我的家乡是黑龙江省七台河市，这里的春天鸟语花香，夏天热情奔放，秋天硕果累累，但是我喜欢冬天，它沉默无声，却给人们带来了阵阵欢笑。
凛冽的寒风呼啸着，雪花纷纷扬扬地飘落下来，大地也变成粉妆玉砌的世界，玉屑似的雪沫便飘飘洒洒，像一只只白蝴蝶在飞舞，一切都是这样令人神往。

昨天夜里，正在熟睡的我被一阵话音给吵醒了，我朦朦胧胧睁开眼，只见爸爸妈妈在谈论天气话题：下星期四、五冷空气就要来了，预计有你可能是本年度最强的一次，可能会下大雪。此刻，我眼前立刻出现了一幕景象：到处都是白色的，大街上，马路滑滑的像个大溜冰场。好梦不常见，没几分钟，我从幻想回到了现实，我真醒了。不一会儿，我又躺了下来闭上眼睛，又很快的进入了梦乡。我在梦里，继续寻找刚在那一幕幻想：树木不再那么绿了，它换上了白色的衣裳;河水被冻成了冰，小孩儿在桥上不停地向桥下扔石子，冰面顿时出现了大大小小的窟窿，鱼儿在水下快活的有来游去，有时从洞口探出头来观赏雪景。不怕冷的渔民赶来“独钓寒江雪”。
当早晨来临时，我苏醒了，外面跟往常一样，太阳高照着大地，但我还期待着梦中那一幕幕的到来。
我不是很喜欢冬天，因为冬天太冷了。

一、了解学生备好课是上好课的基础
教学就是教与学，两者是相互联系，不可分割的，有教者就必然有学者。学生是被教的主体。因此，了解和分析学生情况，有针对地教对教学成功与否至关重要。不懂得了解学生对教学的重要性，只是专心研究书本，教材，想方设法令课堂生动，学生易接受，这是很容易碰钉子的。在上课前要了解清楚学生的实际情况：
一方面，从小学升上初一的学生英语听，说的能力相对较弱，授课采用较深的全英教学，同学们较难适应。另一方面，（4）班的同学比较活跃，上课气氛积极，但中等生占较大多数，尖子生相对较少。因此，讲得太深，就照顾不到整体，而（3）班的同学比较沉静，虽然优生有一定的比例，但中下层面而也有不小部分，我备课时也注意到这点，因此教学效果比较理想。从此可以看出，了解及分析学生实际情况，实事求是，具体问题具体分析，做到因材施教，对授课效果有直接影响。这就是教育学中提到的“备教法的同时要备学生”。这一理论在我的教学实践中得到了验证。
二、用功备课和用心上课
教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。
一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和我都获益不浅。我认真研究了课文，找出了重点，难点，准备有针对性地讲。为使教学生动，不沉闷，我还为此准备了大量的教具，授课时就胸有成竹了。相反，我没有认真备课的时候，课堂气氛沉闷，教学效果不好，与此相比可见，认真备课对教学十分重要。特别是对英语这门学生不甚熟悉并感到困难的外语来说至关重要。备课充分，能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。但同时又要有驾驭课堂的能力，因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。因此上课一定要设法令学生投入，不让其分心，这就很讲究方法了。上课内容丰富，现实。教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。所以，老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。这样，授课就事半功倍。要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学，也无法学下去。为此，我采取了一些方法，就是尽量多讲一些关于英美国家的文化，生活故事，让他们更了解英语，更喜欢学*英语。因为英语的特殊情况，学生在不断学*中，会出现好差分化现象，差生面扩大，会严重影响班内的学*风气。因此，绝对不能忽视。为此，我制定了具体的计划和目标。对这部分同学进行有计划的辅导。经过这学期的努力，收到了很好的效果。
三、注重听、说、读、写全面发展

四、付出和回报的体会
学生的思想工作，是教师面临的一个巨大的挑战。我觉得着学期最令人头疼的事纪律问题。有些学生"油盐不进"，而且自己不学，还极具带动性，其中有优生也被拖下水的情况，实在令人很痛心。我常感叹：人要学坏，是那么容易；要学好，却是那么艰难。正如一棵树，至少十年才可以"树"一棵，可是要砍倒，十几分钟足够。
课堂纪律太糟糕，影响的不仅是教师的情绪，跟重要的事影响了整体的学*效果。教师情绪这方面，我认为没有什么大不了的，因为教师只要练成"充耳不闻、视而不见"的功夫就成。但是，正因为大多数学生好学上进，教师不得不控制自己的情绪，花费宝贵的课堂时间做大量的思想教育工作。我也有不止一次气得无法继续讲课的经历。但是，走出教室，深吸一口气，*息心情，继续完成安排好的教学任务。所以，往往40分钟的课，最多只能计划35分钟，否则就会因做思想工作而完不成计划。对于"双差生"的转化，本人实在没有太多的经验可谈，失败的教训倒不少。我把观察到的现象，写成了一些文字，与同事交流，我曾做过一个课堂调查，了解学生的思想动向。遗憾的是对这件事情的善后工作没有做到圆满，头脑里多少有些懒惰的成分。不过，短短一年，和大多数学生培养起了深厚的师生情谊，离不了课堂上正面引导，在课堂教学过程中穿插思想、情感教育的内容，更重要的事在课后、在空闲时间与学生多做沟通和交流。这也是今后的工作中需要重点加强的方面。

一、学*课标，明确教学目标。
为了使我的英语教学适应新时期英语教学要求，树立起新的育人理念，我们英语组集体抽休息时间对《英语课程标准》进行了研读，了解了目前英语课程改革的目的，掌握了目前英语改革的重点，明确了英语课程各级的总目标和各内容的分级目标，理解了英语教学原则，学会了一些科学评价原则等，从而为后面的教学提供了充分的依据，奠定了的扎实的基础，保证了教学的顺利进行。
二、扎实备课，理清教学思路。
备课是课堂教学的重要环节，我在备课时做到了以下几点：
1.课前备课，做到有备而来。我认真阅读各种教科参书，既备教材，教法，又备学生。结合学生的实际和教材的内容，既要考虑知识的纵向联系，又要考虑新知的横向衔接;既要突出重点，又要突破难点;既要体现出完整的教学过程，又要注意好各环节的过渡自然。并制作了各种有趣的教具，如：单词卡片，实物(图片)，头饰等教具为课堂教学做好服务。
2.课中备课，灵活安排简单易操作的游戏活动。我通过游戏引入新课教学时，为了不打消学生的积极性，我在实施教学的时候，总是尽量设计一些简单易操作的游戏及活动，将教学内容层层铺开，把枯燥乏味的课堂变为生动有趣快乐堡，让他们在快乐中学*，在玩中获得新知，通过反复的趣味操练(如：唱，演，玩，画，涂色，做手工等形式)来巩固所学新知。在活动中学生们都乐于参与，充分调动了学生们的情感态度和兴趣，学生的积极性得到了充分发挥，教学效果良好。
3.课后备课，总结教学经验。每上完一单元，我都及时对该单元作出总结和反思，写出教学后记，肯定本节课成功的地方，探讨该单元的不足之处，为以后的教学工作打下基础。
三、认真上课，体现以人为本。
《英语课程标准》提出让学生在教师的指导下，通过感知，体验，实践，参与和合作等方式，实现任务的目标，感受成功。这便要求，英语课的教学要以学生为主，培养他们学*英语的兴趣，提高他们对词汇，句型的听说认读和语言实际运用的能力。为此，我在实际的课堂教学中做了以下几点：
1.巧设导入，培养兴趣。每节的教学我首先通过做游戏，唱英语歌来激发学生的学*兴趣，让学生融洽在学*英语的氛围内。
2.图文结合，掌握新知。根据教材图文并茂的特点，充分运用单词卡片，实物教具，简笔画及肢体语言来启发学生，使学生带着明确的任务目标，并借助图片，动作，表情等手段掌握其义，让他们积极主动参与学*获取新知过程，培养他们学*英语的兴趣。在遇到难读的单词或句子时，我不厌其烦，耐心教导学生认读，力争让他们学了就懂，懂了会用，培养他们认读的能力。在学*新知的同时，还适时对他们进行思想教育。
3.游戏活动，巩固新知。在完成了每节课的新授任务后，抓住学生争强好胜的心理，通过师生互动，生生互动的游戏活动将教学内容层层铺开;为了尊重学生的个体差异，营造宽松的学*环境，以简单易操作的趣味性，多样化游戏为主来实施教学，让学生进行反复模仿，认读，玩演，视听，从而给他们提供充分的活动和交流机会，让学生在玩的过程中获得新知，提高他们语言的运用能力，培养他们的学*兴趣。
4.通过听录音，复*新知。我常在每节课结束的前5分钟，让学生听有关本节课教学内容的录音磁带。第一遍先认真听，第二遍边听边跟读。在学生能听读后并要求学生用相应的肢体语言或动作入情入境的来模仿，表演对话。在学生进行合作学*，表演时及时给予示范和指导，让学生充分体验到成功的喜悦，体会到学*英语的乐趣。这样既复*了本节课的知识要点，又提高了同学们的听说能力和读音的准确性，，从而让学生真正做到眼到，口到，心到，手到。
四、加强自学，不断积累知识。
由于本人在英语教学方面经验不足，自己的知识又有限，在教学的同时，时时虚心向资历深的教师请教，和我们英语组的同事一起学*有关英语方面的教学教法，加强自身的业务学*，扩大视野;用心收集有助于英语课堂教学的各种游戏资料，时常听录音纠正自己的语音语调。
