现在经济发达，老家也开发了，一座座高楼大厦耸立起来，我们的生活、居住环境也好了，基本上每天就可以吃到大鱼大肉，想要买什么、吃什么，随便找一家超市就可以解决了，查阅资料只要在电脑上面搜一下，或者在报纸、书籍资料上查一下就可以了，而每家每户之间的距离也*了一些。可是，虽然邻居之间的距离*了，心的距离却遥远了，基本上每家每户都是“老死不相往来”，不像以前那样在一棵柳树下，嘻嘻哈哈地追来追去，大人则坐在下面，一边喝茶、一边下棋。以前渴了就能喝的地下水也被工业污染了，菜上面还残留着农药，要洗好几遍才觉得干净、才能吃。以前的生活十分充实，现在呢？以前清澈无比的小溪悄悄地走了，溪边孩子们的欢笑声与小鱼小虾们，也都走了……取之而代的是臭味熏天的污水沟，水面上还漂浮着一些垃圾……
虽然现在的楼房越来越高，人们的钱也越来越多，但是，人们之间那份友情以及绿树成荫的画面却悄悄地离开了人们的视线，越来越不被人们所珍惜……
”宝宝，咱们回家吧!“这是奶奶最经常对我说的话了。而我每次却不能如她所愿，只好让奶奶抱着希望等我回心转意。每次我都犹豫不决，在想：是否要回到那个坑坑洼洼的地方?每次，同样的问题总是在我的脑子回荡。
这时，我想起了我与以前的同学在坑坑洼洼的学校操场上一起游乐的情景，我睡的床没有蚊帐，晚上我总是被蚊虫叮咬，或许是因为我的血太好喝了吧!，泥泞的路上只要是在下雨天时，我们就不能出家门，因为外面的路上到处都是深深的坑，如果一没有留心，就会陷下去。奶奶看透了我的心思，对我说：宝宝，现在我们福建老家大翻修了呀。我将信将疑，对奶奶说：真的吗?那泥泞路没有了?那大苍蝇没有了?”
于是，爸爸妈妈就趁暑假带我和奶奶回老家了，自从我的父母在异国他乡买了房子就把爷爷奶奶接到外面来住，十几年了，我们从未回过家，爷爷奶奶对家乡老房子的“呼唤”已经不止一次了，而是长期的，十几年了，对家乡的思念一点也没有减少过。今天，我们终于回到了故土。
几个小时过去了，我们到家了。

我们一家人来到老家;哇，我们的家让伯伯布置的变了样：墙壁刷得雪白雪白的，好像是洁白无暇的雪花。家具也是十分崭新的。房子十分大，他们再也不用煤灶煮东西了，都换成煤气炉，方便快捷……我好像到了“天堂”。走到了一个房间，看见了一个具有高科技的东西。呀，这正是我再熟悉不过的东西——电脑。伯伯熟练地操纵着电脑，像弹琴似的。妈妈也有一台电脑，她也很打电脑。我想不到家乡人的素质提高得那么快!吃过晚饭，我悠闲的在田野上散步，看见远处那些农民不再用老黄牛拉犁耕地，而是用各种款式的犁田机犁地。犁地时发出的声音犹如在赞扬家乡的变化。
家乡的人变了，交通也方便了，电气什么的都有了。是什么让这些变了呢?我百思不得其解。我想：若是到了未来，这里一定会变得更美好!

新年的钟声马上就要敲响了，我们一家踏上了回老家探亲的旅程。我们的汽车在高速公路上奔驰着。我从香甜的睡梦中醒来，一眼望去，只见窗外一幢幢别墅整齐地排列着，像巨人般保卫着他们自己的家园、自己的主人。宽阔的高速公路上，来来往往的车辆在道路上穿梭来穿梭去。我问妈妈：“什么时候到地方？”妈妈笑着回答：“这就是安徽呀！”我听后惊讶地回答：“啊？”
这里跟我去年来的时候完全不一样，之前的道路还是凹凸不*的，现在是刚铺好的水泥路；以前路只能让一辆车开过去，另一辆车要么就是让一下倒回去，要么一边轮子被挤到田里去，现在又长又宽，可以让两辆车一起过去。
这里的房子也不一样了，说明家家户户都过上了幸福的小康生活！这里的房子之前全是小茅屋，现实都变成了高高的别墅和楼房了，但人们一定不会忘记那些小房子吧，因为那是他们努力奋斗的开始，也是他们幸福的起点。
穿过高速公路，我们的汽车在村头停了下来，亲人们热情地接待了我们。我和小伙伴们一起到田间去玩耍。放眼望去，广阔的田野里，有一间间棚子，旁边人家门口还有一个个池塘，我好奇地问朋友：“那些棚子和池塘是用来干什么的？”小伙伴们告诉我：“那些棚子是咱们的大棚蔬菜种植园，有了这个，不论是炎热的夏天，还是寒冷的冬天，我们都能吃到不同季节的水果蔬菜。人家冬天卖、吃大白菜，我们卖、吃土豆、番茄……还能吃到很多水果，比如：葫芦似的鸭梨、红灯笼似的柿子、珍珠似的葡萄……你看那些池塘中间有一个管子一样的东西，那那个池塘就是养河蚌用的，那里面的河蚌里都是有珍珠的，是人家用来卖的。”
听完，我们就朝着大棚那边去了。透过窗口，我惊喜地发现里面的植物都长得很茂盛，就问：“为什么蔬菜和水果能在大棚里长得那么好？”小伙伴说：“因为大棚里的气温、度都是由人工控制的，适宜的生长条件，才能使植物长得那么好，又早熟。”农村的发展真是日新月异啊！

“阿姨，请问这些甘蔗皮都要怎么处理?”咦?这里怎么会有记者在采访呢?这位记者是谁呢?当然是我，为了调查家乡的环境，我们白象组的六个成员，都走上了街头，变成了一个个小记者。
街道两侧经常可以看到人们随手扔的垃圾，就连分类垃圾桶旁边都有一些垃圾扔在旁边，正巧，有位环卫工人来收垃圾，我们马上围了上去，环卫工人成了我们第一个采访的对象。“爷爷您好，打扰您工作了，我们可以向您问几个问题吗?”徐扬首先开问，虽然我们有点儿胆怯，准备的不充分，但是万事开头难，第一个问题出来后，我们的队友就一个接一个地问了自己想要了解的内容，通过采访，我们才知道我们生活的环境这么干净，是因为环卫工人起早摸黑地为我们打扫清洁。

接下来就该擀皮了，我用小勺挖上馅放皮里，在姥姥的指导下，把饺子沿边一点点的捏在一起，这样一个饺子就包好了，虽然不好看，但是我想着，只要多包几个就会好的，饺子包完了，就该下饺子了，我在锅里添上了水，待水烧开了，我把饺子慢慢的放到锅里，下饺子的时候，一定要慢，要不然会被开水烫伤的，下到锅里的饺子，要用勺子轻轻的搅着，等开锅后倒上三次凉水，再开锅后，饺子就可以出锅了。盛在盘子里的饺子，个个水灵灵的，看看就诱人，吃上去一定很香，当然可以根据个人口味，添加上些蒜泥和醋。

明天就是冬至了，妈妈说今天让我过把搓汤圆的瘾，我喜出望外地说：“好呀！好呀！”妈妈把糯米粉加上水，又是揉又是搓的，松松干干的糯米粉被妈妈这么一搓一揉变成粘粘湿湿的一团。我好奇极了，就伸手揪了一小块，捏了捏，咦！米粉团怎么像橡皮泥呀？

北方有个冬至小传说：冬至节如果不吃面食，耳朵就会掉。所以现在人们看到的饺子大多数都做成耳朵的形状。冬至时，屋外寒风凛冽，北方人会在炕上放上张小桌子，炕下点着柴火，一家人坐在热腾腾的炕上，吃着热乎乎的饺子，兴致来了，还会从门框上摘下一颗红辣椒嚼一嚼，在寒冷的冬天再也没有比这更温馨的事了。
在我们南方，尤其是台州，冬至圆，却是台州百姓的首选。
饺子和冬至圆，两者的味道不同。饺子，咸而鲜美，而冬至圆是甜甜的，稠稠的。我想这应该是和两地的气候有关系。北方很冷，天天下着鹅毛大雪，到处一片雪白，那些生机勃勃的东西都到雪底下去了，就像饺子，外面的皮白白的，最鲜美的东西都躲在皮里面。南方相对热一点，大冬天的也有太阳照，冬至圆也就被晒“黑”了，所以冬至圆是橘黄色的。
饺子和冬至圆的形状不同，一弯一圆，颜色不同，一白一黄，味道不同，一咸一甜，自然做法也不同。饺子是在饺皮里包上一些猪肉、冬笋等，然后把皮捏起来，放进锅里煮几分钟，才能消灭这“月牙儿”。冬至圆，是将面粉做成一个个大团子，在团子里嵌上一些豆沙，补圆，最后烧熟捞起，在豆黄粉上滚几下，即可入口。
