一、明确目标
我们以往的英语教学中把“掌握语言基本知识和基本技能”放在教学目的的首位。而新制定的课程标准要求把“激发和培养学生学*英语的兴趣，使学生树立自信心，养成良好的*惯和形成有效的学*英语策略，发展自主学*的能力和合作精神”放在首位。同时，提倡教学中要以“口语交际”为主，培养学生的口语能力，使每一个学生都能开口说英语，达到学以致用的目的和增强学生的实践能力。
二、改变英语教学方法
过去的在英语教学中总是老师讲，学生记。教师是课堂的主角，学生是听众，学生自由练*很少，口语、听力非常差。现在我们要转变这种模式，在课堂上以学生为主体，把主动权还给学生。那么怎样才能使学生在课堂中处于主体地位，提高学*效率呢？可以从以下四方面入手：
1、在教学中应把时间和空间多留给学生
合作学*前给学生独立思考的时间。没有独立思考就进行合作学*，合作学*将流于形式，质量不高。有准备的讨论交流，才可能是高质量的交流。
提出一个探究性的问题，给学生思维空间。给学生自主学*的时间和空间。在课堂教学中，时间是最重要的学*资源。一个教师对时间如何分配，直接反映这个教师的教学观。探究的问题性、实践性、参与性和开放性决定了探究学*必须有充分的自主学*时间，否则就是一句空话。
2、精心设计教学环节，激发学生学*的主动性
学生学*的主动性主要在于老师的调动。在学生消除心理障碍后，就需要老师精心设计教学的各个教学环节，设计模仿、会话、口、笔头操练、提问，激发学生学*英语的兴趣，激活学生的思维，激起学生的情感，使学生全身心地投入到英语教学活动中。虽然我们的教学条件有限，但我们可以根据实际运用实物、自制教具来使课堂形象生动。
3、充分利用学生的差异
在以往的课堂上，教师对学生的要求是整齐划一，束缚了学生创新潜能的发挥。教师要重视尊重学生的个性，满足学生的不同需求。学生的个性差异，不仅表现在学生的个体之间的差异，还表现在独特的精神世界和兴趣特长，这种独特性是人的个性完善的内在资源。因此，我们不能用一个模式去塑造和评价学生。不能用一个水*衡量学生，那是不现实的，也是不可能的。要尊重学生的不同理解和认识，让课堂成为学生发挥个性的天地，成为自我赏识的乐园。
4、创造性运用教材
新课程倡导教师“用教材教”，而不是简单地“教教材”。教材只是书面的东西，而且所载的信息是有限的。传统的教学与新课程教学有很大的区别，以往的教学只是要求讲解知识点，而现在的新课程强调要引导学生学会观察，学会思考，学会如何学*的能力。教师与学生的位置也发生了变化，从教师中心转向学生中心；学生的学*方式发生了变化，从独立学*转向了合作学*；学生的学*态度发生了变化，从接受学*转向探究式学*。

通过观看视频、专家点评以及网上相互交流，我对新课程改革的理念有了更进一步的认识;通过参与在线研讨和交流，我领略到了远程研修的魅力，有幸聆听到了各位学友们不同的课改心声;通过完成提交作业，我锻炼了表达，增长了个人智慧;通过阅读班级和课程简报，我分享到了学友们的研修成果和专家们的课改成果;最后，通过撰写提交研修总结心得，思想和认识又得到了进一步的升华。
在以后的教学中，我要做的是：
第一，自我反思。从以往的实践中总结经验得失。
第二，不断学*。读万卷书，行万里路，读书是提高自我素养的良好基奠。一桶水早已不能满足学生的`需求了，我要不断学*，成为长流水。
第三，交流。他人直言不讳的意见与建议可能是发现不足、认识“庐山真面目”的有效途径。要听真言，要想听真言，更要会听真言，久而久之对我大有裨益。
四、结交了良师益友，你我他—“国培”---资源共享
这次培训，我认识了许多仰慕的专家，还接触了许多优秀的同行，他们中有全国优质课比赛一等奖获得者，有经常在英语教育教学杂志上发表文章的老师。在与他们的交流中，我不仅学到了许多教育教学方面的经验，更被他们爱岗敬业的精神所感动。国培的学*与培训，专家、学者、学员，不少的教育教学的经历、体会、感受和学*成果的展现，在这种培训中一起完成了教师教育教学的资源共享!你我他—“国培”---资源共享，这是一次大规模的集体的智慧的共同创造和创新，是一次教师成果的大荟萃，彼此影响着彼此，收获着收获，你的，我的，他的，我们大家的。
五、努力做一名具有专业素养负责任的人民教师
此次“国培”虽将结束的，但是教师培训教师素养的提升永远不会结束，“国培”带给我们的知识、思想和精神将会是持久的陪伴和影响，“国培”会继续坚定不移地走可持续发展之路辐射全国教师;通过这次培训，使我提高了认识，理清了思路，找到了自身的不足与差距所在，我将以此为起点，让“差距”成为自身发展的原动力，不断梳理与反思自我，促使自己不断成长。在今后的教育教学实践中，潜下心来采他山之玉，静下心来纳百家之长，在教中学，在教中研，以生为本，在教和研中追求质量和水*，创造出自己在教育事业的一片新天地，忠诚于党和人民的教育事业，努力成为一名更加受党和国家、人民信任、放心，学生尊重和喜欢的人民教师。
20xx年7月27日至8月7日，我有幸参加了“山东省初中英语教师远程研修”，这次研修内容丰富，我深感收获巨大。现对参加这次研修班总结如下：
一、学*过程
此次研修班邀请的专家均为国家课改组、山东省，顶级专家学者。在十天的培训中，这些专家针对教学目标的设立，教学过程，阅读，听说等十个专题提出了很多好的建议和经验总结，针对当前教育热点提出了理论和实践相结合的观点，对我有很大的启发。在观看视频后，教师们可以提交自己的作业，进行交流和研讨，学*彼此的先进经验，有很大的收获。
二、主要收获(收获主要有以下几个方面)
1 看到了差距。这次研修，可以直接观摩优质示范课，可以直接与专家学者、指导老师，与全省数万同行即时交流，既充实了暑假生活，又能在短时间内迅速提升课堂教学能力，还能和全省同仁自由无限制地交流在教育教学工作中的困惑和难题。在这些真诚交流中，我发现自己的教学功底还很差，语言运用不足，以后会通过扩大阅读量，不断丰富提升语言素养，决不能再裹足不前。再者，课堂教学方面，对课堂教学的把握，整体教学手段技巧方法的运用，欠缺很多，所以要在今后的教学实践中学会学*、学会借鉴、学会转化，以期待新的进步!
2 找到了感觉。其实，在我们日常教研活动中，碍于面子，评课时说得多的是课的优点，即使不足也只是拣一两点大家共同存在的不关痛痒的小问题提提罢了。*常的教案也多是抄抄教参，把字写工整一点，量化管理打分的时候高一点就可以了。而这次培训就完全不同了，大家说真话，道实情，要敢于把自己的心得讲出来，把自己困惑表达出来，悉心接受同仁的批评，虚心接受大家的指正，最后切实提高自己的英语课堂教学能力。这种形式感觉真好，很实用，很直接，很有效!
3 学到了方法。我参加工作20多年来，主要时间是改作业，与学生交流，上课还是上课，说实在的教研对于当时的我来说，不懂，也认为没有必要。然而，我心里特别清醒，我的课存在很大的隐患，随意性太强，现在有效有益的授课过程在新课程中的表现我并不知晓，这段时间我看了许多课堂教学实录，从他们身上学到了英语课堂教学和课下指导的最有效的方法。这也增强我继续把英语课讲好的信心。所以这次培训对于我来说，是一场及时雨，一次再教育，一次生动的手把手的教练。
在这次培训学*中，自己认真观看视频，浏览课程资源，积极完成作业，参与在线研讨、交流，聆听专家的讲座和点评，极大地分享了专家和同仁们的宝贵经验，开阔了视野、学到了知识、增进了交流，受益匪浅，启发很大，也让我见到了其他老师许多教学上的创意。尽管培训结束了，但我们的学*还在继续，我会尽最大努力，倾注全部精力来迎接挑战，实现新课程目标的实施。我将以饱满的热情和高度的责任感积极地投入工作。
两年的校本研修学*实践中，转眼间就结束了。在此，我对自己研修工作进行一次盘点。校本研修期间，除了主持完成校本研修的工作以外，还在本校担任教学工作任务，在这忙碌、辛苦、奔波的日子，不敢说自己有多大的收获,只能说在成长中经历,在经历中成长。现将校本研修工作完成情况作如下：

二、培养优等生方面：
1、处理好老师与学生之间的关系。师生之间应以一种*等、互助、互爱的原则友好相处。对于学生，做老师的要多一分关爱之心和宽容之情，要做到严格而不严厉，随和而不随便，亲切而不亲呢，只有这样，才能在学生面前树立教师的威信，获得学生的信赖。
2、处理好尖子生之间的关系。尖子生之间是一种既竞争又合作的战略合作伙伴关系。对于尖子生而言，他们之间的竞争显得尤为激烈。因此，处理尖子生之间的关系，我注重引导尖子生进行公*、友好地竞争。提高尖子生对竞争的认识。使尖子生认识到竞争的过程其实是一个互相学*、共同进步的过程。尖子生要在竞争中取别人的长处，补自己的短处。

选出8名正组长及16名副组长作为重点培养对象，每天给他们布置加大难度的*题，并给他们增加适当的阅读量。三个组长再加上6名组员为一组，在督促组员学*并辅导组员进行学*、进步的同时，教学相长，提高自身的英语水*。
下面重点讲一下补差计划。
二、补差计划
1、每日谚语名句激励法。
我会让每日提供英语谚语名句的学生在选择谚语时，尽量选用那些能催人奋进、有励志作用的英语谚语名言名句，比如：“God helps those who help them selves”(自助者天助之)“Where there’sawill,there’saway.”(有志者，事竟成)“Anidle youth，aneed yage.”(少壮不努力，老大徒伤悲)……我还让他们每天早晨起床时，在上课前，在考试前，都要默念：“I can make it”(我会成功的，我做得到。)
2、适时赞赏法。
只要这些学困生表现出学*的欲望并有所行动，我总是会以赞赏的眼光鼓励他们，哪怕是发对了一个音，哪怕只拼对了一个词，哪怕考试分数从15分进步到16分，他们都会从我这儿看到赞许，得到肯定。
3、自我评价法及互评。
我们的教学一体化自主学*学案及师生上课流程和自我评价反馈上，无论从学*目标的设置，还是自我评价及组长给组员的评价上，都充分考虑到学困生的情形，只要这堂课他们主动活动的次数超过3次，比如爬黑板默单词了，比如起来读对话了，即使有错误，也都可以得到★★★的自我评价和小组长的同样多颗星的评价。
4、进步大给予奖励。
每次考试成绩出来，只要比上一次进步幅度较大，即使没考及格，也可给予表扬。
这个学期我在对学生进行培优补差方面付出了很多努力，也有很大收获。总结起来大致有以下几点：
一、思想方面的培优补差。
1、真心对待后进生
班级管理的主要任务之一是如何对待后进生，后进生的思想，行为转化，对班级管理工作有很大的影响，对学*好的学生给予鼓励，对后进生除了鼓励，表扬后，还要善待他们，对差生感情要投入，有的学生上课听不懂，下课又不敢问，一段时间后就放松了学*，久而久之，逐渐产生了怕学，厌学的心理，这就需要教师随时随地把握学生的学*状态，并帮助他们树立自信心，克服自卑心理，各项活动让他们积极参加，同时也可利用自*和业余时间给他们辅导，随时与他们谈心并了解他们的思想动态，发现他们的发光点马上给予表扬
2、让“后进生”体验成功的喜悦
没有什么东西比成功更能鼓励人。从根本上来说，要让后进生正确认识自我，就要有机会让他们表现自我，要让他们知道“我能行”，“我还可以”，“我不错”。在课堂上可以用一些简单至难的题型来引导他们并在课堂上给予鼓励及表扬。从心理上来讲，他们更需要教师的尊重及关注，只有在人格上受到尊重，爱护，才能使他们在宽松，和谐的学*环境中愉快地学*，因此教师不能以分数高低来伤害学生的自尊心，对成绩较差的学生，不在班上公布分数及排名次表。*时应多关心他们，可找时间与他们进行交谈，帮助分析原因，找出解决问题的方法，激发其学*的兴趣，增强其自信心产，使其学*进步
3、定期与学生家长、科任老师联系，进一步了解学生的家庭、生活、思想、课堂等各方面的情况。
二、精心设计教案，创设轻松愉快的学*环境
后进生由于基础差，很多时候都听不懂，对英语学*会产生惧怕抵触的心理。如果这时我们还用一些枯燥乏味、陈旧的方式教学，只会使这群孩子更加厌学，甚至会扩大“后进生”的队伍。因此，在*时的教学中，我总是精心设计每节课，利用多种教学手段，如卡片、头饰、图片、模型、多媒体课件等把教学内容安排在学生所熟悉的情景中，并根据需要给教学内容配上音乐、动作，还可以自己编歌谣、歌曲，利用形式多样的游戏进行操练巩固。让所有的学生在教中乐，乐中学，学中玩。在无形之中掌握当天的内容。
