月13日，我很荣幸参加了*阳县英语教育组组织的x年初中英语新课标培训活动，虽然学*的时间只有一天，但通过这次短暂的学*使我对新课标有了更深刻的认识和理解，进一步明确了如何才能成为一名优秀的中学英语教师。现谈谈我的几点心得体会。
本次培训有幸聆听了曾伟老师和吴晋茜老师对新教材认真解读后上的两节精彩的新课程展示课Module 1 Unit 1 Nice to meet you(第一课时和第二课时)。此外还很荣幸听取了县名师金扬琴老师的的讲座《优化课时划分和教学设计》，让我受益匪浅。我深刻认识到了要想提高英语教学的教学质量，必须转变自身的教学观念，遵循以学生为中心，以交际为目标，以活动为基础的目标，在每个课堂上不但教给学生知识和技能，更要注重教学途径和学*方式。教师的课堂结构要做到网状而非放射性，也就是说语言学*教师要领到位，练*充分，学生的成绩才能提高。我还认识到对学生要赏识，学生时夸出来的，教师要承认学生的不成熟和差异，耐心欣赏学生从不会到会的渐变的过程。而不是一味的灌输，责骂和题海。
金老师为我们做了《优化课时划分和教学设计》的讲座，她首先分析了新课标的变化在哪里，之后分析了新课标的'模块的基本结构，让我们对新课标有了重新的认识。同时还分析了七年级学生的英语学*的特点，及不同地区学生英语基础水*的差异，从而要求我们对新课标课时的划分有了新的感悟。我在以后的教学中应该做到：初一阶段要注重听说训练，注重教给学生语音语调语流;对于初中起始阶段的学生来说，每单元的长对话教学起来有难度，老师可以把一个长对话分成若干了微型对话来教，先教两句，在教四句。。。这样既降低了难度，又增大了语言得重复输入。其次很多时候，我们作为老师要放手让学生自己去摸索的时间太少，总是想“扶”着他们，而不知这样做会减弱学生的自主学*能力。在学*中，学生是主体，而我们老师则是引导者，我们只需要在适当的时候给他们一些提示就够了。如此一来，我们教得轻松，学生学得也轻松，大大激发了学生的学*兴趣，他们更乐意去学了。
金老师带来的《优化课时划分和教学设计》细致的讲解了英语教学方法方面的建议，还结合自己的实际深刻探讨了自己的教学经验。我反思了自己，在以后的英语课堂中要注意以下两点：1。 在英语课堂上要尽量使用英语教学，培养孩子们的听力与口语能力。2.在课堂教学中要注意西方文化培养，新教材中的很多阅读都有着西方文化背景，大多数和中国的文化背景不同，所以老师有必要给学生渗透西方文化背景知识，帮助学生更好的理解运用英语语言知识。金老师的讲解，简单易懂，得到大家的认可。她所讲座的内容对我今后的教学有很大帮助。
虽然这次的学*只有短短一天，但这次的学*却给我树了一面很好的旗帜，在思想、行动、实际工作中给了我切实的指导，让我在今后的教学工作中且行且实践吧!我会不断充实自己并且及时总结和借鉴经验，使英语教学工作更上一层楼。
