不光是减肥这个烦恼，我还有一个让我很烦心的事——我是一个小矮子，我都13岁了，但是总不见长高长大 。就拿我们班熊俊漉来说，他也13岁了，长的高高的，可我比他矮一个头。

俗语说得好：“前人栽树，后人乘凉”，前人给了我们大片大片的森林，绿地，我们留给后人的是什么？是光秃秃的荒漠，还是茂密的树林，你肯定选择的是茂密的树林。那还有什么犹豫的，让我们大家一起自觉保护环境，自觉爱护环境，自觉绿化环境，改善我们的生活环境，创造美好的未来！
“我和你，心连心，同住地球村。为梦想，千里行"这旋律是多么的熟悉，大家应该不会不知道吧:它是于2008年在我国举行的一次奥运会的主题曲。说的没错，我们与各种生物共同属于一个美丽的家园一地球。我写的这篇建议书是因为我发现我们的家园一无私的地球受到了严重的迫害！而这严重的迫害则来自于主宰地球的人类。因人们滥用化学品，不节约资源导致了水土流失，环境被污染，空气越来越差，水越来越脏，天空也没有那么蓝了。在科学课上我们学到了有些资源是可以再生的，却因为人类滥用成了不可再生。天然气、煤、石油、这些人类生活必需品是不可再生的，都是用一点少一点，因此我们更不能滥用它们，浪费它们！
纸是常见的，而且十分便宜。它是由树做成的。有些人经常随意浪费纸巾，不可以这样。树是能挡风遮雨防止土地沙漠化，水土流失的重要资源呢！
著名宇宙论学家霍金曾预言我们的地球将于200年之内毁灭，成为一个大火球。我想他这样说应该不是没有科学依据的，同时他也是在警示我的不要再浪费资源了！课文“只有一个地球”提到目前在人类的研究范围内没有适合人类居住的星球。
我在这里提几个建议:
1.不要再浪费或是污染水源了。水是生命之源！
2.多种树，少伐树，防止土地沙漠化与水土流失。
3.多走路，少开车。车的尾气对空气有害。
4.节约食物，不浪费。

*些年来，我们中国环境污染十分严重，我国的污水排放到湖中，江河、大海，成群的鱼虾死亡。人们滥伐树木，把片片绿洲变成了一片片沙漠，许多化学放射尘也使人们的身体健康受到了十分十分大的危害。而且，我国有些地方的臭氧层，也因为各种气体的侵害而变得十分稀薄。
在世界各地也因为人们过度砍伐森林，过度猎杀动物，使原有的生态*衡被打破，生态也受到了十分严重的打击。比如说“象牙海滩”，它地处热带西欧，高温多雨，有大片原始森林，适合大象生殖繁衍。随着欧洲殖民主义者入侵，成群结队的大象成了人们捕猎谋财的对象。象牙买卖在这片海岸上也日益兴旺，“象牙海滩”因此得名。
世界上各大洲都有类似之事，所以，全世界的大象都已经到了灭绝的边缘。是啊！原来品种繁多，分布广泛的大象现在却只剩下两个品种而已，只分布于两个洲；非洲只有非洲象，亚洲也只有亚洲象了。受人类灭绝的动物很多，渡渡鸟、袋狼等等。
现在地球存在着无数的危机。什么时候他们才可以停止对地球生态的破坏？什么时候他们才去学*如何保护地球？如果没有了维持生命呼吸的清洁空气，如果没有了干净的水资源，所有生长在地球上的花草树木都要枯死。所有生存在地球上的动物都要灭亡。地球的臭氧层裂口越来越大。如果人们还不行动起来保护生态环境，最后他们也要消失在地球。
衣服破了可以补，桌子坏了可以修，鞋子脏了可以洗，可地球要是病了，就无药可救了。所以，我们一定要像爱护生命一样，爱护我们的地球。
当人类第一次离开地球，在太空遥望自己的家乡时，人们这才惊讶地发现，在目前已知的宇宙星体中，唯有我们人类的家园——地球，才是一颗蔚蓝色的星球。
生命意味着蔚蓝，而蔚蓝意味着生命；使地球上的一切生命能够得以生存的大气和水，也使我们的地球成为一颗蔚蓝色的星体，充满生命的星体。但地球在人类面前，却越来越难以驾驭了。
蔚蓝的星体，最美的风景线，便是水了。水，是人类生命的源泉。从小，我就十分热爱水。喜欢它从指缝中流走的感觉。喜欢人们接受它礼物后沁人心脾的凉爽，温暖的畅快，开心的身影。可这美丽的背后，却是不可拯救的灾难！水源短缺，污染。饮用污水身亡。全球气温变暖，冰层融化。动物因环境被破坏而死亡，人们叹息，但杀死动物的元凶不还是人吗？
我们居住城市——长治，是个美丽的地方，为了环境优美的方寸土地，我们一定要爱护自己的家园。不要让灾难接踊而来，要保护环境，共撑一片蔚蓝天空。二十一世纪的少年，要做保护家园的小卫士，不让先辈的遗愿化为灰烬。去保护地球，保护我们脚下的这片土地，孕育我们生命的星球。让地球母亲永远年轻，永远是茫茫宇宙中最美丽的球体，让她那纱衣永远光芒四射！
只有一个地球，只有一次生命。让这生命创造奇迹，捍卫母亲，地球！“环”和“坏”只有一横之差，但是现实却差距很大。为了天空永远蔚蓝，森林永远郁郁葱葱，碧波荡漾的河水永远明净……努力吧！为了未来的幸福，子孙后代的快乐，保护地球。创造美好的明天吧！
